My initial experience with both the woman on the phone and at the time of arrival was great. Very helpful and kind. Everything after that, absolutely terrible. And because of their excessive rudeness and unhelpfulness, it unfortunately overshadowed my experience with my wonderful experience with staff before that. Would not recommend this hotel due to the unprofessionalism and dirty tubs (unable to even rinse off inside it during my 4 hour stay). Would've hated to stay here longer than one night.

Cockroaches got inside the room, I saw some Insects in the bathroom, room smells tough, and strong scent because of the kind of the cleaning products used, the room key wasn’t good, had to be changed at the front desk every night. The pictures I saw when i booked was different.

The shuttle system was good getting us from the hotel. However, getting back to the hotel was a hassle (especially if you are traveling with kids). The system is excellent for adults. Overall, the hotel was great and conveniently located. Walmart is across the street and so are several restaurants and stores.

Had a great weekend and the young lady they checked me in did a great job. My room was clean, and Martina did an excellent job of making sure that my room was clean and comfortable every day.

The Good: Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was mostly clean. The Bad: This is an older hotel. Exterior was being painted and contractors were blaring their radio and even inside the room it was annoying. The room has almost no sound isolation because you could hear everything outside (ground floor room). Contractors finally stopped about 7pm, then at 10:30pm people outside were loud with doors and talking. Same thing again at 12:15am and finally 2am. I can not blame the hotel for the rude guests but can for the needless noise by the painters radio. Not sure how this is a 8.4 rating but for us, it sure missed the mark. To get ice, you had to go back to the office and then to then near the pool. This may be the only ice machine - hopefully not!! After the multiple disturbances we packed up and hit the road at 2:30am. Take away all of the noise and it would be 2 stars and 6 on Orbitz scale.

Was close to Disney world and many restaurants! Breakfast was very unorganized and chaotic! The bathrooms were not clean and look liked it was just repainted with no prep work. They told me I could do a late check out before I checked in for $25 but they made me ask 3 separate times and they told me it all depends on their volume of guests. Will not be using them in the future.

The breakfast was the only good thing That the price was 170 dollars and on booking it was 70 and it wasn't worth that much for just 7 hour stay. The room was dirty smelled like cigarettes and dead bugs everywhere.

This hotel was just ok. The bathtub looked rundown and both the door to the room and the bathroom door were hard to close. I had to make sure to push the room door firmly for it to lock properly. They were doing renovations so it was loud throughout the day.

We have stayed here several times before. Has consistently met our expectations for location, price and overall cleanliness. Early morning maintenance staff need to be more careful not to fully block off the walkways with their carts. Guests are up early to get breakfast, but have to step off the walkway to navigate around the carts to get to the lobby. This happened in two separate locations the morning we were there. Inconsiderate and potential dangerous if someone missteps and falls as they try to regain passage to the walkway.

Front desk Agent made sure she blocked a room for us on the first floor with parking outside our door. She actually came to our room personally to help us with the remote control. Not a big deal but wished there were ice machines more readily available.

it was much nicer than the ad i saw online, i must have gotten a recently renovated room! there was a light bleach smell but that's fine with me, just means the room was actually cleaned and disinfected. the staff was very kind. the free continental breakfast had plenty of options. eggs,sausage, omelettes, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. there were 3 different waffle makers with original & chocolate batter. amazing price that was very close to the parks and lots of other fun attractions & restaurants. i would stay here again!

Everything was great! Friendly staff, room and grounds were clean. Easy to get to and close to shops and food locations. We had the 3rd floor we were able to see Magic Kingdom's fireworks from our floor along with Epcot's. I would stay here again!! Breakfast alright couldn't really eat much because of lactose intolerant.

However do not stay here for the shuttles to the parks. There is none to the airport and the one to the parks leaves at 715 in the morning and o Lu runs once. Pick up times are well before park closures and fireworks. I would like to add that if all the staff we dealt with Tazhana was amazing helpful with get a Lyft for the airport!!

Second stay in less than a month. This time we stayed for 3 nights. A great hotel - highly recommend!

The rooms were clean. The second day having breakfast in the main lobby that the hotel supplies. German cockroaches were curling up the refrigerator where they keep the yogurt right next to the eggs that we’re being served. The lobby an the Kitchen could use a good cleaning.

My family and I were here for 3 nights for Disneyland and this place is wonderful. Everything is very clean and the rooms had clean blanket and pillows, it was very comfortable. Staff is very nice, breakfast was great, and the best part is location. Disney is only 15 mins away, CVS, gift shops, and other food places are right across the road. Great place and I’m glad my family and I stayed here.

Our room had mold on the ceiling and the floor was caving in by the bathroom. A few of the towels were stained and old looking. The room smelled like mold and was super humid. They have a theme park shuttle but it was a little inconvenient and we ended up paying for parking. The best thing about the room was the water pressure in the shower. The maid did do a good job making the beds and picking up.

Great location, an affordable short term spot while visiting Disney. About 15 minutes door to door. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was surprisingly good (waffles / pancakes/ eggs/ sausage). Would recommend.

Our experience at this property was unacceptable. Room had cockroaches old furniture , unpleasent odor, no fridge. We had to cancel our stay and go find another place to stay.

Comfy , convenient location near the parks. Breakfast was fresh every morning , a very nice amenity before you hit Disney. the only negative is that at times it was quite noisy at night, not sure if it was the room next door or out in the corridors.

For someone who rarely gets a hotel room this one was SO GREAT !! Literally ready to plan another trip just so I can stay here. It was so close to everything like shopping plazas, Walmart, Disney. It was just incredible!! And then the woman at the front was so amazing she made me feel soo safe while staying there. She could definitely tell I was a solo traveler for the first time and also giving me great recommendations!! I adored her and Mr.Antonio! Cant wait to do it again. That’s going to be my new go to spot!

The lady when I checked in was super nice and helpful, however total opposite the next morning the gentleman at the desk was extremely rude. The shuttle that was advertised wasn’t exactly what I would call a shuttle, unfortunately had to rent a car to be able to go to the parks.

Staff were wonderful.They were kind, friendly and professional. Facility could use a little sprucing up, but was clean. No hooks in bathroom for hanging towels to dry, limited space around sink for toiletries. And no shelf in shower area for soap, razor etc..

The property is clean and well maintained. Not a fan of community amenities (shampoo/conditioner). Beds and pillows need to be replaced. Mattress has sagging in middle and pillows are lumpy. Breakfast has plenty to offer. Staff are nice and accommodating. Motel is convenient to parks, restaurants and shopping.

The room was clean, looked like it had been recently updated, and the bedding and towels were all very clean. A/C was great. The hotel was very affordable, and this was an amazing value for the money. There were lots of options for the complimentary breakfast. Very close to Disney World. Bed was a little bit uncomfortable, springy. Otherwise everything was as expected!

Night desk agent was fabulous!! You can tell they’ve done some renovations to this hotel but it still looks dated in parts! However, the beds are clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean and stocked with shampoo and conditioner. And the hot breakfast was delicious! Oh and the offer shuttles to the Disney parks!!

This was a price efficient property to stay in for Disney Parks just right outside of everything so easy to drive to for park days. I always came back to a clean room and added another night on a separate reservation they accommodated me to stay in the same room without having to move. Friendly staff!

I only knew when I asked when making my reservation

I would never stay here again. I was shocked to see that the staff was harassing the only black family that was at this hotel. The also charged them more for their room than the rate that was posted online. Go somewhere else. There are cheaper hotels near the theme parks that are much better than this. The staff was harassing another family for no reason. The pool was small. The breakfast was average. Rooms were small.

The motel was very conveniently located near 192 with lots of restaurants and very close to Disney, especially Animal Kingdom. The bed was not horrible, but it was a little uncomfortable to me as it had a small dip where people usually sleep and was a bit creaky. Others in my party found their bed comfortable. The motel has been updated over the years and you can see patched spots on the walls, but overall it was fine. The in-wall AC unit made the room smell a little funky, but that seems to be typical of these units in Florida. The AC worked very well, but the fan was a little too strong as it blew cold air on the beds, even on low. The motel location was fairly quiet. The room was reasonably quiet, too, and we didn’t hear other guests much at all. The pool looked large and clean, though we didn’t use it. The complimentary breakfast was good, the area was kept clean and well stocked. They had three waffle makers and a pancake maker to manage demand, along with an assortment of other breakfast items.

It is old and run down. We had bugs on counters. Breakfast is very crowded and you can’t take food out of the dining area.

It had what we needed, not very luxurious and you get your money’s worth. The breakfast options were limited but fulfilling, there is no jacuzzi which I would have liked. Affordable and would stay here again.

I had a great experience there until it was time to leave and get my security deposit back. They didn’t return all my funds and claimed that I had ordered some food to the room which I had not. I kept explaining to the lady at the front desk that I didn’t order anything so there had to be some kind of mistake or something, but she just kept repeating to me that I ordered food to the room. In the end I was very frustrated, but just decided to leave it alone because I had a plane to catch and it was only like $20.

This is actually a motel. All doors open to the outside! Wasn’t aware of that when I booked it in my bundle. Nice bed, but large size ants running around. Kinda ikky!

Good location didn’t have to pay for parking with our rate. Our room smelled musty, the air conditioning was very loud, everything was outdated or had a repair done. Beds were creaky, not very comfortable. Room was right outside of the elevator so it was noisy

The room was clean, the hotel was quiet and breakfast had good options. The renovations are okay but not completed. My room needed some drywall repairs and a better seal in the door. The ac unit is older and noisy. Dont take the theme park shuttle bus unless you want to drive around for 45 plus minutes, they’ll tell you it takes 15 minutes to get there though. We let them know we missed my son’s band performance because of their bad information. They blamed the bus company and took no accountability. We had asked for assurance in advance and they kept saying no problem, 15 minutes to get there.

Great place to stay to go to Animal Kingdom, about 11 minute drive away! Friendly workers, quick and efficient check in and out. Free parking, free breakfast, pool we didn't use. Quiet. SPACIOUS queen suite. Only complaint was the sofa bed mattress not usable by an adult; maybe a lightweight kid wouldn't have minded. However, the bedding on top of the sofa made for a very comfortable sleep anyway, nice cushions! Would stay here again.

The Hotel is very close to the Magic Kingdom Park. Almost, It is in front a much shopping and food stores. The breakfast was very good, variety. The are a few tables in the space for the breakfast, for this reason you need to be looking for a seats for the family.

This hotel meets the needs when it comes to budget traveling and organization. They have an amazing breakfast, close access to major parks and Disney Springs, and the amenities that are open until 10:00 like the pool and gym. Overall this was a great experience.

We had a wallet come up missing from our room. When we went to management about it we were treated as if we were trying to get away with something. They basically told us their employees were honest and they wouldn't call them about it. After we explained we didn't even want to press charges we just wanted the wallet back they laughed at us saying no one would come turn it back in. The mgr called our room and asked if I wanted to contact the police and after seeing how they were I just said no. No cash was in it so other than replacing ids and debit card (we locked asap when it was discovered gone) we just let it go. Miraculously that very night it appeared in one of our bags we had already searched multiple times that day. We are counting it as a win but will not stay there again. We had turned that room upside down looking before we went to the front desk.

Shuttle times are very limited for Disney park but it is so close that if you decide to Uber it’s inexpensive. There are many places to eat around the hotel that are a 5-7 minute walk. Walmart is also nearby, about à 15 minute walk. The area is overall safe if you do decide to walk to places around the hotel. I am very happy I chose this location. The souvenir store next to the hotel had many affordable options, I recommend shopping there if you’re looking for souvenirs on a budget.

Very Outdated building . More of a Motel with big picture windows that look straight into the room making it impossible to keep your windows open without someone looking straight into your room unless your close the curtains. Sheets were stained upon arrival and mattress was dirty with what appeared to be food smears. Enamel in the tub was chipped and dirty. Very old bathroom. Room smelled of mold & was musty upon arrival, AC Unit faced directly in front of the bed. Very noisy when guests waked by because the rooms are open to the outside. Will never stay there again.

The room was clean but we could hear a party going on very late at night on top of us. The area seems safe. There is a CVS very close and 2 very nice souvenir shops. The breakfast was ok, nothing too fancy but ok. What really shocked me was the lady at the buffet that was looking to see how much you eat, how many time you go to pick up food in a very rude way. I understand that you don't want people to take food to go, even if some people prefer to eat in the room or outside at the table but it's a bit to the extreme. There is a coupon that you need to give and the lady keeps an eye on you all the time to see what you eat and how much you eat. It's weird and exaggerating.

The bathroom condition was concerning. Beyond the general lack of upkeep, we even found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable and significantly impacted our experience. We were assigned a ground-floor room, and noise from guests walking upstairs was very noticeable, making it difficult to rest properly. Additionally, the rooms are located outside of the main lobby area, which can feel somewhat unsafe, especially at night. Considering the price paid, I do not believe this property offers good value for money. There are newer and better-maintained options along International Drive available at a similar price point.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Quality Inn. For the price per night, the value is hard to beat. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was simple but filling enough to start the day. Now, for the price, don’t expect the Ritz-Carlton, and that’s not a criticism. The property is a bit dated, but the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect for our trip: about 5 minutes from Animal Kingdom and roughly 10 minutes from Magic Kingdom. We stayed for three nights with two toddlers, and it met exactly what we needed, a clean, affordable place to sleep, free breakfast, and no extra charges like parking fees. It checked all the boxes for a budget-friendly Disney trip, and I’ll definitely keep this hotel in mind for future visits.

This is a moderately priced hotel that is very convenient to the Disney parks. The staff is top notch, including the front desk and the breakfast staff. The hotel is a bit dated and not fancy but, for us, very comfortable, clean, and with good beds for a nice rest after a busy day.

Always friendly front staff, good free breakfast, plenty of parking, convenient to theme parks. My only frustration is the big price fluctuations. I stay here a lot, and the price can jump by literally $50-$100 a night depending on how full it is. So I often have to find a different hotel. Maybe that’s all hotels, but I would always stay here if the price stayed the same or even with in a $25-$40 range per night.

Room to improve: House keeping staff… several days our toiletries weren’t replenished and even our toilet paper ran out. Room… Our room had lots of ants. On our last day ran out of running water without notice, half an hour before checkout time, soap all over. They said some maintenance was being done.

Booked an accessible room. The room was great, but there was no dropped kerb nearby, to access the room from the car. Proper wet room (with shower chair) and raised toilet, with grab bars, which was amazing. Room enough to get a wheelchair around. The kingsize bed was a bit high, but very comfortable. The linen was all sparkling white, and the towels were lovely and fluffy. Even the toilet roll was beautifully presented. Would have been nice to have some bottled water, but there's a coffee machine & take-out cups, which is a nice touch. All-in-all, very nice.

Breakfast menu is great, unfortunately the juice machine was not working when i was there. I would definitely stay there again if rates are fair.

This was the first time we had ever been to Orlando and I tried to do a decent amount of research for places to stay. We intended to go to the parks everyday and needed a place with shuttle buses that ran to and from the parks. I read the reviews for this place and they seemed positive, so after confirming that the breakfast was included and that shuttles ran to and from the Disney and universal parks we booked. The first morning there, we went down for breakfast around 645am (keep in mind the breakfast begins at 630am) and there was no hot food (e.g. bacon, eggs, sausages), only cereal and a couple of muffins. We asked the reception staff when the next lot of food would be out and they told us to ask the kitchen staff. After about 15mins of waiting by the kitchen door to see anyone, a lady came out and we asked when more hot food would be available. She said it would come out in 10 mins. By 8am we still did not have any hot food and had to leave as we had things booked at the parks for that day. As such we had to spend extra money we had not expected every morning as there seemed to be a consistent lack of food each day despite them knowing how many guests they have. Additionally,

Although we did not raise concerns with hotel staff during our visit, I feel it is important to note a few issues we experienced. Beginning around day two, we noticed a persistent odor in our room. That same evening, we also saw a roach. At the time, we chose not to report it. By day three (New Year’s Eve), upon returning to our room, we encountered and killed at least five roaches. We immediately moved all food items from the room to our car to prevent further issues. Because we were checking out the following day, we did not contact the front desk. Additionally, the breakfast area was extremely crowded. Traveling with a child on the autism spectrum made dining in that environment challenging. We wished there had been an option to take breakfast back to our room without concern about additional charges. In hindsight, had we raised concerns, perhaps accommodations could have been made; however, given the insect issues, we are ultimately glad we did not bring food back. We appreciated the hotel’s location and proximity to the parks, but were disappointed that the shuttle service was very limited. While we understand that we did not report these matters during our stay, we wanted them documented for awareness and improvement. We would appreciate follow-up on how situations like this are typically handled, what you would have preferred we do differently, and whether any refund or goodwill consideration may be available.

Our room was clean, but when we entered the room it smelled extremely musty! We turned on the fan to get the air circulating but the fan was too loud to leave on during the night while we we sleeping. The musty smell never went away. At check out I mentioned the issue to the clerk but not sure if anything will get done

I give it a 4.5: It rained while we were there, so it had a weird smell when you walked into the room, but the beds were comfy. Worth the price compared to other hotels in the area.

We only stayed 1 night but we had stayed in the area before. This hotel was really nice and will consider coming back. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Working tv and fridge in the room (no microwave but there is one available on the first floor). Breakfast had a range of food. We didn't get to use the pool but it looks very well kept with towels available on the chairs. The lobby area was nice and very welcoming. Decorated with Christmas and modern furniture. Staff was professional and made our stayed worthwhile.

The good: The room was extremely clean, and housekeeping came by daily. I’m a neat freak and inspected every part of the room, no bugs, dirt, or anything concerning. The A/C worked great, and there were some thoughtful amenities. I really appreciated the makeup remover wipes, and we were given plenty of towels. The shower pressure and hot water were amazing. The not-so-good: The exterior of the hotel looks a little more run down than the photos, and some balconies seem to sag. There’s also a $100 service fee, which is standard, but the front desk lady was a bit rude when I asked for more details. I was just trying to understand the policy and how to avoid unexpected charges, but it felt like they didn’t want to explain anything. So definitely read the fine print and take photos of anything you sign. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast rules. You’re not allowed to bring food back to your room, and you can only visit the breakfast area once. I get that they’re trying to prevent people from taking too much food, but with the limited seating, it was frustrating to be squeezed in with everyone else. Overall: Despite the issues, it was still a good experience and I would stay again.

The property appears in good condition even though it has been around for some time. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and courteous. The desk staff were very accommodating. I ate a very small amount of their food since I am vegan, however, I am not a fan of the management of the breakfast buffet. When I say management I am talking about the strict rule that you cannot eat your breakfast in your room if you use any part of the breakfast area or eat any of the food they provide. I wanted to use the toaster and eat some jam/ sauce they provide at the buffet. I was stopped the first day and told they would allow me to eat in my room that one time since most of my food was up in my room. Then I was told I had to eat breakfast in the area provided by the hotel the next day. I will take my own toaster the next time. The hotel provided a coffee machine, mini refrigerator, and a microwave in the rooms.

The only thing that did not meet or expectation was the shuttles to the parks. Is with a private company and pnly provided transportation to Universal park, and Epcot only, and Hollywood only for return Hopefully they can address it for next time. But every else was perfect for the amazing price of each night. 100% recommended.

The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a king bedded room. We had a couple of minor issues which were sorted very quickly. The breakfast area was staffed and spotless, with a really good range of choices. Coffee and hot tea was available 24 hours.

TV and A/C were good. But, no space to hang clothes, bed was saggy, room safe and alarm clock were broken. Low water pressure in shower. Breakfast was satisfactory and staff polite.

The room was clean and the floor was nice hard floors. The bathroom tub/shower needs to be replaced but it was clean/functional. It was good for a one night stay near the parks, but I think the outside of the hotel and surrounding area seems run down and needs to be updated to be more appealing.

If you can stay somewhere else, it’s probably best to do so. We found 3 big bugs crawling on the wall, mirror and dresser. There were multiple tiny spiders in our beds. Room was very outdated and faucet and accessories in bathroom were old, broken or rusted. This hotel charges $3 to receive each package delivered there. Staff was really friendly except for Antonio and the Mexican girl that was in training with him. Breakfast was included in price but it was not the greatest and the same thing served everyday. Not worth the money.

Breakfast was basic and same daily. Guests not allowed to leave the breakfast area with food - inconveniencing guests schedules. Room 300 paid full price and the bathroom was horrible!! No soap dish area or anywhere to put your shower items. Absolutely horrible stay! Room was at the top of stairs and the road was close to the stairs and which made me feel unsafe staying there. No visible security person on site. Front desk reception seemed to not be happy working there and appeared disengaged with the job. Received Amazon packages and she didn’t understand the hotel log for receipt of the packages and I had to explain it to her so that I could receive all my packages. Although she could have taken the time to properly read the boxes/packages with my name written on them in the back room, she chose not to until I insisted that I had more items to collect! Absolute failure!

Older building but staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s set back off a main highway but still quiet. There are restaurants and stores with easy walking distance and the parks are just a quick drive.

I can say the staff and the rooms are neat. They're doing some remodeling. You can expect dust and other things outside bit inside it is quiet and very clean. Near everything and easy to access. Very good

Although the room was clean and beds were comfortable, the room was in sad shape with a desperate need of an upgrade. The room was dark and small for a family. The in room safe was not working. The room had a funky smell, probably from the AC. When we got home, all our clothes had that smell and I had to air out the suitcase. That said, the staff was very nice. The lobby was updated, and breakfast was good.

I have tried to reach the hotel multiple times for a very concerning matter. have left name and phone number and no one has reached back to me. I found a walkie-talkie labeled housekeeping in my car upon returning home. Indicating that upon one of the nights of me staying at their hotel, my car was searched by an employee.

Great local amenities for eating and convenience shopping. This is great as a base which we used for just sleeping in. Cons. The hotel asked us to change rooms halfway through our stay as they were renovating, but new room was better quality anyway. Breakfast is a bit limited on choice so we found ourself going to ihop and Denny’s which are both across the road just to mix things up. You get what you pay for here and we much preferred staying here than at an over priced Disney resort.

Without a doubt, the breakfast was the highlight of my visit. It was truly a great spread, offering a wide variety of delicious options that far exceeded typical hotel breakfasts. This culinary experience alone was enough to make up for some of the other shortcomings. The rooms themselves were, at best, mediocre. While the cleanliness of the overall establishment was just alright, the decor in the rooms felt bland and outdated, definitely in need of an upgrade to create a more inviting atmosphere. However, the hotel's location was absolutely perfect for my needs, making it incredibly convenient. Coupled with an excellent price point, the value proposition was strong. And as mentioned, the delightful breakfast truly elevated the experience and made the stay worthwhile. In summary, if you're looking for a hotel with a fantastic breakfast, a prime location, and an excellent price, the Quality Inn & Suites is a solid choice. Just be prepared for rooms that are more functional than fashionable.

For the price, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is average/ok. The facilities need improvement: a few elements in the shower are falling appart or the curtain is rift, the bedroom smells so humid (like mold). But I understand the price is lower than other places and mantain a property is expensive.

Clean and spacious room

The rooms could do with a proper renovation instead of everything being solved with paint. Clean on the whole, but details like a dirty shower head could be improved. Staff were excellent, right from the front desk, the ladies at breakfast and housekeeping. Friendly bunch. Easy parking and really good A/C in the rooms. The rooms smell a bit musty, but you soon get used to them. I would happily return and pay a a few dollars more a night if they could just enhance the bathroom cleanliness and make it a bit smarter. Every element of breakfast had been optomised for economy. Cheap, filler foods, but it was included so fair. Overall, a great value choice for the parks.

Great hotel to spend some days in Orlando. The breakfast

The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the front desk lady who worked from the afternoon into the evening, she was both resourceful and kind. While the hotel is a bit outdated, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the pool for the two weeks that we stayed.

Bad service and bad staff

We booked this property for one night before checking into our Disney hotel. The reviews were good and it included free breakfast and parking which is a plus in the Disney area. We arrived later in the evening and had a room on a higher floor. We immediately checked the bed as there have been so many reports (even at Disney) about bed bugs. So glad we checked! There was a bug in plain site on the bed. We quickly backed out and asked for another room. The staff member was very accommodating and immediately upgraded us to a suite on the main level across from the lobby. We also checked this room and it was free from bed bugs. As I noted we only stayed for one night which I’m thankful for as I didn’t sleep well given the worry about bugs. We did get breakfast the next morning (be sure to have your meal tickets with you) and it was good. We won’t be back but did appreciate the quick change of room when requested.

I could not be more pleased with this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, the property was quiet and safe, and the rooms were clean and airy. Highly recommend!

This was an ok stay. The breakfast wasn’t great, but it was food. It was nice that it was cheap, but I don’t think we will be back.

Staff was friendly. Housekeeping did a good job.

The property was decent. Nothing amazing. It was clean and the area is very busy and convenient to shops and food. The biggest let down was the check-in. The person at the desk was eating all during our check-in and was just down right rude. They were unwelcoming and seemed annoyed that we were disrupting their dinner. I found it very unprofessional and just not cool. Will never choose this property again.

The counter staff was friendly and polite. The rooms was clean and had all the essentials. There was a great variety of food available for breakfast.

Loved the suite however one of the toilets was clogged we requested some assistance it never came. Also we didn’t know to not use the dead bolt on the door so we got locked out. Maintenance came and got us in and let us know not to use it since it’s automatic. Staff was amazing super friendly and sweet!!

W ended up having to change rooms twice. The first room smelled so terribly of mold that it was almost immediately nauseating and gave my kiddie a headache. The second room smelled like smoke. The third and final room we were put on a suite and. Harmed an additional $30 for it. It wasn’t odorous thankfully! I’d give the rooms a 2 star due to old and worn furniture and low level materials used as well as low level cleanliness. We went downstairs for the free breakfast and it was as I would have expected. The staff was kind and quick to tend to guest messes and turn over tables promptly.

The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the hot breakfast was very good with a good selection of foods. We did not use the pool during our stay but it was a nice sized pool and looked very clean. Staff were very friendly. And about 10-15 minutes drive from the Disney parks. Would definitely recommend.
