Everyone was super nice. I really enjoyed the casino, Dunkin’ Donuts the dude who works there super awesome and accommodating. Dennys was chill super fast service but kinda weird bc my mother in law only speaks Spanish and she was spoken to in English while everyone who came in was Latin/Mexican and they spoke Spanish to them. Dennys just a bit discriminating. The room itself was ok. Fridge work and the shower was soothing. Downside the toilet kept clogging even with small toilet paper had to call them twice then we stop throwing our toilet paper straight to the trash. Then the coffee maker not working bum us out but then Dunkin’ did not disappoint so it’s ok no matter what. The a/c was set to 69 degree but kept going up to 79 which it was hot sleeping. The bed not so good kinda lumpy making my back hurt. We called for pillows twice and we never got them. Security was good but then again the doors didn’t lock well so I understood. Ice machine didn’t work.

I had a really good time. The room was clean that I was well taken care of by the property the hotel I really like not having the check-in so if you go to this kiosk nearby, you can get in that way instead checking in usually produces a line out the door and no one wants to stand in that

Bed was really uncomfortable, we were in a none smoking section but people were still smoking in the building smoke came in to our room , ac was noise and would wake us up. Never staying here again , stay away you've been warned!

It’s alright, it’s my 2 time stay here and no problem at all.

I would have enjoyed eating there since Denis was on the premises, but that area was quite smoky with cigarette smoke. I think their smoke filtration system might need some improvement to make the environment more comfortable. However the room was fantastic. I mentioned above

Smoking rooms are definitely a plus. There aren't very many hotels that offer that anymore. The new eating options are a great upgrade. Denny's is always a good go to. I really wanted to try the pizza place but wasn't able to this visit. Next time for sure. It was really just issues with the toilet. It wasn't a big deal but definitely made us uneasy. We called to get it looked at and nobody came. We were only there for one night so we didn't want to make a big fuss about it. That was the only slight inconvenience.

Location is great if going to family events or markets or wanting to stay away from strip traffic. Enjoyed the $5 min roulette table. Room was super quiet! One of the beds was kind of wore out… the other was good!

My wife and I always enjoy staying here, from the check in to the check out the staff are always friendly. I know playing slots and table games are a gamble because that's what it's all about but we always have a good time playing. The choice of eatery are simple but good from Denny's to Dunkin donuts to a quick bite, and the room's we have stayed in are always clean the bed if you are looking for temperpedic it's not it but they are not bad I suggest to bring extra pillows we get a king size and you get two pillows so if you like a lot of pillows bring extra. Overall my wife and I like to stay here and it is also convenient for us because it's close to family members so we can visit. One more thing being in Vegas the air conditioner in the room is decent I recommend staying here and it is affordable.

stayed for EDC weekend the vibe coming back was impeccable very relaxed and chill pts was open at 5am for that quick protein fix location is great far enough off the strip to avoid traffic close enough to dip in to it for fun the rooms were a decent size,clean and comfy even for three grown men the staff were in good spirits will definitely be coming back. the bathroom door did not shut had to hold it with the trash can and the cabinet with the fridge had a bad hinge that would only let it close if you picked up the door, the shower drain didn't shut all the way loosing shower pressure and the a/c is abit dated and not cooling the room the greatest and the beds were abit hard but for the price and cleanliness it was looked over.

Overall, it's safe, it's clean, it's mostly comfortable and conveniently located around the middle of town with easy access to the buses. The rooms are clean and comfortable but a little dated. Not a lot of outlets for things like charging your phone at night. There is no microwave for heating food, but there is a small fridge. We stayed from Sunday through Friday, never got housekeeping in our room, never got fresh towels or bedding. There is a Keurig in the room with one pod of regular coffee and one decaf, for two people. Two 8oz bottles of water non of which got refilled the entire time we were there. We got 1 each of the tiny shampoo and conditioner, requested more from the front desk and never got it, so we had to buy our own from the store. The casino has many less tables than it used to, and is full of all the newer video slots that are all the same game reskinned in different themes. The Food at the Denny's is TERRIBLE, I usually don't have too much of an issue with Denny's but this was way worse. River Rock restaurant was pleasant with a nice lunch special.

The location and access to food. My carpet was soaked by the widows, got my socks all wet and it smelt like mold.

Bedsheets had pubic hair tub had black curly hair. I have blonde hair so it’s not mine. Restroom had pubic hair on the counters. I do have a couple of pictures. and I wasn’t refunded for only one day I didn’t sleep there. I was supposed to get refunded for two days but she says since I checked out at 5 PM that they’re still gonna charge me about that.

You have a 24/7 Denny in the hotel and the Lounge at night was great we didn’t have to go out looking for fun we had it all there

I get cold when I sleep I was told they did not offer blankets. If your were cold maybe turn on the hea, I was not the only one in the room. Telling me to turn on the heat was pretty ignorant.

What I like from this place is how quite is. Very clean and the room I had was very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were amazing and made me feel comfortable and answered my questions.

Reservation was for 4 people; there were only 2 bath towels in the room. It took 3 requests to get 2 more towels. Ran out of the one roll of toilet paper and had to request more. Our room was never cleaned during our 6 night stay, had to set trash outside the room because the cans were over flowing.

Very very dissapointed!! I booked a NON SMOKING ROOM - checked in and the only thing LEFT was a SMOKING ROOM!! What was I supposed to do at 1:30 AM???? after a LONG travel from CALIFORNIA The gal at check in was NOT showing any empathy, sorry (at least acknowledge and play it off) like you cared!!! NOTHING!!! OMG walkiing out of the Elevator on the 3rd floor swipe card to Enter hallway to Room was even WORSE!!! It felt like I was walking THROUGH a TUNNEL OF SMOKE CLOUDS!!! I was so disgussted just knowing i had to spend the night there!!! I call Operator at approx 4:30 AM notified DEADBOLT LOCK did not work and that 'I DID NOT FEEL SAFE" I told her I put a hanger on the door. I took pictures of the door and also the bathroom sink was clogged. EVERYTHING

Yes, I rented a non-smoking room but when you walk the hallways, you smell nothing but smoke marijuana to be exact. That’s the only bad thing. The fun atmosphere the reasonable prices with the food

Also the lack of outlets by the bedside, and a lamp was falling down off the wall. Room 4520 5th floor. I'm sure they are all this bad though. Deadbolt did NOT work. And pretty sure women are being trafficked in this hotel, very scary.

The room was clean the check in was very easy and the front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the toilet kept backing up. Maintenance responded quickly other than that we had a good stay. The casino was lively and so were the slots. The choice of eateries were good also.

The room was spacious and clean. I used both the air conditioning and the heat during my stay. Quiet and plenty of parking. I was surprised at how active the casino was being so far from the strip. People seemed to be everywhere. The slots were loose at least for me. This is one hidden gem.

Everything was good except that the bathroom door doesn't lock! We asked for a room change and got a new room but even that room had the same problem but we decided to adjust and stayed there as we were there only for a couple nights! But overall, it's a nice hotel!

No information was given at the front desk about amenities. I didn’t know if there was a pool or hot tub or even discounted breakfast. I still can’t tell you! Mostly just slept in the hotel. It’s pretty close to everything. The staff seemed pretty friendly.

The room was not as pictured at all. The bathroom was in desperate need of renovation and repair. Sink clogged, toilet old and scratched and stained and the flooring was in poor shape. The rooms carpet was gross and stained, I didn't feel comfortable walking without shoes on. The king size bed bad 2 small pillows and just a sheet, not as pictured at all. The bed was very hard. We did not stay. Very shocked that the deposit is $150 for such sub par accommodations. I ate at River Rock Pizza and was not impressed. The service was extremely slow and the food quality was not the greatest. I did not stay, and checked out before midnight because I was very uncomfortable. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

The room was freezing because the heating/AC unit was broken, and the supervisor refused to give us an extra blanket. She sent maintenance instead, and the repair tech told us the unit was supposed to be replaced a week ago but never was. We ended up stuck in an ice‑cold room with no help from staff. Completely unacceptable. Never come back again.

It has a smoker casino and you have to register in the casino. All ways to the hotel are going through the casino and except of the cold pool all other amenities are shared with the casino. The smell from the smoke is very bad!

The room was not the cleanest, there was pieces of eye lash extensions randomly through out the room and some random hairs in the tub. The water pressure was terrible as well and there was some obvious stains on the floor of our room.

I got a room because it was $80...I was even fine with $100 but after checking my bank account the total was nearly $232 even after receiving the $150 deposit back....absolutely ridiculous.. $232 for a room at this place is a joke.

The registration staff were polite and respectful and professional. Finding the elevator was not easy the but noise from the casino could not be heard from my room. The restaurant was delicious and affordable and I really enjoyed my brief stay.

The registration staff were polite and respectful and professional. Finding the elevator was not easy the but noise from the casino could not be heard from my room. The restaurant was delicious and affordable and I really enjoyed my brief stay.

The room was very clean.

The no smoking smelled so bad of smoke we had to get another room. We slept in it 1 night and couldn't take it. The problem was all the smoke from the casino had a open roof that was used to get to the second floor using an escalator. Do not let them put you on the second floor.

Amenities were lacking. The room heater/ air condtioner was loud and noisy could not sleep due to clicking on and off . Ice machine broken on two floors had to go 3rd level. No microwave available after purchasing food from on site .Also advertise Fisherman Platter and received nuggets portion size ten advertise it as nuggets.Leaking water from bathroom had to request towels to absorb water .A loud noise from behind T.V. sound like snoring or fan running off and on . Loud music from downstairs playing untill 3 or 4 am. Staffing service did offer me another meal and i did appreciate the waitress for helping me . Overall staffing was great and kind and i did appreciate all that did help us.

Arizona Charlie surprise ! Thanks for a pleasant stay. I really like the way they had things set up! The slots are penny friendly!! The food was wonderful and low priced!! Did not gouge us like Rio by charging $8 for a plastic cup of soda!!!!! This was a fun time!!!!!

Terrible room Had to keep fixing a running toilet, sink didn't drain, toothpaste and other gunk on the sink counter upon arrival, carpets were filthy, no way to contact front desk from the room. On the upside, the view of the Sphere was great, the water was hot, and the TV worked great.

Was told I could not check in as I had stayed at the property for too long a time eventhough I had moved for 1 night to a different property I have initiated a complaint and asked for a full refund.

I didn’t like hidden fees

We stayed for almost a week. The last day the Wi-Fi was being updated so I they couldn’t let me rent the room I was in. Instead they comped me for a free room on the other side. Cool manger there. Appreciate it. 👍

Front desk staff was nice, rooms are very outdated. Loud noise all through the night so we could hardly sleep. Sheets had black stains on them and there were only two small pillows.

Everything else was ok, but two issues that lower this rating are as follows;item one :it’s time to replace or flip a very well used lumpy mattress.item two:the neighbors were quite noisy till the early morning hours,too bad the soundproofing was not up to standards.

This hotel needs an upgrade and detailed cleaning. We paid for none smoke room but ended up with smoke room. Furniture in the room was broken and unstable. Bathroom sink was leaking. Pool was dirty trash floating in water and dirt at the bottom.

This is a place where all local heavy smokers go. As soon as you enter the hotel, you will smell cigarrette smoking. Even in your non-smokimg room, you will smell the same through AC. No ventilation, very old facility, and everything is dated. The whole place stinks.

Its a locals place in a sketchy area. But they do their best- im not blaming the hotel. Affordable food, friendly staff, low budget place. I wasn’t in town for fun Vegas stuff, i just needed a room for a few weeks to help out a sick family member, so it worked for me.

My stay at Arizona Charlie's Hotel Casino was a good stay no problems felt safe food was good ,king size beds are Big ,I barely had maid service I slept during the day & I had don't disturb sign on the door the only thing that was not that great was the leaning toilet like a heavy person sat on it at it stayed to one side so I was always on toilet like I was going to fall but my trip to Vegas was Great 👍

The hotel is run down and has its daily regulars. The rooms are dirty the dont clean behind things or under things. The tv is so old you can barley even enjoy a local channel. They have their hidden fees, they give you two small towls to dry off. They dont come and clean the room. Overall never again.

I only stayed one night. The check-in was easy, the room is spacious and the bed was comfortable (but a little dated). The bathroom was spacious and clean except for some hairs in the bath tub. There are a lot of food options around the area. I would recommend this only for travelling adults.

We are locals and we love staying at Arizona Charlie's Decatur for our staycations. We love the affordable prices during the week, this allows for me and my hubby to stay as many time as we do. We stay at least 1-2 times a month.Our only complaint is that all the T.V channels are very staticky.

Poor housekeeping. Housekeeping not come at any day whilewe were there. Ordered Toilet paper didn't get any sooner. Call in morning didn't get until afternoon. Obe I called in morning request for new bath towels and toilet paper, didn't get filled at all for that day. Room around our room turned music so loud til midnight.

This hotel had no service. We had booked 6 rooms for a basketball u 16 for one week . Frombthevatart they refused chkin . Recommended that all q8 youth leave . Made a big deal about name on booking vs who was in what room . Made wvery etempt to be a problem not a solution. There was no path for resolution or escalation to a manager . The only fix was more $$$$. Trully a money grab operation. DONOT go ro this property if you value aervice or selfrespect. I did aemd emails to general manager and managment and never got a respaonce back. And that proceas was impossible to manover . There is no easy way to contact managment or conflit resolution . Again one way street. You can only give money and hope that the unexperianced rude staff will deliver on what you are paying for . So much more to story. But reader you get the point . Be forewarned.... :) ... btw expedia helpline and support was great . 👍

The internet never worked, I even called customer service that they provided and they were not able to connect. Then I on my own figured it out… and it said internet is 1Mb/ps but even when I agreed and connected the internet did not work.. the tv in the room was horrible quality and would make loud static noises. The deadbolt on the door was broken and I was not able to feel safe and lock the door.

Really need to get the smoke odor out of the casino.

I don't do much gambling cuz the machines are pretty tight but the room is nice the food at the little Pub is good A bit on the expensive side but I like it here not too expensive and it's a local Chill Spot that I don't mind going to often.

The customer service was awful. I had to call house keeping several times to adk for towels. I asked the lady cleaning rooms for towels she said I had to call. Still no towels. It wasn't until there was a supervisor checking the rooms and I told him about the towels that I got them 7 hours later. I also could not get an extra coffee pod to make a cup of coffee. The toilet was clogged. Trouble signing in to the wifi. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. My stay was miserable I highly recommend you go somewhere else but here!

The room and amenities in the meadows rooms are great. Nice and clean. The only issue I had was the mattresses was horrible. Flat and holes in it. Very worn out and only 2 pillows for a king bed. Also the ac unit temperature up button did not work so it was very cold or hot in the room. Have to get up and turn on and turn off unit as it gets to cold or hot.

Even though the room was a non-smoking room it still had a smoke smell to it. The king size bed was bent in the sides . The room did not have wash cloths just towels and when I asked the front desk for washcloths they asked for what reason and then brought big towels. The pool hours were from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. like really? in Vegas those hours should at least be until midnight or later.
