    Great place for the kids. It was nice that the store was across the street. My room had old coffee left in the pot and a dirty shower curtain but everything else was very clean and well maintained. The downside is the pool doesn’t open until 10 and that also includes the use of the Gym. The security was amazing and the the text check-in service to see if anything was needed was super helpful. Would stay here again!

    I am very happy for room stay at Hilton Cancun. However, had to request missing blankets for the two full size couches, but the staff was more happy to help. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room is excellent, but my thoughts were the room was not up to Hilton standards. I think the hotel is in the process of updating room to be more modern, but that's okay bc family of five enjoyed our stay very much. We will always book there. Thank you Staff..

    We have a good time, The only thing I don't like—and don't understand—is that you get the room at 4 PM and have to check out at 10 AM; you practically lose a day. However, the rooms are excellent and well-equipped.

    Traveling as a family five. Kids ages 14, 7, &6. Check in with Anick was smooth. She was able to check us in a little early because we were catching an early show on the strip. The 2 bedroom was roomy and clean. Plenty of parking. Security attendant at the entrance was friendly. The kids absolutely loved the 2 pools. Plenty of life guards although some were mainly on their phones or talking to other lifeguards but with so menu there it was fine. Check out smooth. We'll definitely return.

    This place was awesome. I will definitely return with my kids! The only thing was that at best we had Luke warm water in the shower. Waited quite a while and it just never got warmer past barely warm enough to get wet. We'll still come back and give it another try though.

    The resort was very clean and smell amazing. The 2 bedroom apartment we booked was perfect, and had everything we needed for our stay. The restaurant on site was very good and the staff was very king and helpful. Location is very good and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The check in and the check out ladies from the front desk were great. The pool is beautiful. The bed pillows were extremely uncomfortable which made our 7 nights stay a little difficult. We couldn’t sleep very well because of it. I tried to check with the front desk if there were any other type of pillows and the lady was very careless and kind of rude.

    I like the room set up and parking is free and safe I did not like that my bathrooms were not clean as well as all floors were not clean. I ask that my room be clean for the next day, left at 6am came back at 3 only to see nothing done. Then I complained and the rude young girl and manager sent someone to clean my room while I was in there. So all she did was sweep and change the linen as well as empty the trash. So I asked her can you mop and vacuum as well as clean out the tub and shower? She did not know a lick of English so she grabbed a phone and had me type what I was asking and the she said she will. Do you know that the woman took a dry towel and wiped the tub , she did not touch the shower or counters the she poured some water down blue stuff and took the mop the mop it. No wonder people come home with bed bugs and fugus . You have to clean these rooms thoroughly, you dont know what nasty person or what animal etc have been in there . People have sex and everything else so you have to clean these rooms

    The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great, and we had so much fun hanging out and soaking in the hot tub. We had a two-bedroom suite, and it was nice to sit with the family on the balcony in the morning, chatting over coffee, before we all headed home. The food at the restaurant by the pool was not great. I thought it would have been better since everything else there seemed top notch.

    Also upon check in the concierge was trying to sell us a time share. Disguising it as “welcome gift” upon arrival. That wasn’t pleasant, and when we weren’t interested, they kept trying to sell. After a 3 1/2 hour drive it’s not ideal to continue to say no thank you. I will book again though, hopefully this review helps. Because other than those things our stay was fantastic!!

    Our family looked forward to the pool and slides but this quickly changed. Our 6 year old was wearing arm floaties but they told her that she was not allowed on the slide. They had rules posted next to the slide including no jewelry, goggles or sunglasses. They did not enforce any of those rules but only our girl was not allowed with her arm floaties. I complained to the head life guard. She said that all rules should be enforced and she would re-instruct everyone. Just a bit later I checked and they let bunch of people wearing glasses, watches, bracelets and hats came down the slides. So much for the safety lie. They only picked on our little girl… great job! Next problem: the time sharing targeting: After check in, lady comes to me and says they have a gift for me. O follow here and talk to representative. He starts asking me about what shows we want to go to. After some time he offers me tickets half price I ask why am I getting this? In return we like you to listen to 90 minutes sales pitch. They never disclosed this to me in during the process I went through. I said ‘NO’ and didn’t get my ‘gift’. Don’t lie to my face about a gift and do disclose you are targeting me for marketing purposes. NEVER AGAIN

    This is a hidden oasis, did not even feel like we were staying in Las Vegas, felt like a resort in Mexico, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Las Vegas that doesnt need the casino attached to your hotel, pool was great, room had everything we needed and staff were amazing

    It was nice and clean outside. First of all, when I got there, they didn't have a room for me.So they sent me elsewhere when I was on vacation with my family.We all were going to meet there.So didn't see them for the whole first night so had to go elsewheres where they had sent me. Actually where they sent me was a really nice hotel... Both hotels actually, let me check out. Latest possible for the inconvenience. Which was pretty nice so I finally get to this location.Check in, give everybody's names give them my kids name for the parking. But every time my kids went in and out, they gave him a hassle, I had to go back-and-forth to the front gate, to let them know that they are staying here. I guess they never had their name on the list. So the last day I finally went to the front office cause I was getting sick and tired of going back and forth lady in the front was really nice.But the guy at the gate was being a jerk.Tell me I need to follow the resort rules when I tell him he needs to follow the list. So it was a really stress for stay. Because it's a lot of stuff was just adding up. I don't know if it's always like this.Or maybe it was just my time to have a bad experience.Somewhere. They did give wake me a night free, but it wasn't even anything about that.It was just very inconvenient.You go on vacation with a family.You wanna stay with them to enjoy the moment not running around. I'm packing into different hotels, giving deposits to multiple different hotels in resorts, which I thought was messed up. It's not that I didn't have the money.It was just very inconvenient.I don't understand it was all hilton's hotels but I still had two constantly due down deposits. And also, just to mention most of the barbecues in the back didn't work. And there is no restroom anywhere near the barbecue area

    Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly until it was time to sell you on their timeshare. Stay was to celebrate a birthday family couldn't even come onto the property to drop off gifts and wish our 6 year old a happy birthday. 5t Mattress and pillows were hard as rock, sheets were super itchy and had stains. Restaurant closed at 8:00 pm no other options for dinner. Not everyone eats early. Especially when you're busy enjoying the amenities. Had to order delivery which was inconvenient for us.

    Let’s start off with the worst part of the room. The sofas smelled like straight @$$!!! We made the mistake of leaving some blankets on them and the smell transferred over to them as well. The blankets on the bed were dirty and the new ones were ordered from the front desk were dirty as well. The room could have been cleaned a little better before allowing us to check in. The hotel check in staff were pretty short with us. They explained that there was no housekeeping services unless requested 24 hours in advance. They also explained that they will only be providing one parking pass and that there is nothing they can do if we lose it. The restaurant on site was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The pool was big and the waterslides were fun.

    The staff isn’t the friendliest. I had an event so I checked in pretty late but informed the staff so they knew I was not going to be a no show. The man who checked me in was dry. Another woman was there when I walked in but there was no “welcome.” They claim to have rules including “quiet hours” but the room next to us was apparently having a party at 2 am. They woke us up & after 20 minutes of nonstop noise we called the front desk to let them know we could not sleep. 45 minutes later the noise was still going. Called the front again & they said they would have security check it out. Never heard or saw security in the hallway…Finally fell back sleep around 4pm only to have call my hotel and wake me up at 7 am to make sure someone was occupying the room! I checked in, paid and called several times throughout the night but they didn’t know my room was occupied?! I was very frustrated with little to no sleep & to have them call my room on a weekend before 8 am to wake me up just to see if I was in the room is crazy. Don’t waste your money here.

    We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The space was nice and was great to have a small kitchen. It was somewhat outdated and had a few things that didn’t work (like the lock on the bathroom door or drawers that wouldn’t stay shut) but the pool and game amenities made up for that. It was a great price compared to most other hotels. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I’m sure if I had said something they would have done everything they could to fix it, but we weren’t really bothered by it.

    The front staff didn’t check us in on time. I had to keep calling them to remind them that I still don’t have a room even after the check out time. The checkout process was super frustrating. Also when you call the front desk for help they can put you on hold for a while and forget about you. We would hang up at point and call back. The pool and the restaurant crew were amazing on the other hand. Friendly and attentive. Loved the pool and how clean the hotel was.

    The pool was beautiful, but it was windy all the days we were there, so it was closed. The room was not clean. The kitchen floor was sticky. The tub had hair on the floor. The tub also didn't drain, and we had to have maintenance come fix it. It drained well after that. The balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunsets and sunrises. The did allow us to check-out one day early, as we decided to take two days to drive home instead of one.

    The receptionist was very rude at check in. We ask for a manger who never showed up and when one of her coworkers ask to help she told him very things was under control. Everything thing was an issue from the type of card I wanted use to pay they don't take Google pay or Apple pay. The room was for 6 occupants I had 4 adults and 3 children and apparently I was over my limit due to my babies. Which I was told children under 3 dont count as occupants. All 3 babies were under 3. We have stay here many times and never had an issue. I ask for some warm blankets as the bed didn't have warm blankets. The service lady said we cant give you extra blankets because your bed already has warm blankets which they did not. The coffee machine was left dirty from previous people who had been there. We have always use some type of floates in the pool but this time around they said they were not allowed. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this resort.

    I stayed here the year before for wrestlemania but it was a little far from the venue so I stayed here for the week leading up to it. This place is so relaxing , your own kitchen you can live like at home well in paradise. The property is 5 stars! Especially if your doing a group trip it’s a place where gambling and non gambling friends can go the non gambling people can chill look after the kids well the gamblers go to the strip or downtown for the casinos. Even if you just want to a weekend away and weren’t even thinking about Vegas this place is for you! Planning a big group trip back!

    The property was very nice. Once you drive into the property it is a closed off lot, meaning security is there and checking in each and every car that comes through there to ensure they are there for the right reasons. The pool was closed due to high wind advisory the entire stay. I have never heard of a pool having to be closed due to winds. I checked with our friends who were staying at Bellagio and they stated they didn’t close the pool due to the high winds. The game room was very outdated and the games didn’t work, it stunk pretty bad too. The people at the front desk is nice but then they will give you a card to go get more incentives if you sit through a 90 minute presentation and if you don’t show up they will charge you $50, I originally signed up for some nice incentives but then needed to cancel since our trip was getting cut short due to one of our family members becoming sick while on vacation. I sent them a message and have yet to hear back on canceling so I hope I am not going to be charged for something.

    Pool was closed often, 3 times in one week because of wind only--20 mph and it's surrounded and sheltered by the buildings. There's often wind in the dessert and many other places. I've never been to any other place that closed the pool due to wind only. Room wasn't ready at check-in at 9:30 p.m. I waited 2 hours. I noticed for days that there were always people waiting at check-in because they were overbooked. They offer timeshares and so there were always people hounding me every time I had to go to the lobby. And regularly calling me and leaving messages on my room phone for this reason. They had a 10% off coupon code for vegas.com which they did not provide for me after I heard their initial spiel. So, I paid full price for show on vegas.com. later, I found out that there was this coupon code that was available. I had called the concierge from my room phone just checking one more time for the second show to see if there were any discounts for it. I was told I had to go to the concierge desk in order to receive the coupon. Whereupon, they just wrote it down on an ordinary piece of paper and handed it to me after they pestered me again to re timeshares. Why couldn't they just have given me this code over the phone since I had already listened to their pitch multiple times? Run down, old, plain inside. They only had one handicap parking space at my building

    Very close to the strip about a 5 minute drive. Also, close to shops and the south mall. Nice big room with balcony, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Huge pool with multiple jacuzzi/ hot tubs. The weather strip on our room door was gone so you could see directly in the hall from inside the room through the space between the wall and door. Also, the patio slide door locked us on the patio where we had to call the front desk to let us back in.

    From checking in, it just went downhill from there. I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never experienced how poorly the staff was. We called paid for early check in they said our room would be ready at 12:00PM, as we arrived it was not. Completely understandable if we have to wait shortly, our room wasn’t ready until after 4:00PM with no communication. We had to briefly check in with the front desk. The 2 ladies and I believe Jonathan was the other gentlemen up there. Very very poor behaviors for being in customer service. Once we got to our room it was nice then the next day we noticed a leak and it was poorly through the vent and light from upstairs. Called the front desk waited for 30 minutes as we had dinner reservations and they never communicated back with us. Once going to shower noticing the maintience left black shoe prints all over the floor and didn’t bother to clean them. One positive thing about our stay was how lovely all the bartenders were. Overall a beautiful resort but very very poor front desk staff.

    The pool is great! When it is open… We booked this place specifically for a good pool and hot tub, but the pool was only open from 10 am-6 pm. The other amenities, like ping pong and the billiards table, were only available when the pool area was open. We would have loved to play games after dinner or relax in one of the many hot tubs, but it all closes with the pool.

    We love staying at Cancun. Check in was not great this time. We were supposed to be able to get in at 4pm, but our room was not ready until almost 7pm. Besides the fact that you are expected to pay for the full day, we had plan that evening and it really messed up time spent with family.     We enjoyed our stay this past weekend at the resort I like that it is a big hotel but not too big to make going to the front lobby an inconvenience! Our room was clean , property seemed to be well kept. My only complaint was that the activity center could have and more equipment so multiple people could play on both ping pong tables. Also the pool hours should be expanded to a later time. Other than that , no complaints !

    Check-in is at 4pm with ONE attendant at the register and many other standing around doing nothing! Took an hour to check-in, and the pool closed at 6pm!! We literally got in & out. Super frustrating with children who came to swim in this horrid heat wave. To make matters worse you have even less time in the room with check out at 10am!!! Who wakes up in Las Vegas before 10? Top it off the pool didn’t open until 10. What is going on here? A COMPLETE SCAM. Rooms are ample, nice updates, dirty as hell especially in the tubs. I can see they’re clearly under staffed, over charge, and don’t make it feasible to use the amenities you pay for. Absolutely crazy will never stay here again. Would rather stay at trailer park caddy corner to this place with full amenities, pools open til 10, and check out is at noon like it should be.

    The first day was uncomfortable for me. The room had issues with the heater, and it was only 62 degrees. They fixed the problem pretty quickly the next day. Another issue was with the amenities. I usually drink coffee in the mornings. They brought more coffee, but they did not refill the sugar. Before I checked out this morning, the shower water was cold.

    The room itself was nice but there is no daily cleaning. You have to request it 24 hours in advance and we were not told that upon arrival. Additionally they have really strict rules and would not allow my guests on the property not even for a visit of an hour. Again, this was not disclosed on arrival.

    I was overwhelmed and not in the mood after I discovered something during check in. Check in was fine. What I did have a problem was that the front desk person made it seem like I had to go to concierge so I go already flustered and just to find out they were selling me something. After I told the woman I am not in the mood she is going to ask why. Like excuse me when did that become yalls business. Then I guess my fault for not checking but in case someone else stays there should know it a bit of a walk OUTSIDE to just get to your rooms. It felt like a glorified motel 6. Will never be staying there again

    The stay was great but they don’t offer much feminine hygiene products, only the kinds from the 1920’s era. The fact they didn’t respond when I had messaged them through Expedia to accept my cancellation waiver so I can find a hotel that did allow cats to stay, was really annoying. Even when Expedia tried to contact them they didn’t respond either. So I had to keep my reservation there, regardless because I wasn’t going to lose $350 just so we could bring my kitty cat who’s really attached to me(I had to get a sitter for her, which made her really depressed). The place was ok tho. I liked the amount of security they have there.

    The heat in our room did not work! We called down and they sent someone who said they fixed it and it would heat in about 10 to 15 minutes. We go to bed just to wake up to everyone freezing. All my kids were like popsicles in the morning. I informed the front desk and I got, “Oh wow I’m sorry, ok you’re all set, have a good day”. That’s it.

    My reservation was supposed to have ADA accommodations and it didn’t. We checked in around 1pm a day late but when we realized the room we got was wrong, we were asked to wait for the ADA room. After waiting for about an hour, we called the front desk again and were told it would take about another hour or two but we couldn’t wait so we had to keep the room. Other than that, the property and staff were excellent.

    During our 7 night stay, room service only came once to make up the room. This was unacceptable and made it difficult because we were running out of things like garbage bags, soap, coffee, towels etc. the morning of our departure, we were rudely awakened by room service trying to turn over our room. Also the pool was closed the entire time which we were lead to believe was heated.

Kevin night manager was made aware, said security would be up-never happened, talked to front desk in the am and was told that Kristen day manager would call at after 9 am and no call!     The room was old, the “kitchen” was tiny, the gas stove/oven smelled the room like propane, the elevator kept not working for several days, on checkout day we ran downstairs to take a load of our stuff and we had to wait on the lone working elevator, by the time we got back up to the room to grab our last load of food, the staff had already gone in and thrown it all away. It was 10:07am.

    We had an issue with the air conditioning the first night and the maintenance man came quickly and fixed the problem. He was probably the nicest person of the staff we encountered at this place. The other staff was not very friendly and acted as if we was a bother to them and talked to us as if we was beneath them or as if we were children. I would rather stay some where like motel 6 and pay less money just to have personable staff . I spent over $1300 dollars at this place and I am almost guarantee that I won’t be back just because of the staff.

    The food was not very good. It was $37 for some nachos and a water. Very expensive and didn’t eat 1/2 of it because it was not very good. I was sopose to stay 5 night but only stayed one due to neighbor being so load and I’m not one to call and complained. Paid way to much for the room to of only gotten to stay one day.

    Beautiful location. Sad to see only a grill for food and the pool was closed (off season) . I got hit with the pitch to attend a time share deal *sigh* . You're also only allowed one parking pass per room. Our sink was leaking onto the kitchen floor day one and they fixed it but they didn't turn the water back on to the sink. The maid interrupted breakfast in bed to ask when we were checking out which was a real buzz kill. Also they maid did not come during the stay, just they morning of check out.

    The spas and poolside restaurant/bar closed each night at 6pm, which seems very early. We tried to get dinner at 6:30 one evening and could not. Also, the game room was closed due to a private event one of the days. I messaged the hotel about these issues and was told it would be "looked in to." Never received a response. All in all, I feel like we paid way too much for there to be absolutely nothing to do in the evenings at the resort.

    Pictures make it look much nicer than it is. Half the rooms are outdated. Everything closes at 8pm such as the pool, hot tubs and bar. Bar drinks were weak. We did walk to the The Bar down the street.

    The pool was closed which was the main attraction for choosing this location. We discovered after we arrived that this is done seasonally however it wasn’t made clear when we booked the room.     The room was dated; for example, the oven was not clean inside, and the smell when in use was horrible. The table lamps had loose parts, ready to tip over, and the shades were wobbly. The carpet was filthy, and there was no broom/dustpan to clean up the floors. Used paper towels and water to clean kitchen floor. Also, there were no kitchen towels or hot pads. There were greasy finger marks and dirt on doors, glass, and table tops. Toilet paper was like sandpaper, and the lotion/bodywash, shampoo/conditioner stunk. The game room was torn apart; one pool table was being destroyed by some boys, one foosball table and the games had missing pieces. No supervision or care of the DVDs and no chairs to sit on. Pictures on the website very deceiving, and we had to pay $35.00 a day for amenities we could not use.

    My stay at the Cancun Resort Las Vegas was great. It's on Las Vegas Blvd about a couple miles until you hit the strip, so it was nice and quiet. There is a Smiths grocery store just across the street for easy access to grocery items to last you during your trip if you want to make use of the kitchenette, provided your room has one. The two bedroom suite was perfect for my partner and our friends to share, the room was nice and clean, and all of the staff I dealt with from the front desk to the maintenance guy were all friendly and helpful. My only issue I had while staying here was my room's A/C unit disconnecting a couple of times during my stay. Connection was restored by the maintenance team, though it dropped out again around the next day. They are aware of the issue however and assured that in the coming weeks they are going to replace the thermostat units in applicable rooms during the off-season. I would recommend this hotel and it's definitely on my roster of places to stay while I'm visiting.

    We arrived at the property around 8pm on Friday, check in was smooth and handled without any issues by Genesis (apologies if I've misspelt your name), we were assigned a 2 bedroom, king/dbl room in building 5 on the 5th floor. The room was clean and well appointed but the decor a little dated compared to European hotels, I find this typical for many US hotels though. The room had a balcony with views overlooking the strip which was fantastic. I used the gym most mornings and found this to be very well equiped for a hotel; 3 treadmills, 2 X trainers, 2 bikes and a Peloton enabled Spin bike, additionally there were numerous weight machines and a good selection of dumbbells. The pool was open as advertised although the slide section was closed until the afternoon and occasionally the lifeguards would close other sections of the pool but keep the sunnier areas open; this was understandable based on the numbers of guests and availability of the lifeguards. The Caribe poolside bar was well appointed and the prices were very reasonable compared to other hotels with a daily happy hour 3-4. The menu and food looked good but we did not eat there. The hotel grounds are very well kept, clean and tidy, the BBQ grill area was immaculate and had a nice herb garden next to it for use by guests. The hotel staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. Overall this hotel was excellent value for money in a good location for exploring wider Las Vegas. We didn't experience any timeshare sales

    The property was beautiful, very well landscaped. The pool was welcoming and clean. The showers in the rooms were not good though, very low water pressure. The room itself was okay, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock and there were some cosmetic issues. All in all, it was a great stay.

    24/7 staff. Excellent servers at restaurant. Well staffed pool area felt safe for kids. I feel like they don’t evaluate their equipment often enough. For instance we received two broken pack n plays before we were given one that could be set up properly, my moms coffee pot was broken, my iron leaked water everywhere. They have designated smoking areas outside so when dining outside by the pool it reeks of marijuana and cigarettes all the time. Didn’t like how to walk to the pool you had to walk by one of the designated smoking areas and with a baby that isn’t ideal.

    Hotel was amazing, friendly staff and very attentive. I had a king suite and the room was great. My only complaint/issue was when I first got in the room the screen on the balcony was off the track, I called the lobby and they sent maintenance right away. I also noticed on day two when having breakfast that the kitchen table leg was loose and felt like it was going to break, I had notified a worker that had brought more coffee creamer to my room about it and I thought it was going to be as fast as the previous day but the guy must’ve been having a day or just really busy because nobody came. I had to go to the lobby myself later in the day to notify them about it and they fixed it right away. The pool was also amazing water was heated to room temp technically but it’s Nevada so it wasn’t bad. They had a few different spas(hot tubs) around the pool so they were never crowded and the whole pool area was very clean with hammocks and lounge chairs all over the place. The game room is also in the pool area and that was never crowded either I was able to walk in and play a couple games of pool without waiting or feeling rushed. The restaurant/bar there had great drinks I didn’t try the food so I can’t comment on it but heard it was also good. I won’t lie my favorite worker out of all of them was definitely one of the security guards that worked the evening/night shift. He was a whole vibe every time I pulled in music blasting he was just smiling and laughing and had his music goin.

    I did not care for warnings (or policy) re no visitors and that I cannot bring a guest (who is not staying with me) on the property. Even if it is someone or a family member living nearby while I stop to get something from the room or change clothes. It felt a bit like being in a police state. Hence, it is not "family friendly" in the sense that one could not bring one's grandchildren over to check out, much less use, the pool.

    This was our first time at this property, the staff was amazing, the room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well. Gym had what you needed to get your pump on.     This is NOT a hotel. From the moment you arrive at the security gate, you are certainly IN "Cancun"... in all the worst ways. After you pay and get a key, you will be advised to go to desk 2 of 3 to "complete" your check in. GRRR. Yada yada, they attempt to get you to do a 90 min meeting, all the classic dirty timeshare junk. Let's move on... Pool? 3/4 was closed. Shallowest part was 4.5 ft deep. We had 2 young kids. Water slides? Pitch black and FAST

    The pool was great for kids and families! We loved having a restaurant right there by the pool as well. The rooms were outdated and very poorly cleaned. We contacted the front desk multiple times to try to get someone to come vacuum the floors as they were covered in crumbs and hair.

    Overall, the staff was quite friendly. We did have a not so great check-in experience with the staff and it wasn't so great when we were hit with a much higher resort fee than was advertised. The bed in our room was quite worn, with a huge divot in the center. Otherwise, the rest of our experience was good. The pool was relaxing, the onsite restaurant had good food and service...and the smell of the resort...OMG...amazing!

    I have not stayed here for a couple of years and it is more locked down than before. Still a nice place to stay when the room rate drops. The pool is nice but they had half of it blocked off from when it opened at 10 until 2:30. That is a lot of water that could be used and this was a weekend. I will stay again when the price point meets my level.

    The gentleman that checked us in was not helpful. He seemed like he was annoyed. Our Air conditioning didn’t work the first day, WiFi went down and didn’t come back till we left and When I was getting coffee I was told by an HGV salesman that I’m not allowed, and that coffee was only for buyers! Even though I am an owner! But that was the only coffee/breakfast facilities on the property.. Just a lil disappointing for the costs.

    Very nice themed resort. Beautiful place. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and most have a nice balcony. The pool area was great with plenty of shade and seating. Be prepared to pay resort fees when you arrive and they also require a deposit at check in, not like an incidental hold, but several hundred dollars even if the room is already paid for.

    The hotel was beautiful and the room I got was really nice to except the fact I got a room that was sapost to have 2 twin beds and the hotel decided to take them out of the rooms so me and my friend had to sleep on the most uncomfortable sofa bed then when we arrived I was unaware that it was a time share hotel so I was harassed by the concierge about doing a tour after telling the people multiple times that I was not interested and nobody in my party was either to the point they called me at 1030 in the morning just for them to ask me again about the tour I then say no just for them to call me not even 10 seconds to ask again and then shame me for sleeping in on my vacation so if you not interested in a time share I wouldn't stay here

    I really liked this resort. the only thing I disliked was that our room wasn't throughly clean. found soiled paper bags stuffed in the dish cabinet, coffee maker with the coffee pods still inside, bathroom sink had a hole and water went everywhere when washing my face (issue was handled quickly). aside that, this is a very nice resort and would most Def. give them another try again
