Close to family, we like the workout room since there is not a close gym in Lakeway. Stayed there many times, room above us very noisy this time sounded like family yelling with kids running and jumping 10:30 PM.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Shower floor was slippery though. Quiet room, no outside noise. Check in was a breeze. Overall we were extremely pleased and great location to restaurants. Shower floor was slippery and I almost slipped twice.

Newer property, on a shopping street. La Quinta has gone to the dogs. A big one, 2 doors down, was barking for hours while the owner was out.

I love the kindness and professionalism of all the employees that work there, especially at the front desk, managers and breakfast people. And it is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed. Location is great also.

It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day.

We had a lovely stay. I was impressed with our spacious room. Loved the large shower with sliding glass doors. Not having carpet in the rooms was enjoyed. The young lady who checked us in was a doll and so helpful. Everyone in our party enjoyed the extensive breakfast. The placement of the coffee bar and microwave was hard to find. Room looked new and had plenty of space with every amenity that we needed. The breakfast bar was spectacular as were the Texas shaped waffles! We will definitely visit again.

There are plenty of places to eat all around this establishment. Like a city within a city. Lots of variety. Property is well maintained and the amenities met expectations. The free breakfast saves you a great deal of money especially if you’re traveling with family. Great overall experience.

Breakfast was ok, Location convenient for our purpose Focus on safety in a handicapped room. #124 had a seriously damaged shower stool in use. Three legs without original fasteners. Fasteners were loose. One leg was already bent from a prior guest having tried to use it. I reported same to desk the following AM and asked that they remove it from use. It was still there our second night. In the right situation.... a handicapped guest would likely sustain a serious injury. The check you would be writing to their attorneys would be serious six figures or more. We reported the chair again as we checked out the next day. Based on the response, the chair is probably still there.

Room was clean and very comfortable and house keeping was fast when wanting something. Staff was always available. There is literally everything around. I really enjoyed our stay. Oh and breakfast was really good!

The continentsl breakfast was ok and the shower stall was clean but as soon as we opened the door to our room, it smelled of a swimming pool and rusty water. The smell of the shampoo and body wash is what helped with the smell of the room. And also, i dont think it was cleaned thoroughly as i saw crumbled up tissues behind and next to our bathroom trash bin. And lastly, the floors were wood or laminate and they were actually pretty dirty so i had to wipe the floor down with some of our disinfectant wipes. But i really liked their pillows.

Facilities are nice but the room was small. Beds seemed like full size and not queen size. There was not a hair dryer in the room. Had to go ask for one. Air conditioner didn't seem that cold. We had to keep getting up during the night and trying to turn it down.

There are a lot of restaurants and bars in the area. You don't have to drive around for food. The area is very convenient and I felt safe in the area.

Probably the best room we have ever stayed in. Staff were all very courteous and helpful, room was spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend. Plenty of restaurants and a HEB within walking distance which made things super convenient.

Quinta 1943 Medical Lakeway TX Room 306 - bathroom door wouldn't close and it was difficult to get into the room because the entry door was difficult to open. Everything else was perfect.

Two comments: 1. when you enter the hotel through the first automatic door, instead of going straight into the lobby, you have to go to the right and then through the second automatic door, which is a very poor design. We wondered if the 2nd automatic door was put in wrong! 2. The elevator is narrow, especially if you’re using the baggage cart. It is very cumbersome to maneuver the cart into the elevator. A few things to consider for future properties.

My son woke up the first morning with bed bug bites and woke up the second night with even more bites. Asked to switch rooms and they were hesitant to do so because they had performed a “full clean” on our room. A manager finally gave in a gave us a different room. The new room smelled like marijuana and the bathroom is as filthy. Will not stay at a La Quinta ever again.

I had to call the police twice about a man who continued to intercept me in the lobby and outside of the hotel. The man wasn’t a guest. The last time I spoke to the police officer her naive self said the man didn’t want to be anywhere near me. He wanted to avoid me at all cost. She was adamant about this. Yet, this man who isn’t a guest returned to the hotel to complain about me. Yesterday when I needed the assistance of the front desk, he stood at the front desk and refused to move. He isn’t even a guest at the hotel.

I enjoy being able to open the curtains and see the view. I enjoy the privacy and being able to walk around outdoors in a safe environment. I love that HEB is walking distance and I have enough counter space to cook. I love that there is a pet store nearby and I can visit the cat, Molly, who is waiting to be adopted. I enjoy the clean gym and complimentary breakfast with organic chocolate milk. I wish the pool was a bit more private.

Great stay for our family reunion! We had 3 rooms to visit local famiky and rooms were great! Breakfast was fabulous and great variety! Especially tge blueberry abd strawberry topping on waffles with whip cream!

Breakfast was ok, cofffee was good…. Only complaint was it would have been nice to get bottled water when we arrived and in our room… Otherwise great location and well worth the money…

Recently stayed here as a family of 4. It was our first time staying at a La Quinta. The surrounding area/neighborhood was very nice, great location, and had lots of options for dining or shopping nearby. The place inside seemed like it was newer, staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was a plus. The only downside I would say is a stain was seen on one of our comforters which hopefully was a bleach stain, and then another one on the curtain, which may of been food possibly. We only stayed one night, so I didn’t make a big deal of it. Would we stay here again? Probably, but only for shorter stays. Still worth checking out if you need to stay in this area of Austin.

Being near many retail business and restaurants there was limited parking for the main entrance and no directions to alternative parking on the rear. Beds weren’t the most comfortable - hard.

Located in a good area near lots of places to eat; however, most are fast food. HEB is right next door, which was convenient for water, etc. There was only one person working at the front when we arrived and there were a couple of other customers, so there was a bit of a wait. I’d been inside previously and no one was at the front desk. Shower head dripped lots of water and there was some mold/mildew in the corner of the shower. Plus, the bath mat was very tattered. Not what I expected from a property that still looks new in common areas. The pillows and beds weren’t that comfortable.

My stay here was great, i got in late and front staff was courteous and nice. my room was clean and i had no problems. the hotel was quit and the only noise i heard was faint muffles in the hallway. they offered breakfast in the morning which was also great and had coffee available at all times. which i appreciated. the location was great with local places to eat near by. i would recommend staying here.

Love that this La Quinta looks like an actual hotel! It's decor is very modern. It is clean and the staff is super friendly. The location is within a business plaza with lots of food options.

Nice property with comfortable rooms. I doubt I would stay there again. The walls are either paper thin or the guests are really loud - I actually think it’s both. Front desk staff was very friendly.

No housekeeping unless you request.

I wanted a room non smoking and as soon as we walked in it smell like cigarettes. The room was definitely not clean. The shower had hairs. The towels stink, They definitely need to clean/wash their carpets. The pillows suck and the sheets had a funky smell with old stains. The whole lobby smelled like cigarettes. Im soo upset

Lots of dogs and dog owners stay here. The sound proofing between rooms is not great. Room service must be requested. There is a cost to early check in. Some lights out in our room in lamps. At best, it is a C rating.

Only thing was needed more shampoo/conditioner We will be back for future, if there is another junior tennis tournament in Austin!

Everything was awesome except for being woke up early due to doors being open and closed over and over again, right outside of my room at 6am. I was on first floor at the end of the hall.

The lobby and my smelled badly of sewage. Called down to the front desk but no answer. Went down to front desk and no one was there for a good 10 minutes. Unacceptable.

This is a great place for staying in Lakeway. Very centrally located and easy access

We had a great stay, the hotel was very nice. The only thing is that there is no cover drive up to the front doors. We had to take the luggage cart across the parking lot to unload our things. Not terrible but also not ideal, if it was raining when you arrived there is NO cover/protection and that would suck.
