Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Convention Center - No Resort Fee

It was just what we needed for a 1 night in Vegas to see a concert at the sphere. The entrance from outside smelled like sewer bc the man hole, it literally is in front of the entrance area of main lobby. You get whiffs of sewer smell. Not pleasant on a hot day especially. Saw some coach roaches outside near parking garage entrance. The breakfast onsite was the best part. It was convenient and good enough for what we needed. We did not have time to go to the pool but it seemed very small and tons of people in it. We did not come for the pool but if I wanted a hotel with the pool Vegas experience this is not where you would book. Only 2 electric chargers worked. Bummed bc this was why we also selected this property.

Great hotel within walking distance of the LVCC South entrance. Helpful staff, clean property, nice pool and gym.

The breakfast was standard: eggs, yogurt, bagels, and fruit. The only issue was that the hot water at the beverage station was only lukewarm and had a coffee taste, so we weren’t able to enjoy a cup of tea. Parking costs $20 per day, which is a significant downside in my opinion.

Overall, the hotel was good. However, the pool was dirty, with debris floating at the bottom, and it did not seem to be cleaned regularly. The trash cans were also overflowing. Aside from that, everything else was fine. Breakfast was good and typical for a Hampton, and the room was clean.

The room was clean the bath tub had a couple of stains. The bed was comfortable. The sun was directly facing our window around 4 pm but the the AC was cold and comfortable in the room considering the hot weather in Vegas. The location was perfect. Easy to get around and save area.

They charge you so much for parking and our car was broken into (nun was stolen but lock ya cars). Breakfast was good asf. For edc weekend it was about a 40-1hr 1/2 drive away from the speedway. If u leave b4 7pm. White castle is 1mi away too. 5/10.

Free breakfast Staff were very disrespectful her name is Kirsten. I mentioned the story on my other review. It ruined our whole week stay.

Location and the free breakfast Staff are very rude especially Kirsten. Shamed me in front of other guests for asking for bottled water, which I didn't know, they were only giving for free to certain hotel tier members. For my other stay, they offer it for free, so I don't know and she told this in a very rude and condescending manner, all the guests checking out were looking at me with pity. It was a very shaming experience, and she turned to the other guest, who is a Gold member (I think) in a respectful and accommodating way. I reported it but nothing happen, no apologies or whatsoever. But the thing is all guest should receive respect and courtesy. I didn't pay for 6nights just to be disrespected without any reason.

Great pool area. Hot tub was scalding hot! I couldn’t really get all the way in. Parking $19 is close by, but inconvenient because the lot is only connected at ground level. Happy hour in the bar seemed good, but after a busy weekend they were out of many things (both food and drink). Not a nice area to walk anywhere. Pet fee lower than fancy hotels, but nowhere to really walk the dog. Overall clean and safe. Breakfast was typical- real plates and silverware. Yogurt and cut fruit offered at breakfast. No plastic containers-bravo!!

Very accommodating after we needed to find a new hotel on a busy weekend.

This is an affordable, clean and safe option for visiting Vegas with dogs. The location is conveniently located and the parking is free. They have a hot breakfast every morning. Many people were staying there. It is the first time that I ever saw a hotel lobby community area packed with people playing games and socializing. We had two maintenance issues and they were addressed swiftly.

It’s a brand-new, non-smoking facility. The price is very reasonable, and they include breakfast with no resort fee, which is a big plus. They also have a gym, pool, and spa—definitely great for kids!

We spent 2 nights and were impressed with the cleanliness and modern furnishings. The rooms were very roomy. The first evening we took part in happy hour which had half price appetizers and half price drinks. It was nice not to have to leave the property after a long day of travel. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. They had everything imaginable for breakfast and staff kept everything replenished and even offered to clean off our dishes, which were glass. If we are ever back in Las Vegas we will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and spacious, hotel was updated and clean as well. The breakfast was excellent! We didn’t use the pool but there were lots of people in it and it looked nice. There isn’t much around the hotel in the way of food options and the surrounding area isn’t great so just be prepared to drive. The sphere looked close enough to walk to.

Convenient location near the South Hall Convention Center. Room clean and quiet except for the occasional sirens.

While pets are welcomed you do have to pay $75 per pet in addition to your room rate. That was not explained while booking and disappointed when checking in.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean although there were some areas in the bathroom that could have been cleaner. The neighborhood was the only thing that might keep us from returning. We didn’t feel that the area was safe.

If your attending the convention center, location is pretty good. The bar and restraunt was decent. At least the pricing was fair. Food was good, menu options weren't many but it was decent. Breakfast was overall good, pretty typical, but no complaints, since buying breakfast out in town in Vegas is expensive. There is a police station across the street. Pool looked good, good sized, but never got a chance to enjoy it. I would stay here again

We reserved a room that’s dog friendly coz we were taking our dog, the room looks clean but the bathroom smells like dog pee. A simple wiping of the floor which I did with the lysol wipes got rid of the smell. The shampoo container do not have any shampoo in it.

The breakfast was amazing- buffet style with lots of options. The restaurant on site was great, friendly staff and good options for food. Nice computer space- clean and comfortable rooms. The evening staff were not as friendly.

Everything was great! From the check in, the staff were all very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was great (Best banana muffin I’ve EVER had!) And the room with the view was comfy cozy after our Backstreet Boys weekend. Will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay! No issues at all

The location. Right across from Cowboy Christmas. Plus it had a safe parking garage for us to leave our truck during our stay. The carpets could use cleaning. The continental breakfast area could get VERY messy. Someone spilled a bowl of cereal and people were stepping on it at the waffle bar.

Breakfast was great. Initially, I thought the location was a little off the beaten path, but it isn't really. The monorail is a beautiful thing, although it is a short walk to get to the stop. The place was quiet and clean.

The breakfast area was not kept clean and there weren’t enough utensils and plates for the amount of people that were trying to eat. However, if the staff had cleaned up all of the dirty plates and utensils in the dining area, there would have been enough for those waiting. As soon as the dish worker brought out new plates, he was swarmed by people. It was quite obnoxious. We didn’t end up eating there the rest of our stay and we likely will not be back.

Asked for a wakeup call for 4:30 AM. It didn't happen. The noise from the room above me woke me up and I was able to make it to the hospital for 5:30 AM appointment. Of course the same racket persisted the next night and kept me up.

A little sketchy area but doors to hotel stay locked and you cant get in without your key. All staff was very nice! 1. The front-desk experience was far below the standard we experienced previously. The staff member who checked us in was visibly unhappy and spoke in an abrupt, dismissive tone. Her question about whether we were staying at Home2 or Hampton was delivered in a way that felt confusing and unprofessional. 2. We had booked two rooms, and this was mishandled as well. The same staff member said she was “in training” and struggled to process our Expedia reservation because it listed a nickname instead of a legal name. The process became unnecessarily complicated, and after a four-hour drive with a toddler and tired family, I finally had to ask for someone else to handle the check-in. 3. The first room we were given (414) had a clogged toilet. After everything already mentioned, being told to wait for an engineer instead of being moved immediately was frustrating and unreasonable. We eventually requested and received a new room, but it took almost an hour from arrival to actually settle in. 4. On the second day, housekeeping didn’t arrive until about 3 PM, right during my baby’s nap time. We forgot to put up the DND sign, which I understand, but the housekeeper made excessive noise right outside our door and left it open for several minutes, which was extremely disruptive. First stay here and it is a very clean, modern facilty. Food optuons are great. Convenient parking and accessible. Rooms are very spacious, however for longer stays I would like to see a few extra comfy chairs and a table. We only stayed one night but it was very suitable.

I found everyone to be helpful and considerate. Had a fine time. Stayed for 3 nights, thoroughly enjoyed it. I like that the hotel is quiet and peaceful, I’ve stayed there before and I choose hotels off of the main Strip that don’t have gambling because it’s quiet and there is limited foot traffic in the lobby. I just can’t complain, everything was great.

This hotel was great! Only downfall, it was far from the Allegiant stadium. We traveled for a concert. Other than that, cleanliness, staff, security, & breakfast was awesome!!! Highly recommend!!!

Everything is excellent except for unsecured parking. My car got flat tire the next day and didn't receive any assistance since they just put there "Park at your own risk" but they charged 19/night + taxes. The place is surrounded by homeless people

I loved this location. It was in a quiet area away from the strip, but close enough to get to all of the concerts in the area. The room was clean and the ambiance in the lobby was amazing.

This place was farther away from the strip than we anticipated. The room did not smell good, it could have been cleaner, the towels were partially dingy and old, no water bottles provided. However the shower pressure was very nice, bathroom well lit, and very comfortable beds. The staff was friendly but they did disturb us two hours before checkout just to ask if we were checking out.

I come to Vegas for work, it’s so refreshing to find a hotel that doesn’t smell like alcohol and smoke and where you can really rest.

It’s sad that you have to pay for parking which is not included in the terms or conditions. I shouldn’t have to pay to park where I paid to lay my head. Vegas needs to do better!!

Really liked hotel saw comments about being across from police station. There are good and bad points about this heard sirens all night later learned not necessarily the best neighborhood. But that truly isnt a reflection of the facility or staff at this hotel.

The quality of the free breakfast is good and the early breakfast hours are perfect for those who have to start their day early, the rooms are clean and comfy, the lobby and dining areas are welcoming, clean, and comfortable and the staff is friendly and attentive. It has a good covered parking area as well.

Per multiple Uber drivers, don't walk around outside due to increased crime. Otherwise great hotel.

We highly enjoyed our stay here. The property and room were very clean, bed was comfy and the staff are friendly. The only thing I would change is we had lumpy pillows. Would come back again.

My pillows smelled like sweat. I had to ask to replace them. The housekeeping was truly hospitable. The lady at front desk, night audit and security smiled me every time. Nice young lady. Breakfast needs to be improved. Cutlery always short, no bowls for oatmeal. Nice hotel, quiet, but has a few opportunities for improvement! :)

Easy access, away from the main thorough-fare, but close to everything. Simple and quick check-in when I was there. Room was spacious on the king bedroom. I was on the top floor so it was pretty quiet. The only downside to the stay is the property charges for parking. I never agree with this, just bump the price up a little bit to offset that. People get annoyed with additional costs that "pop" up when they check-in.

Anyhoo … the parking was easy, though I didn’t like that they charged us $19/night. We had a room right on the ground floor near an exit door, which made it super convenient for doggie potty breaks. The room was clean, nice, and spacious. We really loved the outside area around the pool, which was quiet, relaxed, and nicely decorated. One of the best parts about the stay was the breakfast. It was more than the typical hotel breakfast, with a huge selection and spacious dining room. Or, you could eat outside in the lovely pool area if you wanted. We loved it and will plan to book here whenever we’re in Vegas. It’s close enough to the strip so it’s easy to access but without all the stress and expense of staying on the strip. Don’t expect a lot of dining options in walking distance, but then again, this is Vegas. It’s pretty easy to drive to wherever you want to go. Of course, we are from L.A. and typically drive to Vegas. If you fly in and are there without a car, this might not be

The building is across the street from a police station and conveniently from the Las Vegas Loop (free charge but accepts tips); traveling from one end of the Convention Center to the opposite end was possible in less than 10 minutes.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great! The breakfast was good. It's a nice hotel if you don't want to be on the strip. I would definitely recommend it

Nearby neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Didn't like how I had to pay parking for hotel, it was too pricey.

I understood it to be convenient, as advertised at the convention center. It was not walkable in the summer. It was a 15.00 Uber ride. They advertise the hotel as being close to the center. It's as close as a bird flies. It's not so close for walking. Breakfast was uneventful, nothing to write home about. Room was clean and comfortable.

I had the opportunity to visit Las Vegas and stay at this hotel. I came from Sacramento with my family. I was deeply disappointed. You will find a breakfast where there is nothing to eat or drink. There is no juice, nothing at all. If you want to eat cream cheese, you have to go ask the staff and they will bring you 2 pieces. The waffle iron is in a critical condition. Everything sticks and there is no way to do it well. The hotel has such a working principle - whoever gets up first gets something to eat. I really did not like the room. I have never seen such dirty and smelly carpet. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and our room was cleaned only once. The last night was generally stressful for me, my children and my pregnant wife. At 2 am we were woken up by the fire alarm. We all went down to the yard and smelled a strong smell of gas and burning. No one said anything to us. We waited for the siren to turn off and went into the central hall. When asked what happened, no one said anything. Only in the morning did the worker say that someone had lit a cigarette on the 2nd floor and the siren had gone off. But that was not true. We could smell a strong gas smell. The night was wasted. My wife and I experienced a lot of stress. The fire department wouldn't come for one cigarette. I really didn't like the customer service. I don't recommend this hotel. I wouldn't come back here again. The pool is dirty and didn't work at all on the last day.

We stayed here as a family and were very disappointed. The breakfast was poorly stocked, and the orange juice was just yellow water. The pool was closed without any notice, which upset our kids since that was the main reason we booked this hotel. On Sunday night at 1:15 AM, a fire alarm went off. We had to evacuate, smelled something burning, and saw four firefighters come out of the dining area — but no explanation was given. It felt unsafe and unprofessional. No apology, no discount, no communication. Definitely not worth the money. We would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The Hampton provided a very satisfying experience for our last night in Vegas. It was easy to find and from the staff to the breakfast to the room it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommend it.

Not much for on-line ordering, so didn't use your in house menu. Bed was excellent, slept well and room stayed comfortable.

I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites - the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and had a great view of the lights of the strip at night. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure and everything was clean. The pool and deck area were lovely. I loved how close it was to the Vegas Loop - Teslas drive underground in tunnels to get you to the convention centre. Amazing stay! Thank you!

Rude receptionists. Not welcome or a thank you! Sinks clogged. Took 2 calls 6 hours to fix. Thinking they offered free-parking, told at check out we were charged each day for parking. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE!!! Horrible experience

Melissa was amazing in not only checking us in, but also multy tasking with other clients that were experiencing delays. The room was very clean and roomy. Breakfast was great., from hot foods to cold and even fruits were at hand. Parking was easy in and out privileges. Definitely would stay and recommend, also easy walk to the strip and the Sphere
