Unfortunately not what I had expected after viewing on Expedia. The rooms and buildings are very dated, I found dead insects in room, numerous cigarette holes in bed linens, and thin walls. Frankly it was a seedy place!

How discusting it is. How was a diabetic syringe needle hanging out the wall? It had been painted forever. The mildew smell, the floors were horrible, not mocked, it was just an absolutely horrible stay. would not stay there again even though I will be back to Carolina.

The Television and the shower is the only thing good there There was no peace hard walking loud music it was terrible I tried to switch rooms they would not let me they said they was going to call the room I reported and nothing changed I had to stay up all night

Great location. Rate was reasonable. Checkin/checkout was easy. Heater kept Temperature comfortable. Small uncomfortable pillows, hard to get comfortable sleeping. Comforter had cigarette burn marks. Water pressure in shower was weak.

Rooms need updating a d electrical outlets should ALL be in working order. Checking and preventative maintenance should be paramount. Remove the pool from site as it's been cemented over. Noisy A/C units too.

Relatively quiet and comfortable Very dirty. Air coming through the door when shut and locked. Bathroom disgusting. Hair from previous guests all over tub and floor. Dust 1/4” thick on light stands, breakfast bar only had stale bread and muffin, phone chargers next to bed didn’t work and one of the plugs had melted and didn’t work, was scared to try it.

Bed was not comfortable and linen needed to be updated. They took flat pillows and folded them in half and put pillow cases on them, not comfortable at all.

The location was perfect for me. And the breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. My room was very clean and nice. I couldn't have asked for a better room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was okay. It was clean and the shower had good pressure. Room opens to parking lot and it was noisy with other guests and cars. Neighbouring guest was out front smoking weed all the time and it kept wafting into our room through large gaps in our door. Very small pillows were not comfortable. Also had to unplug the bar fridge as it made a loud humming noise.

From the moment I walked in, the property looked run-down and poorly maintained. The front desk staff seemed disinterested and rushed through check-in without any real greeting or assistance. When I got to my room, things went from bad to worse: the room smelled musty and stale, the bedding looked unwashed, and there were visible stains on the carpet and furniture. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition — dirty toilet, hair in the sink, and questionable grime in the shower. I didn’t feel safe, comfortable, or even clean in that room. After trying (and failing) to speak with staff about my concerns, I made the decision to leave immediately and booked a room at an IHG hotel in Richburg just down the road. The difference was night and day — clean, modern, welcoming, and everything the Quality Inn should have been. Save yourself the headache and skip this place. Not worth the money, the frustration, or the stress.

There was a two inch gap under the door that let heat and bugs in. I had to put towels down. They also had no extra pillows.

Our stay was very nice. We needed an accessible room and the bathroom was very large and good to get around in. We wished that the breakfast was available until 10:00.

The lady running the front desk did not no know what she was doing she asked my name like 10 times everytime she had to enter something in the computer. It took us forever to get checked in, there was a line behind us due to here being so slow and having to call people to know what to do when she was doing a simple check in. Checking out was great because it was a different people and she was super sweet!

I called the front desk at 10:15 and asked them to please stop the noise and it just got louder after I complained. everything was fine. The bed was cozy. the only complaint I have is there was a lot of noise outside the hotel I think a bunch of workers were all staying there and got together plus it was New Year's Eve.

We moved to the Quality Inn after a terrible night at the Super 8 by Wyndham across the street. The clerk at check in was nice, the room was clean and pretty up to date.

Unfortunately, a chair in our room was in a damaged condition. It was ripped underneath and hanging down. This was visible. The inner window curtain rod was broken and hanging off the top of the window frame. The drawer in one of the night tables could have been cleaner, I wiped up some particles from the inner drawer and the lamps. The bathtub was very dingy and I did not want to shower in it. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper. It looked like it was damaged and a metal stick was sticking up the middle of the drain hole. I think this facility needs updating.

The room immediately smelled of cigarette smoke upon entry, there were cigarette ashes on the lamp beside the bed, stains on the chair, curtains and walls, there was a splatter that was either red wine or blood on the wall near restroom, the AC squeaked constantly, and there were several bugs in the room due to a crack in the door that you could see through to the outside. The staff, at the front desk seemed to be unbothered and didn't care about my complaints either. She was courteous but not warm or pleasant. No receipt was offered for my checkout. I can only hope I won't be charged for something additional. Totally wish I could get a refund but I'm aware that's a slim slim chance. I will never stay here again or perhaps any other hotel owned by this company. Don't waste your money.

We requested a non-smoking room, however our room smelled like smoke and was very musty. We didn’t even stay the second night but of course were charged. The mattress was lined with plastic making it too hot and sticky to sleep. It was very uncomfortable. Will not be staying here ever again.

We were next to the stairs which resulted in some noise issues as other guests arrived. AC unit was loud and beds were uncomfortable. The room was very damp and we noted 2 live cockroaches. Would not recommend.

I do a good bit of traveling… the lady who greeted us was fairly nice, but the rooms smelled strange and smoky… nonsmoking room, comforter on bed had cigarette burn holes… only chai in the room had stains all over… stains on floor… bed was somewhat comfortable, but do not recommend.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. In my room, the curtains were pulled off the wall on one end and would not close. The floors were hard laminate. This is an upgrade from my last stay here a few years ago. This is one of the only hotels in the area. And it appears to be almost full every night. But it is not "Quality".

We stayed in this hotel approximately 14 years ago while in Lancaster for a funeral. The same is applicable for this stay. We did notice that they have updated since our last stay - vinyl plank flooring instead of carpet is always a plus. It also appears that the furniture has been replaced. However, the heat/ac is terribly noisy and the pillows are atrocious!!!!

We had to get up during the night and open the door just to let some of the stifling air out. It was so hot it was hard to breathe. Also, the toilet rocked like a rocking chair. Her response was, "Yeah, okay." She clearly had no intention of telling anyone in maintenance about it. Lancaster doesn't have much choice in hotels, but I'm tempted to forego the convenience of being close in order to be able to rest. Fort Lawn, Monroe, and Rock Hill aren't that far away. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were like rocks. We were deeply disappointed.

Had to ask for a replacement iron because the one in the room was broken. Not bad for what we needed, but could have been better.

The free hot breakfast this year was very sad compared to last year. This trip the only option I had was a waffle and cereal. I remember having a larger choice last year and the juice machine had not juice and the overflow drain was overflowing as guests were pouring the cups of water into it as there was not other option. All in all I will probably choose another establishment on my next trip in the area

The "pillows" were not traditional bed pillows, but rather HALF pillows. When we asked for more, there were none. Did not sleep. The only saving grace for this establishment was that it was convenient to our destination.

Fridge didn’t work and smelled moldy. Chair in hotel had stains all over it. Cable TV didn’t work at all, bad reception. Shower handle wasn’t tight. Toilet got clogged. Wasn’t replenished with new towels. Looks better on Expedia than it really is. Disappointing and won’t stay here again. Too expensive for the low quality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior of the room is slightly dated but comfortable. The exterior and parking area were very clean and well lit.

We've stayed here before, but this time we were rather disappointed. Room smelled awful, heat was turned up so high you could barely breathe. Was late when we arrived and we were not in a handicapped room as requested. Had to wait to be moved. It was after midnight and we just stayed anyway. Have one more trip booked there since there isn't much choice in this town. If it isn't better next weekend, we'll just stay in another town next time.

Great friendly staff, room was clean, no pool but quiet, air conditioner worked well. Over all good stay. Did ok on breaskfast, not much to choose from.

After bringing this to the attention of the front desk clerk, they produced a can of spray to mask the smell, and then grudgingly agreed to show us another room after it did not satisfactorily solve the problem. The second room was not much better and only had 2 small beds so we decided to stay in the original room. The attitude of the front desk clerk was at best, less than accommodating. It was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be staying here again.

Remember the old adage that you get what you pay for. This property is relatively nice and fairly clean. This property desperately needs to hire more staff. I stayed for several days and if I needed anything I had to go to the office and pick it up myself. All the staff was friendly but they need to hire more.

Stayed there many times in the past and it was always clean. Disappointed the last two times we stayed there because the rooms were not clean and sink would not drain.

The room was filthy. The carpets were covered in stains, the walls were covered in marks and footprints. The table tops were sticky. We took the warning seriously and only left a pillow, blanket and our toothbrushes in the room when we left. Not even they were safe from theft. We came back to find them gone and our key no longer worked. They basically checked us out of our room and took our belongings. I was able to retrieve a blanket. The rest was gone. The staff could have cared less. We will never use this hotel again. I'll drive the 20 miles to the next town.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. With the amount of each night being the highest in the area, I wish the amentities were a little better. Also I would like more breakfast options than just packages of muffins and instant oatmeal.

The air conditioning made a lot of noise when it was running!

Been staying here for years…The best spot you can find in Lancaster…need to pay attention to detail when cleaning, and resupplying the room. But a pleasant stay overall

The Hotel is over priced, no continental breakfast, the desk clerk told me they only had muffins and burritos but they were out of burritos at 7:30am, the tv in the room only had antenna no cable, bed was ok, but all in all not worth $105.00 a night.

water pressure in the shower was just above a trickle. drain from sink left standing water in the sink for over a minute.

I had stayed at quality inn for training for my job. The stay was ok it served its purpose.

The door did not have a door sweep on it and there was a two inch gap. Air conditioner sounded like it was going to blow up at any moment. Faucet in the tub was poorly caulked and falling apart. Won’t be back next time I am in town.

As far as the Continental breakfast there was none beds were smaller than expected and they had no washcloths provided for guess overall the stay was good and convenient

The bed linens and comforter where stained. The carpet was all ripped. The noise level outside was unbearable. We were booked for three nights and we only stayed one. It was more important to us to lose the money on the room then to have to stay there another night. There are obviously people that live there on a regular basis. There is trash everywhere. The lobby area and breakfast area seemed nice but the room was nasty

Our stay was fairly good. The only issue we had was when we checked in. Somewhere between hotels.com and the Quality Inn the reservation got mixed up. I reserved 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each room. But when we got there we were told it was 2 rooms with 2 double beds in one room and a king in the other. But after almost an hour it got fixed and after I returned home the money issue got resolved. Other than that the hotel itself was very nice and everyone was friendly. We would stay there again if need be.

The TV doesn't work, the bathroom has mildew on top of bath tub, (i won't be showering in that), the sink is clogged terribly and water doesn't drain, the ironing board has cracks on the surface that need to be flat, the iron itself has a faulty steam function, there's a note saying guests must wear masks in the check in lobby but the staff was not wearing them, the parking lot has craters, not pot holes but craters, I'm writing this review at 1am and i need to wake up at 4am, but the other guests are smoking pot and drinking outside of where my room is while carrying on very loudly. At first i was impressed that the room wasn't too bad, but I've been in my room for about 4 hours and i just want to leave. I travel as a part of my job and stay in many hotels. The only thing positive i can say is that the room doesn't smell like cigarettes. If i wake up and remember I'll add pictures but I'm debating calling the cops to be able to get some sleep.

The front desk was super nice. The beds are unbelievably comfy and clean rooms. Totally worth the price.
