During my stay, right next door to my room they pepper sprayed somebody’s room and the police and swat was there and it was a terrible situation.. The smell had us coughing and gasping for hours.. The staff opened the doors at the ends of the hallway to outside and had fans but that took forever to be effective, Ugh…. Also, the place to get food, took 45min to bring us pizza rolls and hamber sliders.. It was not busy at all, maybe 6 people total in the place at like 3:30pm.. This hotel was not good to us and we only stayed 2 nights and both nights did us bad.. I was so close to go and ask for money back to leave.. Just bad service

The hotel reeks of cigarette smoke even with the doors blocking the entrance. Needs better ventilation for the hotel area. The pool that was something it literally was cloudy nasty water. People were lighting blunts at the pool with lots of kids present.

Fantastic hotel & casino away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. We stayed here for edc and it was a great value! The staff was very kind and it was not overcrowded at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Our main desire in hotels is good beds and thetget a 5 star for that. Clean rooms that look just like the picures online! I would dtay again. Casino was busy, tons of activity.

Cute little place to spend a quick weekend. The room does its job. Clean comfy bed, cold ac and a hot shower. Drain was a bit slow but nothing to worry about. Parking garage is great and easy to get out of (minus the speed bumps) and easy access to the 15. Smells a little old but nothing terrible.

The room was grimy, especially the floors. There was so much dust and grim along the edges of the bathroom floor and something some dark stain right in front of the sink in the floor like something spilled and was never cleaned up. There was a dust/hair "bunny" behind the bathroom door.

I called a couple of days in advance of our arrival to request an accessible room close to an elevator for my mother. The person I spoke with was helpful and made the necessary changes to our reservation including giving me the room number. When we checked in, they assigned us a different room. I explained that we needed a room close to an elevator since my mother can’t walk very far, and the desk clerk was very helpful and our room was very comfortable.

Didn't get the room I reserved (King) but hotel made it right and removed resort fee. The room was ok. Old thermostats that didn't include number for temp, so when adjusting the air, you don't know how far you're actually adjusting the temp. The tub spout diverter would not stick so very limited water coming from shower head, most water exiting out of tub spout.

The Cannery is a well rounded casino. Staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and not dated. The restaurant serves delicious food, and I enjoy watching the karaoke when I stay there.

Elevator was broke had to climb 3 flights of stairs on the first day which was not fun at all. Also, couldn’t attach my fire stick to watch my own shows seeing how it it limited on what you can watch without having to pay for it

This is my go to spot when I am spending multiple days at LVMS. Rooms are clean and parking is very convenient. Close to lots of restaurants that are walkable.

The walls are so thin. You can hear people just talking. Housekeeping came knocked on our room at 8:00 am. We checked in 11pm. Not worth the price we paid.

We've stayed here a couple of times and while it is dated and some things do need maintenance requirements, I understand how running a bigger hotel like that in this economy can be a little bit more difficult. The maintenance is my biggest concern, it looks like repairs needed are being overlooked or aren't being handled in a timely manner.

The staff member at check-in was friendly and helpful when selecting a room that would be quiet. The room was very clean and the bed was a little hard, but we slept great, so I can’t complain. The room doesn’t come with a coffee maker but if you go to the business center next to the front desk there is fresh regular and decaf coffee. Overall, excellent stay.

first time staying at this casino and it was great. check in was super easy and the rooms were great. the gambling was awesome much better than on the strip or downtown. would definitely stay there any.

We stayed at the Cannery Hotel in Las Vegas for my son’s baseball tournament, and it was a great experience! The location was perfect only about eight minutes from the fields, which made our early games so convenient. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets for everyone. I also appreciated that the casino area didn’t have an overpowering smoke smell, which made our stay much more pleasant. The variety of food options on-site was great, and everything we needed was nearby. Overall, a great, convenient stay for families and teams visiting for sports events.

Just spend one night as a stop over to St George,UT. So wasn’t looking for a great place, just affordable. But our non smoking room just reeked horrible of smoke. The rooms are not over the casino where people smoke, but I’m assuming they used to be smoking rooms and when redone didn’t get smoke smell out. So if you can stand that probably a good place for you to stay just outside downtown Las Vegas.

The hotel hallways were not clean, need a good vacuum and there were people with an actual dog in their trashbags by the side entrance doors and foyer, not sure why they decided to camp there. Just felt unsafe with them squatting there. Also, the parking lot was dirty, just filthy.

Someone pounded on the door around 10 at night saying they found the hotel keycard and wanted to give it to my parents. It sounded like they were trying to get into the room. My mother was so scared and my father yelled that he was going to call the front office. The next morning I called and was transferred from person to person. Finally a supervisor said they “had an incident” where a security guard found a key card and wanted to give it back. I asked why they couldn’t verify which room it belonged to or if it was even still active before frightening and/or waking their guests. Someone with a heart condition could get very sick. My mother’s anxiety went through the roof and she couldn’t sleep. This was all the night before a funeral they were in town for. The supervisor was just matter-of-factly about the whole thing, until I voiced my anger. He then changed his tune and stated that the security guard has been “talked to”. Highly recommended staying elsewhere, maybe the Aliante, nearby. Taking care of their guests is not a priority it seems.

My husband always stays here when he comes to & or through las vegas for work & has always been treated well whether he's gambling or not & one of the times I went with him I had forgot my wallet in the dresser drawer woth a significant amount of money & cards in it & didn't realize it till the next morning when we came back security had it & everything was there it could of been a totally different situation & we were so grateful that whoever cleaned the room was thorough as well as honest!!

I like that the rooms where kid friendly nothing for the kids to hurt them self like no sharp edge furniture, walking distance for many options, easy parking closer to the hotel , security always riding there bikes around the parking making sure everything looks good , just didn’t like that it was non smoking but did smell going inside somewhat smoking.

At the end there's a hidden charge for "hotel service charge" for $35 a night. Also, the housekeeping crew was loud in the hallway and did not provide housekeeping while the stay.

The hotel was clean, valet gentleman was very accomodating. Reservation was for a pool view which could be seen from afar. Hotel room was not very soundproof and was impossible to sleep because of guests above us and being located very close to an elevator made it impossible to sleep! If we got 3 hours of sleep thats streching it a bit. Informed front desk she really didnt seem to concerned about all the noise. So if you go? Stay on the 3rd floor and away from an elevator! Not the best place to play slots, if you play? They really have very few older slot machines. Mostly they have all the new video slots! And very few dollar slots I noticed.

The only issue we encountered was that the door into the room had warped or was off-balanced so that as the door was closed, the top portion of the door hit against the frame and we had to slam the door really hard to close it.

My room was ready early and I really appreciated that. The jacuzzi was wonderful!! The shower water pressure is a little weak. The king bed is very comfortable.

Our stay was pretty good. Everything went well, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give full stars was that a smoke smell was still slightly discernible in our room (even though they were non-smoking). I am not sure if this is because we were on the ground floor with the casino (where smoking was permitted) or if a while ago they permitted smoking in the room which couldn’t quite be rid of the smell (even through renovation). The rooms were otherwise modern and updated.

Don't waste your money. I prepaid my hotel fees and then had to pay another $30 when I got there. It's not a very clean place. My shower curtain was NASTY with someone's filth. My room had a musty smell. And NO coffee in the room. I had to walk down 2 long hallways and take an elevator down to get a cup of coffee in the morning. The Victory cafe food was not very good either. I will not be coming back!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel however, as I walked to my room the hallway smelled of smoke. Another concern of mine is I was charged $33.89 on my credit card for a charge I didn't authorize which I am disputing.

I was disappointed with our stay. There was an odor that was offputting in our room. The last trip we made to Vegas we stayed at the Aliante, which is a much superior hotel. These hotels are owned by the same company, so the difference between them is surprising.

The smoke in the casinos infiltrate the entire first floor. I was in room 135 but I still could smell the smoke all the time. And then people would stay outside the door right by my room and smoke weed.

They let people smoke. The smell of smoke was awful. No information on where stuff was in the hotel. It took us forever to find the pool, even after we were instructed where to go. The nicer restaurants were closed.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was great from start to end.

Only problem, was Location of the room. My wife and I were placed at the farthest corner of the hotel. There was only one elevator access. I did request another room. Per the front desk, since the room purchase was from Expedia. No room change location was allowed. Plus there was lack of security on the property, we did witness some illegal activities in the parking lot. But unable to find anyone to report.

Decent place. No coffee pot in rooms, only is instant Folgers coffee located by check-in. Check-in was super slow. Rooms were decent. Elevator sounded loud and sketchy

Was really impressed with this property. The staff was great, had a nice meal at the casino, and it was conveniently located for our needs. Highly recommend.

The accessibility was easy

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. I liked my visit very much.

Walk to far from elevators. I am on a cane and didn't have handicap room.

However, one issue stood out on our last night. A security guard approached us in the parking lot and informed us that there was no smoking allowed on the premises. We apologized and promptly put out our cigarettes. Despite that, the guard continued to follow us for the next 45 minutes as we walked outside, which felt excessive. I remained polite throughout, but the guard’s behavior came across as immature and unnecessarily unkind. Kindness is free—maybe he was having a rough night—but that doesn’t excuse being persistently rude. THANK YOU for being here for us.

There was no hygiene items avaliable in the hotel. It's a basic hotel to help.

This was my second time here and I loved it! I already booked my stay for next year!

The check in employee Charleston was super helpful. There's a place where you can eat inside the hotel but there's also plenty of places to go to within walking distance around the area. The housekeepers were also super friendly an attentive.

We did not stay here. When we came we discovered we could not have our dog so we asked to cancel the booking. The front desk staff said they couldn't/wouldn't cancel it. They also denied on appeal.

Great for a quick stay in town to visit family- friendly staff and reasonable prices. Loved that parking was close and it felt pretty safe. Great coffee shop and burgers on property!
