Disney's All Star Sports Resort

This was my first time at a moderate level resort at Disney. I m very impressed the All Star Resorts still give you that special Disney feel. Will definitely be staying again

A great value resort for Disney World. We were in a room facing away from the pool. It was clean, quiet, and had good water pressure in the shower. We used to new pilot luggage service. We sent our checked luggage straight from bell services from the hotel and we picked them up at baggage claim when we got home. Only some airlines participate. We flew Southwest Airlines and it was so convenient!

We absolutely loved staying at the resort. It was perfect for our few days at Disneyworld. The staff and cast members were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Huge shout out to Kim Davis for her wonderful assistance throughout our stay. Transportation from the resort to the parks was easy. The food was great too! We ate several times at the food court as they had lots of options for the entire family. Loved that everything was open late too. Highly recommend staying here for families.

We loved everything about our stay but wished there was free breakfast and toothpaste/tooth brushes in the rooms.

Parking was bad. You could hear rooms next to, above, and below yours like they were in with you. Besides that room was ok for price.

Me and my daughter stayed there for her cheerleading competition. This was our first time. The resort is great. Staff was great. Definitely recommend.

Staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable of what's around. Lots of busses to transport you to most of the attractions in the area.

Clean, safe and perfect for Disney World.

I loved the resort and all the staff. They were all extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was good and reasonably priced. I had my service dog Belle with me and it was her first time to Disney. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was that there were so so many young kids and that most of the parents didn’t keep an eye on them and they ran wild. I would absolutely stay here again just at a different time of year.

Check in was great and Bennett took care of all my questions. There are some issues in the arcade, broken games, but was still able to have some fun in it with my boy. The room was pretty clean though I would have liked the fridge to have a freezer for ice packs. Food and drinks were typical prices for "vacation spots" so be prepared for that though everything we ate or drank was pretty good. The buses to the parks is such a game changer as well. Not having to fight with park traffic when you leave was such a stress relief.

We came in a night early before transferring over to Old Key West to run the Spring Time Surprise. We loved the ease of getting to the park on Tuesday and back to our resort. The staff was so friendly in the store and the front desk. Loved our stay.

The room was cLean except blankets did have stains and power did go off in the bathroom last day. They did fix it right away. Dont need to stay at the resort no extra experience provided and no discounts. But it was nice.

The room was very clean and nice. Guest services are troopers to maintain that level and kindness and happiness to the myriad of people coming through. Subtle touches like seeing your family name of the TV greeting you when you come in was very nice. Beds were comfortable. The buses and park attractions are generally very cool so it was nice to be able to adjust the temp to my preference. I slept quite comfortably. The breakfast menu was nice but there are better albiet, more expensive items in the theme parks. I generally have no complaints. My trip was so relaxing.

Rooms need updating

Online Check In was great, until the computer showed us a room that was already occupied. Not a great experience at 2am. This required us to go ALL the way back to the front desk for a resolution. The front desk was able to get us into a new room, no one offered to be sure this didn't happen a second time. Thankfully it did not. Hotel was fine, we were only here one night so we didn't check out most of the property amentieies.

I wasn’t really a fan I liked movies better the room was dirty we got back late there was no hot water and I had a young child who was in the hot sun all day covered in sun screen I know it’s no one’s fault but the shower also had had hair that did not belong in it that wasn’t ours and the hotel alone the people were so loud all hours of the night and we were all the way in the back def a different crowd staying there we will stick with movies resort!

The room was clean and comfortable, beds expected for Disney. The kitchen staff was super awkward; some girl in the pizza section seemed confused about us wanting a slice of pizza each. I don’t know if it was not a good interaction. Only one pool was working; it was horrible! I did not know that! I had to walk to the other hotel because the only pool working was full of teens unsupervised. In addition, the same teens were running down the hallways at late hours; it literally felt like I was at a motel.

The Main pool was closed they only had one pool operating but you could walk over to the other all star resorts and use their pools but what an inconvenience. The room had a dirty tissue under the bed and the mini grid was leaking water the overall stay was poor.

The hotel is on Disney property and guests can hop on the bus right at the hotel to go to the parks.

There was construction going on with the pools but it was to cold to use them anyways. The food court had a good variety of menue to choose from. Plenty of snacks etc. Prepare to walk.

The room was ready at 2:00. The room was clean but smelled like an ash tray😬. I had trouble with the shower. Only the handle part of the shower worked so I had to hold it while showering. The shampoo and conditioner and body wash had a bad smell. Might want to bring your own stuff. The bed was clean and very cozy. The room picked up all the noises outside so not too quiet. Lots of things to do at the hotel. The pool, arcade, shops, large chess and checker board game for outside use. We went to Epcot so this hotel worked out well for this purpose. I love how they have free bus service going to the parks. The food court had good choices for breakfast. It cost us $50 for two people. We didn't stay for lunch or dinner. Ate in the park. Fun trip

I’ve been staying at all store resorts for over 30 years. I’ve never stayed anywhere else. Can’t be the value, the location, the ease of transportation. Saying I’m only needing a place to sleep park my car and occasionally eat it’s perfect.

A great value resort, kept in very good condition, staff are amazing, buses to the parks are frequent and waited no more than 20mins maximum. The only thing to consider is bus transfers are longer to magic kingdom but short for animal kingdom, and very long for typhoon (Use an uber instead of doing the transfer and double security checks at disney springs)

This was one of the best trips I've ever taken! My son and I had an amazing time. The staff was fantastic, and the rooms were spotless. I'd definitely go there again.

Really enjoyed the stay. Food prices too much, but that was expected. What upset me was the laundry. You had to purchase detergent and fabric softener from a machine that only accepts cards, and then it charges an additional 25 cents for using the card. Same with the washer and the dryer, had to pay using the app, which then charged a "convenience fee" of 25 cents. Who is it convenient for? Not me. I realize it was only a dollar overall, it's the principle. You shouldn't force someone to pay by card and then charge them a fee for using the card.

This is a nice property at Disney, probably one of the originals. Decent room size, with two double beds, plus table and two chairs. Has a decent sized dresser with drawers and space on top to store things. Plus an extra mirror by the table/chairs and hooks on the wall for added storage. The carpet in the room is gross, desperately needs to be replaced. Apparently it used to be blue with stars but there’s a worn out walking path and now it’s just light blue. I would love to see a nice LVP put in instead as most people prefer no carpet as it can never be fully cleaned person to person. The sink area also need refurbished. The sink has stains in it and the stopper was unusable The entire sink needs to be replaced with a vanity that has some shelving underneath to add to storage for guests. The tub toilet combo room is nice, however the bathtub should be replaced with a shower with nice glass door. Who is using a bathtub anyway?? Simply put in a shower and then replace the toilets with a unit that is a bit taller, feels like you have to squat on the floor. Also let’s talk about the flushing toilets. You can hear every toilet flush in all the rooms surrounding yours. Put a sound machine on, otherwise that is your background “music” is flushing toilets. Overall the property is well kept. Pool area is nice, large pool for a large property. You no longer have to share a bus with the other All Star properties which is wonderful. Staff is very friendly.

I have stayed at all star resorts for many years, Always enjoyed my stays. The only complaint I have about this trip is that there was a lot of noise I could hear through the walls.

The staff were excellent and the hotel was fantastic.

No areas for adults, you were barraged with kids daily! Rooms were cleaned ever other day. The service from check in to departure was terrible.

I loved that it had a food court, pool, awesome arcade and gift shop. It was quiet and I loved having transportation to the parks. I wish it had a jacuzzi. Most staff was nice except for the housekeeper who brought us a blanket, he wasn't happy about doing it. The blankets were thin like a shower cover.

We have stayed many times at this VALUE DISNEY RESORT. While it is a very basic motel at its core, it is HUGE in its theme and Disney spirit! We love it, like stepping into a cartoon world. Our newly refurbished room however was modern and Asian inspired with little theme. It was smart and clean. Hard flooring. A Murphy bed that doubled as a table and chairs, coffee bar with beverage cooler, amazing storage and well planned bathroom with sliding doors to give everyone some privacy. Amazing. Decent food court. Clean pools.

Gave us the wrong room the 1st time, then downgraded room to a non-remodeled one. No toiletries provided other than a bar of soap. Tissue box was empty upon arrival. No blankets provided. Did not provide a crib as i had asked

This is an affordable way to stay on Disney Property. It's definitely "no frills" as far as amenities are concerned. The rooms are clean and safe though. There are only a few limited quick service options for dining. If what you want is to stay on Disney Property to have access to early opening times as well as Disney Transportaion, this is not a bad option. Just don't expect more than the very basics.

Clean a good place

Have stayed at All Stars before and could tell this trip that AS Sports has been refurbished. Bathroom was all updated, flooring looked brand new. Great value for a quick trip!

My favorite was the Football theme area. Overall all we were very happy with our stay!

The only thing I did not agree and I did not liked was paid for parking. Always when I go to hotel the parking is free at hotel. Really disappointed for spend this extra money.

A very dated room with stains on the walls and carpet. You can definitely tell it’s early to mid 1990’s design. I just wish it felt clean when walking into the room on day one arrival.

Room too small for a family of 4, room cleaning is too poor.

The electric outlets weren’t all working and the lights in the room constantly flickered. The tv was tiny and probably 20 years old. The room was dusty, so much you could write on the furniture. The ice machines for the refillable drink stations didn’t work. The food court had pretty decent food. Management was awful when I told them about the electrical. I was told I was getting a night refunded for the power issues but never did, I emailed about 25 times and no one will respond back. The entire place is very dated and needs a remodel.

The front desk staff was amazing and answered all our questions. Every employee was encountered was friendly and kind. The rooms were dated but served the purpose for us since we really were only in there sleep. We would definitely recommend staying at Disney All Star Sports resorts.

Was disappointed the room was so far from the parking lot. A long way to go with so many bags and had to walk that far after paying $15 a day for parking. Also a pillow was dirty with stains on it.

The location and the buses were regular. The pool and movie at night were great. Food variety in the restaurant was good.

I really enjoyed the oversized decorations. The arcade was okay. Breakfast was fun with Mickey waffles. I like the refillable mugs. There was a problem at the end of my stay regarding trying to send a bag home, so I just checked it on the airplane. Good management, though, and I liked the entertainment staff, and the cafeteria staff. Most of the front desk people were nice. The shop people left a bit to be disired.

When we checked in we were told that there was housekeeping every other day and a wellness check every day. Turns out the wellness check is more about making sure that the room is good not to see if people need anything. We stayed in the facility for one week our beds were never changed. The first morning we were awoken at 8 AM with a tap on the door for our wellness check. The second day we had to call for towels. Our room was in the very back side of the resort abutting woods with signs that said warning alligators and snakes. It was also quite dark in the evening which made it uncomfortable going to our room. One evening something ran out of the woods. We ran back to the center of the resirt where it was more light because we couldn’t even see what the creature was. We ended up going back to our room caring a bunch of rocks in case whatever it was came out again. Very scary. We never saw other people back there which led us to believe that the people who booked through a third-party received these inconvenient rooms. Very far from parking lot, pools, food snd Disney busses. The air condition cannot be lower than 68 degrees. The water in the sink did not go down, we had to put in for service, they came worked on it it still was the same. The refrigerator does not keep things cold. We were told it should be treated more like a cooler because of the heat. Overall very disappointing. We were extremely excited to stay at a Disney resort but will stay off property next time.

Found mold in my sheets AFTER I'd slept in them. Cleanliness was not at the level expected for a Disney property.

The parking area made for easy use of our rental car. Highly recommend this resort.

Budget friendly for Disney property. Plenty of fun activities. Bed comfy and rooms clean.

I will totally recommend this resort to others and I’m excited to see how the renovations turn out!

Found hair in my dinner which was gros. The manager Wasn’t empathized to do anything. I was very disappointed

We loved the Disney transportation and extra half hour in the parks each day included in the price of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We stayed at this hotel 21 years ago and the rooms haven't been updated. The lobby was heavily perfumed. Next time, we would spend a little extra money to stay in one of Disney's other hotels.

We arrived to check in and got a standard room at 1st. The room was Far from everything, the carpet in the room was dirty. So, we moved to a Priority room that was right next to everything and much cleaner. As far as the food court wow overpriced, food was cold and not good at all. The rooms were small, The arcade half the games didnt work and what do the kids get at the end what a waste of money. I will be staying else where next time.

The room was small for a family of 4. The bathroom light didn’t work. The carpet was disgusting. I complained and was told that our room was in the part of the hotel that hasn’t been remolded yet. They didn’t offer to switch rooms. The staff was rude. I asked for a set of sheets to change the bed after a vomiting incident with the kids and they never gave me clean sheets even after I said I would change them myself.

The sheets didnt get changed untill we asked them They did not clean rooms had to request towels in person as they did not change we ran out of toilet paper used tissues Very very disappointing for Disney resort

No maid service day 2 to empty food from wastebaskets. Not worrying about beds or linens, but exposed food! Sign-in area very nice.

Love staying at all star sport. Although it need to finish its remodeling it was still a pleasant experience

Room was outdated and small, but the close proximity to the Disney parks was a perk.

Great place to stay. Had no issues. Very clean. Easy to get to and from parks.

The property was very nice. But the beds were hard as rocks. And I would suggest to bring your own pillows.
