Everything was as expected. The staff was amazing.... The hotel was very clean. The pool was open. I didnt get in because we had just arrive around 830 and the pool closes at 10. The had breakfast but i didn't have the time to check out the breakfast and to eat. But they did have to go breakfast bags for the guess which was real thoughtful and sweet. I will most definitely stay again.. There was nothing to not like....

Hotel hallways are humid and hot not good air ventilation. The rooms need better cleaning in the corners and bathroom floors Small fridge is not cold enough food went bad There was a loud banging on the floor late in the night above our room that kept us up . The breakfast was ok . I would not stay here again unfortunately do to a personal issue I had with the hotel and my third party reservation The hotel is not very helpful or considerate

I could have easily given the hotel a 5 star review but I couldn’t because of the low seating toilets. I initially thought the size of the toilet was designed only for smaller children. I am 5’5” and not overweight. When sitting on the toilet my knees were closer to my chin than parallel to the rest of my body. I’ve only experienced this type of problem with another Hampton Inn in New Mexico. I never thought I’d be sizing the toilet height before staying at another Hampton Inn.

I had to change rooms three times to TRY and get a room that didn't smell terrible. The one I slept in was the least smelly of the three rooms they had left. I kept the fan the whole time I was there to try and clear out the odor. The breakfast was good. The parking was good. The staff did their best. The carpets in the public areas had mud and concrete on them probably because construction workers for the roads were staying at the hotel. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns all over the place and this was the worst by far.

Not too much parking but I was able to park in the back right by the back entrance. Once I had my key card, I was able to get to my car easily and staff was so kind helping me find a couple of things I needed. They even helped make sure I had the same room because I booked two nights separately. Thank you so much!

Breakfast was good. Bar was good. Staff was great. Only problem I had was nobody body soap little shampoo, little conditioner in the shower the staff that cleans the rooms don’t pay attention to how they are.

Parking was full due to electric company trucks/trailers taking up multiple spaces around the entire property. How about having them park in the back?

Room was sort of decent. A lot of defects on the wall and sink. Bed and pillows are very flat and uncomfortable. On the second night the AC was fluctuating horribly. Also the fruit served at breakfast was not fresh. And bread had mold. Parking was good.

Homeless were around and came into hotel to use bathroom. Not enough trash cans in room. Not suitable for handicapped people- toilets too low. Not sure why but no plug That worked in bathroom for curling iron. Quiet and staff very polite and helpful. We will stay again but ask more questions about rooms first. And no clock to see during night. See above.

I wanted to shower after check in and the water was never above Luke warm. The room was fine. We slept well. Hot water had returned for my am shower.

Everyone has been professional, friendly and helpful every time I have stayed here. I did ask them if there was something in the future we could do to make the microwave more usable as I couldn't see the buttons on it where it was located. They said to just ask the next time I stay to see what they can do. They are always kind.

I like whole milk and this wasn't an option. I didn't like the plastic utensils or dishware! I did like that there was an oatmeal option. I would have like whole milk yogurt.>. A cheese /cold cut option for toast!

Everything was good with the exception of housekeeping only coming every other day so I had to stop at the desk for fresh towels and keep dirty towels in the bathroom. Also the ironing board was broken so had to lay it on top of the bed to use the flat surface since I didn’t have time to complain and wait for a replacement.

The staff was extremely helpful. I left a computer mouse in the business office. They were kind enough to retrieve it and ship it to me.

Great location access to stores There was no privacy between the living room and the bathroom. It only had one sliding door and none to the bathroom. Both rooms were like that and none of my family felt comfortable. There wasn’t any body wash in those bottles.

I liked that the property was quiet and clean. The location was close to anything that I needed. I was in town for a a few days due to training, and anything I needed was in close proximity. I didn’t encounter anything that I didn’t like.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. Even when the elevators went out for two hours on Thursday night. We were offered a room on the first floor because our room was on the fourth floor and my disabled husband can't try to walk up 4 flights of stairs. But we decided to wait it out. The bed was a little too hard for my husband. Next time we will request a softer mattress.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Kyle was very pleasant and conveniently located in town . The beds were a little too firm for my liking but room was clean and very spacious. We stayed in a two bed queen room , and it was my husband, daughter and mother and we all had plenty of space to relax . Breakfast was wonderful as well with plenty of varieties from oatmeal to eggs and pancakes , biscuits were amazing, juice and coffee/ tea of your choice… this hotel has all the amenities you need and the front desk staff are very friendly and nice . Will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

My family had a birthday party in one of the conference rooms they have on the property, so most of our family were housed in the hotel. I love that they put us all on the same floor. For the event, the staff were super helpful and accomodating. We spent time at the pool which was great and the breakfasts were always fresh. The coffee was amazing. I had a room with a King sized bed and a cute sofa. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean and ample. If I visit Austin to visit family again I will most definitely stay here. Upon arrival I was told a “3rd party” changed our 2 bed room to a single king room. This was false since I specifically paid extra to have the 2 queen beds, but since they were sold out, they couldn’t offer me a solution. Expedia made it right by crediting me back a bit, and the hotel gave me a few bottle waters & 2 free snacks, along with a rollaway bed that was actually comfier than the king size bed. The room was super spacious & the employees were friendly, so we’d stay again, but definitely have to confirm ahead of time that I’m getting the room I paid for. This location was 13 minutes from Texas State University which we were there touring & only a few minutes further from all the shopping outlets. Great location overall.

We don’t stay at hotels very often. Property was clean and well maintained but rooms had no place for clothes We had to live out of our suitcases which we thought was odd. maids and service staff were all very friendly and clean but front desk staff was less than desired. Maybe we just don’t get casual dress but it could look clean?

Horrible, random charges and got locked out of room for 45 min at 1230 AM cause the card key device “ran out of battery”

The beds were very comfortable and the service was excellent. However, the rooms were extremely small and very humid.

Pool was not working and it's summer. Check in felt like it was an inconvenience to the desk clerk. He was very nonchalant and not welcoming. The breakfast was mediocre. The overall property was not worth the money. Parking was minimal for the amount of guest staying at the property.

Was convenient base stay for access to Austin and New Braunfels, close to freeway access, service was great, staff were great. Overall highly recommend.

This is a typical Hampton Inn. Clean and in a good location. Breakfast was average but cannot complain about free. I would stay here again if I’m back in the area.

Arrived at front desk and no one at front desk for reception. Three employees walked out of office a few minutes later. There was no greeting, no “have you been helped”, not even a “Welcome to Hampton Inn”. Check in and went to get ice and there was dust on the ice bucket (decided not to get ice). There was hair on the shower floor and the shower door. Otherwise, a clean room, working TV and easy access to highway, shopping and restaurants
