Everything was good except being located on the 3rd floor. My wife and I are seniors, and we had to settle for the 3rd floor because I was told there were no other rooms available. So that was a little challenging being 70 years of age.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean, though there were no USB ports anywhere in the space. Bring a block to charge in the wall outlet.

It was a clean resort, but we had an older room. The price was good. I wish we had a newer room with the convenience of the washer and dryer inside the unit, Overall, our stay was nice. I do wish checkout was later as well.

They place was immaculate, everything we need was provided would definitely stay again!

Our suite was very clean and was cleaned every other day which we were ok with since it reduced washing of sheets and towels to conserve water. It was nice to have a kitchen for us to be able to have our own food. The only thing Polynesian about it was the style of the office and a few "huts" but the property was well maintained. The swimming pool was clean of debris and plenty of places to sit. It was also odd the main road so not a lot of road noise or traffic going by. They had nice clean sidewalks for a nice morning run or walk beforebit got too hot. Would definitely stay there again.

The resort is small but it's very nice and clean. The pool area was clean. The rooms are very large (2 bedroom suite). The activities that were advertised were not set up. I had to ask for the slime making activity for my granddaughter. The women came out and rushed her through it as fast as she could. No other activities took place that were advertised that we saw. Other than that the resort is nice and very quiet.

The location is excellent, everything a normal person would need is within 10 - 15 minutes. Orlando Primeium Outlet is 10 minutes away. This was our second time staying there. Did I forget to mention, I think the pricing is FANTASTIC!!!

This was our 5th time staying here. Next year will be our 6th! Love this place. Only down side is there is not a smoking designated area.

Our unit was very clean and spacious. The location was very convenient to all of the area attractions. My only suggestion would be for them to replace the shower heads. other than that, this place was excellent. I would definitely use this resort again. Please note we were all adults with no kids.

The best place to stay in Kissimmee! The rooms are great, spacious and clean with all the appliances included. The hotel has 2 outdoor pools and lots of sports activities, including pickleball, tennis, and basketball. You can rent all the sports equipment for free. And finally, the place is very close to Disney and Universal.

We had a wonderful stay and truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was absolutely amazing throughout our entire visit, always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. At one point, we had an issue with our room key not working, and the team handled it quickly and efficiently, with great care and professionalism. That level of responsiveness really made a difference. The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. Having two bathrooms was a huge advantage and made our stay even more convenient, especially for a family. The location is excellent, quiet, well-situated, and just a short 5-minute drive from a Walmart, which is extremely practical. Overall, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

It was a quiet location , and only 10 minutes drive to epcot, the bathroom shower head was partially plugged, when the air-conditioning came on it sounded like a helicopter taking off at times. The first thing they did was offer a time share presentation for two hours, to get some free stuff . We went and almost 6 hours later, the presentation was over, it was the first day of our vacation and we were tired, they held on to our driver's license until we finished the presentation. The music was extremely loud in the background . It almost felt like psychological tactics. Regretfully we purchased the timeshare. The staff were nice and friendly though.

I didn’t get the room that was advertised and the assistant manager was not very helpful with the situation. The deposit amount was very high and they also have a resort fee. If you book here make sure you inquire about the room you’re getting so you make sure you’re getting what you paid for because it was very misleading.

Our stay was fantastic! It was our first time here, and we had a lovely time. We did mention a couple of things that needed attention, like the master bedroom shower drain and the guest bathroom door lock. They promised to take care of it. We will definitely be back!

Property was overall on the quiet side, there are also 2 extra private hot tubs to use beside the ones at the 2 pool locations. We are kidless and found it was a quiet enjoyable time, we had the pool to our selves more than once. Pool hours untill 11pm was also a bonus. There were lots of activities for kids, basketball, mini put and tennis court. They also held daily activities for children. 3 minute drive to Walmart and Publix grocery store along with many restaurant options. Overall 10/10 stay and cannot wait to go back.

Our space was roomy, clean and comfortable. Pillows were very firm, so if you like a soft pillow you may want to bring one. Our reservation noted that some construction would be taking place during our stay. We heard a lot of noise, clanging and drills until about 11:30 one night. We thought that was odd.

Majority of guests are seniors, so it’s very quiet. Great location with easy access to all the parks. The unit we had was very clean, spacious and updated. The beds were not comfortable for us, but that is subjective. Kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. We would stay there again.

Lovely apartment, for me the bed was too hard, but that’s personal choice. Everything else about the apartment was lovely. We were on the third floor which was very awkward for my husband as he is 83 going up and down the stairs every time we wanted to go out and they had nothing on a lower floor.

Staff is amazing as always, grounds are always well maintained, close to Aldis and Walmart, rooms are large. Needs a little more maintainance - the bathtub drain was plugged but my husband unplugged it. The only thing that really bothered me was the number of times people locked and unlocked their vehicle doors - so there was a lot of beeping going on constantly in the parking lot, even late at night and early in the morning. I wish people would be thoughtful and either disengage the sound or lower it in consideration of others.

Heated pool & hot tub a plus and near to buildings(Room 822) rooms were like an apartment. It would be ideal for families and longer stays. Full kitchens. This was our 3rd or 4th stay here. The only complaint I have is the pushy sales rep trying to get us to do a time share presentation. I did not appreciate being text multiple times about it, or having to hear her spill to get my parking pass. At check in the room was in my husband's name but he had to get my i.d. also. He was waiting for a parking pass and several employees were standing talking finally the guy at the desk got him a pass

This place was amazing, by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed and the room was huge! The staff was great and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Room was amazing, all amenities included. Loved the friendly staff that immediately provided additional tea bags when requested. But I want to highlight the room (1king and 2twin) was inconvenient for 2 families. I wish additional bedding could be provided.

We were very happy with our 2 bedroom apartment. We stayed 8 nights. The property was beautiful and the staff were super friendly. It was very safe and you could walk to shops or drive within 2 minutes to a Walmart or other stores. The apartment was very clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. There was a dishwasher and they provided dishwasher pods. There was a washing machine and dryer just outside that you could use for free that you share with other units but we never had to wait and they even provided initial powder. There were 3 tvs in our unit (which we really didn't use). It was very spacious. I would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again. It is close, within 12-15 minutes to the Disney Parks. All in all a very happy stay for us.

What stood out was the place was very elegant. The rooms were very spacious. Quite a bit of amenities. Very close to everything. I wanted to be at lotta shops nearby. It’s a great place to stay at.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. I did have to complain multiple times about our upstairs neighbors. They had kids, and I'm a mom, so I understand that kids have a lot of energy. I tried to ignore it, but they were running so hard and jumping it was shaking the chandelier over the dining table. When I called, the front desk said because it was 5 pm, there was really nothing they could do. I understood. But the family started in again at midnight. Then 2 am, yelling on the tennis courts. We were there for three nights, and every night they were loud well into 2/3 in the morning. I called down and was offered a different room, but I'm disabled and need to be on the ground floor. We just dealt with it, but the staff were at least nice and tried to resolve the issue.

We arrived late Saturday October 11th. The staff was very courteous and friendly and they put us on a 2nd floor unit. The next day I went back to the courtesy desk because I had a question. They asked how our unit was and they realized that I was handicapped so they changed us to a ground floor unit. It made our stay so much easier.

We love staying here!!! This is our 5th time, and they never disappoint! Staff is beyond amazing, and we can’t wait to see them all when we come back!

Very nice room, comfortable and spacious.

Love this resort, have stayed here many times and we are always comfortable and happy. I like that there is a security guard so I do not worry about my vehicle or my safety. The pool and hot tub are clean and nice to relax. Rooms are clean and the staff here is amazing.

Everything was great except the wi-fi. Connectivity was quirky to open, dropped frequently, and was very, very, very slow (2.4). You would get better results at a MacDonald's.

Is the second time that we stay in this place and is awesome everything is clean organize the stuff is very nice and very easy to talk to everybody. Is close to shopping to his restaurant . I love this place.

Hilton just took it over. They are updating a lot of the property. Right it looks good and I sure when it is completed it will be outstanding.

Family friendly

Close to Disney parks and major shopping, but our kitchen was infested with ants and the fridge froze many of our groceries. When we notified the front desk they sent someone over to treat for ants and told me they'd refund me 2 nights, all I was refunded was 59 dollars which is not 2 nights. Water also had a really foul sewege smell.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Large, clean room, friendly staff, nice grounds and reasonable price.

Great affordable option for our Universal trip! The kitchen helped us stay within budget because we were able to pop a pizza in the oven in the evenings. The property was quiet and relaxing in the evenings when we opted to swim/relax by the hottub. Driving to Universal was no hassle at all and worth staying at a hotel outside the immediate radius of the parks.

The photos do not do it justice. The property is nice, the staff superb. The first time we came here, we were shocked. This is now my go-to choice when we are in the Orlando area on business. Large apartments with full kitchens, dining rooms, and living rooms.

My family and I loved our room. We got a killer deal and spent 4 days/3 nights. The room was huge and super clean. Everything was new and fresh. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances, pots, pans, etc. the staff was super helpful and we will most definitely recommend and will be back. I could have done without the incessant timeshare calls but they stopped after a couple of days. Definitely a nice place

I feel like every time I stay at the Club Polynesian Isle Resort, I end up posting the same review. Nothing much has changed to this resort except it does appear that Hilton is doing some remodeling. None the less, our stay here was very pleasant as usual. This facility is well located with respect to just about any activity you would like to undertake. Although this older facility is showing its age, it is well maintained and the staff are always super friendly. We enjoyed our stay again this trip and would definitely stay here in the future.

I used to to stay there in the last years. This spring changed for an Rnb house close to this area. I got hooked as they advertised the property with 2 bedroom and a private pool. big mistake. the property was in terrible conditions. so, we decided to return to the Club Polynesian, A big improvement in comparison. besides, the unit seemed recently renovated and in excellent conditions. in our future trips, we don´t need to look for another place.

The staff at this resort is exceptional. They were friendly , courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They went over and above to ensure that me and my family including small children were comfortable. The stay far exceeded our expectations and we are likely to return after these amazing four nights and five days.

Ania is not the type of person who is good at bleeping the good mood grooving she is the biggest party pooper and is great at escalating customer service situations instead of practicing escalation techniques she would rather gas light you into thinking you have no reasons to be upset when she give you a dirty look and uses her body language to show just how upset she is along with mean faces to make it seem like she’s not being rude so she can’t sit their and say I’m sorry while being obvious that she could wish the worst for you simply just my looking her in the face you could feel just how cold she wants to be along with lying about getting yelled and cursed at over the phone and just so much more…

There was nothing I didn’t like!! Place is perfect!

The room was immaculate clean. The amenities provided are beyond expectations. The room had its own washer and dryer small kitchen with full size fridge , microwave and oven as well as dishwasher. The area dinning room and living room are great size along with a tv. Spacious lounging are. Huge king size bed. Tv in room and double bathrooms one with his and her sinks. Safe and closet area. Swimming pool and hot tub area all well kept up. All around great stay!! And they also plan activities for guests.

This staff was very accommodating. I have stayed at a few resorts in the area, but here was quiet, clean , and the bed was very comfortable. I will be using this place as my go to staycation.

Great property with amazing rooms and affordable

The location was great and my wife loved the vibe. We had plenty of food options near us and felt safe the whole time. We were in an upstairs rooms with no elevator access. However, the building are only 2 stories tall. Easy access to the main pool and great price for a weeks' stay! I wouldn't recommend over the Hilton Grand Vacation Sea World, but this is still a great hotel to stay at!

There are so many places to choose from to stay in Orlando, and we really made the right choice with Hilton Polynesian isles. The two bed suite was absolutely huge with everything you could need including a washer/dryer. Perfect for coming home to after long theme park days. The grounds were immaculate and the pools nice a quiet. Location was incredibly convenient for both theme parks and restaurants/shops. Highly recommend for a home from home in Orlando.

This was a beautiful, clean property. The only downside os that we stayed on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Spacious and well-maintained apartment (seems the property consists of timeshare apartments of which some are available for hotel bookings). We only stayed a single night but this would be great for a longer stay to explore Orlando or Florida attractions.

From the moment we checked in the staff was polite and helpful. We were there early and they had a room ready. A great stay and will be back again.

Our accommodations were perfect for our family! The cost was very affordable. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. We stayed for 10 nights and did a lot of Disney days. It was close enough to come back easily mid-day for naps. I would most definitely stay here again! Really loved our time here.

Ideal location. Close to main supermarkets. Close to old town. Central location for driving to all that central Florida has to offer.

This property was like being on a resort. It is beautifully landscaped and immaculate. We felt safe with security checking to make sure we were supposed to be there upon entry. It's in a good area that is convenient to lots of shopping and dining options.

Lots of stairs other than that perfect

Plenty of stores and restaurants 5 minutes away; very good location! My only complaints are noise related: generally the suite seemed fairly soundproof (aside from the guests staying above us), but there was quite a bit of noise outside the front bedroom, closest to the entryway (where my son was sleeping) for two of the nights of our stay-- lots of laughing and loud conversation until close to 2 AM, coming from the parking lot and a suite below us. Overall, we were happy with our stay and may stay again in the future.
