This hotel is completely unmanaged and poorly maintained. During our 3-day stay, we dealt with no hot water and were horrified to find roaches and worms in the bedroom. To make matters worse, housekeeping never once came to clean the room or change our towels. Completely unacceptable.

Be a where this place is no resort, the rooms were dirty, bathroom doors, tub drain are rusty, stains on the carpet, someone drew on the lamp shades. You have to pay to park in their parking lot. They charge you a resort fee. Sign in the room state that you get light housekeeping and the front desk said no.

Traveling with my family, safety is always my first priority, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Its location was perfect for our itinerary, especially with its close proximity to Disney World and SeaWorld. The parking lot was spacious and felt very safe. The breakfast was excellent, and my whole family enjoyed it. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. What impressed us the most was the honesty and integrity of the staff. We accidentally left our kids' Nintendo Switch in the room, and they safely kept it until we returned to claim it. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with family. It offers comfort, convenience, safety, and exceptional customer service that made our stay even more memorable. None so far.

i have been going to this hotel for over 35 years the breakfast is great you get eggs 3 typ and sauces and bacon fries or potato's bread biscuit waffle milk you also have 3 jucis and soda coffee is a great way to start you day . the rooms are always clean the pool is great and warm . the bar if you what a drink is open until 11 pm and the staff are very nice and always. happy to welcome you. and you have a 7eleven next to the resort if you need any think and a gift shop in the front of the resort to do some shopping. the biggest food truck with fle market is across the streets and Denys and 5 differ restaut to go and eat across the street . and if you have time next door you have the old time where you can ride. is the best hotel . and next to all the parks. and gorge is one of the staff in the front desk he is the best . he welcome you with open arms . he is the sweetest person.

Loved the hotel suite, it was like a little condo. 2 bathrooms, two bedrooms with TV in every room. We felt like we could live there. Great breakfast Slow elevators. Pool busy

Rooms were spacious and clean. Extremely close to grocery stores, and famous fast food chain. disney theme parks were 10 to 12 mins drive away.. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was nice. Beds were extremely clean and comfy. Plus free laundry was available. Pool was clean. Went two times during the day and one time at night. Clean Towels were readily available.

It really does feel like IHG is just buying up old properties slapping on some paint and trying to rebrand them as their properties. As such, we will no longer be using IHG properties at all. This is the second property we have stayed at in the Orlando area, that was absolutely trash! The place smells of mildew and the rooms were not clean or appointed well at all. It was far overpriced for the accommodations we received. The breakfast was the most disgusting breakfast I have ever seen laid out. The pool was disgusting and had bugs the entire time. My children were afraid to use it. The only saving grace was the staff was very very nice and you can tell they try so hard to like their job even though they probably hate what they’re doing.

Although the staff was super friendly the place can definitely needs upgrades! The room smelled like mold and dirty grease. Carpet was disgusting and the kitchen floor was sticky. For the price we paid it was definitely a huge disappointment. We did not stay. Ended up getting a refund and staying else where. So much potential if only the owners would pour some love into the place.

The pool was consistently warm, which was a nice bonus, and the hotel was quiet throughout our stay. Guests respected the quiet hours, making it very relaxing. The only concerns we had were related to the pool area was that the pool did not have the typical chlorine smell, which made us wonder whether the water was being treated and maintained with the appropriate chemicals. Additionally, the jacuzzi was extremely hot, especially considering Orlando’s warm climate. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Great value, convenient location, and a comfortable stay!

A/c in one room sucked. No extra blankets or pillows for the pull out bed…no one ever answered the front desk. Front desk clerk at check in was a bit rude and took forever to check in as they only had 1 clerk handling everyone. Property was okay. Could use some upkeep. The tub in the bedroom didn’t drain when taking a shower.

They had a great selection for breakfast! Fast & efficient check in. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

I liked all of the different places that where surrounded around this facility to attend. I didn't like that fact that my room wasn't vacuumed before I checked in. And that the room had a smell to it. Like the carpet being old with stains on the rug. Housekeeping didn't show up to my room until the 4th day me and my family was there to do anything for us. We took our own trash out. And when I called to the front desk for assistance. They where rude and stated to me that they where short housekeepers that's why my room didn't receive any light cleaning from them.

Everything was perfect and breakfast was good.

The room was spacious, the bed was big and comfy. I enjoyed the breakfast, which even though could certainly being improved as to the variety of food, it was nonetheless a good enough buffet; my kids were really happy about the waffle station. Most of all, I think it was good value for money: given the outlandish prices for the Orlando parks, this hotel was an excellent way to keep the overall budget more or less under control (especially for a family of 6). I'm not gonna lie: at first it might not be the most charming lodging of you life. The lobby is decent, but the secondary entrance (where my room was located) and the corridors are kind of drab, with stains on the walls, dirty glass in the elevator, and overall and aging structure. But to be frank, it delivered in the fundamentals and it was a good enough experience overall.

My family of 6 stayed here and had a great time. Breakfast was delicious and enough options to meet everyone's needs. Pool area was great. Free laundry on site, machines dried slow...but hey, it was free. Front desk and staff extremely kind and helpful. We will stay here again.

The property needs a major overhaul. The place is very nice in the outdoor areas/space. The lobby and dining area are clean and well kept. Breakfast is served to you. It’s a very nice setup. However the rooms are dirty and very not taken care of.

I DIDNT HAVE ANY PROBLEM CHECKING IN STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL,ONE OF THE ELEVATORS BROKE, THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN (I FOUND HAIRS), THE LAST NIGHT WHEN MY KIDS DECIDED TO USE THE POOL, THEY CLOSED IT AND ASKED US TO GET OUT, BREAKFAST WAS NOT GOOD AND THE CARPET IN THE BEDROOM LOOK REALLY DIRTY. We really just used it as a base before going out for the day. The bed in our room was great, and parking was convenient. Other than that, not a lot to say we "liked". The room felt like a tired motel room, not a hotel. The room was not clean (looked like areas missed with the hoover, if hoovered at all!). Bathroom fixings were in a poor condition or loose. There was a coffee bag stuffed in the AirCon radiator grill. The AirCon machines were excessively noisy. Breakfast was bland, and quite often nowhere to sit.

The bathroom was not properly clean. The tub had fungus. The AC was not working good most of the time, it was throwing hot air and went off many times. At least, the technician they send was nice and helped solve the issue. We never received housekeeping services. We had to call to ask for bags for the trashcans, toilet paper and clean towels. The attitude of the staff member that delivered the bags and toilet paper was a bit rude. She said “you can leave the trash bags in the door, you don’t have to call front desk for this”.

location was ok The whole place needs renovating very old and tired! surprised the lift actually still works was more scary then Tower of Terror. Breakfast was so busy and overcrowded every morning no matter what time and everyone in there so rude! We picked it also because it said free transport but didn’t even bother with this as the times are awful some busses don’t leave till 11am for Epcot for instance so absolutely pointless! And the drivers attitude was unreal

The rooms were massive, and the housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a lot of fun. It was a busy time during the cheerleading worlds, so it was packed with a lot of travellers, yet still enjoyable and quiet at night. Breakfast was not filled with a ton of high-quality foods. I wish that cereals, yogurt flavours and carb options were changed every day to ensure variety. The eggs are not seasoned and taste so bland.

Traveling for business so appreciate the small kitchen area and ledge refrigerator to store food and sink to clean dishes. Large hotel, lots of large groups seem to frequent the hotel due to its close proximity to Celebration Station, for that reason I wouldn't stay again in this area, the pool area seems enjoyable as well as the outside seating available for overflow at breakfast. I liked the egg option with the peppers and pinions but the biscuits were hard as a rock and gravy lacking in flavor and pork pieces. The bathroom doors need to be replaced and the bed is a bit hard for my comfort.

I wanted to check in and had to wait till the check in clerks were done with their break before I could check in. Both were on break together. The rooms were ok, the ac kept shutting off. Then one of the bathrooms shower was so low you couldn’t wash your hair unless you were 5.2. The drain in one of the bathrooms showers filled up and wouldn’t drain.

The rooms were spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathrooms could have been cleaner . Cleanliness in general appeared to have a taken a back seat, though the rooms appeared to be clean, as soon as the window curtains were open, you could see a thick layer of dust and rust. Breakfast was meh and the ladies seemed to be in a hurry each morning and the breakfast area was shutdown 10 mins before the scheduled close time. There was no free coffee at the lobby at all times. Resort and parking fees were a bummer.

I am not sure why a resort fee is charged there is a pool and a jacuzzi just like any other hotel. This place is an old property with renovated rooms, however the exterior is dirty and needs upkeeping. The smell of marijuana is overwhelming.

Good location and good set up with 2 bedrooms and a living room and kitchen was very convenient. The rooms were dirty, the carpet felt filthy, the room service only changed the towels, and took the trash, etc. after we asked in day 2. The kitchen didn’t have enough glasses, plates and silverware for the 5 of us when the suite sleeps 6. There were no pots, pans or anything in the kitchen for us to fully use it. Breakfast was included - we had it 1 day and preferred to buy our own and eat at our room as the lines in the breakfast area were very long.

Definitely not worth it. Do not waste your money here. $10 parking fee + $25 resort fee to be aware of. Rude and unhelpful staff (apart from housekeepers, they were great!). Only one working elevator, so expect long waits. Breakfast was not very good for the wait. I would not stay here again.

The property has a lot of potential and our stay was good enough considering we weren’t in the room much. Our daughter got an ear infection after swimming in the pool and the hot tub was really dirty so we didn’t do any more swimming after the first day. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious just needed a good deep cleaning.

We are a family 4 who stayed 3 nights. We loved our 2 bedroom suite. It was clean spacious and had everything we needed. The second bathroom was a bonus. The complimentary breakfast was good. The hotel is close to Disney parks.

The rooms had carpet and couches that were in terrible dirty shape. Beds weren’t at all comfortable.

Staff were great, check in & out were quick & easy. The amenities are plentiful & clean. I especially loved the quality towels, bedding, & Dove shower products. We got a fantastic price for what we booked as well. The location is perfectly located in the middle of everything there is to do in Orlando. We’ll be back!

When my wife raised this later the staff were not overly surprised which begs the question why guests were placed in this room in the first place. Overall the complex needs a injection of attention and needs an uplift( get rid of carpets) Charging guests 10 dollars a night to park is a cash grab in difficult times. I have stayed here many times and am sad to give this review. The only positive was a lovely breakfast. A 60$ hold was placed on my card for incidentals/damages when it was lifted 3.76$ was left which kind of sums up this stay

It was perfect for my family needs.

Room was roomy,clean.staff was extremely nice and helpful. We asked for recommendations for places to eat and we were given really good places. We grilled out one night too because they have 3 grills. I would highly recommend.

The staff are amazing the bartenders are wonderful. The rooms could definitely use some remodeling and upgrading. We found a roach walking across the floor our last morning.

When I got to the hotel I have to wait for the three ladies at from finish her gossip then when we finish to check in we go to the room the beds where in front of the closet blocking the closet the breakfast impossible to get to crowded no tables enough for the size of the hotel. The amenities were good. However, our first night the heat in the front unit had to be swapped out. The diffusers I. The shower did not lift properly so whe. You ran the shower it also ran through the tube faucet.

We had a wonderful stay! The kids enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were both heated and the kids had a blast. There is plenty of parking. It is a quick drive to all of the theme parks. There are plenty of food and/or grocery options nearby as well.

I like to read reviews, but it’s hard to find honest ones. They are usually extreme- worst place ever or 5 star. This hotel is older, not a luxury place. But it is clean, the beds are nice and soft, the little kitchen was extremely helpful. The kitchen has dishes, but the stove was cracked. It still worked fine. The two bathrooms were a life saver, and the four beds and pull out couch were perfect for a family. The pool is nice and warm, the hot tub too, although it was a little dirty (looked like someone didnt rinse after walking through the mulch to get there). The little bar is nice, we didn’t check out the arcade but it looked in ok shape. The laundry/fitness room- also very dated but appeared clean. They have a security guard walking around at all times, which is helpful to keep an eye on things. The elevator and stairs areas aren’t that clean. The breakfast was ok- mostly premade stuff. Overall, if you want a decently priced room that is clean and safe for a bigger family this is a good place.

Once we arrived to the upgraded motel the front desk clerk automatically charged us for parking and we didnt drive. She overcharged us for the rates. The manager tried to say its a new system with glitches that they arent familiar with. The room wasnt clean, it was old cookies under the sofa and chips by the beds. The motel looks like its teying to upgrade but they need to upgrade the Manager for not being familiar with the system. She needs training on the changes.

My first room wasn't nice. Room 345 had a rust in the tub. The bathroom sink was collude with water and didn't drain. The lamps in the room was broken. The bathroom fan wasn't working. So they was really nice to moved me to a great room. Just needed more brightness in the room. It look really dim when it was night time.

Staff always made sure i had what i needed if i called with any questions or needs. Daily breakfast was great, and i like that the options changed a little bit daily. Only thing that got a little annoying is the dining area is nowhere near big enough to accomodate the guests at the hotel. Shortly after opening, there was rarely seats until it ended. And this was both on weekdays or weekends Pool and hot tub were great. Area was clean and safe with plenty of towels ready for guests Location of the hotel is great. Many restaurants and stores within a short walking distance and all major Florida attractions are 20-30mins away. Prices were super reasonable, especially considering what they offer. I booked this hotel sort of last minute and i always get nervous trying new places but overall, I was very happy with my stay and Id definitely come back

Bad: the property and room are really outdated. Soon we walked inside the room, the old carpet smell was there the whole time during the 3 nights of our stay. Shower tub drains slowly. Breakfast is ok. You are able to get full. But don't expect too much.

Only saving grace is that it's walking distance to the convention center (15mins). Also, maybe this is all over Florida, but the tap/shower water smells sulphuric. Breakfast was decent. Good continental breakfast options. Beds were okay. Interior of rooms need proper scrubbing and upgrades. I would investigate other options before booking this one next time.

Breakfast was school cafeteria quality. Room walls dirty. Shower tub was disturbingly old and dirty. It is however safe to just sleep for a weekend at Disney. Considering you won’t be in the room at all just to sleep and get ready. It’s behind a souvenir store and a gas station, I thought it would have been more lower quality. However it was descent for a good nights rest on a comfy bed.

The hotel was an older hotel but they have renovated it very well with some exceptions to the ac system and the sofa in the living area. Our 2 bedroom suite was comfortable and everyone had their own bed. They also welcomed our Fur Baby and he enjoyed the large suite. They don’t have a designated pet area but they have a nice grass area at the entrance. The beds and linens were quite comfy . The sofa chaise im living area was dingy and an old fabric from the 80s or 90s. We still had the old ac system and it would leak in living area and master suite , our floor was more soaked every day even though we put a trash can under it. We did not ask for another room cuz we were only in it to sleep and a few hours in the evenings once or twice. The pool area was very nice and clean and was open late so the kids loved it. The breakfast was more decent than most hotel, we just had problems on Sunday morning with large families holding up the waffle like making them for 10 or more people, so other familes missed out getting a waffle. They had 3 makers so it should not have been an issue. They may need to limit people or pre make some waffles or something. The next day we had breakfast was much better because they had an attendant getting the patrons room numbers and names to take a count of how many are getting breakfast. But overall, the price was great for the amenities we had and it was only around a 20 min drive to a universal and very close to Disney. The staff was great.

The properties itself was decent. However, the bathrooms are very small with no room to move around. Also, the walls are very thin. There was a family next-door to us that was really loud and kept us up for hours.

I loved to stay in this hotel! It has the best breakfast ever!!! The only thing I would say I didn't like is that the room smelled a little muddy; the sofa and chairs had an old aspect and looks like people come wet from the pool and sit on the sofa, maybe that's the reason why. Besides that they provide us an old crib to my baby and it is ok to be old, however it has a not so clean blanket on top of the mattress that I had to remove and use my own baby bed sheets. Also, there was a towel that was haging behind the bathroom door, I believe they forgot to remove it to clean. I hope they improve on cleanliness and update some furniture... maybe with a faux leather one, to prevent this smell and change carpet to a hardwood floor. But the beds were very clean and soft, the staff was very friendly, and again, the breakfast was the best part!!!! There was a lot of different types of food, like waffles, eggs, salsage, hamburger, bread, baggles, chocolate milk, oatmeal, boiled egg... and etc! I hope they improve on those topics, and they keep this awesome breakfast!!!

(Mama needs the hot tub after walking them parks ALL day lol) But we made a call and by the next day it was fixed. There were holes in the walls in the suite everywhere and we had infected room with roaches in are room and yes i let the staff know. There were roaches outside of the rooms as well. It was nasty and a dirty property we did not eat anything from the property.

Room was very clean. In the shower, the water pressure and temperature were perfect. Breakfast buffet was quite good. The refrigerator was placed oddly so we couldn’t open it properly. The day we checked in, it rained hard so we had to take the luggage cart through huge puddles. Not sure how that could have been avoided though.

As soon as you open thebdoor there is thia terrible smell and to top it off, we had 3 roaches crawling in the room. We booked for 4 nights and left aftwr the first night . Do Not Book. The breakfast always fantastic, but the room smelled musty and maybe moldy. It would have been ok, but that caused problems for my family. We also had a fire alarm go off at 4 in the morning. Apparently it was just our room and two or three others.

They lady security the first night was the best. She had for 5 stars for the hotel for her service. Then someone else clothes was on closet. There was shaver heads on the floor. They charged me for a 2 days for a pet i don't have one. The cleaning lady entered my room even though the DND magnet was on the door. I have almost $200.00. In extra charges. Was questioned if i used the pantry. The breakfast setup is horrible.

From being to end. Service, amenities, stay was awesome. The only bad review I would give to my stay was the sofa bed, room 334, it needs to be replaced for a new sofa mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable, you can feel the metal bars. So uncomfortable that my daughter decided to sleep on the floor and said the carpet floor was more comfortable than the sofa bed. The pictures online deceive the property and what they offer. Here I am thinking there would be more than one washer and dryer which I was ready to pay for but there was only one and one. It was constantly being used or had clothing in it while people did other things. There wasn’t enough seating for breakfast and then there were signs you couldn’t take it back to your room. Our door wouldn’t close properly in our room so we had to triple check and play with it to ensure it was closed and locked. My husband slipped on the freshly painted ramp outside during a rainstorm. Same elevator issue from months ago are still there. Luckily, we have patience and only used it 3 times a day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Just the place is run down slightly and just really needs some TLC.

Not so good, the room door gave me issue being I had to adjust the handle a certain way for it to open which is ridiculous. The rooms and furniture are dated. Found a big bug in our room. The carpet needs to be cleaned and there was the previous guest food left in the microwave which is nasty to miss that and tells me further the rooms wasn’t cleaned properly. The elevators are shabby, hot without ventilation and seems unsafe for all the noise they make. The breakfast was just ok. I requested a ground floor choice weeks ahead due to knowing the condition of the elevators from previous visits only to get here and be given a fourth floor room! After I voiced my concern they gave me a second floor room after telling me they had nothing available on the lower floors. This room was the last room on the hall in a back corner next to housekeeping, stairs and elevators. It ended up being one of loudest areas on the property. It was dirty feeling and had many issues! This hotel is not worthy of being called a resort anymore. It’s unkept and run down. I’m starting to believe the best or cleanest rooms are on the 1st floor, if you give you a different floor’ don’t stay. This hotel is in a great location for sure however it needs to be remodeled being it’s not a nice and clean place to stay anymore. I also feel it shouldn’t be apart of the IHG property until the positive changes are made, it brings in the money for said changes. Just know right now it’s below standards!

Amazing rarity with great amenities & breakfast.

Having coming here for many years, the rooms are beginning to look old and outdated. It still has a great location for the Disney parks and Old Town. I hope rhe owners invest in it a little more. I also wish they didn't NOW charge for daily parking, which they had never in the past on top of the resort fee which is high as well for the amenities offered. Also if you don't pay for parking I'm not sure where you can leave your vehicle.

I had issie with housekeeping, once not closing out door after leaving so anyone could walk in and twice we got home from a very hot day at,theme parks and no house keeping so no clean towels for showers. There was also a safety issue with pubbles of water from air conditioners.

The property was easy to find, the staff was great and friendly. The bedrooms was so spacious and quiet. With breakfast buffet option and parking lot.

There was a huge Palmetto bug in our kitchen. Its very loud when people are on the walkway, my daughters top blanket had something brownish on the underside and now the elevator doesn't work. Not to happy with our stay this time.

This use to be a nice place to stay worthy to be called a resort but not any more! It’s going downhill fast as it’s being unkept. The shabby elevators need to be repaired and should have some air or ventilation. The halls aren’t being swept or grounds kept. The breakfast use to be good but now just ok. The breakfast workers are nice however are a bit aggressive with how much food each person takes as if they are counting per item being I saw one worker tell someone I can’t give you much more. Don’t you think that’s enough for you says the worker! I was like wow that’s rude and the person only asked for an extra sausage. The drive path road surrounding the property has dangerous potholes so be careful. The gates to the property are so shabby to the point sometimes they don’t even work. I use to enjoy staying here but not anymore. I won’t be back.

bathroom need to update. the air conditioning in bedroom to loud, make me i have time to sleep. the outdoor hallway need to clearn. it is always weet the water around. the hotel really need update

Safe and clean rooms

That was my second time staying there and it is roomy and last year we did not have to pay for parking and now we do but I do like it’s not pricey like the other hotels parking.

Loved it just didn't like how packed the pool was.

service is not good

The property was always clean(pool,hot tub and they had clean towels available for the pool area). Free breakfast was good warm and choices to choose from. The rooms were always clean and fresh towels. Friendly staff laundry room was clean and always available. Overall we had a great experience.

Location close to Disney walkable to food truck Ole Town and Fun Spot Room had space for a family of five and our dog

Had a lot of fun places around it. Lots of hotel perks. A+

We really enjoyed our stay, our suit was very spacious. Staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. The free hot breakfast was definitely a plus

Pictures are deceiving! This was a run down motel not Royale Suites! Our 2 bedroom suite was roomy but disgustingly filthy! Our carpet was stained, old and dirty we had to wear shoes because if we wore our socks or barefoot the bottom of our feet were black! Yuck! People were running outside room and very loud. The buffet was gross and the line was unbelievably long, no place to sit and eat. We did enjoy how close it was to Old Town and the activities near by. But will not stay here or recommend

Price was perfect. Accommodations were excellent. Breakfast was excellent.

The Staybridge suites were a perfect option for my large family. We stayed in a two bedroom suite plenty of space. The area was perfect tons of activities for the kids and adults. The property is a bit dated, but if you’re looking for the best value for your money this is a great property to stay and Breakfast is an added bonus. Would highly recommend staying in there The Breakfast is an added bonus. Would highly recommend staying in there again when visiting Orlando with my family of 7.

Outdated and a little run down.

The hotel was in a convenient location but you could hear a lot of the street noise. The breakfast was a step up from continental but could use more of a meat variety and grits.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, you are asked to tour a new hotel with water slides owned by Holiday inn. There weren’t any luggage racks to take your luggage up to your room (which was an extremely long walk to our room). The rooms do not look like the pictures. The furniture had seen better days. The tub stopper was broken. The elevator closest to our room wasn’t working making for long waits with so many vacationers there. The hot tub was down all but one day of our trip. There wasn’t enough seating in the dining area making us go outside for breakfast but there wasn’t enough chairs for the amount of tables available. The amount of staff made for long waits to get breakfast. There was not house cleaning so we had to call for toilet paper twice and clean towels once. The pillows were flat leaving your head sink to the bed leaving you with neck pain. There was not enough pillows for our 4 guests. There were no sheets available for the pull out bed leaving our daughter to sleep on the couch with a blanket we had to buy at a gas station.

The property was not bad, room was comfortable. The rugs and sofa need cleaning or new ones. Also not enough seating area for breakfast in the morning at the lobby or outside. The breakfast was really good. Some of the guest were loud, tasteless, low class which brings down the hotel ambience. Also in the bedrooms there was a slight smell of mildew caused by the air conditioner that leaks. The lighting should be white lights so it won't be so dark in the rooms.

Perfect for family time

Over all, the food was good. The room was clean. The only problem I had was 2 out of 5 washer were working. They were free. Compliments of the hotel, so I didn't complain.
