Real big and clean room with large full size fridge. My room evidently was a smokers room.

The person who clean the rooms. I ask for clean tower and she no offer to go to my room to change it she make me going to the first floor with my old towers to give me the clean ones and she was very rude also make face like the no paid her for that job.

I think the only thing likable about this property is the price. I know I know, “you get what you pay for”. But it was old and the tub was old and I guess the inside was coming apart so they had a bathmat down. My husband didn’t see the problem because he said he had worse in basic training however I don’t want to share a bath mat with other people’s feet from previous stays that we are paying for. I’ll post pictures of everything. We went out right away to target to get a clean bathmat, our own towels and loofas. I obviously threw it all away when we left. Electrical outlets weren’t covered, absolutely no body there spoke English so I had no way to communicate with them. I was so creeped out when we arrived and the guy jut stared at me. I handed my ID over and he handed me the room keys. I was trying to smile and make conversation and just a dead blank stare. Another plus besides the price was the sweet lady who cleaned everyday. She was so nice but didn’t understand I don’t want it to be cleaned everyday so I had to Google how to say “do not disturb” in Spanish. So I had a paper plate on my door knob that said, “no molestro, gracias”. We also got woken up most nights to loud Spanish screaming/fighting outside our bedroom. Overall it was a place to stay for business but I will absolutely not stay again, especially with children or recommend anyone stay there.

I couldn't stay at that place, lots of dust, hair on top of toilet seat, sink, shower painted in a bad way, behind the toilet cover completely dirty. Outside the office, you feel badly the marihuana smell. Bad experience, never again

No bugs or anything, but the hidden "self clean" fee was somewhat evil, and probably why one of the towels-- when unfurled, had mysterious brown stains on it. I wouldn't stay at this hotel alone or for any other reasons besides business. Maybe i just had a worse room, or they forgot to clean my towels or bedding before i arrived, but i wouldv'e appreciaeted if they were more transparent about the cleanliness level/ pictures/ etc. That's all, not terrible, but would have preferred to better prepare to bring my own towels and sleeping bag.

There was not a breakfast. Location was good. The Vizio TV was a pain in the neck. Streaming was not good due to, what I think, was a faulty or bad internet connection. Also, remote could use new batteries. Room could also use more light or higher wattage bulbs in lights that are there.

No soap in the room, called staff multiple times and never received an answer. Towels were dirty and we had to go buy our own. The room looked like had never been clean and we did not get the room with the bed we payed for. Would love and appreciate a refund.

Staff didn’t speak any English, room was absolutely horrendous, they DEFINITELY used AI for the photos they posted as the room looked like it belonged in a gas station bathroom. There was pee in the toilet and the room smelled awful. I paid for a “deluxe” room with two beds and walked into a single bed room that honestly made me feel like I was going to leave with bugs on me. Bathroom had dirty soap on the towels. We IMMEDIATELY left after a look for a new place to stay and checked out. Will NOT recommend to anyone!

The guy in the room was very rude and grabbed my husbands arm. Some words were said and he did turn it down. I think the guy may live in the room. Other than that our stay was fine. No hot water, woke up with bites all over arms and hands. There is no staff on-site until 10am. This place is a living facility that also rents rooms. When staff did finally get there in, after 10, they would not compensate me and told me to contact Expedia for refund only for them to deny the refund when Expedia reached out to them.

The room was not who I was on the advertisement didn’t have any closet. Space didn’t have any dresser drawers. The furniture that was in that room looked like it was picked out of the garbage. The woman that checked in was very nice, but I feel I was scammed. I didn’t stay there the whole time I slept there three nights and I rented the room for six.

The rooms are not great no hot water TV did not turn on the furniture needs to be. Everything needs to be remodeled and the room smell like humid. I rented two rooms and the other one the ceiling was leaking smell bad and no hot water too. I do not recommend this place to nobody, and I didn’t get my credit back.

I waited outside in the rain for 45 min waiting for the manager to arrive to check in. The main doors were locked. They have a open sign on all day. You have to ring a ring doorbell camera and they will tell you to wait and not come back. The phone number provided online is not up to date. The one on the door the manager will tell you to wait and hang up on you. We had no toiletries in our room. I tried to go to the office again and the manager was gone. The walkin shower was helpful along with the grab bars as im currently walking with a cane, however, the shower needs a shelf to sit your shampoo and soap on. There is no couch. When I pulled up to the hotel the front desk clerk was standing outside having a smoke. The room itself was clean enough but once again it doesn't come close to what was portrayed in the pictures.

Navigating to the room was a bit of a challenge. It was difficult to see the building and room numbers from the car. I found the location to be quite safe and quiet. Upon entering the room, I noticed the window had blinds but no curtains. This was a concern because it was possible for people to see into the room. From the outside, you could easily see the floor and people's silhouettes. If you got close enough to the window, cab see through the slits in the blinds. I was worried about this privacy issue. The room had a king-size bed with two sheets and a thin blanket in between, but no comforter or duvet. I prefer a blanket with some weight, so I found the bedding uncomfortable, even though the mattress itself was fine. Had difficulty sleeping because the room wasn't dark due to the lack of a curtain on the window. The towels and washcloths were also cheap and flimsy. ​ The room was clean, the air conditioning was on, and the shower had plenty of hot water. ​Overall, this motel is a mixed bag. I wouldn't recommend it, but I also wouldn't tell someone to avoid it. Use bwst judgement.

It was ok . Wasn’t special about it . Probably want stay again though. Our first rook smelled like smoke n the second wasn’t renovated yet but it didn’t smell like smoke . Cats were everywhere one got in my car . It’s more of an extended stay than anything. On budget great place but other than it’s a no for me !

I waited almost 30 minutes for a front desk person to show up and then I was given my room AC units are leaking. The room was clean, but the shower wasn’t I’m assuming because there’s no water pressure to actually clean the shower, the whole purpose of me getting the room was to take a shower.

There were young kids doing drug deals in the room over the pool, we saw it. The AC made NOISE NOiSE all night long. Couldnt get the shower on without 2 people pulling on it!!!! Pool.was nice! DONT RENT HERE NOT WORTH THE CHANCE!!

Another wonderful trip to Orlando, thanks Sunshine Inn! We are Disney pass holders and thanks to this hotels great location and wonderful prices we are able to get more bang for our buck! Thanks so much Sunshine Inn! We have stayed here several times and will stay here again.

It tries being a hotel but it feels more like a pension. A big problem that it had was regarding the conditions of the rooms, they were not clean and had cockroaches everywhere.

It tries being a hotel but it feels more like a pension. A big problem that it had was regarding the conditions of the rooms, they were not clean and had cockroaches everywhere.

Checked in and went out to dinner. When I got back to the room and switched on the lights I noticed something crawling across the floor. Look closer and it was, as I feared a roach. Then I noticed several more on the floor and walls. Immediately went to office and reported the infestation. She told me that the hotel was full and that she could change my room until the next day. After refusing to stay there that night, she told me that they had just received a cancellation and she could move me to another room. The room was free of roaches, but in poor condition. Stayed 3 nights and never received maid service. I do not recommend this motel.

The front desk clerk was great. The problem was when we went to the room that was supposed to be ours it wasn’t cleaned. We went back to the front and she was very apologetic and gave us a different room which was fine. It’s definitely older and I do think it’s become long term housing for some.

It’s a safe and quiet place but the furniture is very old, mattresses were worn out, no house keeping, nobody changed the sheets in 11 days of my stay. Staff was good and cooperative.

I wouldnt have been comfortable there alone and that is probably just my own fears/insecurities. The room itself was clean and neat but sparse. Looks to have had a fresh coat of paint, it was clean, beds were comfortable and had plenty of hot water. Probably wouldn't stay again, but it served its purpose. We had a good nights sleep, and were ready for the next days adventures. The ac worked GREAT.

Hotel was very modern and chic. Wasn’t expecting microwave, addtl sink and area to store groceries if needed

After calling and explaining we had a late arrival time, (our flight arrived at 1am) and trying to prepay on a different card, only to be assured it was not going to be a problem. We arrived about 2am. They had rented our room and only had a room with a king size bed for my husband and I and 2 grandkids. The man checking us in was very grumpy. I get it we woke him up. But still. We tried to help him earlier in the day. I guess they did try to call and confirm we were still coming, but our phone was on airplane mode and we were unable to be reached. The first room was yucky, but the second room was ok.

We stayed here for a week and for the price we paid, we really enjoyed it! We don’t have any bad things to say about Sunshine Inn at all. It was a very quiet and clean space to spend the week on our trip. We enjoyed how close it was to everything and our room was very big!! Loved it! Definitely recommend!!!

The place was good i would stay again, im a vacation home cleaner so i notice stuff not cleaned, only 2 towels in room for 3 night stay 2 people unsafe a little for us 4 or 5 msybe homeless sitting by trash. Pool area was nice, relaxing Over all for the price cannot complain

The only complaint I have is that no one answers the phone when you call the Sushine Inn number. I left several messages and no one called me back, but the room was pleasant for what I needed.

There representative offered a credit due a leak in my roof. She signed the document stating we didnt have to pay until 09/25. I found out today on 09/20 that my room will not be moved and Per management I was required to pay the full amount anyway. When I stated I had the document and that they were mistaken. She became combative and hostile and attempted to have me trespassed. I have the police report as well. She also admitted to signing the itinerary with my new check out date. So im confused to why I need to pay today. I am asking for a refund for the inconvenience so my family and I can vacate peacefully please. Room 119. Please.

We had an enjoyable stay because we weren’t bothered. It was quiet for the most part. Angela, the housekeeper was sweet and friendly, however I would’ve liked to have had our towels swapped out and our trash emptied since we were there for three weeks. I didn’t like that you had to have a Roku account to watch TV. The pool was nice. Overall it was good.

This is the second time I have stayed here and I will keep going.

Staff was nice. Had a pest problem with first room and they gave us a premium room that was remodeled and very clean. Lot of movement and sketchy stuff going around.

I didn’t like anything because a lot I had a service dog show the ID and they still charge me $150 could not show me a contract stating that you have to pay $150 for a service dog. If you have a service dog, do not go there sunshine is awful. Customer service is awful. The hotel is nasty..

The room was clean lovely and my stay was so comfortable.

Rooms were decent, staff was very pleasant. No window curtains, so the light shines through shutters all night. No hooks to hang towels on. Coffee cups had mold in them. Only 3 towels for 2 woman (we use hair&body towels each). Walked to the store next to us, almost stepped on a crack pipe.

The floors were dirty. TV was terrible. The back were I was staying was dirty and had cats and racoons in the garbage all night.
