I am handicap and had to climb the stairs and I hurt myself and had to miss work. The sheets and towels were very spotty and dirty. It’s never been this bad. I won’t be going back I’m disappointed

Room 137 smelled like a wet dog all night, the sheets smelled like mold and it was uncomfortable especially with it being a non smoking room i expected it to be cleaner. Thats horrible & i will not ever book with them again.

The location is good and they allow pets. One of the 2 beds was killing my back. Other than that no complaints.

The overall property was clean on the outside and looked clean on the inside though there were roaches found in the cabinets, the white towels had what looked like oil stains on each and every last one of them. Also, the bathroom walls, ESPECIALLY the ceiling was fully covered in mold. The staff was very rude and mean especially the lady owner. They are all about money and zero about customer service.

Parking is scarce and my microwave and top sheet was definitely run down. towels were gross went and purchased my own. Other than that quiet. Everything worked fine other than those items

Location is great. Stayed for 4 nights and given one wash cloth , hand towel, and dry towel. Booked smoking room in error. Emailed the location to inquire about a switch to non smoking. Someone from the facility replied that all Motel 6 locations are non smoking, which was incorrect. If I had not been told that, I would've canceled the booking.

I didn’t stay as they had given my room to someone else claiming they had contacted me. I drove 5 hours to get there and when I arrived they said my room had been taken as they give the rooms away as needed The booking did not matter and I had to find another hotel to stay at bad service not ever going back

Nasty place. Bugs everywhere. Would not recommend to stay here. Tried to get a refund but was denied.

Parking lot was always full, room was filthy and had roches.

The kitchen was not equiped for cooking, the room was atleast clean, some what. I think to improve the room should atleast have a ironing board, laundry bags like other motels , and pots and pants for cooking if your gonna have a srove.

Whenever i needed an extra towel, or out of toiletries they were provided... i stayed for a longer time, than average, the prices on Expedia assisted in my longer stay. The desk staff was always pleasant and willing to help or answer any questions. I woild recommend and most definitely stay there again

This hotel was nice for our 4 day stay in Texas. We had a room with a kitchenette, it was very spacious and allowed for our small children to be busy. One burner on the stove didn’t work so we had to cook in batches. It’s near many stores and amenities with easy access to major roadways. Over all a nice place to stay and not have to eat out each meal.

Was a stopover on my way home. Check in was good and staff was friendly. Room was clean and smell free. Despite being next to the highway it was quiet enough especially from other guests. Good value.

My room key stopped working and when I went to get a new key the room was under someone else's name.. I paid for a week. I showed the reservation with it being under my name. They still would not give me another key. There was no resolve.. huge inconvenience. I managed to get the key working but I couldn't leave the room. I have no idea how the room was under someones else's name (Armando). Makes no sense. I will never go back. The willingness to not help was disappointimg. They made a mistake end didn't have a resolution.

The room was very clean, the hotel was quiet, parking was great, front desk was friendly. The bed was comfortable although we did bring our own pillows. We also brought our own coffee pot because I noticed in the pictures there was a microwave, fridge but no coffee pot so, it was a very nice stay. Kudos to the cleaning staff

I will not be back at this location. I was charged $57.59 for Holiday fee and was charged $20 which was a discount from $60 for upgrade fee. My reservation was for 1 room 2 Queen size beds. I was totally robbed and im very much dissatisfied with the front desk staff.

It was a good place to stay the two bed deluxe suite was nice and roomy.

The Ice maker doesn't work, nor doea the Vending machines! No one seem to care. The blankets are super thin! When asked for another one all I received where sheets!

There was all kinds of activity that was suspicious. A person slept in his car outside my room. There’s no perimeter check for safety sake and all rooms have a smell of tobacco.

Well maintained. I appreciate how well the staff takes pride in taking care of the property. Clean towels, and a made bed almost daily was awesome.

The whole “vibe” was just unsettling. I feel it was more of an apartment building than a Motel. Too many people in and out for no reason. Just didn’t seem right to me.

I was pleasantly surprised. We stopped here because it was across from where we had to many drinks. lol I was expecting it to be dirty and not comfortable but it was a good stay.

Check in terrible. They have closed off the lobby since this apparently not a good neighborhood. You have to talk through a window on the outside, but the highway is right behind you. If they aren’t yelling you can’t hear anything they say. I had prepaid my room yet they kept denying this. I showed them the receipt and it took roughly ten minutes to get someone who understood the system. Room was clean and perfectly acceptable for a motel 6
