    Our stay here was mediocre at best. Location is convenient and the rooms were fairly clean besides having a musty smell. The property itself is in terrible condition. The parking lot and area right outside condo front doors has trash everywhere. The pool area had cigarette butts and food crumbs all over the place. The pool has multiple cracks and holes at the bottom that you’ll feel when swimming. The rooms have really thin walls and you’re able to hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms. This is very unfortunate if you’re traveling with a family as the neighbors to our room were engaging in adult activities all night long and we could hear all of it. The only pros to staying here was having a kitchen/dining area and being able to do laundry in our room and we didn’t get charged for parking everyday. If you have the opportunity to say somewhere else I’d recommend not staying here.

    Property was clean. Staff very friendly. AC wasn’t working properly, fixed it promptly. Parking was a bit of a challenge, would be better to have assigned parking spots. Second time staying here would stay again! 9/10.

    N/A We used the same towels for 3 days. They didn't clean the rooms. We called to tell them there weren't enough towels. There were 8 of us and only two towels, and they said there would be a charge if we wanted service.

    We really liked how big the place was in addition to having an extra living area with a pull out couch. It accommodated our family of 7 very well. The fact that there was a washer & dryer was also much appreciated. The staff there was very nice & welcoming & their maintenance staff was very helpful.

    From the beginning of reservation to the stay. It was horrible. Cockroaches in my unit as soon as I opened the door. To run down millwork and a 20" TV. Not a great place to bring the family. I would avoid this place and scroll to the next place in the app. Rent at your own risk. You have been warned

    Unfortunately there was a mix up with our stay. In an attempt to remedy to this they gave us instructions and a KEYCARD to go into a room that is already occupied. We went to the front together and they failed to inform the other occupant they had to recheck in and change rooms.

    The place,near Disney and Kiseemee Down town. The floor carpet is the dirtiest in the world. The room smelled horrible—of filth and decay. On top of that, there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

    Love the pool area didn’t like way. The rooms were set up with the extra doors leading to other rooms. Some of the locks didn’t work on both sides and that was kinda unnerving, but it was clean. Don’t like the token system for the games. Definitely getting cheated.

    Close to everything Air conditioning was that loud when it turned on sounded like a train had to get maintenance out 3 times to fix air conditioning as it stopped working, needed to have pest control done as had cockroaches and spiders inside. The pull-out bed couldn't sleep on as had a big bar in middle that dug into you while you tried to sleep.

    This was my second book with legacy and as the first time the kids really enjoyed the pools, bball court and mini golf and game room. The kitchen had some roaches. I went out and bought some roach motels from the dollar tree to minimize while we were staying there. The first time I didn’t see any but this time around I did. I didn’t bring it up because we were barely in the room I just limited the food we left out while we were gone.

    Parking was free and easy staff were very helpful especially this one woman lovely great talker super helpful I’d say the only thing is the jet tub didn’t work like it should’ve and the lights in one area stopped working the second day kind of seems like the place is falling apart but wasn’t the worst stay ever I’d go again hopefully if they fixed some things a little better I recommend as I stayed for 9 nights it was good for what I needed it for the bed bathroom and kitchen lol.

    I like the location and I like the fact that it was clean and has 4 pools I didn't like the check in process. It's thru a kiosk and you already know there's going to be issues. My room wasn't even ready and I didn't like that there was like a billion people. Very crowded.

    2 of the pools where dirty, there was a lack of towels and the lady in the front had an attitude problem. The rail came off it's hinges while we were going upstairs, needles to say we weren't pleased. The A/C was not working it didn't go lower than 76 and I'm sorry but it's too hot. We called maintenance and they just said it was a vent problem and that it will go colder once the day cools off yeah in summer of course. But you get what you pay for I guess... Which is bad considering that 2 weeks prior we were here as well and it was so different. I don't know if it was because it was a holiday weekend now versus 2 weeks ago but that shouldn't change so drastic.

    Very nice place. Spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. Parking was ok, lots of spots, but some people were hanging out at night, being loud and smoking pot. Once we were in the room, we didn't hear anything else, but it just made it sketchy at night. Everything else was great.

    Covered pool Dirty room on arrival. No cleaning supplies or room service of any kind. Mold smell on first night, caused me to have a reaction. Bugs. Took over a day and 2 calls to front desk to get a plunger. Bar and restraunt were closed every time we went to the main pool. The hot tub by us only got hot for the last 2 days of our 7 night vacay. Sauna didnt work. TVs were too small in rooms like 18" I believe. Water in shower only got warm. Lots of maintenance on grounds needed, from parking lots to dirty windows, to falling down walls.

    We were in motel across street from main place. So getting over a very busy street to maybe see it was pretty much impossible. Our room smelled musty, shade on window was bent difficult to close completely. Only coffee for one morning and they knew we would be there 2 nights. We were there to visit family so the main place we probably wouldn’t had time, but a comfortable room you truly pay for. I can only judge the oak visitors place. The main place may be beautiful but there’s no easy way to cross that crazy busy road in Florida there wasn’t even a crosswalk to their place. But as the saying go it is or should I say it was what it was 😕

    You may want to bring your own towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. You have to call the front desk for everything and then wait so you can exchange the items used for new ones.

    I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it has always been a nice experience but I was disappointed with this last stay. The condition of the rooms is old and they have not updated the rooms for wear and tear so the run down condition is evident. Upon checking in the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was surprised to see they had a check-in kiosk. Unfortunately that was the extent of the updates because the room I was assigned had old furniture, old carpet in the bedrooms and the steps to the tub in the master bathroom were gross. I requested to be assigned a new room with better conditions and the next room I was assigned was better but you can still see the age of the property. The cabinets in the kitchen and the bathroom were worn out and the carpet in the bedrooms was worn and stained. The pots and pans had worn surfaces so the food sticks to them making them very hard to wash. The are so many nice resorts in the area that if you are deciding between this property and others I would rule this one out at least until they make some updates. I hate to leave bad reviews but when you spend so much money for a hotel room you want to have a nice experience.

    2nd year we've stayed here and last year was an absolute perfect stay here but this year wasnt nothing like last! I had 4 kids with me last year and this year was just my 18 year old and myself so should have been MUCH easier to please as guests you'd think.. 🤔 Not sure we'll be back next year..

    Definitely a great suite to stay in if you have guests with you in Orlando. There’s a kitchen, sofa bed and two beds with two baths. Plenty of space for family and friends to get together. The hotel is only about 15 min away from the parks which is great.

    We loved the cleanliness (awesome!) of the room, the locations of all the restaurants, entertainment, and flea markets. We also loved that our needs were met when asked to be placed in a specific room. My husband and I have stayed there before, and it is a super pleasant place to stay. The Kiosk System (the check-in) process took a while. We tried scanning our license about 10 times and it took 20 minutes before the desk staff decided she will enter our information by hand. She seemed to have gotten a little upset when we continually asked for help and reminder her that our license was not scanning promptly. We were left at the Kiosk system about 2 times waiting for her to assist others who were checking in after us. Secondly, we were told that our parking space, which we added on our online payment would be available for us to park by our room. We had to park at the end of someone's room area in G section, because someone parked in our parking space who stayed in E section.

    The location Everything was very old and outdated. Pictures are so different than the actual place and pools etc. It looks much nicer in the photos! Very tight space for a mini suite. No good lighting and no other mirror except in the small bathroom.

    Condo definitely needed to be cleaned better.. and maintained better. Pool itself was dirty. We arrived on a day it was raining, once it let up, we checked out the resort. Kids clothes laying around the pool area, pool had cups and branches floating in it. Water itself was dirty looking, pool needed to be vaccumed and cleaned. Chalked it up to being a wet stormy day, went back the next day, broken water balloons on the ground, trash, same solo cups floating in pool and hot tub. Grounds around the Pool was dirty and littered. Never did get cleaned up, during our 9 day stay. Condos are definitely dated, and basic. But place is ok, if you are there to do the parks and not par take in the “resort” aspect.

    Nothing “We had a very disappointing experience at this resort this past weekend. The overall condition of the property was far below expectations. There were insects in the room, very limited towels available, and the laundry room doors were literally falling apart. The cups provided for drinking were stained and did not appear properly cleaned. The bathroom was in very poor condition as well and felt dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the stay was extremely uncomfortable and honestly one of the worst resort experiences we’ve had. We would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.”

    This property was nothing like the pictures shown, the sinks were dirty, there was patchy paint everywhere, the tv worked when it wanted to, and the water had an awful smell to it.

    Close proximity to everything Suit needs to be updated, old furniture, old mattress, door between other suits makes us uncomfortable since people next room were very loud , it seems like they were in room with us. Shower doesn't have any hooks for towels or anything else which is also gives uncomfortable vibe.

    I felt safe & it was private & quiet. I most definetly will stay again when needed. Check in & out was super fast super easy & deposit backsuper fast on my card after check out. The property was well kept & clean. Parking was good but i had rented a big suv so the spaces to park closer to the room was more tight to fit wo being to close to the other cars so I had to park in the center of the parking area other than that parking was average. The villa or condo was spacious & clean. I actually could live in one of the units if i were to need short term rental. The tv for master bed room was way to small but hey im not there to sit n watch tv either lol. There were cigarette burns on the end table in bedroom but table was clean my opinion is throw it out if there is damage. The furniture was a little outdated but in good cond.It had its own washer dryer set which was fabulous. Big kitchen & counter space nice size fridge all very clean! Big dinner table & comfy size family area to watch tv it was a little small for how spacious everything elae was but it was cozy to watch a movie etc. The tub was the best part it was a huge jet tub & shower. Loved it! Grounds clean for allowing pets i had my dog with me & everyone picks up after thier pets.i didnt catch breakfast in time, im sure it was great. I recommend Legacy to anyone.

    I’m disappointed in this resort. I’ve been staying here every time we’re in Orlando over 5 years and the past 2 years they have changed things dramatically. They want more money for the same rooms we’ve been getting. When we got there check in was terrible. They have no working kiosk instead of actual people to check you in. I reserved a 2 bedroom and normally that comes with the 2 rooms, jacuzzi tub, the additional side with additional doors. I was told that is now a 2 bedroom deluxe and when I booked the room it wasn’t listed as such. I got stuck with the worst room available I feel like. Sink broken, shower head coming out of the wall, room was dusty and smelled of old cigarettes and the televisions wasn’t working. Was told that I would have to pay extra to upgrade to the room we normally have. Definitely will be the last time staying. If I want all the extra fees I could stay at westgate. At least I’ll have a better room.

    The room was clean but the couldn't use the jets in the hot tub in the bathroom. We had a terrible leak coming from the kitchen light in the kitchen. Maintenance crew did come look at the leak and said we could switch rooms but it was too late at night too switch. Too many fees. I paid a fee when I checked in and a fee when I checked out.

    From the moment I got here, the whole place felt sketchy. People were smoking weed nonstop, there was yelling and loud noise well after midnight, and nobody working here seemed to care at all. The walls are so thin you can hear literally everything — conversations, TVs, doors slamming, people stomping around, all night long. Sleeping here is basically impossible. What made it even worse is that it honestly feels like people are living in the hotel full time. There were people hanging around outside their rooms constantly, random traffic in the hallways at all hours, and the overall vibe just felt chaotic and uncomfortable instead of like an actual hotel stay. The room itself wasn’t any better. The bathtub is some weird jacuzzi tub, the TV is tiny, and the sofa bed was awful and uncomfortable. Everything feels old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Nothing about this place feels relaxing or clean. I’ve stayed in plenty of budget hotels before, so I’m not expecting luxury, but this goes way beyond “you get what you pay for.” This is easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.     The room instantly smelled bad upon arrival into the room. The room in general did not feel clean and there were pieces of something all in the shower. At night, there were a few large animals that had made their way into the roof and ran across the ceiling all night and we were convinced at any minute they were going to fall through the roof. The bedrooms smelled like urine that I assume were the spots on the ceiling that came from the animals that kept us up all night. Not a good experience at all.

    I believe this property has been bought recently. I have stayed here easily half a dozen times before now and this time things were “different”. Check in was a mess. They wanted me to use a kiosk instead of being helped by the attendant at the counter. The kiosk check in was a mess and she had to end up helping me otherwise. She… wasn’t the friendliest person and seemed to resent the fact the kiosk wouldn’t work and that she needed to help me. We had some issues with our room like one of the toilets being loose and floors that left your feet/socks black. With that being said, it’s still of an exceptional value and I’ll consider it again when I have a larger party in that area.

    Do not stay here. Our room(s) were dirty, dirt and food or something in the walls & cabinets. The floors were so dirty the shower floor was black with dirt as it rinsed off my feet. The shower knob broke off. There was actually a hole in the wall that you could see outside instead of a vent for the dryer! I stayed in the 2 room suite, which was two motel rooms with a door that joined them. This was not disclosed and 3 young kids were supposed to stay in that room which was like a separate apartment and an external door. This wasn’t disclosed as be was unsafe. I spoke to staff twice and emailed booking.com. We weren’t offered help or a solution. On top of it, we had an extra $100 charge upon arrival. This wasn’t disclosed the worst vacation stay I have ever had- ever- based on the rating I thought this place would be safe & clean.

    What really stood out was his personality. Alex strikes that rare balance of being professional while also making you feel like a regular. He kept the atmosphere fun without ever missing a beat on service. Drinks came out quickly, were beautifully made, and tasted amazing every time.     My stay was okay the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, needs a little upgrading on the furniture and bathroom. I also think it should be a time at the pool. I’ve noticed a lot of guest come out in the morning and they stay all day all night in the same spot and it’s not fair to other guest that just wanna lounge and swim.

    Several cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart, but also if there was going to be a full kitchen for a big family needing three rooms, there should be more than one pan in the cabinets and one couch for everyone. The ice maker was also broken. The doors to the bathrooms were actually breaking and wouldn't lock. On the outside grounds, people were smoking weed all across at night, openly regardless of if there were families coming in from theme parks. For some reason the bed springs have a big piece of rusted metal at the bottoms and any time if we moved it would make a loud screeching noise, this paired with the extremely loud air conditioner closets, made for sleepless nights. I have tried emailing the hotel about how bad it was, but two weeks later I still never had anyone reach out to me. Definitely wouldn't stay again

    This is my worse experience, the property conditions are terrible, employees only one person was helpful at reception on check in, I got 2 bedrooms unit, and the connecting door was locked but I just decide to use the guess bathrooms door to access to my daughter room but when my girls were changing to go out for dinner the maintenance guy just opened my daughters door with his own key without knocking the door or announcing, and he came to my door and did the same and I think this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I called to complain about it and the administration did not care at all. Also the place was disgustingly dirty and building in really bad condition.

    The room was nice, a little outdated but comfortable. There were several stains in the tub and sink and issues with toilet not flushing. Could have been cleaned better prior to our check in. The staff was helpful and kind. The manager was accommodating with our concerns so I appreciated him for that. We stay in the room across the highway, which is several times was hazardous attempting to cross back to the main side. The pool was nice on the main side, but the pull on the opposite side was cold and the Jacuzzi did not work. I was told that they would comp a night from the customer service rep Online but if you have to hear back.

    Overall wasnt a bad experience, we were booked at the oaks, which we did not understand was across the road and limited amenities. The pools heater was broken at the oaks so the pool was very cold. We were able to access the amenities on the main side but inconvenient with children driving across a road soaking wet from the pool. The outside wasnt bad but definitely could use some landscaping and extra love.

    Not enough parking, my reservation was wrong therefore I took pictures of the dirty room I was given. I had trouble checking in and out, when I asked for help at the desk staff just sent me back to the kiosk instead of checking me in and out at the counter.     When I checked in and got to my room, (1) the smell was old and musty, Curtain to the porch were and the plastic or the material it was made was cracked and falling apart. (2) shower pressure was unsat. (3) made sure had the right time before setting the alarm, and lucky for me I woke up early and the clock was 20 minutes faster than the actual time and the alarm never went off.

    My first time staying here and it wasn't that bad. Yes the room could use some upgrades but overall the resort was nice. There were 4 pools, hot tubs, gym, small game room, bbq area, basketball court, vollyball and tennis courts. There wasn't a phone in the room to call front desk. The tv remote wasnt working, the a/c want working properly all the time. Those were the pros and cons. Again it wasn't a bad experience just different then what I usually had from other resorts.

    We came to this resort with our family of 5, and stayed in the oaks. We had an amazing vacation. All the amenities we needed. We used the pool every day, and even bbq on the gas grill for Easter. The resort was a little older but very clean. We had a few issues, like the keys wouldn’t work, one bathroom shower handle was broke, the master bath water pressure was like a sprinkle, and the refrigerator motor broke as well. Maintenance and security took care of all our issues right away. Very promptly. I bundled this resort on Expedia and the price was great. I honestly didn’t mind the the older resort, since they came quickly to any needs. I also like the fact we had a washer and dryer, with the entire kitchen and dinning room for our family to enjoy family dinners. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

    Our room was clean but damaged. The tub in the master had been replaced and not with the jetted tub it was supposed to have. The staff were ok other then the front desk staff who rudely refuse to let you check in with them unless your license won't scan on the machines. Can't check out with them either. To me that is not very customer friendly. Also was told I could use my CC for the deposit only and got there and I could not so the whole stay had to go on my CC which isn't what we had planned.

    Room had some damages, needs an upgrade, furniture was worn, bath needs some fixing as the bathroon caulking was peeling off.     Where do I start? I guess I start with the fact that, when I first got there, I couldn't even check-in even though it says 24/7, check-in, I tried to do the self check-in thing on their chaos. It wouldn't work, I tried figuring out where the people were, but that was kind of difficult too. They had a little sign sitting on their desk, saying to call this number to check-in, so I called this number to check-in, they sent security over there. To check me and he was great. The security officer that checked me in, he was a wonderful guy. I felt bad for him, but he was a wonderful guy. And the reason I felt bad for him was because he was running around like he had a chicken like his head was chopped off and I can guarantee not getting paid to feel like that. So, but you're northern there now the professionalism in this place, not At all, what I call, even close to half professionalism, let alone full communication sucks. It literally cost me almost $700 for a 2 night stay in this place because I had a $165 already put on a payment, then they canceled that reservation, even though I was already in the room, which doesn't make really any sense to me but anyways they canceled it. Because\n I didn't come in and sign paperwork. Well, somebody never even came up to my door nobody even came and said anything, so really, in all reality, if somebody would have I would've known how is somebody supposed to know when they receive an email that says your booking is confirmed, And you're set

    I was really not happy or impressed by this resort. Checking in was fine but the actually property and rooms and services was not to my standard. I booked a suite for 5 people and the whole driveway parking lot into our suite was full of bumps and wholes. When we opened our door it smelled like someone ate buffalo chicken the night before and the doors to the bathrooms and second room were locked which I had to call the front desk and wait 30 min for security to come unlock it, mind you I paid early check in fee which I would rather have not paid and get back. I noticed the carpet the furniture and some areas of the rooms were dusty old and smelled bad. The tv in the master bedroom was so tiny and no good channels. The second day I realized no one came for room service and I called for more toilet paper, towels and garbage clean and they just through 2 rolls or toilet proper inside the front door. Trash was never cleaned and I know we had to submit a ticket for things which I did and never happened. There was a laundry machine and dryer but no detergent? Only nice thing was the pool and good thing we spent most of our vocation days out.

    I recently stayed at Legacy Vacation Resorts Kissimmee while celebrating my mother-in-law’s 79th birthday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I specifically requested a handicap-accessible, downstairs room well in advance due to her mobility needs. When I checked in, I was told that the room number I had been assigned online was given to someone else, and instead we were placed in an upstairs unit, which was extremely inconvenient and stressful given the circumstances. It appeared that our accessibility request was not honored at all. To make matters worse, none of the self-check-in machines were working, forcing guests to wait in a long line. We stood there for at least 30 minutes, largely due to inefficiencies at the front desk and an extended complaint being handled while others waited. The check-in process was very poorly managed. Once in the room, the overall condition of the property was underwhelming. The carpets were dingy, the room had a musty odor, and it was clear the unit was dated and in need of updates. This was not the quality or comfort we expected. Accessibility requests should be taken seriously, especially when clearly communicated ahead of time. Unfortunately, between the check-in issues, the room reassignment, and the condition of the property, this stay did not meet expectations and added unnecessary stress to what was meant to be a special family trip.

    Check in was soo long waited 35 minutes to check in only to get to our room and the ac was not working. Had to go back down to the office and then get put in another room to only miss our dinner reservation we had set up already because it took almost 2 hours to do.     It was as great place for the price! Only reason for 4 stars was it was a hassle to get keys to our room. We arrived super late an no one was at the front desk. So had to call and wait almost an hour and a half before getting to room. They did give me a late check out over the deal so it gave an extra hr of sleep time.

    Our room smelled dirty like stale smoke. The only light in the room was a wall lamp that was falling off the wall. There were 2 conjoining doors in our room. The one in the bedroom was not sound or light proof. Could see light coming from the neighboring room all night long. The conjoining room door in the bathroom was just odd. The room did not have black out shades, just blinds that did not close all the way, so we were treated to a flashing street light all night long.

    Had a great time here with my family , rooms had a bunch of space for us on our week stay. Only thing is the pools although said to be heated was a bit cold. The room was very clean . Bed sheets/ blankets are I bit hard could definitely be softer but we made due. I would absolutely stay here again, staff was also always very friendly!

    We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was plenty big for all six of us. We had two rooms (one standard hotel room and one smaller apartment) that connected by doors. The place is older and it has some wear that is obvious. They keep it well clean as best as they can though. The man pool is really nice. However, if you stay in the Oaks it is across the street. The pool bonus was colder and the hot tub was broken. It is had inside and outside though. We would there again but it’s not fancy. The staff are very friendly.

    The room was dilapidated from 1973 and others, like our friends, were renovated. They couldn’t move us to another room the first night. The other 3 nights were in a single room when I paid for a Deluxe 2 BR Suite. This property looked to be current with Clark Griswald National Lampoons Vacation with Sanford & Son amenities. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this property.

    I really love staying here. We got a 2/2 suite. It was awesome. Very clean, spacious well equipped and well located. Full kitchen. 2 tv, amazing and quiet property, well maintained. We even took out dogs, they have a doggie park. Cant wait to go back. Also great price.

    The room was fine - King Suite, although it was very dated. Furniture was old. Bed was ok - springs. Shower head was inside a soaker tub - biggest issue as very cold showering since it was enclosed and the shower head didn't provide much stream. I didn't have dish soap. Coffee machine wasn't working the first day. Staff were responsive replacing. Don't expect any room service. I was there for one week. In-room washer and dryer with one laundry package provided. Pool was warm. Gym was fine. Overall it was decent value for the price. I had no expectations going in.

    The check in experience was great. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. However, after going into the bedroom I was disappointed. The suite that I booked and the one that I got were completely different. The one from the pictures had a jacuzzi and mirror glass walls. The one I got was nothing like that. When I called the front desk, the gentleman told me that jacuzzi rooms must be requested in advance (I didn't know that) and that there was nothing he could do and hang up. On another note, the entrances for most of the villas are not well Marked. Even delivery drivers had a hard time finding the place. I had to meet him halfway in 38-degree weather, because the front desk would not accept the delivery and call me to pick it up. With so many options around the area for lodging, this place doesn't go above and beyond for their guests. I will never stay here again.

    The room was basic, with bottles of pills placed outside my hotel room. It had an old smell but appeared clean. Considering the price, it was acceptable. Although I paid through Travelocity and received the bill at the hotel, I’m currently waiting for my refund. As for whether I’d stay there again, I’m not sure. It wasn’t terrible, but I didn’t feel like I was in a hygienic environment.

    The communication and friendliness of the staff was a plus. The room overall was nice, it could use some updating. Our biggest issue was the room smelled of mildew/mold really bad. We asked for an ozium or similar machine to be ran while we were out to help alleviate the smell, but it never happened as promised. Having 2 small children, a highly asthmatic 81 yr old and having asthma myself the smell made it unbearable. We literally only slept there, had we actually needed to be in the room or use it for more than to sleep we wouldn't have been able to stay with the smell. Overall the area was nice and near pretty much everything. If the mildew/mold smell was completely alleviated I would consider staying here in the future.

    Accessibility Issues We specifically booked a handicap-accessible room, but after payment we were informed that no accessible rooms were available. Instead, we were placed in a second-floor room with no assistance. My husband recently had back surgery, which meant I had to carry all of our luggage up two flights of stairs on my own. This was extremely difficult and unacceptable given what we had requested. Room Condition and Maintenance The room itself had numerous problems: The door dragged on the floor and caught every time it was opened or closed. The toilet was clogged for two days. We were told a maintenance worker would arrive within 30 minutes, but after waiting for hours and repeatedly calling the front desk with no answer, we went to bed at midnight. Maintenance did not arrive until the next morning. The shower was very difficult to operate, and my husband had to fix the shower door himself just so it would open. There were cigarette burns in the bathtub, despite this being a non-smoking room. Amenities and Cleanliness Basic amenities were either missing or unusable: The coffee provided did not match the coffee maker, and there were no refills. There was no silverware, cups, or cloths provided for basic cleaning. The televisions barely worked, with muffled sound and poor quality. The carpet was old, the beds were sagging, and everything felt worn out.

    The room was in good condition but since I booked through Orbitz, they couldn’t find my reservation. I then had to reach out to Orbitz so they could contact the resort. Then after checking in they informed me that the pool heater was broken. There’s a resort fee that they tried to charge me twice, and they put a $100 hold on your card. They say you get it back but I haven’t yet.

    I have already submitted detailed feedback. After repeated attempts, i finally located my room in a dimly lit parking lot across the highway from the check in point. 10pm at night, and there were no lights operating in the parking lot. When i got in the room, the lights didn't work. Using my cell flash light i discovered the circuit breaker in the bathroom had been tripped when the hair dryer was plugged in. Then i found a roach on my bed the next morning when i woke up. I insisted on a different room. After rechecking in, it took 3 drives back around the complex to the front desk to get a key to get in my room. Turns out, there were 5 other customers the same day who couldn't get in their rooms because the electronic card wouldn't work. Only way they could get me in was to give me a matter for the room. Getting resituated in my second room took over an hour, because reach time i went back to the front desk, I had to wait in line. There was only one person working the front desk at all times during my stay. Up to this point, everything associated with my check in and my room was a disaster. When i finally got in my second room I discovered my room was an upgrade - which was actually nice. And i was pleased to see the resort fees were waived for the 4 nights i was there, as i was promised. Finally, everything worked out, but i will never return to this property in the future. I'm will be choosing another property from now on. Very unhappy.

    1st staff i met closed door on my face everyone else was pleasant. Easy check in check out (able to do virtually) . Not much amenities or activities, everything was run down, broken or old. There was a gym and a couple hot tubs and pools. No security anyone in the neighborhood can use the facilities. The tubs shown in the images dont work (the jets are not operational just shown in images). We also thought we would have a walk out part but thats also just for show. It’s more like a motel than a resort. We had a room swap because of the tub which was nice but the room was worse and more run down and tiny even with an extra room. The drinking glass exploded in our hand when drinking from it. Toilets flooded. Paint and wood was chipped. The faucet and metals were browned. If the service wasnt quick it would be 1 star. Hours of operation wasnt convenient. Close to other resorts and eateries . No breakfast, just a few breakfast sandwich for purchase. We had to eat out of the location or buy food to cook. We wont be back there but we enjoyed the pools and gym. Room service hard to figure out. Cleaning service, maintenance or trash pick up must be requested on app individually every time. For over $100/night i think i could have went to a hotel or tried another resort. We go to florida annually sometimes biannually. This is a very cheap end type of spot. If you dont care where u stay this is it.

    Booked the room for the large tub in the suit. After getting back from the pool area went to draw a bath to only semi warm water then after a minute cold water. Tried few times before calling the desk and they sent someone who dismissed my request saying it was hot and then calling the desk again they said it’s what it is and checkout is at 10. 100% never coming back

    There were no pool towels provided, and we were not given any information on how to obtain them. Another guest told us that towels were in their room, which added to the confusion. We attempted to contact the front desk via text, as instructed, but received no response and had to call instead. We were then told to pick up towels at the front desk, which is unreasonable given the distance. Walking that far is impractical, and driving risks losing an already limited parking spot. Additionally, constant dog barking from the neighboring unit was extremely frustrating and disruptive. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, especially since we have previously enjoyed staying at this property and expected a much higher standard.

    BUT… spend the extra $40 to stay somewhere that isn't full of mold and has more stuff for kids. Our room smelled of mold and my allergies were insane the whole trip. Theres not many kid friendly bike paths or activities… the mini golf course is concrete, no playground or anything other than the sand volleyball court. Location is prime though.

    To check in it took more than 45 mins. The room wasnt what i excepted It was a 2 bedroom suite and it accommodate 8 people and there was only 5 towels. I called and they said they would bring more towel in 20 mins. 5 hrs passed and nothing, called again and in order to get 8 towel i would need to exchange the dirty ones for clean one but how when we didnt have 8 towels. And that took another 2 hrs for us to get towel.

    This was my third stay at a Legacy Resorts property. The suites are well-appointed with everything you need and are very spacious (they were apartment complexes at one time). Some areas could use updating; however, you do get a quality stay for your money. Both locations that I have stayed at in the Orlando area have great locations and are close to everything. I will definitely stay at Legacy Resorts again.

    Front desk ladie was rude and most definitely NOT helpful in fact she was trying to over charge us not knowing we will receive an instant text of amount trying to be charged and when I asked why she said it’s not her charging it’s the computer, total BS!! the rooms were dirty and had bugs everywhere. Rooms had a very bad smell. The walls are so thin it seemed like the people next door were actually in our room. And to top it off the beds were so uncomfortable. I would never ever stay at this “Resort” neither would I recommend anyone. I was booked for the whole weekend but checked out after my first night and of course no refund!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

    One of the best parts was having access to multiple pools and hot tubs — there are three pools and three hot tubs total, and we even had a pool and hot tub all to ourselves at one point, which was amazing. The front desk staff was super friendly and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Our room was also very clean and well kept. This has officially become our new favorite place to stay when we visit Florida, and we will definitely be coming back.

    The second room wasn’t any better—same moldy smell, the central AC didn’t work, and the connecting door to the adjoining room was broken. The wall AC unit was completely iced over and also didn’t function. We were told we would be moved again, but after a long wait, we were instead given a “renovated” room that was clearly done very poorly. On top of the room issues, none of the room phones worked. We tried calling the front desk from our cell phones, and that’s when we found out they turn off their phones when the lobby is busy. We arrived around 10:20 PM to check in and didn’t receive our final room until about an hour and a half later. During that time, several other guests were also at the desk complaining about similar problems. We booked through Travelocity, and they were no help at all. They told us no one at the hotel would answer their calls, so they would email the property and get back to us in 24–72 hours—which was well after our weekend trip would be over. We finally received a response after we had already checked out, stating that our request to cancel due to the conditions was declined. Would not recommend property/Travelocity

    The room was very dirty. The furniture had dust on it, the bath shower had mold on sides and floor. The kitchen had a leak, which got our travel bag wet. Water was dripping down kitchen wall and it was coming from the leaky ac unit upstairs. We tried to call front desk, was on hold for over half hour. Nobody answered to let them know. A guy next to us had no ac. They were moving him to another unit.

    El lugar es muy inseguro es un complejo de casas de la letra A la Z me dieron una habitación en la letra O y era un lugar inseguro a lado de un basurero, la habitación estaba en un lugar muy oscuro y olia a mucha marihuana, y los huspedes vecinos de habitación esteban haciendo mucho ruido y bebiendo fuera de las habitaciones, seguridad fue a tomar fotos y llameles la atención.     From the time we checked in until we checked out we had issues. Check it was inconvenient due to one of the front desk workers insisting that we use the self check in option only for it not to work and he had to check us in. Then we asked to be on the bottom floor due to my husband knee and was placed on the second floor and told their wasn’t any other options. Upon reaching the room there was trash in a bag by the door and the connecting rooms were closed off our locked. Had to wait over 45 minutes for security to arrive to finally lock the connecting rooms. Oh and we couldn’t call anyone due to the rooms not having phones and we could only text the front desk. We stayed for a few days and was only left a half roll of toilet paper. Had to wait 12 hours for toilet paper to arrive. We left at 12 and asked the front desk to drop off fresh towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to come back to only large towels in a bag by the door. No toilet paper and no hand or face towels. We frequent this resort almost 5 times a year and this was by far the worst experience.

    The lack of communication and the malfunctioning jet tub were significant issues. Additionally, the pool bar should remain open later, as the pool is open until 11 p.m. The check-in process could be improved to avoid confusion when providing room directions.     The rooms were outdated some appliances did not work or were a hazard. There was very little lighting no stools for the bar area the trash was not emptied daily from the room when asked for it to be picked up we were told to leave it outside the door the second time we did that it sat there for two days. The toilet paper and towels were not replenished we had to call to have more brought daily. Our room was not ready until almost 7:00 pm. There was just so much wrong would not stay there again

    Terrible experience. Arrived and was sent to a building with a key card for a room. Went to the room - looked like apartments with decor on the windows and NO key pads - just doors with locks. Went to the room they told us - and lights were on and people were inside with a sign on the door that said "Welcome to our home". Called them - they said it was assigned to us and "That was weird". Went over to the check in area again as they recommended and the woman asked if we were sure it was occupied -we said lights were on (it was dark out), there was a "Welcome to our Home" sign on the door and no key pad. We said we were not going to look in the windows beyond that - she then disclosed it's a TIMESHARE. I said I booked 1 night here as a hotel - not at someone's timeshare. We were put in another room where the water pressure was basically a dribble with pubic hair in both bathrooms - one of them STUCK TO THE CEILING. There was a SUPER intoxicated man stumbling outside as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    The rooms are pretty big. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath. There isnt a lot of hat water, so if 2 people are showing in both bathrooms you gotta be quick. The room needed to be updated. Our room had a very old stove and oven. The tvs in the rooms were very tiny. The staff was very friendly!

    This was just a quick night stay before we stayed on Disney property. Location was great. We stayed in the buildings across the street from the main office. They were obviously older and were not in the best condition. Street lights flickered and gave off a seedy street vibe. The room was big, we had a 2 room suite and room for all five of us. My biggest issue was that the AC did not work at all and being from the Midwest and staying in Florida, I need my AC. The bathrooms were a bit dirty as well. Glad we were only staying for a night, I do not think we would have stayed in the room we had for any longer.

    This time not so much, i checked in on my phone. But I still had to wait in line for an hour before getting my room key. They only had one person at the check in desk with a line of people out the door waiting to check in. The room had blood stain under there thermostat and someone put tape over a spider and left it. The room was ok the bed was the best part. I didn’t call the front desk because of the experience I had before we were only going to be in the room for a night.

    Maintenance is the big issue here . The hot tub by the original reception now a gym has been broken for four years. I report it each year . It just blows out cold air not air and water . The main hot tub next to check in only has two jets left working of the 12. Also the timer is broken so it stays on 24 hours ! I reported it in day one , nothing gets repaired at legacy . The rooms are the same . Our room had as toaster with live wires poking out the top , this was replaced . Things like power sockets are smashed with bits missing . The fridge was so noisy it kept us up at night, it was like a machine gun . Reported three times but not replaced . A once fine hotel complex is now falling apart .

    We experienced several situations that displeased us about the hotel. First, two individuals on a motorcycle entered from behind the room we were staying in, and we called security, but they never came, and those individuals emerged from behind the rooms at 2:00 a.m. Second, when we returned from a walk, we found the kitchen flooded with rotten water. We called at 10:00 p.m., and the maintenance man arrived at 10:45 p.m., angry and scolding us because we called almost when he was due to leave his shift.

    The room was horrible the bed was broken with a whole in the middle when you lay down.The edge of the bed when you sit down you sink in as well. I seen bugs in to the room and bathroom.     The start was the bed was horrible.the tvs were messing up.one of the burnings didnt work .the matienance guy said all this should be checked before hand.the shower leak water so the water pressure was horrible.the rooms are made with horrible insulation,could here people all night.kids banging on the inside door.the pool had no supervision with kids screaming and jumping out of the pool.also in my reservation I put on it had a dog.wasnt aware they charge me 35 a day for service dog.that isn't right.also front desk was very rude and argumentative.

    This resort was disgusting. Checking in was not easy either. After they gave me a room that would be ok with wheelchair accessibility we headed there to check it out. It was disgusting. There were dead bugs in EVERY single room and LIVE ROACHES crawling all over the counter in the kitchen. There was hair all over the floors and it smelled terrible! I went back to the check in and informed them. They gave me a room that was on the second floor which I could not use due to needing a wheelchair accessible room. I did go t on the room to see if I would somehow make it work and that room was not much better than the first one. My family and I had to leave and spend more money for a place that would be able to accommodate wheelchair for my special needs child. The pictures on line were NOTHING like the actual unit. I have been awaiting an answer for a refund and that has turned out to be quite the hassle as well. We will never be booking at this resort again.

    Rooms were ok but floor super dirty and person above had loud music on all night and pools are not clean but other facilities pretty clean .

    Staff were very friendly but kept telling me to talk to others and the problems never got fixed- app showed problem resolved within 10min and there was no resolution.

    None of the electrical outlets worked. Missing a closet door. Light in second bedroom didn’t work. Water comes out cold in main bedroom bath. I called the front desk for extra blankets at around 1130 pm. I was told they would be right over. No one ever came. Housekeeping was banging on the door when we were given extra time to leave. Lack of communication.

    We love the stay at this Resort, very friendly staff, pool and jacuzzi awesome, good room, living room, dinning room and kitchen size, only thing that we don’t loved was the room smell but it was fixed with air fresheners

    Wat we did not like: internet connection was very limited. The roof in one of the rooms was leaking when raining. There were insects ( beatles) coming in to the room through the vans.
