Great place, it was me and my daughter but our suite was like for a whole family!! Really spacious. Just one thing, I believe the people that stayed before us dropped something on the floor by the bed and it stunk really bad but everything else was well.

The property was really nice and the rooms had everything you might need, the only downside I had was with the toaster which seemed to be a little proven and burnt my toast even at the lowest settings but other that’s that I would say the property was extremely nice the staff were useful and quick and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Perfect distance from Disney World made an excellent spot to stay while visiting the parks.

My stay was excellent. I stayed in a clean and spacious two-bedroom suite that was very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The property had everything I needed on-site, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay without having to leave.

During my three day stay, I did not have Wi-Fi for all three days. The bed was not made every day .when I called the front desk. They told me that on Mondays and Wednesdays they only take out the trash and change the towels. When I called them about the Wi-Fi, they gave me a 1- 800 number and told me to call in order fix to get my Wi-Fi fixed and on the next day I called them about the Wi-Fi. They told me that they were calling a company that they were having problems with the Wi-Fi in general. Overall, my state was terrible. I couldn’t get any work done because of the Wi-Fi situation , I had to go to a Starbucks in the area just to get my homework done. the sheets on the bed was old and dingy. I would never stay there again nor would I recommend it to a friend.

My family and I like the size rooms. However, the cleanliness was not good. There is stains in the carpet, stain on the pillowcase, brown smear on one of the bathroom door, which I had my kids use the other bathroom, and the main area flooring was dirty, my kids socks was white when they took off their shoes and after a few minutes their socks were dirty. I gave it a 2 stars just because it accommodated my family of five well and the size of the room was great.

Beautiful property, clean, friendly, well maintained. Has Starbucks, laundry mat, and an arcade! The hot tubs and pool were a hit as well as the games they have outside! The only thing I’d plan for is that there are no elevators. We stayed for 5 days so we had a ton of stuff and had to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs which was fine for us but I know some cannot do that and with little kids, it can be difficult as well. Overall, 10/10! We will be back!

Room was dirty. Called and still nobody came. Had to go to dollar tree next door to find some cleaning products to clean myself. WiFi never worked as they said it should. The 3 pools was nice but the overall cleanliness was very poor. I would Not stay again.

The suites were super nice clean and the amenities were also so nice I didn’t like the tvs how we couldn’t connect to our streaming services. The gym was really small. Also how you could hear your neighbors or outside pretty easy I asked if they had any fans so I could drown out the noise but they didn’t have any.

I really enjoyed my stay. The suite was spacious and perfect for my family of six. We will absolutely return in the future.

I enjoyed the friendly staff. I also love swimming so the pool and surrounding area was perfect. the room was spacious and very clean! the only thing I did not like was the one way around the building. not very many bad things to be said.

The room was great, spacious and home like. I just wish there was a door block off from the bed to the bathroom cause you can’t have the lights on without bothering someone if they’re still sleeping. The Internet was absolute trash when needed to get some work done and when I brought it up to the front desk, he could’ve cared less to help and gave me a number to contact Internet support. Like are you for real? I’m supposed to be on vacation lol. But the Wawa across the street had wonderful Internet. They claimed to have electrical car chargers, which I couldn’t find. But other than that, it was great!! great location to everything.

First of all, there are no elevators. We were a large group visiting for one night before we moved to our other hotel for the remainder of our stay. It was horrible to haul everything up two flights of stairs. The room was nice and put together. The property is old.

The location Unfortunately, it was not clean at all. We had bugs crawling through the front door. The staff at the facility didn’t seem to care too much. We had to block off the entry with towels to prevent those bugs to enter. Also, the facilities seem outdated

Our room bed wasn’t maid, which I thought was weird. So it made me and my fiance feel like the room wasn’t cleaned at all.

One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed to prepare meals and feel at home during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the entire suite was spotless. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it very convenient to grab a meal or anything we needed without having to drive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay in Orlando!

I can not say enough about this wonderful property!!! The suit is huge with a full kitchen. They provide you with cookware and dishes. It even comes with a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and toaster. The fridge has ice maker onit as well!!! The property is conveniently located between universal studios, disney world, sea world and other amenities. It has a game room laundry room. Starbucks, I had other things there on-site and a great pool area. It is truly a great resort family friendly. Only downside is there is no elevators. So if you're on the second or third floor that kind of stinks, because you have to get your backs up there and back down. It's a large, very well maintained property, I believe it has also been recently remodeled, they've got big meeting rooms. If you want to do some kind of meetings there for business staff is super friendly, And helpful. They have a shuttle service that will take you to the parks for a small additional fee. So you don't have to park and pay for parking at the parks or worry about the traffic. After you've been to the parks or going to the parks. If I ever return to Orlando I will stay at this property. I will also recommend this property to anyone that I know who's going to go to orlando. My room faced the pool, but at 10 o'clock when the pool closed, it was completely silent, quiet and we could rest very well. My sweet had a king size bedroom, bedroom that had 2 Queen beds and the sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen.

Good location, easy to drive Disney Springs and Disney parks. The floor in the room was dirty, we notice that anybody clean with mop and cleaners the floor, if the floor was dirty I can’t imagine what the carpets was, the shower was absolutely old and dirty. The property said it is newly renovated but the room needs more clean

The place is okay for staying, especially for families, but the bathrooms did not feel very professional or well-maintained. The breakfast could also be much better. I waited a long time for my refundable security deposit, and I still have not received it, which was disappointing. Parking is good, but the outdoor stairway areas were not very clean. Overall, the stay was okay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement

We didn’t enjoy many of the amenities at the hotel, but overall it was the perfect stay for our family of 6. Comfortable beds, quiet atmosphere and great location to get to all parks nearby. My only few recommendations would be to also include things like a sponge and oven mitts in the kitchen, fix the shower pressure and keep a fan in a closet to use (the rooms got hot no matter if we turned the AC all the way down). Overall we had a great stay and will keep it in mind for future stays!

Great place, Suite layout was fine. Pool area is lovely and they have a whole separate toddler pool which is great for the little ones. Staff was extremely responsive which is good because we had several issues: toilet was plugged, no extra roll of toilet paper in room so had to go to desk to ask. Mattress on sofa bed was awful so slept on just the sofa unfolded so good it was just me and not two of us on the sleeper sofa. Suite has a full kitchen but no pots, pans, etc of any kind so it's not actually possible to prepare any kind of food beyond what you could fix in a regular hotel room, so why pay a higher n8ghtly rate to have the kitchen.

Me and my fiancé stayed at sonesta sweets for 3 nights, we followed the instructions on Expedia to check in after 4. We waiting in line to check in and are room wasnt read so we sat in the lobby for an hour for are to be ready for this they upgraded are room to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. After getting into the room my fiance stepped on glass and injured his foot. After we patched him up we let the front desk know and they waved are parking fee along with that they gave us free breakfast. Other then waiting for are room and my fiance getting hurt we had good stay at the hotel and they where very understanding and helpful to are issues and made them right !

The desk clerk was extremely rude to my wife. They finally got us in a room on the second floor, no elevators, we had to drag all our luggage upstairs. The toilet ran after it was flushed so we had to request maintenance for that. To their credit, they did get the toilet fixed. The phone was cross wired every time we tried to make a call so there was a problem with that. We had a king size bed, but it had a queen size comforter on it, so nobody had enough blankets. We called housekeeping to have it fixed, and they brought sheets, no comforter, and then said they had no one there to change the bed. People sitting out on the patio at midnight talking loudly. Then people walking around our room at 2 o’clock in the morning and waking us up. I will not be staying at this or any other Sonesta suites again.

It’s was ok Had a long wait at check in. No eye contact being made by the staff who seemed agitated, waited 25 mins and by the time I got to the desk and it was my turn they didn’t acknowledge me and then picked up a phone and remained on there for 20 minutes serving someone else. It was rude and unprofessional and terrible customer service. Card machine had gone down so they took a copy of my card and said they would ring me to come back to get it set up. They never did but simply just used my card on the account. Later check out (1 hr) was charged and $30 Parking $15 so factor this all in when you initially see a lower rate

Spacious and comfortable room. Clean throughout. Front desk very friendly and suggested a ground level option for our stay because of my elderly parents who have mobility issues. The only issue was a slow drain in the room with the king bed otherwise this location was convenient and cozy.

Beautiful property, close to all major attractions. Highly recommended for big families. Sleeps 6 comfortably on 3 beds and there's a pull out couch too. As we did not use that as there was only 4 of us. Will stay again.

This was a very good stay, my only downer was the cleaning crew didn’t come to our room over our 2 night stay. No biggie, but it would’ve been nice coming to freshly made beds after a long day. Check in staff was nice and quick.

Who wasn't one thing I didn't like

I was actually impressed with this property. The room was sparkling clean. Our room on the first floor had a slight musty smell. Two of the three tv’s weren’t working but were dealt with immediately. We had a few hours between check out and our departing flight and we were able to use the amenities.

I have a family of 6. It was raining horrible so I wasn’t going to make any staff come out in rain or about to switch a room when we had taken all our luggage to second floor in pouring rain. Room was clean but sofa bed was absolutely disgusting. We opened it up and there were stains all over the blankets. The loft upstairs smelled like someone was smoking. This is a non smoking room requested. Please remove the sofa bed in that room.

The property was clean, but my room had a very musty odour…housekeeping tried to rectify the issue a couple of times but it was a temporary fix. I bought candles and air freshener. Overall it was a great property and I will stay again but I will ask for a room on the upper level…I think the room I was in just didn’t get enough sun and air circulation.

The staff was nice soon check in and check out. I will say our room didn’t exactly look like the king size suite. Our bathroom was outdated. In the pictures it was depicted to be more upgraded however the rest of the room was as is. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty upon arrival as well. Housekeeping didn’t replenish towels they took when they came during the day. There was a cheer competition so lots of noise at night.

I liked that it was like a home away from home Most of the USB or C-Plug charging ports was not working, and the iron prongs were bent and broken off as if no one wanted it to be used, and as we walked in, the whole room had a weird smell, my girlfriend said it smelt like urine, but I couldn’t make out the smell myself, it just was not a pleasant smell

How big and clean the room was. 11 am check out was nice. There was no washer/ dryer or balcony available. The. Stairs were very inconvenient to carry heavy items up and down.

The property was nice and everything we enjoyed. However the linens were so stained. We shopped at Walmart to buy linens for our stay and didn’t use theirs. Even the backup set was stained really bad.

Absolutely loved this facility! Would definitely book here again! Our suite was perfect for our family! Was nice to be able to do laundry prior to departing for PA. Staff were all very friendly! Room was very clean and roomy! The pool and hot tub area were wonderful and very relaxing! We visit FL 2-3 times a year and I think this is the new place to book!!! Very close to everything we needed and places to go! Loved being able to walk to some of the places! The kids loved the Arcade! Very quiet area! Room services was so nice when needed!

Checked in early and stored luggage. Came back at 6pm and our room still wasn’t quite ready. Check in is guaranteed at 4pm- nothing offered. Went shopping, loaded refrigerator- did not cool, food spoiled. They completely replaced our refrigerator and offered no compensation for food spoilage. Bathroom floors were dirty but everything else seemed clean. Renovated room had a good layout and lots of space. No elevators, don’t recommend using the gym (it’s VERY small) but you get plenty of exercise at the theme parks.

Room itself was a decent size. My only complaint with this place … there was not an elevator. Not sure if it was hidden we searched for it. Staffed didn’t mention it. It was nowhere to be found. I have never been to a hotel that doesn’t have an elevator so if you have a bad back just know to not book because you will be carrying all your luggage up the stairs and then down. And they do indeed charge you for parking.

The breakfast was ok, I would have preferred the breakfast to be made either as you order buffet style, cause the package waffle I didn’t like nor enjoy and the bacon egg and cheese my wife didn’t enjoy… but the overall stay was superb. And the grounds keeper in charger of cleaning the pool or fixing things accusing my wife of smoking marijuana was very unsettling. I had my portable hookah out which works off of water a pieces of coal and hookah flavor and approached us saying you can’t smoke marijuana on the premises. But overall I enjoyed my stay

First off they charge 20$ a day for parking they don’t tell you about . They’re not nice here and not understanding very strict but the rooms are nice.

I think that this is an average hotel nothing to scream about. I don’t like I had to ask several times for clean towels. I had an issue with the staff constantly attempting to come in to the room after we stayed we were napping….they stated they got the room numbers wrong

Lovely place, good location, nice staff. The shower in our room did not work properly, the jet of water was weak. Other than that, everything was fine.

Big room, equivalent to a 2 bedroom apartment.

However, the room wasn’t very clean—there were crumbs throughout. I was also charged a $20 parking fee when I thought the first car was included. In addition, the security deposit wasn’t mentioned ahead of time, and I had to call after checkout to get my receipt and ask about the deposit. Overall, an okay/decent stay, but better cleanliness and clearer communication about fees would help.

Everything was amazing especially if you going away with family. I do feel like they should give free breakfast which they don’t. But other than that the hotel staff was great, the rooms were spacious. Had a good stay

Great stay at a really well kept hotel

They cancelled my reservation without even a phone call. I called up there day of my registration to run card and they said okay. Showed up with 3 kids after a day at Disney to no reservation. Useless. Unable to help. Never recommended or return

Put in a request for early check-in and called at around 2:30pm to see if I should come to check-in and was told to come. Then was told no room was available and to come back later. I returned later at 4pm (when check-in actually begins) and was once again told to wait and didn’t receive a room until close to 5pm.

We stayed here with 5 people and went to Disney and Universal. The property is in a convenient location without tons of traffic. The property was clean, well maintained and looked recently updated. The pool was heated which was nice since it was cooler when we stayed there. We had a great stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Cleaned our room a little late in the day but it was during spring break so understandable clean rooms for check in first But had 6 kids and they were tired was great to have the pool close by with toys provided by hotel

Hotel is a property of 24 separate buildings with NO elevators. I was told after as I checked out that you can request a first floor location when making a reservation rather than carry luggage up the stairs as we had to. The room was excellent. We ate breakfast away from the hotel as there are plenty of options within walking distance.

Such a great and comfy place to stay. Place was extremely clean and honestly exactly what I booked. This place exceeded my expectations, definitely will come back!

The room had a strong smell. It was not pleasant and it was very bothersome. I had trouble sleeping and I believe it was coming from the vent. The linens felt worn out and most of all the bath tub took a long time to drain. I would not stay here again in the future.

We have stayed here before. The hotel is undergoing a renovation which caused some creative parking. We loved all the renovations. The only issue was the A/C was struggling to keep us cool over night. That had not been an issue when we’ve stayed before (pre-renovation) so not sure if that was why.

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were super clean and modern. The mattresses were SO comfortable! I was not expecting the kitchen to be stocked with dishes, etc. but it was. A very nice surprise! The pool area was updated and clean. The sitting areas outside were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The room was clean. The garbage was only taken out once on Monday which is also supposed to be out on Wednesday. The comforters were paper thin not the fluffy kind that you expect at a hotel. I stayed here 4 times and I think this will be the last regardless of the new renovations the hotel just made.

This place is super cute I really like it

(1) There is no lift. There are several buildings each with three floors. Fortunately, we were given a ground floor room. So we had no problem with luggage. The stairs, all outside, are steep. (2) We had paid for “continental breakfast).” But it is very limited. You have to pay extra for cereal. If you have a kitchen- which is excellent- then you are better off making your own breakfast unless you are travelling only for a couple of days. It is a question of cost effectiveness.

We stayed her for a last minute trip. We usually stay onsite for Disney, but we were looking for something more affordable. This was a great stay. Affordable, quiet, and convenient.

Everything about Sonesta was exactly the way I remembered from 4 years ago. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean. It was extremely quiet even during construction. Staff were friendly and had great customer service. My kids loved the pool. I loved that there was a toddler pool for my daughter so she did not feel left out. There is a laundry facility on site incase you don’t want to travel back home with dirty clothes. I love the convenience of this hotel whether you are going to Universal, Disney or SeaWorld everything is in close proximity. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby as well. I would highly recommend this location to a friend and I definitely will stay here again on my next Orlando vacation.

The location was perfect; shopping plaza was right across the street and close to all kinds of stores and restaurants. It was not a fancy vacation place but they provided what you need for at very good price compared with other hotels. Hot tub and Heated pool outside. Parking fee for each night. Starbucks coffee served at breakfast shop. Over all for the price was great deal. The building right next door was under renovation so we’d like to come back and check it out in the near future.

Can't say enough about how incredible the staff was, esp Julietta. We only stayed one night but they were so kind and let us hang around in the lobby to work even after check out. The amenities are wonderful too - they have a Starbucks and lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in. Plus very close to wawa, dollar tree and lots of other restaurants. Would highly recommend this for families/larger groups visiting as it's very close to Disney (max 10-15 min drive) and in a quiet, peaceful area.

Lady that helped us during check in was wonderful! We had the king suite and it was perfect!

They tried to charge the ATM card I used to book the hotel (even though I selected to pay on arrival). When there was an issue with the card (someone at the airport stole my information and it was flagged for fraud), I was not contacted directly. They gave up my room on a holiday weekend, so when I arrived late with small children I had nowhere to stay. Horrible customer service.

Pet friendly

I hate to give a bad review…I stay here once a month because the 2BR suite is perfect for my family for a one night stay. But our a/c was stuck on FREEZING…tried setting the temp from 72 (which honestly was like 60) to 78, turned fan off, turned unit to off (did not turn off), turned heat on to 80 and it finally started warming up. At 80 it was still cold and miserable to try to sleep. Slept with sweats and socks on, face was frozen, even with our extra heavy blanket that we bring with us., but it was not enough.

Close to all the Disney parks. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Definitely an option for next time we visit Disney!

Location was excellent. Grocery shop walking distance. 10 minutes max drive to go to all the parks and attraction. Clean. Very good price for all we got. We would go again in a heartbeat

We were looking for a nice quiet place to spend the night, and this property delivered exactly that.

I liked everything but felt some things might be misleading. The parking wasn’t after I booked that I got a message saying I had to pay extra for parking. So if your staying you don’t have an option but to pay. Then the breakfast was available not included. I thought breakfast was included so I felt bummed when it wasn’t like that.

Having stayed at the property for nine days, I thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance of various restaurants and stores. The full kitchen area was particularly appreciated, as it allowed for preparing meals with groceries purchased, creating a comfortable apartment-like atmosphere. My wife and daughter also loved it. Furthermore, its location is ideal for visiting Disney and Universal, as it is situated between the parks, ensuring a relatively short drive to each.

We stayed here last year for 9 days and it was a great location. Staff was friendly and property was clean. We chose to stay here again this year for two weeks this time. Our room was not cleaned one time in the two weeks. We asked them to come back later in the evening or the next morning and of course she couldn't speak English and they never returned. We had a a note on our door saying DND was on our door so they couldn't clean. It was NOT on our door. The pool was ridiculous. Like bath water. Or warmer. A bottle of water was $6.00, we had an emergency and needed water because the water in the rooms is disgusting. Had a brand new shirt ruined because there is chlorine / bleach in the water. Charged $15 a day for parking and could never get anywhere close to our room. Staff took up spots where customers could park by their rooms. No elevators on property. Had blood on our comforter and when I called I was told to walk to the front desk to get another. I told them I wanted the room cleaned and everything changed but they never came. We had to pick up the comforter / sheet set. Our initial price on Expedia was $1798 for two weeks and we were charged when we checked out today $2100. We had a homeless man approach us for money while we were returning from Disney. Followed us to our room. Had a homeless woman in the pool with us in her street clothes. When she got in you could see the dirt come off of her clothing. So we left. Do not recommend this property FOR MANY REASONS!!

I would absolutely stay here again. We got in very late and the front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming even in the middle of the night. The pool is a saltwater pool and absolutely amazing! Clean room, comfy bed, coffee and breakfast sandwiches available for purchase in the lobby. There is not an elevator so getting my luggage up was a little tricky but other than that it was a great experience and affordable

First I want to say the stay was great. Price is very affordable for how clean and fancy the facility is. Staff is amazing and keeps the room and property very clean. Pool was well kept and staff always made sure there were towels. Everything about the place is organized. The room was amazing. Very spacious and the have everything you need. I would highly recommend this place and this will be my go to place for future stays.

Suite in good condtion. Beds ok. Carpet in room 25 presented dirty. Let people know you dont have elevators, so they may end up carrying bags to second or third floors.

Booked last minute for a 1 night stay. The price for value received was great. We had a 2 bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The space is small but still slept my family of 6 comfortably. We didn't get to enjoy the pool but we would definitely stay again especially if looking for budget friendly space. The location was also great, there are many restaurants and stores nearby even walking distance.

The hotel is more like a timeshare, looks like lots of little apartments. The check-in could have been better, person at the desk gave us a map and showed how to get there but it was confusing, it would have been easier if they would have explained the bldg. #and the floor, how the setup works. I walked around trying to find it and when i called they explained what the numbers meant and I was able to find it quickly then. They have a poolx a kiddie pool and a Jacuzzi, no bar or arcade at this location. The hotel was fully booked, lots of kids :) not an ideal place if you prefer quiet. Walking distance to Family Dollar, Walgreens, Pizza Hut, another pizza spot, a Mexican and a veggie Indian restaurant. Also good hotel near Aquatica, Seaworld and Universal, about 25 min from Orlando Airport. The Fairfield Inn is very close to this location, I will try them next time. Our favorite part was the room setup and space. Overall it was a good stay.

Overpriced for what this property is. Unit smelt old and was not clean. Even had a palmetto bug crawling across the ceiling on our last morning. No elevator and the parking lot is not big enough. You pay nightly to park and end up having to park far away from actual unit. We won't be back.

And being allowed to have a pet was important to us.

The front desk guy who checked me in was very professional and informed me of all the amenities that the hotel had. Even gave us a piece a paper of local areas, it was very beneficial and very much appreciated!

Great stay!

We had trouble from arrival it’s suppose to be pet friendly our dog that is a 15 lb miniature schnauzer they accused of constantly whining and barking and he was not it was the dog coming from the room next door that was a huge 50 lb dog. We were told if we couldn’t keep him quiet we would be asked to leave. We asked the neighbors whose dog constantly howled and barked all day and night if they had been threatened and they had not even been told anything about there dog!!! We ended up having to pay over $100 to a local doggie daycare to house our dog for the remainder of our family vacation on top of them still charging me the $75 dog fee at the hotel! This hotel has prejudice employs and seem to not like animals! Our towels had holes in them the floors were disgusting our white socks and feet were black from walking on the floors. On top of having to hear howling dogs all day and night from other dog occupants and not even getting to have our own dog here cars we’re constantly blaring music on the parking lot and fireworks being shot off at vehicles 2 nights at 12:30 in the morning. But of course nothing was said to them. I’ve asked for a partial refund and also my dog fee back but have been ignored by the hotel!! Also the pool chlorine was so strong I got chemical burn on my feet from the hot tub. Do not stay here it was a horrible experience

We had a great time here!

My family and I had a great time staying at this resort. We were visiting Disney for only two days but decided to extend our stay. The resort was conveniently located quiet and clean.

The bathroom is tiny They have excellent service and the housekeeping is actually good. The pool provided towels but the living room area is a ick They had multiple ppl on the top floor that had children. Husband help a lady with a scroller up the stairs cause that’s where her rm was. I to had a baby and was on the top floor . Blood stain on sheets took picture and went to the front desk and they got someone to fix it . The best part of this hotel is how close it is too everything

Short overnight stay, needed a last minute hotel to sleep 6 people.

It was very comfy, it had everything we needed. The only downside of day is that the AC wasn’t as cold during midnight.

No room service as it was the weekend. Also once I arrived the internet wasn’t working so they said they’d update us when it was up and they didn’t. So I had to keep popping in to see if they were ready to check us in. Other than that set back all was great. Room was clean and cold. Had what we needed and no loud noise.

This review is based on the room condition mostly and property. The room was horrible. I didn’t mind the accommodations and did not except a luxury experience at a budget friendly hotel. But, I DID EXPECT IT TO BE CLEAN. There was dirt packed in the window sills that hadn’t been touched for idk how long. The room smelled musty and made all of our clean clothes smell bad! There was painted over mold/mildew in the bathroom and we found bugs. I took some photos. That’s my chief complaint and why we left early. We would’ve left as soon as we checked in but we had plans and commitments that didn’t allow us to move around hotels the first days. The only reason I gave it a 2star is because the staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional.

Only complaint was that our room was not sufficiently cleaned when we checked in. We found candy wrappers on the floor in the bedroom and hair and dirt on the bathroom floors, but the staff were lovely and a great option for families especially for the price!
