Reviews
Guests generally enjoy their stay at this hotel, appreciating the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and family-friendly amenities such as separate pools for kids and adults. However, a common complaint is the aggressive sales tactics for timeshares, which many guests find intrusive and unpleasant. The hotel's location is also a point of contention, with some guests appreciating its proximity to the 'Strip' and others finding it too far.

That was my second time staying at the hotel and I enjoyed it a lot .
- 3/5
There was a dishwasher that was broken. Because of that, we spent part of our time handwashing the plates, etc. The shower seemed light on pressure. We were able to cook our own breakfast (the closest restaurant was about 1 mile) and it was buried in a casino. The staff was great in the lobby. When checking in, they sent us through the garage to get to the room (did not have a car). It was relatively quiet.

Wonderful place for our family to stay during our Vegas vacation! Lots of great stuff to do at the resort and not too far from the strip or downtown. We really liked that we were not right on the strip but close enough to enjoy it when we wanted to via the free shuttle. Free parking very close to our tower/room. Fantastic price for a fantastic stay!! Will definitely be back!

I liked having a kitchen which allowed me to cook and prepare my own food. The location and hotel shuttle were super convenient. The room amenities were simple but sufficient. Pool could have been better. It was ohn the smaller side and only 4ft deep.

Since we only wanted it as a hotel it was uncomfortable for the man at the second desk giving us our property wristbands to keep pushing the time share presentation. He took up so much time and really insinuated we were making a big mistake. Told us we should pay for the covered parking because there was no parking by our tower. Not so. Had no problem. My daughter’s room had a bathroom that could have been cleaner. It had hair in the sink. The pools were great as well as the cafe.

Well maintained, clean, quiet, good amenities, close to the strip and most attractions. Free shuttle going to the strip was an added bonus , although we didn’t use it . Got offered timeshare , I politely declined

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and close to the strip. They offer shuttle service to the strip as well. Just beware they will try to sell you a timeshare when they send you over to get a wrist band.

I like the hot tub

The staff here is some of the most unfriendly people you’ll ever meet. When we checked in she called us up and said “name” as I had just added her my drivers license. Then proceeded to say ask questions in the nastiest tone ever like she hated her job more than anything. The resort is outdated the rooms have layers of paint trying covering damage to walls. They don’t clean rooms so you have to ask for anything you may need. For the price I expected better. Also I had to clean the room once I checked in, I sanitized everything and the shower was dirty

The master room + bathroom could use a door for privacy. We weren’t fans of the open concept of the shower/bath to the bed idea. The bathrooms need bathroom fans for the not so glamorous restroom needs! The really major dislike was the appearance of black mold in the shower caulking. Our kids used the pool and while the idea of an adult pool is appealing, it was not a hit for our party simply because the family/kid pool area was in constant shade therefore making/keeping the pool water cold while the adult pool area had all the sun. The 24 hour Market was super convenient when we had really late nights and didn’t want to venture out. The free shuttle to the strip was also awesome to have! We just wished it ran later than 9pm. The staff who were not trying to sell us timeshare were really great and helpful! We will definitely be staying again!

Accommodations were nice. Property is very close to the Strip. WiFi was horrible. Bed in 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced or repaired. It made a loud sound every time the person sleeping in it moved or rolled over. Woke the other person up every time.

The 2 rooms apartment come with 2 bathroom. Full kitchen appliances. Washer & dryer work very good. The free shuttle to Paris hotel got 1 way didn't come to pick. Wait over 30mins, in the end we walk back to hotel which need 20mins.

However, we were on the 9th floor of tower 2, Down the hall there was a spill of blueberries near another room door. It remained there all week. Staff never cleaned it up.

It was a longer walk than expected to the strip, so it was a nice surprise that they had a shuttle. Condo was a nice size and comfortably furnished. Had a nice view of the Sphere from some of the rooms. No one could tell us where to pick up the shuttle at the Paris Hotel. The shuttle should have longer hours. Run to 11PM at least. One of the bathrooms smelled like mold. There weren't sufficient outlets near the bed in the master bedroom. Did not like having to spend time on check-in being told about my "special gift" that was waiting for me.

Renovated rooms that are very spacious. Loved having the kitchen. The location is great off the strip but close to everything. The staff was so nice. Feels so quiet. The pool for kids isn’t the greatest and seating fills up so fast. And the walls were paper thin. Could hear whole conversations of the people next door.
- 3/5
The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was pushy in having you attend a timeshare meeting.

I left a gold ring on the counter and it was missing after housecleaning. Called and asked about it and they just said “oh, sorry. That’s terrible. Not sure what we can do about it.” Don’t leave valuables out if you stay here.

Immediately was approached by their "talent acquisition" and put under high pressure sales tactics to attend a timeshare presentation. They were very insistent and didn't take no for an answer at first, which is probably not a good thing to teach employees. I booked through Expedia and was there for only 2 nights because it was convenient - I didn't expect my time to be taken by these people.

It was a bit of a trek from my hotel to the pool but like, that’s probably an exaggeration. My friends were at the same hotel but a different tower so felt like they were far. The sun didn’t get to adult pool until about 11 and moved across the pool area in way you have to keep chasing it and move your chair in an annoying way and got shady and cool by 5, and I didn’t really like pool. I did like that there was a kid free pool however. Staff responded to text requests easily and promptly and all the staff were nice! The contents in the room made sense- except no sharp knives in the cutlery. There was even a blender and laundry machine- legit washer dryer. I didn’t sleep- tossed and turned all night- but who am I to say it was the bed? It’s just the best wasn’t super snuggley soft cozy. And the chairs at the kitchen table hindered easy moving about the living room. I don’t know. If it works for you because of the space and amenities I get it, I think I just like a boujeeier vibe.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Room was fine although slightly dated. We had no idea it was a timeshare (just booked on online) On-check in they offered us super- cheap tickets to shows in return for us sitting through a 90minute presentation which the desk person said was actually way less. It turned out to be 3 hours. Every time we said no, they just introduced us to a new more senior Sales guy. Their timeshare offer is incredibly shady and the tickets were all cheap D-reserve seats at prices we could get elsewhere. As a place to stay, fine. Avoid all sales tactics!
- 4/5
Good for off the strip stay. They do have a shuttle to the strip.
- 3/5
Our room was great. Not having a restaurant and only an overpriced cafe was a big drawback. Location was not the best for getting to the strip. Shuttle bus service was fair.
- 5/5
Very helpful staff and a large spacious room with plenty of pool areas... weakness maybe is the Cafe... not great vibe.
- 3/5
The property itself was just “meh”. It’s nothing special. It was good for a family experience. They had 2 pools- 1 designated as an adult pool and 1 family pool. They had a game room, but randomly closed it half way through our trip. As soon as we checked in, we were asked to attend a timeshare presentation. Very annoying, especially after a long flight. The rooms were dated, but spacious. I would not trust the jacuzzi jets. It looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. I found a random contact in the bathroom. We didn’t get housekeeping unless we specifically asked. What’s the point of staying at a hotel? I could have had a AirBnB for the same price. But it was a good place to stay, especially if you’re not the type to stay in your room the entire time, walls are paper thin. As stated… nothing to write home about, but “good enough”, I’m curious who will find the rogue contact next…
- 1/5
Unfortunately, we were sworn at by the staff member on the desk during the check in process, when we refused to attend the meeting where they try and sell you the timeshare. Very aggressive sales tactics, not acceptable when checking in to a hotel.
- 4/5
It was decent for the price. No house keeping available and the property was well used by guests so not the cleanest. Be aware that it is a big time share property. We didn’t get sucked into it but there were non stop groups of people touring and getting presented to. Location was good if you don’t want to be right on the strip. Restaurant was so and overpriced.

- 5/5
We had a great experience. Come here if you want to bring kids and seniors too! It’s in Vegas but doesn’t feel like Vegas. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The suites are huge with ensuite washer and dryer. We would definitely come again.
- 5/5
The pizza and ice cream at the Oasis were excellent.
- 4/5
This property worked great for what we were in town for. We needed a multiple bedroom room and that wasn't easy to find at a good price. The food shop by our room served a great breakfast with many choices. The only thing that we did not like was how the air conditioner kicked in. It basically woke us up with extra noises when it kicked in and turned off. Otherwise this was a very good choice for our stay.
- 3/5
This place is more about selling timeshares than providing a positive guest experience. Constant sales presentations, loads of sales people milling about, constant touring through the property, high pressure. It would have been a lovely stay without all that.
- 5/5
Amazing property that made our stay in Vegas cost-effective without sacrificing the feeling of luxury. We loved the free shuttle system to the strip and being able to cook many of our own meals. Beautiful pools, hot tubs and property! We will return!
- 4/5
The resort itself was decent, but the check-in experience left a bad impression. The staff were very pushy about getting me to join a “tour” the next day, which was clearly a timeshare sales presentation. I said no multiple times, but they kept asking and would not let it go. After a long day of travel, that was the last thing I wanted to deal with. It made the whole arrival feel uncomfortable and frustrating.

Really well maintained big 2 bedroom property. Good location, free shuttle to the strip. Pools area nice, with towels. Kids liked the Xbox and arcade area. Was soo gutted to fall for the “tour” trap. The property tried to sell you properties (basically a time share) paid $40USD & then realised it was a bit of a scam so asked for a refund which 3 members of staff promised I would get & still haven’t seen it be refunded. Super gutted as everything else was really great! If you have time, you could go on the tour & then get discounts on shows etc.

I haves stayed at the grand desert many times and I was disappointed by the fact that the management was giving out free drinks for St Patrick’s day and the people receiving the complimentary drinks could not even clean up their trash at the pool the life guard ended up doing it she is a lifeguard not a sanitation worker

Great location and good amenities. Convenient location about 15 minute walk to the strip (Las Vegas Blvd). Nice pool areas in particular. Provided shuttle only wnt to 1 hotel on strip not airport. The place is a timeshare and I was roped into a 2 hour presentation and promised only 1 hour so wasted a while morning since I am not interested into buying a timeshare.
- 5/5
Room exceeded expectations with space and cleanliness. Huge property, feels like a vacation on vacation! Will definitely be staying again!

It is close to the strip and it easy to get around. None. Maybe it’s better too if they have breakfast options as well

Its not that I didn't like it but they should have luggage carts in the other towers besides main lobby. And the wifi didnt work for us. No biggie

Excellent resort and excellent value for the entire experience.

Nice stay other than the sales pitch at checkin.

- 5/5
Everything about this hotel was excellent. The entire suite is spacious and comfortable—and, best of all, it features a washer and dryer. The beds and pillows are a dream; sleeping in them feels like floating on clouds. The room was clean and well-stocked with towels. The location is excellent, and—most importantly—the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the Strip. Finally, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. I will undoubtedly stay at this hotel again; it is an excellent choice for families and for travelers in general.

The room and amenities were very good. You shoukd work on adding more food restaurant options. I was very surprised that there wasn’t a nicer option to eat breakfast lunch or dinner at the hotel. The oasis felt a little short. In fact, I ordered a cheeseburger before the oasis closed and waited a long time for that cheeseburger only to take it back to my room in tower three to find that it was a ham and bacon sandwich. They gave me the wrong order even though the receipt they gave me had a cheeseburger on it. So not only did I overpay. I got a sandwich that I didn’t like that wasn’t the right one.

Room set up was nice but in need of cosmetic work. Staff was ok. HATED the sales pitch where they literally follow up out to your car and ask you to come back inside like there's a problem, only to hold you hostage trying to give you their best time share sales pitch with a gift card or show tickets. For this reason alone, we will never stay at a Wyndham. They had to respect for the fact we were tired from traveling. All they wanted to do was make their pitch to you.

Super clean and very large 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Well stocked products like toilet paper and paper towels and they always gave us more towels. Loved the washer dryer in the apt. Nice clean pool . Really nice place except for the WiFi was not great so I gave it 4 stars . The cleanest apartment we ever stayed in. Also every uber was only about $8 to everywhere. Good location and affordable. Definitely a winner of a place.

The staff allowed me to pre-register for check-in, even though I arrived before the check-in time. Virginia was really sweet and took the extra time to find a room in a tower that didn't involve too much walking.

- 5/5
Overall, we had a great experience during our stay. We really loved the spacious layout of the unit and how well-equipped it was—the stove, dishwasher, and washer & dryer made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also a big plus: close enough to the main Las Vegas Blvd to be convenient, but far enough to be quiet and relaxing. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a strong impression. We also appreciated the complimentary Christmas food and drinks event in the hotel lobby—it was a thoughtful touch that made our stay feel special and festive. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we would happily stay again.

Did not eat breakfast. No free breakfast. We cooked in the room.
- 3/5
Upon check in, staff tried to get me to sign up for a time share presentation, without telling me what they were signing me up for, which was super annoying. When I realized what was going on, I immediately said I wasn't interested, and had to reiterate that several times before they let it go. I was stuck at that desk for like 20-30 min, and i just wanted to check in and get to my room. That started things off poorly. From there...couldn't connect to the room wi-fi, coffee maker didn't work, fan in bathroom didn't work, several annoying aspects. Won't stay here again.
- 5/5
Great place. Nice hot tub. Very helpful staff.
- 4/5
The room layout with two bedrooms is what made us choose this hotel. We stayed for one week with kids so two bedrooms and two bathrooms were so nice. The room however, needs a deep cleaning. There was a weird cooking type smell the entire week that we could not get rid of. The bathrooms had hair in corners and showers and mold in the shower.
- 5/5
Hot tub was great .. Staff was friendly

The property was great but they put the hard sell on you to buy a time share which we have no interest in. It took some serious pushback to get them to leave us alone.

Had a great stay, will definitely stay here again
- 3/5
The room was great we were given a view of the race track (we were there for the F1 race). The staff was great as well until we get handed off to the time share folks. I was not aware that this whole place is a time share, and the only way you can stay here was anowner gave that one to be tenet
- 5/5
Excellent customer service

Absolutely amazing place. It’s beautiful large rooms plenty of activities. Free shuttle to the strip, nice pools and quiet, safe and reasonable price. Great for families.

It was fine. Rooms are as advertised. The timeshare nonsense they try to sell you on immediately after check in is incredibly annoying.

- 3/5
I stay for a week. Overall, the room is clean and spacious (as long as the couch isn't pulled put). The decor is dated. The sink is tiny and difficult to wash any big cookware. There is a dishwasher though we use it as a drying rack. The microwave is there but there is no plug. The first 2 days we had the do not disturb sign up. Afterwards, we didn't have the sign up and your room wasn't clean nor were the towels replaced. Do you have to be a member to get proper treatment? This location cater to an older crowed that is off the strip. The transportation to the strip is not bad and runs every 30-45 minutes. The pool area is nice with a family section and adult section. The coffee shop is very expensive almost 7 or 8 bucks for a coffee. I walk to strip and have more reasonably priced drink options.
- 5/5
The room was absolutely amazing

Would loke my money back , construction early in the morning, elevators and lobby overfull because timeshare presentations . Disappointed would lime a refund
- 4/5

- 5/5
Breakfast was lacking in variety but everything else was great!
- 5/5
The only criticism would be the initial misdirection to rope you into a timeshare sales presentation, and then the persistant hard sell of it once you reject the meeting. This should be explained fully and clearly om arrival, rather than be shrouded in choice words.
- 5/5
Good stay.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Wonderful in every way possible. The staff and room made our stay relaxing and fun.
- 3/5
The room was comfortable and the view of the mountains were nice. BUT the staff were so pushy about going to a 90 minute timeshare and trying to sell us on getting a “free” gift. Be aware of the quick talking salesmen at the front desk.
- 5/5
Amazing facilities- friendly staff- lots of complimentary perks- would def stay again!
- 5/5
Excellent service Clean and Courteous staff Excellent 👍
- 5/5
Proximate to the strip with complimentary shuttle service.
- 5/5
We stayed in a two bedroom two bath plenty of room for my mom, sister and I. Great set up. I was very happy with the accommodations.
- 5/5
Very nice property. You have everything you would expect from a Wyndham. Just be aware they will try to get you to sign up for a sale presentation. We did it but that wasn’t the reason we went there. They said it would be 90 minutes it ended up being closer to 180 minutes. Luckily we didn’t have day plans so we didn’t interfere with our trip to Vegas. Other than that if you can get there and don’t sign up for a trip you will have a wonderful time. We will go back.
- 3/5
Decor dated. High pressure sales used to try to get you to buy a time share.
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious as was the entire property. The shuttle to the strip was not large enough-we rode it twice and had to wait a half hour each time but there were many who were left behind to wait an additional half hour for the shuttle to return We did not attend the time share presentation but they did put the pressure on to do so We just kept saying no and finally they left us alone. we would stay again if ever in the area again
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
Everything is wonderful about the Club Wyndham except 1 thing. This is a corporate time share, so if you book this hotel and are not part of their time share customers, they will push very hard to get you to take part of a presentation and tour of the facility. It is a high pressure sales tactic and is very uncomfortable. They do not take NO for an answer and you basically have to way away. Other than that, this is a fabulous place, just be prepared!
- 5/5
Outstanding everything
- 5/5
spacious bathroom point for improvement - bathroom and bathtub are open to parents king bed
- 4/5
Some of the rooms are older and didn't look like they were properly taken care of. T
- 5/5
Great place to stay with family
- 4/5
No dining available. The market and snack shop provide pricey food items. If you know you don't want to become a property owner, but you want the free gift for attending the presentation, block out 2 hours of your time. There is no short cut.
- 4/5
After checking in, I was stopped by a man who then taking me to the other counter; there I had to answer few questions then the man gave me some wristbands for the pool. But didn’t let me go freely yet. But telling me I got a gift and asked how I would handling it? I was stunned for a minute then said ok I take whatever you give. He told me he will give me 4 sky wheels tickets but then asked for my credit cards 😆 I told him what the heck for how come it’s a gift?
- 3/5
There is no restaurant as told by receptionist, only a snack bar.
- 4/5
Great option to enjoy Vegas
- 5/5
Good resort in Vegas!
- 2/5
Not good
- 3/5
The property is decent, it is not a five star! It’s reminds you of a condo complex. The rooms are clean and quiet. The rooms come with a washer and dryer which is nice. The downside of reserving a room here is the pushy people trying to get you to purchase a timeshare. You are mandated to go to a 90 pressurized manipulative demand to buy a timeshare TODAY! You speak w a sells person who turns you over to a manager who’s only job is to convince you a timeshare is the way to go. Some people who know nothing about investing, owning, taxes and obligations were manipulated into purchasing. Every time there was a purchase the sells team recited some Tony Robbin’s speech. It was annoying. Outside of that, get out of the complex and see the richness of Las Vegas.

Great hotel in great location with amazing amenities
- 5/5
There is a free shuttle to Paris Hotel that runs until 9:30 PM and an Uber ride back if you’re still out and about is only $12. Can’t really walk to the boulevard but shuttle is convenient
- 5/5
Had a great apartment with everything we wanted even had a washer and dryer, which was great for us because we’ve been travelling in Phoenix beforehand. Great Parking, lovely pools and the smell when you walked in the hotel was beautiful. It’s so nice to walk into a hotel and have a lovely smell.
- 5/5

It was decent, room was a little funky. Carpets probably need cleaning. Overall good experience though.

- 5/5
The location was very good and they also have a shuttle service that takes guests to The Paris hotel on the half hour from morning until 9:30 pm.
- 3/5
Staff was extremely nice in the beginning, unfortunately my son had an accident during our stay that seemed to alter some behaviors. Hotel staff was fully aware of the incident so when we returned to the property, they had a different demeanor. No more friendliness, professionalism, or anything of that sort. Even asked if there was something that could be done about a later check out due to my son being injured and the most we got was 1 hour more rather than being accommodating and understanding. Accidents happen, but they treated the situation and my family like we were to be avoided after the matter. We feel this could have been handled much better and hope maybe this review will help them be more accommodating to families in similar instances.
- 5/5
This property is amazing! It's in a really good location for exploring the surrounding areas. The pools are clean and we'll maintained. This is the only place I like to stay when I'm in Las Vegas!
- 4/5
I was not that impressed with our handicapped suite after seeing an owners suite. Kitchen was awkward and outdated. The rest of the suite was excellent !!

- 5/5
Great customer service. The room was nice and clean. Every area around the hotel was clean. Little out dated in the room but very well kept. It’s close to the strip but far enough away to be able to actually get rest and not be in the constant chaos. Great for families traveling to Vegas
- 5/5

- 4/5
It’s also about 10 minute walk to strip, however resort does offer shuttle bus service. If you are staying a few days it’s great for self catering. The other thing I liked was that there was a family & adult only pool, but I didn’t put my head underwater as there are a lot of people drinking & never getting out of the pool!! LOL
- 4/5
It was great off the strip in close proximity to Virgin for gambling and dining. Staying off the strip was great. Pool was great but shuttles are somewhat convoluted and you don’t really know when they go. I would definitely stay here again if coming in hot season.
- 2/5
We booked a room and when we walked in it smelled absolutely putrid and vile. We told the front desk and they got us another room. When we got to the second room, the sheets were dirty and after I took a shower I found that there was no blow drier. The hotel also kept asking us to do a tour for their time share/ club membership which was really annoying. They did have free drinks at the bar which was cool and the bartenders were super nice.
- 5/5
Great for families, 1 mile from the strip. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Two good size pools. Enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
Great stay off the strip, but close enough to enjoy it. Property is clean and family friendly. Hotel offers shuttle to strip. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
- 4/5
It is family friendly. Very spacious and clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom that has jacuzzi, kids loved it. It is not located on the main strip, but it is walkable around 12 mins. maybe. However, it is not convenient to walk especially during summer time as it gets really hot!!!They have a free shuttle but you have to wait long. Recommended to get uber or taxi.

I like how this property is very family friendly. The rooms have a lot of space. The convenience of having a wash and dryer in room is a big plus! Very quiet away from the Vegas strip chaos

- 5/5
Perfect stay
- 5/5
Great for families. Shuttle to Paris, center of the strip. Walkable to MGM when weather permits, although the Vegas heat does not allow for much walking! We went to jabbawockees at MGM and the BattleBots Desctructathon. Clear views of Linq and the Sphere. Skip the incentives for timeshare, as your time is worth more than $200 worth of show tickets. Staff is super friendly, cleaning and maintenance staff are very knowledgable and will give you the best tips! Hotel has Lavazza coffee in the rooms which was a very nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again.
- 1/5
We booked the hotel based on positive reviews. It is a timeshare property and so the level of customer service is very poor. The rooms are adequate but could do with an upgrade (reception told us our room was on a schedule for a deep clean after we had checked out - but it had been ok for them to let us stay in the unit!). We booked for four guests but only one bed was made and housekeeping told me that I had to make up the second bed myself. There was no daily housekeeping and the manager said that we should not expect the same standards as a hotel as it was a time-share block. It is cheap and adequate accommodation with free parking. There are much nice aparthotels just a few minutes walk away.
- 3/5
The folks checking you in shuffle you over to another section of countertops where the disguises their sales pitch for Timeshares under the umbrella of you need a wrist band while at the property. Do you need it? Yes! But it could be handed to you at the first check in desk. Didn’t like the sneak attack of you turn around and “Hello, step over here for the second portion of your check in!” Try being honest and ask people if they are interested in hearing what you have to offer. The staff who works to maintain the buildings and rooms were very friendly and they made the stay worth it. Not a fan of the mold and mildew in shower. Good section of the grout was full of it.
- 5/5
Nine day stay in Las Vegas for a first time visiting family.Excellent location free shuttle to Paris casino.
- 5/5
Always a good time.
- 3/5
Small restaurant, one coffee shop close early bad WiFi,food and drinks in market very expensive
- 5/5
Great room for a Girls Trip as we stayed in a 2 BR suite so everyone had their own bed and the 2 bathrooms was a bonus! It was nice to have a living and dining area to hang out in and we appreciated having a fridge and microwave too. The property was clean, secure, quiet, and had nice amenities. The only issue we had was that the "tax" was apparently not included in the price quoted by Hotels.com so we had to pay $70 extra that we were not planning on. They also split our booking in two for some reason so although we kept the same room, our key cards were deactivated after the first day and we had to go back to the front desk to get them all reactivated which was highly annoying after walking around all day on The Strip. The timeshare sales people were quite pushy on getting us to commit to listen to their presentation and had to be told "NO we're not coming to your presentation" SEVERAL times, which was also a bit irritating. Overall, we had a nice stay and loved the space and would definitely stay again despite the unexpected fee, key card access issue, and the Timeshare reps.
- 5/5
- 4/5
Very nice resort but the aggressive time share put was enough for me to not consider exploring it further. The 2 BR unit was very spacious.

The Beds are Amazing, I Slept Like a Baby 😩. Great Service as Well as The Location. very Close To The Strip , We Had a Ball!
- 2/5
When you arrive at the property to check in, the front counter goes directly into salesperson mode. It's Vegas, they have a job, I get it. They started by complimenting my husband and I telling us how we looked so young and asking how old we were (while holding our licenses and completely aware of our age). Once we told them, they hit us with the "oh, that's great news, you qualify for a free seven day vacation at any of our properties!" to which we politely declined, but they continued to press. Again, I know this is their job, but we're also fresh off a 6 hour flight + long commute day and just want to go to our room and sleep. They got their manager involved, and he was extremely rude, condescending, and essentially tried to make us feel like we were insane for turning down the "offer". It was so uncomfy that we informed them we'd be switching hotels, to which they then backed off. I only have a few more characters on this review but would love to share in more detail. TL;DR: stay away
- 5/5
Updating and room Smelled of smoke. Rest Of property was Nice and easily walkable to Strip
- 5/5
The room was spacious and the property was well kept. We had the two bedroom suite and had six people which was plenty of space. The pool was quite small, but it’s ok. There’s plenty of activities. It’s a big place and close to the strip.
- 1/5
We used the hot tub, and everyone in my group had a bad reaction to the hot tub! I myself had a horrible full body allergic reaction, and when I brought it up to the staff they made no accommodations for the pain caused. The food is cafeteria food so if you’re looking for a hotel with real meals, find one with a good restaurant. The ceiling fan and elevators sounded like they might break at any minute. It’s got a lot of things to do but still very much missing the mark. And the pools have no sun cover until the sun moves past the building. Probably won’t return.
- 4/5
Good spacious rooms and very affordable with a 15 minute walk to the strip.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was excellent
- 5/5
Loved the place. Beautiful property. The pool area amazing. At check in I got an upgraded room because mine was not ready. It was a pleasant surprise
- 5/5
Great place to stay! It had everything we needed! Very comfortable beds
- 5/5
Loved everything about it, except they promised if i attended a 90min timeshare presentation i would receive a complimentary 7 night free but never receive it waisted my time even though i told them we were not interested
- 5/5
Lots of space and convenient shuttle to the strip. Very clean and had no issues !
- 5/5
The property is really nice and clean. Lots of space. Good amenities.
- 5/5
Security, clean, activities on resort
- 5/5
Family friendly, cleaner than Tahiti V, beds are really comfortable, definitely a home away from home. Pools 100%
- 5/5
No homeless folks, 24h security gentlemen on sight. We felt so safe there.
- 5/5
Trip was great. At first was a bit worried after reading some reviews and getting nervous about being hassled in time share. But Ryan was super sweet and kind offered and spoke a bit then after said no worries if you change mind let me know. Staff was friendly had some kid friendly activities to offer.
- 3/5
The master suite shower was filthy black mold, all around the shower, hair and dirt inside the shower countertops not wipe down for five guests. There was only two towels and two washcloths no trash bags. There was dirt and particles inside the dishwasher the dishwasher also when it drained backed up into the kitchen sink
- 5/5
Room was fine, although shower curtain did have signs of mold. Spa hot tub did have a lot of debris.
- 5/5
Evan is the best!
- 5/5
This property is nicely kept and rooms exceptionally clean and new appearing. Very quiet and courteous staff.
- 3/5
I wasn’t aware when booking that this property was a timeshare with “owners.” It’s a nice place with many amenities. Generally clean but areas were dirty. I liked the full service kitchen and laundry in our suite. What I didn't like was the hard sell of the timeshare; I signed up for the presentation in a hurry after checking in at the front desk. We were told we needed wristbands in order to get into rooms, use the elevators, etc..., and then the sales pitch begins to get customers into the timeshare presentation. The presentation was aggressive, and directors became rude when I said I wasn't interested in paying $25,000 that day with ongoing monthly charges for an unspecified length of time. So, beware the wristband check in and the timeshare hard sell. The shuttle to The Strip is handy. Just know that it is not available around lunch and dinner time. It is possible to walk to The Strip, but in June it is over 100 degrees F, and I wouldn't do it at night. Also too far, unsafe, and hot to walk to nearby restaurants or the convention center, so a car is necessary. I wouldn't stay here again. There are better options in this vicinity.

- 5/5
Fantastic hotel with lots of amenities! Great if you like self catering as well, fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer and super comfy bed, couldn't recommend this hotel enough!
- 3/5
High pressure sales pitch upon check in. Hard to say “no” and staff member was rude when I finally said “no thank you.” They want to sell you a time share, so they tempt you by offering a “free” gift.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff
- 4/5
Roomy, clean.
- 5/5
The cleanliness, and the 1 bedroom suite was wonderful. I will definitely stay at a furture Wyndham.
- 5/5
The hotel was very nice. It’s actually a timeshare place, but you can decline the talk. I went for the free 7 day vacation, they are not pushy at all, but the incentive they give you is crap. There is an adult pool and normal pool. Everything is clean, most rooms have a private bedroom. I really loved the free parking and the shuttle to the strip.
- 3/5
Location was convenient. There is a shuttle available to the strip, though we didn't use it. Free parking is a plus. Several pools to choose from. Con: they prey on new guests and con them into attending a sales presentation with pushy people that have a hard time accepting no for an answer. Beware unless you are into it. Don't fall for the incentives.
- 5/5
Quite and clean and close to the strip
- 5/5
Front desk. Omar and Derek were very helpful and informative on my questions and concerns.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
The place was amazing but I did not appreciate when checking in we were forced to go to another person who then tried to force us to commit to a tour the next morning and we would receive a gift card or a free couple nights stay. Honestly not a bad deal, but we were there for vacation and didn’t want to commit. He literally told us he was going to commit us to it anyway and he’d just say we confirmed over the phone. He held us up for 20 minutes, paying us cheesy salesman compliments. It was irritating and not how we wanted to start our vacation.
- 3/5
I really enjoyed our room but will not go back just because of the checking in experience we had. The guy who was supposed to give us our bracelets to get in and out of the hotel was rude and dragging to give us our bracelets even though we told him we had a reservation and had to get going. I understand it is a timeshare and they are trying to sell but I do not know how many times we said no thank you, it seemed as if he wasnt listening to us and just going on and on with the same questions. Very annyoing I definately do not, want to experience this again...
- 4/5
Safe and quiet
- 2/5
This place is a laugh at loud joke. Although, thats hard because im out my time and money. I could write a book.
- 4/5
Quiet, relaxing home away from home. With the exception of not having a casino, great location with too many amenities to list! The down fall…don’t agree to attend “the spill” to become an “owner” of the property.
- 5/5
The free weekend Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s were a nice start of the mornings.
- 5/5
Good, close to the Strip property, family friendly, OK options for food and drinks. good rooms!
- 5/5
We have stayed here multiple times. We life having the space of a suite for relaxation and meals in. The slightly off strip location is great. The amenities are top notch-pool area, fitness center, etc.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 3/5
These people provide club Wyndham promotions which ruin our vacation time and purpose. We had not enjoyed our trip due to that. Felt completely disappointed
- 5/5
Very quiet and very clean
- 5/5
Plenty of outdoor spaces to spread out Great nighttime views & access to the strip- but not on the strip
- 4/5
Probably was clean. Staff was professional no complaints.

Bullying to attend the sale presentation which I kept repeatedly declined but not just one but two staffs and route to two separate counters and keep pressing guests to commit to attend whatever these kind of “meeting”. We book the hotel stay through a third part platform and ain’t interested any of these but getting harassing for something we never signed up for. Spent almost half hour for this. It’s ridiculous how we being treat and totally ruin our stay.Just leave people alone so we can enjoy the vacation…

Onsite options for breakfast/food, great location, friendly staff, great value, clean, updated. High sales pitch for timeshares.
