Kids loved the resort- it is $50 additional per day but something cheaper for kids in Orlando. Cocoa beach is only an hour away!

It was in a great location. The breakfast was one of the most delicious and over the top breakfast we’ve ever encountered.

It’s a nice looking hotel but I don’t understand why they have to have carpet in the rooms for such newish looking hotel. With the humidity in Florida, it felt damp all the time which to me is gross. Also the water pressure on the showerhead was extremely low and I know they have to have flow restricter in them but the pressure was well below average for hotels. Also, on the third day of our 5 night stay, I was locked out of the room and I went to the front desk 5 times back and forth and wasted 1 hour of my family’s time who were tired and just wanted to go to the room to relax. Each time I was promised issue was resolved. It turned out that there was a billing issue which I don’t understand why since I provided my credit card details during checking in on my mobile for incidentals. Apparently they wanted to collect the resort fees in person. I just don’t get it, why even allow me to check in via mobile and having me to enter my credit card details, just block it or use the technology properly to notify and charge for the fees you require to be paid. I am extremely disappointed with Hilton for this weird process and their staff who really didn’t know what they were doing.

Even though it’s close to Disney, it’s definitely not Disney service. Staff was completely overwhelmed at all stations, from check in to restaurants, for Memorial Day weekend. Maybe they are better during off peak demand.

We were stuck the farthest from elevators. We were charged for EVERYTHING! A martini cost 30 dollars! 40 dollars to self Park. Not worth it.

This resort has it all. It was extremely busy this visit with conferences going on. It made the resort feel a bit more chaotic.

Everything was just wonderful… Cleanliness, staff interactions, the breakfast buffet, the lazy river, which is our favorite, and the fireworks from the ninth floor! We come here often at least once a year for our son to enjoy his birthday… It is all he wants each year and always has a blast! Evan has down syndrome and always makes new friends that remember him year after year! We absolutely love the Hilton Signia at Bonnet Creek!

A very good hotel, a little bit overpriced, with a very expensive parking fee, I understand $65 for valet but $40 for self parking in Florida this is crazy, it’s same expensive at Disney parks, the lazy river is fabulous but not as big as it shows in the photos, rooms space is ok, with great charging ports

Its amazing hotel. One thing it can improve. Provide more vegetarian options for the family who does not eat meat. Only Italian restaurant on the premise which is really awesome. Everything else is just super awesome. Checkin in, buying tickets for Disney, breakfast, pool, shuttles to the disney parks, clean hotel, its just the best. I am definitely coming back.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The pool area was well-maintained and a great place to unwind. Breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, tasty, and with a good variety of options. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here & we enjoyed another great stay. The environment is lovely; modern, clean & upscale. Rooms are well maintained & spacious. Our housekeeping person Leesha (or Leica?) was very good & always friendly. We had amazing waitstaff every morning a Harvest Bistro where they have a delicious breakfast buffet. We also had the same memorable/great waiter 9 years ago, Rocky who was equally wonderful. Enjoyed lunch poolside with Israel who was great too & the pool here is awesome. Close to parks, great big lobby with lots going on & a delicious convenience eatery to get grab & go stuff that is reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the only issue we had was accidentally being checked out early which we discovered by the interruption in internet, house keeping entered our room in the evening while we were laying on the bed which was not expected stating it showed we checked out. It was eventually resolved but certainly took away from the peaceful stay we were looking for.

The property was great. My only complaint is that after a certain time the stores on the property close. I woke at 3 in the morning with a migraine. I go down stairs and ask the front desk if there was anywhere that I can get something to drink and something for a headache because I was in serious pain. She said no and that the store wouldn’t be open until 7 in the morning and went back to doing what she was doing. No empathy or anything. I had to wait 4 hours in pain until the store opened.

This location advertises heated pool and lazy river from 78-89 degrees year round. The heat pumps were broke the water temp was 68 and then 70. The only reason we came to this resort was for the lazy river and pool. There is nothing else to there other than golf. It was the worst anniversary ever and this should have been disclosed upon booking. They offerred us to remove the resort fees and add 50000 ( which is a joke) to our account in which neither happened . This resort always has an issue either the hot tubs do not work or there is some type of issue with the water amenities. They are greeedy and NOT upfront . They do not hold their end of the deal up .

The hotel was so clean lovely pool area utilizing the Sister property of the Waldorf was wonderful. The staff could not have been nicer. The food was delicious. We enjoyed our staying very very much. We even got an upgrade looking at the park, which was quite fun.

The location is excellent for Disney parks, and transportation was convenient. Staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Rooms were comfortable, though slightly dated in spots, but still spacious enough for a family. Overall, a solid choice for families looking for a calm, upscale resort close to Disney. We would stay again.

The pool was nice, and they had a kids hot tub which was a nice touch. They were not able to accommodate all the people in the hotel for dining. We had to find other places to have dinner. I just think for a “4-star” hotel they should be able to at least accommodate the guests for dinner. I realize the holidays are busy, but service should be consistent in my opinion. The room was also very humid, it was cold during our trip which is rare apparently. Not sure if that was the cause, but we checked out early due to it.

Solid spot for Disney hotel. Great pool, convenient to parks and the fact you can use the Waldorf Astoria facilities was really nice. Room was good, not great. Bathroom was ok, but lacked second sink or quality finishes. Overall 4.5 out of 5.

The Signia by Hilton was extremely clean were ever you went. The pool was great. The staff was amazing. The buses to and from Disney helped a lot. Very nice place to stay

More frequent shuttles during morning and late afternoon.

Food options/restaurants were average at best while the drinks and food was way overpriced. Staff in cafe was not very friendly and expected a tip for just ringing up my items. When leaving hotel, only one lane was open to exit parking garage which took approximately 15 minutes just to exit the garage.

Staff was excellent. We really enjoyed the pool, restaurants, cleanliness, and the Disney shuttle services. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations, and made our Thanksgiving vacation one to remember for a lifetime.

I love how informative the staff was from the minute I pulled onto the property. It was also easy to find the front desk and get checked it. Their room was extremely clean and comfortable and the pool was well worth the time. Where this hotel is located is excellent for anyone going to a Disney park but I stayed for work so it really did not affect my stay.

The toilet clogged after every use !!!! It was disgusting The pool is so low in depth !! Only 3-4 FT for all adults and children !! Not comfy at all

I was excited to see a Hilton like this show up on WDW property. We landed on the Signia for our quick one-night girls trip to the parks and this hotel checked every box. The self-parking was easy and felt very safe, and the lobby really impressed us upon arrival. It had a warm, yet airy feeling and always felt like it had a friendly ‘buzz’ thanks to the welcoming staff and beautiful lobby bar. Beds and pillows were the comfy Hilton-standard, and the shower had good pressure. Overall great for our stay and would stay again!

The place was fine but when we checked in they said expedia canceled our room and they couldn't help us. Thank goodness we where able to get someone on the phone from Exepedia and they worked it out. Now I got the bill and there was a lot of hidden charges. One thing I liked about expedia is that it shows what you pay in full, not here.

I enjoyed the level of professionalism and demeanor of employees and staff. The amenities were nice and relaxing with good ambiance. Our room could have been a bit nicer. Overall cleanliness was top-notch, however, we were placed on a level that was undergoing major renovations. The sounds of machinery and people speaking loudly detracted from our ability to relax. And the overall experience was hampered by the aesthetics of seeing wallpaper and drywall being torn up and replaced. We understand the need for updating and renovation, however, it did feel as though the floor should have been closed off during this time and we should have been made aware and given an opportunity to be issued another room on another floor.

My room was not ready by 4 PM as promised and as your policy. They told me it was because it was still being cleaned. I had plans and could not wait we were rushed once we got to our room to be able to get to our reservation. Unfortunately my room was filthy! $500 for one night I expect a lot more than this type of treatment

Although the parking garage was a bit challenging, the location, amenities and staff were fantastic. The pool and bar were also very good. We did find a candy wrapper under the sink and a long strand of hair in the tub but we found the hotel to be very clean otherwise.

One of the main reasons for selecting this property was the perks of transportation and early entry into Epcot. First night we dined at La luce. They had rise petals and a beautiful signed birthday card. Food and service was exemplary. We loved the Pool and lazy river. Our room was perfect. Having access to the Waldorf on the same property offered so much more. We spent a full day at Epcot but honestly spending the entire stay at this lovely resort would have been delightful. Brunch at Oscar's was great! Highly recommend the splurge.

Other than the restaurant hours were changed without notice and one night it was difficult to find food other than room service, which lacked in quality and flavor it was overall enjoyable. We did go on their off season, but it would have been nice to be informed before hand so we could have eaten at the parks. The lazy river was amazing and the transportation to Disney was a plus.

I enjoyed walking, providing my credentials and completing the process within 4 minutes. Excellent.

Nice Hotel

The property is beautiful and the staff are amazingly nice. However, I was overcharged for incidentals and instead of taking 300 they took over 700. Even though I did get the money back, it wasn’t until my vacation was over and it was a big inconvenience. Also, I had my baby with us and I needed to ask 4 different people 4x for a thick blanket to line the pack and play. Also, food on the resort is very expensive. I also did not have a tub for my children which was also inconvenient because try to hold and shower them is dangerous.

Amenities were excellent and hotel is very close to the Disney parks.

Great place to stay with family

Nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Occasionally housekeeping would not replenish water/coffee in the room but reception were happy to provide what we needed. The food options were pricey and variable. This is a conference venue which became very busy at times especially in the bar and lobby. The pool area was nice but again became very busy at times. Overall a nice hotel.

We really loved our stay at the Signia. From the moment we checked in, every employee was kind and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The dining options were perfect especially the Italian restaurant! The lazy river in the pool was so fun for the kids and having the bar/grill right next to the pool was extremely convenient. We will definitely be back.

We stay here every year and we love this hotel! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the dining options are excellent and we love the lazy river pool!

Deposit is outrageous $150 per night, parking is outrageous $42 if you in and out. Everything here is very expensive. It would be nice if parking is $42 every day not in and out.

The hotel is modern and spacious with good quality clean rooms and the amenities were really good. Food options were varied and had an excellent choice. The biggest drawbacks were the excessive high parking charges coupled with the resort charge made for an expensive addition for what appeared to be very little in terms of extra perks. On check out we asked if there were any showers as we wanted to shower before flying home and were told no. We also ordered food from the pool bar and it was very expensive. We only stayed a night due to a change in flight and we were very excited and hoped that we would love to come back again but I don't think that I will as the cons outweigh the pros for my family.

Wonderful

Halfway thru my stay. Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was busy and had to wait a while for our party to be sat. Pool has been fun for my family and toddler loves it. Have no current regrets or complaints.

Excellent hotel, the Asian restaurant is outstanding, highly recommend. Facilities are too notch, they have a lot of things to do from amazing pool, to popcorn for the kids in the afternoon, located centrally to Disney parks

They really need to clean up the poolside and offer better service . So many bugs, leaves, tree needles. Very unkempt gardening efforts. The service poolside is very poor and slow. The restaurants in the hotel are overpriced (expected) but lousy quality and service.

The property was not staffed adequately for the bomb party event I attended. The staff was wonderful but there were too many long lines and waits for drinks & dining. The prices were ridiculous. I understand it is a Disney property but $5 for a fountain soda the size of a solo cup is silly. Beer at $11 is more expensive than most ballparks. A mixed drink for $20?

The property was clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptional!

The Signia Hilton is an excellent hotel. We will definitely be staying there again.

One issue I experienced was the morning of my check out I was woken up by the cleaning lady at 8:45am. Check out is not until 11am anfld I am sure she could have asked the front desk if I had already checked out before knocking and waking me up. She was very rude when I addressed this with her. She stated I should have placed my do not disturb on my door but I could also hear her knocking on other doors. Too early for that.

The best vacation ever! The place was really clean, safe, fun and the staff was really accommodating. This hotel was close to all of the parks and provided a shuttle bus for free. The hotel was only 27 minutes away from the airport. The breakfast harvest bistro was our favorite spot on the ground floor. You really never have to leave the resort/hotel. I can wait to go back!!

Have stayed at this hotel before and love being close to Disney Spring and Epcot. Plus is reserving a room to see Fireworks at night!

It’s a beautiful resort. The Waldorf Golf club is part of the Signia and it’s a short golf cart drive over there. You have all access to Signia Resort and the Waldorf Resort. At the Signia it’s more family friendly and the Waldorf it’s WAY fancier resort. Golf course was beautiful but the greens are BADLY damaged. The lazy river is great for kids and adults.The resort restaurants are all small meals and high priced, but delicious. You have your private text operator that makes reservations and helps with your valet quicker than the front desk can. That was very helpful. Great stay overall. I give it a 8.

The ducks in and around the pool was a major turn off and makes me not want to return. You can't even eat at the pool without the ducks aggressively bothering you.

It has a great pool for the days we need a break from the theme parks. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day, and the staff has been wonderful on both occasions. Family friendly and consistent.

Beautiful and felt elevated while still having the convenience of location and shuttles to attractions. Loved that we could do pool at our hotel and Waldorf as well! Would definitely stay only here again.

And the shuttle to and from all the Disney parks roughly every hour is fantastic.

Property is fantastic. Clean, huge, great rooms. However, the pool was full of ducks drinking the water (low chlorine) and swimming with the people and the hotel restaurants were limited and expensive.

Everything was great! Enjoyed my stay…the pool and lazy river were fantastic! Only comment would be I was sent multiple emails regarding online/contactless check in. Took the time to download the app, create an account, etc…only for the app to tell me I can not check in online and I have to go to the front desk. Great…then why send an email asking me to check in online only to find out after I do all that I still have to goto the front desk? If your system doesn’t have all of the information needed for me to check in online, it shouldn’t be sending automated emails telling me to do so. Not a huge deal…just thought it odd.

Overall average stay. Me and my wife only stayed 1 night but got charged twice for self parking $42. I was refunded, but I am still waiting to get deposit of $125 back and it's been two weeks. The resort fees, and parking fees made a one night stay more costly than intended. Just be prepared for fees.

This was the best getaway I've had in a long time!

Terrific amenities with clean updated rooms. Quality service crew for the rooms. On the other hand, dogs everywhere like a DOG PARK. I find pets to be wonderful creatures who are loyal friends and make the world a better place. However, NOT at a resort. I prefer a relaxing controlled environment rather than a day at zoo waiting for poo & urine to emerge. The restaurant prices were grossly exorbitant therefore I understand why many guests chose food delivery services to bring meals from outside the property. We just absorbed the price gouging during our stay but I understand why others chose to opt out. Parking fee was $40 per day with NO attendant. Best part is that we saw the same dis-guarded underwear on the floor of the garage everyday of our stay. I doubt that fee is contributing to any maintenance and is a pure profit scheme. Overall nice place but buyer beware.

We did not know that there was a resort fee for everynight we stayed totaling $200. it would have been nice that this fee would have been in the total cost of our stay. We would have stayed elsewhere.

They also have a lot of cute ducks walking around the property...and I love them...but they all get in the pool and the amount of 'duck poop' floating was disgusting...we did not got back into the pool and we saw a lot of people doing the same...the positive thing is that you can use the pool at Waldorf next door...and it's soooo much nicer, cleaner and less chaotic...

The food and drinks were the highlight of our stay—every meal was exceptional, and the cocktails were phenomenal. However, the experience was overshadowed by excessive fees, poor management, and operational shortcomings. On top of the $50 daily resort fee and $40 nightly self-parking charge, we were hit with an outrageous $150 EV charging fee set by the hotel. Despite speaking with manager Lacey who did credit us the daily parking charge, the issue with the charger remained unresolved. The Lazy River, a key draw for us, was difficult to enjoy due to guests hoarding pool floats, which staff didn’t address until Monday. The manager at the pool bar Monday was wonderful! Trash and towel shortages further detracted from the experience, with effective solutions only implemented on our last day. The resort fee included a promotion at La Luce offering free kids’ meals with adult entrées, but this wasn’t applied, and the waitress was dismissive when we inquired. Additionally, the main bar in the lobby was closed until 5 p.m. daily, even during peak holiday hours, leaving only the pool bar as an option. We initially planned to extend our stay but decided to leave early due to these persistent issues. While the food and drinks were fantastic, the excessive/hidden fees, mismanagement, and lack of attention to guest needs made this stay disappointing.

The place is good, the quality of service.

Excellent experience and customer service. We were allowed an early check-in and all amenities including room were in great condition and cleanliness. My only recommendation especially during a hot holiday weekend is to stock up on ice cream at the coffee shop as there were non left by evening time. Other than that, we had a great family weekend.

We LOVE that we can rely on this hotel to provide luxury without insanely high prices. The grounds are gorgeous and it's close to Disney Springs. We are passholders, and this is our hotel of choice, every time!
