This Las Vegas Strip hotel is 5 minutes' drive from the Las Vegas Convention Center. It features Adventuredome, an indoor theme park with a large roller coaster, plus circus-themed acts. Circus Circus Splash Zone pool experience features a 50 foot waterslide tower with three slides, a splash pad water playground, shaded cabanas, hot tubs and two pools. At Circus Circus Las Vegas, each spacious nonsmoking guest room is equipped with a cable TV. Circus Circus features 40,000 square feet of shopping at the Promenade. The Carnival Midway is also on site and features 200 popular and classic games for all ages. There is also an outdoor pool available and free parking. Slots and table games are located at the Circus Circus Casino. Guests can watch races and sports on 32 large-screen TVs as well as a 103-inch TV that shows the game of the day.

    The room was dirty, bathroom had hairs all over the floor, short curly hair and long head hairs. The elevator is a joke!!! Such a stupid system that makes people waiting for an elevator for 30mins!!!! And stops at all floors even though nobody is getting out or getting on! Don’t go there

    Room was dirty from previous guests! Paid for an upgraded “remodel” room not at all what I expected there were stains on the sheets. Also the large crack underneath the door that anytime someone talked or passed in the hallway you can literally hear was very noisy. There were bubble signs on the ceiling from previous ceiling leaks And spots of stuff on the hardwood floor I was already disgusted but what topped it off is we found a cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I can guarantee I will never stay here again!

    Barely any toiletries just bar soap towels and I think it was shampoo but my family and I bring my own stuff anyways. The place is old af so don’t expect much of anything other than to sleep. If you’re on a budget and don’t mind any of this then go for it. Free parking is a plus. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a nicer room. Even the major casinos outside of the strip is better. Its proximity on the strip is another plus.

    Bathroom was not clean at all. Had hair in the shower, the floor around sink and toilet were not cleaned. The hallway floors were sticky. It was dark in most areas of the guest floors. The bed was made but only had a sheet on it. The elevators had cigarette butts in the corners. Overall unclean and unmaintained.

    Room was not clean next day. As they had new way for room card number to enter to lift is bad idea did not work good waiting was an hour. Before lift used to go each floor now you enter only the lift it directs you only. It was a rush on the floor down waiting for lift to come back, went the front desk so that the the lift work to check. The person was rude and said checked everything is work nothing wrong while we were there she never called her. Next time I won't book there.

    The check in system is horrible. We wasted so much time trying to check in at the kiosks. Then, the kiosk sent us to the front desk. When we went to the front desk the lady was rude and sent us back to the kiosk. When I explained that were there and it sent us to her she repeated and pointed again to the kiosks and told us one of the ladies there could help us when we got back to the kiosks, the 3 ladies were overwhelmed as there were about 35 families trying to check in and they were all getting the same message so we had lineup in an unstructured line so one of the three ladies could help us. In short, the reissued us a new confirmation number and we were directed back to the kiosks where we input the new confirmation number so we could check in and get our room key. Yet, there was no one to direct us to the elevators, provide a hotel map, and give us any particulars about the hotel. It was so impersonal. Then, the elevator system is ridiculous too as it is also kiosk run. In short it could send 4 parties or the same elevator but it doesn't account if the 4 parties are made up of families between 2 people or 12 people. Hence you could have 16-20 people all waiting for the same elevator. In which case you have to exit the elevator lobby and start over if your elevator is full. If it wasn't for these things, the stay would have been great. Clean rooms, lots to do, reasonable prices, etc. Management really needs to reevaluate these two areas.

    1st room AC didn't work. 2nd toilet didn’t work. 3rd room someone left old food in the refrigerator and the bed was broken. All 3 rooms were dirty. The elevator broke down twice a man in his son was stuck inside for 10 minutes. Me and my family was coming down the escalator and it stopped on us. We all flew forward down the escalator. The casino staff was horrible and rude. There was one staff member that was super nice and her name was Miss Carrie. Other than that This place needs to be shut down.

    The room had no amenities like a little coffee pot or refrigerator. Guess those were not features one gets with the price and of the room. We will come back to Circus Circus only because of the redeaming feature of “The Steakhouse” which was only reason to be at Circus Circus.

    I'm certainly more of a bargain hunter and Circus Circus fit that more than any other casino on the strip could. It was cleaner and nicer than I expected. Nearly all the staff were very helpful. It was slow during the week and not a lot of table games open but it was the best time for other activities. The Bingo was fun and nice they have at least 3x a day. The rides, arcade games and carnival games were plentiful. Probably cant find more family fun on the strip and not near the low price as CC. Only concern was the dealers weren't as friendly as I'd hoped but I know it is tough job. I really hope CC sticks around because it still has a place and a certain charm. The day we spent on rides and games was probably 2nd best of our week next to No Doubt at the Sphere!

    A theft occurred in my room, resulting in the loss of valuables worth approximately $800. After reporting the incident, I received no meaningful updates from security. They refused to provide information about the investigation and expected me to keep following up with them instead. I was not even given a copy of the incident report. The lack of communication, accountability, and concern shown by the hotel was extremely disappointing. Losing valuable belongings is stressful enough, but the way this situation was handled made it even more frustrating. I expected far better service and support from the hotel staff.

    My property was stolen. Someone came into my room and stole my items. Not safe at all. The safety. Not one person we willing to listen or do anything about it. Not one and we spoke to several. You'd think they would have cameras and be willing to look and see who came into the room and stole the items, but they weren't willing to do that.

    The elevator situation can cause really big lines. And to gain access to a fridge, you have to talk to staff to bring one to your room. If you call they do not answer. Otherwise you have to wait in a long line to talk to them. Parking was free, which was nice.

    When we arrived to the room, the toilet was not flushed and there was poop in it. We flushed it and called the front office to come and clean the bathroom. They were not well organized and it took over an hour for a technician to show up and realized we need it someone to clean the bathroom. Almost 2 hours after the 1st call to the front office 2 cleaning ladies came and said the toilet was not working. After almost 3 hours dealing with the issue we requested to get another room as it was already passed 1am. They never offered another room, we needed to request it and they gave us a new room after our complaint. Pretty sad, frustrating and disgusting situation.

    For the kids The size of the beds in picture when you actually are there they are WAY smaller and the customer service the Adriel not sure what kind of man the is but when I went to speak with him he gave me additude with cracking his neck and left eye was rolling around that I had to ask is he ok ? Then another women rudely interrupted his questions to me and she said what happened out loud she went into the computer and told him ooh yeah look. At that point I was disappointed over all not so happy the way they treated me

    Right when you walk in the door you are bombarded with people trying to get you to go see a time share presentation offering free play but they don't tell you it's at a seedy hotel down the street and you can only cash out if you win the jackpot on ancient machines. That plus there are no guest services staff. Check in at a computer. It's terrible

    Circus circus is probably one of the least well maintained "hyped" casino hotels in Vegas. The room was mediocre at best. No refrigerator, coffee maker, or even shampoo/conditioner. The carpet was severely stained and wet upon our arrival of the room. The check in experience was awful... the automated self check in wasn't working properly and wouldn't allow us to type or select anything. Clearly broken. When asking the one staff member that was available to assist with the check in process she was visibly frustrated and rude to us. Pick a different place to stay. Circus circus sucks.

    I understand circus circus has not been renovated in forever and people may be skeptical but in all honesty we had such an awesome experience the room we chose was the recent renovated which I believe is tower 2 it did not smell like anything other than clean and the room was decent it wasn’t a 4 seasons but it was decent and clean for you to stay and be comfortable the service was amazing and all the activities they have for the kids!! The pool slides are so so much fun and the food was great as well so overall I would recommend!

    **Do Not Book!** The rooms are extremely unclean and not properly maintained. The showers are leaky and do not drain water effectively, causing the tub to fill up immediately upon turning on the water. The toilet is in a state of disrepair. The door handle had what appeared to be cake residue from the previous occupant. I nearly stepped on a screw on the first day of my arrival to the room.

    Really needs to be updated. The room I was put in was one with a roll in shower for a wheelchair. It was so hard to take a shower. The water didn’t go out far enough. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. You could also hear everything from the room next door and people walking in the halls. Very noisy.

    It was a nice stay, I stay here every time we are in Vegas and never have an issue. This time the check in / Check out is done at a kiosk. If you have questions the person there is not helpful and rude because you interrupted thier conversation between other staff, and was not about work. Reserved a renovated room but when I checked in nothing was renovated still had same carpet beds a/c units and no fresh paint. Prices in the adventure dome arcade is ridiculously high. You can purchase a card for $100 with 100 credits but all the games worth playing are 20 to 35 credits witch based on the amount of credits its $25 to $30 per game. Lets do better on the pricing and might have better turnout. 3 nights we were there it was empty 💔

    Circus circus is my go to place to stay in Vegas because of the cheap prices and quality stay. Never have I received bad service when staying here. The rooms are clean, property is clean and staff is fantastic. Gonna really hurt to see this place get demolished. Hope they build something equally as fun and affordable.

    Circus Circus is a good value for being on the Las Vegas strip. It was an easy walk to where my conference was and had good choices in the food court. It is family friendly with the non-gambling options and food options. The Steakhouse there is the absolute best hidden gem. I love the nostalgia and throw back to old Vegas. However, if you are wanting a high end, Bellagio or Venetian-type experience, this is not the choice for you. *Their Steakhouse would be the exception.

    We walked into our room and found a condom wrapper. It was filthy and scary. The workers were very nice though. Carmelito was so nice. He greeted us at door and was the most pleasant thing about the hotel.

    The property was clean and orderly, considering it appeals considerably to children. The staff is there to help when you use the kiosk to sign in and makes it very easy. The location is very good for food. They have their own buffet three days a week and they have a good selection in the food court at very reasonable prices. It is a bit away from most of the strip, but all you have to do is spend $20 and you have a three day bus pass. The bus is right there in front of the property slot of fun and you go anywhere you want so save a few bucks. Just check it out. I think you’ll like it.

    The splash pad is closed Monday-Thuraday. Only one pool was open and it wasn't the nice one. The only pool open was 100% in the sun and the only pool side service was a food truck which sold beer. The Midway was depressing and outdated. There are no circus acts Monday-Thuraday. We did not see a maid, so we reused the same towels. The front desk is no help. Good luck if you stay here.

    Elevators make the experience terrible. I had an experience with a person on the wrong floor home was intoxicated it took security for phone calls for them to respond. After response I went up to the hotel room with my daughter where the problem still wasn't resolved person whom was intoxicated started yelling at my 15 year old daughter and chasing her down the hall I will never go to Circus Circus again

    We got to the hotel at 4 am due to a flat tire. There wasn’t anyone in the lobby to show us where to check in. After a few minutes I found the check in area and there wasn’t one woman “helping”. She said very few words and pointed me to the self check in. It was easy to follow and I checked in fast. But it was hard to find my room . To many elevators and it was a challenge just to find my room. Had to walk far and past so many attractions in the hotel just to get on another elevator . Room was clean and spacious but outdated. The price was excellent . Hotel is great for families with kids.

    This was a great stay. Everyone was really helpful. There adventure park was awesome. They have a huge amount of casino games to play. There was soup much to do that we were not able to get to everything. We are going back to finish the experience.

    Check in was horrible. You had to check in at a kiosk and there was no front desk. No one available to help check in, especially when the confirmation number was different than the one received from Hotels.com. Then there was no explanation on how to get to your room, or anything. Very poor customer service, with the amount of resort fees. Parking was very confusing, and again no one to help you figure out where to park to get to the rooms.The few staff we did come in contact with weren't helpful at all, just kept saying not there job and they couldn't help us.

    Single worst experience we have ever had. There were major differences with what we agreed to and what we received. I was not aware of any hotel staff, just a bunch of third party people not connected to anything. We never had room cleaned or followed up with at all. We were promised one King size bed and received 2 queens, one of which smelled like someone smoked in it non stop. This was our 31st Anniversary, and I am embarrassed and ashamed of the experience. Please provide a partial refund and improve!!

    Everything was very good; the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general was excellent. The only thing that wasn't excellent was that, apparently, not all of the elevators in the Skyrise tower were working, and the wait was horrible—you could spend up to 20 minutes waiting for an elevator!

    It’s well located, a CVS right in front of the hotel, very walkable to main attractions (approx 25min to The Venetian, Sphere). My room was a little bit old. No fridge or coffee machine, but it was okay. A very slim blanket and the air conditioner was very cold. I had to call them to ask for a blanket or duvet and they promptly brought another slim blanket. I appreciate it. People seemed to have fun at the cassino and had options for food. It’s good for the money.

    I like the parking at Skyrise better than parking garage 2 plus enjoy the food court. Interesting to know that room service cleaning is on call only. We pretty much late for the cleaning are in the corridor to ask for new fresh clean towels.

    All the attractions I had room #20724 in the skyline, let me start by how as soon as I make it to my room I get a knock and it’s 2 maintenance saying they need to fix my bathroom due to some water issues which took more than 30 minutes for them to fix. The tv control did not work. Room was not clean properly cause I found a black sock under the tv stand. A big hole on the wall by the mirror next to the bed. Wallpaper peeling

    Air conditioning didn’t function properly the entire time it was either too hot like unit wasn’t working or too cold like a meat cooler in there there was no in between never found the hot tub as described at booking and soooo much walking just to find things front desk was not very helpful at all also couldn’t get a luggage cart to carry items up as bellhop service was closed (what about late arrivals and there luggage??) also vending machine on floor didn’t work and finally there was no fridge Nicole anything in the room to reheat food and I could have sworn I booked that with my booking as my husband is disabled and diabetic as well so has to eat neumorous times the out the day!!! I would not stay here again I’m sorry but wasn’t welcoming as my first visit to Las Vegas 😢

    We were originally booked to a complex of room across the street from Circus Circus. Room was old, dingy, had an odor, the bed was hard and lumpy and I found a grocery bag with dog food and a cup in the closet. Went back to reception and requested a room IN the casino. We received a remodeled room however, the bed was also hard and lumpy and the linens and blanket seemed to be thrown on and tucked in. Whomever made the bed didn’t take the time to smooth it out, just left it lumpy. Towels, we only had two body towels, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. All that smelled like a gym locker. I requested fresh towels but they smelled the same. I had to check myself in and out. Even when I went to someone at the desk for assistance, I was directed back to the kiosk to do it myself. Over all, not a place I’ll go back to. Definitely not worth what I paid.

    After hours of searching, we finally found another motel willing to take us in at 4:30 AM — and because of the situation, we had to pay a premium rate just to have somewhere to sleep. Circus Circus offered us a $100 food voucher, but that did nothing to fix the situation or make up for the stress and inconvenience they caused. When I explained that a voucher didn’t make this right, the staff seemed unconcerned and dismissive. On top of the horrible management experience, the property itself is very dated and not clean. We had read mixed reviews before booking and thought, “It can’t really be that bad,” but honestly, it was even worse than expected. This was one of the worst hotel experiences our family has had in Las Vegas.

    Parking was free, which was a plus, but the resort fees were almost twice as much as the room, which I just totally don’t understand. My grandsons had a great time at adventure dome. But both ended up with bruises on their face after riding the canyon blaster, which is so rough, cannot believe they are allowed to run a ride like that. Was really surprised that there are no restaurants there other than fast food. Except for the Steakhouse and that’s not something my grandkids and I wanted to do. Everything was fast food. But I guess you get what you pay for. I only stayed there because of the Adventure Dome.

    The room had scuff marks and there were long black hairs in the bathroom. It was not clean. When I went to check in I was greeted very rudely by the staff. This was my first vacation in 25 years. Vacations are supposed to be relaxing but staying at Circus Circus was very stressfull. I am disabled. My back had been out for awhile and I was in a lot of pain. Even the nicer people of the staff refused to provide me a place to sit out of fear that they would get in trouble. Even they knew that I was in agony they refused to provide any accomodation at all. I was desparate to get out of pain so I went on ebay local to buy a wheelchair. I drove a ways and purchased one for $40.00. The footrest was broken so I drove to Ace Hardware to buy the materials and made a crude repair. I got back to the hotel and took the wheelchair out of my car and then I realized I made a critical mistake. The wheelchair didn't have any wheels to wheel myself. I was in such pain and desparate to get out that I overlooked an important detail. At times it was hard to get a disabled parking spot. Many of the restaraunts were closed. The worst employee was a cashier named Donn. He ws demeaning and condescending. When I mentioned that I was in a lot of pain he said to me "that's your problem". I tried to let him know in a matter of fact way that this isn't the way to treat hotel guests. He refused to give m my money. The only way I could it was through the cashier. I had to find someone else to get my money.

    I was impressed by this hotel. When it was suggested to me I thought that it would be run down and old especially because it was cheap for Vegas. However I was surprised. The grounds were neat and clean. The housekeepers were super friendly and if your traveling with children this is the best hotel to go to. My boys had fun at the pool and on the slides, the circus acts were great and the arcade, my kids didn't want to go to the amusement park but they did like the SpongeBob ride . We went for a week and this place kept my children entertained . Check in and out was very easy. Lots of places to park. I recommend this place to anyone with children.

    It is a sprawling monstrosity. We stayed over Memorial Weekend. I had reserved two rooms for three nights. We were in Building D, which is the farthest from the main building. My husband and I are both in our 70s. My daughter was in the room across the hall. On our third night, we believe we were staying in the only two occupied rooms in the complex. There were no cars in the parking lot. My daughter called housekeeping on the 3rd day to get towels. The first person said "Sure. Be right up." Then she was told on the 2nd call that they were very busy. The towels arrived four hours after the initial call. No one from housekeeping ever came in our room.

    We stayed in the manor, although I was unaware that there was a different building outside of the main one. It is a little bit of a walk to other places on the strip from the room, which was fine. The walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors talking rather loudly at all hours of the night. I also was a little perturbed by the extra fees that I did not know about that I had to pay upon arrival and check out. Otherwise it was a fine place to sleep.

    The check-in process was very easy. Finding our hotel room was confusing because of the way the hotel is shaped. But we eventually found it. My bed sheet did have something white dried on top. I'm glad I took my own sheets and pillow. One of the towels had a dead insect or egg of an insect on it. Apart from that, it was fairly clean. I would definitely not stay here again. It is cheap and you get what you paid for which is why so many people stay there but I will not be coming back.

    VERY disappointed with the trashy people they allow to use the hotel parking lot and they did NOT have a room there. I had to park far away while people who do not stay there have access to park up close to the hotel. I was disappointed with the security as I saw a parked car in the garage was hit and the bumper was just sitting in front of it and there was no camera or security that caught it. I was also disappointed that the hotel looks VERY outdated………. I was disappointed that they allow guests to be harassed by timeshare employees every single time one walks by them. I was disappointed that the food court did not have enough tables to sit and eat at. I was disappointed that there was no one to help with luggage after arriving, disappointed that no parking attendant was available, disappointed that the lines were EXTREMELY long when checking in. NO ONE cleaned my room or gave us towels after the first day. I do NOT recommend circus circus no anyone unless you have tattoos on your face and like to hear foul language all over the hotel ( ghetto people ) also if you need a day care just leave your kids anywhere in the hotel, the kids run amuck all over the hotel………. “ WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER “

    Room was crap! I booked a room called the "Run of the House" was supposed to be a king bed for 2 people with an in room safe. What i got was 2 queens, no safe in a run down out building completely separated and across the street from the hotel. It was super run down and the cleaning standards out there were disgusting. Do they ever vacuum? I wondered in the room but definitely know they didn't in the main hall area as someone dropped a yucky bread crust in the entry on Friday night and it was still there when we left Sunday. This was my most disappointing booking on Expedia EVER! The main hotel area was quite nice but we didn't stay there, I felt like we were in the Bates hotel! Will not stay again!

    The first thing I saw after checking into my room, was the previous guests dirty socks and underwear in the desk drawer. There was a white powdery substance left on the desk as well. Yes, its what you are thinking it is. After speaking to housekeeping about the issues they said they would send someone but never did. Before check out I tried to speak to the front desk about the issues and they said they won't do anything after the fact. I explained that housekeeping never showed to correct the problem. And the tub had a brown film ring around it because the shower didn't drain. No help on anything.

    I stayed two nights. First night my room got downgraded to a manor because they didn’t have the room I booked available??? I’m not sure how that happened if I prepaid for my reservation. The room was clearly lower quality, a further walk for me and my family, and had a slight smell upon arrival. The next morning I went to try to get my actual room and they upgraded our room. I reached out to Expedia and they helped me get in contact with the hotel because I was trying to get a reimbursement for the price difference of the room during the first night. Circus Circus denied. I’ve always stay here and I’ve never had an issue until this past weekend. I’m very disappointed.

    We came back to overflowing trash cans, used linens, and dirty laundry left in the hallway right outside our door. The bathtub drain was also severely clogged, leaving deep standing water that took 20 minutes to drain between showers. When we re-checked in, the kiosk failed, forcing us to rearrange our personal evening schedule just to fix our keys at the desk. Every single problem was reported to staff and supervisors; they listened politely but did absolutely nothing to fix any of it. We wasted hours of our vacation trying to get basic help. Completely unacceptable.

    Very grateful was a clean room. Hot water was almost immediate every time. So that was nice. Parking was easy and relatively close to the lobby. Kids next-door and in other rooms were allowed up until about 11:30 PM, but after that things quieted down. Walking distance to most other hotels. Relatively safe. I didn’t gamble and I didn’t eat there. I was there for three days and just needed a place to sleep.

    As soon as we walked into the room, there was a strong mildew smell that made the stay uncomfortable. The room felt old, poorly maintained, and nowhere near what was advertised online. On top of that, the AC stopped working in one of the rooms, which made it even more uncomfortable, especially in the Vegas heat. The location is convenient, but the condition of the rooms and the misleading photos made this stay disappointing. With better maintenance and more accurate advertising, the experience could have been much better.

    we booked a room with two queens for my son and I to stay in and arrived at 11:00 p.m. on the 24th in which our room was planned and checked in at the kiosk and they said there's a problem, then we talked to one of the receptionist at the desk and so we'll find out what's going on then he got the room we went up to the room about 11:15 and found it was only a single King bed. with them went back down to the hotel lobby which is quite a ways away, and talk to them and they said oh what happened I'll find out what happened. he came back and said will bring you up a roll-up bed and we said what, then he said all we can give is a roll out bed that's too bad we didn't guarantee it bad. we said what are you talking about we booked two queen beds and we debated for a while and then finally talked to the manager around 11:30 and she said no we're not giving you anything else we're not creating anything we're not giving you another room or when we give you another bed take it or leave it or just cancel reservation and now we're going on midnight and we have to leave the next morning at 6:00 a.m. what are we supposed to do we expressed Our concern and discern about the whole thing and they really did not care. they said take it or leave it. if you want to wait two more hours we'll have your room ready which would be almost 2:00 a.m. in the morning on the next day. we said just give us the bed and we'll deal with it later so he went up the room about quarter to midnight waiting for the

    1. The First day On-line Check-in process took us more than one hour and the line was long and horrible. The on-line automated process was unable to find our reservation. Therefore a human needed to collaborate with us to fix the issue. wasted our time and their time. Double the effort. Very unprofessional, ineffective, inefficient procedure and BAD hospitality. 2. First night was really BAD because the Air Condition Fan was broken, loud, and was NOT inspected by cleaning crew, maintenance, and supervisors. We did't sleep at All. 3. The Second Day (6:30 a.m. in the morning) I called the front desk, spoke to Michael and he sent a maintenance person. While we were out for breakfast it was fixed. I asked Michael to waive the one night charge and he told me that He was NOT authorized to waive it. 4. Monday 5/25/26 morning (during the check-out process) we asked for shift Supervisor and Not Available. Very unprofessional and no hospitality. 5. The Human beings who interacted with us at the Check-in and Check-out process were very professional, kind, responsible, accountable, and amazing!

    Check in was a 1.5+ hr line Elevators were a hot mess. Took almost 20 mins ea time to get on the Elevator when it wasn't busy almost 30 plus mins when it was busy. Staff tried their best but some staff was angry and cursed at staff actually trying to help was a huge mess Will never ever stay there again.     When we got to our room, it was filthy, and the bathroom was disgusting. Finding what appeared to be blood and saliva around the faucet was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to stay the night. We also did not feel safe leaving our belongings in the room because the hotel security felt inadequate and the safe was broken. As a result, we transported all of our belongings with us to the wedding and then moved to the other hotel where our friends and family were staying. We ended up spending Saturday night with family in their rooms instead. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, especially traveling all the way from New York for a 48 hour visit. We chose this hotel expecting a safe, clean, and family-friendly environment and unfortunately did not receive that experience. I hope Expedia takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues so future guests do not have a similar experience.

    Room next to us had a couple who where fighting to the point were it got physical male with female, called security they escorted him for about 2 hrs. This was at 1 am I don’t think any child should experience this and specially on vacation. Ok I get it hotel has no control people actions or how they behave but they do have control of the consequence. No they let him come back and again arguing and slamming doors all night, my kids were not able to get a good night sleep. In the morning I call front desk and explain the situation super rude and not helpful they transferred me to security, here is all I wanted to know “ if the couple was moved or leaving “ because If not and it was ok if they were not “ I wanted to take action on my side and move rooms if they were staying there for another night, I needed to make sure my kids actually got a good night sleep and didn’t have to experience this again and all I was told was “ sorry we cant disclose that information “ wth are you kidding me is a kids hotel and that behavior should not happened and if so they should have consequences.

    If you are looking for a budget place that works well for families with kids, then I would say you get what you pay for. My room was clean, but there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign. When I turned on the shower, water leaked out from the side of the shower head, and it was difficult to completely turn the water off. The soundproofing was also not very good. You could easily hear kids talking and noise from outside the room. If I had known about these issues beforehand, I probably would have paid more to stay at a different hotel. However, if you are traveling with kids or trying to stay within a lower budget, this hotel can still work. I only stayed one night as part of my travel plans.

We were lucky enough to get a beautiful and comfortable room 😊. The hotel grounds feature water slides and two swimming pools ❤️, as well as a large amusement park. There is also a wide selection of cafes located right on the premises. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay! Thank you for a wonderful vacation 🥰.

    I will never stay here again. Bathroom was dirty, hallways were filthy with gross garbage and random towels on the floor left for days. The property was not well maintained at all. Spend the money to go elsewhere.

    It was very big and a lot of obtains to have fun with family and friends. People selling weed in the entrance of the hotel it smelled like cannabis and since there a lot of children and families coming and existing it’s very not pleasant

    This is a bargain deal compared to the other places on the strip. If you come in knowing that then you will not be disappointed. Came here for EDC to have a place to sleep and shower only but found affordable food and drinks and also very helpful staff who only needed a genuine smile along with some kindness for them to go above and beyond, I could see that they dealt with mean customers all day so if you come kind they will reciprocate that. I’m already booking for here for EDV 2027!

    First day pool was closed for half of day rest of the days it was full, the elevator system is a joke, u need up waiting to get to your floor, if not longer waiting to get an elevator to go check out. Had to take the stairs from the 12th floor all the way to the street just to exit the building. I don’t know which was more packed, the wait for the elevator or the the stairwells with everyone trying to exit as we are, to get outside and walk to the parking garage just to leave the building, it was insane, I hope I get my deposit back, never made it to the lobby to return it. Man this was a bit crazy I must say.

    I tried to check in back in march had lost my ID in Orlando was told I couldn’t check in they cancelled my reservations and wouldn’t give me my deposit back that was over $160 and I was in Vegas for the week. Will never stay there again!!

    Plenty of parking here, not a problem to find a space. Room was OK, but there was no refrigerator. We had to call housekeeping to request one. Reservations were made in March 2026 for Memorial Day weekend. We ended up in the Manor A building which is not what we were expecting. We thought that early reservations would put us in the tower.

    The 2 staff that kindly helped me. Being sent across the road with luggage at 1qom at night and no clear direction on where to actually go. If it wasnt for a staff member leaving work for the night I would have struggled to find the other site. Also where are security at that time of night helping people get to the other site???

    I like the proximity to the menu we were attending. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and hallways were very loud. I don’t know if it was that there were updated laminated floors that made every noise echo, but it was really really loud. The water pressure and temperature were horrible both days we took a lukewarm bath.

    I was looking for a room on the Strip for under $100 including resort fees, and free parking. Circus Circus delivered. I got what I paid for - a cheap room, clean bathroom and sheets, great water pressure in the shower, decent bed. Using the check-in kiosk was a breeze and very nice, because the in-person check-in line was about 100 people long... The theme was brown on brown. Super run-down, didn't want to walk on the carpet without shoes on. Dreary room, but it was fine just to sleep in. I would not book it again though.

    The upgraded room was not an upgrade at all. The room had mold, the shower didn't drain, the floors had so much build up from never being swept or mopped, the headboard had oil from the last persons hair and when I called the front desk they were rude and told me if I switch rooms and I don't like it then I will have to pay extra. I stayed there because they said the rooms were upgraded and so my daughter can have fun but that was a mistake. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. They upgraded their technology for check in and games but should have upgraded their staff.

    We have to pay a daily resort fee but Monday through Thursday everything is basically closed why the resort fee not reduced? Also daily cleaning does not take place unless requested and requested a fridge in room never got one the room we were supossed to receive had been reallocated as we arrived late which I found rude the staff had to track a room down for us and the fridge was not there

    The room was dirty, the bathroom bowl, the mirrors were dirty and there were only 2 towels and a small one, the sheets were super uncomfortable to sleep on and the TV didn't work, the place smelled very bad, I insisted on the date unfortunately Not the worst hotel I've known in Las Vegas.     It’s a track meet spendathon, I have bad knees back and legs, no help whatsoever. There are NO people working there. Check-in is all AI and bad AI kiosks. Bring back the humans you charge enough for it. Never ever again. Elevators that don’t Work!!!!!!

    Parking was ok and room was clean, but the odor of cigarette smoke was also in the room. We preferred to stay up all night and only shower as opposed to sleeping in the bed because my allergies were having a hard time with the amount of cigarette smoke seeping into the room.

    First time staying with circus circus while rumors of hotel being unclean are untrue. Hotel room itself was very clean and well maintained. There was very little seen of hotel staff so I can not comment on them. Hotel has a lot to offer for children and the circus act was fantastic. Down fall Casio floors very dirty weird smell. Food options were horrible, buffet over priced for what was offered. Microwaved dinner would have been move pleasant. Over stay for the room, dine and play somewhere else.
