the hotel was beautiful you cant take that away the pool i was very disappointed in the food at the pool was not to my liking and the spa was loaded with young kids who have no business being in a spa its for adults

There is only one hot tub. I wish they would¿ve been more choices for a hot tub since there¿s more than one pool area. But otherwise it was a Great hotel.

The Boardwalk Club level staff is the best anywhere. The food in the club is outstanding, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and the concierge staff is unequaled in their helpfulness and customer service skills. The proximity to Epcot made our travel to the park easy and efficient and the bus service to the other parks is very convenient.

I was VERY angry how I was treated in the gift shop by a lady who's name started with an A...very rude to me !!! I an NOT a complainer-but next time-I will be sure to book with another hotel.

The view and the vibe was great. It was a 5 minute walk to Epcot. My husband enjoyed the jogging trail and I like walking around the lake. The clown pool could use a little updating and I wished they had a spa so I could get a massage on site.

Way over priced. Wasn’t worth 1/2 of what I paid. Stay at one of their other properties. Pretty sure I was given a room on the opposite side of elevators because I booked via Hotels.com

Our room opened onto a nice lawn area where the boys could play. We didn’t feel enclosed as in a hotel room. We didn’t like the fact that you couldn’t have a buffet breakfast and Disney characters didn’t visit the hotel like in Hong Kong Disney.

Great Location for Epcot. Hotel is huge, long walk to room. Bell service needs improvement. Waited over an hour for our bags to be delivered to our rooms (after the bell-man that took our bags at valet told us "10 minutes tops" when we asked how long our luggage would take to get to our room). Very clean and great service from the time we checked in until we checked out. So easy to grab a bite to eat without having to leave the property. Pool was great for the kids. The board walk was entertaining too.

Bus service too longer than from value resorts.

Disney just does things on a higher level. Everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful from the minute you arrive, everything is always immaculate and well kept. I loved stopping by the bakery in the morning and having breakfast on the boardwalk. There are multiple restaurants right there with Flying Fish as the food highlight and Jellyrolls is great for night life. It's walking distance from Epcot and has easy shuttle transportation to all the other Disney parks.

No. Only small complaint was pool chairs/loungers seemed worn... and then they magically changed them out overnight to brand new ones!

Room service stops too early and there's nothing open after 12pm. The boardwalk doesn't close till 2am but all food places close at 11pm. Also be prepared to have to whisper walking the boardwalk late cause of the rooms facing out

Hotel was very nice and in a great location, especially for EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Room was average in size nothing spectacular, your paying the big $$$$ for the location, and of course the Disney name. Room was always clean, comfortable, and everything in the room was in good condition. We had a standard room and could watch EPCOT fireworks from the balcony. Only complaint was the landscapers waking us up at 6AM running their loud equipment. This is considered a deluxe resort and it surprised me that this was allowed that early in the morning.

Great location with easy 5 min walk to back entrance of Epcot. Nice clean comfortable rooms with daily maid service.. Price was lower than Disney quote but still way too high for a regular 2 queen room overlooking front drive way. $400 per night just a room with no breakfast.

Disney’s Boardwalk stay was spectacular. Cleanliness was supreme, room condition the same. They need more restaurant options as we could not avoid a one hour wait for breakfast. The price (at over $600.00/night) was a little steep for the facilities but now we know.

In our opinion the best location at Disney. Can walk to Epcot and the Studios, or take Disney Transportation. Entertainment, like JellyRolls dueling pianos, right on site. Good food at the Boardwalk too, especially the bakery for breakfast and Trattoria al Forno for dinner.

The room was ready early, very clean, comfortable (I appreciated the ceiling fan very much as I like air circulating while I sleep), staff was lovely and the location is hard to beat. We enjoyed being so close to Epcot and the Boardwalk area for the great dining options and great views. We would definitely recommend this resort and will be back in the not too distant future.

The two biggest inconvenience about this hotel are that the parking lot is too far, about half a mile. Also the bus from the this resort takes too long. Usually is half an hour wait and half and to get to Magic Kingdom. We went 2 days and was the same.

It is nice and clean with lots of space. The only problem is that we got a room at the end and it is very hard for me to walk all those distance. May be need to warning people with age and mobility issue to request room close to the entrance a must. If you go any place you need go through the Lobby. It take mim 10 mminutes.

Great hotel. Beautiful view. So much to do and see. Took the boat to Epcot, but we could have walked. Saw the fireworks from Epcot from our patio. It was on my bucket list. I did a split stay. Stayed at Caribbean beach for half of my vacation to save money. Indulge!

The room was clean and quiet, and had plenty of space. The reosrt itself is amazing; I wish we'd had more time there. So many stores and restaurants to choose from. Love the proximity to Epcot! It's maybe a five minute walk to the "back door" between the France and U.K. Pavilions.

The staff was amazing. I had several travel issues that had nothing to do with the hotel and they went out of their way to help me address them and make it easier for me to relax and enjoy my stay!

Very good experience staying here. The location is great, walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios as well as other restaurants in surrounding hotels. I received an upgrade to club level which was an excellent bonus. They provided club amenities which included various snacks and drinks throughout the day. All hotel staff that I encountered were very friendly and professional. Overall I was very pleased with my stay. My only complaint was that there was a musty odor in my room that did not go away. The room was very clean and well maintained but with the odor I could not rate 5 stars.

My new favorite Disney Resort! My family and I only spent two nights at this resort, and the experience was tremendous from the drive into the resort, to the beautiful lobby, to our room, to the Boardwalk. Thank you once again Disney for you flawless attention to detail!

We loved The Boardwalk Inn, the location was wonderful, the rooms were very nice and we had a perfect view of the illuminations at Epcot....what more could you ask for?!

Very good, it was location location that we booked Boardwalk for, can't walk all day without resting. Bathroom door was a pain, open it was in the way of the sink.

Wanted to spend one day at Epcot. Disney's Boardwalk Inn especially great for adults as it offers a warm, peaceful ambiance. Lovely outdoor balcony area to enjoy a leisurely morning breakfast or afternoon coffee break.

Although there was some construction at the hotel during our stay, the service, rooms, and cleanliness were excellent. We particularly enjoy going out to the boardwalk after a long day at the parks. Everything is close! We were able to walk to Hollywood and Epcot. The pool was also very nice. We'd certainly stay here again.

We wanted to stay at a Disney Deluxe Hotel for one night, and we found three rooms at the Club Level at the Boardwalk Inn for the best price at Hotels.com. There must have been a fire on the floor of my room before our visit because the hallway had a very strong odor like the day after a bonfire – to be honest the hallway reminded me of a stronger version of a smell of a smoking room at a 1 star motel. They were also doing construction down the hall where the smell was the strongest which was covered by plastic on one side of the hallway for about 10-20 feet opposite of our room. None of the other floors had this smell - Disney staff should have warned us about this issue at check in but nothing was said to us. Fortunately the smell didn’t get into the room but once again it failed to meet expectations - I paid extra for a balcony with water view, but the view was mostly blocked by the entryway and sign of the restaurant downstairs, so that was money wasted. Overall the room fell very short of my expectations especially for the price but the resort overall was nice and the location to the parks was ideal, they were also doing construction along the boardwalk so some of the restaurants were also closed so had to walk to another resort for breakfast.. Not sure if our placement in a burned out hallway blocked by signs during construction all about - I've never ran into so many issues before at a Disney resort. Looking back I should have requested a new room or filed a complaint with hotels.com but was in a hurry to get to the parks. I wouldn’t stay there again.

There must have been a fire on the floor of my room before our visit because the hallway had a very strong odor like the day after a bonfire – to be honest the hallway reminded me of a stronger version of a smell of a smoking room at a 1 star motel. They were also doing construction down the hall where the smell was the strongest which was covered by plastic on one side of the hallway for about 10-20 feet opposite of our room. None of the other floors had this smell - Disney staff should have warned us about this issue at check in but nothing was said to us. We loved the quietness of the hotel even though there was lots of activity around the lake, and the room was spotless with plenty of usb charging points.

Nice, clean, great atmosphere and food, was cool to walk the boardwalk at night and room service the next morning was very easy and great to check out if everything is prepaid

I wished I had a microwave a few times. Also no freezer compaetment in refrig. The plug ins did not always work to charge our electronics. Great great hitel

Well located Disney hotel with easy access to parks and other resort hotels. Local shops on the Boardwalk were convenient but not a lot of choice. Food in the hotel was a bit spartan so we needed to walk onto the Boardwalk for open air breakfast. Best decision was to walk to the Dolphin Hotel and have breakfast in there. Staff all helpful and friendly and as usual staying in Disney you feel safe and well looked after. Car park was pretty full but always got a space. The Disney arm band system we'd not seen before worked very well.

There was a bakery but only baked goods for breakfast and no eggs. Other than that the hotel was lovely and the staff was amazing. The transportation to Magic Kingdom and Disney springs was also very convenient because the bus stop was right in front of the Disney boardwalk inn.

The themed pool area was a lot of fun for the kids with the clown slide. We really enjoyed the boardwalk area. Lots of good restaurants and places to eat, fun entertainment, good views. We also enjoyed the close proximity of the other resorts, ie: miniature golf. It was a nice place to walk around at night.

Could use better signage to get around better. Im sure when it is not under construction it is a much more pleasant stay. Should have told guests if noise when booking. Only said parking might be effected.

The room was beautiful. My children lived the pool with the water slide. Everything you need is right on the boardwalk. We shared a pizza and ate ice cream. It was a wonderful weekend! We even took the boat to Epcot. Didn't even have to move the car

The room service was excellent and although the view from the room wasn't great it was quick access to ALL the Disney parks. Epcot was just a short walk down the boardwalk.

A fun girls weekend. Love the places on the Disney Boardwalk. You can drink and have fun and walk back to the resort.

Took a quick last minute trip to Disney. This hotel is in a great location just a few minutes walk away from both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Close to restaurants and shops and all the nightlife the Boardwalk area of Disney has to offer. My 5 year old loved the pool slide. We will definitely be back. My only complaints 1. They were doing construction at the hotel during our stay. Literally there were construction workers drilling right on our balcony at 8:30 AM. 2. Since we booked through hotels.com we did not have the option of adding the Disney dining plan which would have been ideal for us.

We loved our stay the hotel was classic charming and beautiful. Our room was spotless and everything was so well taken care of. Our three year old loved the water slide at the pool and the boardwalk is a perfect location. The only down side was room service was just average we expected so much more from such a high end Disney property.

The construction was much more than a refurbishment. There were cranes and machines by the pool all day while we were trying to relax. Workmen yelling and using power tools even on Saturday and Sunday. They were throwing and building scaffolding under our window all morning so we couldn't sleep in. It was much worse than described on the website before we booked.

It was a shame that the restaurant choice was limited as a result of the ongoing refurbishment of the resort. We ate in the sports bar. The food was average, at best. While it may be off-season in the US, it is not for us Brits and, having paid over £400 for a two nights stay, I expect a little more for my money. I will not be returning.

Have stayed in Boardwalk Villas many times but this was my first stay in Boardwalk Inn and I loved it. Rooms were spacious, beds and bedding excellent, refrigerator big enough for drinks and yogurts, and bar/cafe on 2nd floor great for breakfast. One disappointment--promised a Keurig coffee machine in room so brought extra KCups and there was a less than satisfactory coffee maker instead. Couldn't drink coffee from the room. Otherwise everything about this stay was up to my Disney expectations

The overall experience was absolutely awesome. Everything was great. Nice and clean, surprisingly quiet and private for being a Disney resort. The only downside was the bed was terrible. You felt every spring in the bed and I woke up with the worst back ache from that bed.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful and really could not fault level of service. It was great being so close to Epcot and Disney Studios. Slightly disappointing that there were renovations going on so some of the food outlets were closed especially on one really hot day when we were looking for ice creams!

The location was good, but the hotel itself was a little disappointing. The maids forgot to clean our room 2 days in a row, and the place generally is a bit worn - for example, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the hallway in a few locations. I expect better from Disney. However, the beds were very comfortable, which is a huge plus, and the room was clean when we arrived, and was nice, albeit a bit dated. Overall, we were a little disappointed - not terribly disappointed, just a little disappointed. The people at check in and check out were super. Everyone was as nice as could be. It just would have been nice if they had cleaned our room!

Fantastic walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood. For Disney, this is a very good hotel. Much quieter than other Disney properties we've stayed at.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and will be looking forward to staying there again.

We were highly impressed with The Boardwalk Inn. We will definitely stay here again. Our room was in a great location close to the elevator just like we requested. This resort had so much to offer. It is well worth the convenient walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
