Good breakfast

This hotel is very old and has old things in the hotel and the room. The water comes out very low in the shower and the sink. I was very very disappointed in this hotel. The others that I stayed at has been a great stay. But this one was not a good stay at all!!! Very very disappointed.

Very dated. The shower doors in my room were old and missing a handles. Maintenance had to install a kitchen drawer knob so I could open the door when in the shower. Carpeting, furniture, and decorations need a refresh. Also lacks onsite restaurant or lounge. Only a pool bar that is shared with other hotels.

Super friendly staff that got us right in.

We intentionally selected this hotel based on the amenities included, and we were disappointed to learn the main pool was closed, the splash pad didn’t work, and the remaining pool was shared with multiple other hotels on the area. It was very crowded. Additionally, one night, at about 1am, the fire alarm went off. It continued for a few minutes, just long enough to wake our entire party up, then turned off. We waited a few minutes to see what we should do, but even now, days later, nobody followed up on it. If you need a cheap, safe place to crash at night, this is fine. If you’re looking for any level of experience, I’d find something else.

This hotel is a rundown dump that does not deserve the Marriot brand. As a matter of fact it’s deceptive to carry the Marriot brand as anyone booking a Marriot hotel does so with a certain condfidence and expectation to have a hotel/room of Marriott standard. The furniture was old, couch raveled out and torn, legs broken, carpets are 59 years old, elevator was filthy, water barely ran from the shower and don’t get started on the buffet breakfast, that’s a scam!

Fantastic amenities, especially if you have kids! The location and breakfast included was also great! Room was clean and great size for 4 of us!

The property was in an awesome location. There was a Walmart and a target near and it wasn’t far from the airport either! The only thing that we didn’t like form the property was that there wasn’t enough laundry machine and it was only in the 1st floor.

Wasn’t able to check in until 530 even though we arrived at 330 due to not enough staff to clean the rooms. The main pool was out of commission. They said they would add Marriott points to my account but never did. Room was inexpensive so just going to figure you get what you pay for.

The staff was super awesome. They had a lot of guests to manage but did a very good job and were super friendly. Our room was ready by the time we arrived, the floors looked like they weren't cleaned properly, maybe a once over. The shower faucet looked like it needed some maintenance (caulking was worn out) and the tub didn't drain very well. Breakfast was plentiful, pool was a little crazy but a lot of fun, all in all, for being loaded to the gills with guests and super hot, the staff was excellent and our stay was ok.

The receptionist was helpful in resolving the parking charge issue by offering a membership registration. The swimming pool was available, and the key deposit was mentioned as refundable. Almost everything fell short of expectations. The complimentary breakfast was very poor — only bananas were available as fruit, no apples or variety. There were no boiled eggs, no chicken or suitable non-veg options, and the entire spread was dominated by beef-based items and high-calorie sugary foods, which is completely unsuitable for Indian guests. The room was extremely cramped, and the shower water had a strong, unpleasant chlorine smell. Parking was advertised as free during booking but was charged $15/day at check-in — very misleading. A $20 key deposit was taken with no clear refund process explained. Steam bath was advertised but nowhere to be found during the entire stay.

Broken room light, broken phone, toilet leaking, bed sheets with holes on it, at breakfast the waffle machine was out of batter, one toaster was broken and of course waiting lines were too long for both.

While we’re were there unfortunately they are doing construction on some of the pools but the open pool was still nice! Overall happy with our experience

Didn't get our room until 6pm, check in was at 4. Hotel is DEFINITELY dated. Beds are small double beds, shower curtain hangs under your feet in the shower, 1 pool doesnt even have water, zip line is closed, rock wall is closed, ac barely works.

The pool was fun and refreshing for both parents and kids. It was also very nice to play mini golf as a family. The rooms were clean with cozy beds.

Hotel was old and dirty. Stains on carpets that made you feel dirty. Very little hot water even after letting water run. Also was told it was self parking but was charged 15.00 per day. Not a hotel I would rush back to stay at again.

We had a nice large room, enjoyed the pools and hot tub. We also played in mini golf and had food and drinks poolside which was great.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and the place now just appears dated. No updates have been made and a lot of the activities such as fire pits,rock climbing and the trampoline is gone. Sadly,This was our last visit here.

Everything was great!

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast area got very busy some days, but the tables were always clean and everything was well stocked. I was never waiting for more coffee or food to be brought out. The washer and dryer worked well, which is almost a miracle these days. Maid service was every other day, so keep that in mind if you're there for multiple days. I would stay here again.

They have a strict 4pm check-in. But you can use the pool while waiting to check in if you are early like us. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff at the front desk were really nice.

Outdated hotel that needs a facelift. Sofas in rooms are very old, torn and need to be decommissioned. It is not worth the money if it wasn’t for the heated pool with the slide and jacuzzi. Still overpriced for the quality of service and the outdated condition of the rooms.

Overall the hotel could use a little bit of updating, air conditioner is very noisy, didn’t bother us much but if you’re sensitive to that you might have trouble sleeping. No safe in the room which we didn’t like. Our 7 year old daughter enjoyed the pools and waterslides and mini putt. Beds were comfy but pull out couch is definitely not comfy. Overall good budget friendly hotel.

Breakfast was wonderful. Laundry was very easy to use. Several things for kids to do. Did not realize the food service was at the bar at the 3rd pool until almost my last day.

The breakfast was great! Lots of family friendly activities that were complimentary. Tiki bar drinks and food were good and service was awesome!

Will definitely stay again! Came for a cheer competition. The pools are so good! You have access to the surrounding hotels pools as well. Which was a big plus! The hot tubs are amazing! The free breakfast was very good. Literally could not say anything negative about this hotel. Top notch!!! Rooms are big and the bed was very comfortable.

The pools were excellent and their were food options on location. I was disappointed that there was a shuttle advertised. I signed up for a ride upon arrival as advised. The next day there was no shuttle. I was told by the front desk to use Lyft and I would be reimbursed. That has not happened. There were hairs in the sheets which they promptly came and changed into a clean set and lots of ants in the bathroom which they did come spray for. I personally won't return but it definitely could have been worse. Breakfast was decent.

The room was clean and the staff were all super courteous and friendly. The pools and amenities were great but the rock wall/zip line area was closed so that was disappointing for my granddaughter. The only negative relating to the room was that if you want a peaceful and quiet room to sleep in, it’s not happening. The bathroom vent fans are permanently on high speed and can be heard even with the door closed. The hvac units never turned off even when the off button was pressed. So consequently, there was a constant fan noise day and night. We complained about this in the first room and the desk moved us to another room down the hall but there was the same issue. So figuring they’re all like that. I couldn’t wait to leave the room to not hear that humm. Oh well. Everything else was nice but hated the noisey room.

The hotel seems a bit rundown. It is not very clean the attend attendance. You are not very thorough in their cleaning a bit outdated but the amenities are nice. It has a great waterpark pool very cool. Chill and easy. No complaints there.

The staff and hotel were exceptional.The breakfast had eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, bagels, muffins, and fruit. There was something for everyone. I would recommend. The only reason I gave it a little low is the mattress was extremely firm. I did not get much sleep. It is a preference and the room was very clean and it was a big room.

Great value for money, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was included and had a good selection, the property had mini golf included and decent pools, slides for the kids and even a Starbucks on property. Could use a little TLC and updating but wasn’t bad, I’d stay again despite the needed updating

Location, rooms are spacious Absolutely horrible smelly rooms, even after complaining, they just asked us to wait to see if we have another room. We actually cut short our 6 nights to 1 night and found another hotel. Also, breakfast is so limited. Expected way better for Mariott

For instance, they only have two waffle makers for a six-store location. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay, and we would consider returning to this place.

location was great, Maria at breakfast was wonderful she made sure everything was clean and well stocked We booked three rooms and each emailed very humid. We ended up switching one of the rooms bc the smell was so strong. The new room still smelled but was tolerable.

I booked a double room and this room was absolutely HUGE! Had every thing I needed or wanted, two TV's a couch, a desk, etc. Very clean. The gal at the front desk was great and very courteous - I will be staying here again. Best yet....there is no RESORT fee like so many other places around Orlando

The blow dryer was burnt and melted. The two lamps were fully rusted. The sink faucet only had burning hot water or at times it didn’t work at all. The room phone didn’t work but that was quickly repaired by maintenance. The breakfast was undesirable. We wanted to check out early but because we prepaid the property through Expedia, the decision to check out early had to be approved by the hotel, while the hotel said that it was agreement with Expedia that didn’t allow early Check out. Overall it was unpleasant, old and outdated.

They charged me $20 to park my car at their location. Not mentioned in the reservation. And they charged it a month after I left.

Did not like pets being allowed in hotel.

The hotel was absolutely filthy. There was mold on our bathroom door and window sills, the rooms smelled terrible, two of the pools look like the tables and chairs haven’t been updated in years and the “amenities” were nothing like they appeared to be online. The photos are incredibly misleading. The booths in the dining area were completely beat up and dirty. The lamp in our room had burn marks on it and was completely off kilter. Would never recommend to anyone.

I had a great stay. The staff was friendly and great amenities for the kids. Breakfast needs to be spruced up some. It’s very basic and not too many options.

It was very clean. Staff was there all the way. I even left my purse there after checking out. There were no issues trying to get it back., I actually had to stay another night because there were no more flights heading to my town. The staff helped me out tremendously.. nice pools, splash pad. Golf etc. thank you so much again.

We stayed 2 nights at the Springhill Suites at Calypso Cay, about 28 minutes from Universal, closer to Disney. They have nice resort type amenities that are shared between 3 hotel properties. Small waterslides, 3 really nice pool areas, a tiki bar, mini golf, a zipline and rock climbing wall. Hot tubs. Very chill. Great prices at the snack shops and bars. (They were selling BOTTLES of chardonnay for $7) Mostly attracts Disney families and has a Disney shuttle I think. Free hot breakfast which was really nice. Long lines for the Mickey waffles lol. I enjoyed the oatmeal bar with the cool toppings, like pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries. They also had scrambled eggs and sausage, fruit, yogurt, muffins and bagels. Decent coffee. This hotel has a little convenience store in the lobby with your basic needs like toiletries and medicines for colds/nausea. Microwave meals (the rooms have mini fridges and microwaves) they have beer and wine for sale and a selection of ice cream bars. Parking is $15 per night. Annoying but reasonable. Shop around and compare. If you find free parking, just keep in mind it might not be a place you want to stay. All in all, very pleased with this hotel. Would stay again and recommend. Very friendly clientele. We enjoyed the pool area for a couple hours this morning before driving back home. That’s another favorite hack for extending a vacation – last day is pool day. Just keep a set of dry clothes accessible and you can stay after checkout.

The breakfast area is very small but the food variety is good and the food is also good. The room is starting to need renovation and has a strange smell, but the bed linen is very clean and the room has plenty of space. The pool area is excellent and the hot tubs are very good. Unfortunately, you pay $15 per day for the parking lot.

This is a perfect budget hotel for our trip to Disney. The breakfast was good, ample parking, and the pools gave the kids a lot to do during downtime. It’s not a super new hotel but we liked the convenience of it and the price. Plus staff was very hospitable.

Rooms and amenities were kept very clean, except the couch in our room had a stain on it but otherwise excellent. Breakfast buffet was good but wish they had more variety with the hot options day to day. Pools and other activities (like mini golf and zip lining) were fun and it's close to Disney, airport, and shopping outlets. Staff was super courteous. Would have liked more lighting on the bathroom - kind of dim - and more mirrors and outlets in the room. But I would stay again and highly recommend.

I like the pools and liked that there were several of them. There breakfast was very good too. Had a good selection. My favorite was the Mickey waffles. The only thing I was disappointed was the musky smell of the room. Not that it was dirty, but because it wasn’t used for a while and needed to be refreshed.

The shuttle bus picks you up at 930am then goes around to several hotels before you get dropped off. So don't expect to enter the park until 11am sometimes

We loved everything about this hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff were very friendly, especially Tyrone from front desk area, helped us with all our questions, and whatever we needed. Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. Pools were clean. The hotel is close to shopping, dining and Disney. Would definitely book again in the future.

Room was clean and nice. Air condition was right at the bed and rattled all night. No sleep. Front deck said breakfast was at 6am but it was 6:30am. When I came down at 6am the kitchen staff scolded me for not reading the sign. Glad I was only here one night.

Fantastic accommodations. Calypso Cay was a great amenity. We enjoyed putt putt golf and pools. Room was clean, spacious, and bed was very comfortable. Only negative was having to pay for parking.

Stayed a day extra in Disney and used this spot as a place to stay the night to avoid hitting the road at midnight. Friendly staff, clean room.

Everything is wonderful. Including Breakfast. Pools were awesome! We love Springhill hotels, and I’ve never had a complaint. The only dislike I had about this particular. One was the rims are a little older & are showing a little wear & tear. Not bad though & my biggest complaint is the $15 parking charge EACH DAY to self park during your stay.

This property was just a short drive fro Disney and had all that we needed. Good housekeeping and friendly staff, nice pool, and good breakfast with Mickey waffles which made the kids happy. I would stay here again.

Unfortunately I’m sad to say that for the first time stay at a SpringHill Marriott I was very disappointed. Even though the staff was very cordial, there was an incident at the pool, someone had pooped and we told the employee that was there

Everything was excellent. I just wish they'd given me five towels since we were five guests, but we only got three. But that doesn't take away from how exceptional the stay was.

Needed to stay in Kissimmee for business meeting early the next morning. Been to Lake Buena Vista/Kissimmee area dozens and dozens of times through the years. Didn't need to be near Disney parks or properties so thought this hotel would be good for my business trip. If you are a young couple or young family or older couple on a budget, this hotel is still relatively close to Disney property. Can be within DisneyWorld within 12-15 minutes depending on traffic. That being said, this hotel is located in between US-192 and Osceola Parkway. Plenty of chain style dining options in the area. However, this hotel shows signs that it needs some TLC and has not been updated in some time. First surprise was being told there was $15 per night charge for parking. This was not included on Hotels.com listing. This has become the norm in Orlando, when it really is just a way to add on to the cost of each stay. Unfortunate. The elevators were quite messy and didn't appear to have been cleaned in sometime. The hallways and room was musty smelling, even with AC cranking at full blast. Bed was very firm/hard. Bathroom had water stains on the ceiling. Walls were paper thin, could hear people in adjoining room snoring and flushing their toilet. In the morning, the lobby was packed for the complimentary breakfast, which I didn't bother with, but when I tried to check out there was no one staffing the front desk and waited a good 10 minutes for some to show up. Will not stay again.

This hotel has a lot of potential. It has three small cute pools, two with little sides, and a bar, plus tiny mini golf. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was good. My issue was it looks like a family, friendly resort, but I didn’t feel it was very friendly, friendly in that people had alcoholic drinks in the pools and we found a beer bottle by the kids slide, and this guy was smoking in the hot tub. People brought down their own radios, and were blaring their own types of music, and basically having a party and there was no one around to tell about any of it except an overworked bartender.

The area was nice. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was good but I did not like the quality of the sofa bed. The sofa bed was not that comfortable.

Clean, spacious and very close to theme parks and groceries stores. Also, ut has mini golf, splash pads and pools that my kids loved.

The hotel has a great staff, beautiful property, and an amazing aroma throughout. However, the beds are very comfortable but the pillows are horrible. The aquatics and games are beautiful and plentiful but the pool hours are too short; and the maintenance should be scheduled for customer off hours. The food is an abundance, and hot, but lacks flavor. But we still had a great time there.

I enjoyed myself, so did my family. The bed/mattress is our complaint. The beds are very firm. Couldn’t sleep in the last few days.
