    The staff was nice, all they have is coffee in the morning. No food. The pool area supposedly has some food after 10 am. The room was clean. The shuttle lists times it will pick people up at Treasure Island but they missed a time slot so we had to wait quite awhile. But they were good on the hotel pick up times. I did the sales pitch to learn about Wyndhams club membership where I said it was ok to run a credit check because that was the only way they could give me pricing but when you do that your applying for their credit card which I didn’t know so now I have a new credit card as well that I don’t need.

    Liked the clean room and the housekeeping. Did not like the pushy timeshare. Did not like the bar's blended ice cocktail - recipe needs tweaking, not sweet enough even after asking for adjustment.

    If booking through a third party, note that according to the front desk, they do not receive any booking particulars from the third party. Apparently, you need to call in about 24 hours after booking to specify the room configuration or any special requests. We booked two double beds and requested easy access to room because of someone in our party had mobility issues. They had no record of either of these. The front desk personnel was helpful and patient as she found us two rooms next to each other and just off the elevator. Our rooms had a king and a sofa bed instead of the two doubles we thought we chose. This is the only time in all my years of using a third party to book accommodations where I had this issue. Notwithstanding this initial hiccup (and no shuttle service other than to Treasure Island) we had an enjoyable stay. Loved the free parking and pool too! This is a nice family friendly place to stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. ⭐️

    At first during Check in the system was down so there were no keys available so I had to stay in the room until the key system were back or go through asking to get let in to my room. Once I got in the shower and bath water temperature was so scalding I couldn’t take a shower. When I asked for another room they let me know that they can TRY and find another room but it seems like most rooms had the same issue. They were also not very enthusiastic to remedy the issue at all and I ended up just dealing with it. Would not go again.

    The first night I arrived in the room my lungs started to burn and I could barely breath (I am not prone to allergies and had outgrown asthma as a child). I tried to manage this with allergy meds and inhaler a friend owned. I had to spend my time outside and away from the room to cope. As soon as I would re enter the room severe constriction in my lungs would happen. It ruined my whole trip because at yhe end of day when I was tired and needed rest I dreaded going back to room. I feared I would end up in hospital. From day 1 front desk staff was made aware of this. No offer to change room or find me other accommodations. I bought a pillow from store hoping it would help but did not. By the third day it got so bad I woke my daughter through the night fearing I would have to call ambulance. I spent the rest of the night sitting outside on a bench. At one point I considered sleeping on poolside chair. Anything but the room. Third day I checked out. They were not apologetic. Did not offer reimbursement or any kind d of solace. I left to stay at Hilton towers. As soon as I arrived at the Hilton I could breath. I didnt need allergy meds/inhalers the first hour leaving Wyndham. Thabks to the Hilton I managed to enjoy the couple of days I had left. It was hell trying to book another stay and to pack up my stuff to leave while experiencing a crisis of not being able to breath. Took so much effort. The pools at Wyndham was full of wasps, bugs, dirt and toilet tissue. How gross!

    Everything about this property was spot on. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. It was a great experience. We were able to cook dinner and enjoy the property without leaving. Really nice place. The one and only thing I would say is to upgrade the TV's. I like watching sports while relaxing and the streaming tech is a little outdated and it kept going out so you couldn't stream.

    Todo muy bien hasta que la ultima noche empezo a gritar un niño discapacitado en la habitacion contigua, llamamos a la recepcion a esas horas, pedimos a la seguridad que intervinieran o nos cambiaran, dijeron que no podian hacer nada, solo ofrecieron un check out mas tarde, pero en la misma habitacion!..Realmente una decepcion, falta de consideracion y respeto, con la familia del niño especial y con nosotros.

    Great place for families especially little ones. We traveled here with our 4 year old and it was so amazing. I’m glad that it’s not connected to a casino but it’s still close to the strip. We enjoyed the amenities offered including, the swimming pool, the free shuttle to the strip, the free coffee in the morning, and the free parking (valet is free too). We were able to walk to a cafe (4min walk) behind it for a family breakfast. The pool has a bar and grill as well. Just an amazing place overall

    Our room was large and clean, but the best part was the swimming pools and a hot tub. The pool area was well-maintained, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after long days of walking. Using the shuttle to the Strip was easy and comfortable, too.

    We stayed for a week to celebrate the anniversary and my daughter’s 21st bday as well. The property was clean and quiet overall and we all are very satisfied staying at this hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and provided the right answers for our questions. Hot tub wasn’t hot enough so used only once. We didn’t use the shuttle service (to TI) due to having a rental car, but it should be the perfect addition if you don’t have a car. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay without any issues. Btw, they don’t have a casino so don’t book here if you want to gamble!

    We enjoyed our stay here as a family with two kids. We especially liked the pool and free onsite parking. Free shuttle to the Strip was useful but the Strip is also walking distance. Our room was an older style and quite gloomy, looking out over the carpark. Full kitchen was handy but the room didnt have the washing machine promised on the listing. The pressure to attend a sales presentation was intense but we did it in exchange for concert tickets. Very friendly staff at reception and at the free coffee and cocktail sessions.

    Make sure you plan for everything on your trip. We stayed 2 night 3 days and realized that we needed an extra day to do the things we wanted to do. Adding a day through Expedia was going to cost an extra fee and another night stay and trying to add a night through the hotel was not possible. Staff were really nice just wish they would’ve helped us add another day. Wish there were more restaurants on property. Other than that the room was spacious and clean.

    We had a very nice stay. We did not use the shuttle but it was available. We had the opportunity to enjoy the recreation rooms. One day they had a a painting class, my daughter enjoyed this very much. They also had toys, games and other art and crafts available. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool however during our stay it was a bit windy so not all pools, hot tub or splash pad were open.our room was spacious and very clean. We boo a king size bed with the sofabed. My 8yr daughter slept on the sofa bed. It was a good size but the mattress itself was very worned out and thin. We didnt say anything because we were already unpacked and just wanted to get some rest for the nigt. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back. Next time we will just verify the sofabed before settling in

    Everyone at the hotel was amazing from the front staff. When you first come into the hotel to all the lobby staff, everyone at the pool, just everyone. It is a pleasure to stay there.     This roomm was not as advertised on the website. It was much smaller, had no bathtub, no washer and drier, and there were no services, including maid service. When we went to the front desk to talk to them about it, they simply put it off on a third party.And said there was nothing they could do about it, they were not helpful at all. We definitely will not stay at this property again.

    They would offer a gift for time share and forced you to attend even though you were not interested. I asked for a good spot for the hotel but she put me at the back of the hotel 4th floor. Well, the pricing of this hotel is average even it’s a studio type. The positive ones are Free shuttle to the strip and no parking fee.

    The hotel was perfect for the five of us traveling to Vegas for the weekend. Close to the strip, but far enough from the noise. We chose a suite with more room, a washer and dryer, a kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms. Everything was very clean and well-organized. We all loved the coffee bar in the mornings. Very much appreciated the shuttle that dropped us off and picked us up at Treasure Island on the strip. When we called the front desk for more towels or blankets, they arrived within five minutes. Very relaxing pool area. Just an overall great place to stay.

    The staff was great and the room was wonderful. Loved the pool but the music was a little loud and we could not find a quiet spot but mad it work . The coffee bar was great and the young lady working it was so nice. We enjoyed the afternoon happy hour bar and look forward to coming back again soon .     The sofa beds just had a thin blanket and my daughter was so cold she used a bath towel for an extra layer. The next night I requested an extra blanket for her. After waiting more than half an hour (it was after 11 p.m. and my daughter wanted to go to bed), I called back to politely check on the status. The staffer who answered was shockingly rude, saying only that there were lots of orders ahead of mine and they only had one runner, so I would just have to wait. Once again, no apology. Most other staff were pleasant, especially Sharlene the shuttle driver, who was very warm and kind, and the Syrian man at the concierge desk.

Just walking into the hotel feels impressive — everything is immaculate, stylish, and surprisingly quiet while still being right next to the Strip, which we really appreciated. The room layout felt a little unusual at first. I initially wished the bed had been placed closer to the window instead of near the hallway leading to the door, but it’s obviously not something that can really be changed, so I quickly got used to it and it didn’t bother me afterward. It would probably even be convenient for guests who like easy access to the bathroom during the night. The small kitchenette in our room was such a great touch — cute, spacious, and really useful. Check-out was quick and seamless, which made the end of the stay stress-free. The pool area looked beautiful, (we were so sad we didn’t have time to use it!). And the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, the texture was so perfect to me,— we truly didn’t want to leave!

    The pool and grill were awesome The sales pitch was not a great experience the guy was really rude and started an argument with my partner. Made the stay there feel very uncomfortable. We had already told him four times we did not want to attend the sales pitch that he kept trying and kept trying trying and wouldn’t take no for an answer and then proceeded to be rude and ask why we even bothered staying there. In my opinion, very unprofessional.

    The complimentary valet and helpful concierge services were excellent. The property has a luxurious look and feel throughout, and the studios are large and very spacious, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. There’s no housekeeping during the stay unless you pay a surprisingly high $70 fee. The room also didn’t have an electric kettle for hot water, and no complimentary bottled water was provided.

We also discovered that shower in our room did not have hot water and the toilet was not working properly. It took us three calls to the front desk before anyone responded to the problems. The maintenance man came and looked at it and said he could not fix it now but remembered this room having a problem in the past. He said he would let the front desk know and that we should be compensated. We have yet to see any compensation or even an acknowledgment of our problems.

    The trip was awful. My significant other asked for a room with a view so they put us on the back of the building overlooking a bunch of derelict structures in a room that was dingy, had tape on the wall, no luggage racks, and smelled strongly of curry. We asked for a room that didn’t smell like curry and they moved us to a WAY BETTER room with better amenities (decorations/BOSE stereo/luggage racks) and a view of the strip. Which made me feel self conscious that maybe they thought we were trash people who deserved the trash room. Then two days before we were to check out and walking into the Blue Man show we got a notification that we were supposed to check out the next day (i texted back the actual date we paid to stay until and she kept telling i was wrong, i even sent a screen cap, which i had to send AGAIN standing at the front) which had me worrying the whole time that we didn’t actually have a room and not able to enjoy the show. Then we had to navigate 3 different people at the counter that night for the manager to finally flip the screen over and show me that it was hotels.com that was responsible for the issue. This is actually how i spent my 45th birthday. I’m a medical provider, I’m not trash person, I don’t know why i was treated like this. I would never treat anyone else like this and would never put myself in a position to be treated like this in the future. At this moment I’m still not even sure who i need to avoid for the rest of my life hotels.com or Wyndham.

    Honestly one of our favorite locations to stay at in Vegas! The transportation to the strip is such a nice amenity as it allows you to not have to worry about ubers or getting to the strip. The shuttle though needs AC - we all were desperately sweating at 10pm. Love that there was multiple pools and a kids water area so adults can relax more comfortably. Lots of amenities to explore and use around the hotel as well. The room was decent, a little outdated. Would stay here again!

    At the front desk, when I tried to check in, they told me I was overbooked by Orbitz and wouldn't accommodate me. The only solution was to send me to another hotel in the chain of a lower category. They didn't give me anything in writing stating that they wouldn't accommodate me, but I asked for permission and recorded the person who was supposedly the manager or the highest category available on the Friday night we arrived in Las Vegas. Embarrassing... They kept repeating like parrots that they were overbooked and wouldn't accommodate us, and that they'd already had 15 similar cases, and the only solution they could offer was to send us to a hotel of a lower category and location... I should have claimed to Orbitz later since they were the ones who oversold the accommodation.

    Club Wyndham Desert Blue is a very nice new hotel within walking distance of Caesars Palace. They also have an hourly shuttle to Treasure Island during the day. Self parking is free and easy. This place is a good option if you want to have a calm place to stay while still having access to the strip.

    One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in LV. Love how blue everything is and the modern aesthetic as well. Our kitchenette was fully equipped with utensils, dishes, and even knives + a scissor!! We also had dish soap and a scrub mommy. I really liked how they provided everything for us to have a comfy space. Parking was very easy and free. Bed was so comfy. Only thing is they didn't allow us to do a late check in b/c too many ppl already requested it which was an L but if we were to book another night they said it was $200 (tf we know LV is dying), but honestly I'd stay here again

    Large size rooms ; beautiful pool and bar with good food and staff acknowledged us every time as if we were regulars (even though it was our first time there). Free self parking and valet make it super easy to park and take their shuttle to the strip and avoid costly parking on the strip.

    Everything was wonderful with the exception of Brandon at member services. He was incredibly rude and his behavior was poor harassment. He should never be allowed to treat visitors the way he treated us.

    What’s stopping me from giving this property 5 stars is that one: when we arrived late Friday night for check in, we were informed that there was not a room available for us, except a handicapped one. They informed us we could stay there for one night, and be moved to a non handicapped one the next day. A little annoying, but given the front desk folks were very friendly and hospitable, we were ok with it.

    They have a shuttle that takes to you a hotel on the Strip but it stops going/pick-up at 9pm/9:30pm on weeknights. Kind of early for Vegas, so we were never able to take advantage of it. Other than for breakfast, there is nothing really close to walk to for dining. But definitely try the Polaris Cafe that is a 5-minute walk for breakfast - they might have lunch there too, but we never tried lunch. For all other meals, we needed to drive, which we were expecting from the get go.

    I love staying at the Wyndham! Its always clean and the rooms are beautiful. The staff there is also very nice as well. Their pool in the hot summer was a great addition and made the trip 5x better!!!

    We had a great time and the place was nice. We did have someone give us the hard push to plan and commit to activities that we had no interest in. And the refrigerator in the room made a high pitched squeal. Other than those things it was very nice.

    We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and comfy. The pool was clean. It was our favorite part! Just wish there was more food options. The little food part was out of everything when we ordered. Not a biggie but we planned on eating there one day so we had to leave to eat. You should let people bring snacks into the pool area.

    Loved! The shuttle to/from Treasure Island made transportation from the hotel to the Strip easy and safe. Staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommend.

    We enjoyed our stay! After a short “sales pitch” to get us to join the 1:45 hr session to learn about timeshares (we declined to attend), we enjoyed the beautiful pool area! We also really enjoyed the schedule of activities they offered. The room was great, facilities were great, location and price were great. We were able to walk to the strip with no issue every day.
