Stayed here for 6 days, toliet plugged up after every use. Pool was green and not open. Breakfast was not good. The only shining star at this Hotel was the front reception Katie, she was lovely! She was the only reason we stayed and didn’t move hotels. She should be employee of the month every month! She was the best thing about this hotel!!

Good hotel with good breakfast and close to everything important in Orlando

I stayed at this property in early June and experienced an elevator malfunction one morning. Several guests and I were inside when it stopped between floors for about 15 minutes. The space became warm, uncomfortable and claustrophobic. The emergency call feature did not continue working after the first attempt. Reaching the front desk by phone during the situation was very difficult. We were eventually able to exit with assistance, but the process felt unorganized and very stressful. I later learned the second elevator had also been out of service earlier, though it was put back into use shortly afterward, which added to my concerns. After the incident, there was no follow up from staff, no check in to see how guests were doing, and no clear explanation of what happened. I was advised to contact my booking platform, but the information they later received from the hotel did not reflect what I experienced. As someone who is sensitive to enclosed spaces, the event had a real impact on the rest of my stay, and I avoided using the elevators afterward. This property would benefit from clearer communication, better coordination during unexpected issues, and more attentive guest support

It was okay at best, I don’t complain much because I go to the Disney parks all day, so I mainly will just be at the hotel at night to sleep. But when we arrived there was a dead frog in our room…… it looked like it had been there for days, there were hairs in the sheets … and bugs behind the furniture. Therefore clearly they aren’t cleaning well. I can’t say anything about the breakfast because we didn’t eat there. It was quite crowded so I didn’t want to deal with all that amount of people. They might want to think about making the space a little bigger. Lastly we came back from a long day from the parks to our room keys not working. It was already frustrating enough that our room was all the way at the back of the hotel. When I walked all the way to the front of the lobby I find out that they shut our cards off because we had the luggage carrier in our room …. And demanded we bring it back to the front. You’re telling me you couldn’t tell me this when I checked out … or maybe leave a message ?? All this attitude for no reason. I would not stay here again. That being said, you pay to stay at a cheap place, you have to expect a cheap service and stay.

Great value, excellent location for Disney (especially for AK and Hollywood), friendly staff, free parking, and with unique breakfast with hot and cold options I never saw before! Overall it was pretty good. Some renovations of carpet and in the bath tub are due soon, but for the price and all the perks, it’s pretty amazing.

I enjoyed the Staff more than anything. The front desk receptionist was very kind and patient. The custodians kept the place very clean and they would always greet you warmly. The service in the morning was exceptional. The breakfast staff made sure that all items were stocked and the kept the area free of trash and spills. Another plus is that much of the staff were multilingual. The pool was clean and the towels were fully stocked. The restrooms near check out were also very clean and well maintained. The area was close to all things Disney. There are nature trails close to the property which is a plus for my family and I. The Nobile hotel has a plaza two minutes down the road that has a convenient store, Starbucks, a pharmacy (in case anyone becomes ill on vacation), and restaurants (a steakhouse, ice cream shop, Japanese food and Italian food). I would definitely stay again and the hotel was reasonably priced. My family and I stayed at the Nobile for 3 days and 3 nights. I could tell that the hotel may have been a little older, however, the service made up for that. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. I had no real problems overall.

I like how close it is to the Disney Parks. It’s never more than 20 minutes even in traffic. The ac barely worked and my room was extremely humid. If I was staying longer than 2 nights I would have asked to move rooms. The parking could be a little better. There’s no access to parking using the side doors. My key didn’t work multiple times. The pool area could be a little more private for the guest. There was a construction crew that hung out by the pool on their break, it was kind weird.

We stayed three nights for a soccer tournament Memorial Day weekend. Easy check in and check out. Parking was easy. The reviews I read prior to reservation really played up cleanliness and breakfast. I completely disagree. Breakfast was a disaster. Nothing. One of the worst options at a hotel and i stay at about thirty hotels a year. Room was ok cleanliness wise but stains all over carpet in halls and one working elevator. I don’t think we will be back again.

Waited 10 minutes to check in at 12 midnight exhausted because desk clerk was arguing about package fees with another guest. Room needed painting and walls very thin. Nice view of overflowing dumpster. Paid resort fee for pool and gym that had 4 sad pieces of equipment that looked like someone dragged in from their uncle Bob’s basement. Also, one elevator down almost all 5 days of our stay. Cheap hotel and we got what we paid for cheap and rundown.

Breakfast did have waffles. Eggs and sausage were cold, nothing else really of interest. Churros for breakfast??? Don't bother with the juices. Orange and apple were both watered down. Bottom line, no we would never stay here again.

Hairs all over the bathroom, floors not cleaned in bathroom, stains on bed, and carpets need replaced, lamps rusted and backs up to highway/ did not even stay- asked for refund after 2 minutes inspection of room and I’m still waiting 2 days later for an answer… Will only stay at quality hotels going forward and not take a chance on unknown hotels again that can’t stand behind their name

My stay went unevetful. The staf if excellent, parking is free. My only complaint is the room could use some updates. There's no full size mirrors or any mirrors in the except in the bathroom. The lamp shade what lwas damaged. The pool lounge chairs was ripped so they couldn't be utilized. They was no umbrellas on the tables for shade. For peake sake its Fl, sunny and hot! Other than those small things the hotel is nice, quiet, clean, and convenientto the parks/arensa. I was there for my daughter cheer competition so we want at the hotel much. I would stay again.

Parking was great. Pool lounge chairs are awful bring your own if you want to tan. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. We dealt with on check in and out Victoria and she was great. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast prefect for a quick bite before going out for the day.

The pool is nice and if you decide to order from a food delivery service (Uber Eats/DoorDash) the area has a lot of food late night!

My only disappointment was that there was no shuttle service, which would have made transportation much more convenient. Overall, it was a positive stay thanks to the clean accommodations, great breakfast, and kind staff.

The location. Not much else. The rooms, the bed, the pillows, the thin blankets, the noisy barn door to the bathroom, the wifi that was extremely slow, 2 towels for 3 people in a 2 bed room, the fact that the bed smelled like old gym socks, lumpy pillows and bed, everytime someone went in or out of their rooms the door SLAMMED behind them, no toiletries at the front desk or lil shop, told that they don't offer toiletries if you leave yours accidentally, the breakfast was nothing more than do-it-yourself waffles, corn flakes and 2% milk, and Puerto Rican breads. THATS IT!

It was in the center of everything . The back door to the pool didn’t work , there wasn’t no options for Netflix or any other TV entertainment.

The hotel is well taken cared of. It was very clean and smelled clean. I was checked in and out without any problems and everyone was polite. The room was clean and spacious and there was plenty of hot water and towels. The hotel is located around lots of restaurants and stores and very close to all the Disney parks. I will say the bathroom needed new shower curtains and the hairdryer looked melted and was making a weird noise, but besides those two things everything was great.

I will recommend you to bring your shampoo. The shampoo the hotel has makes your hair really really dry and also the body soap makes your skin really dry.

For the first time, I tried some Brazilian stuffed pastries filled with chicken and cheese, and they were absolutely delicious. The breakfast selection overall was excellent, including eggs, sausages, pão de bono, churros filled with dulce de leche, and hot coffee that was perfect to start the day. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Another big advantage of this hotel is the location. Being only 8 minutes from the Disney parks made our trip extremely convenient and stress-free. After long days at the parks, it was great to return quickly to a clean and comfortable hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and excellent location made this stay truly memorable. For us, it was a very positive experience, and we would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Disney area.

Parking was easy and secured. Friendly staff. However, the hotel overall is in need of deep cleaning and maintenance.

The area around the property was nice. The on-site Pool Bar was cool. Village Cafe, as well as the Grateful Juice Bar on Breakers Avenue were both fantastic. Very long walk to bigger restaurants and attractions, appropriately 2 miles. Rooms were rough - painted tile in bathroom, clogged drain, and yellow tap water. They are painting other units to freshen it up, but needs more updating. Room directly above us was being worked on from 6am to midnight all 3 nights/morning were there. Spa and Gym were closed for renovations.

This hotel property was booked because of the advertisement of a shuttle to Disney once I arrived that wasn’t the case. Our towels didn’t get changed until the last night of our stay which I had to go to the front desk to get . The toilet paper rolls were molded/dirty & the shower certain & bed sheets were stained . The paint is chipped & pulling on every wall & the ceiling in the bathroom looks molded & has a hole. I went to the front desk serval times even twice in one day & was told there wasn’t anything that I can do at the moment because the manager was not in and even still when he came in she did not think that there was anything that he would do to make my experience better. I was told that she would have switched my room, but she could not switch the wrong because they were fully booked and then when I asked to speak with manager, she then began to offer me to move rooms . I told her I was very unsatisfied with my experience from the start and she told me that she was sorry and that I booked from a third-party website and that it was not accurate about the shuttle and that they stopped doing the shuttle back in February.

Woke up stuffy every morning so I don’t know. Something going on with the a/c.

Simultaneously, the television was non-functional. While maintenance was promised, this service was never provided. The following morning, after requesting repair, a technician made an attempt, but left the picture quality in a fuzzy state, leaving me without television for two days. Furthermore, the bathtub floor was dangerously slippery, lacking any safety features to prevent falls. Additionally, the absence of provided body wash was noted, with only a small, ineffective bar of soap available. The front desk staff also mentioned a cashless policy. Despite these issues, the room and bed were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I wish I had consulted online reviews beforehand. One Edition to all of this the water pressure in this hotel is really weak.

They were having technical difficulties, so it took longer than normal to get checked in, but that's not that big of a deal. The AC in the first room didn't work, so we called down and they sent maintenance up. He couldn't fix it, so they said they'd get us a new room. It took over an hour for a room (technical difficulties, I imagine) - but the plus side was they only moved us right across the hall, so we didn't have far to go. The AC in there worked GREAT.

The breakfast was good but I hope they change the menu everyday. We stayed for 3 nights and same breakfast everyday but it was delicious though.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The first room that we checked into had stains all over the bed. The room that they put us in after had black mold and smelt disgusting. The floor was stained. The bathroom was dirty, and there was hair everywhere. The shower was horrid.

The building is old, but you can see they put a lot of work into renovating the property to bring it up to date. Adequate parking, beds we’re comfortable, and a decent continental breakfast.

Planned a last minute trip and needed a room not only was this property well maintained and clean it has a very friendly and welcoming staff. The price was great as well I did not expect such a nice property that even included a continental breakfast and free parking. Will definitely be at guest at this hotel again.

I had scheduled and paid for four nights at your hotel, but had to leave one day early because of a death in our family. After contacting Hotels.com and explaining the situation, I was told there would be no refund allowed for the one night I would not be staying there.

The hotel is older and it shows. Rooms were also loud as they placed me on the first level of the hotel I couldn’t even sleep it was so loud and paper thin walls! Would never stay at this hotel again! Not even worth it!

Breakfast on Saturday was disappointing. The turkey sausage and eggs were cold, and when I asked about it, the attendant explained the burners weren’t working and there was nothing she could do. I ended up just having toast and leaving. To top it off, when I checked out around 4 a.m., the front desk clerk never put their cell phone down, which felt unprofessional. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Staff was nice but I had to request towels to get more than the two thin towels left in the bathroom for a 4 day stay. Room was serviced only on the last day and bed linens had long hairs left on them. Wi-Fi was spotty and poor television reception made watching anything difficult.

Last minute booking due to a flight cancellation. I accidentally booked the wrong day (my fault I understand) but when I went to check in still not knowing I booked the wrong date the lady at the front desk was so rude and just flat out wouldn’t help me. She told me I would need to book the correct date and pay for another day she wouldn’t just move the booking. She said it’s not her problem she couldn’t help me that I would need to call the manager in the morning. She then proceeded to not tell me right away that if she would cancel the booking (wrong date) that I would be out the money I had already paid for the room or I can come the next day and stay on the date I originally booked. She refused to help myself husband and two kids when we were in a sticky situation due to our flight being canceled we were not planning on having to stay another day. I got this review because I had to keep the original date booked and never stepped foot past the front desk. How rude the lady at the desk was to me and unwilling to just move the date we decided to not give this hotel anymore money so I had to go and find another hotel and pay more money so my kids could have a place to sleep and not have to sleep in the car.

Nice updated hotel, with comfy beds, and good soundproofing (could not hear neighbors or guests in the hallway). Breakfast was good with hot options and staff was hospitable and friendly. Will be using this hotel for future stays especially for the price point!

Hotel as a whole is not properly maintained. Carpets throughout seem stained/worn-out. Mattresses were extremely soft/worn. Pretty much all metal in the room show signs of rust. Employees were friendly though.

Only reason for 4 star rating was because of the “ticket/timeshare” salesman that apparently is set up there was kind of a pain in the neck to avoid, and the ice machines on all floors but one were broken and I felt like getting a bucket of ice was a mission. Hotel is old and in need of refurbishment. Floors feel squishy in the hallways like there's a cushion under it. Tiny pillows in room, algae coated windows (outside glass). Breakfast is great. Pool closed during outlet stay and hotel wouldn't reduce resort fee their sign says it covers.

It was cold and the heat was not working which apparently they already knew when we called. They gave us an extra blanket which was actually a comforter, but only for 1 of the 2 beds which were both occupied.. We decided to not even stay the second night that was paid for. Otherwise room and staff were fine.

Only stayed one night because I did not feel comfortable staying there. Room had dusty and rusty furniture, tv difficult to navigate through and made a static noise every few minutes. Bathroom floor not thoroughly cleaned. At check-in the receptionist was having tea time and McDonald’s with another coworker while on the phone with someone else on her AirPod. The other receptionist at checkout didn’t bother helping me on how to get in contact with a manager when I asked to checkout early and how to go about getting a refund for what I had paid for.

We were sold “breakfast and free shuttle service” and got a resort fee for “breakfast” and “our shuttle service is stopped right now.” Had we known the shuttle service was down, we could have made another choice. The lack of shuttle service cost us a few hundred in Ubers we didn’t expect. The “breakfast” was not worth the resort fee - especially if you try to eat healthy or want something simple like cheese or brown bread. The staff were pleasant, the room fine (minus the heavy bathroom slider door with no handle), and no conditioner (no, “conditioning shampoo doesn’t work for long hair…).

You get what you pay for, which is very little. Good location but zero amenities. Breakfast was bad and the "free shuttle" to the parks was no longer a thing when we got there. The cleanliness (especially the furniture and floor) needed improvement and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. Beds and bath were otherwise decently clean. But overall, would not recommend.

The hotel is close to the ESPN World Wide of Sports complex, and that is where we spent most of our time for the National UDA Dance competition (high school). The room was okay. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were small. The TV reception was not good at all, and the bathroom could have been better (the vent didn't work and there was dust on it). The room was also dusty. There was a bleach smell in the hallway as well. Front desk help were friendly and accommodating. Early check in for an additional $35 helped as we came in on the red eye flight, went straight to the dance competition, then was able to go to the hotel at 11am and take a nap. Continental breakfast was okay as well. I don't know if we would stay there again given the amount of hotel accommodations in the area.

The amenities in the resort fees were not available. The had no park shuttle, the guest laundry was not available, the breakfast had burnt egg disks, the room wasn't ready at check in, our keys stopped working on the second day so we couldnt get in, and i asked for additional towels and never received them.

Breakfast was a mess! The dining area was full of people sitting around playing on their phones waiting for ubers, not even eating. They need signs on the table saying for breakfast patrons only or 30 min limit. Lots of families with kids standing and eating because of rude people playing on their phones taking up table space for those that needed to eat. The room was clean and the price was good.

I chose this hotel based specifically that it offered shuttle service to the Disney parks and that they had on site laundry service. When I arrived I was told that they no longer had shuttle service and no longer had laundry service. However, I was still charged the full resort fees even though they no longer offered these services. The only thing they still offered was breakfast. The rooms were ok. They could use new carpet in the rooms and better tvs. The cable was spotty. I probably will not stay at this place again. The staff did seem nice enough.

Not only is she always happy and friendly but I left a luxurious item at the Hotel after check out and she made sure I received it in another state. Gabriela deserves a raise. The hotel is conveniently located near the ESPN Sports Complex and Disney parks, and the price for a three-night stay was very affordable compared to nearby hotels like the Gaylord Palms. The room was clean and comfortable. Some furniture could use updating, but it wasn’t an issue. The bed was comfortable, AC worked perfectly, and the refrigerator, microwave, and bathroom were all clean. Hot water took a few seconds to warm up, which was normal. The room was exactly what we needed since we were mostly there to sleep and head back out to the parks next morning. Breakfast was good for a quick bite with waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, and desserts. The area is small and can get crowded, but any frustration came from other guests not the hotel. Overall, this is a solid option if you’re looking for a clean, affordable place to stay without breaking the bank. For my family, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

The front desk was very friendly when we checked in. I like the sliding door in the bathroom. Some areas for some improvement though. Our carpet was dirty and sticky, even though the rest of the room was clean. I should have brought my slippers. The complimentary shampoo/conditioner combo was not very friendly on my hair. There is no complimentary lotion and the bar of soap was terrible. Bring your own. There was very few electrical outlets. Bring your own extension cords. Breakfast was the same everyday, but great that it is included and provided. Parking was also free, which was wonderful. The property is at the end of the road and was quiet and seemingly safe.

The accommodation was very good for the price. Easy to get to and from theme parks and shopping. The down button for the elevator didn’t work on the third floor and when I tried to drop my bags off early in the morning before going to a theme park, the gentleman did not speak English and used an app to tell me the front desk staff would be in at 8:30, it was 7:30. But, when we did check in later that night, the lady was excellent. She was personable and joked around with us and helped us get late check out. Breakfast was good. Just a normal continental breakfast. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place.

For the price and location it was an ok stay. The room was outdated, dirty and smelly. There was free breakfast but not a whole lot of selection and the area where they had the food was so little it was kinda hard to grab stuff. The location was great tho as it was close to a lot of things. Won’t go back unless desperate.

This property was DISGUSTING. The pictures are a huge misrepresentation of the hotel. Not only did we come home with bug bites, the bathroom mirror light didn’t work, the shower barely worked, the towels were paper thin, it smelled awful, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were not even full size pillows-literally couch throw-pillow sized. It should be illegal to catfish people into staying here. Please don’t spend a single dollar to stay in this rat trap:/

The tv and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The hotel needs to be updated. The property wasn’t really clean. The breakfast was not great.

The staff was friendly and easy to engage with as well as helpful. The room was clean but some area needs to be updated the lamps had rust, one of the wall needed to be repaired (small dent) and there might have beena leak or something in bathroom ceiling over the bathtub. The breakfast as ok not much selection, my food was cold and not tasty. But if you like cereal and waffles that was good. But overall for a one night stay it was fine. The hotel does not allow check-in earlier than 3:00 PM unless you pay an additional fee. We arrived exactly at 1:00 PM, which is rare, yet there was no flexibility at all. The room was clean, and overall comfort was below expectations. The room itself was uncomfortable and did not feel well maintained. Based on this experience, I would choose a different hotel next time.

Staff very nice. Room was clean, but not sure if sheets were changed out. There was someone's else's hair under the sheets and a stain. Could be wrong! It happens even after the wash. Breakfast was AWESOME. Perfect to start your morning with a different variety each day. Pool was clean and fun for the kids. Will definitely be back to visit here.

Very convenient property if you’re staying for Disney. Staff that I spoke to, along with the girl at the front desk, were very nice and helpful. I was there on a solo trip for a short two night stay. My room was very very outdated with rust all over the lamps, thick layers of dust and old exposed pipes. There was a thick green substance on the smoke detector, mold in the dehumidifiers, and dark curly hair in the tub when I arrived. I didn’t expect a very luxurious experience considering it was an inexpensive stay, but I almost would’ve rather slept in the car. The bed was very springy, but not the worst. On the plus side, it was in a very beautiful area with a lot of other hotels, security patrolling and felt safe.

It would be a good place to stay if the customer service was better. Let me explain first we arrive 4 people in a room and we literally have 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth. Which we had to go back down stairs and ask for more. The next morning I was locked out of the room. Not due to my fault but the key just quit working. Walked down stairs 3 times thinking it was the actual key on the 4 time maintenance had to come up and break into the door. Which they were slow as molasses. Which took over 1/2 just to get this resolved. Customer service needs to be improved 100 percent.

The breakfast was average with a small selection, but still a nice perk to have included. Our room was mostly clean, though there were several items with visible rust, especially all of the lamps. Not sure if the lamps also had possible mold. The bathroom cleanliness was okay but could have been better. There were also some dents in the walls, and our hallway had a noticeable weed smell. Despite these issues, the positives outweighed the negatives for me, and I would stay here again for the price and convenience.

The staff at checkin were very friendly and knowledgeable. The carpet in the hallway had a lot of stains, needs updating. The bathroom was clean but the shower curtain was stained at the bottom and the bathtub needs to be caulked and repainted. Also, the lamp on the desk was dirty and rusted. I did like that there was an air purifier in the room and that the whole hotel was nonsmoking.

Our reservation was cancelled on the hotel’s end without explanation, causing unnecessary stress after traveling and expecting a smooth check-in. Once we finally got to the room, the issues continued. The shower temperature control and showerhead are loose and pull out of the wall when used, which is not only inconvenient but a safety concern. The air conditioning is so loud that sleeping through the night is nearly impossible. Additionally, the room was not cleaned until we specifically requested it. When housekeeping did come, the towels provided had visible stains on them, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Communication throughout our stay was extremely poor. We reached out to the hotel manager twice and never heard back. We were also told we would receive a call at 10 AM or 3 PM, yet no one ever contacted us. It truly felt like our concerns were ignored. Even basic requests were mishandled. When I asked for hot water, I was told to use the microwave but wasn’t given a cup. When one was finally provided, it was a plastic cup that was not microwave-safe. On top of that, the ice machine we attempted to use was unplugged and unusable. This stay has been stressful, disappointing, and far below acceptable hospitality standards.

The room had about 4-5 roof stains. Found some stains in the bathroom roof and near the bed area. The TV was outdated I really was looking forward to watching Hulu on the TV. It was a little noisy at times but thankfully not when sleeping. Overall, it could have been better. Was a fair price if your getting a room under 21+.

To my surprise, I was charged a resort fee. I was never informed about this at any moment. If I had known about these additional charges, I would never have chosen this hotel.

The television had a glitch where every couple of minutes (I'm not exaggerating), it made a loud scratching sound and the sound cut out (maybe the picture did too, I don't remember) for a second or two. EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Also, the picture appeared as if it were in standard definition. Very poor and blurry. Also, several network channels were unavailable. We had stayed here a week prior and that was also the case and the tv in that room actually became uncontrollable by either the remote or the buttons on the tv. The only way you could turn it off was by unplugging it and if plugged back up, it turned itself Back on. The room shown on Expedia's site that I booked (and also shown on the hotel site) was a suite that slept up to 6 (didn't need that many fortunately) but when I went back to the desk to complain, they said that suites did not exist in that hotel and there was no such room. They would not give me a price break or any other form of accommodation for this. Expedia did give me a $25 credit the next day when I told them but to post a picture of a room not at that hotel and also sell it as a suite that doesn't exist is wrong! Now if you just want a regular room and don't give a rip about the television, it's a good place. However, I needed the tv to watch a particular football game so it was very unsatisfactory. Please ignore the good rating I gave this place last week because I ignored the tv thing and went to a sports bar, figuring it was a one off but it wasn't.

I dare to say I've never had such a great included hotel breakfast before, it was excellent. Check out was also fast and smooth. I will definitely return to Nobile Hotel Parkway and I recommend it based on our great experience 👍

Me and my significant other had a very peaceful time, it was quiet at night, the water was very hot for the shower, the bed was clean as well as the room, everything was nice and clean.

Just not a nice place…rundown no real amenities yet they charge you $27 a night. No ice machine, soap is from dollar store, towels are like sandpaper. AC is old and noisy. No value even though it’s on the cheaper side.

The hotel seems to be in a good area and staff were friendly. Upon arrival, I was charged a hefty nightly resort fee not mentioned on Expedia or brought to my attention anywhere before booking or arrival. Easy to Uber out of with breakfast included in said resort fee. A/C unit was a bit noisy through the night but no complaints otherwise.

Also, the shower towels could be bigger, they were very light weight. Staff were great, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were always clean and tidy. Breakfast was great! Maybe switch up between bacon and sausage, add sliced fruit and granola. Overall it was good value.

I was immediately repulsed by the lingering stench in my room. The room was filthy, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom had too many stains. The best part of the stay was checking out, knowing that I would never return.

Where do I even start? Someone threw up in the elevator, and instead of actually cleaning it, they just threw some towels over it. Mmm… nothing says “welcome” like a lingering stench of mystery vomit. We tried to look past it, but by the time we got to the 4th floor, the universe said, “Hold my beer.” We opened our room door and were greeted by… small cockroaches. Yep. Tiny roommates we definitely didn’t ask for. We left immediately. When we told the front desk, the attendant acted like this was totally normal. At that point, I considered asking for a loyalty card for all the “pets” we didn’t bring home. Never again. Would not recommend — unless you’re into surprise wildlife and questionable hygiene.

nice area to be in if you’re visiting disney world, but i arrived with complaints about cleanliness due to the bed being dirty, bathroom walls being dirty, and room itself looking worn down. i didn’t complain because i figured im from vegas & hotels are just not as nice, but i had to complain after the first night due to ANTS IN THE ROOM. i asked for a different room & they said they’ll send room service up- this did not fix anything, every night a ton of ants would come. you could spot them on the kitchen counter, beds, table, & INSIDE any food left on the TV stand for more than 5 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR FAMILIES OR INDIVIDUALS

room was either too cold or too hot could not regulate the air conditioner and it was sooooo loud hallways were super hot and muggy smelled like mold and carpets were filthy and old staff seemed like hard workers but it was odd when i went to lobby to have a drink and wait for uber all the workers were sitting in the lobby taking up all the seating so it was awkward so i stood outside in the heat

looks nothing like the photos - hallways are damp and super hot - rooms were ok no closets to hang clothes , shower barely ran with mold around tub. air was either super cold or hot cold. seems like the libby was always full of workers so no place to sit and wait for my uber etc

Not what i expected very outdated does not look like the pictures on Hotels.com. Unfortunately I feel like I was lied to.

The room appeared to be really clean but several long black hairs were all over the floors and in the shower.

Room is new and clean

We checked in and the first room that we were given was so humid that I could not see out of the window. The next room, The air conditioner didn’t work well. A dehumidifier was hooked up in the room and hallways. The carpet was dirty. The lampshades were stained. There were screws sticking out of the wall in the bathroom. I couldn’t get the faucet to switch over to the shower. It was so humid that the chrome on the lamps were rusting.

There were bed bugs everywhere

When we arrived the room felt damp and musty. Everything metal was rusted and old. The sink and shower drains weren’t working properly in our room. Expedia claims the resort fee is included in the reservation price but it is NOT!

Stayed with a toddler, it was pretty quiet.

Very good hotel, excellent breakfast, and the staff working at breakfast and cleaning the rooms were all very friendly.

My experience was terrible from the initial interaction of entering the room. The room was was for a disabled person- We are not handicapped and didn't request this provision. Being 6ft plus foot I was taller than the shower rod. There was a seat in the shower which made it uncomfortable There was no hot water in the shower at all. The phone didn't work in the room so we werent able to contact the front desk easily. The television and Wi-Fi didnt work. Maintenance came to fix it he was unable to unable to speak English he translated by phone he would bring another television we agreed. He left and never returned- when we ask for a manager twice we were told she wasn't there. The first time the clerk wrote a email of the complaints the second time the clerk was very rude and stated she would not contact the manager and asked verbatim would you like to be disturbed on your day off? Well I didn't know there was only one manager for a 24 hour 7 days a week hotel. Also the toilet handle was a push handle to flush well when you pushed it it would pop out. Just overall a terrible experience and no apologies when matters were addressed!

Nobile Hotel Parkway was clean with very friendly service staff and felt very safe for my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants and within easy and short travel to major attractions. Free transport to and from theme parks is available, too! Best of all, the price was about half of everything else in the area. This is not the luxury hotels or resorts of the area, but I'll definitely come back!

The room had a lot of rusty fixtures and the water pressure in the shower was terrible but the room was cheap and it was clean. The check in was easy and parking was right out front. We only stayed one night but if you're eating the breakfast, it was well worth it. There weren't any vegan options besides white bread and fruit but they had a few pastries, a waffle station, "eggs", and some mystery meats. There was also cereal, dairy milk and yogurt available. I didn't have any run ins with the staff but check-in and checkout was convenient

No A/C in the hallway. Found 2 roaches in room. No hot water in shower.

It was a quiet stay but they charged a resort fee that if you aren’t actively looking for or know about will catch you off guard and we did find a nasty bug in the bathroom

Location was perfect near, food trucks, parks, and shopping centers. The rooms where well cleaned, and the breakfast was very good, specially the chicken croquettes.

Friendly staff

The receptionist is very friendly and sweet. Our room is clean. Never tried the coffee yet. Bathroom is wider and so organized. Lovely place nice area.

Hidden fee. Resort fee that is not listed anywhere. My resort fee was more than the room.

My issue is with Expedia; they have posted false photos and information on their site. I was sold with the pictures they had posted on the Expedia website of a deluxe room with 2 queen beds and a balcony, only to find out there was no such thing as a balcony anywhere. I made the staff at the hotel aware of the false adevertisment on Expedia, and they where going to inform their management team. I fault Expedia for this; it was my 1st time booking with them, and I am very disappointed with their advertisement.

I got a great deal on the room and I liked the easy and location to Disney.

My room key didn’t work when I checked in so I had to bring my stuff all the way back down from the fourth floor and back up to get my key fixed. Then, according to the staff, the roof collapsed from the rain and the hotel was flooding so at 8pm my first of seven nights, I had to pack up and move to another room. I had to go down and get a new key and they asked me to bring my old keys once I moved rooms. Like, really?? Crazy to let the roof get that bad. I really hope nobody was staying directly in those rooms because wow, that’s a lot of water coming into the hallway from under the door of a room. Front desk staff was ok. I killed at least six baby cockroaches in the room. If there’s a babies, that means there’s more bugs and I couldn’t move rooms AGAIN. Not worth the money you save.

Still a convenient location to restaurants and Disney. Lobby area look nice, pool area look nice. However, the third floor elevator, you could not choose down, the carpet was very haggard, looking and had an odor and the same was noticed in my room the carpets were stained and had a slight odor however, the room was clean. The refrigerator in the room also had an odor.

Not a bad hotel for the price could be a little cleaner, but you get what you pay for overall I give it a three star

The hotel had friendly and helpful receptionist. The carpets on the 4th floor hallway was very durty and full of stains. The room looked clean, with clean sheets, and towels, but there were little ants crawling at the entrance wall and in the bathroom. Very decent and good breakfast. Over all was okay for the money.

Bathroom is far from clean. Front desk guy was friendly but i had to leave at 5am and they didnt offer any to go breakfast, which i dont have to have but at least try. Price was greatbut with fee $30 with tax i wish i went somewhere else.

The rooms were dirty, caked on dirt on the doors and windows. The lampshades were stained. The hotel needs an overhaul and definitely has seen better days. The staff was nice and seemed friendly enough and they offer breakfast, which was OK, nothing special but still a value for the price point. If you're looking for fast and cheap and a good location, this is an option for sure, just don't expect Marriott or Hilton standards.

The front desk associate was perfect.

The resort fee is just unjustifiable. They act like the fact that they have a pool and terrible breakfast is some kind of luxury. Every hotel I've been to at the price point has all that they had plus extras without a resort fee. The TV was good awful with only 14 channels so I hope you bring board games because that's about all this property offers. The only reason it's getting 3 stars is because it's clean and felt fairly safe. Otherwise it wouldn't even get that

Great hotel if you want to stay close by Disney

Always been my go to off property hotel for Disney.

We arrived close to 9pm. Check in was quick and easy. The location is great. The overall look was good and then we got to our room. The beds werent very soft and you could here the springs everytime you moved. I had to put a towel down in the shower because it didnt look like it was cleaned. There was black on the bottom and hair in it. Everything was very old and really needed updated. Breakfast was ok.

Everything was perfect, except the carpets, since we are allergic to humanity and dust. We can rapidly feel the smell of the carpet. We ask for a new room with no carpet and they update our room without no problem. So because of the change we could had a wonderful rest.

My ac broke in the middle of the nite and front desk lady lavella was too busy talking on her cell phone to answer the phone when I called the front desk then when I asked her name she treated to call the cops on my husband

Breakfast was good, property nice and staff was nice as well.

The people at the front desk were a little rude and took forever to check us in. The back door didn’t work with our key card. There was also no AC in the hallways it felt like. Other than those issues we enjoyed our stay. Great deal for the price we paid. Great area wasn’t far from anything

Room had no hit water

It needs some work. The tub needs a slip proof tub to prevent slipping. The drawers need to be checked for working order. The hot/cold needs to be fixed. Breakfast needs to be upgraded. The “hot food” needs to be hot. The bread chooses ( maybe bagels, English muffins?) need to be upgraded. Minor things but need to be addressed. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable! The room was very quiet,and comfortable!

Great Hotel!

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, and everything had a layer of filth on it. This prompted me to check beds. I pulled up sheets to find the mattress in a fully incased “bedbug mattress protector” (I used to sell mattress in Ohio, I know a bed bug protector when I see one lol) so that was a huge red flag. While I didn’t find bed bugs, every layer of bedding had some sort of stain or hair on it.. After seeing all of this, I wanted to get a refund and began getting our stuff together… and that’s when I saw the cockroaches. I stood still and could see 3 baby cockroaches within my line of sight. THAT WAS JUST ON ONE WALL. Shortest hotel stay ever. **Less important - the halls were also disgusting, and there was no AC in them. They periodically had little portable ones placed throughout, but it did nothing. The halls were musty and hot. Again, not a deal breaker like everything else, but worth mentioning.
