Located in the heart of Disney property. However this is a time share location. You will be presented with a Visa card or additional free days for another stay to see presentation and view property. You can stay with the club if you are not a member. Several pools , playground, miniature golf and places to eat on property. Plus excellent security.

Pretty to look at, but not to listen to. I was so glad for the peace and quiet of my home when I returned the birds and soothing sound of my dogs barks. The noise pollution ruined my expensive vacation. The property was beautiful to look at, and the staff was accommodating and pleasant..

The room was super clean and well stocked with some needed items, also the staff was super helpful, supportive and friendly.

We didn’t have breakfast or eat on property, but we loved the location of our room and the overall resort experience. The wildlife was a nice bonus. I especially love that our room happened to be available me earlier than expected. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and friendly.

The service here was amazing. We did a room transfer and it was the easiest transition ever. The pools had variety. The rooms were clean. Whenever you needed something they were always a call or text away. So easy and convenient.

It's all really nice and beautiful. I still love the hotel. I only took a star off because I do want to warn others that they will try to sell you a timeshare. Usually with some promise of just redeeming some good deal that you'll have to come back for at a specific timeslot. I just tole the lady I didn't want the offer.

We like the quietness of the property and closeness to our desired theme park and shopping. We have nothing negative to say about this property. We will be out top of the list lodging choice.

Today ended a 3 night-4day stay at Club Wyndham. The front desk at check-in were lovely, the bartenders at the Mexican Cantina were friendly and food was delicious. The Pizza was tasty (not New Haven IYKYK), if I had to ding anything it would be stale hot dog rolls with the Nathan's Hot Dogs at the Treasure Hut. I think that was Tower 3. The Bagel and Coffee shop in the main area was nice. There was a little bit of construction going on but it was not disruptive. Nature and the grounds were manicured beautifully. There was dishwasher detgt and washing machine dtgt provided which was unexpected and a nice surprise. I was able to do some laundry so I didn't fly home with dirty clothes. Everyone was accommodating from the day prior to arrival to check-out.

Even though our Tower was undergoing renovations it wasn't disruptive or noisy. Lots for young kids to do on the premises. Many activities daily/weekly. The resort would promptly attend to our needs with a follow-up to ensure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Rooms are spacious and private. Elevators were extremely fast. Overall a memorable vacation with our kids and grand kids. Would recommend and go back.

Nice family stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. It works good for our family with small kids that like to swim. Escudos has the best birria tacos but honestly the eating options are limited on resort. The pools are the best part of the property. Rooms are fine. Location is great with proximity to Disney Springs a plus. It has been well maintained but going to be time for a facelift pretty soon. This used to be one of the crown jewels of the Wyndham properties and most likely still is. If I was traveling with couples or only my wife I'm not sure it would be a must stay option? PS.....we are waaaay over the timeshare meetings

Wonderful stay! Beautiful resort with nice pools and a lazy river. They even upgraded our stay at no cost! If you’re looking to save some $$ but still be on Disney property, I highly recommend and would stay again!

The resort itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The stay was overall wonderful. My only complaint is, once I checked in, they sent me to another counter where I was told that the resort was hosting a meet up where they wanted to know from guests how the stay, room, grounds, and amenities were. If you attended and gave your feedback, you would get what you paid for your stay back. Well, that “meeting” was a 2 hour sales pitch to buy in like a timeshare. This caught us by surprise and made us very uncomfortable. We would definitely stay at the resort again, but would be much more cognizant of anything they try to sell us or get us to attend.

This property was fantastic for families. One amenities such as pools, restaurants and in-room features like kitchen and laundry made travel easy.

This was my second time at Bonnet Creek. Beautiful place with wonderful accommodations! Staff was very attentive and supportive. We will be back!

We enjoyed the multiple pools, very family friendly. Location is great for Disney resorts as well as universal studios. We had clear view of Epcot fireworks from our balcony, 6th floor of tower 3.

We enjoyed the variety of activities at the resort. Our room was clean and when we needed anything the staff were prompt.

Be warned: if you book on Expedia you will be coerced by the front desk staff to watch a long boring presentation time share, then afterwards be forced to agree to commit to it. If you decline (after 100 no’s), you will disrespected! It was a front desk staff made Kieran who forced us to attend just so he could make commission. He was very cocky and said if we don’t attend we cannot stay there. So frustrating to go through this while we only had a couple days to enjoy our Disney vacation, we spent 4 hours of our vacation sitting through this torture. Hotel needs to do better.

The staff were very friendly! Hassen was fantastic and able to meet some of our accommodations! Amenities were amazing! Activities were awesome! The only issue were the gnats in the kitchen when we first got to the room.

We had a great time. Activities for all ages (we had ages 1-4. Lazy river and pools, playground for younger kids and plenty of places to sit and relax. Night time for adults at the bar, live music and plenty of food options. Grills for cooking for own food if you choose. Very close to the parks, easy 5 minute drive. No dealing with the interstate. Definitely recommend.

One of the night children were running and screaming outside my room. And very loud remodeling.

We LOVE THIS PLACE. Friendly staff, great food, beautiful property and lots for kids to do and SO CLOSE TO DISNEY !! the man working at tower 6 desk is always so friendly and helps get me into a room fast !! The bellman is also great! We love club Wyndham

The hotel was incredible. Our room was big and very clean. The pool area has a lof of chairs for people to sit. The service everywhere was excellent. We will go back without a doubt.

I have no idea where to begin. There were construction workers all over the hotel. Styrofoam and fiberglass as well as can were falling down on top of us or flying through the air. Construction workers were roaming around inside the towers with guests, which did not make us feel safe at all. The manager stated that construction workers were not supposed to be in the towers or on florrs with guests staying. The construction crew showed up at 6:00AM and were on property until 7:00 PM. The garbage around the property from the renovations was disgusting.

We stayed at tower 1, great for us older than 60 people. Everything close by , good walking paths.

The amenities in the room are great… There’s a lot of space, a washer dryer, and a full kitchen. Our patio opened right up onto the pool and lazy river area. The property was very clean and the staff were friendly.

When checking in, I was asked multiple times to confirm the number of guests, when I did I also informed them that I had people who would be arriving later at night. I wrote their name down on a sticky note but they never added their names to the reservation. They arrived at 3am and were unsuccessful checking in and ended up having to sleep in the car. I was very disappointed and saddened with the experience as I thought the staff would have been much more attentive to help make sure this wouldn’t happen especially in the check-in experience

This hotel is hidden jewelry close to Disney World! Everything that you need, is in the room, it's basically you second house, they have full kitchen and a wash and dryer… can't beat the price, location, and amenities. Thank you, Club Wyndham Bonnet.

This was a two‑night stay and it truly exceeded my expectations. The premises were beautiful and had that Disney‑vacation‑resort feel. What I wish was different… 1. They try to bait you upon check in to meet with one of their sales staff, but they are not up front about it. They ask if you got the email offering you a “free gift” (my time is NOT free) and then tell you on the back end what it will really cost you - 90 minutes if your time that you’d much rather be spending doing something, anything else. 2. They nickel and dime you for every little thing. For example, I had to order a few items online and gad them sent to the front desk. They charge $5 to $15 per package, depending on the size of the item, just to receive it. I travel all of the time and have stayed at many different hotels, and NONE of them have ever charged me for sending a package to the front desk during my stay. The charge seemed excessive for what is typically a free service at most places. 3. They sent me a text the day before leaving asking me to take out all of the trash and recycling. During our stay, we received no housekeeping service (no beds made, no fresh towels, no trash taken out). For spending THOUSANDS of dollars for a weeklong stay, I believe they can afford to have their housekeeping staff remove your trash and recycling for you. 4. The entire tower we stayed in perpetually smelled faintly like cigarette smoke, like the air vents are too close to the smoking section.

Great location. So close to Disneyworld. Club Wyndham was a great place for kids and we could have entertained ourselves just by staying onsite and skipping Disney The Starbucks food was mediocre at best. Would have liked a few more restaurant options

I have stayed at Bonnet Creek before. It has always been nice. This stay was not up to standards. The room was musty smelling the shower had marks and mildew spots everything in the place looked like it hasn’t been refreshed from when it was built. The bed was so uncomfortable, my husband kept falling in to the middle. I will not be booking again.

We did need our heater fixed and two men came in and worked on it for an hour..........it never worked right and we gave up. It blew hot, then it blew cold so we just turned it off. It was COLD that night! Didn't want any more people in our room. The washer dryer made so much noise we couldn't hear the TV. They don't have room service, which is ok, but they really should spring for some nice comforters for the beds, just light fiber fill would give you less sense of a dormitory. The blankets they give you look and feel like they came off a camel. Rough! One the good side...the rooms were adequate, the dining table was nice but too large. The bar area was nice but the stools too big. Even though our room looked over a parking lot , there was lots of trees and foliage that made it ok...coupled by the really nice big balcony. The cabanas were a bit cheesy. They could do better with some real patio couches and cushions. The jacuzzi was nice and easy to get to...so was the pool. It was heated which was really nice. Good deal for the money, but with just a little bit of tweaking, it could be a really GREAT place. Oh, I also HATE any business that refuses to take cash. It is an insult to Americans. It is invasive our privacy and disrespectful to our government. Our money has LEGAL TENDER written on it and how dare they not take cash. Not everyone has a credit card. I don't want to be forced into paying by credit card.

Hotel staff were very rude and accusatory toward my sons upon check in. They took several hours to check all members of my party in even though they had reservations. There was to hospitality shown until my sons complained.

It was close to the Disney Parks Staff not friendly, super bad looking bed sheets ( they look grey instead of white), all wrinkled and small for the mattress. Old toilets that run a lot of water, outdated shower, sink, countertops, smelly room.

The staff was very courteous and professional. The room was nice, clean and spacious. I loved the layout it fitted my needs perfectly. I stayed with family for Disney World festivities so we didn’t get to enjoy the onsite amenities. We look forward to going back soon.

I can't honestly give a great review. The room was okay. A little outdated. The beds were okay, wouldn't say the best. The worst part was the sewer smell from the master shower drain and dishwasher smelled. We did inform front desk so hoping that was addressed. This wasn't the worst, but could have been much better.

The check-in process was horrible despite us having a reservation and a confirmed change to check in one day later than the original reservation months in advance. It took over an hour of communication between me, Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek and hotels.com before we were able to successfully check in

The location of the resort is within Disney gates and perfect for those visiting the parks! The property grounds are beautiful and well maintained. All staff members we encountered were pleasant and professional. Starbucks (higher prices) and restaurants on property. Our room … location didn’t make for a great stay (Tower 2, Room 546). The patio overlooks the pool equipment area and a pool/entertainment area just outside of that, with parties etc. several nights of our stay. The music was so loud you couldn’t sleep until they were done which usually wrapped up around 10 pm. The secondary bedroom wall was right next to the stairwell and while I was grateful for security checks, I wasn’t overly happy with them allowing both doors to slam shut repeatedly… every. single. morning @ 4:30 am !!! The issue was reported on multiple occasions and was finally solved on our last two nights (stayed 9 nights). Also, the washer/dryer is located in the master suite which makes it awkward when you need to do laundry in someone else’s space/bedroom and work around their shower, bathroom and sleeping schedules; very intrusive and awkward … we managed, but we would not stay in a room with this setup again; defeats the purpose of comfortably having freedom to wash during your stay (the washer/dryer was in a common area on our last stay). Even “updated” rooms seem dated. Still, we like the location in relation to the parks and will likely stay again when going to Disney.

The secondary bedroom wall was right next to the stairwell and while I was grateful for security checks, I wasn’t overly happy with them allowing both doors to slam shut repeatedly… every. single. morning @ 4:30 am !!! The issue was reported on multiple occasions and was finally solved on our last two nights (stayed 9 nights). Also, the washer/dryer is located in the master suite which makes it awkward when you need to do laundry in someone else’s space/bedroom and work around their shower, bathroom and sleeping schedules; very intrusive and awkward … we managed, but we would not stay in a room with this setup again; defeats the purpose of comfortably having freedom to wash during your stay (the washer/dryer was in a common area on our last stay). Even “updated” rooms seem dated. Still, we like the location in relation to the parks and will likely stay again when going to Disney.

The staff was nice until they tried to trick me into timeshare. I was like no. The room was so so. The bed had hair underneath the covers. Bathroom also and it wasn’t very clean. Parking lot is small. Found that they had a parking garage. To get out of the parking lot my room key wouldn’t work. Good thing that there was an employee there to help me out

I stayed here for a week vacation. The resort was perfect and we loved the suite. Plus if I got it at a discount rate I probably can’t afford to have a timeshare. Not to mention you have no time to really consider it. They are coming to you about it not you going to them. And now I keep getting phone calls about timeshare. No thanks. Other than that I loved staying there and would book it again without the presentation.

We would've thought that, for the price we paid, breakfast would've been included. Also, we had to walk/ drive mornings to the main building just for a bagel and coffee. The room did not have cream for the coffee- or son's didn't, either- and when we called the front desk they said someone would bring us some in a while. When they came they brought more coffee, still no cream. I called them back- someone eventually brought nasty, powdered creamer in packets. Coffee was undrinkable. Again, for the price, one should be able to have a decent cup of coffee in the morning without having to walk to another building for it. It was a nice walk, but still......

Very nice resort with spacious rooms. Be prepared for a five part check in. And the attempt to sale a time share meeting. Ubers got lost multiple times. You’ll also have to wear a security band.

When I arrived at check in I was told that I had only reserved for 1 night. After showing my Expedia reservation that was paid in full I was told they will see what they could do as I (meaning me) made a mistake when booking the reservation. Apparently, the Manager in the back had to become involved (never came out front) and they out of courtesy, gave me a room for my full stay. This never should have happened and they should not have treated me as though I did something wrong as it was on their end. Our suite was very attractive with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean as well. The pool and 2 restaurants on the premises were great as we did not have to leave the resort to have meals.

The other smaller issues we encountered were that there was only one USB outlet, no iron or ironing board, and quite frankly, the resort is really showing its age and is really dated. Again, these are smaller issues. All said, the rooms were clean and the beds were somewhat comfortable. It was a good value.

We liked the resort, but the timeshare sellers are extremely annoying. They told us you had to have certain arm bands to use the swimming pools and this was absolutely untrue. Not only did they run us down in the lobby, they called our room trying to get us back to the lobby for a timeshare presentation.

Great option for those looking to make the most of their Disney vacation while still looking for rest and relaxation.

Location is amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and there was a lot to do on-site.

Grounds were beautiful! Loved the pools and the lazy river. The empanadas, tropical drinks and pizza were great! We were dropped off up front during a rainstorm by our uber driver. The staff said they couldn’t give us a ride in the golf cart or van to tower 6. We were forced to run over in the pouring rain! The place was very clean! Could use another restaurant or bar in the main lobby!

There was plenty to do, great pools and quick response to housekeeping requests. I DO NOT recommend doing any of their timeshare presentations. They are pushy and rude.

We spent 2 nights. the rooms are spacious, but the lighting in the room was dull. We went to a park of the day we were in Orlando. The big problem was the property spent the entire time trying to get me to attend a half day presentation. Other than that very satisfied.

When we first arrived, our flight was late, and we stopped at the small shop just before closing to pick up some essentials. Unfortunately, the staff member was rude, even though we still had seven minutes before closing. For the price of the stay, I expected a higher level of customer service—especially when guests arrive late and need basic necessities. During our trip, we also had difficulty finding and using the inner tubes for floating, as it wasn’t clearly explained. Additionally, the bathrooms were stocked with very little soap and body wash, and we ran out partway through our stay. Finally, my mother-in-law’s room had only one very dim lamp, which made it difficult for her to see comfortably. I checked myself and agreed that better lighting should have been provided. Overall, while we enjoyed parts of our stay, these issues affected the overall experience.

Really liked the place and room as well. Very close to the Disney parks, but far away from restaurants and gas stations. You have to be conscious about when you go back to your hotel, because once you get to your hotel property there’s really nothing else to do. Yes you have restaurants and food in the property but it’s within a reasonable time only. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

The property exceeded our expectations from every aspect. The staff was exceptional, the room was clean and the layout was ideal for us. The proximity to the parks was an easy and very affordable uber ride. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Day 1. Check in was awesome. Two staff members provided excellent customer service. Shirley and Yasmin. The communication with your Text community was awesome. Turn around time for my issues was magnificent. When I stay again, yes absolutely..

Not enough luggage carts in the building. Rooms are a bit tired.

Upon arrival we had to check in at 2 different counters, one for the actual room and second was to register for a timeshare presentation. They were very pushy with timeshare. We agreed just to get him to stop asking so that we could get to our room. Upon arriving in the room it smelled moldy, so turned on ac and that still didn’t help. No transport to area parks available. Went to timeshare presentation prior to departure and were asked a few questions which one of them asked how much income we make a year, I refused to provide that information so they provided name tags and we waited for our turn. While waiting they came back over and said we didn’t match the income we checked off(we checked lowest to get along with presentation) and were asked to point to our annual income which I said was the lowest where she still insisted we made more than what I checked off. I refused and they finally let us out of the presentation. Card presented stated they would not be pushy and it was quite the opposite

I liked that they have multiple pools on property. I was accommodated by the manager Luz she was respectful and nice and listened to my concerns and also fixed anything that needed to be fixed. I had to move rooms twice ended up in the newest tower after the final move it was nicer but the view was on a lower floor because the layout only had the room I was in on the 10th floor and below I was on floor 4. We payed around 900$ for 3 nights which is pricy but the space was good. There was no resort fee which was nice and no parking fee which is also nice. Just be aware there is no transportation to the parks so be prepared to drive and pay for parking at the parks. I guess it’s ok if you have a car. Lazy river was nice and so was the hot tub. Conflicting info from main office and tower 6 staff about the arcade in tower 6. Front lobby said it was 24 hrs but the staff at tower 6 said it was closed. My son was upset and I went and tried it myself and it was actually open and working but he was asleep by then so he just went to the arcade at universal studios and it was decent. I probably would not stay there again because I like more modern places and this is a little outdated for me and my family. Also my son and husband have bad allergies and need a place that is newer to prevent mold or dust in the air. Overall it didn’t break our trip it was just a place to stay since I added three days to our vacation, for a last minute pick it was good.

I get so tired of the pushiness at the Wyndham resorts. I booked this trip to avoid that and it was the same ridiculous constant calling and texting at this resort. Once you tell the staff you arent interested in a timeshare purchase the service goes way downhill.

3-bdrm was spacious, comfortably appointed, and very clean. Loved the fireworks view from our balcony each night. Pool area was very nice, and the Bonnita Springs location was ideal, in the center of WDW, between the 4 parks. Would definitely stay there again with our family.

Also, this site shows all suites looking over the lake, but those suites are rare to reserve. Your suite is given based on your arrival. Kevin at the front desk was amazing and relieved my frustrations with the misleading details.

this property is great for a relaxation getaway with plenty to do for all age groups to keep you busy for a few days. the rooms are spacious and come with a full kitchen which is needed as there only a few dinning options that are on the pricier side. would definitely recommend and return!

Watch out for their sales department upon arrival. They’re sneaky with getting an $80 deposit on your credit card for a “tour”. Which is a really a sales pitch for a timeshare, but they aren’t transparent about it. Other than that, it’s a very nice property.

Property was great, slightly dated but clean. We were in tower 3 and they were doing construction on it, didn’t hear anything the first day but it was very loud the rest of the week which was an issue with our baby trying to nap. Recommend asking for a different tower if staying there soon. The staff were very accommodating though and offered a change of room. Pools were great and warm! Not many shaded options in the afternoon unless you rent a cabana. Nice that is was in Disney but they do not offer any Disney shuttles but we knew this prior to booking, just would’ve been a nice amenity. Overall we would go back just the construction wasn’t the nicest.

Property is clean and convenient to Disney parks and Springs. Rooms were spacious, yet dated. Be warned: this is a timeshare and when booking thru Expedia they will try to force you to attend a 90 min presentation.

We arrived late. Valet waited until I parked my vehicle up front planning to go to check-in and he waited for me to exit the vehicle before he advised me that I need to go around the corner to park instead. He never vame up to my car- upon arrival although he was standing there when I drove up, and there was no other customer's for him to service. Upon arrival to the room, there were not the number of towels the room slept. I had to do call and request an additional number of towels the next day to fit our party size. Before I checked in (Friday) I called a few days before, knowing we were going to arrive late, and that DST was on our check out day inquiring if I coukd requedt a late check out. Reservations said that I needed to call the day before at 4:00pm to make this request. I was advised there were 3 request avail. To set my alarm if Im at a park. I calked at 4pm the day before- only to be told that since my room was already reserved there would be no accomadation of this sort allowed. This was my familys 1st time ever staying at this hotel/resort. Not the accomidations we expect and have had at other properties at disney resorts.

Everything was overall great. The only thing that we had a problem with was that the kitchen sink was clogged. But the guys from maintenance took care of it promptly. We love this place and will stay here again in the future.

The location, layout and size of the condo was great. The kitchen and living/dining room have been updated. The bedrooms are decent sized and the beds are comfortable. The only negative is that the bathrooms were in need of updating and and some elbow grease.

The location is convenient, the grounds are nice, the rooms are a little tired and I had the bad luck of having a sliding door out to the parking lot, the worst room of a thousand. The bed also had some deep depressions on both sides, like sleeping in a hammock

The apartment was not cleaned even once during our stay. Towels were not changed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The public areas are fantastic! Very clean and well maintained. Condo felt a little dated but was clean, we also didn’t find ourselves there much. Furniture was updated and comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Would happily stay again just for the pools (which were all heated) and amenities. Very close to Disney parks and about 25 mins from Universal.

False advertisement for shuttles to the parks, they do not have any. Staff did not care about the fact that they were advertising shuttles but do not offer it anymore. Average stay.

The main resturaunt was closed the entire stay. Vending machines were two buildings over and poorly stocked. Front desk staff was not helpful.

This is the first time we stayed at one of the Wyndham properties. We were surprised on how easy it was to get around Disney; it’s close to Disney’s Rivera and Boardwalk, and 5 minutes from Disney Springs. I highly recommend having a vehicle. The room was spacious and relaxing. We would stay here again.

We loved the resort! The pools are heated, the walk around the lake was gorgeous and the rooms were perfect. However, there is not shuttle service on property so be prepared to drive everywhere or uber. This was a big drawback for us so even though we loved the property, I am not sure we will stay there again

Great for a long weekend with friends. Great location, not far from Epcot/Hollywood studios or Disney springs. Huge property, could dedicate a whole day just to exploring it. Throughly enjoyed our stay, will be staying again.

Expedia stated that this property had transportation to and from the parks. However upon arrival this was not true. The front desk were not nice at all and even went as far as trying to embarrass me for using third party to reserve my stay and it was my fault for not verifying the details of the property. I did complain to Expedia but no one got back to me.

We’ve stayed here a lot thru the years. Never had an issue. This was the dirtiest stay. Our suite had food, pills, and other stuff all over the floor. The elevators and common areas weren’t clean either. There was an overwhelming musty smell in the halls. Our AC never worked. Our suite was humid. We kept the fans on full blast. The water (from the tap) tasted like garbage. This property could use an upgrade!

Check in 3 step process. Wait in line to check in. Then you get directed to a staff member who asks you for additional contact information to set you up for part 3: a sales pitch to convince you to buy into their timeshare. You can’t avoid the timeshare pitch as that person gives you the ‘security key’ to get you into the front gate. Of course, the check in person could give you this, but it’s part of the hard sell timeshare process. I won’t stay here again.
