Reviews
Guests generally enjoy the location and amenities of the hotel, but have mixed experiences with the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel is described as majestic and great for the price by some, but expensive and poorly maintained by others.
- Great location on the main strip
- Variety of restaurant options
- Inconsistent customer service
- Issues with room cleanliness
- 5/5
There was a keurig machine with coffee cups but no coffee for us to use
- 5/5
Everything was 5 stars. From the rooms to the pools gym and staff. Top notch.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Location to strip was nice.
- 5/5
Loved it. Definitely my go to hotel moving forward!!!
- 4/5
Difficult to get directions from staff. Elevators were broken and it took 30 minutes to get up to my room. No staff to help or navigate the growing number of patrons trying to use those elevators.
- 5/5
Love the Hotel its Clean facility love they have lots of places for coffee and shopping
- 5/5
Beautiful
- 5/5
Amazing stay at the Caesars!!
- 1/5
The bed was like a volcano. Crater in the middle. Dirty bathroom. Trash floating in the pool, not just one cup but many cups and cans, plastic food bowls. Bachanal buffet was not worth it. Cold lumpia and no seasoning. Only Brian at the front desk was good. Never again
- 5/5
Great location.
- 2/5
The service sucked and horrible customer service , I kept going lobby to complain gave us room broken phones and bad charge us for every little think to much . Be honest never agin horrible
- 4/5
Don't touch the mini-bar! You will be charged 20 dollar restocking fee for moving an item and putting it right back! No other fridge is in the room. Bring a cloth cooler and save some coin on drinks.
- 4/5
My friends and I really enjoyed Caesars! We had an issue with the air conditioner and the manager called me and sent someone up right away, the only thing I didn’t like was that our room didn’t have a fridge and they told us we would have to pay additional to rent one…. But other than that our stay was great and we will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay, everyone was friendly and helpful. The facilities and room was very clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
The pool is amazing but the room are dirty and outdated and the staff was very rude when we ask to have our room dusted and cleaned. We paid extra for a strip view room and we had a view of the roof and a side angle of the strip total rip off. Would not stay there again
- 4/5
Clean but overpriced
- 5/5
Nice room, great location lots of shopping and dinning. My only complaint is they close down the pools between 6pm-7pm…during prime pool season.
- 5/5
The property is clean and well maintained. Any time we interacted with staff and servers, they were very helpful. The pool drink prices are egregiously overpriced. That would be my only complaint.
- 3/5
The shower was clogged and the staff was pretty slow for the amount of people checking in/out.
- 5/5
The pools are fabulous
- 5/5
I enjoyed staying at the hotel everything was so close by. Our hotel room was very clean. The best part was going down to the shops and then coming back up to the room to relax.
- 4/5
I loved how they had hair wash products. So I didn’t have to go out and by some hair products
- 4/5
Love the place but room amenities were lame. No glasses to make cocktails and no frig for storing anything. The room was dark and lightning was pretty dim. No good lighting for doing make-up.
- 5/5
Wear good walking shoes
- 1/5
Don’t go there bad service
- 1/5
Overall a bad experience. The hotel Manager is unprofessional

- 5/5
Great trip we had here! We had fun.
- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
Love it here
- 3/5
Unfortunately this is a deception the hotel uses to nickel and dime it's customers. I'm using this $22 frivolous charge to notify other's thinking of staying at the hotel and one reason I didn't give 5 stars. Be careful out there.
- 4/5
Caesars Palace still has it!!!
- 5/5
Great stay! Staff was wonderful snd accommodating!
- 1/5
The pool allowed to bring own drinks which was good
- 5/5
The variety and availability of dining options were also impressive, making it easy to find something to enjoy at any time of day. The only downside was the cost of parking, which was quite expensive. However, given the hotel's prime location, it was understandable. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider staying here again.
- 5/5
Amazing place!!!
- 5/5
Beds were comfy and clean the view was amazing
- 5/5
A great experience!
- 5/5
Always a great day at Caesar’s Palace highly recommend!
- 5/5
The place was perfect! Too big like everything else in Vegas but I would definitely stay there again 😅
- 3/5
Room was great but everything is too expensive! I’ve been to Vegas about 5 times before this last time and unless I missed something but I’ve never known for a bottle of water to cost $10.00! It’s ridiculous, everything in their hotels is outrageous. Beautiful property but too expensive! I won’t be going back until price make sense!
- 3/5
A shortage of help although the help that they had tried to be accommodating. For you to know amenities, everything was extra. I understand that Caesars has been sold so maybe things will get better.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. Would of been nice to have a mini fridge available for our stay. The pool is also beautiful and very big, spread out.
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay, everything you need for a successful Vegas trip.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Stay was okay. Room was clean. Hate that you have to ask for a fridge while they keep one in the room but censored and filled with items to purchase. Room was noisy/could loudly hear street music. Pool area is insanely priced to rent anything but if you aren’t there at opening, good luck getting somewhere ‘free’ to sit. Getting drinks while gambling takes close to an hour. Vegas as a whole is wildly overpriced but at the cafe in the hotel we paid $250 Canadian for 2 orders of chicken fingers, 2 chicken Caesar salads plus 2 pops and one alcoholic drink. Essentially $63/person for chicken fingers. The hotel makes an average of $16 million PER DAY. What happened to the days of cheap Vegas. It has lost its appeal
- 4/5
Clean hotel but the refrigerator is useless and you have to pay for early check in. Though your room is already available
- 2/5
Room wasn’t too bad. Clean and presentable. Lots of hidden fee’s. Dont rush here. Sooner book a different hotel in vegas.
- 5/5
The upgrade I received when I arrived to Nobu. Excellent customer service and it was a quiet pleasant stay. No complaints or issues. First time here at this resort and this is my 17th time in Las Vegas. The pools are very beautiful and we spent good hours there getting our tan on. Thank you Caesars palace, I shall be back soon. 😉
- 5/5
Great people make me feel like a prince
- 5/5
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering amazing views and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of the highlights was the incredible variety of dining options. Whether grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a high-end meal, every experience was excellent. The casino floor was lively and energetic, and the location on the Las Vegas Strip made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The pools were fantastic, creating the perfect oasis to relax and unwind during the day. Between the world-class entertainment, dining, shopping, and overall atmosphere, there was never a dull moment. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Caesars Palace delivers luxury, convenience, and unforgettable memories all in one place. I can’t wait to return on my next trip to Las Vegas!
- 4/5
I was there to see Rod Stewart and the show did not disappoint.
- 3/5
The hotel overall is really nice. First time stay in Vegas for me and my wife. We did find a syringe in our room and under the couch was so dusty it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. I talked to someone on staff and they switched us rooms and gave us some food credit as well as comped our fees that the hotel charges on top of what we paid Expedia, so I was still charged what I paid so Expedia since that's how I booked it. The second room I did find an old lipstick between the bed and the night stand so I would say the cleaning staff needs to brush up on actually looking everywhere when cleaning to assure a nice clean and safe room. The first room had an empty fridge so I was able to store my insulin but I had to ask for a separate "medical mini fridge" in the 2nd room since the new room had a fully stocked mini bar which I was told (kind of rudely by staff) that it's NOT FOR PERSONAL use. Customer service is an 7.5 or 8 out of 10 as they are helpful but sometimes come off as rude but perhaps it's just how it sounded to me. I'd stay again but will advise everyone to verify your room has been cleaned properly.
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay! Highly recommend

Really big easy to get lost fun pools

When we checked in, they offered to upgrade our room, they said they had a deal for this room in the Augustus tower Bellagio fountain view. They said it would be $100 total to upgrade. I double checked twice that was the total charge. They assured me $100 total charge. We got a lovely $600 bill at the end, they said sir you signed here so you must pay. Our upgraded room had blood on the walls of the bathroom (not much but any is gross) and the floor hadn't been vacumed from the previous guests. The first two days housekeeping didn't show up until we messaged or called the front desk to ask. (both times as we were leaving for supper around 6pm). For a 5star resort you expect a lot more out of the service side. We never got an apology for the dirty room or lack of service. There was no offer to make things right. Simply an annoyed front desk. It took them two days to clean up the wall and no option to change rooms. And yes we were coridal the whole time. We were the blow up lose our minds crazy. We simple just asked to have the room tidy and clean... The pool as always was great, but for the first time in 6 trips to Vegas all with a visit to ceasars pool, the pool was a bit of a mess with leaves. Not a big deal but we were already a touch salty. We had a great trip in spite of very poor service and a room that was dirty.
- 1/5
At night, the room has absolutely no sound insulation, and it is very noisy. Housekeeping also seems unwilling to properly clean the room. They only replace towels, and when I asked about the dirty towels, they said to leave them and they will take them tomorrow. We have been staying at the hotel for a while, and there is also a persistent musty smell in the room.
- 3/5
Clean room
- 3/5
One set of towels is not enough for4 gusts
- 3/5
Property was massive. Very confusing figuring out where to park or check in. Resort fee of $63 is a huge rip off.
- 4/5
The fridge in the room is not available for use. It is full of items you must pay for. No room to place anything else in it.
- 5/5
The total stay experience. Will be coming back.
- 5/5
The tequila bottle in our room had been opened and used by the previous guest and not switched out prior to our stay. We were concerned about being charged for it and had to report it to the front desk. They changed it out the following day. One of the bathrooms didn't have any toilet paper in it when we arrived either. It made me question the cleaning staff and the how effectively they cleaned the room. Kinda grossed me out the rest of the trip.
- 3/5
It was ok
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
The room was nice, spa was excellent, and front desk and housekeeping staff were superb. It would be good to know in advance which days pools are off limits though. I was there for a Monday and only the gaming pool and pool reserve for elite members (not me!) were open.
- 1/5
so many upcharges for staying at the hotel. parking should be free for the guest but they charge $20 per day. no iron or fridge in the room. I would not stay at this hotel.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly the rooms were very nice
- 3/5
Coffee machine in room but no coffee! $10 for 4 pods. Everything way overpriced but this is Vegas now. Had to dial several times to voice mail to get internet working in room. Paid for parking but room key did not work to exit garage. I will never stay here again. Bellagio has better service. On the plus side, room was very nice.
- 3/5
Really nice hotel but you would expect more from the rooms from a 5 star hotel. My shower was clogged and they had to come unclog and it left a horrible smell for a little bit but they didn’t do anything. I didn’t expect an upgraded room but I did ask if we can change rooms and they said no. I would expect them to fix there mess up. I paid money to experience Caesars palace and the experience of the hotel wasn’t that great.
- 3/5
you can’t use it to get out of the parking if you paid for parking in the room…
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
One of the best properties in Vegas. Very big, beautiful decor, and is right in the middle of the strip. Plus very lively though out day and night then most casinos. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
Last thing, the gentleman offered me to upgrade my room that was ready immediately. He advised me $100/$113 after taxes . He never said the fee was nightly . I noticed it after checkout on my bill ! So that’s unknown / unplanned expenses .
- 2/5
Goood service

Huge facility, incredible location and just generally unreal. Needed a map to figure out where anything was, but the staff were helpful.

The environment and overall upkeep of the resort was great.
- 5/5
We stayed in the Penthouse suite and had the best experience! Pool table, steam room in shower, spiral staircase. Everything was clean and staff was amazing! They had people teaching origami which was a nice addition. They give you towelettes upon check in. We could not have asked for a better experience!
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 3/5
To expensive, Don't give nothing in your rooms but shower, bed to sleep in. You have to paid for everything else in that room.
- 3/5
I’ve stayed plenty of times at Caesars, unfortunately the last two times I must say that it was so disgusting because we found underwear from the last guest, the first time in the drawer and last week a sock near the sofa. Supervision must be more careful because it’s very uncomfortable to found that kind of items in a “supposed” clean room. And also last week there was not a soap bar in the bathroom, it was uncomfortable to go to the shower every time that we needed to wash our hands.
- 3/5
Overall the hotel looks old, and probably would benefit from updating/renovations.
- 3/5
Scary room, and our room had no service.
- 5/5
The pool area is great.
- 4/5
Our stay was good, but I do have a complaint and a few critiques. My complaint is I paid extra for a strip view and I got a view of a parking lot, trump tower, a construction site and half of a guitar being built and only see the view if I tilt my head. It was a waste of extra fee for the “strip view”. My critique is that I guess this is for most casino is that we do not have personal fridge, we can not stream shows, they also still use bar shop instead of hand soap so that was kinda gross, and the beds did have a little stains on it but it could also be burn marks from dryer so I wasn’t too upset with that. My husband and I wanted to go gamble but my 16 year old couldn’t stream shows on the tv so he didn’t want to be left in the room with nothing to do so we had to entertain him and didnt really get to gamble. The pools were not family friendly either. Overall it was a decent stay but I would probably want to explore other hotels instead.
- 5/5
Augustus Tower is a better option if you like quiet. Room is big and clean but zero amenities.
- 5/5
Clean room, a lot of amenities to elevate your stay. Plenty to do in and around the resort. Only downside is walking from parking to the room is a small hike every time!
- 3/5
Tired but clean and comfortable Comfortable bed
- 5/5
Location location location It took over 25 days for the deposit to be released after we had vacated the hotel
- 5/5
We had a great time. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They have a variety of food options and have great location on the strip. We enjoyed the pool. The check-in process could be expedited but we had a great experience overall. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay again and highly recommend.
- 5/5
Had a great time

Receptionist was great
- 3/5
Food at the smaller restaurants is NOT good. Staff is not friendly (particularly the front desk staff). No concierge...really? This is Caesar's Palace. We won't stay here next time. Good central location and a nice clean room. But it's expensive and not worth the price.
- 4/5
Very accommodating with check in early and adding an additional night. Although we only needed it until 730p on June 7th. However, our room only had a coffee maker, never any Keurig coffee, even after asking for it at front desk. No other beverages, no other amenities in our room available. AND, DISGUSTED WITH LOUD NOISE/MUSIC FROM OMNI POOL AREA EVERYDAY!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP DURING DAY FOR A NAP!!
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!
- 2/5
Refrigerator had old liquid or food drippings, lamp would not turn on, and toilet was stained with old urine piled under the little caps that hold the bolts. We had the maid come clean it again and the dirty parts remained. You could tell these rooms used to be nice. $25 daily parking whether you are a guest are not is ridiculous. Drink at the pool sounded good but tasted like just lychee flavor and vodka with ice and my husband said it was like $30. Will come again for the buffet like we always do but we weren't a fan of the stay.
- 5/5
Pool was great, Blackjack dealer Rhett was phenomenal!
- 5/5
All staff were courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. Easy check in/out.
- 3/5
There were old used water bottles in our fridge and no shampoo in our room. Service was poor and employees seemed annoyed by guests.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 4/5
Pleasant stay.
- 3/5
The location is great and overall is a nice hotel. The shower drain was clogged and almost overflowing. I couldn’t take a full shower because the water would have overflow. I called for maintenance and it took them 3+ hours to arrive. By then, it was check out time and had plans coming up. The rest of my family couldn’t take a shower before it was time to leave.
- 3/5
Local to everything, check in staff were nice Nothing is complimentary as a guest you have to pay for coffee, sun beds and access to certain pools.

Caesars Palace is the most iconic property in Las Vegas! A sprawling complex with long history of catering the customer. Located very near to many other iconic properties (Bellagio, Venetian and Harrah’s.

Beautiful location on the strip. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I would recommend this location to friends and family. Have fun and good luck!
- 5/5
My room is very nice and clean
- 3/5
No fridge to use unless you pay $20 for a restocking fee.
- 5/5
Beautiful and well-maintained hotel. Staff were lovely and accommodating.
- 4/5
Cesar’s Palace Hotel provided us with all the accommodations you expect from a hotel, which is a friendly staff, and a clean environment.
- 3/5
Whole trying to charge my phone the operator said they don’t replace broken chargers. But they sell them for $43. I truly realize what bad business is. Trying to make extra money of guests annoyed me. But I will think about staying next time. Never dedltveith this at Belagio or the Venetian.

The check in process took too long. Waiting in line for 40 minutes to check in. Everyone very nice.

Love the room! Housekeeping always did a wonderful job each morning to keep our room looking clean! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because our tower was so far from self parking definitely a mission with luggage.
- 2/5
I paid for an upgrade and the room looked outdated and floor in the bathroom did not look very clean

- 2/5
First time in my Vegas experience were the resort charged me extra for early check in and late check out. The fees were outrages. I was given a room all the way in the back with no views and it was not worth the say for amount booked.

Excellent shopping experience.

Check in was hard to find. No luggage carts for self service, you had to use their valet service. No fridge since it was used for their overpriced mini bar. The bed was lumpy and very low to the ground. No electrical outlets near desk, or bathroom vanity. View was of a roof. Not disabled friendly.
- 5/5
Had a great time with family !
- 2/5
Stayed in Cesar Palace for 3 nights. Room didn’t have refrigerator, only bar. If you move a little bit items in bar, you will get charged. Resort fee was $62.00 per night and WIFI available only for 2 devices, anything else- additional charge. Check in time showing 4:00 pm but it’s actually 4-6 pm and there is wait list, so if you come close to 4:00 pm , more likely you will get room after 6:00 pm. There is early check in charge, late check out charge, parking charge, ets. We ended up upgrading room, just because we had dinner reservations at 7:00 pm and been told that more likely we will get room after 6:00 pm. Room wasn’t that great, bathroom needs cleaning, everything old and outdated. Upgraded room with no refrigerator, it’s disappointing.
- 5/5
Amazing stay no other hotel can compete
- 3/5
Housekeeping was a disaster. Felt very nicked and dimed. Not even complementary coffee in the room. Everything is super expensive from food and alcohol down to table minimums. Most of the chairs at the pool had to be reserved for a fee of course. There were very few pool chairs that did not require a fee payment. I’m not exactly certain what you get for the resort fee.
- 5/5
Caesar’s is a great choice if you’re looking for the center of the Strip. Great for walking to other casinos. Just keep in mind the casinos look close but are far away from each other.
- 5/5
Great location. Was given a complimentary upgrade from Ryan. He was amazing. Will def stay at Caesar's again!
- 4/5
Beautiful room, casinos, pools, spa, bars and restaurants. Great shopping, There was no lobby or lounge to sit in, other than bars in the casino or the food court. There were no umbrellas or shade at any of the pools unless you spent $350 for a covered day bed or more for a cabana. You could find a pillar or tree to block the sun for an hour and then have to move to find another monument or pillar that would block the sun for a while longer. Wanted to work on my computer and had to sit in the food court or my room since there is nowhere else to sit. Hard to find decaf coffee anywhere...guess they want you to stay up and gamble. Be careful, if you arrive early and are given a room, it is not out of their generosity, you will find a charge of $65 on your bill for early arrival. Best dinner was at The Palm in the Forum Shops.
- 3.5/5
It's too complicated and it's a long walk to the park. The fifth floor was disappointed that there was nothing visible because the building was covered in the window
- 4.5/5
Everything was top class, would...
- 3.5/5

Costs related to venues in Caesars palace are extremely inflated.
- 1/5
Not recommend staying here. Will never stay here again.
- 3/5
Room was a little dated but clean. A/C kept the room cold. Staff were very nice.
- 3/5
And every time you call for service, you have to deal with a bot, and sometimes worked and others didn’t. Slow and cumbersome and not first class service
- 4/5
Great stay. We had a view of the fountain show. Only concern was the fountain’s view was partially blocked by the outside pillars and ledge/patio.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean. Staff always helpful.
- 1/5
I reserve tow beds and when I reached they try to give me one bed, I have to pay either $350 a night if I get the same room I reserved or to go down from my original room and pay $85 a night which I did. The electricity was not working half of them in the room. Towels not very clean. I will not go back this this hotel.

There is no potable water source around and you can be more generous with the complimentary water and coffee seeing that the hotel is in the desert and the mini bar water costs $15. This is a little overboard Since it is a very easy thing to do.

Way too many fees. Was there for a conference, everything was so far away

Having looked forward to staying in the iconic Ceasars Palace for years I can’t tell you how disappointed we were by it. The rooms, although spa is ours

Center of the strip, full Vegas experience. Some great restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean but could use some updating.
- 3/5
But no water bottles provided. Given the price that I pay for the room. And expensive resort fee !! The fact that you have to ask at the reception is bad. Always long queue Hotel is so noisy. Not much interesting In Las Vegas nowadays Things are expensive and amenities in hotels next to nothing. I won’t come back to Las. Vegas any soon

Wonderful staff that were so helpful during our stay!

I had the experience of arriving in Las Vegas after travelling 30 hours from Australia only to be advised that my accommodation that I had reserved five months ago wasn’t available (for that first night) . I was sent across the street, at 1am, to Harrahs who gave five star service even though they don’t have Caesars 5 stars. I was told I’d be notified when my room at Caesars would be available the next day which I wasn’t. So that was fun. My first night was free and the $150 dining credit I used toward my resort fee which ended up being waived in full. Otherwise, I had wonderful service, a lovely room & a great time.
- 5/5
The hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and very easy to navigate. The location was perfect, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making for a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. Nothing

I stayed at this property 5/21-5/25/26, Memorial Day weekend and was basically kicked out of Valet because “too” many quests had checked in. Only so called “diamond” or “rewards” guests have the option to use the front entrance valet. Which is ridiculous!! I was treated just the opposite at the Luxor just eight months prior during Labor Day 2025! It was a wonderful experience. Too bad I can’t say the same for Caesar’s.

Rooms were not clean every day trash piled up for three days
- 5/5
Clean rooms, nice staff, good food selection
- 3/5
Not enough freedom in rooms for outside concessions to be brought in. No refrigerator to use because the mini bar refrigerator is stocked and monitored by pressure plates. Everything is tailored to make you spend more for convenience items. Which is somewhat expected but this place is on the excessive side of things. Location and excitement is at a premium here!
- 3/5
This hotel is massive. It’s hard to navigate and the staff tend to send you in the wrong direction so you go through the casino. It’s so massive that it was 1/4 of a mile from our room to the lobby. There are much better options in LasVegas that aren’t mega resorts.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean. Hotel was massive with a lot of things to do.
- 4/5
If you go to Vegas I think you have to stay in one of the famous hotels! When I checked in I asked about room extension costs for check out. They fave it to me and I asked if they changed and they said no. Then when I went back to organise they changed the pricing on me. That wasn’t cool. Had to haggle. So don’t trust the front desk - everything else super cool.
- 4/5

- 5/5
It was clean good. Location in the staff was friendly. You couldn’t use the refrigerator in the room because it was filled with things to purchase! It would’ve been nice to have another refrigerator to keep our water in.
- 4.5/5
Great location on the strip, great amenities It was so big I got lost, a lot
- 5/5
Very impressive property. Had not stayed there in many years. Spent the days at the pool. Super attentive pool area staff, Riley, John and Carson were amazing.

We enjoy our stay at the hotel. It was a day trip so not enough time to enjoy everything that hotel offer
- 5/5
Great place !
- 2/5
Cleaning staff was fantastic but overall, the constant price gouging and lack of fair and equitable customer service was absurd. Prices were exorbitant - $14 for a latte - and then a request for a tip on top of every item purchased is beyond ridiculous. The staff seemed to take pleasure in denying requests and charging for insane items like water - yes, we were charged for ice water out of the tap. Get a grip.
- 4/5
All resturants are right down stairs including a good court. The rooms need a bit of a renovation but overall they are clean and spacious. Staff are very helpful if you need assistance and the food are pricey but if you want the experience go for!
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
Ceaser's was beautiful, but when we checked in, they said that the room booked (way back in January) was not available. Was told that they would let us know when we could be switched, but it never happened. The bathroom sink was plugged, the bed was very lumpy, and the toilet seat was coming off! There were other small things, but none of these should have happened, considering the amount of money you spend.
- 2/5
Upon arrival we were offered a room upgrade for $50 more a night to which we agreed. We check in to the room and to our surprise there were some dirty socks at the side of the bed, which means the room was not properly cleaned. We called front desk but no answer after 15 min on hold. Overall just disappointed because we had always had a good experience at Caesars. Never staying here again!
- 5/5
Awesome Experience Gambling Sucked lol Pool was Awesome ..Food Was Wonderful
- 4/5
Kinda confusing during check-in. It's a large hotel. Some of the things within the hotel space weren't fully disclosed and can automatically charge you for items that wasn't made fully clear along with wifi. Staff was helpful when offering the directions needed to go and for baggage assistance. Pool was an extra charge.

Third time staying at Caesar’s. Things have changed. My room was ready at 11a. It was ready, NYT they charged me $65 to check in early. I could have waited till 4p but paid. If my room is ready why charge. Kuerig coffee machine in room. NO pods for coffee. Have to pay $10.99 for a pod. Just ridiculous. Why have the coffe pot in room with no coffee. Carpets need upgraded. Doors and walls in hallway need painted or redone. First use of shower the drain was clogged. Had to get handyman up to clear it. It seems the place needs upgrades on everything. Yes I know Vegas is expensive, but the coffee and early check in was uncalled for. Had to go downstairs to get coffee at the barista. Basically, they want you out of your room and into casino area. For $2000 for 4 nights at least ease up on the small stuff that matter. Not staying there again.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The property is nice, with a central location. Plenty of food options on the resort, but also plenty right across the street. The room was large and spacious, overall clean with some sticky stuff on the table and dresser top. Pools were really nice with different options depending on the vibe you're feeling. One down fall was the difficulty trying to get a ride share, they do not go to the main entrance. When we got dropped off on our first night it was difficult to navigate how to get to the hotel check in. Didn't have much interaction with staff.

It was my third time in Las Vegas and first time staying on the strip and Ceasars Palace did not disappoint, it was an excellent experience, clean room, great customer service and overall excellent experience. Will definitely stay there for my next trip to Vegas.
- 5/5
It was just as expected.
- 4/5
Everything was nice, beautiful hotel. Two things I didn’t like was that you had to pay to use the mini fridge and then they put treats an water in the room but if you pick it up you gotta pay for it so why have it in the room at all. Overall beautiful hotel and the staff is nice as well had no issues with them.
- 3/5
Overall the stay was ok for the one night we needed. The hotel property was well maintained and has everything you need. The room we were assigned upon checking in was the basic 2 bed room even though we preferred a king bed, they wanted to charge us extra for upgrading so we stuck with 2 beds. The room itself was not clean, there was food crumbs on the floor from the previous stay. The view from the window was a sad grey wall but was expected with the room assignment. It was fine for the one night we needed it for but if I was staying longer I might’ve considered upgrading rooms (which I realize is better to do on Expedia than upon arrival).

Every single thing! The distance from self parking to the room.
- 4/5
The property is well maintained and has a ton of nice amenities. The pool area is very clean and a great environment for kids up to adults. The property can be overwhelming, with so many people and so much going on. The ride share pick up/drop off situation is a nightmare. Highly recommended taxis or private transportation at this property and not Uber or Lyft.
- 1/5
Ran down dirty rooms. No room service, no phone charging stations and cant reach anyone by phone. Our first room was so bad they put us in another room that wasn't much better. Hair in the tub, hair on the floor, all the chairs had stains on them as well as the carpet. I haven't received my 300.00 dollar deposit back either. They also had gardeners trimming edges with gas powered hedge trimmers and blowers at 4:30 in the morning until 7am.
- 5/5
Ceasar’s Palace was awesome! It has everything you could possibly need: nice rooms, casino, shopping, and a wide range of restaurant options. We enjoyed the pool,an amazing dinner at Carmine’s and the Water Grill. We also attended Blake Shelton in concert at the Colosseum, which you can access from inside Ceasar’s Palace. It is easy to get turned around, so pay attention and take note of signage.
- 4/5
I would recommend staying at Caesar’s. The reason I am giving four stars is because I paid for a Bellagio fountain view and we couldn’t see fountain from our level. If you pay for fountain view ask for higher than the 26th floor.

The bathroom door does not close and is using an old hook type which does not work. 2 friends staying on two other rooms experienced the same thing where the bathroom door also does not close. Terrible design.

Booked a Colosseum Deluxe room only to find out that there is a constant static noise coming out from the fire alarm speaker. I informed the front desk and they did send an engineer to take a look. The engineer said that someone will come fix it shortly. Except that nobody came by to address the issue. I called the front desk 2 more times and I just kept getting the same answer “someone will come shortly.” Eventually I just gave up but rest assured I will not be a customer at Caesars Palace again.

Our stay here was amazing, if you want to be in the middle of all the Las Vegas action stay here. Our room had an awesome view of the Bellagio fountains which we enjoyed each night when we got back to our room exhausted from exploring LV. We stayed 2 nights, 2 adult parents and 2 adult kids. Room was spacious and comfy with somewhere for everyone to sit and relax and have their own space. Room also had a large bathroom with jetted tub which was a good way to relax after all the walking. Loved our stay here.

The whole trip was a money grab for Caesar's. The food was overpriced and bland. The only thing that was good was the two shows, not at the resort. Upgrades were not worth the money. I will never return or recommend this resort to anyone. You can definitely do better!

I loved the location of the Caesars and also the entire theme of the hotel. It was pretty incredible to witness and walk around the hotel & stores and see all of the sculptures and architecture. Caesars has the Omnia Club inside it and is also within walking distance of a lot of fun places. Staff was always very helpful when I had questions or requests, and my room was very clean, spacious, and the bathroom was as well.

All Nothing
- 3/5
The mini bar is unnecessary and a restocking fee for moving(literally just picking up and sitting right back down) are certainly a trap many parents with small children have fallen victim to.
- 5/5
Was amazing! Only stayed for one night and definitely needed more.
- 5/5
This was our first experience visiting Cesar’s Palace and we will definitely be back again to stay longer. Had my first experience playing the roulette table and I had a wonderful time. I didn’t know where the breakfast buffet was located so we ended up having breakfast outside the casino.
- 4/5
Check in took awhile despite it being almost two in the morning. The room was clean except some suspect stains on the bench by the bed. Food there is super expensive but that is expected. Otherwise it's a good time there.
- 5/5
Excellent property. Bit of walk from self parking garage to reception and eventually to room. I hope they put some marble or hard surface at corners leading to lobbies and reception. It will be helpful to carry bags easily as current surface which is carpet makes harder to drag bag with wheels. No other complaints about property.
- 3/5
Floor in bathroom was not clean. Carpet in room needed to be vacuumed.
- 4/5
Very good location! Take $$$. lots of walking but I can say it's location is very good compared to other places 10 to 15 min walk to a lots of fun places.. The most we paid for taxi was about 30$ to airport and other things. Hotel very nice and clean.

Tired over crowded elevators. Ridiculous nit providing coffee.
- 2/5
Where to start check in was 4 o'clock we got our room around 9 30. It wasn't the room I booked. Our room looked at a/c units on top of the roof. Instead of looking at the fountains. The room was not clean. The next day my family that I booked a room for also had to wait for their room. The next day they had no hot water for 24 hours. Their room also not cleaned. That being said the concert was fabulous and we did have an ok time.
- 5/5
Front desk was amazing! We got upgraded to a better view by the front desk attendant! Took really good care of us and we plan to go again.
- 5/5
Food was wonderful, room was clean and updated, pool was lovely although drink prices seem a little steep
- 4/5
We only stayed for one night, I booked at Caesar’s Palace since they had a parking garage. The staff was very friendly, the check-in procedure was easy. Was also centrally located so we could walk around the strip and throughout other hotels.

- 2/5
The room service closed at 9.30 pm. No typo….9.30 pm in Vegas. This property should be a fraction of the stated room rate. Very disappointing.
- 3/5
The plumbing in the room sinks needs repair. Carpet seemed dirty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast lines at the cafeterias were long and slow as the cooks were overwhelmed. The casino was beautiful regarding the decor.
- 4/5
A couple of bottles of water should be included in the room. Price gouging at Vegas hotels seems to be the norm now. 33 dollar cocktails at the pool and 8 dollar bottles of water?? Seriously?
- 5/5

Starbucks staff were downright rude both mornings. Shout to Ronald who fixed our safe. Great guy and super friendly and helpful. He deserves raise !

I asked to get the room cleaned three times and never did. They only brought towels when u asked for housekeeping to make the beds and take out the trash. The check in lady was rude and gave me attitude. Upon checking in she made a comment on how she would have turned me down because she thiught I was younger than 21, which is just crazy to assume. She also downgraded my key card, I know there’s not main difference but instead of the wooden one which she was handing to me she ended up taking it back and giving me the black plastic one. AND unlike all the other people checking in she did not give us the water bottles just like everyone else. The hotel also had little stain and specks on the drawer under the TV which I called as well to clean up but never came despite multiple maids being in our floor in different occasions.
- 5/5
Great stay right in the middle of the strip
- 1/5
Another big downside was the refrigerator being completely filled with the hotel’s own drinks and snacks, leaving almost no space for guests’ food or beverages. Overall, the experience did not feel luxurious, and I was disappointed with the stay. Most likely, I would choose a different hotel next time.

I would like to share two minor concerns regarding our visit. First, we noticed that the pool water did not appear as clear as it was during our visit four years ago. I am unsure if this was due to the water quality itself or perhaps the condition of the paint or tiles at the bottom of the pool. Additionally, while we understand that prices are increasing across many vacation destinations, $42 for a single mojito felt excessive. We have recommended this hotel to others for over a decade and hope these issues can be addressed so that the property maintains its luxurious standards. We look forward to returning soon.
- 4/5

Nice rooms, nice place House keeping was terrible. Had to ask to get our room cleaned and wasn't done for a couple of days. Ran out of body wash for the shower do called housekeeping and had to wait 30 minutes on the phone to fill up and was not done till 3 days after when I had to remind them. Terrible.
- 5/5
From the check in to the check out, the experience was amazing. The casino, entry, rooms, pool area, cigar lined and restaurants were clean as could be. Not one complaint about anything. Eric handled our cabana rental and handled everything like we were the only guest in the resort. And saving the best for last…..Caesars Buffet still reigns king!!!! Crab and lobster claws, crab legs, oysters, slab bacon, smoked brisket….hard to choose the best. Not to omit the desert bar either, I could have easily put on 50 pounds with just the desert alone. Next time I come back to Vegas, I won’t hesitate to book Caesars again.
- 4/5
Public areas dining opportunities are tacky beyond Caesar Pallace used to be classy with excellent restaurants and the Cleopatra Barge; no longer. It is too bad and disappointing Pool area needs to be upgraded. It is Not right not to offer parasols in a heat like that The opening hours by closing 5 pm is ridiculous!
- 4/5
Staff were friendly but they charge for almost everything in the room, notably coffee.

A front desk lady, she was really unpleasant and she gave me a very bedroom. I think that was in the hotel. What does stairs iron stairs front of my window? What is my wife and my good girl can't open the rape. And to see this cause , there was men going up and down the stairs when my wife was half naked , very unpleasant room

Reservation were made for Caesar’s Palace but when we checked in we’re told we had been up graded to Nubo. Very nice room, spacious, clean, staff were very friendly, always had a greeting. Only negative comment was we had a really hard time finding the lobby to check in, directions to take elevator to lobby would have been very helpful.

Well maintained and located. They were under staffed. I had some trouble with keys and it took some time (20min) at the lobby to get the situation solved.
- 4/5
Great location, clean, comfy beds. The shower took us a few days to work how to use it. The pool was very busy, it would be better to have sunbeds reserved for hotel guests that are paying, especially umbrellas when it is so hot. Then for guests who aren’t paying, charge them otherwise it just puts people off using the pool. Additionally we wanted to extend for 3 days- price was £300 cheaper on booking.com, the reception would not match. So we would have had to checkout and move to a new room, just for the sake of a price match, we checked out to a new hotel in the end.

Restaurants, pools, food court and grounds. Room keys that only let you go to your floor. Our floor had no ice but could not go to another floor to get it. Room service said that they do not deliver ice. I was injured with no ice. Not good. Housekeeping was actually very rude. You provide a coffee pot but no coffee. You do not advertise that coffee is not provided. When you see a coffee maker in your room, you would think that coffee was included. You advertise room refrigerators but are instructed not to remove anything from it and it’s fully stocked so you cannot use it. No drinks or snack machines on the floor. The only nice person that we had contact with was the lady that checked us in. Even the bartender at the bar was rude. Spent too much money for this.

We had a terrible experience at Ceasars: they placed us in a different room than we had reserved (we reserved premium room in Palace tower with pool view, but they gave us a premium room that was looking at the roof of the parking lot). When we called asking to change our room immediately after entering the room they told us there are no pool view rooms available anymore and they cannot change our room. When we asked isn't it the point of reserving a specific room type to ensure you get what you paid for they told us they do not guarantee the type of the room, the reservation only guarantees just a room with the hotel. Also, the bathroom sinks were not draining well. When booking the room, the room photos showed an ottoman in front of each of the two queen beds, but they were not in the room when we checked in. Next morning, when we asked if we could check out 1 hour later, they rudely said that we can't. I definitely will not book a stay with Ceasars Palace in the future. Recommend to stay away.

The hotel itself was beautiful- Our room very nice. The pool never opened during our stay_windy weather, maintenance,,,etc. The staff unfriendly and unhelpful- I guess because it is Caesar’s Palace they feel no need to be nice or polite or to try and make their guests feel welcomed and cared for- I have stayed at many hotels in Las Vegas and will not stay here again-the Bellagio is just next door where customer service is amazing!
- 3/5
I have never been to a hotel (even a cheap one) that you had to buy coffee in the room. I’m surprised they didn’t charge me to go to the bathroom. Won’t stay there again
- 3/5
Not what I had expected! But the spa was fabulous😄
- 5/5
Clean room, easy check in/ out services
- 4/5
April at the front desk was a gem! The room was okay, and it had an amazing deep bathtub that wasn't working properly. (The drain flange wouldn't stay put so the tub wouldn't fill, and the hand-held sprayer also didn't work!) We were very disappointed.

Nothing my room was ugly dirty and smell bad TV was not working i reported it and no one did nothing my room was ugly dirty and smell bad TV was not working i reported it and no one did nothing

Too large. Difficult check in . Do not book a cabana at the pool. Waste of money and not worth what they charge. Very disappointing
- 1.5/5
Hotel is NOT conducive for handicaps. Self parking is way too far to hotel rooms. Rewards points earned from restaurant need to go to room.
- 4.5/5
I upgraded my room in advance and was charged for early check in. Our room was empty and being cleaned at 2:00 I was told. Weren’t notified we could check in until 4:05 on a Wednesday. The hotel wasn’t even full.

we booked pool view and they did not provided pool view room it was nor available ,staff was nor communicating with each other ,we call front desk then went down to the frond desk they had no idea who we spoke with or what was sad .we ask for call beck from management team no respond from them. Room was extended until 12 pm checkout 2 different housekeeping came knocking on the door twice at 11:15 am and 11:30 am. will not stay at Caesars Palace ever again
- 5/5
Wonderful stay, rooms are a little tired.
- 5/5
This is our new place to stay in Vegas!
- 3/5
Be prepared for hidden fees. The resort rate is $100 a day. No Amenities. The refrigerator is half the size of a dorm fridge and it costs $20 daily. No microwave. They give the standard room baubles, coffee and lotion. No soap, just body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Took my mother for a special Mother’s Day weekend at the world famous Caesar Palace hotel and did not have a good experience. The front desk told me that they are on an every other day cleaning schedule and would not come to clean the room unless we called before the scheduled day. So when the other day schedule came, my mother and I went out and came back only to see that the room wasn’t cleaned. I called the customer service number and be girl said they don’t clean at all unless called. I told her the front desk said they were on an every other day schedule. Nonetheless the girl said they would send someone to clean the room now that I called. So my mother and I went out and came back late that evening to a uncleaned room. We ran out of hand soap, had trash overfill from the bins, and needed new towels. But since it was late and we were checking out the next day, we just accepted the poor service. For the amount of money that we paid for this hotel, we did not get any more benefit that any other hotel on the strip except for an over priced room. Very disappointing
- 5/5
It was a great experience.
- 5/5
I have no complaints about this property.
- 3/5
Rooms are outdated , rooms advertised with fountain view only has partial view and that is only when you standing Infront of the window otherwise no view at all we were in room 3574 , staff at 24 h cafe next to registration not friendly at all .
- 3/5
We arrived pretty early and were able to check-in early...for a $65 fee. Was worth it at the time. It does not seem like they prioritize OTA/Expedia reservations whatsoever. Room was on a low floor opposite of what was requested and the room reeked of vinegar. Elevator buttons were broken in many spots and our room was lacking basic things like an ironing board, luggage rack, etc. Was too expensive for the product. Food court is always nice, pool was super gross. Pool furniture was visibly worn and dirty all over. Stuff was floating in the main pool where a filter seemed to be lacking. Drinks were excessively overpriced compared to other vegas pool bars.
- 5/5
It was a lovely stay with many amenities.
- 3/5
That said, there were several disappointing aspects of the stay: Much of the furniture throughout the room was visibly scratched and worn. I understand the challenges of maintaining a high-traffic property, but even simple touch-ups would significantly improve the appearance and overall impression of the rooms. If you are assigned a room with an adjoining door, be aware that the soundproofing is extremely poor. I could hear virtually everything happening next door — including conversations and bathroom use — which made for a very uncomfortable experience. While the room included a coffee machine and cups, there was no coffee, cream, or milk provided. This felt like a surprising oversight for a property of this caliber. Housekeeping was very basic. Aside from towel replenishment and the bed being made, there was little indication the room had actually been cleaned. In addition, the towels felt quite thin and low quality. There was no hand cream provided in the bathroom amenities, which felt like another detail missing from what I would expect at this level of hotel. Ultimately, the location of the property was the strongest part of the experience. Had it not been for that convenience, I likely would have changed hotels. I expected more from a property with this reputation and left disappointed.

The place is nice . The whole 67 floor smell like a dispensary . It is not healthy if kids are there .
- 4.5/5
Friendly staff, fantastic rooms , lovely pool area Everything came with an add on cost even small details eg. Coffee in the room
- 3/5
Facilities , location and the decor Finding lobby was Herculean task, long waiting times for check in, no complimentary coffee, which is very basic and such things
- 5/5
Classic Vegas's hotel. Great location. Centrally located on the strip. We stayed in the newer tower. Large rooms with comfortable beds that felt great after a long night!
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Amazing place to stay! Feels like the center of Vegas. Make sure to book through the hotel and not a third party site.
- 5/5
The room was very nice and clean . Property was beautiful.
- 2/5
No water no coffee and no tea provide. All need to pay. What is wrong with current hotel?
- 5/5
Love this place! It was super clean and comfy! One area of improvement would be to have 4 towels for 4 people upon arrival. There were too few towels.
- 5/5
It’s a great place to stay. Love the Forum Shops and the main pool.

Excelente hotel en todos los aspectos
- 5/5
A lot of walking . Be prepared to walk a long way from the front desk to your room, to uber pickup , to self parking .
- 5/5
really enjoyed Caesars Palace it could use some updating on the floors and the rooms but very well located on the strip, friendly staff, pool was excellent, check in and check out was a breeze would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Beautiful, huge property. Great shopping at the forum. Only one USB charger on the side of the phone that was difficult to find at first.
- 2/5
Caesars finds any way to nickel and dime you. Charging $15 to use more than 2 devices on WiFi? $20+ to make any space whatsoever in the room fridge? Tons of space around the pools for more chairs or a single umbrella, yet there are barely enough, no shade, and shaded day beds or cabanas that cost you $600+ to have an ounce of shade. The poolside food ordering is a mess and nobody knows how to find you. The AI chat system used to replace any sort of human help is completely useless. For how much this place costs you get nothing in return.
- 4.5/5
Friendly staff nice place to be in! Definitely would like to go back. The fridge I cannot have my own stuff and you need to inform them to get you a fridge. If they provide one it will be small doesn’t fit water bottle.
- 4/5
Clean and accessible to the theater (very happy that I was able to get the needed accommodation) Parking
- 5/5
No will stay there again.

Locations Run down, nothing special, disappointed compared to Venetian

- 5/5
Amenities, location, staff, my favorite spot in Las Vegas.
- 5/5
Strong recommend when visit to Las vegas
- 4/5
The check in line was long with few staff assisting guests. There were more staff standing around staring at the computers than assisting the guests to check in. We stayed for four days and three nights and our room was never cleaned or given clean towels - we took the do not disturb sign off the door and the room did not get cleaned. The shower ceiling had mold marks and there was black hair in the toilet - we do not have black hair. We stayed at Caesar’s Palace to see Blake Shelton - he was excellent!!!
- 5/5
Our room was fantastic and super comfortable. A bit of a long walk to the parking garage
- 2/5
Used tissues found under bedside table upon arrival of room. The beds were not comfortable. Did not have a good view from my room. Was disappointed with my stay.
- 3/5
No in room service for the 4 days I stayed. Unnecessary charges on the checkout bill, which they use to take advantage of customers in a rush to checkout. Not booking again.
- 5/5
This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay! We were close to everything and loved our fountain view from our room. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation.
- 4/5
Front desk very rude
- 5/5
We were here for a convention, and never left the hotel. The restaurants were fantastic, and the staff was amazing. Very convenient to move from our rooms to the ballrooms for the trade show floor. Could have had some looser slots, wink wink, but all in all it was a great week.
- 4.5/5
No fridge
- 4/5
Very beautiful buildings, and decor. This is a great location as well. Everything is charged for and super expensive. Check in a little early, they was $35. Check out a little late, that is $45. All food is ridiculously priced. A small gelato is $13. A slice of pizza, $12.99, a bottle of water is $7.99. No place to sit and relax. Only chairs are at gambling tables, slot machines or in bars. The have a steep resort fee for everyone, even if you don't use the pool or gym.
- 1.5/5
All the extra hidden charges
- 4/5
Great location on the Vegas Strip. Room was clean and big with an amazing view to the fountains from Belagio Hotel. Nothing is included. Even the mini bar is equiped with weight sensors, if you lift something, you pay for it. Parking avialability for taller vehicles is limited to Valet parking.
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Nice, spacious room. Too many additional charges. Could not use the in room refrigerator to keep food and drinks cold without an additional uncharge.
- 4/5
Location You can tell that Maintenance is not doing so well there, and also the upkeep of the hotel is fairly poor. It used to be much better quality than it now.
- 2.5/5
Loved the restaurants and lounges. My room was pretty basic and felt dirty. It felt like an old, outdated room. My view was of the boiler room so not much to see. I stayed in the Julius tower. Considering it's Ceasars Palace, I had higher expectations specially for what I paid. Disappointed with the room.
- 4/5
Their staffs are very accommodating. But the most important thing is that it is near everything (malls, casino and is along the strip) No necessities included in the room, no complimentary coffee. Check out machine is somehow complicated. Facility is somehow old and not updated to the trend.
- 5/5
All was excellent
- 4/5
Very central for what I needed. Ran the RNR Las Vegas half and it was in the perfect location from the finish b How massive it was. A lot of hallways and a lot going on so you can definitely get overwhelmed.
- 3/5
The decoration of the hotel and how many options of food My first room had a mattress that was very uncomfortable. The right side was dented in like someone had been sleeping in that section for years. The shower caddies were not refilled. The hotel did swap rooms but not till the next day. The new room was good, on a higher floor and better mattress but the shower caddies were not refilled.
- 2.5/5
The hotel refrigerator in the room was a joke! It was full of all your stuff and we wasted so much food cause we had no where to put it! Need to have a refrigerator for people to put their own food and drinks in! Very disappointing and lost alot of money on food!!!! A lot of money on food we thought we could store it and got back to room and was very upset! Need to address issue asap!!!!!

Location on the strip was exceptional. Wonderful view of Bellagio fountains and Paris Eiffel Tower. Food prices, but that’s Vegas

Disclaimer that I'm writing this as a business traveler. For others, some or none of this may apply to you. Speaking about the room itself, the Octavius Tower room is way too spacious for one person and would be perfect for couples or 4 people. The bathroom is very spacious while the separate room for the toilet is small but decent enough! It was also very quiet even with neighboring guests coming and going late. Hospitality staff: housekeeping staff, food delivery folks, they were all SUPER stellar and friendly. Please compensate these folks appropriately because they are the ones keeping the hotel's reputation in check! I didn't get a chance to use it but the bathtub is *huge* and appeared to have a lot of jets for the water/filling it up. The shower drain. The water wouldn't drain immediately and get backed up at every shower, which may gross out some travelers. This happened every time I took a shower. I'd advise the staff to regularly have their plumber clear those drains! The cel signal: none. I was on the "60th" floor (sixth floor?) and there was absolutely no cel reception. Since I was traveling for business, this was important. So I was forced to rely on the in-room Wi-Fi, which WAS stable throughout. The Wi-Fi device limit: you're granted two devices that can connect to the Wi-Fi for free. Beyond that, any additional device is $14.99 for 24-hour access to that device at 20Mbps. Again, this is more important for folks traveling on business or those who are traveling with larger groups and/or have more devices they want to connect online. It's likely because I've visited Vegas in the past, but everything down to the food court restaurants are pretty expensive.

Venus Garden The staff wanted to send security to the room to check how many of us we were??
- 1/5
Ask to have a towel for each person in the room they wouldn’t bring up any towels. Charged us $40 for the refrigerator in the room when we didn’t use anything for $600 a night you’d think more than two people could have Wi-Fi. Had a really short person with us who couldn’t get up into the bed. They told us they would drop the bed after calling four times they never showed up so she had to sleep on the couch the whole time.

Beautiful esthetic and decoration The AC in our unit was constantly clunking when on. Probably every 30 seconds or so. Kept waking us up

Everything perfect except for one thing, I missed a map of the whole hotel with casinos, shopping etc. the small one we got from reception was far from good enough
- 3/5
Staff was friendly amd helpful. There was only 1 pool opened while we were there and it shut down early for a couple of the days we were there. Also reaort fees are a joke.
