El hotel está en una buena área Serca de los parques y de muchos restaurantes de todo tipo Serca de supermercados realmente la ubicación es muy buena la limpieza del hotel es muy buena las habitaciones son limpias y acondicionadas para la visión de los niños realmente los hacen sentir en un mundo de niños tienen un parque de recreación grande para niños la pisicina es muy linda el desayuno que ofrece el hotel es muy bueno y completo y por largo tiempo el personal es muy amable servicial y carismático, me sorprendió mucho el precio del hotel con todo lo que ofrece y el aspecto del hotel realmente lo recomiendo me sentí cómoda y mis niños a la hora del desayuno salió un minion bailando y compartiendo con los niños realmente son muy lindos con los niños si quieres ahorrar dinero como yo pero hospedarte en un buen hotel lo recomiendo 100% no le envía nada a otros hoteles aunque la habitaciones no son gigantes pero son buenas y tienen todo lo que uno necesita

We had an absolutely amazing stay! My only real complaint was the fact that they have no smoking and no vaping “we live our children” signs yet people were definitely smoking. And MaryJ. There were investors or the owners or somebody looking at the property while it was going on with who I am assuming was a manager, but nothing was done. Other than that ONE thing, the room was great. The playground was great. The pool was great. It really is a unique fun find for people ballin on a budget like myself! My son had the time of his life for his 6th birthday!

I think that there are a lot of activities for children onsite. The tube was dirty and the walls were slippery. It was disgusted that it wasn’t cleaned properly.

This hotel is very special. A wonderful place for kids - and adults too. I was impressed with the amenities (games, playground equipment, bouncy house, very clean pool), super nice staff, character breakfast. The hotel looks like it was converted from maybe a quality inn or best western; honestly some parts of the structures look a bit worn - but the room itself was clean and comfortable.

I booked it for the kids playground and my son loved it. I didn’t like the side table. With a2 year old I was constantly worried he would break it or get hurt. Also wish there had been a small table in the room since it was too hot to sit outside

A gem! So much fun for kids and comfortable for parents too! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Kids made wonderful friends and played soccer after a day of themeparking. A wonderful value for sure.

The hotel was a gem hidden on Vine St. It was great from check-in to check-out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We found everything very clean and well maintained. It is also catered to children which my boys loved.

The room is a bit smaller, the AC works okay could definitely be colder. They offer extra kid amenities which is nice but somethings just don't work like the Xbox or the basketball electronic game on the 2nd floor. The staff in front was okay they made me wait about 10 minutes to check me in because they were working on something else. There were 2 of them so I thought at least one could have helped while the other was working on something. Definitely need more towels available at the pool. Overall for the price it did its job you can tell they are still improving the property also I would not stay here if I didn't have kids.

This is an absolute must book if you are traveling with littles (2-10) amazing playground, secure pool, tons of things to climb on, swing on and play with. Artificial turf throughout, so nice and clean. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, the room was big, updated and clean. We will definitely be back!

It exceeded or expectation by far. The staff were very friendly and it was spottless clean. Also for kids the play area and the pool was perfect. For the price we paid you were not able to get anything close to it in that area. Especially the breakfast was included and it was basic but good enough. The Breakfast is good but it could have a bit of variation. However we stayed there for 10 days and than it becomes a bit boring.

The location was great if you would like to go to Universal, Disney. I stayed here for 3 days and honestly it felt more like a motel than a hotel or resort. The room options on Booking didn’t really seem any different in reality. Housekeeping is only once a week on Thursdays, which was disappointing for a short stay. If you just need something cheap it can work, but if you want comfort and proper hotel service, I wouldn’t recommend it.

This place was an extremely beautiful and affordable hotel. Perfect resort for families with kids, all amenities were well catered to keep our kiddies busy in a clean and safe place. The location was perfect, restaurants, dollar store, Aldi's literally a couple feet away from the hotel. The hotel beautifully decorated, maintained and the staff hands down. I would give it more stars if I could. Peaceful and definitely going back; highly recommended.

The room was very clean and the play area outside was perfect for kids. Only issue we had was heat was coming down from the celling and the AC was barely working.

I loved the positive quotes and words around the property. And Starbucks is a plus. Location was great getting to the Disney bubble.

The internet pictures are highly misleading. We’ve been at Dazzlers before in other parts of the world. This is nothing like a Dazzler. The resort fee that they charged is a joke. Hotels with a resort fee are not cheap motels. The A/C unit is as loud as I’ve seen. It’s like trying to sleep in a plane with an open door. The breakfast was also below standards. The can’t even make decent coffee. Nothing good about this place. STAY AWAY. PAY HALF THE PRICE AT A CHEAP MOTEL and get the same. Shame on you Wyndham. Shame on you. As you can tell I did not enjoy my stay.

It’s very family friendly and the staff was great. In my opinion it’s not super well kept and could use updating. Our room wasn’t very clean. It’s a good option if you have kids. If you’re a couple or joining friends on a trip and you’re childfree, look for other options near the area.

The good side is our kid really enjoys the pool and the playground. There are other kids to play with. We will surely come back. Hope the staff will be more friendly. The way the staff interacts. Clean rooms, sinks and tubs we're not draining. They clean every three days which they do mention upon signing. Staffs were great. Angel welcomed us with a smile every time we would go for our breakfast. Mariana was amazing at the front desk.

My son loved the playground and pool area! My room floors were a bit dirty...Game room and bounce house needed cleaning bugs everywhere and sticky. Pool was a bit dirty as well! Loved the happy birthday at breakfast 😊 wish the buffet had better meat options, orange juice or tea! The ladies were great at front desk! Although I did have an issue. Sat in the lobby waiting for the Disney park shuttle in which I asked the young lady where does it pull too only for her to tell me the bus here as he was pulling off!!! She was very unapologetic however I didn't let that ruin my trip! Staff should make announcements in the lobby when the Disney park shuttle is there I sat right at the bench in front of her and she said nothing until it was to late!!

Great place to stay with a family, lots of stuff to do, staff are friendly, place is clean, and in a very safe area. I would return.

Room: The room was pretty clean. The flooring had some areas that was cracked, hollow or was detached from the base - but that didn't take away from the experience. Breakfast: We enjoyed seeing the Minion dance at breakfast! However, the buffet was basic, we would have loved more variety. We stayed for a week and it was almost the same things every morning. Kid-friendly: We loved the playground and the game areas and our kid loved it even more. This is the perfect place for children. They even had a foam party one of the days we were there and it was a blast.

The free breakfast was good. The pool was dirty. I tried to check in early and they didn’t have a room but then they let other people check in early. The staff was not helpful when my room wouldn’t open because the door was stuck. I had to talk all the way back to the office to get a different person.

The play area and pool is really nice…very kid friendly. The property itself is nice…

El cuarto tenía un olor un poco raro desde que entramos . Está ya es nuestra segunda vez en el hotel la vez pasada estaba mejor el cuarto . El desayuno bueno especialmente el señor de la puerta que te recibe súper amable siempre que vamos nos encanta que esté en el lugar todavía. El lobby súper bien la atención en si el hotel es bueno pero esta vez sentí que la limpieza de el cuarto no fue buena .

I am sceptical about renovated properties in the older part of Kissimmee because it takes a lot of money to clean these old places up But they've done a nice job and appear to be really catering to families with small children. Pet friendly policy and low fees much appreciated

Ice machine didn't work, had issues with the shower. The TV remote was not working they never went in to fix it. Called many times and they never answer their phone. Didn't switch me rooms bc they were booked. Tried to use the microwave in the main lobby and asked the front desk lady she said they had one there. Then I checked out and I was told I couldn't use it because I was no longer a guest. Literally 2 minutes later. I was so aggravated on how rude they became after I checked out.

Staff was nice and check-in was easy, the room was comfortable. One of our bedsheets had hair on them as well as the sink and the shower both had hair. I always bring a bottle of spray bleach and clean bathroom hotels myself anyway but it just makes me scared to see what cleanliness levels are when there’s visible hair. Also some trash under the bed.

They had a great breakfast selection and area for kids. There is also a Starbucks on property and free parking. Our room was clean but the bathroom was outdated and looked like there was mold growing. There was also a roach in our bathroom. We didn’t leave any food or snacks out to warrant the roach. The water in the shower and sink had a sewage smell to it when the water was running.

The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of things to choose from! The staff were undeniably kind and assuring. 24 hour service desk is great for late checking in/early checking out. Did not try the shuttle but they do have a shuttle to various theme parks around. The location is a great spot, steps away from an IHOP which is actually so delicious!! Walgreens is also within walking distance for late night snacks. Perfect, I would definitely stay here again!

The room had functioning air conditioning, but the heating did not work. Since we visited in March brake, the nights were still quite chilly, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, but housekeeping only came once every three days. One morning, I requested fresh towels at the front desk, but by the time we returned in the evening, no new towels had been delivered. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and seemed quite generous at first glance. However, the waffles were undercooked in the middle, resulting in a sticky texture and even a slightly sour corn batter taste. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Disney, but only to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. We chose the 8:55 AM shuttle to Hollywood Studios, as the Epcot shuttle was not until 11:10 AM. The shuttle works well for families like ours who are traveling with children and prefer a more relaxed schedule. However, if you plan to start early and visit multiple parks in one day, this shuttle service is not convenient. The most disappointing part was the additional resort fee of over $30 per day. In my opinion, this feels unreasonable, especially since the property has very little in common with what one would expect from a true resort.

Breakfast could be better for my taste but the character visits were fun. The property is kept clean and well taken care of.

Amazing staff. Alejandro is always so welcoming. Rooms are extremely clean. Breakfast is still not the greatest but still a nice add on. Easy parking and a very good variety of options for kids to have quality family time. Keep coming back whenever we are on the area.

This place is very family-friendly, my daughter enjoyed every bit of activities there at the fun station. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. I also love how the environment was smoke/vape free. There wasn’t much options for breakfast however breakfast was kids friendly and delicious. Oh and the lil quotes around the property was an added bit of positivity to look forward to.

My family was not really pleased with the breakfast, I have never seen a hotel not offer apple, orange juice. Kids are not drinking Strawberry Kiwi water or lemonade for breakfast. No breakfast muffins, bagels or Dannon yogurt. This would work for a fancy adult hotel. To us the hotel felt old. You had great offering in the pool and toys for the kids however.

La propiedad es excelente en el personal y la instalación pero ya es la segunda vez que lo visito y lo que veo es que el desayuno no es continental como muestra y tiene muy poca variedad lo cual hace diferente solo los wafle de Mikey pero más tiene y persona en la mesa caliente la cual te da el servicio de preguantar cuánto Quieres , eso no lo veo de profesionalismo eso eso es lo que deberían cambiar o acomodar por lo demás todo es perfecto y excelente

This was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was doing renovations, but the staff was accommodating for the small inconveniences. Every area was clean and all staff were pleasant. I look forward to staying here in the future.

The breakfast was good, they had a wide range of options for you to choose from. The only thing was that the room was kind of cramped from putting too many tables in one room. The room was pretty good except the bed was pretty firm so it was hard to get situated to go to sleep. Also, you gotta give them a one hundred dollar security deposit and you don’t get it back at the end of your stay. Other than those three things I recommend staying there for a family vacation.

Amazing place we loved.

To start,if you’re looking for a place to rest,especially after a long day at the parks,this is not the place.We stayed for two nights and were unable to sleep past 7am on either morning.On the first day,the maintenance staff made excessive noise with cleaning carts and spoke very loudly in the hallways. On the second day,again at 7am,the hotel carried out maintenance work in the parking lot using loud machinery, waking us up once more.We were told this “had to be done,” but this level of disruption is unacceptable. Maintenance should be scheduled after checkout hours or,at the very least,guests should be clearly informed in advance.On our second night,the hotel parking lot was completely closed, forcing us to park in a nearby museum lot that did not feel safe,with a homeless individual nearby.The front desk informed us there was parking available elsewhere on the property,which turned out to be untrue.Additionally, the hotel charges a “resort fee” that supposedly includes parking, breakfast,and amenities.However,this fee was not justified,there was no parking available,and we were unable to enjoy breakfast due to being woken up early by excessive noise while traveling with a baby.At checkout,I requested to file a complaint,but the front desk staff responded in an unprofessional manner,without offering any apology.When I asked to speak with a manager,I was given an email address to submit my complaint.Overall,this was a very disappointing experience,and I would not recommend

My granddaughter loved this hotel. She played for hours in the play area and went swimming. We were hesitant after reading reviews but glad we chose this hotel. Great value kids resort without the high prices of other resorts.

I would also ask for poolside rooms. If available. There are stores walking distance from resort. I would absolutely book again in the future.

I was so uncomfortable with the condition of the room that I had to go out and buy my own sheets and pillowcases just to be able to lay down. Even then, I barely slept because I couldn’t shake the feeling that nothing in that room had been properly cleaned or sanitized. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a resort. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this place failed miserably. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying here.

Highs: Popup foam bubble party This was one of the highlights of our stay. Basically there was a huge foam machine spewing out foam bubbles on day 2 of our stay. My kids had so much fun and so did the grown-ups (granted I've always wanted to go to a foam party). Pool Having access to a nice sized pool with cabanas at no extra charge. I did not know the hotel doors were on the outside. The room is pretty dated, could’ve been cleaner, but you pretty much get what you pay for. I was shocked because the photos are misleading. I canceled my room, was still charged after only being in the room 5 minutes, but I didn’t care. I just knew I didn’t want to stay there.

Small size rooms, especially bathroom, Gives more of Motel vibes than actual Hotel. Really good breakfast, just not the waffles, lol. Very kid friendly. My kids LOVED it - pool, playground, characters showing up at breakfast. Some games that required balls/rackets required you to leave your ID before they release them so in case misplaced they would charge you, which made sense but they didn’t have a set charge per item when i asked. It seemed like they would make up the cost on the go, which i thought was odd, so we didn’t play with those options, lol

Around you can find restaurants, cafeterias, and Disney gift Shops and is close to Disney atractionsace; It is great to childrens and they have a No Smoke and Vape Policy!

I would have given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that they only clean your room every 3 days. I have never stayed somewhere where you only get room service every 3 days. My room trash was piling up and I had to request for new towels even though it clearly states in the policy that you get new towels everyday and the trash gets taken out everyday. Also when I called the front desk to ask why our room didn’t get serviced and ask for new towels the man was extremely rude and nasty and hung up on me mid conversation. I went to the lobby and asked him if he had hung up on me and he said yes I did with no care in the world. I had never experienced such treatment like this before. Apart from that this hotel caters to kids they had so much to do to entertain the kids. While at breakfast they have cartoon characters come out and great the kids (like SpongeBob) my son loved it. If they updated their policy on room service I would for sure stay here again.

Good place to come with the family, near by the Disney Parks.

Looked for a last minute hotel close to Disney and cheap to spend a few days at before we headed out of state and this place didn’t disappoint. The room was stitch themed which was a surprise that both my kids and I loved. It was clean, beds were super comfy, and the pool and playground areas were great. We didn’t spend much time there, but the time we did spend was great! I will definitely stay there again!

The rooms could use a change of furniture the ones in the room were a little outdated and scratched up. Other than that everything was clean and the service was great, my son loves the playgound.

Staff are kind from lobby and breakfast but bed is uncomfortable including blankets, they’re hard and old. I did laundry and had breakfast but they didn’t even wait for us to remove ourselves and put it to dryer, instead, staff remove all of them and put them on top of the dryer even no one wanted to do laundry aside from us. Our room is beside laundry area which is very noisy even at nights, non stop laundry for the staff. Refrigerator needs to have freezer as well. This is Linda motel type

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and there was plenty of clean, spacious play areas focused on kids. We felt very comfortable during our visit, and it truly felt like we were there to relax and have fun. We had a wonderful time overall.

I was shocked that this property was affiliated with Wyndham. The first room I had had hair in the bed as if sheets were never cleaned or removed from the bed. The second room had had a smell to it, shampoo container was empty, and walls are very thin. I would never recommend this.

I never do reviews but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The walls are made of paper. Every single morning I was woken up by people on their way to breakfast. It’s so loud it felt like people were in the room with me talking loudly. Also no one cleaned the room in the 3 nights we stayed there. There was also a bug in the bathroom. Terrible experience. The only good thing was that it’s located fairly close to the parks and breakfast was good despite it being packed.

The room was relatively clean and updated. The amenities and staff are what make this place really shine! Tons of play equipment for kids of all ages, nice relaxing pool + chairs/loungers, and they even had a bubble party for the kids! The place is rather religious which is worth noting even though we didn’t mind it - just didn’t realize it at booking. (They play worship music + have Godly posters). As stated We would return + enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth a visit!

Clean room

The room was just OKAY; it needs more outlets to charge electronics and looks a bit outdated. All those huge decor pillows for what? No room-cleaning service until the third day of the stay. I do not believe it’s worth the price, place looks like it was an old-style motel refurbished. The only positive thing is the playground area for kids that looks clean and well taken care of toys. Breakfast is only from 7:30-9:30am which doesn’t give enough time for guests/ kids to wake up a bit later. Not once did I see a character, Mickey, Minnie, or any other in the area. Also, I had asked for the birthday package for my two kids, and never got it delivered yet they were quick to charge the fee. I had to ask them back for the refund. Honestly save your money go somewhere else not worse than the hype these influencers and social media say about this place, obviously they are getting paid and getting in the place for free.

All in all, this resort was a decent place to stay! Kids friendly, close to theme parks, good breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful! They only things that I wish would be better is if the rooms were more sound proof… we could hear everything outside our door and in the room beside us.

Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this room. I'm a business traveler so it seemed a little odd for me to stay at a family resort. The place was fine. It was clean and surprisingly quiet for a place with alot of kids. Breakfast was good. I wish they'd get rid of the resort fee and just include it in the price, but I was expecting it and was clear I's pay for it at the hotel. The only issue I had was there is no microwave in the room. I'd stay here again.

The room was small but modern and clean. The breakfast space was large and organized by time slot so it didn't get too busy. The food was okay but adequate for the price of the stay. The staff were friendly. They allowed us to keep our luggage there for a couple hours after we checked out. So that was very convenient and very much needed. There was an IHOP next door and a Walgreens as well as a small grocery store nearby. All within five mins walking distance. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The hotel was old and unkept. The breakfast was cheep and of very low quality. Nothing was as advertised. This should be marked at 1.5 stars, similar to a motel 6.

Outside was a bit noisy in the morning. All in all, it was an ok stay.

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was good. But our room was across from the parking lot so it was very disruptive, lots of cars coming and going, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone talking as they pass the room. We also had an adjoining room and we can hear the ppl next door, conversations and what they were watching on TV. They were laughing and we could hear it all. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Just didn't like the location.

We were charged $10 just to hold our luggage, and then asked to pay even more money for early check-in. We were exhausted from traveling, so we agreed — expecting at least a decent room. Instead, we were given the worst room in the hotel, directly next to the maintenance office. From early morning onward, there was nonstop noise — tools, banging, doors slamming — making it impossible to rest. After paying extra specifically to check in early and relax, we ended up with less sleep and more stress. It honestly felt unfair and disrespectful as a guest. If a hotel is going to charge extra for early check-in, the room provided should not be one with constant noise and disturbances. At the very least, guests should not be charged extra for a room in such poor condition. This stay left us frustrated, exhausted, and deeply disappointed. I would not have minded waiting or storing luggage if I had known we would be paying more money for a worse experience.

I really did not appreciate the fact that upon arrival, they charged me with an extra 50% (resort fee or whatever they want to call such a scam). If at least the $35 extra will be compensated by a good breakfast, It would be fine, but the breakfast was cheap and poor.

We knew booking that it wasn’t the absolute nicest hotel, however, we really enjoyed our stay here! Truly best price since we were barely at the hotel complex due to a planned Disney trip! Perfect bang for our buck to lay our heads, shower, and safe for our pet to stay while we were in the park. Staff was phenomenal and friendly. The outdoor space would’ve been wonderful if it were warmer during our trip. I would highly recommend this place if you plan to go to Disney!

The room itself was not clean, there was hair in the bathtub and roaches present. Additionally, I experienced a skin reaction during my stay; I am unsure whether it was caused by bed bugs or hives, but I do have photos documenting this. While the location is decent and the children’s play area was a positive feature, I will not be staying here again and do not recommend this property.

Is not a resort and the only good things that they have is Mickey and Minnie for breakfast, and the employees were nice and helpful. The water in the pool was cold, the bedroom needs a renovation, the bathroom had a “pink mold” around floors and doors

The lady at the front desk on Tuesday night was not friendly and pleasant, but overall experience was good. The play area was our favorite.

Magic Moments Resort & Kids Club is NOT a resort, its a motel. Breakfast was horrible, nothing as shown in the images. The only popular item was the waffle maker, they control your portions which aren't enough to feed a toddler and menu options didn't make sense. The room had a vanity with no chair, no electrical outlets available and warm water was an issue. Wifi never connected and we had a hard time sleeping since the beds were very squeaky.

Room is clean, all is good, only my refrigerator didn't work and I lost all my food, but we have fantastic breakfast. I received regular room like in ordinary hotel with no any thematic decorations, not same like on photos when I booked.

The rooms were the biggest disappointment. When we first saw the motel-style buildings, we were shocked. After checking in, the rooms looked nothing like the photos online. They were cramped, difficult to move around in, and very poorly designed. The bed was okay, but the rest of the room was extremely inconvenient. The bathroom tub was hard to operate and took time to get the shower running. Water clogged in the tub every time. There was no proper place to hang clothes — just a holder placed directly above the toilet, which is completely impractical. No bedside lamp, and the only standing lamp had a button so low that you have to sit on the couch and lean down carefully just to turn it on and off. Only one usable power outlet in the entire room. We had to unplug the fridge just to charge a laptop. Shuttle service is misleading. They advertise shuttle service to Disney and Universal, but it’s actually a shared shuttle with multiple hotels. There is only one morning departure (8:30 AM) and one return time (4:30 PM). That return time is unrealistic for anyone visiting the parks from out of state. The hotel felt misleading based on the online listing and photos, which appeared heavily enhanced and gave the impression of a resort-style, family-focused property. In reality, this is an older motel that has been partially renovated with some kid-friendly amenities added. While the hotel does advertise child-friendly features, they were not set up as expected. Most of the young-child play items were placed on the grass near the back parking lot at the edge of the property and did not appear actively in use. If we had not been staying in the back of the building, we likely would not have seen them at all. We were also surprised by a resort fee charged at check-in, which was not clearly disclosed upfront. Had this fee been included in the original booking price or communicated more clearly, we would not have chosen to stay here. Our room was located at the back of the property, where a group of adults were socializing outside with music. Their conversations and music were clearly audible inside our room. There was also a visible hole at the bottom of the door where sunlight came through, which was concerning while traveling with a young child. While the owner and staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, the property itself did not align with how it was marketed. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again or recommend it.

The breakfast was really good. It was included with the room and there were three aisles of buffet. It had hot food. It had Mickey waffles. You can make there was all kinds of fruits and cereals and hot cereal. The variety was very good. The strange thing is there wasn’t any juice. They had lemonade, but no orange or apple juice.

Good for the price offered, was safe and clean. The room lock battery was down, family had to wait 15 mins outside the room before we sorted out. Also the inside lock was not functioning properly, had to push it 3-4 time to open it. Again, property is general was okay and cost effective but definitely not a resort as they have advertised in the name.

First, when we checked in we had a disabled guest and asked for a first floor room. The lady didn’t even bother to check for availability and said nope we don’t have any. Our room had a shower that barely worked. It had been raining all day and night and we woke up to a ceiling that had a leak. The food for breakfast is terrible, not even edible. And don’t you dare ask for seconds of anything because they’ll tell you no. There isn’t enough seating either, even though you have to “reserve” your breakfast time. None of the staff seem to speak English because when you ask for help, they don’t understand you. The front desk staff are never to be found, you will wait 20+ minutes for someone to come assist you. I guess you get what you pay for in the cheap hotel. The only bright side was the playground for kids.

A lot of love has been poured into this property. From the pleasant check in experience to the lobby decor, room amenities, grounds and included breakfast everything was impressive for the price point. There’s also a pool and kids activities on premises that we did not take advantage of, Bonus is that it’s only 17 minutes to WDW.

The room was clean, which was wonderful. It was speeches for us in our purpose. I wish the bathrooms were bigger, but the price is amazing for what it is. We stayed before in January. It was good this trip, I would say the breakfast has changed, and it is not good. A lot of the food not palatable or in terms of the hot options. The expert robbery and along with the meatballs, which I don’t know why anyone went to serve meatballs for breakfast. We’re also cold and rubbery. The tater tots were hard and cold. We went to breakfast on day one and was disappointed, and then we went back for day two hoping that it would be better and it was even worse. The coffee had grounds in it most days which I ended up, not drinking it. The third day we didn’t even go to the pre-breakfast and just went and got breakfast out. Sadly, on the third day, which was not a part day we were abruptly awoken by really loud Christmas music. We were hoping to sleep in before heading back home, but obviously that did not happen. Everything else was good and it was fine. If you’re looking for an affordable clean place to stay highly recommend but definitely don’t eat breakfast if you’re a lover like me, don’t drink coffee there either. They do have a place that you can purchase copy and extra things for breakfast, but I did not want to try it disappointed

Staff was very nice and they had a ton of stuff for kids which was great. They had a nice spread for the breakfast and although the food wasn’t great Minnie Mouse made an appearance at breakfast which made my little girls morning. The only thing that bothered us was we felt catfished by the photos. We were prepared for a nice hotel based on the photos, but when we got there we quickly discovered it was more like a converted motel. The room was small, the bathroom was very small and the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything outside of our room including the Christmas music that blasted from the speaker outside our room at 9am. We weren’t overly upset by these inconveniences as the price of our stay was very reasonable however we probably wouldn’t stay there again out of personal preference.

Everything was very good with one exception. The TV pkg was very difficult to operate. I was unable to get to any programming that I wanted. Kept offering apps instead of live tv.

The accommodations were immaculate, and the staff was both friendly and helpful. My son thoroughly enjoyed the resort amenities, and we appreciated the convenient proximity to a variety of our preferred dining establishments. We can't wait to return for another visit in the near future.

Family and kids friendly. Edit: we stayed again here in 2025 Nov. They have definitely improved a lot since our last stay. They have done several upgrades to the hotel including starbucks in the newly updated lobby. Definitely a blast for kids as there's a big play area. Excellent breakfast featuring mickey mouse waffle and lots of choices including fresh fruits and healthy oat meal. I am looking forward to stay here again in our future Orlando trips.

We always stay at this resort when in the Orlando. It is kid centered and very comfy beds. They even have a free Disney shuttle service. You should definitely stay here. Starbucks in the property as well.

We liked staying at the Magic Moment, the people are nice and always greet you with a smile mostly. And the breakfast has a variety of different foods to it. The only thing is sometimes the amenities don’t work.

Check was a mess . They were not able to find my reservation and told me that they were sold out . after searcing they found a room 3o minutes later , i made this reservation almost 6 months prior to tell me that hotel.com did not send the information to them

My time here was amazing. The decor all over the resort was 10/10, the staff was 10/10 the everything was 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

Hated everything besides the distance to the theme parks. Hospitality was terrible. Rooms were dirty and only attended to very 3 days. Waited over 30 minutes a couple times for towels and toilet paper. Unacceptable. It’s like a days in with a playground. No fact breakfast like promised. Will never be back!

Pleasantly surprised!! I LOVED this place. Clean, modern, GREAT BIG SOFT towels!! Clean wood laminate floors! Just really done well! About as close to 5 star as us regular people can get. The breakfast was more than adequate and was very nicely presented. Went there as a married old couple but loved the positive affirmation for families and kids. Had a lot of play area and activities for kids and a beautiful pool and work out room. We will be back....

Lovely hotel with warm and friendly staff. This is the type of staff that should be hosting families. The amenities are perfect for kids and the setup/atmosphere makes you feel at home, especially since there are other families and kids around. The property was clean, and well maintained and our room was well decorated with comfy beds and sheets. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and beverage, and the team that served was superb. They were always smiling and just looked like they were genuinely happy to be there. No ask was too big for them. We have to give a special thank you to Jaleandro, who is apart of the breakfast team, he was such a pleasure to be around and was always one step ahead of us preempting and attending to our needs during breakfast. The hotel is positioned close to grocery stores, dollar tree, multiple restaurants and just about 20 minutes away from Disney. They offer free shuttle rides back and forth from the attractions as part of the fee as well. We would return in a heartbeat.

Awesome place for familes and our granddaughter had the best time. I would recommend this hotel 1000% to any one looking for a fun, family and postive hotel. The room set the bar above and beyond.

Terrible customer service, my niece had sepsis and is in critical condition. I informed the hotel that I would like to reschedule, not a refund, but to simply reschedule my stay to next year when my niece recovers. But the hotel refused to allow us to reschedule and then they ignored all messages from me regarding my inquiry.

The staff were the friendliest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. They interacted with the kids and made them feel special. Their breakfast was better than I’ve ever had at any hotel and a lot of restaurants.

I have 2 toddlers they loved the kid's play area.The rooms where clean and neat. The price included free parking and free breakfast which is good.The resort is 15 mins drive from the Disney theme parks and has lot of restaurants near by. The only draw back would be the restroom where little small.

The staff is very nice. There was a hole in my door at the bottom and a roach got in the room. The sheets had a bit of hair on them but most hotels do. The breakfast there is very good. They have a shuttle to the parks which was a nice option.

Although I do wish rooms were more kid friendly considering it is a hotel for families with children. The rooms look like your average hotel. This place was perfect for our Disney trip. Very easy commute to all the parks, the play areas were perfect for our 2 year old during downtime, early breakfasts before the park were excellent, and the staff were all wonderful. I would definitely recommend.

The staff is always wonderful. My kids love the playground. The mickey waffle bar is a huge plus. Last time we stayed Stitch was in the dining room for breakfast, which was an amazing surprise

They come in everyday and take your towels. Unfortunately, they don't always replace them. After a long, sweaty day at the park you want shower but that's hard to do without towels.

This was our very first family vacation. We celebrated our daughter's 6th birthday. Our daughter loves it here. Yes we will be returning again, because its very close to the parks and they have shuttle bus service. Love the vibe can't wait to come back.

I didn't like the breakfast

Suggestion: The shower head could use a little more cleaning, there was black buildup dirt on it. Maybe restock toiletries frequenty. Have at least 2 staff memmbers at Startbucks; the wait times were too long. After long flights people do not want to wait so long. Overall, it was so much fun for the kids-TRULY A KIDS CLUB!

It was a great 2 day trip for us. The room was perfect and clean. One suggestion is for someone to prepare the waffles and keep them warm instead of having guests do it themselves. The guests were burning waffles and holding up a long line which is not a very nice breakfast experience.

My only suggestion would be to put a different ground covering then the fake grass too hot to walk on...or you could put up a covering over the area...all of the climbing stations for the kids are too hot to play on during daytime.

This is a motel not hotel, it is very kid friendly lots for kids to do nice outside pool, very spanish had hard time talking to cleaning staff but desk and guest service we great. Ice machine was broken after a couple days. Pool was closed for maintenance for day and a half.

I am disabled with a 9 yr old. It was pouring rain. This is an outdoor hotel. So trying to bring my cooler upstairs and getting stuck under a downspout I hurt my hip going up the stairs. So bad I couldn’t get up the next day, even after applying muscle cream.

The pictures are a lie. The only thing that looks nice about the property is the front desk. The rest of the place looks like a motel 6. It's also not in a good area. A weed shop is right behind the place and they have you fenced in like it's a bad area. Did not feel safe. Definitely not worth the price. The room was dirty and all of the counters had dust on them. Breakfast was a madhouse. Do not stay here!!!

Let’s start with the positives: • The general play area was great—clean, fun, and well-maintained, with swings, toy houses, jungle gyms, and climbing sets. Our son had a blast. • The pool area was well set up with cabanas, plenty of towels, pool floats, and safety vests available. • There’s a cool upstairs lounge with basketball hoops, foosball, and comfy chairs. • The property was generally clean (aside from one major exception—see below). But the cons were too significant to overlook: • First off, this is a motel, not a resort. That misleading label set the tone. • Upon arrival, we were hit with a surprise $100+ “resort fee” that hadn’t been disclosed at booking. Not a great start. • For a place with “Kids Club” in the name, the design choices were baffling—glass nightstands and tables in the rooms, sharp corners everywhere, mirrored walls, and display cases of bedazzled handbags in common areas. It looked more like a fashion showroom than a family-friendly property. • The breakfast setup felt like a strange banquet hall experience: Mickey waffles were a nice touch, but the buffet layout was disorganized (no spoons near the oatmeal?), and the “donuts” were just boxed Entenmann’s. • Pushy salespeople tried to sell us park tickets during breakfast. The resort is nice, but Spanish is the language spoken. I signed my grandson up for the Mickey breakfast and the hostess spoke Spanish, we did not understand what was being said. I paid extra for this and it would have been nice if we understood what was being said.

We liked the service, the rooms were very clean. Unfortunately our AC wasn't working properly! And no elevators.

As a parent, I truly appreciate the cleanliness, convenience of the location, the staff's professionalism and the extremely comfortable bed (which is an absolute must after a long day at seaworld/disney/etc) Needless to say, my son and I had a blast and we'll definitely be back.

The property is wonderful for families with children. The swimming pool area is very relaxing, and well appropriate for families. The play areas, and the rest and relaxation areas are all padded with the fake grass with plenty of seating areas for all. The only negative I have for this property is that the buffet breakfast has fake eggs and real fake sausage. The waffle makers work however, and there is always toast, cereal, and extremely limited fruit. I would stay here again, but eat breakfast at McDonalds.

Our family enjoyed our stay here! The staff are accommodating and very sweet to all the guests. Clean room and all the amenities made us feel to stay longer if only we have enough time for our vacation. Family oriented and I love the verses/slogans fhey have in every corner about life and family. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! It was the 1st time we ate on plates, usually its on paper plates and plastic cups. I've been searching for this type of breakfast utensils types. Kids also enjoyed the mascot dance during breakfast. Will definitely book here again and share with our friends!

The property is very nice and kid friendly. The only complaint I have is towards breakfast. I would lay out the room differently to help with the large amount of people by adding tables and removing some areas from breakfast. I would offer the waffles or pancakes instead of mixed vegetables and to prevent lines building up because kids are making their own waffles. Downsize all the bread and cereals because there was so many. The food was good but the coffee needed real creamer instead of the powder stuff.

It was definitely a good experience.
