Everything was great! Staff goes above and beyond expectations! One example… a washa is a tool to use on your face. The house cleaning staff accidentally broke the one I had in the shower and had notified me of this by text. By the end of the day, they replaced it with a brand new one. Another example, I enjoyed getting up early to go to the patio facing the pool on my balcony. The ground keepers were very noisy one morning, and I told the front desk and the next day I could tell they were trying not to make as much noise. I appreciate them listening to my voice and actually doing something about it. The front staff also upgraded our room, for an extra fee of course, but it was still about a savings of $900 per day from ordering the same room online. We ate at both Capa and Ravello‘s and I would have to say that Ravello‘s food is actually better. They use a better seasoning on there ribeye steaks then Capa. The pasta and meatballs and bread are excellent at Ravello‘s. Ravello’s also has a nice breakfast buffet daily, which we enjoyed. It is such a nice relaxing property to enjoy walks around the lake, an adult pool, lazy river, clean uncrowded gym and shuttles to the Disney parks. I would definitely like to go back again soon, and if the Four Seasons offers me a free vacation, I’ll be there as soon as they want. But, at this time, I’m writing this review just because my wife and I enjoyed the vacation so much lol.

We got a park-facing room. It was beautiful - so clean and so spacious. The staff was excellent - from those working at the front desk to those working at the pools to housekeeping. The Capa restaurant was amazing - definitely worth it. And they had excellent, reliable transportation to and from the Disney parks. Definitely one of the best properties I’ve stayed at.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with an incredible level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The team consistently anticipated needs before we even had to ask, and every interaction felt personal rather than transactional. It’s rare to find a hotel where every department operates at such a high level, but here the service was flawless across the board. The staff created an atmosphere that made our family feel completely taken care of — whether it was housekeeping, pool attendants, front desk, dining staff, concierge, or valet, everyone was friendly, attentive, and sincerely committed to making our stay special. You can tell there is a culture of excellence here, because the consistency is remarkable. Beyond the beautiful property itself, what leaves the strongest impression is how much pride the employees take in delivering an unforgettable experience. They are polished without ever feeling formal, welcoming without being overbearing, and incredibly responsive to even the smallest requests. This is luxury hospitality at its absolute best, and the people are what make it unforgettable. Four Seasons Orlando sets a standard that very few hotels can match. We left already looking forward to coming back.

Orlando is quite a backwater and if there wasn't Disneyland or NASA there, there's probably no reason to visit it. The Four Seasons Hotel is the best place to stay. Thanks to the water park, you can relax after a day spent in the fronds and traffic jams. It offers the classic top Four Seasons standard that you expect for your money. We visited the hotel after 5 years and since the last visit, the rooms are much nicer and more modern. As a real estate investor and developer, I have a professional deformation of looking at details and therefore I have to mention that the air conditioning units probably remained original and there is quite a lot of noise in the rooms and in the dressing rooms where they are located, even such a noise that it is transferred to the suitcases that were placed there. There are glue residues on the wooden panels but that's probably my personal problem. As in other Four Seasons hotels, you need to reserve a place for breakfast, which is not entirely comfortable. On vacation, you don't want to plan the exact time when to get up and go to breakfast. Otherwise, you have to wait until it's your turn. We had a similar experience at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas where we resigned and ordered breakfast to our room, which is a shame because the breakfasts at the Four Seasons are top notch. I don't know what it is, probably the restaurants are undersized, we don't have this kind of thing in other hotel chains.

Cleanliness was top notch. Safety. The pool and splash was amazing but we couldn’t use it as it was cold weather. The view from our balcony was amazing specially during sunrise. Breakfast is charged which is not usual for five star hotels.

The Four Seasons Orlando is visually stunning. The facility is immaculate, the grounds are peaceful, and the staff delivers excellent service at every level. The lazy river is relaxing and the entire resort feels high-end and well maintained. However, the pricing structure makes it difficult to fully enjoy what the resort offers. I paid six thousand dollars for five nights just for the room. On top of that, nearly everything felt like an upcharge. A soda was six dollars, a basic burger was twenty-three dollars, and a couples massage cost seven hundred sixty dollars. Valet parking was sixty dollars per day with no self-parking option available. There was also daily construction happening next to the resort which was disruptive at times and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. For the price point, I expected a quiet and peaceful experience which this unfortunately was not. The pool and lazy river close at nine in the evening and the spa shuts down at eight which feels unnecessarily early for a resort in this category. Dine-in room service was so well done with warming trays to keep food piping hot and all the selections were delicious. Elegant dining right in your room. If you like cesar salads they had the best shrimp caesar salad I ever had (the dressing was to die for). We ordered Coffee every morning with croissants that melt in your mouth. Just be prepared to spend at least $100 every morning (a free coffee station is supplied in front of Ravello restaurant) for coffee and croissants and little less than $200 for a dine-in dinner room. The restaurants were also amazing and pricey. We ate at the Lobby Bar, Ravello and PB&G. We did not make it to CAPA however we heard that will really put a dent in your pocket book. CONS: Our second day we went to the pool and came back and room service did not come even though they supply a green light you push to alert them to clean your room. We called them, they came and we had to stay out of the room for at least an hour. I could not go back to the pool due to too much sun so we just had to waste time in the Lobby. This was the perfect hotel for us. Nice rooms and amenities, good dining options as well as a little gelataria. There's a beautiful pool and hot tub, but it does close early (8:00p) during the winter months. The property is in an upscale neighborhood that is very quiet. It was worth the 10-15 min drive to the different parks to have a nicer place to call hoke during our stay. You will have the 30 min early entry into the parks as a perk of staying at the four seasons, however it does not qualify as a Disney property, so you will still be charged for parking. All together, a great experience.

Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Very very clean resort, everything was immaculate. The staff were fantastic and super helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional. Capa restaurant is fantastic. Very good facilities for kids without feeling like a kids resort. You could easily enjoy this as a couple without kids. Didn't feel too busy which was nice - plenty of room to spread out. Quite possibly the best hotel I've stayed at, ever! There is currently construction works on the east side, which although was not noisy, spoiled the view to the east. The drinks service around the pool could be improved, a bit slow but the staff made up for it with their friendliness.

The property is beautiful with amazing facilities. The spa was super and I had an amazing massage there. The pool areas are fantastic for kids. But far and away the best thing is the staff - from the minute we arrived in reception to the last bell person who helped us out with our bags every single staff member was extraordinary. So friendly and helpful and lovely. We’ve stayed at a lot of 5star hotels but never with this amazing level of friendly, fun service. Also really great was the WhatsApp concierge service. We used it all the time to check details, book room service from the Parks so it was there when we arrived back and arranged the spa. They were super responsive and really made our trip seamless. Would really like to thank them for being fantastic. We booked dinner at Capa and found the food thoroughly disappointing. (Although our waitress was amazing and made our night great! Also would point out the food at Ravello was totally delicious.)

Everything. The Serenity. From the cleanliness, the staff, the foods, and the services. Best I could have experienced. You're paying for the pleasantness - and it was worth it considering we utilized the property as a resort and not just a bed to sleep in. Prices. It's expensive, but I'd do it again. If you're planning to just quickly shower and sleep, choose a different resort because you'll not have the opportunity to enjoy what's offered.

Our six year old daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at Disney world. I mentioned this to the concierge when I set up our stay. We were greeted with a birthday cupcake which is her favorite dessert. The staff was amazing and I have to give a special thanks to Kevin and Chef Malyna for making our daughter's birthday dinner a magical evening.

Made our vacation wonderful….had a red eye flight and got to property early…staff did their best to accommodate. Had a late flight back home…again, staff was very accommodating! This is the best four seasons my wife and I have ever stayed. In the years since the hotel has opened, we have been blessed to stay a few times…we have never been disappointed and will continue to return to four seasons Orlando in the future…already looking forward to our next visit.

Made our vacation wonderful….had a red eye flight and got to property early…staff did their best to accommodate. Had a late flight back home…again, staff was very accommodating! This is the best four seasons my wife and I have ever stayed. Should check folio when checking out. The spa team at the resort provided me with a fake receipt to charge me for a product which I did not buy. I did not even visit the spa. The receipt was made with my personal information and forged. It is under investigation now. Be careful, your information is being used without consent and leaked.

Great property, restaurants were amazing, views from the 17 floor and food, service wine and drinks in Capa were the best! Ready to go back.

I have stayed there many, many times. This was my fourth time this year alone. There just doesn’t seem to be any sense from the hotel management that they appreciate the repeat business. And now that the prices are literally out of control I would think they would appreciate it even more. It will be hard to stay there again at prices that are double and triple what was charged pre-COVID if the service is actually worse. It’s disappointing that customer service is a dying art.

The hotel is beautiful, clean service was ok but not what I expected for a four seasons. The Abe tour luggage to the wrong room the first day. Took them a min to realize what they did. Service around the pool was slow and almost non Existen. Oh and dinner at reveló was horrible we had to send our dinner back after slow service. The place was beautiful I would go back hopping those were just mistakes.

Everything was excellent and the staff was friendly, courteous and always ready to help.The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet at Ravelo Restaurant. Not a good option and expensive. We only went to the restaurant the first day. We preferred to buy coffee and pastries at the lobby bar instead.

Really appreciated the quick response to our travel needs with their black cars- huge perk. So nice to see the same employees time after time! Favorite part of my stay was the lazy river, slides, and adult pool. Fun, then relaxing - best of both worlds at one resort.

Gorgeous property. Convenient location. Not quite up to usual Four Seasons expectations. Some issues in room and cabana. We will go back again. Probably just usual issues in our post Covid world. Ready to go back.

Best overall property

This was our second time staying at the Four Seasons Orlando. It is an amazing property with beautiful accommodations and amazing amenities. It has something for children of any age making it ideal for families with kids of different ages/stages. The pool area is hands down the best in the area and the staff if always so friendly and helpful. We will be back!!

The whole family loves it. We go every year. The staff is amazing. The pools are unbelievable.

This hotel never disappoints! At a time when employees are hard to find, you never felt anything lacking in service or quality at this Four Seasons. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The food was amazing! Whether it be at Lickity Split for a quick bite, ordering poolside, or sitting in Cavello, you were in for a great meal. The pools and lazy river continue to bring us back time and time again. A “must stay” if you have the opportunity!

The property is so beautiful. The staff are very attentive. We stayed from Monday to Friday and it was the much needed recharge.
