Towels & wash cloths were very DINGY, which calls into question the bed clothes as well. Also a complete lapse of communication /coordination between front desk shifts resulted in unnecessary stress and complication for check in of the 2 rooms I had reserved

Rooms were very clean, the pool and gym kept us occupied when we were not busy. The breakfast has some good options to pick from I just wish it ran a little longer in the day. Parking was good for us, no problems. Decent stay for us all around.

The property was clean and modern with free coffee/tea/hot cocoa 24hrs. The front desk staff were polite and lovely. The room was spacious and clean with essentials and extras. Bed was so comfy! The breakfast was the a wonderful surprise; amazing quality and variety of food, clean, fresh & delicious.

We stayed for 3 nights, the rooms and the property was very clean. I was very happy that the pool was up and running. My son utilized the gym, and we enjoyed there complimentary breakfast, I would have to say that they have the best complimentary brkfst, actual hot real eggs, choices of brkfst meats, and a pancake maker, cereals to choose from, bread and pastry choices etc....It was a great stay will visit again.

Was a nice stay hotel was very clean the room was so spacious breakfast was a nice offering of hot ans cold items. Close to a good bbq ice cream spit. Staff was very friendly and continually checked on me to see how things were. Would stay again for sure !

The pool had a cracked step that broke and cut my leg. I laid it on a towel to come back and get to show someone but it was gone. The hallway to the the bathroom from the pool is so slippery and should have some type of mat. The elevator door didn't seem like it was going to open a couple times. I was in room 208. It had the baseboard coming off the wall, the refrigerator had food still in it from a past guest, the couch had stains on it and the showerhead made a loud noise every time you turned it on.

Plenty of parking, comfy beds, and an excellent breakfast! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is an older building which has been spruced up and overall they did a good job. We found a few issues like the drain cover on the shower not being attached because the mounting hardware had rusted off and the walls and floors allowed a lot of noise transfer. Overall, this was a good experience and we would absolutely stay again if we were in the area!!!

Took a while for me to check in because the front desk person informed me that it was shift change time. There was dried gross shampoo on the shower curtain. My end table light didn't work. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. It felt like everyone and everything was very loud. You can hear the highway very clearly in your room, not to mention the people. I don't know which was worse.

The room was in very neglected condo. The vents looked like they were about to fall out, and the smoke detector was hanging literally by its wires.

We were on the 3rd floor and could hear the guests on the floor above us at night and very early in the morning.

Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent and hot, with staff keeping the supply replenished. Just what we needed for a quick overnight stay on our road trip. Nothing based on our needs. FYI - the pool is closed indefinitely for those that really want access to a pool.

We had a handicapped room. The shower was an accident looking for a place to happen. Someone had placed a liner on the floor of the shower that was very slippery. We almost fell several times. Also there were 3 shower wand fixtures and all were broken and couldn't hold the shower wand. The hose on the shower wand was too short for someone sitting on the seat to easily use.

Breakfast was very good. Kitchen and Dinning room very clean. The Cook was friendly, always smiling. The Gym and pool where clean and appealing. The Receptionists are nice and friendly. Half of the room window had a screen and the possibility to crack it open to get fresh air. I like that very much. One thing that I didn't like was the floor's cleanliness when we got the room assigned: dried mud-crumbs by the floor trim. We stayed to visit family in area for 6 nights. It’s easy to get to and has a great breakfast. Pool was as pictured and great use for us. Will stay again.

AC was on when we arrived blowing cold tried to turn it down or off but none of the buttons worked, finally just turned power off to it. Breakfast was adequate. Probably won't stay again and will look for a place with a better pool. Area is nice and safe...but if the sound of cars on road bother you...I wouldn't recommend...the road is very loud out front.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself felt spacious. There were some questionable stains on the couch in our room and my husband found a water bottle cap in the bed sheets. Everything else felt very clean though. We would stay here again.

The room was clean but maintenance is lacking. Bathroom faucet was very loose and sink stopper didn’t work at all. Knob for heat lamp timer switch was missing. Heat/AC unit was inoperable but I was able to reset it and get in working myself. This is basic stuff that housekeepers should be reporting to maintenance and everything could be fixed in under 10 minutes.

I arrived late to the hotel as I already spoke with someone earlier to let them know that I wouldn’t be there until 10pm, and no one was at the desk and the lights were off. I had to call the hotel while inside the hotel and someone randomly appeared from another area to finally help me. When I was checking out, I was asked how everything was but they didn’t seem to care when I expressed a negative stay. It was my second time staying here and it’ll be my last.

The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room seemed clean. It was very humid I the room and in the middle of the night when a thunderstorm started, we discovered the window leaked. Also, lots of ambient noise from doors slamming and people walking around late at night.

I didn't like that the toilet plugged up and the water pressure was so low my wife couldn't get the soap rinsed out of her hair. We informed the front desk clerk when we checked out and she said she would have it checked..

There were too many ants in the bathroom in the room I stayed in. In the tub, around the sink, on the ceiling, around the mirror. Very disgusting. Idk if pest control is a thing at this location but if so, pest control needs to do a better job. I only stayed there 1 night and killed over 10 ants, just in the bathroom. The toliet is gross too. Barely clean and it looks like it's going to fall apart.
