And there was a barking dog in the room next to me that I called the front desk about, but I never saw the gentleman from the front desk (who claimed to be the GM) or anyone else, come up to address it. I will most likely stay elsewhere next time. IF those things don't bother you, then the price was right.

Used toiletries and razor on top edge of shower tub. Filthy shower tub. Barking dog next room at 2am. Weird individuals coming and going at the property at night clearly intoxicated, not really staying at the hotel.

Last stay was a great experience and we were so impressed we gave it another try and we were very impressed by how well the team managed to keep it alive in excellent conditions and great service!! Hope everyone gives it a try!!!!

The manager did allow us to cancel our reservation without any hassle and we got our money back so that was good. We could not stay there.

It was centrally located with easy acces to everywher The rooms itself was outdated and a little dirty, tv was not working and we had to flag down housekeeping for fresh towels and to clean the room, also the whole time of our stay smelled like weed in the hallway and rooms

Room was old and dirty hair in the tub , no headboard , a desk chair that looked as if dogs chewed the corners up, blankets on bed had some animal hair in them . Floor was awful in need of a mopping. Bathroom light flashing on and off for 10 minutes before it finally stayed on . Bed was hard . Water got cooler after 1person showed so the 2nd person had cold water. I would not stay here again if someone paid me to . Disgusting!! Staff was nice , ac worked . That’s all I can say that was good .

Room smelled horribly of smoke. Had to go buy deodorizer spray but still didn’t help much. There was a used wet wash cloth that somebody left on the curtain rod that was not cleaned out. Hallway smelled of weed. Tv did not work. I would have given it 1 star but the check in lady was extremely nice so that’s why I gave it a 2 star.

Stayed for two nights. The room was spotless the ac worked perfectly. Parking was a bit limited so beware you might have to park on the side. The staff was extremely friendly. The room had a hint of a cigarette/mold scent but it was tolerable considering I bring my room spray from bath and body works whenever I go out. It’s not serious but the tv was very outdated and the sound was terrible but I never really ended up using the tv for an extended amount of time. There’s snacks and drinks on site but they are very expensive. It’s cheaper just to drive to Wawa down the road and get snack and drinks. I definitely would consider staying here again!

Hotel was great to sleep at night and staff members were nice. The room was musty and humid. Ice maker never made enough ice. Refrigerator was broken, replaced and the replacement was not working as well by the time we had to check out. Parking was limited with guests double parking. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Don’t expect turn down service but for the price it’s pretty great very close to everything there are a few shops next door and the staff is very friendly the pool although not huge we had lots of fun

The staff accused me of stealing linen and tried to charge my card twice. I checked out 2 days early and left the room exceptional clean. Even left the staff an air fryer

We had to change rooms because we saw a couple of roaches in the room. The staff was nice about changing us immediately to another room. I just feel like they need to update the outside a bit more and maintain the pool clean.

The tv did not work in our room, beds were extremely firm. The water never got hot in the shower. The door would stick so you’d have to force it open and close. But it was clean and a cheap option for a nights sleep.

My stay would have been more pleasant if my neighbor 2 doors down wasn’t banging on their doors to be let in. I already arrived after 12 midnight from driving 7hrs from Ga. All I wanted to do was come rest and have a peaceful night. Other than that everything else was good.

Staff was friendly but the non smoking room smelt like an ash tray. I'm a former smoker that has a bad sense of smell so for me to smell it, it had to be BAD!! The people staying next to us had music blasting until 4am and I guess nobody at the lobby cared. Literally the worst experience at a hotel EVER!

The location is ok. Staff is friendly. Property is old, the room had a terrible smell. Two bed and we had to go ask for bedding for the second bed.

Needs work , there is a lot of maintenance issues.

My first stay at this Red Roof, and for the most part, it was to my satisfaction. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Enough amenities to be satisfied. Only real complaint was a visit from pest control. The rep wanted to come in and spray for bugs, and I refused. Very unusual - there should be at least 24 hours notice. Front desk was polite and contrite. Would likely stay here again.

In the morning I realized there were stains on the sheets. Due to the already stained sheets they withheld my cash deposit!!

Female, solo traveler felt very safe. Hotel was clean and quite. Will book here again.

Had to walk past a homeless man sitting on a sleeping bag to get to our room, roaches on the bed and floor, loud groaning from the room next door. Not a place to stay with kids!!!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!

The morning ladies at front desk are nice polite and sweet. But the manager older gentleman that’s the manager is very rude, disrespectful and has NO CUSTOMER service at all! He try and talk nice once you meet him. But eventually he showed poor leadership because I was mad the rooms smell.

Widow locks were broke. There were cables falling out of the walls and door keys would need to be recoded every time we left and come back

Looks Like they had a resident in the room next to us that had their TV so loud we had to call the front Desk at 2 AM. Only lasted for an hour and then back loud again.

The place was mostly pretty good for the money. It is dated but there is okay space. Not too bad of an atmosphere. The place was pretty clean. Lady at the front desk was nice and cordial. At this price it is a place to stay and it was fairly comfortable and really quiet. Good place if you are on a budget and don't mind sacrificing some amenities.

They came 1 time in 9 days and told me there was a shortage of towels when I asked for clean towels. I had asked for room service to be cleaned 3 times and only got it 1 time. This was not ok to me

The room smell like cigarretes,the windows only had one blind no black outs at all, the front door has no seal so all the noise come thru,also you can hear the other people in the next room,the staff was pressure washing the property since 7:00am and the noise was horrible i could not sleep and the A/C unit sounds like a generator the all time at night,horrible experience and the hotel was nothing closed to the pictures in Expedia…

After having to leave the most disgusting motel. I ran here to red roof and not the first one i stayed at. Super clean quiet and friendly...affordable...definitely recommend great price clean and safe.

Night 1, two minutes after entering the room, saw two roaches. Front desk (night) personnel stated they were “fully booked,” no opportunity to change rooms. Morning personnel was less helpful, third experience with personnel staff even LESS helpful. No management on sight, “roach” motel was clearly housing long term renters - not a problem - but residents had pit bulls running loose and there was smell emanating from their room.

Everything The toilet base was loose, but over all good.

The door lock was a little sketchy and needs to be upgraded.

Facility was in the process of updating under new management. Nice updating. Room was not deep cleaned. There was something (chocolate?) on the light switch plate and the counter. I had it all over my hands. Felt like cleaning could step up

Value and dog friendly. We booked two rooms, one for my husband and myself and one for my daughter and her family. Our room was fine but when my daughter got there and checked into her room, there were drug baggies all over the room. She went to the front desk to ask to be changed to a different room and they informed her that there were no other rooms available. Also, whenever we went to walk our dogs, we noticed drug baggies spewed all over the packing lot. She then realized that the door to her room did not close and could be opened at any time but just giving it a slight push. Again, she went and asked for another room and they informed her that she was stuck because there was nothing else available. So the entire trip, she had to put all her stuff in our room whenever they went out of the room.
