We love this place. Great view, the people are amazing, the room is clean. So hospitable. Feels like home. I honestly can't say enough about this place. I think we have stayed in every room but one and we will try and get that one next time. Always hate to leave.

I liked that it was close to Lake Arrowhead Village, continental breakfast was nice (coffee maker was broken); parking was convenient.

Call ahead to make sure someone is available! Very generous and accommodating for us.

We only stayed from shortly after midnight to about 9:30am. Staff answered to direct us to our room even though it was very late - & we’re super friendly & patient as we tried to obtain key from the secure box. Room & bathroom were very clean, stocked well w/towels & there were instructions for all appliances. Great water pressure. Will definitely return for longer stay.

That said, the view is fabulous, the bed was comfortable, and having a fridge and microwave made it nice. Lots of DVDs were available, and the breakfast was adequate.

It has a cool vibe and is very welcoming. My 4 stars on cleanliness and condition really relate to the age of the inn. It's definitely a throw-back in a good way, but could probably use a few updates/improvements. Really enjoyed our stay, as did our dog :) The manager, Jennifer, was very helpful and fun to chat with. She really makes you feel welcome. It is a refreshing experience, like the free drinks (non-alcohol) and snacks in the lobby in a world that want to charge us for every little thing. Imagine, free bottles of Arrowhead water in the lobby, not $5, $7 or $8!!! We will definitely stay again!

It was so good for everything’s at all

The room we originally booked ended up having a faulty wheel on the bed and the manager wasted no time putting us into a new (and even better) room at no charge! The amenities were amazing with a bunch of free snacks and coffee all day, even home made cinnamon rolls for breakfast. The location was perfect and I loved the overall vibe of the Inn, it was a very relaxing stay!

Jennifer is such a nice woman. She made us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped in the office. I needed new batteries for the TV remote control and she got them "pronto." We also needed disposable cups and she ran to the storage to get some. I think Jennifer deserves the world.

For the price , it was an amazing stay. We loved the lobby and ability to hang out, play games, and watch tv. Parking was great . Snacks for breakfast were good. But a microwave sandwich/ burrito would have been great.

There were few black mold spots on the ceiling of the bathroom. The breakfast was very limited & some things not sanitary. Some stuff was old or expired. Complimentary snack tested old and near expiration date.

The room we stayed in was very nice we didn't have any issues. The staff was very courteous and gave us great instructions about the end and it had beautiful views definitely a place that I would recommend others to stay and go back ourselves.

The room and accommodations were fine. I wish that someone would have set up the breakfast bar before 7am. It was dirty from the night before, there was no coffee brewing, the room was cold, there were no clean coffee cups or dishes and the fireplace was not on. I had to make the coffee and put the heat on. The room is nice and great views from the patio. Scott

Lobby fire place should have been on, especially in the morning. The most disappointing part of our stay was definitely the free continental breakfast. The snacks provided were appreciated. We brought our own breakfast so, all we wanted was a hot cup of coffee. When we got to the lobby, no coffee was made so we attempted to brew our own but we gave up because the filter had old grounds in it and the pot was filthy. The floor was also unswept and dirty. The only plus were the choice of bagels and toast, but by then we didn’t want it. This was at 7:30 am. No reason for there to not be a pot of coffee or at coffee pods. Very disappointing. We felt like once your establishment got our payment, it was done with us due to the breakfast experience that is supposed to feel warm and inviting, and this was anything but. We will think twice about returning.

The only drawback was that, due to the unusual shape of the room, the heating/air-conditioning was provided by a portable unit, which was a bit noisy. That was the only blemish in an otherwise excellent stay. The lady managing the hotel was extremely hospitable, and parking was conveniently located right next to the rooms. The lounge patio also offers a beautiful view of the lake, making it a perfect spot to relax

I was not comfortable looking at other rooms, as I felt with the condition it was in, other rooms would be the same. We canceled our stay with the woman who was checking us in. The location is excellent and very close to the Village. Rooms are clean and welcoming. There were many options in the lobby area’s continental breakfast setup and plenty of other snacks for later. Our only issue was the shower took 10 minutes to warm up. The manager was a friendly and helpful person.

It’s such a cute, quaint place. Cozy. Not much of a view, barely see the lake. But, that’s really minor. We didn’t drive up there to view the lake from the room! Check in was the easiest, most casual check in I’ve had, which was very cool. If/when I get up there again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here.

The property was nice but to get to Lake Arrowhead you had to cross a fairly busy winding highway. If l had known that l would have picked a place on the same side as the lake.

This place is such a sweet, cozy little spot. It’s our favorite place to stay when we come up to Lake Arrowhead. The inn keeper is such a wonderfully kind woman and we’ve always had the best customer service when we’ve stayed over.

There was no hot water for the shower, I called the front desk and the lady asked me to let the water run since it would take a minute to get hot water. I let it run for 20 minutes and not hot water came out. I felt bad for wasting that much water and I ended up not showering. Next day I tried again and no hot water came out.

The only complaint I would have is about the bed. It's VERY soft and if your partner moves, you feel every bit of that movement. Aside from that, the room was nice, the heater was amazing, the shower was amazing, the little pastries they keep in the lobby were delicious, and it was really just a great time. 10/10 would recommend

Our stay at the Arrowhead Lake inn was lovely. We came up for the night with our pets and enjoyed the amenities and amazing customer service. The location is right next to the Village, no more than a 3 minute walk. The value is fantastic as well.

Such a beautiful and cozy Inn yo stay at. The host is really friendly and they have 24/7 continental breakfast. In the main lobby they have a cozy fireplace where you can watch dvd’s.

Arrowhead Lake Inn is located in prime location right behind Stater Brother's Supermarket in Lake Arrowhead Village. The place is well-kept and very clean with rustic feel. The front desk lady greeted us with such pleasantry we felt welcomed. The room was very clean with well-stocked towels. Small fridge and microwave oven were provided in the room. The Inn provided very generous continental breakfast with variety of baked goods, water, soda, coffee, and tea, all complimentary for the guests. My wife and I tried bagel in the morning and it was very delicious. In front of the entrance, there are plenty of seating area to relax with the beautiful view of Arrowhead Lake. It was a very pleasant stay.

Good and quaint property. We tried to check in after 6pm and there was no one at the desk. Luckily, we read reviews and it said the key would likely be in our unlocked room so we were able to just get in that way. The room was nice and quaint! Perfect for a little getaway!

A lovely stay for couples, small families, or anyone else! The staff were all warm and welcoming and the surrounding area was gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and we had our own patio to enjoy the view of the lake. A very reasonable price for such a quaint place. My only complaint was the smell of pet cleaning spray, but that’s to be expected with an animal friendly establishment. Overall, a wonderful stay. Would recommend!

Unfortunately, it was very dirty. As soon as we went in, we noticed hair on all the towels and on our bedsheets. We were blamed, although we were in the room for less than two minutes, that we had done this. None of us has black long hair. Eventually, the lady apologized, and she changed our bedsheets. Unfortunately, this did not solve the issue as we saw later that there were blood stains on one of the bedsheets, red wine stains on the comforter, condoms and some used paper in the drawer from some previous customers, and dirt throughout the room. It was clearly not properly cleaned. And likely had people with long black hair and a dog in as previous customers. The pics are from AFTER they we called them to come and clean the room/change bedding and towels.

cozy rooms, very comfy beds to rest, and snack-breakfast always in the lobby is great for relaxing about time.

It was a mother-daughter trip with my 11-year old. Our room was sweet, comfortable and cozy. Lake Arrowhead is beautiful and the view was gorgeous. The room was cold at first, but the electric heaters helped immensely since the forced air heat wasn't working well. Gail was so helpful and the Inn is super sweet.

I We arrived on a Friday with a note on the door to check in with a phone number for check in details. I called over 10 times with no answer. I rang the ring doorbell 3 times and finally received a response that my key was in my room. The next morning I realized we had minimal toilet paper with no extra roles under the sink. I called the phone number given to contact the front desk at 8 am and left a message. I came home from adventures around 3pm no toilet paper and another guest trying to check in with no response from the front desk number. Go figure, this experience sounds familiar. I call again and leave a message. I then go to dinner. Come back to no toilet paper again. I had to go buy some at this point. I wake up on the day I check out and my car alarm went off. To my surprise I see the front desk lady walk out of her room (I am completely shocked that she lives onsite). She ask if anything is wrong. No response to any of my calls but when she is woken up she decides to show her face. Wow, that was a slap in the face. We loved our room. We loved the snack bar. We loved the location and price. In regards to service, you won’t get any. Enjoy your stay!

Tv didn’t work - couldn’t get cable to connect, no hot water for shower. Disappointing.

It’s a nice place to stay in, less than 10 minute walk to Arrowhead Village. The staff are nice and accommodating.

We loved our stay at this adorable Inn!! Everything was well maintained and decorated giving a very charming vibe. There were breakfast and snack options available in the lobby 24/7 along with fresh made bagels and donuts. Checkin and check out could not have been easier! Walking distance to the village was really convenient as well. The only note of caution I would give is that if you are a light sleeper choose an upstairs room as you can hear people walking around in the room above but nothing that would prevent us from returning. Highly recommend this Inn for your Lake Arrowhead stay!

Amazing customer service, very cozy room!

We had such a lovely stay at Arrowhead Lake Inn. Gayle checked us in and was so warm and hospitable. The lobby had snacks and breakfast/coffee that was available 24/7, which was so nice. The location is great! While it's not the most pedestrian-friendly (no sidewalks), we were a short walk to the Lake Arrowhead Village, which was a very nice perk with parking being so hard to find there. You get a pretty view of the lake to enjoy while having your morning coffee. We had our small dog with us and while the room was a little tight for all of us, it was really nice to find a dog-friendly place to stay in the area. Highly recommend!

Waited 30 min for staff to arrive to open lobby and our room (we and another couple were well within the checkin hours). Room was very cold, but the staff tried by having multiple window healing elements. Overnight trip, you get what you pay for.

Had a great stay. Cozy, home feel. Right across from Arrowhead village. Was greeted very nicely during check in and helped with any questions I had. We will be staying again next time we visit Lake Arrowhead.

Staff was super friendly. The room was super cute and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Such a unique little spot, great if you’re looking to stay at a place with personality. We stayed in the blue boy and it was such a cozy little room. Offered snacks, coffee and teas and little breakfast foods (cereal, mini bagels, muffins). They also had dvds and games to borrow. Short drive to the village and brewery, you honestly could just walk. Will absolutely stay again and hopefully check out another room. The person that checked us in was wonderful as well.

the first room was cold and everything felt old and dingy. the heater did not work and when we plugged in the phone charger it blew the fuse box and all the lights went out. so they moved us to a new room that felt nice and updated and clean. so it all worked out . but I would not of been happy in the first room at all.
