The soundproofing was extremely poor, and we could clearly hear noise from outside and nearby rooms. Basic items like water and toothbrushes were not provided. On May 29, the hotel also called us repeatedly while we were sleeping and said we had to check out, even though our Expedia booking was until May 30. Overall, the stay was stressful, inconvenient, and not worth the price. I would not recommend this property unless they improve communication, room accuracy, and customer service.

The hotel is off the strip which we liked. We also didn't have to pay any resort fee like other hotels in the strip charge. There is a wimming pool and sauna but we didn't get to use it. The hotel also has two separate buildings, building 1 and 2. Make sure you know which building you're in so the free shuttle driver knows where to drop you off. It was nice to have a free shuttle pick up/drop off from the hotel to Excalibur from 10am-8pm and vice versa.

Pool was closed 1 of the 2 days I stayed. I've been staying at this location for at least 15yrs now , every time I visit las vegas .It used to be really nice. But now it seems to be getting worst. My shower head a d water pressure was horrible a d rusted.

Stayed here with my daughter for a concert and it was the perfect off strip location. Shuttle was convenient, staff was friendly, room was nice and pool was decent. Would stay here again. Especially, for the price. A nice basic hotel for Vegas. Nothing fancy - hence four stars - but fit what we needed. A budget friendly, clean place to stay for two nights.

I like the front desk staff. They are very professional and kind! The headboard fell when I moved the bed to get my phone. Maintenance then asked me how it happened as if I had caused it when it seems like the holes on the wall where the screws were placed were a bit to big and caused the headboard to come down. Just slightly missed my head and I couldn’t go back to sleep and left to another property.

We were only there for a couple of days, but everything was fine.The rooms are clean, the location is excellent, the shop is within walking distance, and the staff is friendly.

It was somewhat close to the strip and they had shuttle services When you check in it was a nice location but then they send you to the sister location that’s not talked about in the reviews. In honesty not sure if the first location was even the best cause I didn’t stay there. But the location they sent me to was awful. My wife, kids, and I showed up pretty late from a late drive so we just dealt with it for the first night. Bed was dirty floors were sticky bath was nasty. Sadly everything negative to be checked the list. But again we dealt with it that night. In the morning though the first kid used the bathroom not even number 2 and the toilet was already clogged. I took a quick shower with very minimal pressure. To go down to the office to let the workers know to at least fix the toilet. No one around. (8 am by the way) walked the whole facility not a working soul in sight. Went to the office it was all gated and locked out. Any doors to get in with room key weren’t going in. So I drive back to the facility that checked me in a couple blocks away. To see if they had workers. There actually was one just one. But he sorted it out and gave us a new room. Nice guy. But we get back to the other facility and load up the car bc the room is on the other side of the complex on the second floor. So we are looking for the room and come to find out none of the elevators work. So we haul 4 kids and all of our luggage up to the second story and finally get to an ok room. Toilet flushed at least so we roughed out the next night till we were ready to leave by 8 am next day.

The staff and service were fantastic. The kids loved the pool. The location is nice, close to the strip. The downfall is the cleanliness. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. Both tubs had visible mold in the jets/around edges. The main areas of carpet were vacuumed but the edges were visibly grey from dirt and food crumbs we even found a French fry and bottle lid . When turning on the kitchen sink there was an instant foul smell from the drain & the dishwasher only opened halfway.

Solid clean room! I love rooms with microwaves. Very clean. However, only thing I didn’t like was the strange people around. Price is worth it.

Some staff very rude also stained bed sheets and also could not lock my door for both nights I was there maintenance came at 4am to wake us up just to find out he couldn't fix the door.

Okay hotel. I wish it were like the old days where staff told you everything you needed to know about the hotel. I had to sort of figure things out myself. Pool was nice but did not feel heated but thankfully it was in the 90s. Love the pool hours. Glad bed was not hard as a rock loke so may places but def the mattress had seen better days thays why not too hard. Had dirty towel and had to kill a gnat on my pillow. The AC did not work that goos and was a tad challenging to use. All in all it was an ok stay. You get what you pay for, property has just seen better days id say but not horrible.

Very nice room. Clean, comfortable mattress, pillows and sheets. Nice towels. The pool was nice. Checking in and out was easy. The neighborhood felt very safe and clean. Don’t let the price fools you. I have no idea why this place is so affordable. With the price, I feel bad about point out anything I didn’t like. Please keep that in mind. The Hot Tub was out of order. The people next to me were very loud and I they had a small dog I could hear occasionally barking. None of these were the fault of the hotel. That’s all.

The location was away from the strip and near convenience stores, food a gas stations. The property was gated for the rooms and only your key can unlock it to access which added to the feeling of safety. There is a shuttle that take you to a hotel on the strip. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone and everything. The remote for the tv worked when it wanted to. The shower made a humming noise the entire time. The bed was uncomfortable ( but the pillows were amazing). There are no charging ports. Not all amenities that were advertised are truly there. The $200 room deposit is excessive for the property. The rooms and decor are VERY worn and dated. The bathrooms could use some deep cleaning and caulking. The carpet smelled like it was wet at some point and not properly cleaned. Definitely won't be going back.

I had a wonderful stay overall! Everything inside the hotel met my expectations, and it was a really great experience The only downside that frustrated me was the room location. I had to walk about 6 minutes to a separate building late at night. The distance itself isn’t bad, but crossing the road with all my suitcases was tough and uncomfortable after a long trip.

Location We had to walk up the street to the room with our luggage. The person that checked us in told us that there is usually someone to drive to the other location but they crashed the car. I want a partial refund. Also we could not watch television as the remote wouldn't change the channels.

The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Full kitchen and laundry. Dish soap, laundry detergent and paper towels provided. Dining table. Closets. Double sink bathroom with tub and shower. Tv in living and bedroom. Our balcony faced street and air conditioners but preferable rooms balconies faced pool area. Pool was cold but pool area was good size with plenty of seating and generally quiet. Bbqs available. Free shuttle to Excalibur and back hourly until 8pm. Free shuttle to grocery store a few mornings a week. There isn’t daily cleaning service so have to request if need something I guess like fresh towels or toilet paper. Would have been nice to receive those every few days and garbage removal without having to request. Overall a great place to stay off strip with easy access to strip and close to grocery store and food options.

The floor in my room was soaking wet and the room had a funny smell. There was no internet in the room or WiFi. Some electrical outlets did not work and the remote control for the tv did not work because the sensor on the tv was out. They did not move me to a different room even though I asked twice. They kept saying maintenance would come. Which they finally did after asking 3 times and they said there was nothing they could do about the problems.

There is some nice outdoor seating, although it's next to a noisy street. I had to upload some large files for work and I was pleasantly surprised the internet service made that work well. I went for a walk outside the property and did not feel safe, with people having loud arguments in teh street and someone had just been robbed. The property ground though, were fine.

Great suites with full kitchen, very large bathroom, great beds, deck and added bonus that we weren’t expecting…ensuite washer and dryer. Our only complaint would be that the wifi didn’t work great in the area of the hotel we were in. If you went to the lobby it worked really well. Another big bonus was the shuttle bus they had running every hour that dropped you off at the Excaliber on the strip. From there you could get anywhere on the strip. Great week at the Club de Soleil!!

The hotel was clean. Everything was included in the room for us to cook. Washer and dryer felt like being at home. I would recommend this hotel to everyone in my family.

I like this place it was like the pictures the only thing was that the bed was pretty stiff and the couch had no structure at all. The other thing was that I awoke in the morning because the room next door closes their door and it was really loud and it shook our connecting room’s door. But I would stay here again.

It was excellent. The best resort I ever stood in didn't have to ring no silverware or anything. I would recommend this hotel for anybody who has kids and don't want spending money to go out to eat. You could cook on your own. They have a washer and dryer everything you need this room has love it.

Vompletely false and no upgrades available at hotel since booked thru 3rd party.

We enjoyed our stay at the Club. The pool was good, but my kids were scared of the dead bugs in the pool. The activity room was great for the kids with so many things for all ages.

We enjoyed our stay at the Club. The pool was nice but cold due to the season we stayed. We appreciate the shuttle service to the Vegas strip. We wish they also do drop off at the Treasure Island like they used to.

The Property itself was fairly standard, like the kitchenette as its helpful with breakfast in the morning with tea/coffee. The only pitfall, the walls are very thin, and you can literally hear everything next door. Also the AC and bathroom fan are very Loud, aside from that its relatively good.

Everything was good. A baby next door cried for two hours before I left was wondering did they leave the baby. The rate in vegas is high for adults killing kids smh….

First of, staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. As for the room, I felt unsafe. The balcony doors to room 1006 DO NOT LOCK. Mind you, the room is located on the first floor next to the pool area. It seems like they were forcefully opened. The future and appliances are super outdated. Room seemed like it was not properly cleaned. Despite having multiple signs that indicated no smoking allowed, the room smelled just like a casino, heavy with cigarette smoke. I wouldn't not recommend this place if you have little ones. We did not get room service. Not sure if we were supposed to call to get the trast out and new towels. Wi-Fi was not great.

Although room clean on arrival, they never came after that to clean or give fresh towels (5 day stay). Pool closed at 2 of the 3 resorts. This place is a slum resort. I guess you get what you pay for.

The TV did not work. They could not fix it. So my stay was without TV. Just 2 power outlets in the room, of which, one did not work. The water in the bathroom for showering, etc. was barely lukewarm. And they had the audacity to charge a “resort fee”. Ridiculous.

I loved this place! The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing and the outside pool was clean. They even have mini golf!

Well I don’t know where to begin, the room was disgusting. I didn’t expect the Bellagio however there was mold in the bathtub . The towels were dirty, when I asked for my soap and shampoo the front desk refused to give it to me. It’s definitely not worth the price. Do not book here save your money and book on the strip. You aren’t far from the strip but for the price you pay you can be on the strip and the Luxor is better than this place. Super disappointed the pictures aren’t the rooms you get . Be aware and book elsewhere.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The room was good and clean and very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

The staff checking me in never asked what floor we wanted when we preferred a higher floor but she put us on the ground floor. The room was next to an outdoor gate to the property and slammed shut so loud it woke me up and was hard to sleep. The room was outdated and unfortunately we will not be booking with them ever again!

The greeting and general communication with the staff were very good (friendly and helpful). The room, was generally in good condition though dated. Unfortunately, the fridge made constant noise, the air conditioning unit (when on) was as loud as a blast furnace, the connecting room door was paper thin so I could hear conversations in the adjoining room and there was no to little hot water in the shower.

Room was very clean. Comes with pots and pans. As well as cups and silverware. Front Desk staff was very nice and fast with help.

I love this hotel, just couldnt stand the lady in room 3015 smoking her nasty smelly cigarettes, all day every day, i called many times to report her, and nothing happened, wrote a email as well, no reply back, like i left to get away from ignorant people, not come on my solo yearly getaway to be surrounded by more ignorant people who cant follow the rules, I guess trashy people are now flooding my favorite hotel, and i love this hotel for the quiet and peace that it offers, as im not really a people person and dont want to be on the strip, unless im with a guy im dating and hes paying for it, then I had left my blanket, and I dont mind driving to Vegas, and yet again another woman in room 3026 was smoking cigarettes as well 🙄 so this must mean that I can smoke my marijuana then right, since no consequences was done. But then again, im actually classy and follow the rules of my favorite hotel unlike these two trashy women. Like go take that crap to motel 6 where they actually belong and stay the heck out of my hotel. Other than that, I will definitely be back, shout out to my girl who always takes care of me EM ❤️ EM is the absolute BEST! Give her a raise!

The room was large and had a kitchen but it was not equipped well. The room was very noisy and you could hear the traffic at all hours of the day. After inspecting the glass in the bedroom window was not even making a seal and looked like it could fall out of the frame. The jetted tub was dirty and looked like it had mold in the jets and around the frame of the shower door. The kitchen had a big crack in the wall and it looks like the property had just done minor touch ups for the past decade or so. I did move my car so it was just outside the bedroom window as a dispensary is nearby and the smell of Mirjana is prevalent around the property. Not much I would suggest walking to in the area as this is not the best neighborhood in town as a trailer park is across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. I expected this to be a little more upscale but it was not much different than most hotels somewhere in-between a Hampton In and a Motel 6

There was a ring around the bathtub and water leaking stains on living room and bathroom ceilings. Carpet was coming apart. Very unhappy we stayed for my wedding and I went and bought supplies to clean the room. Our keys stopped working every 2 days and they made us walk to get new one to the other property. I asked for a cart to load and u load our car and they said I had to look around. Will not be back and I do have pictures I would like a partial refund at the very least.

Bring earplugs, this is not a hotel for people who want to sleep at night. For families who enjoy letting their kids run around inside their upper floor hotel rooms for 3-4 hours nonstop, until midnight every night, it is probably the perfect place to stay.

I stay at this place several times a year. My daughter and her family live right down the street. I normally stay in building one I stayed in 2 this check in. Unfortunately not a good experience I checked in Christmas at 8:30 when I got to my room no TV it wasn't working. I called down stairs to the desk and the said someone would be there between 15 -30 minutes. Finally at 10 pm I went down stairs and the office and everything was closed for the evening . I sat there with nothing on Christmas. The next morning I called again and said if they don't want to fix refund me. The maintenance man came it was out he had to change the remote and reprogram. He mentioned the cleaning staff isn't checking TVS and apparently if anyone doing inspections don't either. Lots of dirty and hairy baseboards, stained towels and duvet. Wasn't a pleasant experience this time at all.

Not the worst or best the 8.4 Rating is a stretch….. the pictures on the site do not match the room description!! They said if we wanted that room it would be an additional $30 a night. (No thanks) because the way this room looked I didn’t want a bigger room looking old and outdated. The bathroom sink is so low. Its a preschool bathroom size lol. The room also have a funny smell no idea what it is. The most annoying thing is the walls are literally paper thin. We can hear EVERYTHING from outside to the people next door. We have a end unit. The elevator is a little wanky as well. Old dirty and did a lot of shaking. Im not impressed by any of it. I am wondering where the 8.4 stars came from. They also don’t clean the room if your stay is shorter than 7 days….. otherwise its a Fee. The staff are not helpful and seems to be getting paid to do nothing especially housekeeping. Walkways and elevator area dirty. Overall my four night stay was not the best. If you are looking for a shabby place to sleep this is it.

The studio was clean and comfortable. They had a microwave, fridge with freezer and kitchen sink. The tub was huge so it is very good if you have aches and pains. I would go there again. Thanks.

The check in process was complicated and not well explained. It was also not clear that there were 2 separate properties also confusing. Room was clean a little outdated and in need of some repair. We were not told that you had to request maid service so we went days with full trash cans and no clean linens. Still a good value for havinf a full kitchen and WD in the unit.

Nice clean affordable rooms with hourly Shuttle to the Strip (Excalibur) and good selection of TV channels. There is a Starbucks and some eateries only 10 mins walk down the road and the Orleans casino is an easy 15 minute walk.

The property and the rooms definitely need some updating, but works well for a inexpensive room for the night and a bonus as they have a shuttle that goes down to the strip. this is the second time I stayed there and the first time I stayed there I was charged less of a deposit and the second time I stayed there they increased the deposit so I don’t know why they change that maybe because of the rodeo.

Clean, well maintained rooms and grounds. Beds were comfortable. Felt safe. Also seemed quiet, only heard another person one time. Liked the shuttle amenity to the srip, easy and confident.

My only issue was the hot water not working properly and the tv only came with one remote not two so I was only able to watch the cox cable they had.

Mattress was good but neighbor upstairs was making a lot of noise late after midnight. I could hear loud footsteps from above. The gym was decent but not great.

I had a view of the sunset and the mountains from my balcony, it was breathtaking at moments.

I wanted to highlight how helpful and friendly Gremmy was upon check in. She was flexible in allowing for an early check in and we appreciated having the ability to check in early and rest, and relax as we checked out about 1030 PM for a late night flight. I hope she can be recognized for her customer service.

This was a nightmare. In an attached room where we heard someone all night. We put chairs in front of the door. Then the shower temperature knob was broken, the tub flooded as soon as water started, the outlets didn't work except one that I had to unplug the lamp so I could charge my phone, the room was dirty. We left after a few hours of sleep. Unbelievable.

The first room, upon check in, was terrible. About a two block walk to the room at night… then the room was in terrible condition. They moved us to a better room, but charged more for it.

The entire suite was fully equipped with everything you could need, including a washer and dryer. It also features a beautiful balcony and was clean and comfortable throughout. I had no complaints and would definitely recommend it to family and friends visiting the area.

A little dated, but great room. Plenty of space to feel comfortable. The luggage carts need new wheels ASAP. Difficult trek from the car to the room, including some awkward cornering to get in and out of the elevators. Staff was awesome. A little inconvenient to have to check in at one building and then drive to another location just down the street.

I will continue to stay @ Club d Soleil, this is one of the nicest apartmemt style hotels I have stayed in. 24 hr front desk makes it convenient for me to extend my time while working overnights.

The room was ok. They never cleaned our room. The person staying in the room next door left the TV on all night. We could hear the TV through the wall. The front desk took care of that the following day. You get what you pay for.

My room (#132A) was clean, quiet and peaceful, but the 7 days I stayed at your resort the maintenance engineer was not able to fix the A/C. Actually he really didn’t try. There were other issues as well. I reported the problems but the front desk clerk nor the maintenance engineer seem to care. See the below problems, (1) The A/C wasn’t working properly (blew cold air constantly), so I asked for the A/C to be turned off and bring me two blankets. (2) The bathroom toilet handle was loose. Maintenance never came in to fix it. (3) Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. (4) Bathroom sink knobs needed to be tighten. (5) Bathroom tub wasn’t cleaned. (6) left wall coming into the room was damaged (chip paint/poor fixing of the wall). Whoever previously fixed the wall did a poor job. I could have done better job. (7) Kitchen sink faucet was very loose. Had to turn faucet in the opposite direction to get hot water. (8) Bedroom window edge was dirty.

The kitchen was clean and for a small place, super spacious! The staff was always really professional and answered my questions via phone. They were very communicative.

When booking the room it gave me one address but they put me in another community they owned with another address a block away. This was further away from where I planned to be and so items like restaurants were further away from where I wanted to be at. Very inconvenient because there is no front desk access where I stayed on certain days. I feel Which means if I need anything, I had to call the other front desk in the other building, wait till they answered the phone (if they were busy you have to wait), when checking in the security guy picked me up (had to wait and he didn’t seem thrilled to drive me) to take me to the other building, when checking out I had to have security guy take me back to the building with the front desk so bags could be held there (didn’t seem thrilled to drive me), all of this taking too much time. Also not safe to not have front desk there in the night. Front desk reps were nice and room was clean which I appreciate. Room was outdated but I felt that was ok because room was clean. There is a picture above the bed that had some stuff splashed on it and that you may want to clean (because that kind of gross).

We were in the secondary location and did not have a car so we were shuttled by security. Not sure if the main location was better. The resort seemed to have some nice amenities like a pool and tennis court, but we did not take advantage.

The cooling in the room is not that good. Otherwise, really great property.

The down side is you have thin walls. I did bring ear plugs. The room does have modern upgrades for electronics for charging. I really liked it was suit with a great coffee maker and real coffee cups, plates, and silverware. Also, the Jacuzzi tub was nice.

Gotta thank front desk if it was done on purpose. I was in Vegas doing Nevada State Shoot an ATA (Amateur Trapshooting Association) event for 10 days, just got back from shooting all day, was ready to relax. Walls are thin as tissue paper I thought I was sitting next to them watching “Gladiator”! The couple staying next door were tv watchers all evening to 11:00pm and they had to be wearing hearing aids! Then they’d talk to each other over the volume. On top of that they would take turns clearing their throats which would wake the dead! I was thinking of calling 911 thinking they were having a medical issue :). When it was going past 11:00pm I called the front desk and explained the situation (and I never do this) they said they’d send security by? Gotta love it, they shut it down and we all got some sleep. For the rest of my time there which was at least 4 days left I don’t know if I was lucky or the front desk didn’t put anyone in that room until I left, I am grateful!

The maids and local dirty cops popped my tire in the hotel parking lot - coddling stocking shamless serial killer psychopaths thieves (and destruction of property ) had to call the Las Vegas police file a report

I could hear everything from the room next to mine, including their conversations, and what tv show they were watching. I felt like I was sharing the room with them. I wouldn’t stay here again because of that.

Although this hotel isn’t on the strip, they have an hourly shuttle that takes you there. The room and bathroom were quite spacious and everything was clean. The kitchen had many cooking supplies and kitchenware. The staff was always helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

We couldn't connect to WiFi the entire time – the signal was always too low to reliably connect or non-existent. Cell service also happened to be spotty, which rendered our hotspots nearly useless. So I was unable to work and my daughter had major issues taking her online midterm and a lab practical. Lack of WiFi resulted in a lot of headaches and unnecessary stress.

Please note, we stayed in the king studio, which is the smallest room they have. The property is nice, but our room had a few issues. We were in building 1, which isn't as large or as nice as building 2, but it still has plenty of amenities such as a decent gym, sports court, and swimming pool. The room itself was not any bigger than any other hotel room and contained only a small kitchenette with a coffee machine, toaster, mini fridge, microwave, and sink. They had a couple of plates, silverware, and dish soap in the cabinets, which we appreciated. Even though the room and kitchenette were small, they were functional. Our primary issue with this property was the noise from other guests. We were able to hear everything going on in the rooms next to us and no one was being particularly noisy. The sound proofing is just bad. We felt like we had to whisper in the mornings until we heard our neighbors wake up. The other minor issue was that the rooms are not well kept. Our room was clean, but plaster was falling off the walls and caulking was pulling up in the bathroom. This is common in 1 or even 2 star hotel rooms, but 3 star hotels are typically better maintained. Overall, the property was nice, but the room was not great. We made it work, but will likely choose another hotel for future stays.

When I called, they got me into my room early. That was extremely helpful, because otherwise I would have had to take a meeting in a coffee shop. My only complaint would be the noise from our next-door neighbor. The walls seem to be very thin, and we could easily hear their music and later their romantic activity.

We loved staying here! The staff was friendly, and even gave us an extra hour of checkout time. It's almost like staying in an older apartment. We had our own private balcony, there was a big tub, AND a washer/dryer! It was so much more space than you can get on the strip. My only complaints are that (1) the beds make a lot of noise, due to the plastic mattress protector. The sound woke me up several times. (2) We spent so much money on Ubers to get from the hotel to our activities (this hotel isn't near anything). It would probably be cheaper to stay on the strip if you have a lot of places to go/be.

We were given a room which could open to another room (adjoining) - and we could hear and understand EVERYTHING the people in that room said! and they were LOUD! At times they seemed to be fighting. We chose not to call the front desk because we were afraid it was a domestic violence situation and knew the people would know it was us that reported them. They calmed down after an hour and a half, then about 3 am turned the TV on real loud which woke us up!! When we told the front desk gal about our night, she scolded us for not contacting them at the time, because she would have had us change rooms. In the middle of the night we’re going to pack up everything and MOVE rooms at 3 am?!! We would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing, with cleanliness being the biggest issue. The pool and hot tub were in terrible condition: the water was cloudy, debris floated on the surface, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor. Neither the filter nor the heater was running, and it was clear the facilities hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. They were completely unusable, and when I raised the issue with staff, my request for maintenance was ignored. For many travelers, including myself, the pool area is a key reason for booking a hotel—so this was especially frustrating. The room itself was also neglected. There were stains on the carpet, dust on surfaces, cracks and peeling paint on the walls, old scratched and stained furniture, and a persistent musty odor. The kitchen contained sparse utinsels, some of which were dirty. The bathroom showed the same lack of care, with dirt built up in the corners and poor water pressure in the shower. When I asked to move to another room, my request was denied. At the very least, a hotel should provide basic cleanliness, comfort, and working amenities. This property failed on all counts. Given the unacceptable conditions and the refusal to address my concerns, I believe a refund is warranted.

This “resort” was a huge disappointment. The hallways had a weird smell—kind of like pickles. Yuck. The room wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. The walls were so thin, we could hear the people in the room next to ours talking. We could actually hear some of their conversation (and they weren’t shouting). At one point, I heard one of them PEE (not kidding). The thermostats are blocked at 70 degrees. So if you like to sleep in a cooler room like I do, good luck. You can’t get it cooler than 70 with the A/C. We were uncomfortable all night. There’s no housekeeping. If you want your room serviced, even just fresh towels, you have to pay an extra $40. When we asked the staff about these issues, they said there was nothing they could do. We moved to the Hampton Inn after only one night at Club de Soleil. Sometimes it’s better to just pay the extra $$ to have a decent place to stay.

The rooms are basic and clean. My only isuue was with the AC. It would not allow you to set it lower than 69 degrees with is not cool enough for me. The rooms can use an update.

Smell so heavy of smoke in spite of being a smoke free place. Inter connected rooms allows for no privacy and a lot of noise. No one replenish the supplies and they only clean your room if you stay for more than week. No restaurant but charge resort fees. I was there for business and they only cater for party tupe

The resort is beautiful, centrally located and near many stores for essentials. Great staff! Our room was spotless and stocked well. The bed was semi comfortable, I have a bad back so it’s hard for me to be completely comfortable in any bed but my own. All your basic needs for a getaway are met. Cons: we had an adjoined room, therefore I could hear every word my neighbors said and I knew what they were watching on television. I usually stay away from adjoined rooms for this reason. If I had known ahead of time that all the rooms were adjoined, I probably would not have booked here. The deposit is steep $200 hold on credit card up front and your funds are released 3-5 days after check out. You have to pay resort fees upon check in. They don’t offer any information regarding what’s in the area (i.e. grocery store, restaurants, drugstore) we just started walking and found these places on our own. No information offered regarding amenities onsite.

Good place to stay away from the strip.

It had a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer.

Staff were pleasant, but the property is outdated and run down. Behind on repairs and what repairs have been done were subpar. Room was fairly clean but hallways were dirty and very run down. One of our rooms had a very strong mold smell and we ended up needing to change that room. Supplies provided in the kitchen were barely sufficient. It served its purpose for this trip but I will not return to this property.

Neighboring room(s) constant smell of marijuana and tobacco. Don’t seem to want to enforce their own smoking rules rules. Asked to be moved. Took two days and didn’t follow up. Resort fees are a joke. Nothing remotely resortish about the place. Upgraded my room but property is aged, beds are soft . Clean but in need of upgrade. Like living on a freeway. Loud traffic. Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Felt like a small home away from home! My room was a 'studio' which felt very much like one. Free mini fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot made it easy to save a bit of money getting food and keeping it in my room. The bed was soft and plushy! Jacuzzi tub! The hotel also has a shuttle to Excalibur that I took full advantage of. My only complaint would be that the AC didn't seem to extend to the full room, just mainly where the cooling unit was. For my first stay in Vegas it was a great find and if I can afford to come back I'd like to stay there again. Or the Tahiti, a sister hotel closer to a Walgreens.

great stay for affordable prices

I really like the location of this property. It has a gym that's open 24/7 and also a huge soccer park within walking distance. The park also offers tennis courts and walking track that equals 1mile per lap. I also appreciate the quick check in process as this was my 2nd time staying there. For me it's just so much more convenient than the strip. Also of note a fully stocked kitcenette complete with glass coffee cups,silverware, plates, etc even a cutting board. Thank you. I was assigned the basic king room. The only reason this isn't excellent rated from me is the paper thin walls. You can hear the neighbors a little too clearly... and the beds too soft for my liking. No cooling at room cortidors

Everything was fine except I didn't receive the emailed receipt that was told to send me..and also if my deposit was returned?

Because the condition of this hotel is going down. I've been coming here for years since about 2010' , traveling from California. But now its not what it was in the past .

First time here and honestly quiet and conveniant

Staff was personable and helped with accounting my room location so I would not have to climb stairs. However, the both nights I stayed there, I had to file noise complaints; 1st night at 12:30am, second night at 1:40am. I could literally hear the whole conversation the connecting room was having. Woke up my kiddos too.

I never stayed I thought I owed only 47.46$ after I paid through hotels.com and when I checked in they said I owed 247.46 I had the money in cash but they wouldn’t take cash for the deposit so I never took occupancy of the Room

Had significant parking close to our room. The staff, especially Em, was so pleasant and professional. The room was clean, spacious, and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location. They provided shuttle service to the strip if you'd like. Well worth it 👍

The elevator didn’t work !!

I did like that every time I cooked the fire detectors were going crazy, even though there was no smoke that needs to be addressed

The property was very clean and well maintained - nice and quiet. Perfect for many people but not what I had in mind.

The room had super old furniture, was not completely clean, bathtub still had a water ring mark. Corner wall at the bathtub showed servere water damage. Bathroom sink took ages to empty, guess maintenance had not been informed. The WiFi did not work in the room I had to sit on a bench outside to get service. When I mentioned this to the receptionist she suggested that many guests must using this. I mentioned that due to dealing with Europe I was on it at 4:00AM. I suppose all guests were using it at that time. No I will not return.

A very nice quiet place, we would book again

The kitchen sink was spotless, grounds well maintained and all staff ( including shuttle driver) were great. We really liked the free, air conditioned shuttle to the strip and the fact that it was exactly on time.

Maybe might want to upgrade the music portal from CD/ipod station to a WiFi speaker to stream. No one really has an ipod or travels with CDs anymore.

Went to desk to ask for maintenance , no one answered the phone. Went to front desk and the female said she was on her break and would do it when her break was done

The hotel was overall good. A bit dated but had the room we needed. We didn't have any issues at all. They even allowed us a late checkout. There wasn't breakfast but we didn't mind. There was some restaurant options nearby.

The room was very clean andcomfortable. The shuttle to the strip is always a plus.

Extremely dated! Everything is very old including enclosed bath tubs that were almost too high to get into to shower!
