Aliante Casino & Hotel

They do have Starbucks in the casseno. Could not get a plastic spoon for the life of me. I usually take my many large meds in apple sauce but I just did the old fashioned way. So bring own plastic spoons. I just loved how genuinely nice the staff is. Every single one of them! Room, shower, pool and hotel just so clean and nice. The security is nice. For a single old lady I was comfortable safe and happy. Janet

Had to wait for my room for about an hour. Even though I came at the right time.

We have had good stays and a few not so good stays. This last stay was May 31 - June 4, 2026 and while the valet staff is always wonderful, the women at the registration desk were at best, okay. Perhaps a superior should inform them that dancing behind the counter -especially while guests are present is inappropriate behaviour. Our first room was located on the 9th floor however, the smell in room 9009 was so bad -Lysol did not help, I asked for another room and we were relocated to the 8th floor, room 8005. The furniture had not been dusted and specs of glitter was on the carpet. I cleaned the furniture with a damp wash cloth myself, never saw anyone from housekeeping and the hallway carpet was also in dire need of a good sweep. The Farm restaurant located in the casino has always been good and the wait staff is prompt and courteous. Might be time to take a serious look at other hotels. Good Luck!

Hotel was nice but the Fridays restaurant is now gone and certain parts were ‘under renovations. You could hear construction noise and perhaps that’s why the price was lowered ($77/night as opposed to the $300+ we paid last time). Still worth the money

The Aliante Casino was a beautiful comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay off the strip and out of the hustle bustle for a couple of nights. We didn't want to get into the tourist part of town as we were in North Las Vegas for a funeral. This casino was perfect for us. We ate at the Italian restaurant which was excellent and the food court. We will definitely stay here again.

Super nice staff!

Great location to get to EDC. clean rooms and pool. Good food in the restaurants. My only complaint is day of arrival they said they over booked our room and switched us to one bed when we reserved a year in advance for 2 beds. They did provide a roll away bed. They did offer incentives for the inconvenience so at least they did make up for it. I would stay again but not for EDC event. Too scared for that to happen again

I booked a suite with two queen beds but when I got there, they gave me a suite with one bed and told me they didn’t have anything else available. :( I’m pretty sure they had something else available. Why am I paying for a room with two beds just to get a room with one bed. Makes no sense I won’t be staying there ever again.

We stayed here for EDC week to be closer to the raceway and avoid the strip traffic. The hotel rooms were nice and clean and the pool was also very nice. The casinos sportsbook is doing some remodeling and the game floor isn't as nice as I thought it would be compared to the rest of the hotel. However, it did have all the table games open all the time with the exception of roulette sometimes being unavailable. There's decent food options inside the casino, the farm was really good ate there at least once a day. It's also in a good location with lots of food spots close by, pharmacy, gas station, etc. I would stay here again!

The property is well-maintained and beautiful. The room was spacious and beds were ok with comfortability. There was a slight issue with our bath tub being dirty but it was quickly resolved. The gym is small but has what you need, no sauna though. Pool is big with poolside service. The only downfall is your 30 mins away from the Las Vegas strip. Some other perks is there is a casino onsite with several good restaurants.

It has always been very clean, and the staff has never once been questionable. They are investing some (what looks like) pretty big bucks on a new "eatery" and a few other areas around the Casino. I look forward to my next visit!

The best amenity at the hotel is the pool area, The hours of the pool operation is 11 AM through 7 PM. Check in time is at 4 PM., if you arrive later, you won’t have time to actually use the pool area at all. Checkout time is at 11 AM., the same time the pool opens. So if you came here to enjoy the pool areas amenities good luck! The hotel is no where near the Las Vegas Strip. No food options open all night at the Casino. Overall very disappointed, I wish I could get refunded!

My family and I always stay here for EDC LV 2026 and it’s so nice and relaxing g place to stay after raving for 3 days.

This property over sold the double queen beds and failed to mention it to us until we were supposed to check in. Never stay or gamble here. No accommodations wha so ever.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by every staff member with a smile and their care persisted throughout our stay! Our room was the perfect size for us, we were in town for EDC and it was perfectly placed from the event. The pool was really nice and relaxing with amazing service as well! There’s gas, food and anything you’d need down the street from the hotel without having to deal with the Strip chaos. Will definitely be back for our next trip to Vegas or EDC!

Staff and property are pretty good. Just has a feeling to it. The restaurants are not good. The casino floor feels sad. Not enough blackjack tables. Pool is nice. And again the staff was nice. Just would try another place.

Dated hotel. Good food at the restaurants, smaller casino with ok pays. House keeper didn’t clean our room once in our 4 day stay and we indicated cleaning every day by the automated door. Did not receive our spa discount. Hotel fees (with all Vegas hotel) is ridiculous.

Our 5 night stay with Aliante Casino and Hotel was so nice, comfortable and relaxing. We gambled, ate, people watched and had a blast! Our room service was very convenient, coffee tasted delicious. We will venture your place again in a few months!

Not sure what the exorbitant "resort fees" were for...just a pool and small workout room and every hotel offers those. No tennis court or golf course, etc. to qualify as a resort. There was a spa but overpriced for massages. I suppose charging more reasonable room rate looks good...but then this fee jacks it up. Its misleading On the positive side, the bellmen, valet and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful,. Check in and out was quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants and a movie theater. So if you dont mind paying a resort fee for nothing. And amenities aren important to you then I recommend the hotel. As for us, this will be our final stay there.

I love this place, stay here every time I go to Las Vegas! I do wish there were breakfast options before 7:00 a.m. and free coffee, but otherwise the dining is good. My one complaint...the machines in the casino were filthy (again), with cigarette ashes and drink residue at almost every poker machine I sat at. Still...this is my place to stay!

Everything at resort either opens too late or closes too early. For example, the pool opens at 11 which is check out time and closes at 7. The gift shop closes at 9, the spa closes at 6. You pay a resort fee but can’t actually use the resort. Long walk across casino to the only parking garage.

We did not receive service in our room, even though they do not disturb sign wasn’t on the door. Always a long wait when you have to check in. Sink was clogged water would not go down.

The room was very clean. The valet was exceptional. If you want to be away from the craziness from downtown Vegas this place is perfect for it. Games were tight and did not win anything and has a sandwich shop that was absolutely terrible. Altogether a very well rounded place to stay.

Next to a casino that’s full of people smoking. So to go to get coffee , you get to inhale fumes and yiu, your hair and clothes smell like smoke the rest of the day. Not good.

We were double-charged on our credit card not an issue we want on vacation and we'll have to handle that when we get back home to our state. The air-conditioning has a control box on the wall, but it does nothing. A very rude Valet with nowhere to park to check-in. There's no coffee maker in the room, so you'll have to drive across the street to the mini-mart or go into the casino to buy one. But the bed was comfortable. Overall, no hospitality or customer service so we won't stay there again.

Everything was good other than went to shower and had nothing but scalding hot water no matter where I put the handle. Was not able to get it fixed before having to leave. Disappointed I had to go the hole day with out getting to clean up.

Decent for staying off the strip. The room had some minor marks on furniture but overall decent shape. Initially thought the bathroom was nice until I discovered a large amount of hair clogging the drain that wasn’t mine when I first went to use the shower.

Room was 2 hours late being ready check in was 4 and didn’t get room until 6 then the pool was closed the whole 3 days of our stay.

The place was nice and clean, but the rooms were a little outdated a lot of scratched up older furniture being used. A lot of dust on under all the class tables and the staff seemed to have a little attitude weren’t really that eager to help.

This was our second stay at the hotel. in LV for the Muscle Car Races over the weekend. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Overall, room was clean and well kept. (Drain in bathroom sink didn't drain well) We'll be back next year.

Aliante is my favorite hotel, however, I was very disappointed with my stay for my birthday. I originally booked and paid for a room with double bed. Upon check-in, Allesandra stated I had a king room and I explained that was incorrect because I had family staying & Allesandra said they changed my reservation to meet their booking needs. I told her that was unacceptable & she didn’t show any concern only offered a roll away bed. The room was not fully clean. There was a red sticky substance on the desk chair. The pool is under construction. Again, I was truly disappointed with this stay and will likely find anther hotel for my staycations.

We requested to have the room cleaned (apparently in Las Vegas you have to ask) but it was never cleaned! We had to stop at the front desk to get fresh towels…… self service, not resort…..get it? The Italian restaurant was good even though they close early. The casino is laid out really nice. Machines are not crowded. Some maintenance guy walked into our room unannounced. There was pot smoking in the room next door to ours at all hours of the day, So much for security…. I think you get the picture. But in my opinion, much of Las Vegas is turning into a money pit. All anyone wants is your money……and they really don’t want to work for it.

Understaffed causing delays at Valet but the valet staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were relatively small. Bathroom small. I wouldn’t recommend if you need a wheelchair or walker. . Property is not disabled friendly.

We enjoyed the casino and left with a little extra cash. It doesn’t smell like an ashtray and is quiet in a pleasant way. I had to take a star away because the pool was under maintenance again and couldn’t be opened early even though Las Vegas was having a heat wave with temps in the mid 90s. We went to Mandalay Bay because they opened their water attractions early. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

This hotel really isn't that old and has some great amenities within the hotel that create a great experience if you are looking for a more relaxed stay without the woeey of being run ovee by a magnitude of people on the strip. There are several reataurants within the hotel, Valet parking, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The walk in shower only rooms are lovely and allow you to have a wonderful vacation experience.In lieu of having a DO NOT DISTURB sign that you put out on your door, the hotel has Privacy buttons that you click in order to be uninterrupted. I wish we would've been told that upon arrival; however, after being awaken for 3 days straight, we were informed of the feature by the Bellman through conversation with him about our stay. Aside from that, we had a pleasant experience.

The room we were staying in, had a clogged bathroom sink and a dirty bathroom floor with hair all over it. The carpet by the beds had pretzel crumbs on the side.

It was disappointing that the pool wasn't open. It's 99 degrees and I would have hope they could have opened it a few week early. My only complaint.

Very disappointed at housekeeping. Called for service and the only changed one bed. No new towels second bed left unmade room not cleaned up. Very poor service.

There is not a coffee maker in the room. Small thing, but I do not want to go to the casino first thing in the morning for coffee. Also, there are very few channels on the TV, and the HDMI port did not work. The bed was not the most comfortable. The hotel is clean and convenient.

My room has a broken refrigerator. There was no longer in the ice bucket, so I couldn't even have ice. The good I ordered from the farm restaurant for room service was incredible. I literally threw it in the garbage. Additionally, the cocktail servers we encountered in the casino were rude and wouldn't bring us more than one drink in MANY hours, seemingly deliberately ignoring us. All of the hotel employees were really nice, however.

Room was spotless. There were some hiccups with my reservation and Nalani went out of her way to figure it out for me and got us in a room.

I pre booked two queens and when I got there they had given my room away and gave me a king. I had 4 people and one had to sleep on the floor. No manager to talk to and the front desk was very dismissive with my concerns.

Lowest marks for: - Daily “resort fee” for nothing since the pool and jacuzzi were closed - Room cleaning very minimal with no notice to guests - Did I mention that the outdoor jacuzzi was “closed for the season”? It was winter in Vegas when the low temperature at night is 45 degrees. That’s when snowbirds like me enjoy the jacuzzi. Why would you get into a 100 degree jacuzzi when it’s 100 degrees outside?

This hotel was very nice. The check-in at 4:00 went smoothly. The front desk clerk was kind enough to offer us a choice of shower or bath as their tubs are very deep and I use a cane. The bellhops were friendly and helpfully answered our questions regarding the area. The hotel property was very clean including the rooms. TV choices were limited but we could use our Netflix account. Would like for the “Farm” restaurant to have extended hours-maybe til midnight?

Hotel was great, however the atm at the casino did not work for us. A suggestion to get Atm that recognizes international account for guests that are international.

It was great but we requested 2 accessible rooms near each other and we had to relinquish 1 and swap for a regular room in order to be near each other. I thought that was unreasonable 😕

The staff was great however, the room was not. The room was not clean and the beds were horrible. I made it work because I was only staying one night thank God. I spent most of my time at the Casino and I don’t even gamble because I did not want to go to my room and I checked out early to get out of there.

Got to the room and the bathroom was in pretty bad shape. We almost asked for another room but we had an appointment to be to. Dirty cups behind toilet. Pubic hair on the toilet seat and sink. Disgusting. Last time we loved the Alliante. This time I’m afraid you lost us for good.

Here for a quick anniversary staycation. The room was clean, comfortable, and nice. Wish they would have offered an upgraded room for our anniversary. Parking near the hotel side is VERY limited. You are forced to use valet or walk a fare distance. The restaurants in the casino are limited and could use an upgrade. There are also not any restaurant options around the hotel either. Expect to drive about 10-20in, depending on what you’re looking for. Check in was fast and the staff was nice. The casino area is cool, but the machines are tighter than most. Expect to lose, lol. We budgeted $100. After spending $60 and not winning anything. We left. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

It was not clean to my satisfaction. Not unusable by any means just obvious signs of minimal cleaning. Not bad enough that I couldn’t sleep there but definitely not a place I will choose to go back to if I have alternatives.

While the hot tub was frustratingly closed, this is more about Expedia than the hotel. Expedia promised no surprises at checkin - that the room rate they charged included all fees. Yet at check in we were charged over $260 ($100 of which was refundable) in hotel fees. Surprise! Knowing the tricks of Las Vegas hotels, I booked specifically through Expedia because of the promised (no surprises) rate. Not happy with Expedia.

One of the beds wasn't made properly and had a stained sheet. We were disgusted and also had to have new sheets sent up and we had to make the bed ourselves.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! We had confirmed reservations, but Aliante still turned us away in the middle of the night. We were traveling with our child! I'm still waiting to get my money back since the hotel was paid for!

I wasn't aware the hotel offered free breakfast. The farm restaurant was below expectation especially because of the wait time, I thought the food was going to be great. It turned out it was shortage of available staff. The food was no better than Denny's

Shower was a nightmare. Too deep. My 31 yr old son had a hard time using it. I couldn't use it at all, so couldn't take a shower for the entire weekend. Spoiled the weekend for us. I don’t need an accessible shower, but this one was terrible.

The staff throughout Aliante were terrific. The Farm and The Salted Lime had great food at a reasonable price. The staff were also great!

It was a great room except our shower never got hot water the best we got was lukewarm no matter what we did and let it run for over 10 minutes.

this casino and spa and hotel were fantastic a little farther from the strip than I was realizing, but there's plenty of food options from tacos to American breakfast to an awesome Italian joint. bartenders are amazing. Rooms were clean still an amazing experience ofF the strip.

The staff was very friendly at the front desk area. Room was ok. A bit beat up. Door to the mini fridge was not secure and mini fridge was standing on 2 2x4s. AC would turn off in the middle of the night and we would wake up sweating. Parking lot was a little small for the amount of cars and an entire lot side was being taken up by valet parking even though no one was really using it. So after a long day of hiking Red Rock, we had to park on garage and walk through the Casino.

Stayed here for a family event in the N Las Vegas area. Staff were helpful and responsive of we needed anything. The lobby often smelled like smoke coming over from the casino. Beds uncomfortable. Disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed for the season and then there is no indoor pool. My husband used the fitness room and said that the TVs are awkwardly placed relative to the machines. I thought this was pretty expensive for what it was and I would not stay here again.

My visit to the Spa was amazing! I had a really nice time with the ladies in there. They made sure I looked great for the wedding I attended. My only complaint, please make sure your Housekeeping staff doesn’t continue to knock on doors that have late check outs. I ended up vacating the room hours before I wanted to because they knocked on my door several times (11 am, 11:30am and again at 11:45am). So that was disappointing that I couldn’t enjoy my late check out.

The Hotel seemed very quiet the Casino was too smokey the restaurants were not great and the food court was horrible I will not return

I stayed here for 8 day vacation and i loved it only downsides were that its a bit far from the vegas strip i had to drive about 25 minutes to and from every time and parking does get a bit full certain hours of the day but otherwise the hotel itself was amazing inside and out highly recommend

The resort fee yields nothing. There isn’t much to do and the only leisure activities are movies or gambling, which are paid. I felt ripped off with the resort fee. The room doesn’t have a coffee machine, and there is not a plastic bag supplied to protect the interior of the ice bucket when filling ice. Decent stay overall but the resort fees must go!

Room was clean. Check in was fast. Bed was very comfortable.

On the first night, our headboard had an electrical fire in it (small). I turned out all the power and it went out on it’s own. I called the desk numerous times and no one answered the phone. I went down to the desk, told them what was going on and she said she was going to send someone up to our room. About 30 minutes later someone came up and cut the wires so it wouldn’t reignite. They never offered to switch our room. Our room had a light smoke smell for about 24 hours. I know things happen, I would stay here again, but the staff isn’t as amazing as they could be.

I think the only complaint was the bathtub. We are just your average height and it was a bit of a struggle to get over the bathtub into the shower.

We will return for next years golf tournament if not sooner.

Next comes my Check in and the front office: Jacob was friendly, professional and kindly gave me late check out which worked out perfect for my flight. Denise was awesome as well she checked in my sister. She got her the same floor with me and late check out. Five Star Service! Everyone in the hotel was friendly and greeted me when I walked by. I had a great stay and wouldn’t mind coming back all from the service I received. I liked my room. I was on the 3rd floor even number rooms face the roof, I didn’t like that but I loved the corner room. Bathroom sink had a slow drain. Housekeeping just replaced my towels and nothing else.

We always stay here when we visit Las Vegas. It is a family friendly casino and the staff is amazing. Although the rooms are starting to show their age and freebies are no longer found in the rooms, it is still our go-to spot.

I like the decor in the lobby and the paintings throughout the building. I did not like the fact that when I was at the pool area before even getting in the pool one of the managers came over to me and said that I could not use my floaty. I was upset about that because prior to the traveling I did call and ask and I was told it was okay. She was kind enough to accommodate me for the inconvenience. Housekeeping with daily but I did not like that the rooms did not provide blankets for the bed.

At least have a main room near the lobby with coffee and a microwave available. I tried to reheat half of my sandwich (the next day) that I purchased at the food court but couldn’t find one annywhere. Even the food establishment I purchased it from wouldn’t let me reheat my sandwich. My transportation to the airport was at 05:30am. You can’t get any coffee anywhere in the hotel/casino until 6 am and that’s at the Starbucks. Coffee that early would have been nice. Small amenities like these would have convinced me to return to your hotel but I don’t think I ever will. Thank you.

Staff was amazing

I was surprised that the front desk staff did not tell me about the spa. If you want people to use the spa, you need to do some upfront marketing for it. Give the people a spa pamphlet about what is available and pricing. I had to ask about it and I got no literature from front desk about it. Plus the TV had no free viewing options. Also, the front desk failed to tell me that the key card makes elevators work. Assuming that people know that is a mistake. Overall, it was a great stay.

I think is the best hotel that I have stayed in. The service was excellent and it was impeccably clean plus loved the free valet parking. The only drawback was the pool closes at 7 pm.

Excellent stay, but $3.00 water bottle at room was too expensive, even it was a nice water. Some hotels offer a free bottle of water.

Great spot for veterans

The restaurants and food was beyond my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hottub. This will be added to my list of the best places to stay when visiting las vegas. It is nowhere near the strip and that's okay with me.

It is in a nice location but miles frim the strip. The bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was nice but very small. We had no hot water for shower. Nice casino with food court and some good restaurants. No coffee in rooms or even close by. My opinion is I would find a different place to stay. I've certainly stayed in worse but not for me.

If you're looking for a more relaxing, and away from all the Vegas strip scenes. This is your place.

The cleaning people knocked 1 time and that was it that is perfect. I knew I had to check out at 11 no need for people to be knocking multiple times. Thank you it makes the morning smooth.

For the price... it is a little crazy that check-in isn't until 4p, and from previous experience I know they charge you extra for early check-in. Pool gets overcrowded because it is available (for cheap) to the public. Staff at reception was AWESOME, and kept it simple when checking-in. Outside valet staff, though I didn't use the service, was friendly to everyone coming in and out. Overall, the hotel was clean which is always a GREAT thing. I probably will only stay there (in the future) when I have enough Hotels.com points to knockdown the crazy price, but it is still a nice hotel at the northern peak of Vegas.

On a positive note, Melanie, the barista, was fantastic and truly saved the hotel's reputation. Starbucks clearly knows how to deliver great customer service, and they could teach the hotel staff a thing or two. Overall, it was disheartened. My husband had a business trip, and we joined him, covering the cost of our own room. While I try to avoid regrets, I can’t help but wish we had chosen a different place to stay.

The hotel lobby is very clean and smells amazing. Both car valet drivers I interacted with were very pleasant. After our first night, we pressed the “service” button by the front door and left our room with our used towels on the floor expecting to have our room made up and new towels replenished. After returning to the room late that evening, neither were done. At 4:00 am that next early morning, found out the water in the hotel was non existent. Had a funeral to attend and family obligations and was unable to shower and had to brush my teeth in the casino bathroom. Very upset.

The stay was disappointing due to their being no water in the hotel the morning of checkout. Also my room was not made even though I had requested it to be done.

The hotel was wonderful, the pool was awesome! The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The only issue was really with Hotel.com. They scammed me. Hotels.com charged me $200.00 that included a resort fee of $40.00. However when I arrived at the hotel, I was charge and additional resort fee of $140.00. Making my stay $340. Much higher then had I just booked the room through aliente hotel itself. My complaint to Aliente... if you know hotels.com is ripping customers off, don't allow reservations for your hotel through hotels.com or any other site that you know is scamming your customers.

Staff was great, property policy regarding the pool was not excusable as far as we could tell. We chose this stay largely for the nice pool, which apparently closes at 7pm... NEVER heard this before. Could not even touch the water and it was 110 degrees that day. Asked about it as we checked in and got half hearted sorry bout that. If you are going to have such a policy outside of normal, it should be stated clearly...otherwise you will probably end up with unhappy vacationers who write about it afterwards in your reviews.

Be careful leaving any valuable items. We had a voucher with some money on it that we won from the slot machine downstairs and left it on top of our dresser. Housekeeping came by while we were out and when we came back - the voucher was gone. We filed a police report and let management know. It was super disappointing to have this happen on our trip. Because of this, I would not recommend this hotel. I have traveled to Vegas many times and stayed at places along the strip and have never had anything taken out of our rooms. This was the first time we decided to stay off the strip. Be careful and do not leave anything of value in your room.

The only massive drawback is the lack of housekeeping. They claim to do it every other day, yet, we had a 3 night stay and our beds never got made and yes, they took out trash and brought new towels daily, but there’s something that doesn’t sit right when you’re paying over $40 in resort fees and they can’t make your bed daily.

Reserved 2 queens. Checkin gave us 1 bed with rollaway. Said didn't have 2 queens. Overbooked. They sold from under us. Took > 20 min asking for our room. They finally gave us theroom. Said they would waive resort fee I was charged resort fee at checkout!
