    The one thing that needs improving is the room cleaning, we had to ask for it after a couple days. Other than that, had a good experience overall. The staff is the highlight, they were very helpful and accommodating.

    Upon first inspection , everything looked clean. I checked the sheets and didnt see any sign of bugs or feces. Later when using the restroom noticed hair behind the door. Like long black hair. No big deal. The next morning I noticed I had been bitten 7 times in a line from the right front to the right back from my understanding would be bedbug bites. I pulled the bed apart and found no bugs but I did find filth between the bed and walls. From nerds clusters to trash. Informed the man that didn't speak English well at the front and he insisted that pest control sprays for bedbugs on the regular. Well these bites have triggered the shingles virus and I now have pain from the right side to the back. The slighted touch bothers me. The bites dont really itch.i not saying the bites caused shingles. I have had shingles in the past and the virus was retriggered by these bites.

    Nothing Everything the rooms I stayed in were not clean staff was very disrespectful I found a cockroach under bed along with a half smoked cigarette and when they switched me rooms they threatened to check me out so when I got in the new room and it was still nasty and the air conditioning didn’t work and I didn’t want to get checked out so I had to just deal with it

    The staff was overwhelmed when checking in as there was a line of guest waiting. The female associate tried to assist but as she was training it was overwhelming the male associate. We were given a room with a dirty looking shower. The room was uncomfortable that we could only stay for one night.

    Our room had no hot water. Took over an hour for them to finally say they can give us a room that the hot water works but the TV doesn't. It was past midnight so we just stayed but if it would of been earlier we would of asked for a refund. Horrible experience.

    First impression: Left light on front pillar crooked. Smudge marks on glass. Dirt on side of building. 2nd impression: Walked in smelt like foul odor of gas. Front desk manager did not smile or seem happy or pleasant. Very straightforward just did his job. No conversation, no welcome feeling just sign in and here's your keys. The room smelt horrible #107 like dog pee and the first thing we saw was fingerprints all over the countertop. Hair was in the bathroom sink and counters from previous guest. The jets in the hot tub are absolutely disgusiting as in they have not been cleaned which is unsanitary. I would give the room an F for cleanliness and presentation. I would give customer service a C- for barely satisfactory and the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance is C-. If a little paint and cleaning was incorporated in this property and the carpets were thoroughly deodarized and steamcleaned along with proper cleaning this hotel has potential and could be a decent place to stay but until that happens we will not select this hotel. Front desk staff need to be welcoming to guests and pleasant that's hotel training #1 for retaining guests. Good luck management.

    The pictures do not really match the state of the room. Everything was really old and a bit dusty. We also found food left in the fridge, likely from the people staying before us. The water tap was rusted and did not turn on or off easily. The staff that checked us in in the evening wasn't as friendly compared to their morning staff. The food was okay though and free which was nice. A pretty short distance to the airport.

    Housekeeping was also disappointing. No one came to clean our room during our stay, even though we didn’t have a do not disturb sign on the door. We ended up having to go to the front desk ourselves to request fresh towels. On the positive side, the bed was decently comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was really great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay—nothing amazing, but it did the job. One thing I did appreciate was the free and easy parking, which is a big plus since many hotels in Vegas now charge for it. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay, but the hotel could really use some updates and better maintenance.

    Sleezy hotel with terribly unclean rooms. The shower drain didn’t work so water just ran all over the bathroom floor to another floor drain, water damaged walls, ripped up seat in shower, after arrival I opened the mini fridge to put my beverage in and it was loaded with previous guests trash and sheets had hairs and other spots on them. Gross! And over $200/night. I booked this because it was close to the car rental return and we had an early flight. But what a dump.

    They cancelled my reservation before I checked in. My reservation wasn’t supposed to paid for until I checked in and they tried to charge my card earlier that morning before checking in but because my bank didn’t recognize an out of state charge, they declined the charge. No email or call to correct the situation. They just cancelled, no customer service.

    Easy to the airport It was really dirty. Dirty diaper in trash can of room when we entered and someone’s sweatshirt hanging in the bathroom. Carpet was not cleaned as there were gum wrappers on the carpet. Also only a few towels and very noisy AC. Sand on bed sheets! Breakfast area very cramped.

    All the carpets looked absolutely filthy; the room smelled musty; and the microwave was dirty both inside and out. The mattress was stained—as were the bathroom walls, which were dirty and crumbling around the trim. I was extremely dissatisfied. The swimming pool was out of order, despite the temperature being nearly 100°F. The breakfast itself was good; however, on the first day, the staff member in charge of service was very rude to everyone, using insults in Spanish under the assumption that no one would understand. On a positive note, the location is close to public transportation, the airport, and a shopping center. Given the price, I could have found a much cleaner place to stay.

    At check in, after booking the room with booking.com, I was informed they had one room left. THEY CHARGED ME ALMOST FIFTY DOLLARS.NON REFUNDABLE FEE FOR A CAT. AND TOOK A HUNDRED DOLLAR SECURITY DEPOSIT AS WELL. They THEN gave me key cards and when I went to the room, it had another guests personal belongings in it. THEY GAVE ME KEYS TO ANOTHER PERSON'S ROOM!! the front desk guy had no idea what happened. So they gave give me a free upgrade to a king suite. The room smelled like putrid vinegar coming from the air conditioning unit!! There were stains all over the floor and it was filthy. But we stayed in the smell and filth anyway because there was no other rooms and we already had paid an exorbitant amount of money to just stay there for 3 nights. When we went to leave, i checked out and shortly after they refunded the $100deposit. However, four hours later I got a sixty dollar charge from them.!! When I called back, they said it was because we had ruined towels. It had feces all over them from my service animal!! I SAID THAT WAS A COMPLETE LIE SINCE I CHECKED THE ROOM BEFORE WE LEFT! MY TRAINED ANIMALS DID NOT HAVE ANY INCIDENT IN THAT ROOM. When I asked for an email with the pictures, they did not send them. Probably...Because they did not have them!!! I was informed to call the next day and speak to the manager. I told the manager all of this the next day and she said she would call me back after she talked to housekeeping. I still have yet to hear from them.And now they are avoiding my calls. I want a refund. That was a nightmare stay in a dumpy hotel and they flat out lied and stole money from me.

    The room seemed clean when you walk in. But the walls had some white dried stuff on it. The box spring had a brown stain and the carpet wasn’t vacuum right. Shower only had hot water we had to shower with very hot water more than anyone would use for a shower. They didn’t have the pool available like it was advertised when we booked. We slept good bc nobody bothered us and breakfast was good. But we didn’t get the rental that we paid for when we booked. Location was good seemed very central to everything.

    Loved it Location was good next to mall and different restaurants to eat at and close to RTC bus stop! I did not receive housekeeping the whole time I was there I had to clean my room go downstairs to get my own towels toilet paper soap! Also the pool and jacuzzi was not available it was closed

    Swimming pool was down, but we understand it was being repaired so people in the future should have a nice pool room. Staff was very friendly always had a hot cup of coffee or tea ready for you and it was very convenient to the car rental and airport also walk right across the street and you will be at the outlets away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas Blvd. but only a three minute drive to Las Vegas Blvd.

    The room we had wasn't clean at all. The floor was disgusting. The bedsheets had stains. The drawer was full of dirty towels and garbage... I had to ask the front desk to send someone to clean it out. They did. The whole place stunk. Our room smelled like mold and dog urine. I bought febreeze and lysol spray to try to clear it up... it did not work.10/10 do not recommend this place. It was nasty and gross.

    Very rundown. Literally get what you pay for. Hallways dingy, smelled and it had food on the floor. Room was clean but the shower floor was cracked and looked like they tried to patch it. We tried to get money bank and the hotel refused to call back Expedia to help for refund. Very disappointed in customer service.

    It was an okay stay. Definitely has people living there…. People were bbqing outside, heavy weed smell, very loud some nights and blankets were dirty had to request clean linens. Staff was pleasant enough. Breakfast was just ok. But for free it was ok. We paid for king bed but got a Queen but bigger room so it balanced. All in all for a quick last minute sta it was decent for the price

    Clean, but needs updating. Paint is peeled on walls, counters were rusted BUT it was clean. It just looks old and worn but it worked for us to sleep and shower. Pillows and bed were extremely hard so it took a little adjusting to. Checkin was easy we arrived around 1AM. It’s been very quiet. Feels very safe. I have not seen one homeless person roaming around. Few places to eat nearby and a bistro and casino open 24/7. Didn’t get a chance to visit we spent most time here on the strip. Only a 15 minute drive to the strip which was convenient. Breakfast options were very limited. No options for vegetarians or vegans if that’s what you are looking for. They offered sausage patty and eggs which I thought were decently tasting. Raisin Bran and fruit loops, waffle maker, zero sugar syrup(LOVED THIS OPTION), apples, bananas, toast and some pasties. Good if you’re on the go. Didn’t really get too busy when I went at 7am. Pool is in a covered tent that stays open 24/7z we felt the water in the morning before heading to the strip it is heated. Wish we could’ve used it my 7 year old would’ve loved it but o time in our itinerary. Gym had a bike, treadmill, and cable machine which is decent enough for a quick vacay work out. I would give them a 7/10 just due to things being very outdated but did not ruin function or safety of our stay. I would return again! Stay was pretty friendly as well.

    The room was not cleaned, small pieces of trash were on the floor near the desk. I always check for bugs and when i checked the pillows sure enough there was bugs on the pillow cases, i removed the linens to check for more bugs and found a live bug walking around on top of the mattress linen. For the price they charge i expect the rooms and facility to be cleaner. I told the service attendant at front desk about the bugs and he apologized and offered to give me another room. I myself would never book again. Very disappointed, i would fire the cleaning lady (if they have one) cos clearly she does not do her job AT ALL.

    Where should I start? As I was searching for a hotel for 2 nights in Vegas, I came across the Baymont. There were mixed reviews, but most people said they liked it well enough to stay again, and the breakfast was amazing. While I can vouch for the breakfast, though amazing is a far stretch, I would NEVER EVER stay here again!!! The breakfast: Let's get this out the way. It's better than continental, but definitely NOT amazing. There's waffles, muffins, coffee, and eggs. So, it's decent, but I think the disgusting rooms overrides any cheep breakfast. The rooms: OMG, I thought I was in a horror movie, and just when I thought it couldn't get worse, it did!!! So, apparently I booked a room accessible for the disabled. I didn't think much of it because, why should it matter. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room, but at a deep look I was mortified. The sheets looked worn, there were stains all over the carpet and walls, but the bathroom was the worst! The shower had nasty hair all over it. The floor, the shower seat and handles all had long stands of hair that possibly wasn't cleaned out from the last guest. When I went to turn the shower on, the hand-held shower head was so loose, it exploded off the wall and everything in my hands, and bathroom floor was drenched. New Room: I couldn't take it anymore and called the front desk. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, it did!

    Ben at the front desk made us feel like we were family. Was ther to check us in quickly, answered questions with a smile and help with directions. Room was clean, neat and ready when we arrived.Convenient location to the main strip and the airport. Next time I'm in Vegas, I will definitely be booking a room here again.

    Room needs upgrades. Water in shower did not turn off completely, so dripped ALL night. Microwave had issues with temperature control. Almost caught on fire. Minimal toiletries available. Breakfast selections VERY limited. Bread and coffee rolls cold. Elevator not really in good shape. Trouble with key to room. Ice machine only on one floor. Will not be back.

    The staff was great. I requested a pet friendly room and first room I was provided smelled of urine to the point it stung my nostrils and felt that I smelled like it after I left the room to head to work which I had in the area. I let the staff know and they gave me a different room which was way better and had no odors. Shopping and variety of food options across the street and area was walkable so I was able to take my dog for walks in the area. Breakfast was waffle man’s cereal eggs sausage fruits pastries coffee juice which was not bad.

Shower head was broken, cold water was leaking from it (only when turning the water on). The good thing is that they have a fridge and microwave. Overall, we would not recommend.     Dated and slightly dirty. The carpets through the hallways and room need to be deep cleaned they were super dingy and you could see the dirty pathways. Obviously been a really long time since they've cleaned it. The toilet ran all night, the air conditioner was broken and made a horrible noise and woke us up at 5:00 in the morning and the fridge made noise all night as well keeping us awake. They need to go through this hotel and do some much-needed updates and cleaning

    Place was ok, but there were to many little things that added up. Our door wouldn't shut correctly, the carpets were filthy, the fridge had the prior guests food drips, the toilet ran the whole time. When we told them about the toilet they didnt care. Rooms were really small.

    Older facility. Great welcome staff. Had to change 1st room because of a horrible odor. 2nd room much better. But some lights didn’t work, shower was very hard to turn on and off, light switch needs work. The air conditioner was very loud and turned on and off all night. Outlets in room were very hard to get to. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and had choices.

    The location beside the outlets was appreciated. However, despite this being a “non-smoking” hotel, there was an incredible strong odour of marijuana in the elevator and throughout the floor. Staff were informed of the allergy and the existence of this odour, they simply sprayed air freshener to mask the odour but made no efforts to eliminate the odour. In the end, I did get a full refund

    After checking in, we returned to the strip to view the botanical garden inside the Borgata, and watch the fountain show. We had to pass the famous "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign on the way, so we stopped for a photo op. The breakfast was full buffet and very good, with eggs, sausage, and more.

    Initially, I was given a room that was not ready, and the second room presented numerous problems. While one of the female staff members was very kind every time she helped me, I did experience unsatisfactory customer service from two of the male front staff found the daily necessity of resetting the room key to be quite inconvenient. Additionally, the hallways had an unpleasant smell, and my room had several issues, including a broken phone, a faulty lock, and missing lights. Unfortunately, the maid service did not restock essentials or make the beds during my six-night stay

    Good affordable place to stay, i feel like the $150 refundable deposit was not clearly explained at booking and i had to click on this and that to find it.     We were surprised to find how dirty and run-down this property was. It was definitely not as shown in the pictures online. When we entered the room, it stunk pretty bad. The walls of the room were dirty and the floor and couch dirty and dingy. The ceiling light fixtures were missing and the wires exposed from the holes where they were supposed to be. When we attempted to turn the lights on, they would flicker a bit before actually turning on. I'm pretty sure that was a fire safety hazard. The toilet ran all night long and I remembered while checking in, another guest toilet wouldn't flush, so it sounds like there were some possible plumbing issues, too. The front desk rep. was very courteous upon check-in (a gentleman whose name I can't recall) and there was a mistake on the initial reservation and he helped us get it resolved quickly and easily. We ended up only staying one night out of the three I reserved because of the smell and dirtiness, but paid for two nights because of the cancellation policy, which I understood. I did notice I had a pet charge for what I thought was two nights of $45.20 each, but it was for each pet. I felt this was excessive, considering we went to LaQuinta and only charged a TOTAL of $25 for two pets, for two nights. I called the hotel to try to have the charges reversed and when I attempted to explain the situation to the front desk clerk (lady), she told me the fee was cheap compared to other hotels, began arguing with me & hung up on me.

    Unfortunately this hotel was not nice at all. We ended up asking for a refund and found another place. The carpets were stained, there was sharpie marks on the mirrors, the overall feel felt like 3rd world for sure. Thank goodness the service was great and they didn’t even question putting through a refund.

    The bedding seemed clean. The bathroom was clean but the room on the whole was dirty. Especially the carpet. There was no chair at the desk. The slide lock on the door was broken. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe being there alone. I definitely will not be staying there again.

    The beds were comfy and clean enough but the entire property is super run down. The pictures are inaccurate and it was not worth what we paid. The front desk person was sick and kept sniffing which was gross. The lobby is dingy. The elevator has seen some stuff. The hallways were 1000000 degrees and The bathroom was pretty gross and didn’t have any hot water. The carpets were super nasty we wore shoes the entire time. Don’t stay here. It needs a complete gut and overhaul. Spend $40 extra and stay somewhere else.

    Hotel location was okay south of the main strip close enough to Mandalay Bay and MGM if you want to gamble. My issues were with the run down super outdated hotel, my bathroom was filthy took photos to reference this. The only good thing about the hotel was that it’s right next to an outlet mall if you need clothing or shoes plus there’s a few restaurants and a smiths grocery store for various items. The free breakfast was very basic and limited but it did the job. My bed was comfortable and the ac unit was cold the tv set up is really outdated. Shame on Wyndham for really neglecting this property it has allot of potential considering the location to compete with the Hilton garden and the Hampton inn literally down the street. Talked to a few fellow ravers who were also here for edc and they too were very disappointed with the property. In all this was my first and last time ever staying at this hotel unless severe renovations and maintenance is done to the building I personally can’t justify the prices I paid for a three day stay, in fact I actually checked out early I couldn’t see myself staying another night in Vegas and dealing with the traffic going back into LA after the last day at EDC.
