Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its spacious design, friendly and professional staff, and good food options. However, there are consistent complaints about slow service, maintenance issues, and high prices.
- Spacious design and airy atmosphere
- Friendly and professional staff
- Slow service, particularly in dining areas

Awesome place to stay!

The location is great, and compared to many other Vegas hotels, this one doesn’t feel sleazy as many other hotels. The customer service across the board is literally bellow the expectations. It started from the first night, after a long journey of 18 hours I realized during the night that the hotel elevator makes a noise of a spaceship during takeoff. It happens every time that it passes through the floor. I survived the first terrible night and asked in the morning to switch a room. The receptionist said that they are aware of this noise problem and agreed to switch my room to another one in the afternoon. I left my stuff at the reception and came back in the evening in order to receive my new room, knowing the new room is ready since I received a confirmation email. Unfortunately, the receptionist said that the new room is in fact the same room that I as the previous night and that she doesn’t have any other room to offer me. I insisted to change a room due to the terrible noise problem. After long wait the manager of the reception agreed to change my room to a one which is not next to the noisy elevator. While the room was just fine and the noise wasn’t heard that much as in the previous room, I wasn’t lucky enough since after the first use the toilets got clogged. It took some time to the housekeeping to come over and fix the problem you wouldn’t expect from a high end and relatively new property. It is fair to mention that the hotel tried to make peace with me by top up my credits which I never used. Anyway, my experience didn’t end here. After the stay and only just until now (a few days after my trip) I was chasing the hotel in order to receive what I should receive by law: an invoice for my stay. I contacted the hotel at least 5 times through booking.com and directly and they simply refused sending me an invoice, claiming I should get it from booking. At the 6th or 7th attempt they finally accepted my request and sent me an invoice for the two rooms in my order. Bottom line: it could be a much better stay if the staff was more service oriented.

Front desk, from the moment we arrived... the lady was a power trip and so hospitable. She acts like those people that work at YMCA. She was truly an unhappy human being. She does not belong in a 5 star resort ambiance.
- 4/5
I also had a disappointing experience at the lobby bar. I waited about 10 minutes for service and was never acknowledged or helped. Better attention to guests in both the lobby and bar areas would go a long way toward matching the quality of the accommodations.

- 5/5
From the moment we arrived, the elegance of the lobby set the tone for what would be an exceptional stay. The room accommodations were luxurious, the poolside experience was wonderful, and the exclusive area reserved for Crockfords guests was a standout amenity. The spa was equally impressive — truly a world-class retreat. But the highlight of our entire stay was Selena at the front desk. We arrived with multiple reservations, and she seamlessly condensed everything into one perfectly organized stay — and even offered us an incredible upgrade overlooking the city of Las Vegas. Her customer service was remarkable from start to finish, and her follow-up throughout our stay showed just how much she genuinely cares about her guests. She was so warm and attentive to my family that we ended up extending our stay by two days. Selena is a true gem, and if you’re planning a visit to Crockfords, do yourself a favor and request her at the front desk. She is absolutely amazing. The resort as a whole is unparalleled, and I cannot wait to return

Crockford’s was outstanding and exceeded expectations
- 2/5
The passive aggressive housekeepers who kept moving the ensuite bathroom mats for guests to either trip over or break one’s neck. The west wing of Crockfords is a carpark view fyi. The distance from front desk to the ‘upgraded room’ was a very long way through 6 doors Ana L at reception, once I could find it, insisting on presenting me with the room card in both hands like a ‘plump squirrel’ eating with her thumbs on it. A very unattractive welcoming pre-sentation. The room upgrade avoided giving me the food credit, free parking and city view, I had paid for.
- 5/5
Check-in is a breeze. My brother came early and got the room ready. Thank you for free upgrade. Good clean room, daily housekeeping and even a turn down service. Free coffee and pastries at the lobby 6-10am. Staff friendly and always ready to help.

Our room was beautiful. The cleaning staff was top notch. They came and cleaned the room 2xs a day. They turned down the bed. The room comes with those basic comforts that was standard before the pandemic but now hotels don't provide. Ex: toothbrush and toothpaste, q-tips, shower caps, shaving kit, bath beads, exfoliating pad. The resort itself was just beautiful. The interior is just picture perfect. If you didn't want you didn't have to leave the resort. Everything was there, fine dinning, casual dinning, entertainment and casino. I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend. We stayed at the Crockford but their are three hotels that make up the resort: Hilton, Concord and Crockford. Nothing

It was a lovely hotel. Overall we really enjoyed it. For the most part very quiet except on Friday and Saturday even though we were on the 60th floor, there was a constant drum beat or bass beat or something, very annoying for four hours from about 1 o’clock till 5 o’clock. I inquired and apparently it was the band at the swimming pools. I’m not sure it was possible to get away from it but it was much worse on Saturday afternoon than Friday. An hour or so would’ve been OK but it went on and on and on until the pool closed at 5 PM. And they ran out of coffee in the lobby two different days. Now they brought more out but it took another 10 minutes and I don’t know why they can’t monitor it more carefully and just bring it out when necessary. Otherwise things were beautiful!

This has to be one of the best properties I have ever stayed at, last time we stayed at The Wynn but this by far was much better for us, its a completely new property, we were in a 1 bedroom suite on the 62nd fl with beautiful views, from a massage gun to makeup remover wipes to the most luxurious bath products they did not miss the mark on taking care of it all! The crockfords feels very exclusive, we loved all the food choices from pizza slices to asian street food to burger joints to the most upscale restaurants! amazing shops and great casino! you dont even have to leave the property! We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Vegas! my son did not want to leave and neither did I!

The best service with complimentary valet service. Nice quick bites in the morning in the lobby. I really appreciated the fresh fruit which is always nice on a vacation. The daily $66 credit was a great benefit. Great view and easy access to the Conrad, Hilton, Resorts World and shops. Would stay here again!

Front desk staff was amazing and a pleasure to work with. Gatsby bar staff and Food court staff was very good as well, great value with the 3 for $45 in the food court. Alle 66 was excellent, staff, food and drink was top notch. The room was lovely, very clean, comfortable and a great view. Upon arrival, valets were non-existent. Felt less than luxurious. Came to celebrate our engagement and was disappointed right away. Dined at Viva, staff was inattentive and slow. Drinks were weak and tasted terrible. Management did try and resolve, with churros, but did not feel like fine dining at all. Left after drinks, chips and guacamole. We then dined at Juniors. Second time here and second time disappointed. Food was very bland, staff was tired, and slow. Even with a minimal crowd.

Throughout my visit, phone responses were quick and efficient, and the entire experience felt seamless. The room was immaculate—beautifully maintained, comfortable, and without a single flaw. Everything about the stay felt close to perfect, and I honestly wanted to give a 100/100. The only minor issue occurred at check-out. When I asked a question regarding my bill, a front desk staff member named Gerald seemed slightly annoyed and somewhat forceful in his tone. It stood out simply because every other interaction during my stay had been so courteous and polished. Aside from that brief moment, I was extremely satisfied. I also dined at Carversteak and Stubborn Seed, and both restaurants were excellent and added to the overall experience. Because of the exclusive service and attention to detail, Crockfords will be my hotel of choice whenever I return to Las Vegas. Overall rating: 99/100.

First day given the wrong room number so after long check in went all the way up to find out it was for someone else’s room and had to go back down again to start over. Found out most pools were closed after we arrived. Second day only bathroom lights worked. Third day didn’t get housekeeping although gone most of the day and came back at night to sleep to find out all the bright lights in our room wouldn’t switch off. Took over an hour of multiple calls and going down to lobby to find out it couldn’t be fixed and had to change rooms. Had to repackage everything. Aside from apologies manager would not come out to speak to me either that night or next morning. Asked for later check out, not possible. Asked to keep bags in existing room so we could just go to bed in new room as it was almost 11pm with two young kids. Was not possible. Next day expected at least a night free after all this. One day of resort fees was deducted. Really disappointing and so frustrating. Never experienced this before.

A great selection and variety, from steak to sushi to Italian restaurants, and the Japanese restaurant (Kusa Nori) has Japanese chefs... real deal. Been to Japan over 25 times and this restaurant is excellent. The steakhouse (Carversteak) I didn't dine at but has USDA Prime steaks per the manager, some dry aged, some wet aged, and a beautiful wine list.

I stay at the crockfords twice a year, every year for business at the convention center. This time, I called AND emailed them right after I booked, requesting for a high ceiling room which I got confirmation on. However, when I checked in, they gave me a completely different room. Frustrated, I called them and had to speak with the manager which took forever because they kept putting me on hold. They even lied and said they didn't have any rooms available. But when I showed them the email proof, they suddenly told me they had a room for me. Such gross behavior from such a "luxury" hotel. I'll make sure to take my business to Fontaine Bleu on my next visit.

This property is not very good and not worth the money. They double charged me during my stay and didn’t even offer to make it right by providing anything despite me wasting 30+ mins dealing with a charge on my card that was inaccurate. They eventually reversed it, but the service left a lot to be desired. There’s a reason this property isn’t highly regarded and resorts world isn’t worth it.

This property is really nice, however so many of the restaurants were closed for private events or just randomly closed in general even when the hours were listed as open. We were not told of any of this upon check in. Half the restaurants in the Famous Food Street Eats were in darkness as well. Also, housekeeping knocked on our door one night at 9:30pm, woke us up, to offer water. Nice gesture, but turndown service was already done and we were already sleeping and had to get up and answer the door; she rang the bell 3 times. The fire alarm also went off for a good while one day too. There was too many little things and inconsistencies to give this property a strong rating.

Nice gesture, but turndown service was already done and we were already sleeping and had to get up and answer the door; she rang the bell 3 times. The fire alarm also went off for a good while one day too. There was too many little things and inconsistencies to give this property a strong rating.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to! The room was so specious, clean and the view was awesome. We received 75$ credit per day to use it on food and drinks within the hotel - thats awesome! Also, parking was free and we had option to get free valet as well! I think this was one of my best Vegas trips and I am amazed by the hotel and everything that has to offer. I traveled with my husband and my toddler , and we had so much fun. Pools are also nice, you have variety of pools to choose from . Overall 10 + experience and I highly recommend when traveling to Vegas ! We will definitely be back to Crockfords and Resort World !!!

Our trip was only two nights but we maximized our time. The hotel room was amazing! Everything was clean and looked very new. The hallways at night were quiet and the private entrance was a nice touch. The multiple pools allowed for plenty of exploration. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I give this place a 10 and would stay there again.

My only critic about the resort & casino was the lack of drink service whilst playing the slots in comparison to any other hotel we visited.

By far the best property in Las Vegas. Very clean, very friendly staff, smaller type of hotel and not so busy as all other large hotels. Highly recommended
- 4/5
The property is great. It's beautiful with and has a nice gym. We enjoyed the convenience of staying here and attending the Carrie Underwood concert. I rated service 3 stars because upon checking in I was told that they didn't have a room for me. I booked the room months in advance! They ended up putting us in one of the other hotels in the building but I have never checked into a hotel and been told that they didn't have a room for me. This is outrageous to me. I was given a $200 credit for my inconvenience.

Room view Suite was epic and gorgeous! Baths (1 1/2) master bath huge and marble, beautiful Concierge staff are uber professional and accommodating - world class. From desk also top pros. Pool and pool bar/reataurant very, very good in all aspics. Had a massage in a pool cabana, excellent acupressure Thai massage, and was not too pricy.
- 5/5
It was amazing. Very comfortable, friendly staff, good food and nice room

Room was very nice Location
- 4.5/5
Located just 10 minutes from the central strip, which we prefer as it is nice and quiet at night. Room was much more spacious and comfortable than expected. Good wifi and room service. Helpful staff. If you're looking for good value and a bit less chaos, this is a highly recommended option. Is co-located with three other properties which made Uber pick ups and drop offs a bit tricky, but the bell staff were helpful and we quickly figured it out.

Great staff
- 2/5
On top of that the phone did not work, I tried to press the button for "luxury services" but it never worked, so I had to call from my phone. Also, the Nespresso machine didn't work properly. It was very difficult to make a cup, eventually I got it to work after a lot of effort by holding the button down for the whole time, which is obviously not how it's supposed to work. Not a terrible hotel overall, but needs a lot of work on the service end.
- 5/5
Would definitely go back again.
- 5/5
The hotel was amazing, clean, beautiful, good location, staff were friendly and super helpful. The pool is FANTASTIC, restaurants were delicious! The room was large, bright, modern and clean. Nothing but positive things to say about this place!
- 4/5
The other issue was the size of bed - I don’t know if it was just compared to our king bed at home, but this felt smaller than what we have at home and at other properties on the strip. However, the staff at the crockfords were amazing and the special touches in the room are really nice. The property itself is quiet, safe, and quicker to the middle part of the strip than I expected.
- 5/5
Literally the best hotel in Las Vegas! I will be back!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
I spent hours watching videos, comparing prices and reading other reviews because I wanted the absolutely best luxury room a non-billionaire could afford and crockfords did not disappoint. I enjoyed it leaps and bounds above the other 5 star hotels I have stayed in on the strip. I will be coming back ASAP.
- 5/5

Top tier resort. Crockfords was next level in luxury. Great staff and amazing privacy. Best room I have had in Vegas hands down.
- 5/5
It was great. We had excellent impressions.

- 5/5
Everything!!!! Absolutely loved my stay. Will stay again!!
- 4/5
I had a hard time providing a 5 star as staff plus a huge part in a hotel obtaining 5 star remarks. As the property is 5 star status its staff needed to go through luxury training and how to make a guest feel special to gain all well rounded 5 star status.
- 5/5
Crockfords was an excellent choice. Easy check-in and checkout. Valet service was great. Room is nice and clean.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and a calm and quiet retreat, setting it apart from the frenzy that typifies the rest of Vegas. Service was impeccable, the room was thoughtfully decorated and delivered on comfort. Highly recommend and I will return.
- 3/5
Entrances to West area is through main hotel lobby. Interaction with Crockfords staff was limited. Probably stick to Conrad. Advantage was Crockford pool area. Awesome staff there. This pool area was overrun with kids at times. The pool and area are not big so you are in the splash zone. Many good parents but some had their kids run wild. Lifeguards were whistling regularly.
- 5/5
I had two recent stays, both were excellent- pool for Crockfords guests was perfect size with attentive lifeguards, great wait staff for food/beverages. Rooms comfortable, roomy, housekeeping responsive- love staying here!
- 5/5

Overall am amazing stay. Top tier service from champagne check in to late checkout. Only thing I could possibly complain about is that they never responded to the text messages I sent to the concierge. Don't provide a contact number if you're not going to respond. Otherwise I would 1,000% stay there again.

Beautiful hotel and very nice room.
- 5/5
This was our first time staying at Crockfords and our stay was outstanding! The service from the General Manager Richard was some of the best we have received. The hotel staff especially Anthony in the lobby bar and all of the front desk and room service staff A+! Loved the gym and spa was beautiful. It smells wonderful in the lobby and hallways. The amenities of Baredo were the icing on the cake. Returning in warmer months to be poolside! Highly recommending Crockfords!

The most simple requests take forever, staff doesn’t care, they just keep apologizing but don’t take any responsibility or actions. Room was nice and in good condition and housekeeping did a great job, but that’s it with the positive things. Several lights in my suite were not working and Minibar was warm, addressed that matter several times to the front desk but nothing happened. Ordered ice to my room several times (because they didn’t provide an ice machine on the floor), and it took every time between 1 hour and 3 hours, absolutely disgraceful! Addressed all the problems during check out again and guess what; they said sorry again. During my 4 night stay I heard more apologies than in the entire las year. But apologies loses their meaning if no actions are followed! I will never stay here again and certainly don’t recommend this hotel, it was far from a luxurious experience and all they care about is your money! A mid scale suite for over 500$ a night with terrible service, completely overpriced and not even close to worth the money!
- 5/5
The Valet parking is a bonus...fast and efficient. I can understand how there might be some peak times that could result in a delay. Resorts world is large and self contained. During our stay (late January) the resort was far from capacity...some restaurants had shortened hours or were closed. The RW location is at the North end of the strip but is still walkable to Fremont street or the other Strip properties.
- 4/5
So I am going 4/5 versus 5/5.
- 5/5
Everything was great!!
- 5/5
Dont expect a tremendous upgrade as a Diamond member. Thats been my experience. Great property. The Dog House menu is basic, not much choice there and the food average. With such a nice property they need a better bar menu
- 4/5
Had to switch rooms door for employees slamming across from my first room.
- 3/5
House keeping didn’t refill the water bottles, mattress is cracking; online representative isn’t attentive
- 5/5
This is my second time staying at the Crockfords and still the best room I’ve ever stayed in! The style, size, and amenities, are top notch and would recommend it to anyone!
- 5/5
By far our favorite spot in Vegas! Can’t wait to come back and visit again. From the bar staff to housekeeping everything was the best!
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
This is a good property but not a great property. Room service is somewhat limited but acceptable, and the room decor area and amenities are ok. The location is fine for those with a car (my case).
- 5/5
This is the second time in the property and we found that it is a good mix of value (relatively) and good decor and good condition premises. The room service is a bit short of expectations, but all else was proper.
- 2/5
poor service. poor housekeeping. both days we did not get room cleaned until late afternoon despite multiple requests. clearly short staffed. front desk was trying to be accommodating. the hotel itself is nice and newer than others in the vegas area.
- 5/5
Beautiful rooms
- 5/5
It was what you would expect of a luxurious hotel.
- 5/5
Great!!
- 3/5
My dissatisfaction comes primarily from after checking out. My mom left some clothes in a drawer and a large sum of money in the safe and called immediately upon our arrival at home. She submitted the report for the lost items, only to be told "we didn't find them." Honestly, that's enough to ensure we will never stay there again. The clothes were there, the money was there. I thought the days of having your stuff stolen in a hotel room were gone, but I guess not.
- 5/5
Always our favorite stay in Vegas! The way we’re taken care of during our stays makes Crockfords a no-brainer for us
- 4/5
Price on food
- 1/5
Horrible first experience. We won’t be staying here again. I booked a suite for my wife’s birthday and upon arrival found 20-30 moths flying around. When notified the front desk they quickly moved us into another unit not realizing it was a downgrade until we arrived at the room. It was much smaller than I paid for. The time was now 130am and after attempting to shower we now were meet with another problem. The shower was not draining and causing a mini flood in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Super nice & comfy hotel in Vegas
- 5/5
loved the quiet lobby lounge for a quick breakfast having dedidcated pool means no fighting for seats rooms lovely
- 5/5
Love the Crockfords. It smells so good when u walk in. The rooms are super clean and housekeeping comes twice a day. They actually take the time to clean your room not just replacing towels. The hotel is beautiful. The pools are plentiful and not too crowded. The whole hotel and resorts world never felt crowded or Smokey and we were there on a weekend. My only complaint is the sports book. It’s in a restaurant and the restaurant food is hit or miss. The fries tasted like they were fried with fish. The whole restaurant smelled like fish at times. We gamble on sports so we were in and out of there regularly. The grilled cheese was great though.
- 5/5
We flew in from Australia and drove from LA to Vegas. As soon as you arrive, you drive into gates that open up for you (very fancy), valet service is free, but good to tip them still :) Concierge was very welcoming and offered a glass of champagne. Our room had a view of the strip which was incredible during the day and night. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the bathroom was divine. Pools were fun Staff were friendly, everything was new and clean, would highly recommend staying here! Hope we can go back again one day soon. :)
- 5/5
loved it will defiantly stay again.
- 3/5
In all honesty, with the price we paid I expected a lot more. Staff were frosty, especially around the pool. checkin after 4pm was too late. I’d look to stay somewhere else next time I visit Las Vegas.
- 5/5
"Fantastic 5-star casino resort! Impeccably clean with a wide variety of dining options right on-site. The casino was a fun bonus, and the overall atmosphere was lively yet luxurious. Highly recommend for both relaxation and entertainment!"
- 5/5
From the valet clerk, to the usher Marshall Mayfield he took us to our room and provided spectacular service. We will definitely come back.
- 5/5
The rooms are incredible, we really enjoyed our stay here! Check in was a little disappointing, we arrived a little earlier and they told us they couldn’t give us our room which is understandable, and the receptionist was very dull, when we came back later the other receptionist was also very unbothered with us and even asked us if we weren’t confused and maybe we were staying at the Hilton, I was bothered by it. So front desk very disappointing, they didn’t explained anything about the hotel and some other guests were also bothered by their attitude. Other than that we didn’t have to interact with other hotel staff. The rooms are super confortables and we recommend it. They clean your room more than once a day which is very cool. One day we decided to eat at the pool and the food it’s okay but overpriced, I recommend finding something else for better quality. The casino it’s fine! And the food area they have it’s very convenient and good. Everything seemed very clean and after all I would recommend staying here!
