The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The bathroom had no ventilation and was a bit suffocating… Therefore, the price seemed a tad high for the age of the facility. I believe the price should be more around $75-$80 nightly versus $100 nightly.

It was newly remodeled and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It did not have any bad odors. The price was reasonable for the area. Don't expect a resort atmosphere, but if you need a safe, clean place to just sleep, this is a great choice! The second floor has no elevator, but the staff was very accommodating in providing me with a 1st floor room (I'm disabled).

Room was clean, quiet, good location. We usually do not have an issue with this hotel..but this time around I didn't get my deposit back despite leaving the room clean and taken care of. Not sure what happened. But will still recommend and would stay again.

The rooms are somewhat outdated, but it was clean and that's what I care about, otherwise it has everything I needed and expected. This location is only sightly more off-beat than the stays near Old Town area but at a much lower rate, and it's not terribly far from Disney or Universal.

I am a female solo traveler. I stayed alone and felt safe. The property has some recent updates but existing wear tear and old furniture. I would stay again and it's 18 minutes from Disney World. For the price it's isn't bad.

It was fine. You get what you pay for. It was relatively clean, but dusty, saw other people’s hair, and towels and furniture was stained. But for the price I paid it was fine.

Newly remodeled room. Nice modern look. Very clean inside and out. Everything was as it should be. Well worth it!! P.S. We are Floridians, therefore we have high expectations. for local businesses. This place made our local favorites list! Great job! There was nothing to not like!

Room was clean! Staff was extremely friendly!! Rooms could use a update. But it was a very nice experience overall! Showers were spacious, water was hot! Soap was offered (not the best quality so I suggest bringing your own if you plan on staying and showering. )

Comfy bed. Enough restaurants to walk to (but was advised not to walk at night) The toilet got plugged. I ask for Maintenance to fix but desk said they didn’t have a full time one. I was as offered a plunger to fix it myself. I told her I was leaving for 6+ hours. When I returned it wasn’t fixed. I was offered the plunger again. Really??!?!?

The rooms are very nice . Thr property is very clean . The staff super friendly. I did have a little issue with the tv. Couldnt connect to the internet. The gentleman did come right away to help and fix it. Other than that. Was really happy with the hotel. Will deffentley stay again.

Friendly staff. 15 minutes to Disney. Although the room was clean, the bathroom was not so clean. Dirty grout around tiles. Room looked refurbished but bathroom wasn't.

On the second night the street racers and loud vehicles where even worse. Then there were gun shots. Not sure if the shots were from the homeless camp to the side of us or what, but it was enough to scare us. We packed up at 1231 am and left. The office is only open certain hours and they have several signs stateing no refunds. So I doubt we will get our money back for the third night.

A formerly run-down side-of-the-road motel that has been remodeled and revived. It's not a five star luxury hotel, but it's clean, safe, and everything works. For one night while passing through, you can't beat the value.

Great place to stay for two nights! The owners are very kind. The hotel feels safe, is quiet and is clean. It’s not modern - but it’s a great deal. Would suggest changing out the toilet paper holders but that’s it!

Terrible experience! I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived there was absolutely no one to check me in or give me the key. I was left standing outside with no support, no working contact number, and completely abandoned. This is an outrageous lack of respect and professionalism. This place should not even be allowed to advertise as a hotel — it feels like a scam. Never again, and I strongly warn others to stay away!

we reserved two rooms, a double bed room and King bed room. but upon check in we received two double bed rooms, not a big deal but one of the rooms #208 was not even cleaned. Beds were not made, cans still had garbage, very strange because the other room was clean and very comfortable.Front desk staff was very attentive. I enjoyed my stay there. but what happen?

Friendly front desk. Clean room. Great price. We just needed a clean room the night before we started our on site Disney trip. We are Disney pass holders and come down 3 or 4 times a year. If we have another late flight we would start our trip here again.

Our stay was meh. The hosts were nice. The beds needed more pillows. The bathroom could have used more towels. Other than that, it was peaceful.

Will not stay here again. I have stayed multiple times but this last time was the final straw for me. They left a very dirty filthy rag in the room when I checked in. They did not refund my $50 deposit. They give you the skimpiest raggedy towels and wash cloths and they’re stingy about how many you get. It’s a cute motel and it’s quiet, the owners are lovely but due to the aforementioned reasons, I’d look elsewhere for the same price range with far better amenities and supplies in close proximity to this location.

We are very happy to have chosen hotel montecarlo for our stay in orlando, i was surprised to see so many great reviews regaeding hotel montecarlo and they are all very true, hotels location is close to many places including eating shopping, reception staff are extraordinary, rooms are spacious and very clean, much better than most so called chain hotels in orlando and with a fraction of the price

There were people yelling on the phone on the balcony. The sink dripped all night. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The sheets felt like sandpaper. We were in town for a convention. The hotel was conveniently located to local restaurants and shops. Great location! Overall, the experienced was pleasant. I did notice a used towel left behind and hair in one of the folded towels.

Interior of room was updated, clean and very spacious. Exterior needs updating. You could see daylight wide thru the door jam even after locked and latched. Maybe weather stripping is in order.

My husband opened refrigerator & pancakes were in it. The next morning I went to make coffee and there were two used coffee pods that were never removed.from pot. The kicker was the third day I went to use the microwave & two big pieces of supreme pizza were in it. The first night, I took my shoes off & when I looked at bottom of feet they were as black as coal. Had to go to office for washcloths. Room only had one. Also, only half a roll of toiletpaper. I asked the staff when room was cleaned last. Reply was last person didn't work there anymore.

My husband opened refrigerator & pancakes were in it. The next morning I went to make coffee and there were two used coffee pods that were never removed.from pot. The kicker was the third day I went to use the microwave & two big pieces of supreme pizza were in it. Called to let know booking for 2 nights to allow early check in for the 2nd day. Desk clerk said he’d make a note. He did not. Got a call at 0005 to ask arrival time for night- was out of country-which is why I called the 1st time. Didn’t have room I booked because”almost” put my reservation on no show list. Booked for 3 guests-asked if king was ok. Stated no-reservation was for 3 adults. Apparently able to find available room with 2 double beds. Linens available for only 2. No bedspread on bed, door didn’t seal properly, odor noted. Not worth the money-shouldn’t be on Travelocity at all. Keep driving out of that area!

This was for a one night stay after our visit to universal studios. The hotel is convenient to the highway and not difficult to find. I felt safe at the hotel, and the checkin process was quick. The person who checked us in was pleasant, and we felt welcomed. The room was fairly clean (I always worry about bugs). However, there was a horrible smell being masked by an air freshener in the window. The shower had black stuff on the wall where it had not been cleaned well, but I was exhausted after a day at the park, so I cleaned it off myself with soap. The caulking around the floor of the shower had black stuff on it, which was probably where the musty smell was coming from. You could also see light from around the door area, but I felt safe with a chain lock at the top of the door. The bed was not comfortable, and the hotel as a whole could probably use a little updating. The floor between the room and bathroom needs to be repaired, and the outlet on the bedside table had fallen inside and could not be used. The tv also didn’t work. It turned on, but there was no signal. There was a lot of noise from the hotel’s proximity to the road. It wasn’t a horrible stay, and the hotel is clean enough and safe enough for a last minute place to stay in a pinch and on a budget. It had mostly 10 star reviews, so that’s why we chose to stay there. I’d rate it more at a 6.5, a little better than average, but not the first place I’d choose to stay again.

Floor was ridiculously dirty. My girlfriend walked around barefoot on the floor for 5 minutes and feet were caked in dirt. There were fruit flies flying around the room constantly. The toilet made a whistling noise after use. There was a hole in the floor. Staff were not present around 6:15 am to check out and no one was in until 9. Decent amount of graffiti on the fence surrounding the area and looked far worse in person than the pictures. Not sure how/why it was rated so high.

This is like a hotel/motel it was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable, furniture outdated still clean. We had 2 refrigerators. Many places to visit around the hotel. I would stay here again.

The stay was good but lots of room for improvements on the inside of the room. It was comfortable but could see outside under the door. The sink faucet needs CLR to clean the spout. When we turn it on it sprayed everywhere. Shower was great. Bed was so so but had a descent night sleep.

Will stay again! Clean, solid wifi, updated furniture and bathroom. Food options within walking distance, but everything near the hotel is strip malls. You can also hear the traffic from the road. These are minor issues compared to the overall value.

There was no heat in the room. The shower was luke warm, no hot water.

A good, very clean, basic place to stay for the night. Nice desk host, no issues, fair price. Better than many national chains.

A nice place to stay it's in walking distance to a lot of outlets and restaurants.

We had no soap and shampoo for 2 straight days.

Staff was great, good locations especially for the price, rooms are showing a little age in places the bottom of the shower floor (made of plastic) was cracked didn't really bother me but I'm sure it will others, would absolutely stay here again!

It was well worth the price. The room was clean. TV worked. The water was hot. The front desk person wasn’t too helpful. He didn’t open on time. The snacks were cash only and they have no amenities. The room didn’t have soap or lotion.

My wife and I stayed here for a week to visit the theme parks and we had a nice time. We usually stay a bit closer to the parks but we decided to give this place a try and it was pretty good. The rooms are clean and the area is very quiet. Plenty of food options around the area and if you are taking a bus, they have plenty stops close by the hotel. Its no frills, straight to the point and worth the price you pay. If your looking for a quick stay and not wanting to break the bank then I highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay here again

The location and price was ok but definitely not clean. As soon as we walked in, I leaned on a table and sticky stuff got on my pants, surfaces were not really cleaned. Worst was the shower, the shower door had soap scum all over it and in the hinges on the floor, it had that slimy mold from lack of cleaning.

Whenever I travel to Kissimmee/Orlando, I usually book this hotel. Its affordable and I havent had a bad experience. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and plenty of parking. Its perfect for what I need.

This hotel is older, but it is well-maintained and clean, with great staff. It’s right on the highway, so there is some noise from the road, but the property itself is quiet.

Room was spacious and clean, very nice, had no problems and the bed was comfortable and the pillows too. The area is very central and easy to get to eating places and the highway.

Was by far the nicest budget motel i have ever stayed in. The property owner really takes pride in their property. Rare to see these days. I highly recommend this place if looking for a place on a budget. I will definitely be staying there in the future.

Nice accommodations. Bed was firm. Plenty of pillows. AC worked very well. Not a bad part of town just not very appealing.

This hotel suit my needs. clean, quiet, ample space. I’ll definitely stay here again when traveling to Orlando in the near future. The gentleman in the front desk is very friendly and polite.
