The walls were nasty, the ac worked half the time, and the bathroom fan didn’t work so it was muggy the whole three nights.

It was so centric to all the main attractions

Nothing! It was horrible. The rooms were uncomfortable. The first room was sticky and had a smell and the tub was stained and nasty. The second room the bottom of the door panel was broken were rain got into our room The manager was not the best. I wanted to cancel my stay did for rest of my days after the experience. I told Homs bout the rain he said oh there are other rooms like that. Then I asked for a refund. He charged me a cancellation that was more than my daily stay. DO NOT BOOK HERE! I DONT CARE HOW CHEAP IT IS. ITS HORRIBLE. GO To another hotel up the street. They are better for the same price.

El aire acondicionado no servía, mi esposo tuvo que arreglarlo porque el conserje no pudo, el desayuno muy pobre solamente habían waffles. No dieron productos de aseo y habían cucarachas caminando por las paredes y baño.

Sheets weren't changed, mold was in freezer, shower were out dated & looked like mold, bathrooms doors were broke in both rooms. When we complained about dirty sheets they moved us to another room and the mattress was stained with blood & covered by a plastic mattress cover. Disgusting

When I checked in, the staff was very pleasant and friendly. When I got to my room, the AC wasn’t working very well so the staff helped me find a room that was available with what I needed. This made my vacation a very pleasant and restful one. I’m definitely going to be going there again next time.

The location. Breakfast could be better, location good have been staying there for the last 18 years. WiFi is the worst. The Cleaners never once came and clean our room in the 8 nights we stayed there although we keep making our request known. They never change our towels we have to go every day to get them changed. One rag fell down on the ground in the bathroom and stayed there for 8 days.. at the end of our stay when they went to check the room on the dusty floor and getting wet at times from the shower. they charged us for a dirty rag, stating that the rag was dirty....

Noticed the live bedbugs as soon as entering the filthy room. Became extremely disgusted and immediately left.

This place is nothing what the pictures say the place was full of mold to the point that I woke up sick and I had to go to the ER because my asthma got really bad I couldn’t breathe. Instead of having a good day at the park I had a horrible day at the ER. This place needs to shut down and get rebuilt. I would never recommend or stay here even if I was paid to stay at a rebuilt. This is a shame to the Wyndham franchise. In addition they charged my card twice and after I left I called them and they told me that it takes 3-5 days for the charge to come off and that if it didn’t come off to call my credit card company and dispute the charge like what kind of answer is that. NEVER AGAIN!!! Horrible place.

The hotel was in a convenient locations close to the parks. The bed was comfortable. They have made some upgrades to the room. The bathtub in the room needs to be upgraded. It had orange hard water stains in the tub.

While this is certainly a no-frills hotel, it has all the essentials you need. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find both a fridge and microwave included. The staff was friendly and took care of my request promptly. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and gift shops within walking distance. With a pool on the property and breakfast included, it turned out to be an excellent value. I would definitely stay here again!

Roaches, rust and grime in the tub, and there was a lot of people arguing outside the rooms. Also in the middle of the night someone tried to get in, but I had the dead bolts on so they couldn't.

The TV would glitch off and reset and had to pull the pulg in and out to get service. The bathroom had flies and water mold. The towel on the floor turned Yellow. The front door had a gap under so you could see under. The bed made a sound from the pressure getting on the bed and every toss and turn I made would make a sound. The refrigerator did not keep anything cold. The phone to the office no matter the time just rang and rang and rang. The water pressure in the sink was better then the shower. This was the worst hotel I ever had to stay at based off location.

I really wanted to like this place. We had a very late check in (after midnight) and were headed to a Disney property the next day. Staff was lovely at front desk. Unfortunately, that was the only good part. We had a long walk to our room and it just didn't feel super safe. There were open doors to other rooms with people passed out on beds. If you've ever seen the movie Vacancy", that the vibe of this hotel. The sheets were clean but the bathroom was not. None of use would use the shower. We saw a total of 3 roaches in the room. I would not recommend and would not stay here again. I am not picky and have stayed at plenty of hotels like this before, but the bugs, neighborhood, and uncleanliness just were not acceptable.

Advertising was not the same when we got there. Booked for a king size bed was told there was a technical issue and gave us 2 full size beds for a 6 foot plus person, horrible. Very very small and gaps in the doors

I had stayed here before and made another reservation, but this time the experience was very disappointing. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with hair scattered everywhere. The shower pipe leaked heavily when turned on, soaking the entire bathroom, I had to wrap a towel around it just to be able to shower. The bathtub drain was also clogged. Overall, the experience was completely unpleasant.

We always check for bedbugs and we had no bedbug encounters. No signs of bedbugs. Some dirt under the chair cushion but that's it. Will stay again!

The room was terrible, asked twice to clean the bathtub and still had hair in it! Checked out after a day and a half and had to fight to get a 4 day refund which Expedia got back for me. Stay clear of that motel!!

During my stay, there were a lot of bugs in the hotel room. Maintenance came to spray it, but afterward the situation got worse. I would not recommend staying here

The tub in the shower and water knobs was rusted and stained. There was no lighting in bed area, no lamp anywhere like the picture showed online. I asked the person in the office about a lamp and he said that he would check into it. Never heard a thing about it, so I asked again a few days later, he forgot. So, once the bathroom light was off, total darkness. The rest of the room was good.

Room was old and worn. A/C wasn't worked properly, I was able to fix it. The auto function on the fan was stuck on. Parking was adequate. Staff were cold and not friendly.

The door to my hotel room was too small for the door frame so there was a large gap at the bottom and the door was not installed properly so you weren’t able to lock the deadbolt.The curtains in the window that overlooked the bed and the entire room did not stay closed. Maintenance answer to that was paper clips to hold the curtain closed and they rolled up towel at the door. There was no door on the bathroom just rusty hinges and the bathtub was missing a piece of the molding so dried glue was showing. The floor was cracked and had gaps. One day while I was out, staff entered my room to leave a luggage rack that I did not ask for and to turn up the temperature on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, I was told by the property and Expedia that they could not move me and I was in a position where I was stuck staying there, but I would never use this property again. The pictures on the Expedia website are not the photos of the room.

This place is disgusting, the photos and the first five reviews were way off base. The manager was nowhere to be found. Expedia and I tried to contact multiple times and no response and unavailable. Roaches in the microwave, floors were filthy. I would not even take my luggage out of the car. I had to sleep there one night because I couldn’t get another hotel that night. Booked another hotel and left in the morning with no refund and probably won’t ever use Expedia again because of this experience. DO NOT BOOK find somewhere else.

This was the worst place we stayed at in all my years of dealing with Expedia. The place was horrible. The first room they offered was in poor condition. It did not look like the picture on the Expedia’s website. The beds looked like they were taken from off the street and the sheets had stains on them. I gave the staff 3 stars because the front desk tried to be accommodating. I think they could do better than that.

My breath was shorten and a chronic cough emerged within the time frame of me being inside the room. I exited the room to get fresh air but the symptoms persisted for about and hour or so. The staff should be well aware of what is happening in all rooms before putting guest in them. Could possibly have temporary or permanent internal health issues because of this!!

The staff was excellent throughout my stay. This is an older motel and shows its age but the rooms were reasonably priced and clean. The property is located conveniently near attractions, dining and shopping. I can recommend this motel to bargain travelers and extended stay guests.

There's no telephone there's no alarm clock. The TV didn't work the Spectrum had going out and when it did work it was very glitchy. I would not recommend this place to anybody because it's misrepresented. This Travelodge is so rundown that the rooms are in total disarray. My room for instance the shower dripped all the time. The toilet seat kept falling off the air conditioner was broken and that’s just a few things. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is not what it is pictures on the Expedia app. Most of the room amenities do not work, like tv remotes and hair driers along with some outlets. You can also hear your neighbors at all hours and the smell of what they smoke ALL the time.

The water would not stop running in it. The floors were beat up and filthy. It smelled terrible and there were holes in the walls. They charged me an extra resort fee when we arrived. I reserved a room with 1 king size bed, ended up in a room with 2 double beds. Very disappointing over all.

Service was excellent, front desk was friendly and attentive. Pool was clean, room was clean. Really the only issues we had were the internet not working and the air conditioner not working, we had to go and buy a fan to stay semi cool. Otherwise, stay was good.

I booked the hotel for the night , but arrived early morning to checkin and got a notification that my booking was cancelled . looks like checkin has to be done from 4 pm to 3 am and I dont see any statement saying checkin cannot be done after 3 am.. the staff was not friendly to work with us on the problem and just talking about the rules

The whole experience from the hotel and from the run around Expedia had given for the refund had left a sour taste in my mind towards both companies.

It was ok for the purpose that it served. However it does need a lot of improvements. The bathroom light non stop flickered. The tub has a crack that felt like you’d fall through it. But the shower pressure was amazing and the room was nice and cool temp wise. And definitely a good price.

Had to book a last minute room for a late night check in before a longer stay somewhere else. It was 1am, the ac leaked all over the floor, mini fridge leaked. Beds were not comfortable, there was people outside partying when we pulled in. All we wanted was a few hours of sleep, but we didn’t get any rest. Bathroom was rusty.

Floor boards were sticking up, tub looked like it hasn’t been washed in ages, the door was completely opened to outside on the bottom and bugs were coming in. No wifi or cable like they said. Got a non-smoking room and it still smelt like cigarettes. The furniture and fridge were damaged with dents. Overall, the worst experience. This hotel is a complete catfish from its photos. This place needs to be shut down.

We stayed here for 7 nights as a family of 4, and overall, it was a decent experience. The room was spacious with two beds, enough to comfortably fit all of us. It was clean upon arrival and included a small fridge and microwave, which were helpful for quick meals. They do offer breakfast—nothing fancy, but enough to get you started for the day. One downside was the lack of room service throughout our entire stay. Also, the room didn’t come with an iron or a hair dryer, which would’ve been nice to have.

Stayed for 8 nights and never got housekeeping

Check in was easy, fast and friendly. Our room was clean but missing the bedspread on both beds. The TV was stuck on a murder mystery channel so we just shut it off. The light in the bathroom kept flashing and my disabled child was triggered by it so we shut that off as well. I was told that maintenance would deal with all of it in the morning. The next day we get up to go to the amusement parks and found that the shower does not work. We worked around it and used cups to pour water on ourselves. I notified the office before we left to the park. When we returned that afternoon they suggested we switch rooms. I was shown 3 rooms and they were all worse than the one we were in. We finally settled on an older room but everything worked and it was our last night at the hotel. The staff is incredible and did everything they could to fix the issues but there really are too many issues.

From the time i checked into my room it wasn’t ready on time at 3pm they stated it was still being cleaned. By 4pm when i walked into the room it definitely wasn’t clean there was stains and dirt makes in bed sheets, floors were dirty, don’t get me started on the bathroom there was hair all over the tub and walls. along with the sink, the toilet had not been cleaned i was disgusted. Finally after complaining to management about them giving me a dirty room there wasn’t anything they could do they apparently was sold out and i booked for a week the worst decision i ever made. I immediately went to Walmart for cleaning supplies and bedding cause absolutely not i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever no matter how cheap it is it’s definitely not worst the hassle.

The staff were AMAZING!! Very sweet and accommodating especially when I came at 4am after a bad car accident with my son who wasn’t able to walk, jus hopping leaning on my good side. The man got his golf cart and drove my son to our room aswell as briefing his coworker in the morning so they made it as comfortable and convenient for him as can be. The hotel is an older hotel so it has outdated couches and standard funky dinky beds, although ITS CLEAN NO BEDBUGS AND COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO SLEEP and for $60-$80 a night it’s a good cheap stay. I already completed a week vacation with rental and Disney trips, gatorland and was heading to fly out before my accident so I didn’t want to spend a lot since I already spent about 4k. The rooms have space and the linen was fresh. Walmart Supercenter, Starbucks, ihop, Dennys, dispensary are all 5 minute walk away which makes for a comfy affordable stay without a car. The pool was my favorite part, it has great seating and shade and was clean. It’s perfect if you don’t want to spend a lot on hotels or have big families since they also offer a breakfast of waffles coffee cereal and fruit until 9am. Uber to airport was only $35 when I left and 15 min away from Disney parks. I would deff stay again also plenty of parking in front of the rooms

The room smelled old, the bathroom door didn't close, there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the water didn't drain easily under the sink, and the breakfast was horrible. I don't recommend it.

This place has a Travelodge and super8 hotel on the same properties DO NOT stay at the travelodge nasty mildew not clean but the super 8 is. The staff was kind enough to put us in the suoer8 after we made a complaint.

The property was nice, the amenities were nice, very convenient for walking. It took me three rooms before they could put me in a room that didn't have bugs. And all three rooms the floors have not been swept or mopped and quite a while.

The price was amazing so we decided to book this place. Parking in front of your room is extremely convenient and the location is great and very close to Disney. The size of the room was good too. Unfortunately it needed a lot of maintenance. The paint was chipping off and several parts of the room. A fresh coat of paint would fix a lot. If they do this it would increase the Esthetics so much if you’re looking for something cheap and basic I definitely recommend it since it was clean. And area is very safe.

We didnt have a problem with our room but the couples that traveled with us had to have room changes becaude roaches were in their rooms..

1) we had to use a side table to block the hotel front door because we felt so unsafe. 2) our first room we were given the connecting room door did not lock so the neighbors could come in as they felt fit if they wanted to. 3) 4am loud music blasting in the parking lot outside the room 4) extremely run down and old — the bed was all sorts of sizes and the mattress hasn’t been changed since 1999. 5) towels are rough and paper thin — prob haven’t been replaced since 2001 6) the bed felt itchy all night as if maybe there were bugs in the bed but I didn’t see any personally 7) holes in walls as if someone punched the walls 8) definitely looks like someone lived in this room and smoked in it although it’s non smoking 9) what’s the deal with the $13 resort fee?????? Where’s the resort? This is a motel

$50 deposit was reasonable. Pros were convenient location, nice pool that opened at sunrise, clean property outside when arriving, comfortable beds, very nice staff. Cons were dirty room, cheap, raggedy towels, ac was so loud you can’t sleep, next door was banging and making noise very late. Pool closes at sunset so no night swimming aloud.

Could not file claim via Hotels because they are not allowed to refund transaction. Location of hotel is not convenient.

As soon as we got in the room we noticed that it was so dirty! Looked broken down and even missing the latch to lock the door and there was a huge dead roach on the floor and i even felt a bug crawling on my leg. Was in there for not even 2 minutes before we went straight to check out and had to find a new hotel.

I found hair, dirt and stains on our bedsheets, they gave me new sheets but i had to make the bed myself at 11pm, did not feel comfortable, the door looked like it had been smashed in at some point and they didnt seem to care that i was upset about dirty sheets and would not refund me for the second night when i checked out early because I was unhappy with the cleanliness and service. We tried the first night but just felt so uncomfortable to spend the 2nd night there

This place is INFESTED with roaches. There was mold all over the room and the bed sheets were all stained. The rooms ( we tried 3 different rooms) ALL smelled as if people had been icing on there for weeks and not cleaned once. Changing rooms was an issue as well. 3 people were working the front desk and yet EVERY GUEST had an issue checking in. Only 1 man knew what he was doing. When I complained about the roaches they said “ was it too many roaches”. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Severe health hazard. This is also in a high drug dealing area. We went to quality inn not too far and for $50 more we were in a nice/safe area, double beds, sofa bed, a HUGE room. ALSO VERY CLEAN! They were very rude when I asked for a refund.

The room was dirty and the bed sheets were used. 2 people and one towel. The internet didn’t work and the tv only had one channel. No phone in the room to call front desk.

If you have to travel just dont take room in this hotel because its the worst hotel i ever stayed. The bed not a queen size bit 1 person your sleep table is just a small fridge on top of microwave... the cleaning is just awful everything is dirty smell bad . We have room for 4 peoples we have to share 1 towel cause they dont have any clean .. its just unbelievable we paid for that crap .so just pass your way and dont stop there :((((

THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION WE CHECKED BACK OUT AFTER I SHOWED THE DESK CLERK PICTURES OF THE BED AND BUG INFESTED ROOM. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. WITHOUT A DOUBT I'M SURE DOG KENNELS ARE CLEANER THAN THIS PLACE.

He fiddled with the direct tv box, turned it on, rest of night (3 hours) rempte still didn’t work, volume, etc I checked in at 6:00pm, checked out at 9:30 pm. Horrible experience

This hotel is in serious need of renovation. We could see daylight all around our door and it was duct tape around the edges. Graffiti on the door. Garbage under the cabinets. Shower had long black hair. Woodwork was missing, scuffed or dirty. We left.

The staff was nice but the place is really run down. Outside our door there was cigarette butts and it was not clean. When I got to the room the blanket had a stain, the bathroom floor had water damage and under the bathroom sink there was a dead cockroach. The fridge wasn’t cold enough and there was melted ice water all over it. The beds were comfortable enough so if you are not a fussy customer and you only need a place to crash, then it’s an option. As a customer, I will not be back.

Poor service. Room rate and point value ought to be reduced by Wyndham. Further when booked through 3rd party they charge a significant resort fee of $13 dollars which is exhorbitant as, there is a small pool and no other real service provided. Further if one is on a trip who wants to wake up (6am - 9 am) early for a mediocre breakfast ?? The property leaves much to be desired. The Wi-Fi and televisions seldom functional for any length of time.

The bed had no sheets, only a thin blanket, and the towels provided were limited to two stained hand towels, with no full-sized towels available. There was no garbage can in the room, and housekeeping was unavailable despite requests on the two designated days. The bathroom was in disrepair, with a leaking toilet, an exposed power socket, and poor lighting—flies were trapped in fixtures, and one lamp strobed constantly. The ceiling light was stained with mold or water damage, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was minimal, offering only bread and spreads, with no juice or variety. While some staff were friendly, the overall neglect of safety, cleanliness, and basic amenities made this an untrustworthy and uncomfortable experience. Significant improvements are needed before this property can meet even the most basic expectations.

(When I arrived I had to wait wait 30 minutes just for someone to show up at the desk) Look at pictures. When I canceled the rest of the trip then they offered a different room. Maybe a little bit of magic but probably not. Never received a promised refund
