Stay here on overnights with my girlfriend just for some alone time. Love that it’s budget friendly. Don’t expect high end lol. You get what you pay for. Rooms aren’t that big but decent. Also air conditioning works great: parking is very compacted and weekends it does fill up. There’s restaurants and fast food near by. Overall great for budget friendly stay. Staff is approachable and friendly.

Couldn't sleep either of the two nights because the noise from upstairs from the floor upstairs and the ceiling in our room sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling so no real insulation to block any of that but they have rooms with no one above you all one level unfortunately we were not in one of those units

It was just a cute little place for me and my fiancé to post up for the night, cheap, staff was helpful, no bugs, good blanket, working shower& we watched titanic on the tv ❤️

Air conditioning smelled really bad when turned on, my fiancé and I thought someone peed in it. The hair dryer was melted and destroyed on the wall. And the whole place was a bit dingy. Staff was nice and helpful though

Cons: Very Small Room, Bed was small, squeaky, feel bed springs, stained and uncomfortable. Bugs in the tub and front door. Parking is tight and small.

We were not alone in the hotel. Saw some cockroaches in the room. Bedding can definitely use some cleaning. If you are on a tight budget and would not mind some creepy crawlers, and not so clean bed sheets, then this would be the choice for you.

My AC wasn’t the best but another room we rented had good AC. The parking is okay and mostly you are able to park close to your door. I will say on Fri and Sat night, I noticed several call girl situations with some staying there at the motel. Safety seems okay with cameras everywhere. The location is easy to get in and out of and central to La Habra and Brea. I did not like the fact that you had to search out and tell housekeeping not to clean room (I don’t like other people in my room when I’m not there) as the property did not have any privacy hangers for the door. The bed was OK, but the metal base was extremely loud and creaky. For the price, it was a reasonable property.

This is a great place to stay for the money. It's not a 5 star hotel but you can't expect to get that for the price. The beds are a little stiff but that doesn't bother me so I was okay with it. If you have back issues you might want to look elsewhere. Apart from that, it was clean, comfortable and easy to stay there (single story hotel, easy parking, etc.)

For the pricing can’t go wrong stood for overnight after the dodger game and checked in real late no issues and super affordable and did the job for us lol would recommend if you need a quick overnight and budget friendly

I recently stayed at a hotel in La Habra for two days, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.First, my room key kept not working, which forced me to go back and forth to the front office multiple times just to get into my room. That alone was frustrating and inconvenient.On top of that, the noise from the room above me was extremely loud. The guests were constantly walking and pacing, and I could hear everything very clearly. It was so bad that I couldn’t sleep or relax at all during my stay. I did report it, but nothing was done to fix the issue and the staff maids come into my room when I wasn’t aware of that. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or able to enjoy my stay, which defeats the purpose of booking a hotel in the first place. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the experience for future guests.

Perfect room for my needs

We stayed for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The facilities were good and met our expectations. However, housekeeping did not clean the room on one of the days, which was a minor inconvenience. Aside from that, everything else was satisfactory. 🙂

I always clean my motel room before bringing in my belongings& I have to say there was little dirt or dust…BUT, Unfortunately, what we did not see upon arrival was the breeding ground which was our bedspread and bed. The little bugs, creatures, bed-bugs, he-bee-gee-bees or whatever they are were poking up through the bedspread so we removed it. We even went and got a tarp to protect us for the night. They promptly came through the tarp and there were thousands. No where to run to & nowhere to hide.

I stayed in room 105, and the room could've been a bit better for wear. The worst thing about it was that the room had ZERO sound insulation both for the doors and the walls (mind you, I'm mildly hard of hearing): I could hear everything from the cars whooshing by to whoever tried to smoke at 5 AM and tripped the smoke detector as if my window was wide open, and conversations from the next room over where I could hear their conversations if I concentrated. Unless it's because I was jetlagged or because I had a pillow top mattress at home, the bed felt as stiff as a board. This is also one of those places where instead of entrusting that the TV remote is in the room, they hand it to you when you check in and expect you to return it when you check out. The listing said they had clothing irons, but just the irons to checkout from the front desk, no ironing boards at all; I had to awkwardly iron clothes over a towel on the desk. The hinges on the bathroom seemed loose and probably bound to fall off if you're unlucky. Last but not least, it seems I wasn't alone; I saw a little cockroach near the sink as I was shaving.

Walked into the room and saw a blood clot stain on the wall (I have pictures to prove it). The shower area has this tiny little hole in the wall and made it seem like it was a peep hole. Overall the room looked like it had mold or something about to grow in the wall. Yeah it’s affordable but I would recommend saving a little more for something better

I'm so glad I have this hotel a chance. Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When I checked in, they gave me ask the information I needed. The room was very clean, amenities were all there, and free wifi for the room. When I first got there the wifi wasn't connecting to any of my devices, but after a quick talk with the office, they reset the router and everything was fine. I highly recommend this location to anybody who's visiting, or just passing through. I'll definitely come here again when I visit Orange county.

The room was clean enough, but the building was older and the walls seemed super thin. We heard our neighbors almost constantly, not voices but moving around above and to the side of us. The beds were horrible. These were the worst, firmest beds I think I have ever slept in. There was no give at all and I feel like if I had thrown a comforter on the floor it would have been softer than these beds were. To counter that, the pillows were too soft with no neck or head support at all without folding the pillow in half.

Room is consider very small size, very limited space. the cleaness in fair condition. Entertainment from cable Tv was in limited cable choices, just basic channels to view. Bed DOES NOT has any Blanket, simply bed cover as used during summer weather. Overall, just standard level, nothing stand out/ No reason as returning quest in the future. Even the room phone Not working, and being confirmed by front desk about the issue.

It was a very small room very quite dislike the bed it was to hard also the ac kept blowing the winfow curtin out of place aslo ac kept turning off eveytime i would try to leave it on. Parking on site, but NOT easy backing out. Staff; very polite & accommodating. Air Conditioned worked perfectly. My face walked into Spider webs, saw a roach on floor. I stayed in a 2nd floor rm 202, that appeared to be under renovations. Toilet was not bolted down, but was a quick fix; Floors needed mopping, i had to put towels on floor to walk. Tub soak was not avaliable, no plug. Shower & water temp, was great. Bed was fine, Just Bring your own pillow. Your welcome:)

Some guy offered my girlfriend drugs right outside the gate when she was waiting for me, so maybe don't walk around the area at night. Found a giant roach in the bathroom. Hard mattresses.

The bed was extra firm, and very uncomfortable. The walls are very thin. I could hear people having conversations, and understand what they were saying too well...among other noises people make. The refrigerator doesn't have a freezer, and gets your food packages wet & slimy. I don't know why this motel has good reviews for cleanliness. The toilet had quite a bit of hair left on it, and some other bodily fluid, from the previous guest. Don't be fooled by the strip of paper they put over the seat, that says, "Sanitized". I also asked if housekeeping would clean the shower chair before I used it. She came in and wiped only the top of the seat with a dry towel. I only got it wiped again with cleaning solution, because I asked for it. I feel a little bad to write all of this, because housekeeping and other staff were friendly. The manager, Sam, was not very nice though.

The beds were OK, but we only had one thin pillow each. I would’ve liked another pillow. There was plenty of parking and the location was good. I didn’t care for the smell of the room. The shower leaked water out each time you took a shower. It would run all the way down to the toilet. It was a handicap shower. There was no housekeeping service between the two nights that we stayed there. I was expecting someone would come in and make the bed. It did look like they had taken the trash out. So they did come in. And they also did bring new towels.

A very very loud house party, apparently very common, kept me awake until 3:00 a.m. Management would not help at all. Police did not help. The flooring was duct-taped together. The bathroom door was almost off its hinges. There were no hand towels, just frayed wash cloths and towels. Food options weren’t bad, walking distance. I get it. It's cheap. But don't fall for the ratings lies.

It was close to the where I needed to be. Flooring was bad and they used duct tape for repair, bed was horrible all springs, AC smelled like old, mildew and sex. Paper thin walls so your neighbors morning alarm is also your morning alarm. Their normal volume conversation? You guessed it, you’re part of that too. Staff was fine, room was acceptable. My room had duct tape keeping a lot of the floor together. It’s about what you’d expect from a budget motel

Got a non-smoking room which smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. There was tissue in the eye glass of the door. Bathroom was nasty and had insects.

Staff was rude, unprofessional and generally inexperienced. They couldn’t find my reservation and basically told me “I don’t know what to do.” Also the lobby smelled.

There was roaches in our room. We have a baby and the landlord calls us telling us to be quiet because there’s complaints nextdoor and very rudely, mind you.

The management seem to have a slight negative attitude. One hour after we got into our room he knocked on the door and said he needed to check our water/plumbing because water department said there was a leak somewhere. There was not water dept. vehicle to be seen. My husband was the using the bathroom at that time . He was not able get up off the toilet fast enough for this man. We left and had dinner.

I didn't like the format of the "shower". The water splashed out because the shower curtain was too short & there was no enclosure & the water got backed up easily and the floor has a slope on it so you're standing at a slant while you shower. But the bathroom was spacious. I just wish they had more shelves/hooks for toiletries, towels, etc. The room was regular size for a motel. It had a small fridge & microwave & the personnel was pchill. But no way of turning down housekeeping if you're gone during the day.You'll have to turn in the remote control with your key card at checkout.

The room is quite small—suitable for one average-sized adult only. It’s not ideal for more than one person. Other than that, everything is great. The receptionist is very kind and welcoming, and the refrigerator works well.

Very rude when my partner asked for an extra pillow they said no 2 pillows that are in room is enough… when we also asked for extra towels was also told no that 2 that was in room is more then enough..

There's no late check out so we wanted to pay for another day. The owner angrily refused. He said we had to get out because the room was booked. I told him that my gf was very sick and he said that wasn't his problem. After a few more insults between us I turned to leave and suddenly he wants me to pay for another day.

The stay was nice. Nothing to complain about. The fridge was abnormally cold for some reason. It was freezing all my drinks. But other than that great stay.

Microwave only worked if you moved the cord around. Pillows were very flat and chunky. Door seal was so bad it leaked light all around it.

If you’re looking for a cheap place to just sleep, this is your place. No frills or thrills, seriously none. Parking is horrible (first come first served), the couch in the room was filthy and pretty beat up floor.

This was a last minute choice so you get what you paid for and that’s completely on me the room smelled like pee and the bed covers had stains the room was dirty overall plus not enough parking availability.

Our stay was great! I booked a room with a kitchenette and called ahead to ask if cookware and utensils were provided, but the staff on the phone said he wasn't sure. When we arrived, the staff was friendly, but we found out there were no cookware or utensils in the room, so we had to buy our own. Luckily, there were plenty of stores nearby. The room is clean and had a lot of lights, which was really nice and made it feel bright. Housekeeping came daily, and nothing went missing from our stuff, which we appreciated. The only downside is that parking can be tricky if you come back late. Overall, I would still book here again!

Although the room was clean, there was an odor that was most noticable whenever you opened the door. Towels were thin, pillows flat, internet unreliable, and the tv froze. Housekeeping staff were very nice and the front desk person didn't seem to mind resetting the internet whenver we asked.

There is no way this hotel is an 8.0. I do not know who is giving high ratings. Maybe for the area it’s an 8. Bad Wi-fi but the room did its purpose. One night, low price, me by myself.

The particular room we stayed in had lots of floor boards missing, the blankets weren't very clear, and we saw a few roaches.

Does the job, difficult to get to from the airport, the 143 and then 46 bus takes you to Disney ($4) takes about an hour and a half. Don't run when they close tho so a taxi ride back ($30). Restaurants and convenience stores walking distance.

No info given at check-in other than when check out was and where to drop the room key and tv remote ( that was a first). No info in the room for the wifi, there is no phone in the room or a number to contact the front desk. Shower towels were old and rough. The mirrors were scratched with graffiti, which is not their fault but you can't leave it. The people next to us had no concern for other guests, very noisy late and early. Again not their fault, but it is sad that people are that discourteous. Parking is first come and is not guaranteed. Definitely not recommending this place.

This place was nice but had the hardest, cheapest bed I have ever slept on in my life. Was like sleeping in a cardboard box. Had no idea they made beds this cheap.

Property located off main st, quiet, fit for purpose. Rooms smaller than pictures imply. Wifi was not working for entire duration of stay. room serviced daily. worth price you pay.

What do you expect for $90? Duct tape to fix floor, terrible towels, no blanket, window didn’t stay locked. But it was clean & everything else worked.

This hotel was fairly clean. The bed was terrible and felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

Bed sheets are not clean enough with spots, chair fabric are torn off.

The hotel has hidden devices in the room Cameras in the bathroom and the outlets We liked the room at the beginning and stayed over a week but then somehow our room that was always open and ready to book became unavailable and he kicked my kids and I out and we made reservations but he lies and tells you different. Ghetto area and sounds like fun shots at night, ugly loud ass motorcycles and loud fast cars rev their engines constantly. Noisy neighborhoods if you have kids like I do especially a 1 year old stay somewhere else. I had to sweep and mop the room myself floors are black, mini fridge hardly worked, tv is weird, found a pair of men’s underwear in the head board, the sofa in the kin room smells like ass. Room is dirty so clean it yourself and supposed my clean towels or sheets still have stains like make up or god knows what…the view is hideous literally likes like ur in the middle of the hood. waste of money.

There was no part of our experience that did not come with a problem. The wifi they offer does not stay connected with the TV and we were without connection for our second day. The key card was only programmed for one day, and luckily there was a person available around 12:30am to fix our key. The floors are duct taped together, but have pieces sticking up that are a safety concern. The mini fridge leaked across our room and we had to avoid using it for the remainder of our stay. The towels they offer are slightly larger than the floor covering, and would probably be decent for a child, not an adult. The toilet clogged after using it once with minimal paper waste. The room felt overall dirty - one of those where you feel like you have to wear shoes everywhere. We weren't expecting a luxury hotel, but this was bad even for the price...

Horrible service, they don’t even give you cleaning service if you are for more then a day, you have to clean your own room, you can’t stay for longer then two weeks , and there is ants in the room everywhere, the sofa bed is useless and disgusting like it’s been there since the place opened up, save your paper don’t go there

The room was smell and dirty. this is a very small room. but the guy work at the front desk was nice. you can hear the noises from the next room and I couldn't sleep. it was a bad experience for me.
