Lady at reception was amazing, friendly, helpful, very efficient. Price was good for what it was, fridge and microwave in room and private bathroom and A/C. Plenty of free parking avaliable and location was fantastic. Breakfast was very poor, a few cereals, small selection of breads, a few yoghurts. Plus a few drinks, not much space for everyone, I saw people carry bowls of cereal out to eat due to no space. Fridge in room didn't keep anything even cool. Shower/bath drained very very slowly. Whilst A/C worked it was that noisy had to turn off to be able to sleep.

Para estadías cortas pudiera ser considerable si no le importa los siguientes puntos de mi experiencia: nunca nos pusieron jabón de manos, incluso un dia ni para bañarnos el cuerpo. La bañera demasiado alta para entrar y salir y sin sujetador. Una persona pudiera resbalar mayormente saliendo mojado y caerse sin poder sostenerse. Y en la puerta del baño en la parte de arriba habia un pelo que no era mio, por lo largo parecía de mujer. Y las sábanas despintadas. Osea las que limpian necesitan dar mas atención a su trabajo. En cuanto a los empleados del receiving excelente.

There was nothing that we liked about this property The room was disgusting - filthy, cobwebs/dead flies & insects everywhere, stains all over the headboard, bathroom door didn't close fully, dead fly between the pillows, insect powder along part of the skirting board, door to the room was a total mess, I could go on and on. We told the receptionist we were not prepared to stay in the room and she agreed we could cancel the booking, we left immediately. Unfortunately the hotel have refused to refund our money or respond to Bookings.com who we booked through.

Close to the attractions and restaurants $100.00 refundable deposit has not been returned and I may not be getting it.

The pool The rooms were not tidy, there was a red ant problem in our room. Second night, the front desk attempted to book a family into my room that requested side by side rooms at 10pm. The breakfast was limited and nothing was available by 8:30am.

The room itself could use some fixing, but the staff at the hotel fixed Expedias mess up! Expedia booked the wrong dates and I almost lost my stay BUT the hotel fixed the mistake and made sure we were not searching for a hotel room at 11:30 at night!! It was a great place to stay for our two nights! Close to restaurants and other places for necessities!!

As for the breakfast, there was not much variety. It would be better if they offered more options, including a microwave and some hot items like ham or eggs, which were not available. Overall, after the room change, our stay was much better.

Breakfast is really, really bad. They don't serve any protein, just bread and cereal.

The landscape and the outside of the building need to be cleaned. Stairs and aisles are dirty and need to be washed and cleaned.

Beds were comfortable and the room serves its purpose for our late flight into town. The room was dirty with flies and the outside door had a large crack on the floor. There was a bird or some sort of high pitch noise that was chirping all night long from midnight until well into the morning hours.

Cleanliness, comfort, bed and pillows are incredible, AC is very nice, bathroom and everything amazing. The breakfast is also good, considering the purpose of the Hotel. People smoking weed around the building, especially other customers, is something really annoying. These same people also created disturbance during the night, struggling between them, yelling and shouting after 11h00 PM, I felt as I was in a violent movie. I have called to the Front Desk to call the Police but nobody attended. Very bad situation.

The room did not look anything like the picture in the reservation ad. There was no hot water, to place to put your luggage so that you could open it except the bed or the floor no desk to set at but there was a white metal chair to set in. Informed the front desk and all they could say was sorry. To me this was false advertising.

Just restaurants around it In the beginning got told my room was a different one. Then we arrived to the right room not even 5 minutes and the maintenance man just walked into the room like it was being broken into his and scared the family because it felt like a break in and something very dangerous could’ve happened. My girlfriend had to take the kids to the bathroom because I was heading towards to the safe. Pizza was delivered at front and never received a call to my room even though the order had the room number. So contacted pizza place 1hr later to wonder where our pizza was and they said you should’ve gotten it. So it was there just sitting there cold. Very disappointed. Wish I could get a refund.

There was nothing to like There was a lack of parking. The buildings were not marked as if they were A, B or C. Only had 10 cable channels, and only 4 of them worked Bathtub was a porcelain tub and it had no slip resistant Matt in it, and I damn near cracked my head open slipping in the tub. Also, the tub had a bunch of hair in the drain to where it would not drain. The air conditioner did not allow moisture to leave the room and everything was wet because of moisture in the room

It was good place to stay at a good price. The shower heads were up nice and hi so I didn't have to duck down like alot of hotels. I was satisfied and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Best bed ever. We make this trip monthly and the beds are always a disappointment. This place had the most comfy bed ever. Check in and check out times are better than all of their competitors. Great location. Great price for my stay as well. Slow check in. Getting in line to get checked in is always a headache. The security deposit wasnt a quick refund, I had to keep it in mind and had to complain about to get back, another headache that no one wants to have to deal with.

My reservation got canceled at the day of arrival.

The shuttle bus is only for two parks, and they only leave the hotel once in the morning, and there’s only one shuttle returning in the evening. The hours of departure are way too late if you want to get an early start to the parks.Otherwise, it was a great stay

We had a reservation through Orbitz for three rooms under a single booking. At approximately 7:30 a.m., we arrived and requested early check-in, asking if any rooms were available. The front desk employee told us that no rooms were open. Shortly after, I sent one of my students back to check again, and he was told that two of our rooms were in fact available—but he was charged a $50 fee to access one of them. This was inconsistent with the initial response and not clearly explained. Later that same day, at approximately 11:00 p.m., we returned to check into the remaining room from the same Orbitz reservation. The front desk employee on duty stated that the room was a separate reservation and required an additional service fee. I showed him my Orbitz confirmation indicating that all three rooms were part of one reservation, but he refused to acknowledge this and insisted on the charge. When I questioned the fee, his demeanor became confrontational, and he indicated that he could refuse to rent the room to us. Overall, the interaction was unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a guest. I was traveling with two high school students on an educational field trip from Oregon to visit NASA, and we expected a much higher level of professionalism and clarity. I hope management will review these incidents and address both the inconsistency

Great, quick check-in. Person was very nice and efficent. Assigned room as requested (quiet, away from elevator, first floor). The room was clean and freezing at check in. Minimal light and practically no counter space. a thin board across a hard plastic chair does not a desk make. The microwave as on the floor. No designated closet, no drawers. TV was big and plenty of channels. No USB near beds, no desk lights-overhead lights either. Old alarm clocks. At least upgrade to clocks with USB plug-ins. Bathtub slippery no anti-slip mats. Super Dangerous and mom almost slipped . Ok for 1 night stay not for any longer period of time. Did not try breakfast

The Staff was exceptionally good and professional, the hotel needs some upgrades. The amenities like Continental breakfast NOT include EGGS only bread and cereals. The room not have iron you need to request, TV needs to be updated they are olds and low service of channels, the TV remote control doesn’t work and not have lid was cover tape. The location was great in Kissimmee near to old town in Kissimmee.

The continental breakfast is the best about the hotel I can say. The rooms have been renovated but with terrible craftsmanship. Overpaint everywhere, caulking 4 inches/10cm up the bath up rim. Water doesn’t get hot when the hotel is full. Internet didn’t work the first few days, same with the TV. Rooms not properly cleaned, 2 bath towels, no hand towels. The park shuttles leave very late in the day eg 11:50. There is a Longhorn’s next door and a few restaurants in walking distance.

Had to use my personal hotspot on my phone to watch tv since we couldn’t get WiFi. The shower was not ideal for customer it was only half covered if you didn’t have a towel down on the floor you could slip and hurt yourself. Tried texting the front multiple times and no answer tried to call and same thing. Not a very good stay for us. Rooms didn’t match photos online.

The room was clean, the breakfast was horrible and way to little food for the amount of guests, and also there was a mess with front desk, we extended our stay and two time house keeping went inside our room (with is in it) and even tried to kick us out... After we explained twice that we had extended our stay.

We found roaches in the room, it was suppose to be a somoe free location, but many people were smoking at the breakfast area outdoor benches. Staff was so nice to solve our inquiries, breakfast has not many options.

The majority of the staff with the exception of a lady housekeeper who was nice and one gentlemen at the counter who was indifferent all others were rude and it appeared as to be inconvenienced at questions or even small requests. The room seemed unkept and the door was not sealed all the way you could hear everything going on outside. Difficult to sleep of course. This part I have to understand after all its in the lower priced section. But the lack of hospitality is not ok if that's your industry.

The breakfast quality did not meet expectations. The selection was very limited and not properly maintained. Frozen, pre-boiled eggs were provided rather than freshly prepared items. The variety of bread and other breakfast options was minimal, and fruit items were refilled very infrequently, often leaving the selection unavailable

We got in late (2am) and no one was at the front desk for like 30 mins. But as soon as he got there we checked in. It went by so smooth. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us our breakfast token and room key. The breakfast was okay it wasn’t spectacular or anything special but there was food and the staff kept the area clean. We also had our service dog and they were really accommodating to us. Would definitely stay again.

When I arrived to the location for the check inn, they told me my reservations was transfer to another location due to the oversold of the rooms. The other location was in a decent conditions, the room was clean but there was not TV control, I went to the reception and I can not get help, the next morning the TV fell off the wall. Total nightmare.

This stay was better than expected for the price point. It had its flaws, like you could see where the door had previously been kicked in and repaired with about 1cm of daylight shining through the frame when closed although it did feel secure. The hotel was quiet and peacfull, pool area was also in decent shape despite being off season, even the cockroaches seemed to be on holiday and were laying upside down in the sun. Breakfast was low key as in there was toast, coffee and toast but don't try and get a coffee before the reception staff pull the robe back. Overall a comfortable stay though

It's easy to tell that their property underwent a renovation not long ago, and it shows. Kudos to the nice gentleman that literally walked up & knocked on my door at 8 a.m. when I requested a wake-up call due to the phone problems! And this, despite an alarm clock in the room! He was very thoughtful. F.Y.I. Ladies & Gentleman: There is an old school Waffle House immediately next door on one side, and a Lone Star Steakhouse immediately next door on the other side. Great dining. Straight across the main thoroufare is a Pizzeria Uno, as well as a Chilis!

Convenient to drive to work at disney, easily accessible to flea mkts, restaurants and food trucks by foot. This property has a signage, Developer Inn, no Wyndham anywhere. Couple of similar motels looking alike,all has Developer Inn signage. Confusing with online property mgmt and onsite rep in dealing with reservation. $49 cleaning fee for before and after stay,was paid upfront online and additional $15 per day cleaning fees onsite for daily cleaning that contradicts our room not being cleaned, no toiletries and no clean towels since day one. Breakfast was not inclusive, but we got complimentary breakfast. However, brand new air mattress,sheets, blanket, and pillows were provided free of charge. A/C is very musty and room always damp, along with no air ventilation. Not recommended for any asthmatic guests. Breakfast is complimentary at its limits. It is nice edible little portions, mini muffins. Outdoor pool is nice retreat, overlooking our stays being okay. There are outdoor laundry utilizing credit cards.

We booked a room with a king bed and were given a room with two double beds in it. No parking near the room given to us. Giant dead roach on the floor and some other black flying insects in the room. The floor was filthy could not walk around with out flip flops on at least. Sheets had stains on them. Coffee maker in room with no pot and an empty metal bin with no coffee/tea or sugar in it. Tissue holder but no tissues. Very run down for a property that states its newly renovated. Window smashed out in the middle of the night in a room a few doors down. Felt very unsafe and unsanitary, never again.

Front desk were very helpful and nice but the rooms were a bit run down and very humid which made it difficult to relax in and stay. The pool was decent.

The room was outdated -and the floor was dirty in the room. No blowdryer. Had a coffee maker but no coffee provided. They took a 90.00 per room security deposit which we were not aware of.

The proprty is a refurbished property still in need of some minimal updating from our experience. Check-in was great & it smelled really nice. Our room was good. We did find a couple of bugs, both live and dead, but to b expected in Florida and ground floor unit by the pool. We brought bug spray. We expected at least a dresser with drawers to put our clothes in, but were sad to find only a simple desk with chair (no drawers). Also, no closet to hang clothing. Very small refrigerator and microwave (better than nothing, I guess). Beds were NICE, clean and VERY comfortable. AC worked great as well as the TV (had to sign-in to wifi daily). Bathroom was clean and updated and shower and water pressure were great! There were still spots on walls that looked to be in the process of repair and repainting. Hook on back of bathroom door was barely hanging as well as the toilet paper holder. Linens were nice and fresh. Plenty of counter space at sink. Pool was the Best and also appears to have been updated recently & kept in great order. Prices at vending machines were ridiculous, but we did our food/drink shopping at Wal-Mart. Ice machine took a special touch, but did work, after u figured it out. Breakfast was basically a grab & go with cereal, toast, bagels, danishes & yogurt... but it's FREE. Each staff member I ran into were nice and helpful. I think I covered everything and would definitely recommend and will stay here again. Btw...was here with my 2 grandchildren.

The next day we left for a day at the parks, came back and my 7yo went to the room first and walked right in. I still had the key, so that was unsettling. Room smelled like mildew/mold. The floors were dirty. The walk in shower was not built correctly. The water ran out onto the floor had to use towels to contain it. The three plugs that you could get to only one worked. The other two were false plugs that had covers on them. The hairdry cord was melted. The only good thing about the room was the bed and pillows were comfortable. For breakfast they had toast cold cereal muffins fruit and yogurt. The coffee was horrible. It did not taste fresh.

I would say for the price its OK, but the rooms are not that good or clean. The continental breakfast is very limited and there is no enough tables or chairs to seat on. The area is good and its close to the Disney Theme Parks.

The staff were less than knowledgeable about my reservations and pre-payment of the cost and fees. Lids to the coffee cups were too big-not good when drinking hot beverages. The breakfast was lacking.

Bed had stains and blankets were stained, the restroom had broken handles and fixtures. The people were great and friendly but knowing how it should have been really bummed me out to get those conditions for the price I paid.

It was close to a lot of stores & restaurants plus Disney The floors were extremely dirty, the bed sheets & blankets had stains, the AC was very noisy, the curtain rod was crooked and broken off the wall on one side, the shower had a half door and very little space in there, water would get on the floor easily.

I have stayed here a number of times always like staying here. Rooms are comfortable has been remodeled and the staff is always been great.

The rooms need major upgrades. The entry and stairways were dirty and filled with bugs .. the sheets were stained. The bathroom was super small, the door wasn’t even the size of the doorway so it didn’t close all the way. The shower the glass door was in front of where you turn it on so you have to get in the shower to turn it on and only the shower head was working not the bottom. The only good things was the AC, I was frozen to say the least! Never again! But I guess that’s what I get for $35 a night! Next time I’ll pay the extra and be more comfortable.

I never got my deposit back. I stayed for one night and kept the room clean. I did get locked out of my room when I went outside to grab something out of my car. I went to the office to ask for another card and the systems were down and the rep did not know the passwords. I had to wait there a few hours until the rep got ahold of someone. By the time I got a new key it was 6am! This was a bad experience overall. I’m very upset I did not get my depot back after all I went through

Room was obviously old but had been remodeled nicely. Service people were friendly and knowledgeable.

While the value and location were great, the discovery of bugs in the room ultimately made our experience undesirable. Not only did we find small beetles, ants, and small flies in the room, there were also dead bugs on the walls (likely crushed by previous hotel guests) that hadn't been cleaned or removed.

My husband and I had to book a hotel in order to test after driving from NY to take our daughter back to school in Tampa. It was a perfect choice. Quite clean and near many good places to eat. I would recommend staying here.

The location was convenient for what we had planned. Our time in our room was minimal. Shortly after checking in, while i was in the shower, housekeeping opened our door and walked into my daughter sitting on her bed. They then immediately left. They advertised an open and available pool, but in fact, it was neither. We were told that due to permitting issues, the pool on property was padlocked and unavailable. We could, however, drive the they adjacent property and use that pool. The pool was clear, looked clean, and one point had people sitting in chairs (my daughter wanted to swim but was eating). When asked about why it was advertised open, we were informed they removed it from all listing but found it hours later still advertised open and available. Our beds were comfortable. The towels were clean. The mini fridge kept our drinks cool. We did not use the microwave or coffee maker. The floor was lightly sweep and not mopped recently ( i found dirty qtips on the floor). The bathroom appears to have had some recent renovations done but not completed. The shower had a half glass wall that allowed water all over the floor. The door clears the toilet by 3 inches. After 11pm, there was a lady with a shopping cart (possible homeless) sleeping in the open hall area. I did not notice her the first evening, but my daughter did and mentioned it.

Location was great I tried to check in a little early, even if I had to pay something, and I was unable. I showed back up at 7 PM and was given a key when I went to the room. There was still somebody in the room and it was trashed and had not been cleaned. It took over an hour to figure out what to do and they finally gave me another room.

Nothing this place didn’t exist it was a scam artist. Trying to fish for peoples cc info . The property actually belonged to a different company called ex developer inn express who alson confirmed the fraud as Nesbit wasn’t the first time.
