Disney's All-Star Music Resort

Safe, clean, fun.

My daughter and I always love staying at the All Star Resorts. They are great value for time your staying at Disney. The buses are probably the worst thing about staying at the All Star Resorts.

The property was very clean and everyone was very helpful. I travel with my kid and she has autism so she can make a lot of noise from stimming and we didn’t get any complaints. Everyone was very friendly. The pool had a lifeguard on duty. Very family friendly. I would recommend packing water or soda from a different location because spending six dollars on a bottle of water or a bottle of pop is kind of ridiculous. But overall, it was good.

It was a family friendly resort and the staff was amazing! We also enjoyed the shuttle service to the parks and the proximity to entertainment!

The room was very clean and the property was too! The amenities are outstanding! It lives up to the Disney name. My one and only complaint is THE BED! It was so hard, my husband and I both didn’t sleep and ended up with terrible back pain.

Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience and will not be staying there again. Being a Disney property, I expected much better cleanliness, room conditions, and accommodations considering the amount of money paid. Better room upkeep and cleanliness standards are definitely needed.

Expedia or Disney messed up my reservation, first when I got to the hotel . They only had one room ready and didn’t have the confirmation for the second room that was supposed to be connecting. When the second room was available after an hour with Expedia and Disney. They put us in two separate rooms when we had specifically asked for connecting rooms. We also asked for a quiet section of the hotel and was placed in front of the pools where it was loud ..Also the AC in my room was not working in my room , they did fix it but was an inconvenience. We decided to leave one day early and was told by both parties if we left a day early that we would get refunded for that day of difference and inconvenience. We never got refunded for the two rooms leaving a day early . Will not use Expedia again or stay at All Star

We had to walk about a mile from our hotel room to the lobby where the cafeteria is. Wish there was one midway at least to get drinks. All the vending machines were out of drinks.

I enjoyed my three day stay here it was so convenient and for the value price you can get a room for you cannot go wrong. The bus transportation to the parks was a great addition, saves you alot of money. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was so kind. I look forward to coming again.

The All Star Music Resort is a wonderful place to stay if visiting the theme parks. The resort has fun everywhere you turn! My only regret is not staying longer to explore everything it has to offer.

I know these are “value” resorts but I find them just as comfortable and convenient as the more expensive hotels like the grand Californian etc. the rooms are small but comfortable the bus transportation is super convenient and the food choices are great the pools and laundry is also an added plus

Disney never disappoints; however, there were no available rooms on the Disney Website. How exciting it was to find the All-Star Music available on Expedia!!! It was an easy process and tied seamlessly into the My Disney Experience app! I’ll rebook again for sure.

Rooms were small, but clean. If you have an option to get the preferred rooms, get them. It's a very long walk to the buildings in the back. Staff was friendly & helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The access to parks with buses makes it so easy to get into parks

There is no gym at any of the 3 Disney all star resorts. I had to jog along the street with all the buses and cars and now my lungs hurt! Don't you want your guests to have a healthy lifestyle? Not even at the sports hotel!! Im disappointed in this property

One of the best budget friendly Disney hotel resort at Walt Disney World. The theming is wonderful base on which All Star Resort you stay at: Music, Movies, or Sports. Any has bus running constantly to the WDW Theme Parks.

Layout of resort was easily walkable. Multiple pools that were rarely crowded. Onsite restaurant easily accessible with decent variety.

Loved staying here. Food was great, staff was nice and helpful. My son loved the pool! Would stay again!! 10/10

I love it here it’s so peaceful always I stayed at all star sports last time but I love how music has 2 pools with sprinklers and they have easy bus access to the parks

Everything was great. The only flaw….the room smelled very musty. To the point we went and bought air freshener. We have stayed at the All Star Resorts over the last 10 years and this is the only time we have experienced that.

This was an excellent experience. Two pools and a playground on the resort. The bus to and from the resort towards Disney parks were convenient and easy to take. The food in the resort were priced decent but lacked flavor. As far as snacks, if you get a fridge in your room, I know I did, (not sure if all rooms have one) I would recommend ordering a few snacks ( Walmart delivery) you can have in the room. I ordered a few crackers , cheese and fruits. This was also an awesome idea as I was also able to bring those snacks to the Disney parks. Overall this resort was a great experience and value for the price.

For a Disney resort could use some upgrades. Music theme is really blah. Walked through the All Star Movie complex and effort in design was better. Rooms are the same however.

It was a small space but nice.

Great place to stay, food portions for healthy options are very small and there arent many healthy options to eat. For a value resort its great! Pools are clean not heated but places to have a seat. All pool activities were pay for items compared to doing silly pool games for the kids.

Staff was excellent and very helpful especially the commissary workers. Room could use a thorough cleaning.

This Disney resort is a value resort but as any Disney resort, it is clean and a great budget friendly place to stay while enjoying the magic of Disney. They had two large pools to enjoy and the food court for easy access to food. Our stay was enjoyable.

The place was clean and staff was great. If you are traveling with big groups and/or small kids this is a dream place with cafeteria style food and all the amenities. If you are older and looking for good quiet drinks and food look somewhere else. We had fun just not a lot of good food options for us. Disney has good transportation and Universal was Uber ride away.

Hotels are a little outdated on the outside but clean and updated on the inside except for the shower/bath. Super comfortable. If you like quiet make sure to request a room on a side not facing the pool as you can hear everything if people are outside your window/door.

The offering to bundle the airport shuttle for $96 just for the shuttle to tell me they have no reservation, so I pay another $100 in order to get on the shuttle.

Rooms were clean, pool area was really cool and lots of areas for your little ones to run around. We did have a problem with one of the rooms, havung to run up to the front desk multiple times to get new cards for the door. They had a malfunction I suppose.

Terrible. The coffee was always out. And parking was horrible. After a day at Disney we could not find a parking spot slot to where we were staying and ending up Walking a mile just to get back to our room.

The price was not worth the service. I only asked for a cup of hot water for my daughter due to an allergy, and I was told I had to pay for an empty cup. I was also asked to wait in line just to get the cup. Charging for a cup of hot water, especially under these circumstances, was disappointing.

We came for a quick weekend getaway and MVMCP. While our party day was mostly rain, we had comfortable amenities at the resort. Saturday was a nice pool day and it was not crowded. Mt husband and I both have gluten senaitivities and the chefs were fantastic to work with. We have stayed here before and had the same excellent overall experience!

We arrived at the hotel at check-in and were told the room was not clean yet. After driving two hours and staying for only one night, this was frustrating as we had a tight itinerary. They wouldn’t allow late checkout. Don’t care about FL residents.

The fun Disney atmosphere, the experience of Disney from the time you roll through the security gate ( Welcome Home) until you have to leave.

I noticed the lingering smell of cigarette smoke on arrival, which was bothersome as a nonsmoker. Noise (laughter, music, TV) from the room next door carried straight through the adjoining door. I wish the room had updated USB C ports.

Very nice resort. Clean and friendly staff as expected with any Disney resort property. However, the room was not very impressive. It was very small but not bad for one night. Also for the price we paid we would’ve expected a stocked fridge and/or some type of detail given that it was our honeymoon. So that was a bit disappointing. But all in all we had a good experience.

If you're looking to visit DisneyWorld on a budget this is a good option. The theming is very over the top, so if you have young ones they will probably enjoy it. The rooms are nothing special but they are safe and clean.

It’s like a motel but everything met its description

Problem. The bus that ran to the Magic Kingdom was running late or not enough buses. Had to wait a long while.

There was absolutely no staff around what so ever to stop the knock and dash that went on until well past 1am . I know it’s a fun family place but unfortunately if parents wont watch their kids disney needs some type of visible security to do so . Common sense and courtesy are gone . When adults are using the pickle ball court at 2am in the middle of the music resort there should be someone there to explain what inconvenience this causes to other guests . You should not have to pay moderate or luxury prices to have a fun relaxing vacation . Plus I guess because it isn’t a high end resort be ready to wait 40 minutes between busses .

The staff was fantastic! Everyone we encountered was friendly and so kind. Our room was very clean, modern and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

I feel it was misrepresented . Yes it was under terrible circumstances (Ian) but I thought the “Dining” was accessible from the room . This was important because of the storm. The air would not shut off and there was no staff to help or supply another blanket. No answer at all from front desk during our three day stay.Last and also the least of my dissatisfaction was lack of ability to use the television for streaming. Hungry, cold and bored.😩 I am not forgetting how much better we had it than thousands affected during this horrible event.

As a Disney hotel, it delivers the holiday atmosphere from the moment you arrive. A few things though were disappointing. The hot drinks service all too often ran out too early in the evenings or was prematurely closed down. Some of the bus stops were used for a number of destinations which didn’t work particularly week. Paying to park the car there is a rip off given the price of the rooms.

Room was extremely comfortable. The Murphy bed was amazing and a great idea. Would love to stay again.

Me and my wife stayed at the property, we loved the room but we were placed in a building towards the back of the property, I wish they had carts that could take you up front because it’s a very long walk, when your older and have some health issues it’s tough to do all that walking, we started driving our car and parking in front lot so we would not have such a long walk, other than that everything else was great

Online check in, did not need to go to the lobby, just straight to room. Everything was clean. We did go to the lobby some and the staff we interacted with was pleasant and helpful.

The resort was awesome however I don’t appreciate Disney charging $10 a day for parking when you are staying there…cleaning staff only replaces towels and toiletries they don’t replace sheets..overall the the rooms are nice the pool is nice

The room never got very cool. They should offer prepaid sandwiches that can be taken with the guests. Not everyone wants to sit with hundreds of strangers to eat.

Previously the resort changed the bedding daily or at least did room service daily ( make bed ,clean towels and room and take out the trash )Now it is every other day and only towels and trash cutting cost on housekeeping is terrible The buses that serviced the resort now service the three a star resorts causing crowded environments The free service from the airport is also gone Sad time for Disney

We have stayed in a variety of hotels and this time was Music since we were just doing a quick stop over between destinations. I am amazed how the value hotels are treated. When coming from Disney Springs it was so obvious that the less you pay the further you walk to get your bus. I have severe walking issues so for me this was not good. I had also requested a room closer to the food court which I was informed those were premium rooms and cost more. So let’s not make accommodations for disabled customers except to charge them more. And I was also not please to find out I did not have to pay the $15 a night parking fee because I had handicap plates. I mentioned to the cast members several times…about needing to be closer to the food court bc of my disability, that my husband was parked in the handicap spot out front and if there were handicap spots where she was sending up to park. But we we’re still charged the $30 fee for the 2 nights. The gentleman helping us with our luggage was very very nice and took it right from our car out from to our building. We also had our do not disturb sign out as we were taking a little afternoon nap before heading to Disney Springs. About 2pm there was a loud bang on the door. When my husband answered it we were told it was

I’ve been to many properties in the past before and they use to be so enjoyable and so much fun. Now it’s like staying at a really expensive super 8 as the cost of food as astronomical, the service is pretty meh, and since they started serving liquor by the pool my 8 year old had the magical opportunity of seeing a few people stumbling around.

Liked that they included healthy choices in the menu. The last tome I visited the food options were limited to fried or high in carbohydrates. They should keep expanding the menu, specially the breakfast and dinners

I absolutely love the Disney All-star resorts. Music has been our family's go to for so many trips. This trip we stayed in a family room and I was blown away by the amount of space we had. Really a great value.

I did not like that they push keyless entry. My family arrived at 1230 after a long day at the park and th keyless entry did not work.

We had a couple glitches with our room key not working right after check in but the staff was more than eager to fix the problem. It was a great stay and we plan on going again!

We had to move to a different room because our room had water in the bathroom. It happened twice before they decided we needed a different room. I would like to know who removed or took the perfumes from the room. What really happened

Breakfast was good with a nice selection of meals and beverages and the seating area was spacious with some TVs for kids to watch. The gift shop had a decent selection of items along with some grocery items near the back of the store. I didn't get the chance to use the pools, but they both looked enjoyable. This is a great place to stay on Disney property!

The property was unique and colorful. Needs some updates but beautiful. Needs cover over bus waiting lines and/or fans. Very hot.

Since I was a little girl I always wanted to stay at the hotel with the guitar shaped pool. We enjoyed staying the Music Resort we first were put in a room at Bldg “5. We called customer service requested something a room closer. They were able to accommodate us, so appreciate it. After walking everyday it was nice not to have the longer distance we were also closer to the cafe and shopping. Buses
