Room 129 had a lot of alive and dead cockroaches on the floor.

Worst place. Very rundown, loud and unsafe area. We left before we even stayed the night.

Was just as expected for the type of hotel.

Tons of people smoking weed out front of their rooms. Found tons of bed bugs in each of our beds. Other people hair caught in the sheets and other places of the room. Definitely wasn’t expecting a resort, but this place is sketchy and dirty. Ended up leaving with my family and found a different hotel.

Room kinda sucks. No hot water. Bathroom looks like it came out of a prison. Bed was actually really comfortable. Mixed bag here. Nice staff.

This was horrible, but it’s my fault for looking for something cheap, when we got there the location alone was weird, and looking around there’s people sitting outside smoking and kids running around with just diapers. All red flags it was me and my daughter, we woke up itching like crazy and come to found out they had bedbugs my daughter body is full with red spots and also same thing with me, she can’t stop itching all over her body I’m have bumps everywhere, from the bedbugs they should be not be in business cause that is crazy DO NOT BOOK THERE PLEASE, this should be illegal.

Good location, check in pleasant, you drive to your room and can park right in front of it which is A+, no batteries in remote, no netflix as advertised, phone inoperable, when I asked if we could have a refund for those reasons and go somewhere else, he said only option was a room change or to take it up with Expedia (which everyone knows wouldn't work). Beds clean and comfy. Air circulation unit is good. Fridge nice and cold. Bathroom kinda gross. Overall ok for price. Check out easy and pleasant

Overall it was a really good price and it was peaceful. We would stay again. If you're ever in Orlando stay clear of OYO its nothing like the ads its disgusting and ran down with roaches and the desk clerk is less than intelligent. They show you photoshop images to lure you into a place roaches don't want to be. Also no wifi and an awful part of Orlando.its worth the trip to Heritage Park you will be happy you did.

We did not have hot water the 2nd day. No telephone to call the front desk. Coffee maker with no supplies at all. No stocked tissues.

Staff was very friendly and had check in process smooth.(A gentleman security guard) Upon arrival to see the room it was very clean, spacious and clean sheets (bed was super comfortable and pillows were nice)

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was vaping in the lobby, asked what I needed we got to room no towels, no rags no hot water after letting it run for over 30 minutes thinking it would finally warm up it never did. There was a very loud man about 4 doors down whom seemed to possibly be living there, screaming and fighting all night maybe with a girlfriend. Hollering at his dog all night. We couldn’t get a refund and we only ended up staying because after coming down from ga due to a family emergency with my father in law being placed in the hospital we had been up for nearly 40 hours and just roughed it out through the night. I guess it could have been worse but it was definitely not a pleasant experience.

The rooms are spotless, comfortable. And the Employees are the kindest most helpful people. Its a great place for family to stay. I cant say enogh good things about this hotel.

The staff was very nice considering I arrived very late, the room is ok, and the hotel is ok for the price, when I go to theme parks I don't like to spend a lot of money in hotels because you only need a decent place to sleep, this Hotel is good for that

The room itself was okay but there is a lot of late night activity outside rooms. Sketchy folks sitting in random chairs outside the rooms like it’s a patio. Late night noise outside the rooms doors. Didn’t feel comfortable walking to and from car without my husband

After a long day of travel, we arrived to a filthy, humid room with unmade beds and a horrible odor. When we went to complain, we were told the receptionist was gone for the night and there was “nothing that could be done.” Only after insisting did security call someone who approved switching rooms. The second room was barely better—beds were made, but the sheets were stained, the room smelled musty, and the door handle fell off (serious safety issue). We had reserved 3 rooms but were told only 1 was available. After 30 minutes, they handed over 2 keys and said to check back tomorrow for the 3rd. They also photocopied our IDs and credit cards, which was concerning. No room service, no towels despite multiple requests. Drawers had previous guests’ belongings. Bathrooms weren’t fully cleaned. We saw roaches. Later, a person violently attacked a car outside and then tried to break into our room—we had to call the police. I made the mistake of walking around the back of the hotel and saw piles of dirty linens being dumped into a room—stacked to the ceiling. Completely unsanitary and inhumane. If we don’t receive a refund, we’ll pursue every legal option. We have photos of everything. This hotel is unsafe, unclean, and poorly managed. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Issues were the shower handle wasn't fully working so getting hot water required jiggling the handle a bit. The big issue is that they have no service, so we only had 1 towel per person in the room, no hand or face towels. Went to front desk and they told me they didn't have any more towels available. So overall, the location is great,, rooms are big and beds are comfy. Clearly in process of doing Reno's so I won't be too harsh. I come back often enough to Orlando, I'll provide an update next time I stay

The Inn needs painting and the roof needs repairs, leaking, the stairs need a do over. The condition of the Inn on the outside needs repairs. The staff was very serviceable.

This was a very bad experience. As I walked to my room, could see into other rooms even when the curtains were closed. My key didn’t work and when I went back to the “office” the security guard was putting a lockbox on the front doors. I told him I was afraid to stay and he told me I would have to talk to the “owner” in the morning. The parking lot had no lights. Vagrants were sitting outside the rooms. There was blood on my bed spread. We left, it wasn’t safe and I would not have been able to sleep.

I said I had reservations for my room and he said no. All the rooms are sold out. I explained to him I had my reservation number and had The money withdraw from my account. There was no apology given as far as the hotel overlooking the rooms and no solution on how to help get another room. He said just go across the street. The gentleman in the front stated he told someone to take it out of the system because the rooms were booked and they didn’t. Not a great experience at all. I was traveling with my son at 1:30 in the morning to learn that the hotel overbooked not what you want to be in as a parent.

90 percent of hotels are open overnight for late check ins. I booked figuring I could do what I usually do and check in whenever. Sure enough when I show up around midnight no one was there. So 3 of us had too sleep in the truck. Then when I went too message I get no response from the hotel.

I love to stay here. It’s the most affordable place while still having cleanliness and comfort. The desk persons were always nice anytime we stopped by. We did have issues with our door key reader two nights in a row. It took half and hour but the night security always fixed it. However, the housekeepers seriously need an attitude adjustment. We overslept from having too much fun the night before and the housekeeper lead was very nasty and sharply spoken when she told us, “you need to get out of the room or you will have to pay for another night!” I get it, there’s a check out time, we overslept and they have a job to do. But the message could’ve been delivered a different way, especially since we had to wait outside 2 nights in a row while waiting to get our doors open.

Cons: *There was no table in the room to be able to sit down to eat. We had to bring our dinner to the common area to be able to sit to eat comfortably. *Our reservation was for 3 but there were only 2 sets of towels. The rooms were not very sound "proof" as we EASILY heard a soda can opening, someone's TV, people talking (and more). There also happen to be fireworks across the street and they sounded like they were in the next room. This goes for the restaurant/club that's in the same parking lot or property. But the beds were fine, although it said 2 queen and it was 2 full sized. The TV is REALLY undersized, the design for the bathroom area is lacking. But there was a half-sized refrigerator (no microwave) and great a/c. It is pretty convenient to a lot of locations and the curtains were surprisingly good without being the typical heavy duty you're used to. If you mainly need a bed to stay in this really did the trick and it was far cheaper than MANY other options.

Unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations and felt more aligned with a cheap motel rather than the quality I anticipated from your establishment. The room was comfy and spacious. The staff were super nice and friendly. We could have used more towels and the room could have been a tad cleaner. All in all a good trip.

She was very nice and helpful and made our stay much better. She helped us with all our concerns and complaints, Thank you Virginia! The room was minimal and only had the necessities, two pillows on each bed and 1 towel. Although the pool was amazing, great temperature and 8ft deep. Virginia and the pool definitely made our stay!

The property was clean. It was a great for my trip needs. The staff that I interacted with was great very helpful, i returned to the room at about 2 am and my key did not work the employee was very quick to tespond to my call and did his best to assist.

The front desk refused to give my driver a receipt for his stay. Upon arrival he ask for a receipt and the guy told him to come talk to the morning shift. He then spoke with a lady the following morning and she said she couldn't help him. All drivers are required to have receipts. COMPANY POLICY! My driver explained this multiple times and the front desk still refused a receipt. WHY? HOW HARD IS IT TO GET A RECEIPT!? It wasn't the cleanest and they for sure wasn't very nice.

No house keeping, do it yourself .

Although the staff were very friendly, there was not much to desire about this place. It was dingy feeling, floor covered in sand, no hot water, old outdated dingy bathrooms, lots of activity outside with women hanging around the windows of men’s trucks. It was nice to be across the street from the arena but I would not stay here again, especially with my kids.

It was so quiet and peaceful will most definitely go back!!!

The security ppl were very rude to a guest next to us automatically assumed she was homeless and made her leave her friend's place when the rules are no company after 10pm and it was deff still daylight out and just because she was on a bicycle they assumed she was homeless and she wasn't that was one of the most hurtful things I watched someone do to someone smh and there was mad roaches in our room like Alot Alot of them

Enjoyed our stay, good location for us. The pool was fabulous, huge and clean and we had it to ourselves! Owners renovating wing by wing but no noise or issues at all, our wing was complete but look forward to completion as there was no onsite breakfast. Plenty of options minutes away by car though. Excellent budget-wise hotel.

The beds were very comfortable and I fell asleep quickly. Was surprised to find a refrigerator in the room but no cups or shampoo in the room.

Great room but no ice machines

There was no hot water at 6 pm or at 5 am. We let it run for over 5 minutes. No hair dryer and no microwave. Hand towels and wash rags were yuk. Bath towels were fine but we couldnt shower because the water wasnt even lukewarm. Fridge was bigger than average and nice. Only 1 light in main area and that was a lamp by bedside. Only a small light by sink.

I appreciated the efficient and accommodating service from the front desk. The location was great for accessing the Silver Spurs Arena.

March 2024 Horrible. It had two beds. And warm water. The spray they useD only adds another layer of smells, so we played "WHATS THAT SMELL". Very sketchy. The best was the woman who was sitting half in half out of her pickup truck smoking her meth. Spend 20 more dollars and save yourself from what I am assuming are bed bug bites. This is not a hotel. It is a flop house. That charges. Tip: Don't stay here. Bring your own towels.

The inside front desk was super clean and staff super friendly. It looks like the place was a foreclosure and they are slowly fixing it up. My room was brand new and smell good. You will see some rooms as you passing them looking like its being remodeled.If that doesnt bother you then its all good. Also there are people that live there as well. I will definitely be back. Also there is a Dominican restaurant that is connected and food was delicious.

Check in was good. Room wasn't great. We had 4 people staying. Only gave 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for two people. Spent the night, went out for the whole day the following day. Came back that night and there had been no maid service, no clean sheets or beds made, no new towels or wash cloths, dirty ones still in the room. There was no ice bucket in the room to be able to get any ice. The room had a strong smell even though it was non smoking. No new trash bag for trash can. Was only one tiny trash can to cover the room and bathroom for 4 guest. Television only had a handful of channels, no channels for kids staying. It was dark going down to the rooms. Had poor outside lighting for night time. When we went to check out after a couple of mornings there was no one at front desk and doors were locked. We had to call hotel number to reach someone but no one answered the phones. We had to wait out in the vehicle for an hour before someone arrived at the hotel to open the office. All in all it was kind of run down not what they show in their pictures. I would not recommend any one to this place.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff was friendly and nice. Only thing I seen that I had an issue with is the room I was in wasn’t super clean.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE FILTHY

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Loud noise until 2am. Nothing in the room other than beds, a dress and a large fridge. NO Kleenex, dingy towels. Bathroom floor was so dirty I was afraid to step on it.

No hot water, not even warm. Alot of noise out side very rude people. Beds very uncomfortable. I got no sleep.

I couldn’t check in until after 6pm called ahead guy was very rude about, when I checked in around 9pm it was with security rude very poor attitude place had roaches dead and alive, towel were gross and with yellow spots. I just happened to walk by the room next to me and witnessed the cleaning lady remaking the bed instead of changing to clean linens

Door knob fell off We got locked in the room Then the dead bolt fell off The maintence had to use body force to to open the door no hot water The hotel didnt want to refund us or accommodate at all what happened

We had no hot water. For the first night and the only night we stayed. There were helicopters flying very low. Sounded like they were trying to get someone. I could have delt with all that but. I COULD NOT DEAL WITH ALL THE BUGS IN OUR ROOM. Cockroaches and I’ll say 4 other types of bugs. The night stand between the beds. Had so many crawlers all over it. I just couldn’t go back to stay in that place. We ended up finding a different room each night. Spending to much money. I was not happy at all the lady I talked to on the night of the 17th was very rude. When I was trying to let her know what room I was in. Because I told her I was not coming back to that place. She was very unprofessional. I cry just thinking of having to ever sleep there again.

Just hot shower doesnt work well need to leave water for long time to warm up with alot of water waste please fix up water heater as you are renovating the property good stay overall

I usually don't get good service I'm always getting stuck up or on patient People not here it was wonderful the room was clean the bed was so comfortable the staff was so nice the manager respectful friendly kind so yes I would recommend friends and family and I will be coming back anytime I'm in this area

The only bad complaint I have is that I didn't have a microwave to heat my food but other than that it was good!

we checked in as normal. There were several security cameras and the actual security guard registered us. She was very nice. BUT as we went to our room, there was an unknown man sitting in a chair. IN OUR ROOM. Felt very unsafe knowing a man can enter our room at any time. Went back to front desk, they said no one should have been in there. He claimed to be fixing our heat but never identified himself as an employee. She offered us another room, two doors down But we declined and left the motel..
