Great place will definitely stay here again. Room was clean, easy parking nice and quiet and loved that it was walking distance to Disney Springs

Super quick and efficient check in. We were assisted with our luggage to the room. We never had to wait for an elevator! They offered breakfast but we did think $21 per person was a little high. The rooms were clean and we really appreciated the cleaning service daily, unlike some hotels.

Loved the free transportation to Disney Parks. Parking right at the hotel is gated and can go in and out of it as much as you would like. Bedroom was always clean!!! Paid for a room with firework views but never got to see them because the Parks did not do fireworks during the time stayed at the hotel. Hotel should not offer this is the fireworks are not in season. Not enough towels in bathroom.

Walking distance to Disney Springs love that alot. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and we had to buy spray for the room. The toliet seat was broken. Not very happy with this stay.

Everything was perfect. I’d come back next time and for sure will recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

This is a perfect short stay hotel for walking to Disney springs, if you're going to use early entry, and the free Disney transportation. It has everything you need with a bit of Disney flavor sprinkled in, and reasonable rates, and I could watch fireworks from my balcony.

The room was excellent one of the cleanest and comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in and I love to travel! Staff was exceptional would recommend booking a room with the fireworks view!

Attentive and welcoming staff. Breakfast was very good as was our dinner one evening. Walkable to Disney Springs. The rooms need a refresh. They’re looking tired. We noticed our sheets and pillow cases seemed damp. Sort of a yucky feel. Our biggest concern as mentioned on previous visits is the available seating in the room. There is only ONE uncomfortable desk chair for the three of us. Two of us had to sit on the ends of the bed with no back support. After a day in a Disney Park you want to relax in your room. Not possible. We would not open the balcony door to sit out there for fear of Florida bugs entering our room. My suggestion, provide “padded seat” fold up chairs in the room. It would be better than sitting on the beds where you sleep.

It was good to have children and stay here. They have a bar, pool, food you can buy and it’s not far from Disney springs.

The staff was friendly and customer service was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the free coffee downstairs. I liked that we got complimentary drinks when we arrived. The bus service to Disney world parks was great too. Great value for what we paid for the stay. The only thing negative was that I could here whenever the person in the room next to us took a shower and they showered early everyday so it woke us up, but other than that everything else was positive.

Convenience to Disney Springs Kids throwing toys around in the lobby while trying to check in. Staff should have handled it instead of allowing it to disrupt check-in process.

I loved that is was so close to Disney Springs - less than 10 mins walk. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when storing my luggage as I arrived early to head to the DisneyWorld parks. The room was clean and spacious. I loved the free shuttle bus to DisneyWorld too, very easy to navigate. The only complaint I have is that the walls of the room I was in were very thin, meaning I was woken up at 4am by my neighbours crying baby. However, aside from that one small issue, I had a wonderful stay.

We have stayed here several times. Super convenient to Disney Springs. Only issue we had was the pool was out of towels and I had to call the front desk. All guests were waiting for like 30 minutes dripping wet. Oh well, nothing major, just slight inconvenience. Overall, nice hotel and we will definitely stay again.

The location This is my second review as we stayed twice during our trip. They took our stay fee twice for our first stay. This caused us some problems. The front of house manger, Angela, refunded our resort fees after I requested this. It’s now been 21 business days and I have still not received the refund! This is very frustrating and I really shouldn’t be chasing this! This should not have happened in the first place. UK travellers be warned, they will say it’s your banks fault. It’s not. Very unprofessional, look to stay elsewhere.

The staff at check-in did not greet us. Just said "reservation name, id and credit card" which felt rude and was not what I'm accustomed to at any property. Once we got past check in though everything was great. Room was clean, breakfast was great, and the proximity to Disney springs was exceptional. I would stay here again.

Fairly convenient location, only a short walk away from Disney Springs and within driving distance to the theme parks. Service was average and reception seemed understaffed for the number of guests at the hotel. Rooms were a decent size but a bit dated/could use a facelift. We didn't use the shuttle as it seemed difficult to book and timing wasn't convenient. Overall it's a reasonable place for a short stay in the Disney area.

The wellness area was nice. The location was as described. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a dirty half pair of socks on the floor in our room. The bed linen was stained. We had booked and paid for a room with a balcony, but instead we were given a ground-floor room without a balcony, right next to the parking lot. The glass door couldn’t be opened, so there was no way even to let fresh air into the room. When we reported these issues, we were told that our room (see photo) was considered to have a balcony, and that the door would be fixed so we could open it. Despite this promise, no repairs were made at all. Because of the dirty socks, we were given a ridiculously small discount (39 USD) and four drink vouchers for the bar, which had already expired by the time we received them and were not accepted at the bar. The breakfast selection of cold cuts and cheese was extremely poor, and there were no vegetables at all. This hotel was a huge disappointment—by far the worst during our Florida trip, despite being one of the most expensive.

Their additional fees are egregious. $39 a day for: Hourly shuttles to the park. I had a rental car. No need Coffee in the lobby 6-8am. That’s fair. Two welcome drinks upon arrival. That’s fair. Two bottles of water a day. That’s fair. Local calls. I have a cell phone. 800 calls. Samey same. I have a cell phone. Refrigerators and microwave. I’m calling foul on that one. Find me another hotel that charges for refrigerators and microwaves in your room, and I’ll pay YOU $39. Computing and printing access. Fair, but the station was a ghost town. 24 hour access to fitness center. Again, find me another hotel that charges access to their fitness center. 50% discount on rental equipment in Walt Disney World golf courses. I don’t golf. This is all non negotiable AFTER they took my card for a mystery $1 incidental fee on my room. Fast talk and sleight of hand later my card is in file for $39/day. What a ripoff. THEN! I’m also charged $25/day for parking!!! AGAIN find me another hotel that does that, and I’ll tell three more who don’t. The front desk staff were gruff, acted like you were on their time, and obviously well versed on this scam. Garbage fees forced on you by garbage people. Never again, and I’m going to social media for the APB next.

When we first arrived to our room every thing seemed ok. As I entered the bathroom I noticed the mirror was crooked. The sink faucet was lose. Behind the mirror it was full of dust and some critters. We addressed this with front desk personal. They took care of the mirror and the faucet. But apparently forgot about the back of the mirror. So on check out, I did bring up this issue once again. They did apologize and gave us a partial credit. I was nice and calm about the whole situation. I understand things happen and get over looked. Do not hesitate to speak out when you know something is not right.

Clean room close to Disney Springs!

Location and proximity to Disney springs and Saratoga Springs, our vacation club resort. The staff is always friendly, the pool is never too crowded and the concrete balcony makes it almost completely private when you sit outside. Also we love Kelly who is part of the breakfast staff, Kelly is the best and remembers us every time we come, she really makes our trips feel like home. The restaurant could do better with dinner

Every morning there is a breakfast buffet, where one can make their own Mickey waffles. Staff are also available to make omelettes upon request. Everything was so clean and modern. The parking is plenty of for self parking and preferred parking.

It was just OK nothing special. And no complementary breakfast. And charged 25.00 to park! The charge for parking I thought was ridiculous.

The front desk staff and the restaurant/bar staff were AMAZING The cleaning people were showing up inconsistently - one day at 5pm, next knocking at 9am, 10am, still trying to sleep..

The location was great, close to Disney Springs, but the hotel is dated and appears nicer in the pictures than what it really is. Carpet stains, marks on wall, broken shower drain, stains on bedding, etc.

Some staff were not the friendliest to us during our stay and the shuttle service did not come on time. We were told at this hotel we get 30 minute early entry to the Disney parks and the shuttle did not come in time to get us there early which was why we decided to stay at this specific hotel. We got there at the time the park opened to everyone so we paid extra to not get the services I paid extra for.

Staff wasnt particularly warm at check in and there was a guy in the lobby trying to sell time shares- not what I wanted at 10 pm. Plus pool is open until 11 pm to if you want to skew before 11 make sure your room isn’t by the pool. I didn’t think to ask that question at check in and we were too tired to move and already in bed when we realized the level of noise.

Early check-in was accommodated; nice staff; clean room; comfortable bed, the A/C system working well. The hotel is clean and quaint. We liked the mural in the lobby, We had a nice and convenient walk to Disney Springs. Musty smell in room. Probably from the old carpeting and maybe also from the older drapes. These items need an update. Suggest replace rugs with hard floors (like Disney Allstar Resorts - those floors are so much better than the rugs).

Resort was wonderful, it’s an early check in before our main stay. Great location great view of Epcot and magic kingdom fireworks, as well as Disney springs. Our room faced the rainforest cafe in DS and walking there was great. Excellent resort, great amenities, great bar, great food, excellent decor and family friendly. Will always stay there when we come down as an early check in prior to our DVC check in.

It’s budget friendly and very close to Disney Parks. The shuttle was an icing on the cake. It was free and reliable. The buffet breakfast was a bit pricy for the basic options available. Otherwise, our stay was 10/10. We ordered Uber Eats from Dennys on our 2nd morning. It was cheaper and better.

The ONLY ONLY reason to stay in this hotel is the early entry in the parks. Even though you need to take care with the times when getting the transfers…it takes a lot of time. Very OLD hotel, the carpets in rooms are sticky and smells bad. The shower is old and leaking. Elevators are crowded and staff are rude.

Better service with a better attitude. . The eleavator needs work. Takes and stops at wrong floors and there are two many people to have only 2. Room service would be great.

Bathrooms were not clean. Hair in shower that did not belong to us. Shower curtains did not close all the way so water would get everywhere. No lock on balconay door.

Do not rely on the “free shuttle” to get you anywhere. It is a third party bus company and apparently the hotel only pays for a certain number of riders per day. Once those are filled, you are on your own. Even if you get one, be careful. Our driver was driving off before everyone could get out and then driving (not slowly) with the bus door open so strollers or even people could have easily slid out. The hotel itself is dated, only two paper thin towels for showers, cheap shampoo, and no streaming services available for the tv. Which would be fine if the hotel could maintain a signal to your tv with its very limited number of channels, but it doesn’t. Location is good, easily walkable to Disney Springs. Parking is $25 per day or pay an extra $4 per day to park yourself in the front of the hotel. Computers were out in the common area with your screen visible to everyone who walks by. Overall decent but they really need to get their own shuttle buses. That alone will ruin your day if you’re trying to stick to a schedule for the parks.

It’s great for a Disney vacation because you’re walking distance to Disney Springs. The rooms are big and comfy.

Pool and patio area were beautiful. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was missing some basic amenities like plastic laundry bag. No towels at pool when we visited. The back security door to the parking lot had loose handles and seemed very insecure. We tested it a few times out of concern.

Location of property was perfect…15 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and 8 minute walk to Disney Springs!! My family and I have stayed here twice and would definitely stay there again!! Location was excellent, just a short 10min walk to Disney Springs and the hotel offered shuttle to all major parks which was very easy to book ahead and always on time. Even though breakfast is not included, they have the option on site and a free coffee station for hotel guests which was clutch to grab one on our way out every morning. Room was clean, we were surprised that even the outdoor balcony furniture was pristine. Everything was great overall just minor complaint about our toilet — it smelled even though it had been cleaned and it had a stain or paint coming off that look like a huge skid mark.

We only spent one night, but the hotel seemed new, clean, and the rooms were quiet- we never heard anyone above or on the sides of us. The two welcome drinks were a great perk! The breakfast buffet was great, and kids free.

The staff were great! I loved the fact you get complimentary drinks including from bar. I was busy for my daughter’s birthday so I didn’t get to enjoy it. The pool area looked nice and fun. We only came to sleep for Disney and shuttle there. So I didn’t get to enjoy the hotel like I wanted so I will definitely have to book again. The most important thing that caught me was how helpful the staff were. Check in was quick and easy the front desk staff my day of arrival were great 3/14/2026 7pm!!! And I must say I’ve stayed at a lot of places around Orlando over the years, and they brought stuff to my room within 5-10 mins. The room was pretty clean. One small issue I seen nothing major to make a complaint about. Great property and area!

The rooms are very outdated with tiny bathrooms. Towels very very small almost like a hand towel for your shower. Shower pressure was so minimal it took forever to take a shower. The handle on the shower was about to fall off. Paper thin toilet paper. No fans or overhead lights, just lamps. Very humid in the room. No umbrellas for a rainy day (most hotels have them). Housekeeping is minimal. They do give you two waters per day. Coffee cream is powder not real liquid .

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool area was great, with a large pool, hot tub, lounge space, and even outdoor games for families to enjoy. Breakfast was decent, and kids under 11 eat free, which is a nice bonus. One thing to note: breakfast vouchers are automatically added to your reservation, they charge for two adults. We were traveling with one adult and one child, so we had to ask for a refund for the extra adult and ended up paying daily instead. The free shuttle to the parks is very convenient. Just make sure you have the discount code to reserve your free spot. It runs every hour to the four parks and back. Be sure to check the schedule ahead of time, as some guests seemed confused about the timing. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

Incredibly convenient location, in walking distance to Disney Springs. Complimentary shuttle service to parks was easy to reserve. Spacious rooms. Some aspects of the facilities seemed dated. Received two drink vouchers, but the bar closed a bit earlier than I expected--was able to use the vouchers on drinks from the convenience area, though. Was told we'd get two complimentary waters each day, but didn't receive those on the second day. Also didn't get multiple new towels on the second day. Couldn't get ahold of front desk from our room phone. So mostly great with a couple minor inconveniences.

Room was good, one day we lacked hot water. People smoked on balconies and it prevented us from sitting on ours. Button in elevator worked and didn’t work, we informed the staff. All in all it was good.

Was very nice, really enjoyed the stay even though it was only one night. The walking access to Disney Springs was great.

The front desk staff is not professional enough. I have booked a king size balcony room. When I requested to change another room as I don’t like the room with a connected door. They strictly switched me to a standard no balcony room without asking me if I prefer to . That means to downgrade my room as I have paid for a higher category of room . Besides, the bathroom is very small. It is not proportionate big enough to the room.

My room was not clean and needed a refresh

Older building but the rooms were comfortable and more modern. Very clean, and all the carpets were being cleaned floor by floor. Great location, 10 minutes walk to Disney Springs entrance. The resort fee includes free shuttles to the Disney parks and the hotel has a 30 mins early entrance. Really convenient for beating the crowds. Would stay here again.

Our stay was great! Check in was easy, Shay at the front desk was warm and friendly. The room way a nice size, clean and fresh. Couple of draw backs were after the shower there were puddles of water on the floor, (we did use the mat) and the chest of drawers did not close fully. Highlights were the bar area, free drink tickets, the food, and the entire staff being so friendly and accommodating. Scott at the bar was the epitome of service with a smile. They have shuttles to and from the parks and Disney Springs is literally right there. All in all i would stay here again and definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Good accommodations, but a bit outdated, needs a room refresh. Clean and staff was great, so that was pleasant! Shuttle to the park was a nightmare, don’t recommend it, even though it’s free.

The staff here are wonderful. Scott, Uyen and Justine are particularly amazing. The bar and restaurant are probably my favorite places to hang out. Wonderful environment, furniture, set up and always amazing staff. The food is also very good.

One elevator never went to the 10th floor and didn’t get fixed our entire stay. Room was worn and outdated but clean. Our balcony “view” was the expressway. Everyone working there was very nice.

The hotel was in an excellent location (walking distance to Disney Springs). It was very quiet in the area. I stayed in the towers, and I had amazing views. I didn't expect this hotel to be as big as it was. My only con is having to pay for parking.

Nice place to stay and close to everything. Only thing I didn't like was the expensive breakfast that seemed overpriced and the next day when we wanted to find cheaper breakfast options elsewhere, there was nothing really close by or on the way to the parks.

Room was clean and spacious, with a great view of Disney springs and the parks. Was able to watch the fireworks nightly. Loved the hot chocolate in the early evening too, great boost of sugar for the night ahead. The food in the hotel was really good, tried a variety of dishes, couldn’t fault any of them. Great after a long day in the parks. The pool was lovely, enough loungers and space to relax or to get in the pool. We used the car park, we felt our car was safe there. The main thing was the staff and especially Maria, seeing her smiling in the morning as we went past to go out to the parks. Such a lovely lady, but all the staff were. So thank you again holiday inn Disney springs for making an unforgettable trip to Disney maigcal.

Clean room, we had a balcony with the Disney fireworks view which we loved! We stood for a few days after my son’s wish trip was done to relax and rest before the drive back home. Located near tons of food options and fun activities. Would stay here again!

Just a standard room, it was clean and comfortable. Good view of the fireworks from our room that had a balcony. The only thing that we didn't like was the bright light on the balcony.Wish there was a way to turn that off.

I was able to check in my baggage for storage before I got my room. Even then, I requested early check-in and was able to get a room. That was very nice. Breakfast was very good. I wish there were more vegan options. Overall, I had a really good experience.

I could not believe that they clean the rooms every five nights!!!!, We stayed for 7 nights: 2 adults and two kids. Since we arrived, the room has not been neat and clean. Then, a few days later, we asked if they could clean the room, even though we said we could pay extra. They said yes, but they did not. The clean service is a 1 star hotel level. I will never stay there again, and I will not recommend it.

The rooms need a little updating the carpets are really old and need to be updated.

The towel rack were broken in the room but room was somewhat clean.

The floor in our room dropped significantly toward the window. You would loose your balance if you walked on that side of the bed. At night it is very dark outside the entrance and parking area. The only good part for me was the price.

Only thing I could fault was the shower and that’s just me being picky. The pressure was not great and couldn’t get a nice temperature

Easy early check in.

I feel like the beds and pillows are very old. The property is well kept, but for the price I could’ve stayed at a much nicer resort with a better view of the fireworks across the street.

My girlfriend and I booked Holiday Inn for the convenience of walking to Disney Springs and for its cheaper price. By the end of our 3 night stay, the hotel proved to be quiet and convenient. It’s not anything crazy (outdated tech, meh looking interiors), but we’d return if we visit Disney again.

I always stay at this property for my Orlando trips 30 mins from the airport. 17 minute walk to Disney springs and free buses to the Disney parks. 15 minute drive to universal studios it’s quite literally perfect. 3 times I’ve stayed here now 3 different years and planning again in 2026

Free cookies and lemonade in the afternoons is a really nice touch. Free transfer to all Disney parks is very handy, and cheaper than car hire and park parking and hotel parking.

This hotel is great walking distance to Disney springs, they also have shuttle services to the parks via reservation. The pool is nice and they have a pharma box which if you need any last minute items for allergies, headaches, manicure set etc. this is great to have! Overall we enjoyed our stay some staff were friendlier than others.

We enjoyed the room and it's proximity to WDW.

We had an issue when we checked in, when we arrived the room we were issued it was being cleaned and not available. I had to go back downstairs and was told it was mistake and issued another room which the key did not work for. Had to go bad down again to get it sorted out. The staff was very nice and gave me extra drink tickets for the inconvenience. Overall the place was clean and the staff was super friendly.

The hotel itself is in a great location and clean. The issue I had is the terrible traffic noise you hear. I wasn’t able to sleep due to hearing the traffic. I asked for a room change and was offered the highest floor. It helped a bit, but still didn’t drown out the highway traffic and sirens all night. If you stay here, ask for a room facing the pool or away from the highway.

Rooms outside the tower could use some updating. Luckily the staff and amenities keep me coming back every time want to stay at disney springs. The walk over to disney springs is about 14 minutes. Nice walkway with an overpass direct to disney springs.

Two different couples tried getting into our room early in the morning and had keys to get in.

Great stay with spouse. Close to Disney Springs so we walked every day of our stay. At night we could see fireworks from two of the parks from our private balcony. Would stay again.

My sons family room wasn’t serviced one day and when we retined at 6pm were told we don’t service rooms after 4 The nappies not removed and no extra towels. Would not stay there again.

Very friendly staff and great location. Pool was very nice and bar/cafe was decent if pricey. My only issues really were 1) only one washer and one dry for the entire hotel meant we couldn't dry out our shoes after getting caught in the rain at Disney. 2) Shortly after checking in 2 of the 3 elevators went down. The whole 16 floors had to use one elevator. Getting around was terrible.

Property is in good condition and is a reasonable walk to Disney Springs (for younger and/or fit individuals). NOT happy about paying $25 for parking!

We enjoyed our stay but struggled with hot water supply. Every morning water was cold and we had to wait for water to get warm. It was never hot and water temperature was highly variable and unpredictable but mostly cold.

Beds were very comfortable. Only one thing of annoyance, there is only 1 washing machine and dryer for the whole hotel, consequently impossible to get a space in the queue using those facilities.

It is full service. Room as advertised, was clean and utilized perks from being honors client.

This hotel was great! The breakfast was delicious (Francisco's made-to-order omelets were worth the cost) and there was a wide range of items available. The room was clean and freshened up each day. Transportation to WDW parks was reliable and it was an easy walk to Disney Springs. Great time!

Nice hotel and only a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs. Pool was good. Food choices were limited. Rooms were tidy and good size. Bathroom was small with low water pressure and slow drains.

The day that we checked in, they gave us a messy room that someone already stayed in without cleaning the room first, before letting a guest check in.

Called ahead as we were going to be a late arrival, it was no problem. Free drink coupon for an adult beverage at the bar. Pool was clean, with plenty of chair and towels supplied. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Plenty of outlets. Easy walk to Disney Springs on a nice paved trail with scenic views of ponds and wildlife. Last morning 5/26, there was no hot water. All the staff was wonderful, helpful, and kind. We would definitely return to this property.

The location of the hotel was great for entry into Disney Springs

Bathroom looks dated. Parking does not have a sign so a little confusing especially if it’s self parking and a code is needed to enter their parking lot. One of the valet guys was rude, I guess he wasn’t happy we didn’t hand him the car keys.

The property is nice enough, although overall not terribly clean or updated. The room in particular felt as though it had not been cleaned well at all (hairs in the shower, etc.). The balcony was narrow and had a concrete half wall (not the railing pictured) so sitting in a chair at eye level (I’m 6’1”) was a view of the half wall, not a view of the pool. Additionally, it was not mentioned that parking was not included, instead I discovered the $25/day charge after receiving my final bill after checkout. The proximity to the parks was great, although in hindsight I would have rather stayed somewhere better cared for, even if it was further away. Lesson learned.

This hotel is very convenient to Disney Springs and surrounding parks and attractions. The rooms are large and quiet. They have balconies with Disney fireworks views and that is amazing. It is an older hotel that needs a little bit of upgrading. There were issues in the bathroom with the drain and the bar in the shower. There were also ants in the bathroom and on the desk near the TV. The AC in our room had to be fixed during our stay.

Overall hotel was fine. Convenient for Disney. Found the app for transportation challenging to secure and many days could not get on.
