The room was very clean. However, just like all of the Disney resorts, the walls are paper thin. Thankfully our neighbors were pretty quiet, but you could hear them do everything, especially flushing the toilets. So for a room that was over $300 a night it was not quiet enough unfortunately. Everything else though was very nice. No other complaints.

We actually arrived earlier than arrived but they were great and let us check in early. Our room was amazing and we didn't want to leave.

I love how quiet it was. So close to the Disney parks. Absolutely loved all the space and it was so convenient.

A staff handled our check in process was not cheerful while visitor(we) are excited about our resort experience. I used exchange this time. I do not think I would come back this place again.

Loved the buses, the number of stations on the property and cleanliness. Did not like the construction area where our rental car tire picked up 6 contractors staples.

It was gorgeous, rooms were amazing. Staff was nice other than they calling the police on me for using my drone for 2 minutes and having to deal with the police for hours. Yay

Cute resort! He a great time. Staff a little snarky. They removed some services due to COVID, however it wasn’t clear what they were and weren’t doing. And the staff appeared upset when you didn’t understand. Such as, they wouldn’t change linens because of linens. However I reviewed all communication and in room collateral and it didn’t state that anywhere, but they were upset I didn’t know. When I asked for new towels, they brought dirty ones. Again, great time, but sure didn’t communicate little things. Lastly, the charged for parking but didn’t ever once tell me. I don’t mind paying, was just odd that it was again, entirely not communicated.

spacious great housekeeping several small issues were reported but not taken care of while we were there. Need to replace the kitchenware as to pots and pans which were non stick but all scratched up.

We were upgraded to a Vacation Club Villa (not sure why, but could have been due to our 4 am arrival. We appreciated the extra room! Unfortunately they forgot to clean one of the rooms and bathrooms, making a late night even later.

We liked everything. They gave us a preferred room, transportation was great, loved the pool, Olivia’s, Gurgling Suitcase, gift shop, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved our trip and will be back. Thank you.

The property was great in every way. The room was immaculate. The size was enormous and it really felt comfortable.

There are no elevators to go to 2nd floor, and there are no ice machines anywhere in the vicinity of your room. We could either go to the pool area for ice or back up to the front where we checked in. That was at least a me away. When I say mammoth, I'm talking a city. I would not stay here again.

The resort was very nice and clean. It was a little too spread out for us and wish there was more restaurant choices. We have stayed in quite a few of the other Disney resorts and felt there was more choices at other resorts. That being said - we enjoyed our stay.

Resort is nice, but know that this is a TIMESHARE aka Disney Vacation Club Property so you are not in a traditional hotel. Exceeded all expectations. 1 bedroom villa in back of property. Close to one of the swimming pools and bus transportation to all Disney parks. Parking free in front of unit. This may be a timeshare resort and all units may not be the same. Ours was perfect. Bring your groceries. Full kitchen setup.

Room on first floor was good choice. No stairs to contend with. The cleaning staff were very efficient and the room was always clean.

The transport to and from the parks takes awhile, as you have to wait at a bus stop, and then stop throughout the resort to let passengers on and off. We went during Spring Break which was our only time to go, but which also made it extremely busy.

This is a great place to stay when with a big group but be careful not to get a room too close to a bus depot because it is too noisy.

The resort and room were gorgeous! However, when we arrived in the room we found the refrigerator had hair in it and food stuck on the bottom shelf. We called to have them come clean it so we could put our food in it and we were told they were coming and they never showed up. We sat in the room for 2 hours waiting. For Disney standards this was pretty unfathomable and disgusting. I don’t think asking for a clean refrigerator is too much to ask.

This is a nice, quiet, out of the way place to stay for your Disney Vacation. I will stay here again when I go back in 4 years. What I really liked was the amenities that the Villas had to offer. This helps with the Disney expense a lot.

The resort is huge. Transportation from your room to the check in hub required the Disney Bus. Very inconvenient. I wouldn't stay here again.

The floors were dirty, the toilet leaked, no one picked up used towels (we had to call each time we needed fresh towels), no trash pick up. Overall cleanliness was terrible. If it had been my first stay at this hotel I would never book again! Fortunately we will not base another stay by this one.

Very nice resort. Really large rooms. Water taxi was very convenient and takes only 10 minutes to Disney springs. Pools are heated and community room has a lot of entertainments for kids. We enjoyed Old Key West!

Nice trip to Disney. Resort was nice. Housekeeping was just so so. Transportation to the parks was a bit of a hassle so we just drove our own car. Pools were very nice, not crowded. Overall a great trip. Not sure if I would choose this resort again though

We booked a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and dining room as we had 5 travel It was very clean and quiet located across from a swimming pool. The units stacked 3 high with with parking in the front. The property is huge but the bus service is excellent. Approximately 10 minutes waits to go to any Disney property. You can catch a boat to Disney springs and in the evening it a very nice ride. The restaurant is homey and quite good if you don't have the energy to cook or go to Disney Springs. Disney springs has some good restaurants and some fair. Reserve as early as possible when you can. The staff is all very friendly and work hard to please. The main lobby area has a pool that is quite good for kids on rest days. Had a great time.

Great stay at OKW resort! We were in building 32 so our room was just outside of the bus stop that took us to all the parks. We had 5 adults and 2 children in the group - and still had tons of space in our 2-bedroom villa - so much so that my 3 year old nephew thought we had moved into a new house!

Top notch Disney customer service and cleanliness. Not as luxurious as 4 or 5 star hotels, but worth it to stay on Disney property. Had a really good dining experience at hotel restaurant. Nice pool & amenities as well. Very nice to have Ferry to Disney Springs.

very nice hotel, quit, decent, good service, I was in two bed rooms villa in the ground floor, near the turtle pond station, shuttle were available every 20min. to all Disney parks and to the Disney springs (Disney down town), staff are friendly, generally I recommend this hotel specially to large family's.

If you intend to spend some days at Disney with the little ones, Old Key West is a very good choice. With big apartments including a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. With all the basic material that you have at home. Good transportation system in and out of the parks and a great staff.

This stay was terrible from beginning until the end. They messed up our check-in there are no elevators and my husband is a disabled vet so going up stairs is rough. They had us in an occupied room then argued with my husband about the pin number. Had to haul all of our stuff back down and reload then go back to the front desk which is NO WHERE near the room rough guess about a mile plus away. The room was old and it smelled old. It was clean but was a substandard room for 475 a night. Then on Sunday morning after we had been at the park until closing the night before we had someone pounding on our door at 810am. I opened the door and had housekeeping state aren't you leaving today? Check out is not until 11 or so...needless to say it was terrible and I was very disappointed. We saved to do something special for each other for Christmas..this was not it.

I have stayed at Old Key West in the past and just like this time, it was fantastic. We had a two bedroom, two bath villa that was HUGE, 1,300 sf. There was a king, two queens, a sofa pullout and a very comfy chair bed. Plenty of room. Full kitchen, jetted spa tub, huge closets, washer and dryer. The amenities are typical first rate Disney. The on site restaurant is very southern Florida in atmosphere and food is wonderful. Of course, once you park your car, you never need it again with all the modes of transportation available. The main pool/recreation area is amazing with a huge pool, water slide, tennis courts, corn hole, playground, all complimentary. Free parking, although the lot is usually but you can lark in a villa lot across the street. No resort fee, ever! And the Disney hospitality is super. After check out, I had left two check books in aight stand. I remembered before heading home, returned to the hotel and even though the complex is massive, the cast member and her manager located my items and had them sent to check in and the mgr personally returned them to me. Nowhere else can you find service like this! I highly recommend a magical vacation at this beautiful resort!

I went with a party of 9, which included 5 adults, 4 children (15, 7, 5, and 19 months old) and we all had enough space. The kitchen had glassware (including some plastic dishes for the kids and wine glasses), utensils, plates, knifes, dishwashing soap, etc. There was also a laundry room inside our villa that had detergent. Our suite also had a high chair (like the ones found in restaurants) and a Graco port-a-crib. The crib also had a fitted sheet which was also nice (most hotels I have stayed at do not have a fitted sheet, but just a regular sheet to wrap around the mattress). We stayed near the hospitality center and were close to the Peninsular bus stop. Old Key West has a few bus stops and a ferry. The pool was great and the the slide was pretty long, which I did not expect. I loved the vibe of the resort and the staff was very helpful. The only downside to the hotel itself was both bathrooms were in each of the bedrooms, which was a little rough for the people who sleep on the pull out sofa and chair, since they have to go into a bedroom to use a bathroom. I thought a separate entrance to the bathroom from the hallway may have been more conducive for guests who sleep in the common area. However, that is the only critique I have of the layout, otherwise, it was perfect.

One girl from Mission Viejo went well out of her way to help us locate boxes for us and also give advice on activities. She couldn't have done more. The villa was perfect for us especially the large open living room kitchen area . We came together to celebrate my son's graduation from med school and had the grandkids with us. They enjoyed it and we all loved it. We enjoyed the boat ride and the pool and were impressed with the attentive lifeguards and lifejackets for the little ones. The slide captured their attention as well. It was wonderful!

One girl from Mission Viejo went well out of her way to help us locate boxes for us and also give advice on activities. She couldn't have done more. The villa was perfect for us especially the large open living room kitchen area . We came together to celebrate my son's graduation from med school and had the grandkids with us. They enjoyed it and we all loved it. We enjoyed the boat ride and the pool and were impressed with the attentive lifeguards and lifejackets for the little ones. The slide captured their attention as well. It was wonderful!

The room was about a mile from the hospitality area. We have a 3 year old and there was not sidewalk in our area so we had to walk through a parking lot to get to the bus stop to get to the hospitality area. We paid too much to be too far away to enjoy the hotel.

Like most Disney resorts on the pricey side but well worth it for the high standards of service and the quality of the property. Our 2 bed villa was spacious and comfortable, hotel facilities were excellent, clean and well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful. Small touches like free parking at theme parks were nice.

We were given a disabled access room and not told. Didn't have time to ask for a room change as only there one night.

We stayed in a delux studio, 2 adults, 2 kids, 9 and 11. The room was big and cozy, however it is starting to show its age. We have stayed at nearly every Disney resort, the theme is great, but the shear size of the resort is TOO much. Since this is a Disney Vacation resort, it is not set up for daily visits, for example for breakfast, to the main building. If you are planning to cook/eat in your rooms this is fine. But if you want a more luxury vacation where you don't cook, this is not the place for you. The food at Olivia's Cafe was great, just too hard to get too. Everything takes an exta 10-25 minute walk, even to the bus stops! We were already so exhausted from the parks, we didn't need to walk a mile to and from the busses or the extra 20+ min wait on the buses(usually only 15 at other resorts). We have never been quite so tired. We won't be staying here again, unless we change our requirements of a restful stay.

We had a two bedroom villa and it was absolutely fantastic. Lots of room for all of us - 4 adults and 2 children. We will definitely do this again when going to Disney.

Fantastic place to stay. Clean ,fresh, staff can't do enough for you. Very friendly and courteous. I would certainly recommend anyone stay here.

The overall set up of the Resort. Very nice, very clean and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I did not like how Priceline does not allow the Resort to add in additional names of the guests that paid for the stay.

Feel of key west was very authentic. It was very quiet and relaxing. Loved having car right outside.

OK Resteraunt and bar Service was excellent, but the "products" could really be improved ..with the huge exception of the waffles
