Overall good place to stay.

We had an amazing time and the property was even more than we expected. We had a king sized suite and it was huge. The amenities in the room were exactly what we needed and we loved that there was a laundry room with free washers and dryers that was a welcomed convenience to wash all of our clothes before heading back home. The resort fee is a little pricey but at the end worth it for the property offered.

Great hotel with amazing amenities. The pool area was great, you can buy drinks and was well maintained. We ordered room service every night and the food was delicious. I believe the food came from Margaritaville next door. The breakfast was great. Rooms are spacious and well maintained, we did have an issue with some dusty fans but they came the next day and cleaned them. 10 out of 10 do recommend.

We stayed in a suite and it was fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was perhaps the best ever experienced. The young man tending bar and taking dinner orders was exceptionally helpful and attentive. I would stay here again no doubt, and highly recommend this property with utmost enthusiasm. Well done all around.

The room had problems the minute we walked in. Toilet was clogged. Tap in the sink was broken. In the breakfast buffet it gets too crowded you cant even find a table. Poorly managed buffet. Run out of plates and silverware.i even heard staff usung swear words i mean what thpe of hospitality business doea that. You call reception or speak with them first thing come sout of their mouth well there therw is nothing i can do or its not my fault of i just work here. Not a good experience overall

Had some annoyances staying here, after a long day at the parks we come back to our room made up , but with no towels in the room they did not replenish. I tried calling the front seat and none of the phones in the building worked. I called from my personal phone to request more towels I was on hold for 10 min and then they hung up on me. I had to personally go to the front desk “another building” and request more towels, they then told me that the manager told them “not” to answer the phones because of customers in the lobby.. the lobby was empty… kind of ridiculous for them to ignore phone calls to the property. The hallways were hot, for breakfast they need to definitely get a program worked out because the lines were super long and there was no coordination, people are walking and skipping everyone trying to get their breakfast. There was a whole other section they could open up by where you can toast breads but it was closed. All 4 days I was there. The property is big “the room I am talking about” but probably won’t stay here again.

The 2 bedroom 2 bath was AMAZING!! the room was functional, clean, stocked, and everything we needed and more. The breakfast was sub par; way too many people for the amount of food and space; had to wait in line 30 min for an omelet/egg. Had to wait 10 min for juice as there was only one dispenser for everyone. No milk or creamer for coffee; no forks. Staff was not helpful and the area was overrun by teens getting plate after plate of food and running into the rest of us just trying to get one or two things. For 5 buildings of people there was no where near enough space for breakfast and then they closed all doors at 9 even when we were waiting in line to get things. The coffee was out and there was no options for coffee such as creamers and flavors. Night time desk clerk was not friendly but the AM clerks were friendly.

This was a surprising treat of a hotel. I have stayed at many Embassy Suites, this was by far the nicest one I have seen. The room was spectacular, service was great. Happy hour and breakfast were top notch!

Upon arrival, I was greeted and automatically that was a very good feeling. The property’s beautiful landscape had my mind at ease. The staff were really helpful to us and the breakfast was good.

Loved the location, cleanliness of room. The beds were extra firm but the feather pillows became flat quickly. The flat pillows, the long wait for the free shuttle, the very long line for the complimentary cocktail hour which only had 1 very slow bartender for about 100+ guests. The bathrooms were beautiful but we were unable to use the showers due to tub wall being too high to step over. Breakfast was standard American style with 3 identical buffets, but only 1 omelet station though. I felt like we were in a long line whenever something " free" was offered. Too much money for what we endured.

We loved the hotel! The rooms were super clean, and the kitchen had everything needed if you want to cook. We really enjoyed the H2O water park, and the shuttle service to the park was very efficient. Staff super friendly! We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

The location was great because it close to many restaurants and a shopping plaza. We really loved that the water park was included and it was a walking distance of 10 minutes but they had a shuttle that could take you. We loved having access also to the pool at Margaritaville. Overall we really loved it here they had an average continental breakfast but what made it stand out was the omelet station.

The hotel is over rated for the price. Yes the rooms were clean & staff very nice. That’s where the perks end. We had a balcony view of the air-conditioning and parking lot and they only have one chair on the balcony. Six or so buildings were spread very far apart from the breakfast area in the main hotel or the pool. The landscaping is less to be desired in parking lot area and doesn’t really give you a resort feel. Unless you’re staying in the building overlooking the pool you’re not gonna get a very good view. The breakfast was just insane it was a marathon just to find a plate or fork. The omelette line was about 30 people deep and I couldn’t even get into the beverage station since the line was so long. The breakfast area is way too small for this hotel and they expect you to wear a lime green wristband for your entire stay just to eat breakfast in the morning which was not really gonna work for Disney World photos . The food we did eat was good. The evening reception was serving crackers with salsa, which I thought was kind of weird. Not sure what the kitchen was thinking. The bartender was very nice.The pool is pretty basic nothing too exciting & there are no lifejackets for kids (must buy) and no life guard on duty. The free waterpark was not bad, but you would have to pay to park there and the walk is a little bit long in the heat. I wanted to love this hotel so bad but I think I will choose elsewhere in the future. The the front desk staff was extremely friendly.

Everything about our experience was great!

The most frustrating issue was the lack of basic housekeeping. Even after requesting room cleaning, the room was not serviced. Calls to the front desk often went unanswered, forcing guests to go to the lobby in person for basic necessities such as toilet paper. In addition, several interactions with staff felt cold and unwelcoming rather than professional or hospitable. This property appears to be struggling with consistency, communication, and basic guest-service standards. Based on this experience, it no longer reflects the level of quality it seemed to offer in the past.

we stayed 4 nights, room was only serviced 1 time after we had to ask on day 3. we had to ask 2 times for at least towels to be brought over. they showed up after 830 at night. not sure what the 44 per night resort fee covered since getting a clean room didnt happen. then an additional 17 per night car fee. not a fan of this particular embassy suites

A beautiful new hotel with fabulous apartments. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment in block 5 ,close to the pool , overlooking the lake . Everything in the apartment was spectacular, with laundry room on the floor . We had free breakfast included and 2 drink happy hour at 5pm . Patrice in the bar was second to none, after 1 evening she knew what you wanted and had it ready , exceptionally good bar tender . There was absolutely nothing to dislike

We loved our stay. The room set up was perfect. Each bedroom has its own full bath which is so nice. The full kitchen is a plus. We didn’t really cook because there are so many great restaurants close by. The location is perfect with stores and restaurants in walking distance and a quick drive to Disney parks. The pool area was absolutely perfect. This was a wonderful hotel for our family. We will definitely stay there again when we are back for cheer competitions.

We loved our stay here! The rooms were spacious, modern, very clean, and included a full kitchen. The free full breakfast was a great bonus, and the large pool was excellent. Having access to the Margaritaville pool and water park made the stay even better. They’re also dog friendly (with a pet fee) and have plenty of grassy areas for walks. Great hotel for families and pets; we would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the clean, modern, spacious room as well as the hot breakfast buffet. Additionally, the pool was fantastic and the food at Mango Moon was good!

Had the most amazing time! We expected the quality of customer service from Disney but we received the same if not better service here from Embassy suites. The room we got was VIP quality and the front desk where the most helpful I'd ever had. Mellow was amazing and very helpful. He made our trip so much better.

La propiedad me encantó muchísimo siento que está muy espectacular ese hotel y lo mejor que tiene es la posibilidad de acceder al hotel del lado y los ticket del parque de agua lo único que yo creo que deberían cambiar es el bebedero para poder tomar agua y un espacio donde los huéspedes puedan coger solos su hielo y además que le expliquen a las muchachas del omelet que estaban trabajando ayer 05-11-2026 que nesecitan darle un mejor trato al cliente porque ese es su trabajo y que es muy descortés hacerle muecas a las personas por detrás siendo ellas parte del equipo del trabajo de un lugar tan bueno sino les gusta deben de retirarse no tratar mal a un cliente pero fuera de ese inconveniente para mí el hotel está súper recomendado porque todos sus demás trabajadores son espectaculares y la amabilidad de la señora de la limpieza y del muchacho de la barra 1000% muchísimas gracias.

The breakfast was great, the bathroom is gorgeous, everything was wonderful. No complaints. Parking is convenient and the location has so much to offer. It took 15 min to drive to magic kingdom and just a few minutes to get to animal kingdom. The only constructive comment I could give the manager is that there is black mold growing in the washing machines. It’s a shame, because they are nice new Electrolux ones, but when people keep closing them after they do laundry, it will always grow mold. Maybe do a deep clean and then post a sign to leave washer door open after use.

Everything was fine except they always want to charge us parking fees. I thought what we pay on Hotels.com is our fee we pay...period? All of our previous stays, the hotels have refunded those parking fees but I'm not sure this is going to happen with this stay.

I think they could add a few other little things to the breakfast for more variety, but everything that was available was very good and delicious. The rooms were super spacious, very well-appointed with everything one needs, and clean.

Stayed in a two-bedroom villa, Building 1, for 4 nights. Room 1208. My villa was recently renovated, clean, and spacious, with a balcony. Kitchen had updated appliances that were in very good condition. Kitchen was stocked basic items like plates, cups, forks and knives. If you're looking to make something specific like pasta, it did not have a strainer or colander. There was housekeeping daily, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was very good and complimemtary. It was buffet style and you had to show a bracelet every morning, very good options including pastries, breads and an omelette station. Used pool area daily, open until 9pm. Clean and refreshing. Did one load of laundry which was also complimentary, washer and dryer included. Did a lot of research for hotels and I am very happy with Embassy Suites at Sunset Walk would definitely return. For the amount that I paid for the resort, it was definitely worth it!! They offer a shuttle, but we didn't need to use it. Also excited that it's dog friendly, we did not bring our dog this time but will definitely keep that in mind in the future.

For a family of 4 (two little kids), we still booked the two bedroom condo for four nights. It was nice sleeping in one room together with the two beds and getting to utilize both bathroom. The shower was amazing. We were able to text housekeeping for more towels every day. They did light cleaning one day and that's all we needed. The bed was comfy and the rooms stayed cold. The balcony facing the pool was a nice touch! Check in was a breeze. The pool was really nice and the kids enjoyed the splash pad. We will be back!!!

Overall great stay

The fact that water park tickets were included was a huge plus. The hotel is within walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops as well. The only real downsides were some of the amenities. The breakfast was okay ( would consider good as far as hotel food is concerned) but the set up was horrible for the amount of people. The evening reception was not at all what we expected but if you’re someone who drinks, they do offer free drinks during that time. The “shuttle service” into Disney parks is not actually ran by the hotel itself. It’s a third party company and it runs to a ton of other hotels so it takes forever to get to the parks. It’s also a hassle to schedule and if you don’t remember to schedule the return, you will be stuck calling an uber. All in all, we would definitely stay here again but maybe just plan a little better next time.

Love the rooms and open space. It was so quiet, we almost forgot there were other families on the hallway. The beds were super comfortable, my kids loved having their own room and TV. Everything was very clean and well-stocked. Our response from guest services to request more towels was very quick (called by room-phone instead of texting the chat bot). We didn’t spend a lot of time at the pool due to weather but the time we were there was really nice and chill. We also didn’t eat at the restaurant or have the free breakfast. The suite has a full kitchen, we bought groceries at Target which is very close by and cooked each day. Preparing our own meals made the experience more like a home/apt stay for us. I didn’t love the daily parking fee and resort fees, mostly because it wasn’t communicated very clearly before booking so when we checked in, our total amount due was a good bit higher than I expected. However, I will say it was still worth it to be there compared to a cramped, stuffy hotel and I would come back again.

The pool was great—perfect size for families with plenty of chairs available. The location was also very convenient, within walking distance to Target, Publix, and several other stores and restaurants. Laundry facilities were located on Levels 2 and 4 of our building. They were free to use and never busy when we needed them, which was a huge plus. My only suggestion would be regarding the weekday breakfast hours. It runs from 6:00–9:00 AM and gets quite busy. Extending it until 9:30 AM might help ease the rush a bit. On weekends, it’s open until 10:30 AM, which felt much more relaxed and enjoyable. We will be returning for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Now to best part. Did you know that H20 water park is part of the complimentary? If not now you know! They also have a shuttle to get there, but since it was close enough for us to walk, we walked. The margaritaville resort was also accessible and you can also use their pool. Breakfast included as well as a complimentary snacks and drinks for happy hour. They didn't mention it as all inclusive but it felt like it was or atleast partially all inclusive because the amount of good stuffs we got. I also wanna mention Maritza as a special mention and our Bar tender and also the older gentleman that works by the shuttle/park inquiry booth, they are amazing. They are the most personable people. Maritza was amazing and she answered all our questions and was very helpful.

Juat that we had to wait 1.5 for check-in after 4pm which was about 5:40pm that was a lil bump as kids were super tired and the Staff at the reception kept saying he does not know the estimated time for the room availability. Amazing stay! You can walk to shopping and restaurants nearby. Room was perfect and clean. Well stocked kitchen to make our own meals. Loved the pool and the waterpark access. Breakfast was wonderful

Our room was not the typical Embassy Suites room. It was more of an efficiency with a cooktop, cookware, and a small fridge provided. In all, we were satisfied with our stay. However, anyone booking this property should understand that this is not your typical Embassy Suites. This is a condo complex with some Embassy Suites services. Breakfast was provided with the made-to-order omelets, as was the evening reception. If you are in the market for a condo or efficiency, then the breakfast and reception would be a great enhancement. However, if you enjoy the consistency of an Embassy Suites room with separate seating and bedroom housed in a single building, then it might not be for you. The reduction in stars was based on just a couple of things at breakfast. The serving area was very awkward. It was housed in the same tiny room as the omelet line. Breakfast was offered only until 9:00 and cut off abruptly...not just the omelet line but the entire serving area. Also, it appeared that items were not replenished toward the end of breakfast. Extending breakfast hours till at least 9:30 and/or keeping the warmers refilled and available to those who are already eating till they are done would make for a better experience. Using the more open buffet area in the dining room could also help. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend.

Got to hotel, they said my Expedia reservation was "canceled" and needed to book one directly (400 more). During the stay went to room mid day to nap, housekeeping slams every door they come in and out of. Not restful. Hot water has a time limit on it too so dont expect a long shower or full bath. Went to check out. Front desk lady kept interrupting me, told me there were extra "resort fees" including parking ourselves in the lot. HORRIBLE. Rude front desk. Don't go here unless you want to get scammed.

This is our 2nd year staying at Hilton Embassy Suites. We love the suite suite set up as it feels so roomy. The room was spotless when we arrived. The location is fantastic as it is near some great restaurants and if needed some stores like Target, Dollar tree, TJ Maxx just to name a few. The Sunset Walk area which is walkable was a perfect spot to watch the Super Bowl again this year with a great set up. We will be back again next year. We appreciate the kindness of the bartender as well. She was so helpful and kind. You won't regrer staying here.

This hotel charges you bogus fees and for additional guests. It’s a scam. I booked this hotel for 6 people when I did my search, they charged me for additional guests when the guests I booked the hotel for showed up. Scam.

The building was in Fairly good repair all of the staff were great I feel the resort fee status and charges for what they offer we're not reflective of what you actually get in return and some things like parking are not advertised as an extra fee up front just another added charge at the end overall the stay wasn't bad but I've had much better just down the street

It’s a nice modern hotel with a choice of suites to suit , A breakfast buffet including omelettes is available , Also the hotel currently offers a couple of complimentary drinks between 5-6,30 pm The pool area is stunning with entertainment on weekends and a kiddies splash area , The hotel is in the Margaritaville complex so it’s a nice walk into the promenade where you have choice off more bars and restaurants without having to drive .

I wish they had better shuttle options to theme parks. Took longer to drive to Disney World than I anticipated.

Beds were very uncomfortable and old. 1 roll of toilet paper given, could not find my booking at check in(this is the second time this has happened), no explanation of why $150 was charged at check in until asked, sinks in bathrooms in lobby were not functional and no signs were posted, breakfast was mediocre. The continental breakfast is a major reason we always choose to stay at Embassy Suites wherever we go. This particular hotel was very slim with options compared to many other locations. The food wasn't great.

We travel to Orlando A LOT and wish we would’ve known about this hotel before. By far, the absolute best property for our family of six. Our suite was so spacious and beautifully outfitted. Breakfast and the evening reception were awesome perks as well. So close to Disney and right in the middle of all the food and dining options you could want. We will absolutely be staying at this property again!

Top notch resort. Clean spacious modern suite included a well stocked kitchenette, large tub with separate shower. Continental breakfast includes made to order omelettes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking in front of each building. Free shuttle service to and from the magic kingdom, Epcot and animal kingdom. The only negative (very minor one) is that they seem to not want to give extra creamers for in room keurig coffee. Our next trip to Orlando we will stop at Publix to pick up a small bottle of creamer. Off season pricing is extremely affordable for such a great hotel!

This time I was also charged a parking fee of 15.00 which no where it says they charge parking. Was upsetting that is the reason i choose thia place because they had no parking fee it was included. Upon check in we were immediately greeted by staff smiling and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered as kind and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and any request or question we had was met a quick response. We will recommend embassy Suites Sunset Walk to all our family and friends.

During breakfast, my husband wasn’t feeling well, so I made a plate to bring up to our room. A staff member named Ernesto stopped me at the doorway, saying food wasn’t allowed outside the dining area. I understand there’s a small sign about that policy, but I personally saw at least twenty other guests taking plates to-go without being stopped. What made it worse was that Ernesto stood in the doorway specifically to block me from getting to the elevators until I returned to my table. Once I sat down to comply, he left to refill food items — and during that same time, several guests walked right out with their plates and were not questioned. I’m not sure why I was singled out, but it made me feel targeted and very uncomfortable. This is the first time anything like this has happened in all my years staying at Embassy Suites, which makes it even more disappointing. Even the next morning when we went down for breakfast, we saw two guest heading in the elevator with their plates. The sign was so small and not even facing the exit, very disappointing!

Room is always beautiful however there is no hot water. We have stayed twice now and had this experience both times. It’s hardly warm, there is no way to fill that wonderful tub and enjoy a hot bath. It’s very disappointing for such a new and beautiful hotel.

This property is in a good location. They offer a shuttle if you want to go to the Disney parks and there is a target, Dollar tree, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, five below and a movie theater plus plenty of food options all within walking distance. (less than 10 minutes) so if you’re budgeting and don’t wanna bring a car this is a good location to do so. I brought my vehicle on this stay and the free parking was very convenient. Every building had its own parking. There was no gate that you need to get a badge. You just pull in and park and hang up your parking tag in your window. Now for the breakfast, it wasn’t the greatest. It’s just standard hotel breakfast. What made it good was that it was free and that they had made to order omelette stations. What I didn’t like about the breakfast was that it’s in building one and if you are staying in building 2,3,4 or 5 you have to wake up in the morning get dressed, go outside and walk to building One to get to the breakfast buffet. buildings themselves are not that far apart. The furthest being building three I think and you have to go past building two to get to the front of building One. As for the room itself, it was very spacious and extremely clean. Love the design in the bathroom ,love the amenities of the kitchen and the convenient dining area. Overall, this was a great hotel. The staff was amazing room service came on time housekeeping was always done perfectly. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 5 nights while we visited Disney World and I must say I was extremely happy with my stay. The property is gorgeous and very spacious! We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and the soaking bathtub was amazing. I would give it more than 5 starts!

The location of this hotel was great for enjoying the Disney parks. Lots of shopping and food options close by. The hotel was so clean and new. Our room was more like an apartment than hotel. Would definitely stay and recommend. The only issue we had is the beds are so hard and pillows were thin. Didn’t have time for the breakfast but glad it was an option and the pool area looked nice from our room.

This was just an overnight. I found the hotel very nice and well kept, the staff was nice. Only thing I would suggest is 3 pillows is not enough for 2 ppl on a queen sized bed. Also, the thermostat right in front of the bed was not a good design, the light can keep you up easily. Having said that those are just small things and I would stay again.

Nice location, right off the highway and with close access to shopping centers. The hotel was litty! I like the resort-style design. The bathrooms were top-notch. Staff was so friendly, went above and beyond (except for 1 woman). Breakfast was delicious, could use mimosas during that time. Rooms were spacious and clean. Don’t count on transportation from the resort for anything, be prepared to uber. Pool was nice and overall would absolutely stay again. Also be prepared for a lot of kids, bc it’s near Disney.

I had to drive to the front at night to get my blanket and towels ; they never sent anyone to bring them as promised

Everything was excellent except for the maids entering the room even though we had a sign on the door. Knowing someone was in my room without me there and without my permission is very unsettling.

Property is very close to Margaritaville & Island H2O Waterpark. Walking distance. Also many restaurants and shopping close by. Room was clean and very well stocked for cooking in room if preferres. Only downside was it has a small Keurig not a coffee pot.

Very impressed with this hotel. First time for my family and I. I usually dont care for hotels but this was so nice I asked to stay an additional night. Very spacious and clean. More than enough space for my family of 5.

This was my second time in this hotels, and it was amazing .

I do wish there were laundry in the rooms, it looks like maybe in the future there will be because there are hook ups or that was from a past renovation. That would’ve made my stay even easier. Most people I would imagine that visit the Orlando area Stay for multiple days if not weeks and in room washer and dryer is a huge perk.

The suite was really nice! There was a full refrigerator, two bathrooms, and two beautiful and spacious rooms.

Pricing it’s great for its size. It’s on the Margaritaville property, which is really nice because you have access to so many other pools and amenities which makes it great. It was a new building so a lot of things were still under construction, and the staff and service was not at full operational yet

This place has the best rooms at a great price. They are new, clean and spacious. We have stayed here on Two different occasions and both times were great. My only complaints are with the breakfast. When we are there we are on vacation, so we don’t want to get up at 7am to get moving. The breakfast ends at 9, which seems early, too early. Most other hotels end at 10 or 10:30 which is more reasonable for a family, especially one with 4 teenagers that want to sleep in a little. The food was good, except for the pancakes. They were hard as a rock and unedable. My last complaint is that you are not allowed to bring any food to go. Sometimes my husband will get up early and bring me breakfast/coffee back to our room. They do not allow this here, which is disappointing. Like I said we are on vacation, we want to relax and have a leisurely morning.

My husband and I had the best time. Upon our arrival, I met two beautiful women at the front desk that made our check-in easy. They were excellent and personable. Food and shopping was within walking distance and for us that was a plus. It’s definitely by far one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. We plan on returning in the near future with family and friends. Our vacation was amazing. Our suite was clean and beautiful. The bathroom was EVERYTHING! I’m definitely recommending.

My only gripe was an automatic 20% gratuity at the pool restaurant. The staff wasn’t always attentive and at some times didn’t deserve the 20%

TIP: There is a $40 daily resort fee that will be deducted from your $300 incidental hold at check out. Suggestion for the property: The weekday breakfast hours should be extended by at least one hour. Breakfast ending at 9am is inconvenient especially in the Orlando area where people are spending exhausting hours in the theme parks. Getting myself and three children ready to catch breakfast was a lot AND a couple of days, there was barely any food left even at 8am.

Beautiful hotel. Everything in that hotel is perfect. It is immaculate and organized. Breakfast is amazing, and the pool is so quiet.I am thinking of coming back next month

Disappointed to say the least. The property looked nice, the rooms looked nice, but we never completed our stay. We attempted to check into 3 different rooms, and all 3 were unacceptable with their cleanliness. First one had dirty dishes on the counter and was never turned over by housekeeping staff, second had a hair ball behind the door the size of a mouse and body hair in the bathroom with crumbs still all over the floor from the previous stay, and the 3rd room had hair on the floor entangled with the little plastic piece from someone’s new shirt. Simply unacceptable!

Everything was lovely at the hotel! I wish the shuttle was exclusively for our hotel. If you are going to Disney, drive the 20 mins and pay the $30 parking. We took the free transportation, takes 50 mins - 1 hr after stopping at 5 hotels. After dropping us off, the driver had no idea about where we get picked up from at Animal Kingdom to return, his reply was "you made the reservation". We ended up paying $25 for an Uber back to the hotel.

Nice place we really enjoyed our stay

The service was amazing! The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The design of the room is very modern. The breakfast was good, cook to order omelets available. The pool is huge and the splash pad is great for the kids. We stayed for over a week and we're very comfortable, our 2 bedroom had lots of space. Really close to shopping (walking distance) and close to Disney. We will definitely stay again.
