This hotel seems like an independently owned Wyndham and is not very well taken care of or maintained. I only stayed the night I got there n left by 9am the next morning.

No TV Remote, No Towels, No Water, No Hand wash soap, No Breakfast. It was a terrible experience for us. We had to stay there for the night, since we checked in late around midnight. The next morning we woke up with a view of garbage from room. When we went down for breakfast, we were informed that the breakfast vendor has cancelled today's breakfast, and no breakfast will be served. We immediately cancelled our rest of reservation (we planned to stay in that hotel for 4 nights, but checked out after first night itself). Terrible experience. Definitely not even thinking about going there again.

My friend and I were in town for the weekend for a concert and the staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to answer our questions, the room was barely clean, the soap bottle in the bathroom was broken so we had to use the body gel to wash our hands. When I asked for extra towels I felt brushed off.

On the weekends, it can be very loud so be prepared for the music.

Initial room was not ready, snd the manager did get us a different room, but they all had no access turned on, towels were not present and had to be requested on check in, snd towels and sheets had visible marks, headboard top was dusty. Do not stay here.

Except for the loud music coming from the Lime Light club, the motel was great.

Free Parking on site. Staff was friendly - No towels; had to go to front desk and ask. Hair on floors and in bathtub. Broken toilet paper holder; sheets had old stains but seemed clean.

The hotel staff were no where to be found in the morning, therefore we were unable to check out properly. There was also no accommodative breakfast as mentioned in the expected amenities. Upon attempting to check out the office building was locked with no one answering the phone or the doorbell. On a positive note, we were able to book right away and enter a room at midnight on a last minute need.

This place was just terrible. Actually it was probably my worst stay ever, as there was no warning about neighborhood. there was one very loud flame thrower(!) just 100 feet from my window and very loud club just maybe 300 feet on the other side and those kept noise at least until 3 am. so: it was impossible to have ANY sleep and there was no chance to get refund. On the other hand-if you have hearing disability-this place is in great location , near Fairmont , and has free parking as well. breakfast was poor and the guy who run he place was not very friendly after my complains.

The condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable for any guest to stay in. I spoke with the lobby attendant before leaving, and he apologized and stated that we would not be charged for the room.

The bathroom, floors, and walls were pretty stained and dirty - it definitely looked different than the pictures. The motel is also located right next to a bar that plays loud music all day, which was fine with us but might be something to note. Additionally, the AC works but the room doesnt get as cold as we wouldve liked for it to. The hotel was manage well tho and the workers were nice, we just did not expect how messy the rooms would be.

TV had no power cord, phone was not connected, free breakfast was non existent.

Beds were not the stated size. They tried to pass off doubles as queens. A/C unit had bad leak. Next door there is a night club that is so loud you can’t sleep until it closes around 3am.

My hotel stay was below the bare minimum in quality. My room had no towels when I checked in, I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels. My room's TV did not work, they did not help and get it working. My room's AC unit did not work when turned on. My room's shower did not work, the part that one would pull up to have water flow out for the shower did not work and I could not actually have a shower in my room during my stay. The Check In Clerk did not understand me or speak english well when I went over to the front desk to inform on the above issues and ask for assistance the night of the hotel stay, either. We arrived mid day. Easy parking, easy check-in. Room was OK. not super clean and the curtains wouldn't close all the way on the big window to our room. Went to a concert at Sphere, came back at 12:30 am to sleep but found that impossible. Right next door is a club with the loudest music ever. Lots of cops out. saw two people put in hand-cuffs right outside our hotel. At 1 am we decided sleep would not be possible so we opted to leave and drive 2.5 hours back home. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want loud music literally shaking the walls of your room. The biggest waste of my money ever. I wish Hotel.com would give me a refund on this room.

Dirty room. TV didn’t work. Room does have a refrigerator, so that was a plus. Bring your slippers because the floor is disgusting.

There were no blanket and towels in the room. We had to request it. There was no breakfast even though it's listed. We would not stay in the hotel again.

Roons are nothing like the advertisement. Not a decent a decent room, reserved a king and git a queen, Breakfast was a paper lunch bag, hair in shower, room smelled, extremely loud music from club & entertainment from accross the street until 8am, room would shake from the loud noise, wasnt able to sleep, floor was dirty, asked for extra linnen never received it, this is a motel not hotel, outside of motel dirty, smelled, would not stay here ever again.

Check in was smooth, but everything after that was unacceptable. By 3:30 PM, every trash can on the property was overflowing with garbage. Walking to the room, I saw a large burn hole in the wall and a window panel held together with tape. Inside, the windows were extremely thin and the only barrier between my family and the outside. I did not feel safe staying here. This is not just a cleanliness issue, this is a safety issue. What makes this worse is a clear bait and switch. The photos online show a clean and safe property, but the reality is completely different. I documented this with photos. Misrepresenting a property’s condition, especially regarding safety, is misleading and unacceptable. Because of these conditions, we had to leave and book another hotel for the safety of our family. Despite that, no refund was provided. Charging guests for a stay they cannot safely complete, especially families with children, is unacceptable. I feel completely misled into booking and lost over $700 on a property that is dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe. Wyndham should reconsider attaching their name to this location. Stay anywhere else.

Parking was easy and secure for the most part. Their posting is misleading. It says there's continental breakfast and there wasn't. I asked for more towels and was told housekeeping would bring and they NEVER did nor did they even go to our room. It's not a welcoming environment. Going to the front desk was useless at times. Poor communication. The door had a lock on it and several times during business hours it appeared to be locked with no staff in sight and no notes or sign showing front desk hours. It got be a frustrating. We will NOT be returning or recommending the Baymont by Wyndham at 700 Fremont Street to anyone. Thankfully my partner and I had an incredible time on Fremont Street Experience and at Mad Apple cirque du Soleil show and dining away from the hotel. That made the hotel stay tolerable and of course accomodations such as shower and bed helped. Again I say this location is a poor representation of the Wyndham line of hospitality options.

The beds were fine, but they need to clean the bathroom more thoroughly and be more attrentive, because when we arrived, there was hair from other people and the floor was dirty. I requested that my room be cleaned; threy told me they would come by, but when i checked later, the room was exactly as i had left it. They claimed that breakfast was provided, but when i when to check, there was closed- meaning i couldn't even use the microwave.

Room was so dirty towels sheet and pillow cases had stains, the air conditioner was old made a lot of noise the floor was gross and bathroom was dirty. staff was ok only one person, felt bad for her. parking is ok it’s free area was so loud was unable to sleep.

The room was nice and spacious. Had a working coffee maker and refrigerator. But the ac unit was insanely loud. Hopefully they replace them. Directly across the street from the Container Park woth food and entertainment.

The place was run down and really needs a lot of work. The one female desk person was really good. She switched rooms for me because the lock stopped working from my original room and the window was completely broken and they used packing tape to seal it which isn't very secure. The free breakfast was a bag of food that wasn't bad but you kind of expect more when they say free breakfast and for the amount I paid for the room

The hotel is less than 5 mins from Fremont. It’s not spotless but we weren’t going to be in the room too long so for the price it was definitely worth it. Staff is super nice. Ac kept my room nice and cold.

Cons Room cards did not work and had to go to desk every time to enter room. Ice machine did not work had to buy my own ice. No breakfast was available one morning. Had to ask for a coffee machine they said previous person had stole it. Bar which is in the Hotel parking lot played loud music until 3am.

Door was lose,, curtains didn't close, restroom door was dirty, window in restroom didn't have a screen, there was only 1 adult towel, phone didn't work, big window on front was dirty, there was no free breakfast/continental as advertised, our room was different than what was listed on our check out, young woman at the desk was sweet, helpful, and she assisted with what she could. Tv didn't work in our friends room, and she had all the same issues we had including no toilet paper, we bought our own.

Baymont by Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this establishment. Would give zero stars if an option. Complete crap of a hotel.

who actually was on her cell phone talking to someone the entire time I was in there, she finally hung up when she could see I was getting tired of it. The windows and entrance are a disgrace as well as the bathtub which had no safety bars. However it was cheap and cheap is what we recieved. Live and learn.

The room I ordered (king and queen suite) doesn’t exist. After two more wrong rooms (a single and an occupied room) was finally given a double queen. Reeked of smoke, had not been cleaned (we found thong underwear in the shower) and was not cleaned during our multi-day stay either. Ended up with a partial refund but between the natural noise of the bar next door and the terrible stay I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

To begin with the motel was hard to find it was not the one in the pictures. The first room they put me in the glass was broken out of the name picture window and it was put back together with tape which was a total joke so they put me in another room which wasn't much better it looked like the door was ready to fall off anything that wanted to crawl in could because it was one of the worst places I've ever stayed

O hotel aparentemente foi reformado porém está mal administrado. As roupas de cama estão amareladas e as toalhas manchadas, nada tem um bom cheiro e parecem que já haviam sido usadas antes. Mesmo após solicitarmos, as roupas de cama e toalhas não foram trocadas. O café da manhã é muito simples, na verdade é entregue um kit que até que atende bem as necessidades. A grande vantagem do hotel é a localização, a poucos passos da Freemont st e do movimento de Downtown. Essa vantagem também é um problema, devido ao barulho intenso durante a noite. A estrutura de um motel acaba deixando os quartos muito expostos e por vezes encontramos estranhos nos corredores, que não eram hóspedes. Estacionamento grátis nessa região também é um diferencial positivo. Confesso que já sabia que pelo preço não poderia esperar muito, mas pelo menos a limpeza eu esperava que fosse um pouco melhor. Por fim, só recomendo esse hotel se seu objetivo for economizar, de resto não acho que vale a pena a experiência.

Location w/in a short walk to Fremont Street Experience. Pulled car right up to my room. Comfortable bed. Hot water, heater, WiFi & TV worked well. Super friendly Manager. 24/7 front desk. Filthy floors, hair in tub. Broken shower head. Only a sheet & very light blanket on bed. Loud music from nearby nightclub, ask for a room in back.

The room was full of graffiti. Lots of smear words on the door of the room and the fridge. Scary for my kids. No explanation at all until I asked the receptionist what’s happened. Th room should not have been offered to any guest.

It is currently after 1 am, and there is music playing outside that is so loud the windows are shaking. Not even exaggerating. There is literally no way to sleep through it. I've never considered leaving a hotel in the middle of the night before now. The door of our room doesn't lock with a deadbolt, it doesn't line up. The window was wide open (to a creepy alley) when we arrived, and doesnt have a working lock on it. So we stuck a hanger in it to keep it from being opened. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were hairballs on the floor. The air conditioning a super loud buzz with little airflow. There are the usual things like chipped paint and scratched floors that I would assume would be there with a cheap room, but not feeling safe and not being able to sleep makes it a completely horrible experience. The fact that the music never ends needs to be in the listing info! Super frustrating.

Truthfully only thing was it was close to the Fremont strip When we arrived we were given a room that had a broken window smelled like cigarettes and the sheets had stains and was dirty , we moved to another room where the towels in the bathroom had black stains and pee stains on the floor and toilet , it smelled like old urine so bad it was disgusting the beds also had stains and was dirty and the “ac “ worked for 20 min had a loud rattle and then turned off

When we showed up there was no one in the office to grab the keys. The area was very loud. The room was dirty. One of the sheets has a huge yellow stain on it. No soap. Never came by to clean the room. Floor was dirty.

Heating/AC unit is so dirty I dare not use it. The smoke alarm has plastic wrap around it. Its almost 2 AM and the club next door has so much bass going my bed is literally vibrating.

Heating/AC unit is so dirty I dare not use it. The smoke alarm has plastic wrap around it. Its almost 2 AM and the club next door has so much bass going my bed is literally vibrating.

Rooms could be cleaned better and front desk needs better customer service skills

When checking in I was notified there TVs were not working , I was like okay that’s fine… then I get to my room and the next day I attempt to shower and the shower is broken…. So no TV and broken shower like come on. If it wasn’t for these things the stay would be worth the cost for sure . Owner did attempt to make it right… currently awaiting outcome.

I asked why they wouldn’t let people know as we had children with us, and especially the music had foul language in it he front desk said we would’t have any customers if we told you!!! The bathroom window wouldn’t close and there was no soap in the bathroom. The carpark had homeless going through trash and somebody threw up clearly days before and still there. I have video to show how loud it was at obsene hours and pictures to show how filthy. Please expedia take them off your site. Should be condemed.

Paid extra for early room and didn’t get in room until 5pm. Never cleaned room,no towels or sheets or toilet paper in the 4 nights we spent there. It was discusting and such loud music from 11pm until 5am every night from the building Nextdoor hotel key had to be recoded ever night we got back it didn’t work and no one is ever there so had to ring bell countless times. The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in 40 years of traveling. I hope this helps but I doubt it. Myself and 2 other couples will never stay at bayonet or a Wyndham hotel ever again

I didnt sleep the entire night , the staff was confused on what i was talking about.there were no amenities. There was no proper security at all the door latch was the locks security and it failed when the people tried breaking in.. the dead bolt was not operational..Im never coming back or recommending anyone local or global.

Room 142, the lock cylinder was missing on the entry door, the entry door strike was worn out, the door did shut completely as a result, there was about a 1-inch gap, the deadbolt did not help with that. Room had a very loud Heating and Air Conditioning unit, the integrity of the floor was very soft, the toilet plumbing was slow/clogged, toilet paper holder fell off the wall and there was a very distinct order in the room. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty and stunk. There were random people walking off 7th Street peering in room windows and going through the trash making us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. We were booked for 3 nights but left after the 1st night citing a family emergency, the emergency was the conditions described above. Danny, the manager, indicated that he would reach out to corporate to inquire about a refund for the two remaining nights, we have not received our refund and there is no answer or voice messaging system at the property. All very shocking for a Wyndham property.

Just a shit place to stay

Maid never showed up to clean room, but front desk staff brought us towels when we got back to our room late at night.

The room had no toilet paper and the floor was sticky. After confirming at check in that breakfast was available every morning starting at 7, there was no breakfast set up or available when checking out the next morning at 7:15. The night club was loud and it was difficult to fall asleep before 5am.

Internet was not too good. You only have waffle and few fruits for the breakfast.

The staff was great, but the room was something else holes in wall, bathroom wasn't cleaned and the bed wasn't clean either . We won't stay there again. We was supposed to have a microwave but didn't. The door wouldn't dead bolt the curtains were about to fall down. I could go on but won't. For the price of the room we are not happy. You should give us a discount or for free. Suzane Whittington

Pretty sure this is a property that is used for any nefarious activity you can imagine going on in Vegas! Would never stay here again... Monthly renters living here as their primary home... Just gross! Ended up with bed bugs as well, so the gift that keeps on giving... Not good.

Rooms are horrible, cut my leg on the board sticking out 4inches from under the mattress. The in room coffee is the worst I’ve ever had. This place is like a druggies hotel. Not good, was worried about my car the whole time. Cheap is.what you are paying for.

The soap container in the shower was empty. There were grease (?) stains at top of headboard. The window above bed was not closable, and had a bullet hole.

Slept past breakfast but heard it was just muffins and danishes. Some electrical outlets in the room didn't work. Otherwise it was what I expected and close to Fremont St.

The property feels more like a small motel than a hotel — a bit hidden and lowkey. The room was dirty and noisy, with the AC leaking water, stained sheets, and a bed that didn’t look or feel clean. The wood floors were also dirty, and when we asked for fresh sheets, our request was denied, which was really disappointing. On the positive side, the front desk staff was kind and accommodating — they let us check in two hours early without any extra charge, which we appreciated. But overall, the place needs serious attention to cleanliness and maintenance. If you’re on a tight budget and just need a quick place to crash, it’ll do for a night — but don’t expect comfort or cleanliness here.

Westing money by booking in this place, it’s unfair to call it a motel, insects all over the place, smells of the room is horrible, mold everywhere, furniture is terrible. Everything is broken and scratched, breakfast is a joke

The air conditioner made loud noises, not easy to fall asleep too. The bed was a bit hard for me. There was no drinking water available on the property. The water from the sink and shower had a slight sulphur smell

I was better than what I expected and would stay there again.

I was pleased with this choice of hotel since they advertised a guest laundry and we needed to do a few loads. Upon arrival we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. The desk agent came and checked to ensure the fan worked. It did. He said it would cool down very soon. It never cooled down. When we went over to do our laundry at the guest laundry we were informed it was being used by the hotel because their washer/dryer was broken and they needed to do sheets etc. We didn't use the pool, but saw others enjoying it. The location is very good - only 2 blocks from downtown Las Vegas and a short walk to the bright lights. I left my email address with the desk agent and asked him to provide it to the owner/manager, but I did not hear from him.

For the price, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Located a block from 'old downtown' action, which is good if you want to be up most of the night with sirens, loud music, etc. Some would love this. We just wanted a good night's sleep. Request a room on the top floor so you don't have to listen to the party upstairs...

The hotel is older-the carpet turned our feet black so we wore shoes all the time. The location was OK - only 2 blocks from the downtown action - an OK walk as there is security everywhere. We wanted a room for 6 people so this was the only one I could find close to downtown. It has a full fridge but no microwave which was expected. Bathroom was OK - shower looked newer. Our 1st impression was not good but after the 3rd night it was an OK hotel. Breakfast was only coffee/milk/juice/toast/English muffin/cereal - it held us over until we went somewhere! Wouldn't be afraid to stay again for the low rate.
