Best Western Plus Lake Worth Inn & Suites

No coffee maker was disappointing along with an iron that didn’t work unless you held it a certain way.

It was fine there was nothing wrong with the facility.

Good place to stay. The only issue we had was we put do not disturb sign on door but they came in anyway while we were out. That was very wrong and a big thing for us

The hotel staff were the most friendly people. The breakfast was good the area was kept clean there always was a staff member there to help and make sure everything was full. The room was clean the cleaning staff couldn't have been more helpful. We spent 6 days at the hotel it was great. Location for resturants was the best.

Clean room, the gentleman who checked us in was not so friendly. He was on his phone and I had to stand there for 5 minutes while he did whatever he was doing. He made eye contact with me and ignored me. But other than that it was great.

I was a little nervous because of the lower rating, but I have to say this place was cleaner than some Embassy and Marriott’s I’ve stayed in. The room was huge, too. The staff were friendly— they even made sure to ask how our kids did at their competitions (we were there for a state track meet) and cheered them on as we headed out to compete. **10/10—we would stay here again for the next state meet.**

How big the room was. No coffee pot, the elevators were really really slow, the price of the room.

Breakfast was good. The rooms we're clean and spacious and the air conditioner stayed cool all day and night in the texas heat.

BUT ... the building, and especially our room, had a strong musty, stale odor that made the stay unpleasant — almost like old smoke lingering in the room. For the very high price, the value just was not there. I chose this hotel based on the reviews and location, but the high ratings were misleading.

Good buffet breakfast, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Big supermarket right opposite, No sidewalks or road crossings so a walk was basically traffic dodging!

This hotel has been renovated to a BW+. Well, to begin with the beds are so high, they are hard to get into. If you are less than 6’5, your feet won’t touch the floor. The food was ok but the waffle was awesome! The amenities were acceptable. They gave a very old BW a facelift but the renovations were sloppy. I looked forward to our stay but was very disappointed…

We leave to go fishing by 6 a.m. so breakfast is too late. Toilet had slow flushing problems.

We requested early check-in around 12:00 - 1:00. We never got a response. We called on the way to Ft Worth and told that we would have to pay a $25 early check-in service. We declined. This was poor customer service in my opinion!

The hotel was one of the best reasonably priced hotels I've ever stayed in: very well managed, friendly staff and manager, clean rooms and facilities, awesome breakfast, and great location for our venue. It exceeded our expectations!

Property is decent but a little over priced in my opinion. Rooms have a cleaning product sent which bothered our sinuses a bit, but the room was clean. AC worked great and no other issues for our one night stay when visiting family.

We really enjoyed our room at Best Western Plus. Good bed, good shower, clean accessible room with TV, Wi Fi, microwave, fridge. Was quiet & had good AC.

Calling an ahour before to check out, and keep calling you, then knock on the door 15 minutes before check out, never had that experience before, as an adult I know what is the time to check out

Location, location, location. Accommodations. Staff. Facilities. Comfort. The staff at the Best Western Plus Lake Worth Inn & Suites approved my request to change dates with no penalty. (I had inadvertently scheduled for the following week because Booking.com's website defaults to a week ahead!) They allowed my Date Change request and charged me at the site. I contacted Booking.com to inform them.

the room had a damp wet smell to it.seem like they either had a leak at some point or got flooded because i was on the bottom floor.if i had been in the room for a long time i would have asked to be moved to another room

My room had been updated in the sense of paint and a newer mattress. It still slightly smelled of cigarettes or something from the years prior. The bed was comfortable for what it was. Bathroom has not been updated. Caulk and grout lines were cracked and dirty. The biggest problem was when I was brushing my teeth getting ready for bed, a cockroach crawled under the bathroom door. So now as I’m going to bed, I have to worry about those in the room now.

Quiet, clean, adequate. Shopping center with grocery store and restaurants just across the street and all around. There was some loud jet noise that woke me up a couple of times. I'm told there is a military installation very close by. It was loud!

The staff is organized and attentive to detail. The bed was comfy and the towels fluffy and soft. Breakfast was well-monitored. We were in an accessible suite, and it was convenient to everything in the hotel and to parking. Very nice stay. I would stay again.

We picked this hotel due to it's distance to what we were doing for that weekend. It's right off a main road, near alot of stores and restaurants and nail shops. Very convenient for us.Not bad for a Best Western. Can't complain for the rate we got it for, after all we just needed a place to stay at night because we were not at the hotel during the day at all.

The hotel fit the bill for our home away from home while on vacation. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The water in the shower was hot and very soft which is a plus. Breakfast was good the day we had it. We wish the pool had been open though since the weather was warm enough.

This was completly unacceptable being we were in TX heat and wanted to be able to use the pool pretty much every afternoon. Also the fridge had mold in it and the bathrooms provided only 2 towels. When asking for another towel they would want one of the others returned first? I think a credit is due simply for the fact there was no pool available.

As soon as a walked in I was greeted by very friendly staff. All the staff were very nice and very friendly, and the breakfast was one of the best of the ones that i have had at hotels.

The gentleman at the front desk in the morning was nothing but rude. He must be the manager that the staff talked about being rude and horrible to his employees. No one deserves to be treated the way I was treated.

I stayed here for a sailboat racing event at Fort Worth Boat Club. It's the closest (15 min) to the club, with basic breakfast, it was clean, comfortable and adequate parking.

Needed an ADA room. Looked ok visually. When I laid down I found the mattress horribly penetrated with the smell of DOG! Two terrible nights in that room! I will never return to Best Western in Lake Worth even though our "go to" place has always been The Best Western. TERRIBLE SMELL!! Time for a new mattress!!

Everything was great! My only complaint would be the a/c. It felt kind of like a swamp cooler. The moisture it put off made the room feel very humid.

Best Western Plus is exactly that…a plus in every way. The rooms we had was large and comfortablely furnished.

Good king size bed, nice lighted bathroom mirror & updates.

Staff was so pleasant. I have stayed at other hotels around this one and was very disappointed every single time. Wish I had stayed here first. This will be my go to hotel for business trips to this area going forward.

Room was good. Staff is really pushy and will just walk into your room. Calls to check out at 10am? Housekeeping at 10? Front desk attendant constantly on their phone.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke which sets off my asthma. The hotel was booked so they couldn't move us to another room. the lady gave me a can of Lysol which didn't make the blankets or carpet any better. The only plus is that they did refund us.

A comfortable home base for our family visit. We slept better than average in the beds. It was quiet. Rooms were good size, if a bit worn. Service was excellent. Breakfast was fair. Convenient location with foood and entertainment nearby. We found it a good value and would stay there again.

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel! Check-in was quick and easy, the place was extremely clean, breakfast was hot and had a great variety (We stayed a total of four nights/five days and breakfast alternated, so we didn’t get bored of the same food), and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful! The room got very cold, which was awesome in 109 degree weather! The only issue I had was that I had to pump the conditioner about 50 times to get what I needed, as I have waist length hair.

We had a quiet room and the hotel serves a great breakfast. Staff were thoughtful, helpful, attentive and informative. We stayed multiple nights as a family and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Great stay.
