Make sure what's size bed your getting. We got there early for 35 dollars we could check in early, great no problem. When making my reservation I request a 2 gueen bed room as there is 4 of us. They check us in we go to the room is 2 double beds. I have stayed at the Four Queens for years. I have never had a so so experience.

The check-in staff were very helpful and friendly. "Mary" was very cordial and informative. The room was very clean. I would certainly stay at the Four Queens again and let my friends know too! Thank you!
- 5/5
I will write later. I think the lady in the front desk can be a little bit better
- 4/5
About the only negative was that the North Tower rooms are waaayy too loud in the evenings and into the early morning hours with all the music and commotion on Fremont street. We will definitely request South Tower rooms next time.
- 5/5
No full length mirror, but other than that; amazing stay and we will definitely be back!
- 1/5
We went to the room and found bed bugs on the walls They moved us to a different room same size kept my money I was punched in the face at this hotel and was not offered to see medical
- 4/5
I started in the North Tower(newly renovated) right up under the canopy on Fremont Street. The noise was no big deal and the pictures flashing across the canopy were like a little movie out of the window. Loved it!

In the middle of the downtown strip, very friendly staff who checked us in early when we arrived to leave our bags there a couple hours before checkin. Surprisingly quiet room for being right on the strip. There was a useable frig and we were given 2 decks of cards. Many eating options on sight and within close proximity.
- 5/5
Customer service was beyond what was expected in every department of the entire hotel and casino.
- 3/5
Room was small and we could hear a lot of noise, especially on Fremont. Price was good.
- 5/5
Very good price for being at the casino. Close to everything

Liked the casino, the room was good and beds were comfortable. Rude person who checked us in, Same with check out person. Asked for a North Tower away from Freemont and he refused to accommodate us that. (This was a Wednesday) (Stayed last Thursday and was given this accommodation)The reason is we were traveling 26 hours (driving) and needed rest. So he gave a us a room right over the live music area.

The entire staff from registration to valet were so nice and helpful.

Yes, everyone was extremely helpful and curious. A nothing good time at the Queen’s . 👍

I enjoyed the stay and the staff was amazing! They were very helpful and I loved that there was no resort fee. Overall the stay was good and we were hardly in the room so not a big deal. I don’t like the cigarette smell too much and the refrigerator was not cooling any of our drinks that were in there.

Located in the middle of the fun on Fremont street. All the cigarettes smoke, only cuz I have allergies.

I still want my $84.81 refunded to me. We only stayed one night but was charged for 2 nights because of an error with booking. Com. I was told my second night was for the 15th. But then you said it was for the 10th. We only needed one room for the 10th. I will not use booking ever again and may not stay at your place either. You guys need to get your act together. One place says one thing and the other place says another. I will not recommend either Four Queens or Booking .Com to anyone.

The Four Queens hotel is a great value for anyone wanting to stay downtown on Fremont Street. The room was clean and appeared to have been updated since a previous visit. The bed was comfortable, there was a large refrigerator and coffee maker and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. The room was also very quiet as it did not face Fremont Street.
- 5/5
I like staying here for its convenience & affordability! It’s right on Fremont , I get come down whenever & go up to my room when done partying! Staff is always helpful with anything I’ve asked . Would stay here again
- 4/5
It's a nice property in good condition, with good staff. The room we had was on Fremont street, so was very noisy until 3 O'clock in the morning! I slept OK because I'm a very good sleeper, so we didn't ask to change rooms as we were only there two nights. The parking is free if you join the free players club or 5 dollars if you don't. As usual with the big las Vegas hotels, it's a long way from the car park to your room but not as long as some hotels. WiFi was free. It's well organised with quick check ins. We were offered free drinks whilst playing the slots.

- 1/5

- 5/5
Not the place to stay if you want peace and quiet..... but location and everything Vegas is great.
- 2/5
Don't expect to get any sleep if you are in the north tower next to the Fremont Experience. Music that makes the windows vibrate doesn't get turned off until 4AM.
- 4/5
It was fine
- 2/5
The price was reasonable. Most places are completely inflated. this place was not inflated and if youre looking for a good place to crash between vegas escapades, its a decent stop. room service never showed up. i left two messages to order and didnt even get a call back to tell me why. i had to doordash to my room. and i have a disability so this wasnt about convenience. it was about accessibility and i chose this hotel because i know what I need. additionally the walls are paper thin. i heard my neighbor talk at length about his stupid gambling stretegies to someone on the phone and they were nothing more than superstition and bad math. so i didnt even benefit from eavesdropping. when I arrived the front sesk clerk was shouting to someone on the phone about a patron that had been drunk since 2pm. It made me wonder if he knew what city he was working in and what kind of establishment. he also forcefully shoutwd at another staff member to not honor a refund when priceline calls later. i dont know what the deets were on that, could have been valid, but it was clear there was not even a pretense of customer service ettiquette. also parking garage validation is only included if you gamble or purchase something in the casino, unless you push the "call for help" option on your way out of the garage and tell them you are staying at the casino. weird way to bank $50/day from people. Perhaps drunk or hungover gambling types will drop a $50 without a thought. overall it was fine. but im pretty chill with weird stuff. if you have no chill, this is not the place for you.

I like my stay being from Las Vegas it was nice check in was easy, the bellhop Chris was very pleasant.Very helpful the restaurant were nice but the quick eat place if you could make it on the ground floor it if had an elevator I didn't see it. It was hard climbing up the stairs and back down with my arms full of food, the room it self was clean I did look for bed bugs you know the horror stories about bed bugs my room had none, let's talk about the bathroom, shower was clean and easy to get into the fixtures were a challenge but was able to make it work, the sink what is it European art Deco I think it was a little bit dirty at the drain, but if you change it back to the bowl it would be great, I think I'll be back are you going to make it an All-Inclusive hotel at least have an option for it The price, The hot pot in the room you only had coffee. Some people like tea before bed or in the morning, the table lamp between the beds was power surging, and the fart fan in the bathroom is continuous going I like the light on so I can see at night if I have to get
- 3.5/5
Good
- 4/5
By the way, the self parking elevator does not take you directly to the casino/hotel. You have to walk to the hotel which is about 50-100 feet away. It’s a minor inconvenience but I still think it’s worth it if you want an affordable hotel stay in the heart of Fremont.
- 5/5
Great place to stay

What a dump! Don't be fooled by the rating or reviews. We chose not to stay even though the reservation was not refundable. When requested a room that wasn't so nasty, we were informed it was an extra $$$. We won't make this mistake again!

To begin with I had a friend pick me up from the airport and take me to my hotel she came in with me when I checked in. They informed us that she could not come up to my room unless she had an ID which she did not have it with her they then insisted that she leave the hotel and casino and to not come back which I thought was extremely rude they said I'm not allowed any guests unless they show ID at the desk which I thought was ridiculous and I think it's also against the law or at least that's what somebody told me as far as the rooms there's a door that adjoins my room with another room with a good 2 in Gap at the floor which made it not very private at all and there was the same on the entrance door from the hallway a good one and a half 2 in gap not very private I stayed at this hotel several times in the past and I've never had a problem like this and I will never go back I will find your new hotel and casino to frequent

answering any questions. We enjoyed the Casino- some parts were smokey. We were on the 12th floor , and were not able to really fall asleep due to the music that was being enjoyed below on Fremont Street. We did enjoy the Hotel. Thank you, Freda
- 4/5
It was a nice hotel for its location. It was always loud but that expected having a room right above Fremont street. Too bad there was no view.
- 5/5
Front staff was very nice and helpful. I was given a room that had been renovated which was really clean and nice.

Room had cigarette ashes on the body towel, hairs all across the bathroom sink, a razor cover in the shower and chewed gum on the side of the bedside table. They gave me another room the next day which I appreciated but that doesn’t change how dirty the original room was or how uncomfortable I felt.
- 5/5
I think my room was haunted
- 4/5
Staff was helpful the room was good , not grate the bathroom was not the cleanest and there was hair in the tub and towels didn't look the cleanest but I was able to get fresh ones all in all for the price it wasn't bad. I would come again by myself for a quick Vegas weekend trip by myself but not the type of place I would bring my wife tho
- 5/5
basically very good in everything
- 3/5
Most of staff @ magnolia restaurants were great. Jenna, Jeffery were so very nice. Most of the time the food was very good. My husband got pizza from the Chicago Brew one evening and it was very good. We ate @ the Hugo restaurant one nite, OMG and was a great experience. The food and staff was great. Went to the gift shop a few time, they had what I needed. The guys @ front desk, held our bags for a few hrs. They were to nice & helpful.

The room was clean and the stuff was respectful and on the ball.

- 5/5
Property was right on Fremont Street and access to a whole lot of other things to do downtown.
- 4/5
The only criticism I have was the room service , unable to get any on 2 occasions and called during the hours of availability
- 5/5
I had a great time, being on Fremont st was awesome. Your not stuck in one place, where you have to get a taxi or bus, but you can get a taxi or bus if you want to. So much to do, and so little time. I stayed for 4 days, I wish I had a week. A freaking great time! 4-queens is a great place thumbs up 👍

- 5/5
The total property including the hotel staff were phenomenal. Our family really enjoyed our stay. And the drinks were great too. PS. Just need frozen drinks.
- 5/5
Our room was spotlessly clean and room cleaner was more than helpful . We have been repeat customers yearly since 2000. So must be ok !
- 2/5
This hotel is dirty and worn out. There are more updated hotels downtown for similar prices that have been updated and are cleaner. Casino is small, tight and dirty. I would look elsewhere.
- 3/5
When I check in to the room there was no shampoo or conditioner and one of the lights was flickering and not working. When I called down they said they were not going to clean the room again, I said that was not what I was asking for, just the normal amenities that are given at all hotels. And for the lights to work. They did fix them pretty quickly, but it felt like pulling teeth to get them to do their job.
- 5/5
My favorite place to stay! Elevator puts you right in the middle of the casino and a few steps from fremont street!
- 1/5
we never got clean towels until I went down to the front desk to ask for some. Never got our room cleaned. older hotel so not plush at all, just not my cup of tea. plus it was so smoky even in the nonsmoking tower
- 4/5
We celebrated my birthday at Hugo's Restaurant which is inside.the hotel. Food was excellent, my husband ordered the Beef Wellington and was perfect, I had the Lobster Queen which was.also good and my son ordered the seafood trio and also delicious. Long red.stem rose was also a good.gesture, plus a complimentary birthday desert...highly recommended.

Check in was at 4:00pm. Requested a little earlier check in, but the receptionist said that the hotel was full. Maybe she should have said that my room wasn’t ready yet. Also, the occupants of the room next door was yelling and laughing and pounding on something 2:00am in the morning. Not really blaming the hotel. I could have called for security. Other than that the room was nice and the bathroom looked recently renovated.

Smoking in casinos should, at this point be a thing of the past, but since it isn't, we were stuck on a floor where all the smokers were placed and we requested a non smoking room. Still a decent stay, my main issue is who on the board thought that having the pool close at 6 was a smart idea, 8 is a very much more reasonable time to close a pool when check in is at 4.
- 5/5
It met expectations for the price point compared to other hotels on Fremont Street.
- 5/5
I loved it !!
- 5/5
Great choice! I’ve stayed in Vegas multiple times but this is the first time we stayed on Fremont and it was great! The beds were good on the back! We stayed for 5 days for a festival and it was conveniently located to the shuttles. Overall a great experience.

I wasn’t sure what to really rate this place as I walked in our room I thought ok this is clean and the bed was comfy but in the morning when I went to shower there was a cockroach in the bathroom and that killed everything for me. Now I know it happens in the heat but that’s the last thing I wanna bring back home.

We asked to have our room cleaned daily( they asked this question at check in and we said yes) The cleaning lady came once in a 2 times for a 4 night stay, at once it was at 8:30 pm. We did call fir ckean towels and they sent a porter with them. The restaurant magnolias was excellent … all staff and service gets a 5 star!!! And prices were reasonable! Check in and check out was a breeze and we enjoyed our stay!
- 1/5
If you value some sleep go somewhere else. The ac sounds like a jet taking off in the room. You also get a concert till 2 or 3 in the morning. I would think a remodeled room Would have some sound barrier but I was wrong....music is louder in the room than it is on freeemont st and that is impressive. Add on some swanky used underwear left by previous person makes me wonder how good room is cleaned.......and then just to annoy me housekeeping disturbs a conference call im on on first day there even with a do not disturb sign on the door......guess they don't understand the meaning. Could of been worse I suppose but definetly will stay else where next trip. 20 plus trips first bad hotel experience while staying in vegas.

Overall a great place to stay and nice members club privileges. The only thing that you must be aware of is the proximity to Fremont Street There is always things going on and it could be quite noisy. Was hard to go to sleep sometimes.
- 5/5
This place was the best. And Fremont was right down stairs
- 5/5
Great hotel. Very clean. Staff was amazing.
- 4/5
Good to go!!!
- 5/5
Stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved the newly renovated tower. Had a larger mini fridge in the room. Spacious bathroom. The AC worked wonderfully.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
My party was offered upgrades and free parking. That was a PLUS
- 4/5
Enjoyed the Chicago Brewing for food and drinks, staff friendly. Used the coffee shop. The area is very walkable. Bands playing on Fremont Street are quite loud, I could hear them well in my room (837). Walk in shower a plus, but the water control for the shower has way too much play, difficult to control/maintain temperature.
- 4/5
Can’t complain. Nothing to rave about but nothing to diss.
- 4/5
I love 4 Queens, that is my go-to when in Vegas
- 5/5
Front Desk were really nice and accommodating room was very comfortable and quiet easy walk through hotel to elevators. Only thing room didn't have was a microwave if you have leftovers. Overall Great room.
- 5/5
Four Queens is the only place we,stay in Vegas. Staff, amenities, servers and food are all great. We will be back!

I have visited downtown Las Vegas many times, 1st staying at this property. Will never stay here again. Immediately upon check in it was not pleasant. Guy checking us in was clearly not happy with his job, was short and a little rude. Room smelled like sewer upon walking in, called front desk and was told to go back down and stand off to the side for assistance; I did this and was treated horribly by the attendant (Chris) went and got in line and the attendant (Don) then assisted me. Put us in a different room that has fuzzy black and pink mold in the shower, didn’t want to upset the front desk again so we didn’t say anything, mentioned it at check out and was given $25 food credit- not enough to cover breakfast but at least it was something.
- 5/5
Room and bed were comfortable and quiet.
- 3/5
Check in and out was smooth, fast,no frills. Love that they don't charge resort fees.Love the easy valet service. Rooms are just ok, old but clean. Reasonable breakfast prices at Magnolia's. Some noise depending where the rooms are coz of the activities outside. However for the price you have to be ok with those small things. Over all a good budget hotel.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. It's by everything. Clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Magnolia’s had good food, but wow…$50 for 2 for breakfast? Loved the convenience of a mini frig in the room. The Four Queens still needs some updating in the common areas. Room 1109 was nice; I was very thankful to be in a quiet room since the rest of the family didn’t sleep for 3 nights. Overall, we would stay again because of the location.
- 4/5
I have been staying here on and off for over 15 years. Some of the rooms were renovated. Never really had any issues here. It is what it is. Room was clean.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms with friendly staff
- 5/5
Four Queens is in a great location on Fremont Street. Excellent service at check in. Never a resort fee is awesome!
- 5/5
I love everything about the hotel room especially the shower and the view
- 3/5
Perfect for Fremont St and surrounds. Parking was simple and safe which is a big plus. Just that our room on that side of the building was v noisy from Fremont St (and the aircon).

The hotel placed us in a hall on a floor that was being painted. The hall carpet was wet and they had industrial dryers running out side of our room all night. There were employees with cleaning carts constantly going in and out of the door next to our room.

Check-in was easy and quick. Kyle was friendly. Room was not very clean. Dusty and the bathroom sink was slow to drain and smelled awful. The shower was amazing. Room was only cleaned once during our 4 night stay and we had to go down to the front desk for clean towels. We went to Magnolias on our first morning and due to rude service we did not return. Food and service and sister property Binion’s was amazing. Staff and food and their mini food court (Subway, Noble Romans and Dreyers Ice Cream was excellent. Over all, I would book the property again as the location on Fremont was close to everything.
- 5/5
Very convenient location. A bit noisy but is a good vaue for the price. I really like that there's no resort fee. Will definitely come back.
- 4/5
The room is very noisy. This is great for people wanting to go party in Vegas. Not recommended for a family vacation hotel.

If you are looking to party and don't mind nighttime noise the Fremont tower is for you. If you want a quiet night, pay the extra for the other tower. Staff was amazing and the entertainment (comedy/magician) was so much fun.
- 4/5
Very good
- 3.5/5
Our room toilet stopped up during our visit and the ice machine on our floor 18 was out of ice.
- 2/5
Casino tables were nice and very prompt with drinks. No swimming pool or gym facilities as advertised. Was not modern or renovated! TV had to be rebooted every time we turned it on. Beds were not comfortable and carpet was so dirty. Elevators were slow and no stairs to get out!
- 4/5
I didn't get breakfast Just the exceptionally loud street entertainer right outside of the casino.

Our guest room attendant Juliana was amazing! The staff were amazing at the front desk Our room toilet stopped up during our visit and the ice machine on our floor 18 was out of ice.
- 5/5
Just wish there was a microwave in our room threw away a lot of food
- 3/5
I got the renovated side on the north tower and the rooms were renovated but the hall was not. The 1 bed room was quite small. The bathroom smelled with urine. I have the cleaner mop the floor the next day and it was good after. The slots and table games were not kind to us for 4 days. Left Vegas with 20 dollars to my name .

- 2/5
The noise level from the music on street was pretty loud and it was hard to drown out the sound even with earplugs. Also in the room throughout the night and during the day, it had a pretty strong stench of cigarettes which the casino itself does too.
- 5/5
Overall great experience. Would have been nice to have a microwave
- 4/5
LIKED THE CASINO AND BREWERY.STAFF WERE REAL FRIENDLY.
- 5/5
Housekeeping was great ! I'll be back in August
- 4/5
Great stay and the price was great. The one thing I did not think about was our room was on the Freemont street side and the music is really loud until about 3 in the morning. This didn’t bother me as I can sleep through a lot. But for someone that has trouble sleeping with noise, it could be an issue. Everything is owe was great for our stay.
- 4/5
It’s right on top of Fremont st, so if you want quiet, don’t book here lol
- 5/5
Great upgraded rooms with great amenities , be ready for LOUD music from the Freemont experience or step out the door, you're there!
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff friendly. Especially the staff at magnolias and the hotel front desk.
- 2/5
The breakfast was good
- 3/5

LOVED MY STAY AT THE 4 QUEEENS! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH FABULOUS LOCATION! ALL OF THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND WARM AND WELCOMING! I FELT LIKE A ROCKSTAR! THE CHAI TEA IS EPIC BETTER THEN STARBUCKS AND CHEAPER! GYM AND POOL! EASY ACCESS TO WALK LOCALLY. CANT WAIT TO BE BACK! THE ROOM WAS SUPER SPACIOUS AS WELL! THANKS TO ALL STAFF YOU ALL ROCK!!! THANKS FOR MAKING MY TRIP SO SPECIAL! ILL NEVER FORGET MY STAY! Have a beautiful day!
- 4/5
Other than the loud music heard from the Experience down below my hotel room until 1-3am every night (which is to be expected I guess), very nice stay. All the entertainment in the area is great!
- 5/5
We love the four queens
- 2/5
Three times in one night while trying to enjoy myself the security approached me asking me my room and for my ID saying this is there job if someone looks young . Mind you I’m 37 years old three times they embarrassed me and stopped while I was playing slots definitely won’t be returning. Some type of profiling going on here cause it makes no sense.

- 5/5
Great room at superb price point
- 5/5
Will definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
Positives: Location, value, clean rooms, surprisingly quiet room, refrigerator, safe, free wi-fi, good restaurants in the casino, 10% discount on restaurants with a players card, nice casino. Negatives: Room badly in need of renovation, no sitting furniture, furniture is beat up.
- 4/5
The elevator looked patched up and old....the room was clean however it does look like there should be some new furniture. The jet shower heads had a little build up of scum.
- 5/5
You can never go wrong staying at Four Queens, especially without having to pay resort fees! An easy choice for me!
- 5/5
The old school nostalgia
- 5/5
Every thing was good. Valet parking could be larger. The valet staff was great just a little tough to get to
- 5/5
Walls were thin as paper, I could hear everything the guests in the next room were saying. Other than that, everything else was excellent. Clean room, clean bathroom, hot water, no resort fee. How could you go wrong?
- 5/5
I liked the convenience of having Freemont just downstairs. I didnt like the ice machine not being on my floor. (7th) Ice machine is located on every even numbered floor. Regardless, I will book here again. I got the suite with the bar. Its worth it.
- 4/5
The desk staff was not very friendly. I felt rushed and unappreciated. The cleaning crew and casino floor staff were helpful. Club players staff were also not very friendly. I believe that if you choose a job that’s your choice.
- 5/5
Best location in town!!!
- 1/5
Not happy with customer service.
- 4/5
Pretty decent for the price you pay
- 5/5
I was very happy with the entire experience from van pickup at the airport, fast check in, very clean room, nothing was broken or outdated. No resort fee was excellent! $100 security deposit was refunded before we got back to the airport. We did make 1 mistake when they say checkout is Noon and we got back to the room at 12:04 the key cards no longer worked. That was my fault. The staff let us in and we grabbed our bags and checked out. They even had a place to store our stuff until 4pm when transportation picked us up to go back to the airport. This trip was for my son’s 21st birthday and I was so happy that everything went smoothly.
- 5/5
Love it a bit outdated but everyone went beyond
- 2/5

- 5/5
Great hotel on Fremont Street.
- 3/5
We stayed for 4 days and our room wasn’t cleaned once. We also found a vibrator in what we thought was a clean room. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything the neighbors are doing.
- 5/5
The black waitress at patio bar was rude

- 5/5
Perfect stay for a girls trip!
- 5/5
Great Hotel, super fun
- 4/5
Great price, and a great location. Real feel of old Fremont st. The first Vegas
- 1/5
Room smelled musty, beds were horrible and no where did it say that the loud music was going to be normal. In the casino there was only 1 bathroom and 1 ATM.
- 3/5
Older hotel with not much updates. Bathroom was very small, room was minimally updated. Strong cigarette and marijuana small. Low budget hotel but if you want to save a few bucks and be centrally located on Freemont St its worth considering
- 5/5
Always great
- 5/5
Loved the place in freemont street, I was every night in the free concerts until 2 am. If you want to sleep here, you can do it from that hour. The casino always was fun, and the best deal is the pizza at lobby at $10. Near doghnuts, tacos and ABC Stores. Near the deuce, loop and centenial, everything was perfect!
- 3/5
The staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Room service was plates by the ice machine for a few days.
- 4/5
Close to Fremont Street. Room was clean.

Not sure about other rooms but dont stay in room 1600. It is literally the janitors closet. 200 sf. Headboard next to front door. Not even a chair in the room to sit. Allegedly “refurbished”. Id hate to see the un refurbished room. Employees fantastic. Great breakfast at Magnolias
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay here, very courteous and clean.

- 2/5
Very worrying ….. They wanted us to upgrade to $100 for suite We checked and looked - it wasn’t worth it … Last night in Las Vegas we were very disappointed Hotel is very dated
- 4/5
Room was nice , clean and comfortable I would stay there again.

- 4/5
Everything was great but had to let the water run for at least 8 minutes before we cpould get it hot and if you want quiet after 9-10pm i would recommend a different place. We didn't mind it because we were there to have fun but some may
- 5/5

- 5/5
staff was great
- 5/5
As long as you stay in the new tower, it is a fantastic place!!! Located right in the middle of the action. All the workers were extremely nice. Food at Magnolias was excellent!!! The first night we were given a room in the old building.. I was going to change hotels until they switched me over to the new side! Way better! Way nicer! Way cleaner! Way quieter! The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and so nice!
- 5/5
Loved being able to come off the elevator and be right in the heart of Fremont! Parking easy and convenient. The only thing we didn’t think about was how loud it would be from the Fremont Street Experience at night when trying to sleep, but after the first couple of nights we got used to it. Overall a great place to stay!
- 3/5
TV didn’t work. We didn’t complain or report tho. Our room overlooked the band stage, very loud but not unbearable. Food options are pretty limited. Hard to beat the low nightly rate and no resort fee.
- 5/5
Yes, the whole thing was beautiful. I loved it all. Thank you.

- 4/5
We had an amazing time staying at the four Queens. The only downside is the mattresses are not comfortable, but we definitely enjoyed our stay, so convenient to everything so close and right in the middle of Fremont.
- 3/5
Hall ways dirty and extremely loud. Ive been this to hotel lots of time and it has never been this loud. Everyday it was something different. People loud. Doors so loud when closing. People very loud during sexual activities.

- 1/5
Horrible. The room was gross and smelled of Urine, and despite the no smoking policy, the whole place smelled heavily of smoke. We didn’t stay, we checked out right away, there were no other places to stay, and the hotel said they couldn’t give us a refund since we booked through expedia. Stay away from this place!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, really helpful, and fast service only reason I gave a five star excellent customer service m. The room smelled like someone just smoked ten packs of cigarettes and checked out. It was horrible room needs to be aired out and deep cleaned. Literally wanted to throw up good thing I brought air fresheners helped out a lot. I stayed in smoking rooms before but that is by far the worst. I almost checked out and went elsewhere
- 5/5
Location was fun. Easy walk to other casinos. Great size gambling floor.
- 5/5
Yes.nice rooms
- 5/5
Staff helpful and pleasant at all hours.
- 5/5
Room was clean, nights are a bit loud due to proximity of the Fairmount St, parking was free even tho we where told by the first receptionist that we have to spend money in the casino to be able to park for free, however another one gave us a free parking pass for the duration of stay.
- 1/5
Very noisy - no hot water and run down

Stayed in the North Tower and the room was perfect. Squeaky clean and well decorated. Will definitely stay again. And....check in was super fast.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and convenient
- 3/5
Room was ok, music playing all night with room facing Fremont was terrible. Request other side of hotel.
- 5/5
First time staying here anywhere on Freemont St. Would do it again..less expensive than most. A little older but for the most part very clean and very safe
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff.
- 2/5
Elevators took so long and there was 4 of them. Made it really difficult and time consuming. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows wernt all the same. They varied in softness.
- 5/5
Room was clean, our check in person was awesome! (I think his name was Anthony?) no resort free and free parking, can’t beat it these days in Vegas!
- 4/5
Location
- 2/5
The level of noise is unacceptable/Music. Will never stay there again and can not recommend to anyone. The room was sufficient .

- 4/5
Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
Room was nice and clean
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean. Excellent location in the middle of downtown. Bring ear plugs if your room is on the Fremont St. side. Loud music till 2am.
- 3/5
Very deteriorated. Location is perfect if you just want to go down to walk Fairmont strip. But hotel is pretty old. Good thing though is that has free parking.

- 5/5
Great service and clean room will definitely be back to stay here again.
- 2/5
I would not recommend the north tower. Yes the rooms are nice, updated and beautiful however…..you will get zero sleep. The music blasts in the room all night from Fremont Street.
- 4/5
great experience
- 5/5
Clean room Staff was helpful Had everything we needed Shower was so good!
- 3/5
Room faces the street so it is too loud to sleep. Room was ok but the quoted $5 for parking turned into $25 when we left.
- 3/5
Did not refill the shampoo bottle. And it was too loud, I get it it’s below the Fremont Street. It’s a clean hotel but you cannot get some good sleep. Location is great!
- 5/5
Great stay, a little loud but very clean, comfortable.
- 1/5
They can't help with anything. And know one knows anything. And the security guard is there for no reason any time someone needs help. They can't help with nothing. They need to be fired!!!
- 5/5
Hotel great location and good tables
- 3/5
Room smelled like mildew and cigarette. Not a great room
- 5/5
- 5/5
Easy check in, great location
- 5/5
Awesome!
- 3/5
the room had trash in the trash can but most importantly it has poo stuck on the side of the toilet. We asked to have the room attended to during our stay. Never did housekeeping come in, to make the bed or provide more coffee and coffee cups.
- 5/5
Very clean,people were great.
- 3/5
Las cajeras del casino mal encaradas Los de recepcion muy amables
- 5/5
Requested a room with better view do to a fall and knowing I would be spending time in there and they were able to accommodate me and the bell people helped me move my belongings, great people. I truely appreciate that and they were very understanding. Thank you so much 4 Queens Staff.
- 5/5
Nice location, friendly staff
- 5/5
Great customer service all the time. I have been staying there for a couple of years now every time I go to Vegas always book at 4Queens. Even though I don’t make enough points to get room specials😂
- 4/5
Nice room I could’ve used a microwave and bathtub
- 5/5
Simple, clean.
- 5/5
Always a great stay
- 1/5
Staff support Eddie bartender was so Rude and unprofessional. Reported the incident to Manager Allison and agreed his comments and behavior was uncalled for. Other than that situation Four Queens was great!
- 5/5
Great location to downtown area
- 5/5
Just had an over all great stay
