We have had a previous stay at the Inn at Celebration and another stay booked in September..the hotel is beautiful, elegant picturesque our room (1 bedroom suite) was spotless, comfortable just excellent our only criticism would be that it was on the ground floor and the valet parking was right outside our window/room so we could hear car doors opening and closing especially in the morning and left our curtains drawn so as not to look out at the backs of several large cars..but that aside the hotel/staff and general ambience is excellent..highly recommend but maybe on a different floor/side of the building.

The hotel has no toiletries if guests have forgotten anything it isn't ideal; and there is no local store within walking distance so again, for the prices, this can be a problem. The gym is small but good and of course location is wonderful. The ambiance is very nice too. I'd recommend the hotel if you need to stay in Celebration, but for the prices they charge, I'd look to explore other options in the area.

The hotel is beautiful and feels like New England; wooden floors, balconies with wicker furniture and a lovely outdoor covered patio as well as a sunny patio for outdoor dining. The staff are very friendly and special mention to Carlos in the bar and Gabriella at reception; exceptional staff!!! A room with a balcony and a view of the lake is essential. The dining room is excellent as is the range of food available in the bar area and outdoors. Also available close by are a range of good restaurants. An ideal spot for some R&R!

Closet door was broken and off the hinge, could never tell when the cleaning staff was coming. They knocked throughout the day, at odd times. Once I asked them to come back in ten minutes since we were leaving, they said give them forty minutes. They returned 4 hours later

The room we booked was not the room we got. We booked a room with 2 queen beds and a balcony. When we checked in, they said they didn't have room available, and we got a room with a king bed and no balcony. Staff was not very helpful, and we had to settle with the room we got, which was way overpriced.

The location, the view from our room, the beds were soooo comfortable! Size of the rooms, clean and tidy throughout, absolutely loved our stay N/A

Had a fantastic stay at the Inn at Celebration. My room was bright and airy, loved having the balcony and view of the lake. The gym was well equipped and I loved having that amenity there to use when I wanted, shame there was no pool, but not a big deal. Loved the area and being on Lake Rianhard.

The Inn at Celebration is like a step back in time. The surroundings are so beautiful and the staff match that beauty! From the warm and wonderful valet to the front desk, bar and restaurant staff, we felt as though we were staying with family! Thank you all so much!

Checking was so fast and friendly! My room was on the first floor with a beautiful view of the lake. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was able to park on the street which was so easy. Food was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff were great. The location is very good too, in the heart of Celebration FL. The only issue we had was the odd coffee pot in the room that only took illiy pods that were not available *anywhere* locally.

The room was so heavily fragranced that I had a headache the whole time I was in there. I think it was coming from the sheets so the three nights that I was there I had a headache all night long plus felt nauseated

Israel the night auditor is partictucuarly helpful if you have a problem from 11pm to 7am. Truly stellar individual. The hotel is extremely well run and the rooms are first rate. This is a first class hotel. I know, I used to be a night auditor for Doutble Tree Hotels and Vali Associates.

We were put into room 209 which we later found out was next to the generator room which also had washing machines also, the constant buzzing and the drone of the washing machine made it unbearable in the night, we just could not sleep, when we informed reception they just said that no one else had ever complained, we have stayed at this hotel before and it was great but the staff just did not care this time, we will look for alternative hotels which is unfortunate as we loved the hotel at Cellabration.

A beautiful spotlessly clean safe quiet special place to stay, the staff were amazing professional friendly, we stayed on a Saturday night had a delicious meal at the Celebration town tavern and Sunday morning was a lovely walk around the Celebration Sunday market with a Starbucks all in all a perfect stay.

We have been to that property almost every year for over 10 years now last year we went and it was being renovated, and nobody told us. It was a special occasion, and we were quite disappointed in the noise and the mess and the disarray, but this time it Was finished . We always like the location of this property. We park our car and we don’t get back in it until we go home. Everything we need is right there. . This area is special to us and we celebrate the life of someone who passed each year. What I didn’t like is the change they made to the hotel. They renovated it and changed it into a regular chain hotel like any other hotel. I liked it better when this hotel was the Bohemian , it had art from local artists , unique decor and a very warm cool vibe to it. The renovation they have done is nice, but it’s like any other hotel now. One last thing we had a balcony and it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a long time. They need to get out there and clean it up. .

We greatly enjoy the celebration area, dining, shows, holiday events, all this picture perfect town offers. It was our “go to” for some time. Last night 9/25/25, we decided to give it another try while dining in celebration and doing a quick day at Disney. Well the hotel has had a great refresh, the exterior and interior of the property looks great. Every aspect of the rooms furnishing’s has been updated, upgraded, and truly the hotel is nicer than ever. My low review rating is because we stayed in rm# 204 and the room had the same (worse) dank/mold smell. We arrived late and thought we should change rooms, but turned the Ac down and the fan on high when we returned to the room from dinner about 10:15pm it was mildly better, but by 3am we were both disgusted and disappointed that all these great changes had happened and this was still an issue. We checked out, and I doubt will ever return to this hotel again! Having guest breathe meldew and mold all night is disrespectful and unhealthy..!

Suggestions: hotel toilet paper, substandard Toilet is small, low and too basic for a **** hotel. Access to the shower too narrow Plugs for chargers, installed on the night table are too close to the bed. I am sure that set up can be improved. All these comments are meant to be constructive, to make the Inn even better.

It was a nice spot. It’s just the room could have been cleaner when I first got it, I saw some hair on the shower floor, but I asked and they cleaned it out.

We kept having issues with our door lock and key card letting us in. We had to go to the desk a couple of times to get maintenance to open our door.

Valerie greeted us cheerfully and worked to get us into our room early. We left our bags with the valet and walked to lunch. By the end of lunch our room was ready. Roomy & updated room-very comfortable with a nice view of the lake. Great stay!

The hotel is in a great location and close to retaurants and retail stores. I was disappointed in the cleanliness factor. They didn’t spend much time cleaning the carpets in the hallways. The one time they came in to fix our bed on a 7 day stay they didn’t even vacuum our floor.

Staff terrible: we asked if packages arrived to us, they never reply. Every night, for some reason, our keys were not working and we have to go down and set them up again. In one morning they did a confusion in the breakfast and reserve the same table to two guests and we have to leave the table...very bad experience.

The valet workers were cheerful and happy, the others need to learn to smile, and quit acting like you are bothering them. Stayed there before and was great, management needs to give them an attitude adjustment, especially at their prices.

Our room was somewhat small for a king at that price with no room for luggage etc.. we made it work but much smaller than most at that price. Usually there is more room for luggage and comfortable seating for two. But otherwise the room was very nice.

Property is located in downtown Celebration. Convenient to theme parks, dining, and shopping. Has it's own quaint little area for dining and shopping. Hotel has been renovated. Rooms are a good size. Only downside we had was that the room was not ready at check in time. Luckily we had other family members staying there and were able to get ready for an event we needed to get to.

I called the front desk to ask for soap and body wash, and was told that housekeeping had left for the day and that I'd have to wait until the morning. The next morning, I still didn’t receive any soap or body wash. It took me a total of FOUR calls before I finally got someone to address the issue. This place is clearly not up to standard when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and find a better place to stay!

The area was beautiful and the little town had some nice, unique shops and good restaurants. We did not like that there was absolutely NO PARKING, without paying a way too high fee for valet. I did not want to drag my luggage through town if I found one farther out. The employees were all wonderful and very helpful !! Thank you.

Messy unorganized outside patio area. Spilled drinks and trash on patio area. The front desk lady was slow, unprofessional and didn’t know her job had to constantly leave desk and ask a housekeeper how to do things.

The disaster escalated halfway through our stay when, at 11 PM, the toilet broke. They tried to remedy this by moving us to two comped rooms, but one of those had—surprise!—another broken toilet. The lack of care and preparation was staggering. To make matters worse, the manager, Seilly Pacheco, was the most unprofessional and disrespectful hotel employee I’ve ever encountered. She outright accused us of trying to scam the hotel, saying, “I expected you would try to do this.” Excuse me? We didn’t ask for broken toilets or a filthy room! Her dismissive attitude and baseless accusations made an already terrible experience infuriating. She should not be managing a hotel—or anything, for that matter. We were eventually comped one night, but only after an exhausting fight. Honestly, we should have been comped the entire stay. This was nowhere near acceptable, and the management’s reluctance to take responsibility was appalling. This hotel used to be a beloved destination for our family under the previous ownership, but Vision Hospitality Group has destroyed its reputation. This company is absolutely terrible for the Marriott brand. Avoid at all costs.

The lack of care and preparation was staggering. To make matters worse, the manager, Seilly Pacheco, was the most unprofessional and disrespectful hotel employee I’ve ever encountered. She outright accused us of trying to scam the hotel, saying, “I expected you would try to do this.” Excuse me? We didn’t ask for broken toilets or a filthy room! Her dismissive attitude and baseless accusations made an already terrible experience infuriating. She should not be managing a hotel—or anything, for that matter. We were eventually comped one night, but only after an exhausting fight. Honestly, we should have been comped the entire stay. This was nowhere near acceptable, and the management’s reluctance to take responsibility was appalling. This hotel used to be a beloved destination for our family under the previous ownership, but Vision Hospitality Group has destroyed its reputation. This company is absolutely terrible for the Marriott brand. Avoid at all costs.

More than 72 hours later, I still have not received an email from the manager, and I still see the full charge on my credit card. At check-in, the valet person told me that the valet was free, and if I needed my car, all they needed was my last name. These was not true and the valet is actually a self parking. Additionally, upon my arrival, I made a reservation for six people to enjoy the Thanksgiving menu that the hotel was offering. The reservation was made for 6:30 PM; we showed up at 6:35 PM. Then a group of relatives of one of the hotel culinary team members arrived. They were preferentially seated right after their arrival, and we had to wait for 35 additional minutes to be seated. They set our table next to the hotel culinary member’s family, and they were already eating. Our table server told us that we could go to the carving station and that she would bring the side dishes, which took her over 39 minutes to bring to our table. At the station, the salmon was cold and hard, the ham was cold. The person carving the turkey was carving a turkey where you could see all the bones.

Was not made clear at the time of booking that the hotel is undergoing renovations. The gym and pool are both unavailable and the corridors/public areas are a mess with construction and paint debris left around. Such a shame

We ask for none connecting room and was told the room wasn’t connecting. We valet the Yukon last night and when we went to pickup the vehicle they handed me the keys told me it was down in a parking a lot couple blocks away

It was a very disappointing stay we stay here at least a couple times a year. We only live a couple hours away, so it’s like a home away from home. We came here to celebrate a loved ones passing because she loved this place like we did and we got there. The place was in much disarray due to renovations that we were not told about. We paid $400 a night! They are changing this beautiful boutique, artsy hotel into a cookie cutter Marriott and it’s very disappointing. If you’re gonna charge somebody that much money and there’s gonna be renovations you need mention it. Needless to say, it was not the weekend I had planned.

Do current renovations taking place at the hotel we were not informed of, and it provided inconvenience during our stay no rocking chairs on the balconies, no seating area in the suite only had to sit on the bed. Gym closed under renovation to work out had to travel , still the hotel.

The bathroom light would not turn off, the phone was disconnected, the outlet they plugged a mini fridge into for us upon request did not work, and there was debris under the armoire. We had a balcony overlooking a “lake” with dead fish floating in it. I hope that once the renovation is complete that return to the standards they once maintained.

Stay here every time I come to Celebration. Beautiful hotel on the lake great surroundings and always a very nice room. Highly recommend this location!

Lovely place to stay that is very walkable to shopping and dining.

And also I paid more for a king bed room and I got a room with two beds.

I actually left a day early and still was charged the full amount. Asked for a wake up call...never happened. Promised the vehicle would be ready in the morning....never happened. The staff seemed disinterested in offering any kind of service. Very disappointing, I have stayed there many times in the past.

We love the Celebration area. The hotel was lovely and the view was amazing!

The hotel is under renovation, you could only watch 4 tv stations and one of them was NOT channel 4 to watch the Olympics, they don’t communicate very well to explain things. I was not happy staying there. They should not charge you a full rate when under renovations

We have been coming to celebration Hotel since 2012. Looking forward to many more years of enjoyment on the property. Thank you for a wonderful experience, though brief.

Our go-to place to stay when visiting or passing through the Orlando area. Although undergoing some major renovations, it didn’t impact on us at all. Food and service is excellent; location is perfect for a quiet escape from the Disney bustle. Comfortable and charming. Can wait to return and experience the exciting sounding renovations.

The hotel was under construction -hallways and elevators were being service. Front desk staff and restaurant staff was great- housekeeping well below all standards. Room was not serviced - after requesting service housekeepers arrived at 4:00….. we were already back on the room. Just hit new towels -service not what we expected

This is such a great location including great restaurants within walking distance. The lake also has a great walking path. The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was speedy.

Reception, Glenda, was so nice and made sure that I had a nice room. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved it, will definitely be back.

Fantastic place to stay if you are looking to unplug and relax. Really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back in the future.

A very nice departure from the traditional hotels. Celebration is such a nice area that is completely walkable. The art deco vibe was very cool. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

It’s a nice hotel- but when you have to take a shower and the hot water is out- not fun!!!

The front desk staff was nice & professional but that's the only positive for me. This is a 2 to 2.5 star hotel at best. The only reason I booked this hotel is because we stayed here 3 years ago and it was wonderful. Well this hotel has gone to hell. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Food residue and drips visible all over the carpet in our room, hallways and elevator lobby. Went to an empty restaurant for breakfast & had to wait 35-40 minutes for pancakes. Tried to order room service & the person on the phone asked what we were ordering. It was just drinks and it was before the bar closed. They said, can't do it. We're closed. Luckily there's restaurants in the area. Awnings over the restaurant area are covered in mold. Valet staff lounge right next to the front doors of the hotel talking with friends non-stop & of course won't open the door for anybody since it's not their job, which just reminds you that this hotel is too cheap to have a door person or bell hop. Whoever manages this hotel: you need to wake up & clean this place up! Or if you know what's going on is wrong & you can't change it do to resources then have the self-respect to leave and go work at a properly managed hotel.

Quiet and peaceful night sleep and exactly what I needed

If you’re looking for a quiet place to come and relax away from all of the Orlando madness this is your place! Conveniently located just a few minutes away from Disney, this small town is perfect for those looking to enjoy a small town feel. Plenty of cute shops and restaurants conveniently located within walking distance. They have walking/running trails along the lakes around the neighborhood. It is clean, quiet and pet dog friendly. Truly is a lovely place.

We stay here a couple times a year, we have only had a issue once in 10+ years, when we stay here for the weekend or the week we don’t even have to get in the car if we don’t want to ….everything is there!

Great staff, very kind people, nice location, one of the best hotels i have ever visited, keep it up guys.

So comfortable and quiet. Amazing sleep. Plenty of dining options and of course a Starbucks half a block away.

The hotel is quaint. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in had problems with the air conditioning. Had there engineer look at it but didn’t fix. So they moved us to a new room on the second night. Which was much better. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the walkable town.

Such a great location! It’s a lovely hotel and each and every person we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful.

It is 7:50 am in this hotel and a dog has been barking non-stop in the room next door since 7 am. I didn’t even know dogs could bark nonstop like that without taking a break. Poor thing and poor us. We knocked on the door of the room but the guests were not in there; presumably taking a walk or having breakfast. We called the front desk and they offered to call the room but no one was in there except the dog. I brought my mom here for her 84th birthday and she had to wake up and listen to the incessant barking. It just put a damper on the celebration; no pun intended. Other than that aggravating wake up call, it is a nice hotel in a nice location. Just be aware there are many dogs on property. Not a selling point for me.

In need of renovation. We also accidentally left clothing in our room and have not heard back. A call back would have been nice.

The balcony needs to be cleaned, we couldn’t enjoy it as the veranda and rocking chairs were dirty.
