Comfortable beds, well equipped room, quiet and nice breakfast. Staff very friendly

The room smelled like smoke and it was a “smoke free” room. I told the front desk. They did nothing to resolve the concern. The toilet did not flush, so I had to use it several times with unclean water. The television did not work. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00, but it started at 6:30. I spoke with workers, including a shift manager, five times and did not get anything resolved. They said because I booked through a third party, the only person that could do something was the property manager. He was not on site each time I called and came to the front desk. Sleep Inn is attached to this hotel. I will never stay at either place again.

They act like they couldn’t find my reservation with you guys. And did not give me the room I asked for which was a queen suite. They said what I paid with you guys was a regular 2 beds and that is not what I asked for. So I had to get another hotel and Mainstay held 600 on my money for a week. Never again will I stay there!!

The hotel ended up being a decent stay. We got there saturday morning so there was only one front desk receptionist. It took a bit long to get checked in like 35 minutes. The room was clean nothing crazy. If youre just looking for a bed to crash then its not bad. Price was good for this room also. Left sunday morning no problem.

When I arrived the property were two hotels in one. I checked in with no problem but when I went into my room, there were some many issues. I had 15 issues with this thing wrong in my room and they didn’t do anything to help the situation better.

Over all when I told him about the juice. He was very kind and fixed it. They were very polite. Customer service was great the only disappointment was the breakfast. There wasn’t much to choose from. The yogurt tasted old. Like I said the breakfast was the only thing that was very disappointing. I think there should be a staff that should prepare breakfast and effort should be put into preparing the breakfast because you can tell that they didn’t really care about that part.

Attendant at front desk made us pay 20$ extra because he said we didn't state on the reservation how many people would be staying...I booked a room with an extra bed that slept up to six people....there was exactly six people 😡

Requested to move our room from the top floor on backside of hotel overlooking the pool. However, the view also overlooked a truckyard which wasn’t great. We immediately requested another room, and stayed on the 1st floor. It was conveniently located to all amenities, which was pleasing. They may want to grow tall trees to block the unpleasing view of the truck yard.

The housekeeping was bad. Didn't have towels. Just had towels for the first noght but it wasn't enough for everyone in my room. Had to go out and buy my own towels for the rest of my. Nice place bad service.

Need to have better communication with guest there was a couple in front of us when we were checking in that was very dissatisfied. Best place to stay for tournaments with kids. Aleays an easy check in and check out. Breakfast is pretty good. We have alreasy stayed at this location twice and will be staying again.

I went to relax and it was just what I needed. The service was very accommodating. The other people that were in the hotel at the same time seemed to enjoy themselves as well. I am sure I will go back again.

Booked room for 5 people for 7 nights. Had trouble getting extra towels, room only had 2 towels at check in. Eventually just skipped front desk and asked cleaning lady. Other than that our room was always clean good size refrigerator, stove was tiny.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast: molded bagels & already opened individual cream cheese packets. Room: Staff did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows for the pullout sofa. When staff was called for these items, not only did they have nothing but a single blanket, they asked us to retrieve the blanket. The pull out sofa bed was stained. Housekeeping did not change our bathroom trash, which was full. They did not replace any towels but took the towels and had the nerve to put a $50 hold on my card just in case I took the towels. I had to clean the scum off of the shower head myself. The room took an entire day to get to a decent temperature. Long story short, I am grateful to only have.needed one evening there.

N/A The place had bed bugs, the bedding dirty and the staff had a bad attitude about the whole situation. I ended up not staying there and am waiting for my refund. I took pictures of the bed bugs and show them to the front desk attendant to which she replied, can I go see. When she got to the room she said oh that's just powder I don't thinks its bed bugs. And then she offered a discount on the room. No ma'am, I said I could not stay and she offered a full refund. Horrible, the floors are stained and the place is not up to par.

If I had known that this was a policy of the hotel, I would have brought my own bedding for it.

The waffles were ok. Everything else was ok. The eggs were not great. Maybe a better option for eggs. And more fruit choices.

Right off the interstate made it easy access, but it also means you will have the noise from traffic non-stop. I felt very safe. Lots of security cameras. The AC in my room worked very well, which was a blessing because the weekend I stayed there was extremely humid and warm. The office chair was missing from my desk for some reason, but I made do using the coffee table to do my work at. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very spacious for just a standard room. The full kitchenette was a bonus. My only criticism is housekeeping needs to scrub some of the walls (there was residue from past occupants possibly spilling drinks or splashing while cooking) and the tv remote was sticky/oily.

The place overall was great! However, the tub was dirty, they ran out of towels, and the water pressure was low. Otherwise, breakfast is hot every morning for 4 hours, the Hotel is fairly clean, law enforcement is active, and the staff is pretty friendly. For the price, you really can’t beat it!

Perfect location for the occasion The couch that can be used as an extra bed was filthy. The mattress was very dirty, smelly, and had trash where it hadn’t been cleaned.

I loved that I was on the first floor. But I was close to the pool and the first night I was there. There was a family that decided to go swimming in the cold weather and cold pool.

I enjoy the breakfast and the cleanliness, but it smelled like weed throughout the hotel. I was downgraded from a suite with a kitchen to a double queen room. Which was my least favorite part.

They were very rude didn’t want to give me my deposit back saying it smelled like smoke and I don’t even smoke! My kids were literally in the room! Why would I allow smoking to be allowed when they are just kids I will never stay at this hotel and I DONT recommend it to anyone!

I was not pleased with the front desk employee's additude and the breakfast foods were not available to the guests in a timely manner.

Had a reservation a week in and advance and upon arrival, my room was not ready. Had to wait about 30 minutes while they rushed to get one ready. Cleaness of the lobby was disattisfing, there were dryed spills all over.

The card to my room kept on not working had to get it programmed all the time! I stayed due to last minute travel for work. It smelled very bad in the halls and room I stayed in like weed and cigarettes. Liked the staff, they were friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing, the bathroom vanity lights did not work. The light did not work for one nightstand (I swapped the bulb from the wall lamp). The wall lamp did not have a shade. The water pressure for the bathroom sink was very low.

Pool was closed ( seasonally ) . Breakfast included was basically a waste of waking up, staff complaining that they didnt have anything to cook but would be better tomorrow. Which didnt get better. Soggy questionable Eggs that we recooked in our room and some sausge, cherrios with no way extract and milk that had been moved into a pitcher with no date . Coffee machine was water not coffee. Should be listed as a 1 star hotel with no accommodations. If it was just a standalone room would be fine but needed a location that provides what is listed to be included with the stay with at atleast a C grade of delivery.

Pool was closed ( seasonally ) . Breakfast included was basically a waste of waking up, staff complaining that they didnt have anything to cook but would be better tomorrow. Which didnt get better. Soggy questionable Eggs that we recooked in our room and some sausge, cherrios with no way extract and milk that had been moved into a pitcher with no date . Coffee machine was water not coffee. Should be listed as a 1 star hotel with no accommodations. If it was just a standalone room would be fine but needed a location that provides what is listed to be included with the stay with at atleast a C grade of delivery.

They stay was very uncomfortable. The room I reserved was not available they just gave me a different room. I was promised to get a new room once other rooms were cleaned after checked out. My family was crammed and not able to enjoy the room. Later in the evening they gave a roll away bed and apologized. No refund or discounts given.

Stayed Saturday night in a 2 queen bed suite. Immediately upon entering our room it smelled like a locker room and was very hot. Not inviting at all when all you want to do is get in and rest after a long trip. We had a party of 5 and only had 2 sets of towels in the restroom. We asked for extra towels and were told we had to take down the towels we used to get another set and repeat if we needed more. Ridiculous since we reserved a party of 5!! TV remote didn’t work. Told front desk and were told we had to make sure the cube was hanging in front of the TV screen or the tv would not work. The beds were very dirty too. Under the blankets, sheets and mattress topper were very dirty mattresses that hadn’t been cleaned ever. The dirty mattresses are well hidden under all the padding. We didn’t notice the mattress till the next morning as we were packing up or would have asked for another room. Checking out we were asked why we didn’t say anything about the room and we told the guy we did but they never offered to correct the problem’s. We woke up late so we didn’t try the breakfast. They have a sign in the restroom saying if you forgot essential toiletry items to ask for them at front desk but after the awful service we had already received, opted to buy what we needed from Walmart instead including Lysol and febreeze.Avoid this hotel if you want a clean friendly stay. The property is fairly new so for now it seems to be in good condition. What we booked is not what we received, and we were sent to a dirty room first and had to wait for them to find a clean room before we could fully check in. Staff was not mean or unprofessional, but not great either. Not somewhere I will stay again.

No extra towels or sheets provide for guest of 6 in room. Breakfast was suppose to be open until 10:00 am it was put away early at 9:00am. Hotel elevator smelled like pot or some type of substance. Dishwasher not working error 004 maid service should have reported.

I reversed my room about a month in advance. The day of the arrival I called staff to notify I was arriving at midnight I was assured that would be no problem. To my surprise when I arrived they didn’t have a room available. The night staff were very kind and trying to accommodate us. I over heard the rooms they had were dirty so we weren’t able to stay. My cousin had her reservation canceled the very next day as well.

The hotel wasn’t bad if you don’t mind waiting to get your room it took them an hour after the check in time to give us ours the front desk had to clean the room them self's so it seems like they are short staffed we had a double queen bedroom with sofa bed that comes with no bedding or sheets,and I would suggest taking your own towels if you need more than 2 regular size ones,and breakfast is ok

The room could have been cleaner. Dirty kitchen towel in a drawer and bathroom did not smell like it had been cleaned. Mold in grout in bathtub. Staff very friendly breakfast was good.

Most was great but I got a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed. Sofa had no bedding I asked for bedding total of 3 times for a 2 night stay and was never able to receive any bedding was all 3 times it would be taken care of. Also ask for the room to be cleaned and that never happened. So service was the very bad.

The check in lady Valerie was very nice. I got to my room and it was still dirty. Had to clean up all over again. Sticky stuff on the tables, trash on floor, food resudue on the fridge, had to go downstairs and take my own towels to get more and had to wait on those. No water pressure in the shower, and worst of all, Isaw a roach. I do not understand how a 2019 building can be so filty so soon. I will NOT be back to this hotel again.

I was extremely dissatisfied the pool maintenance was being done on a weekend and at day time; my plans to enjoy the pool with my kids on our vacation was ruined! I chose the hotel for this amenity and it ruined our schedule for the day, stuck in the hotel room! Very unpleased.

Check in process was very easy and the front desk lady was very nice. Same with checkout. Elevator was acting up so we had to take the stairs a few times. A family was having a cookout and birthday party at the pool and basically took up the pool with just them alone. We finally just decided to go anyways. The pool water was cloudy and there were no pool towels despite having a place for towels. I dried off as much as I could and went inside and asked the lady at the desk for the towels but there weren't any. I think she was working by herself because she was running all over the place. Meanwhile while I was waiting for towels the family at the pool started arguing and screaming at each other. So I told the lady just give me any towels and ran outside and made my kids get out of the pool. They kept on and on yelling back and forth at each other so we just went back inside. In the morning I went down stairs for breakfast only to find there were no eggs at all no batter for waffles. Only hash browns, sausage, dry cereal, and bagels. There was apple juice and water to choose from and that's it. The hallways smelled of weed. I had to ask for the extra linens for the sofa bed which are usually kept in the rooms. There were 2 towels for 4 people! The ice maker in our fridge didn't work hand the ice machine on our floor was out of order. Overall the room was clean and quiet and they have a security guard. I don't plan on staying here again. Definitely not worth what I paid!

It was a nice location and a nice setup in the suite however at no point during the 48 hours that my husband and I was there that we receive a hot shower or any hot water for that matter.they share a building with the sleep inn and my experience at that location was much much better.

I didn’t like the fact that we had no hot water our entire stay. When the staff was notified nothing was done and no record was made of our request. We did not have wash rags upon arrival, no coffee was provided in the room, and again no hot water. Choice Hotel Customer Support did not help with our lack of hot water either. They told me they could not provide a discounted price because we booked through Expedia. This hotel reservation withdrew the nightly rate prior to our stay and then placed a hold for the full amount plus incidentals upon arrival. So we had double the amount holding. I could go on.....
