This is a terrible property extremely out of date. The bathroom was in a bad state. The shower floor was broken and had it simply a rubber mat rolled out over it. The water pressure was terrible. There were little to no amenities. No iron&ironing board etc. The location isn’t good. It’s not a safe neighborhood. A lot of crime happening around my room. This should not even be offered on Expedia.

Place not suitable for family’s or kids. And place is not clean and things are not working properly. The bathroom looked broken and then put a patch to cover and looked crooked. Overall not good for family or with kids

I needed a place to lay down and sleep for a few hours before a drive back and honestly this wasn’t worth it for a solo quick travel so definitely wouldn’t be worth staying for a few days. My arrival time was too late to address the issues and I ended up leaving early to go spend time somewhere else cleaner before having to leave back home.

I still have not received my $50 deposit back.

The property was fine except for a few bugs here and there the dryers did not work at all. I drove dried them twice still weren’t dry. That’s like most hotels around here so I don’t even bother with them. Usually my boyfriend did that’s why I was out of money then then there was $100 charge when I got there which I knew about it, but it was only supposed to be like 50th believe so I wasn’t told something somewhere along the lines but luckily I had that much left so now I’m worried about going to any other places cause I don’t know what it’s gonna cost me cash wise. I don’t know. I know you should watch all Wyndham‘s because they last time I went there which was a while ago like 10 years ago or something I don’t know they charge you for the safe and for getting a ride to one of the theme parks daily and you can’t get out of it and that is charged when you get there so I didn’t really think that was fair

Amenities say they have on-site printing, but the front desk said their boss doesn't allow it.

On top of that, housekeeping never properly cleaned the room during my stay, which only made things worse. The overall service was extremely poor, with staff showing little concern or urgency when these issues were brought up. This was far from a comfortable or safe stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The maid came from 9-10:30 and we were already at the park. They didn't have any at the front desk and wouldn't let us get them later unless we gave the dirty towels to the maid first. Also, the towel wrack fell on the floor When we took the first towel, the bed side draw fell out if you pulled it out half way, and one of our towels had a fresh blood stain on it. The room smelled musty, like mold. If you can afford a bit more go somewhere else.

Mother recently had a stroke but could not get a first floor room but customer with a child after us did.

Room was comfortable but outside of the room to be better cleaned. Heavy smoking smell inside and outside of the room that needs to be fixed.

The room had a very strong smell of cigarettes, and I saw some cockroaches! Then, at 11:30 PM—while I was already asleep—a man tried to open my door, shouting that he needed to fix the lock! It was truly a very bad and embarrassing experience.

The price was good even the check-in went really well and the location But once I got to the room everyone was wrong The first room they gave to me. It looked like someone had just woke up from the bed being messy. And then the second room was infested with cockroaches. Try to switch to another room again and I couldn’t so try to get a refund and never got one.

Room was clean and the cable TV has a lot of channels. Too many cigarette butts laying around.

For the price paid, I didn't have high expectations, but this was beyond dumpy. Everything metal in the room was covered in rust (microwave, safe, bathroom rods/drying racks, etc). The mattress springs were so worn that there was a visible dip mid-mattress, and when seated, you would feel the box spring below (I'm 150lbs for reference). There were holes in the bathroom and cockroaches were coming in and out at their leisure. The bath/shower floor was all busted up and the hotel's solution was to put a big sticker over it. It was apparent that the room hadn't had a good wipe-down or cleaning in quite some time. Would NOT recommend...

Upon checking in the lobby smelled horrible. Upon entering our room, the smell was even worse. My wife checked the restroom and it was extremely bad. Tub was stained and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. We couldn't stay there. We requested a refund and stayed at a different hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The whole experience at the econo lodge was terrible from the manager to the staff to the room to the amenities. There was drugs all over the stairways and floors, the room they gave us. The police had just went in a few days ahead and the door was broken. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

0 stars if possible. Was charged a resort fee for a roach and bedbug infested room. Stay far away from this place. Surprised a place like this is still open for business. I guess Florida has to type of regulations when it comes to infestions. Stay far away!!!

So I left the room almost without sleep. Next night after work when I came to the room I started to realize the conditions of the room.. Pics on their post are not true at all, this place is terrible, is nasty, I got mold in my room, roaches, old food inside the microwave. They fixed the shower with a piece of rubber on the floor to cover the holes instead of changing it. Safe not working and totally rusty same as the towels shelf, impossible to put anything there! old trash under the bed..... Room service was made less than half of it, at the 3rd day still got the same cup of disposable coffee next to the TV that I left first night when I arrived, towels I left on the floor to wash they never pick them up... Trash that wasn't mine appeared on the floor next to the bed.. (after room service). So 2nd day after work,I decided to leave, I had to rent an expensive but worthy place. when I went to the front desk the lady over there didn't want to check me out, to charge me the 3night without staying.. I stayed less than half of the original reservation and I got charged like I stayed all days of it. Totally disappointed with this place and also with Expedia that they let me down, they didn't protect me, they were my travel agent and they didn't care about what happened, they stayed together with this scammers, Expedia didn't want me to return me the money or fight for it.

My room had roaches, the bathroom was so dirty, the beds were so uncomfortable, you could feel the coils thru the comforter, there where connecting door to the rooms with little to no security, and from the moment I got off the car to get to my room I felt very unsafe

The employees were very rude and told me I had to leave a day earlier for unknown reasons that had been brought to my attention in a time period that I personally do not recall ever having been a part of at all & I was never spoken to by any law enforcement agency about anything negative at all. So I want a full refund for this stay at the Econolodge. The hotel canceled my reservation and I have not been refunded any of my funds at all.

Dried urine on the toilet. My one year old was running around the room for about 30 min and his feet were black by the floors. The lady in the front with red hair was rude.

When I checked in there was a lady behind counter talking to the guy standing on the side of the window asked for my ID then asked for money then hand me my key NO other communication was given, she did answer the phone 2 times but said something is Spanish like she was aggravated to answer the phone. I had to go back in the Office on Saturday because the key was turned off, I told the lady (a Different lady) she took card did whatever she had to do and then sat card on the counter and said there. The staff are a pack of hyenas that cover for each others mistakes and will go to any length to hide their wrongdoing. The manager Jessenia is a blatant thief and liar. I personally watched her tell person one rate and tell the person right after a different rate, roll her eyes snd say “ I run this show”. When you bring something to staffs attention like roach infestation or the so-called continental breakfast she blacklists you and treats you like trash for the remainder of your stay. I watch a woman ask for milk at the continental breakfast, the Manager Jessenia replies “Thats all once its gone it’s gone,” mind you i watch her only set out a pitcher that held 1 2gallon jug of milk but yet they are sold out, and there was no other beverage option. So children would have to drink caffeinated coffee or tap water. No juice no botttled water, just a gallon of milk and caffeinated coffee. The theft occurs edaily, I watched Belki adjust the rate for a family memeber she checked in and then turn around and increase the rate for the next un suspecting guest. The place is a criminal enterprise, would not surprise me if it’s run by Cartel. As ghetto as the manager is it does not surprise me.

Worst stay ever. The shower was rusted and dirty. The sheets on the bed where not clean. The front desk employee was very rude and no personality.

Sinks and shower handles are swapped, meaning when you turn the handle to Hot, we got cold eater and vice versa. Internet did not work for the FireTV that was placed in our room, and room service showed up the last day we were leaving. we needed our garbage take out days ago which i did myself

DO NOT BOOK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. i never ever write bad reviews but this place was actually so beyond disgusting. me and my best friend got to the hotel after a late flight and were disgusted to find bugs on the floor, walls, and beds. there were stains on my pillows. there was a door connecting our room to the one next to us and it barely had a lock on it and the door was banged up like someone had already tried kicking it in. the entire room was disgusting, we didn’t even feel comfortable showering there and were finding bugs left and right. we were up pretty much all night out of pure uncomfortableness and booked a new hotel our very first night there. i have tons of pictures of this filthy place but its not letting me add them to my review.

The property has seen much better days, the resort is an absolute joke. A 10x15 swimming pool is Not a resort, the clientele and area looks straight out of Skid row.

The all floor of the room was so dirty and sticky...

Other than having to wait outside for 15 minutes at 11pm for the front desk lady to come unlock the door then proceed to yell at me for knocking too loudly because she was in the bathroom. It was a great stay. I have stayed here many times and always had great sevice and a clean room

Absolute worst stay possible. Roach invested, spider in shower and after I reported issue, staff was rude. Maintenance guy told me I get what I pay for and its same at all near hotels. General manager was never there, and all the staff pretended like they knew nothing. I highly encourage if your desperate for a place to stay you will probably receive a cleaner experience ANYWHERE else. Do not give this place your money, they deserve to be shut down after what I saw and experienced;

The shower had holes in the floor and with a crap fix job. The door didnt latch unless u lift the door. The ceiling is popcorn and some of it fell on my head and they didnt want to do really anything for that happening to me and the ac leaks into the room and causes a huge puddle of water. And yhe floor was so dirty me and my wife walked around for like 10 min and our feet were black with dirty ao we went and bought a mop to clean it and after mopping 3 times the floor was still dirty. And the pool seemed ok until you really look in the pool and it definitely need to be cleaned.

I should’ve known that it would be an issue when there were flies at the front desk check in. The room was filthy and outdated, of course nothing like any of the photographs you see on the website. The room smelled of chlorine and a combination of cigarette smoke/marijuana. The sheets and towels were stained. The ceiling was falling apart, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was no way we were going to shower let alone stay there. We checked in, put our stuff in our room and went to dinner when we got back is when we noticed that the room also had flies. The curtains didn’t cover the windows fully and they were shredded as well as falling down off of the tracks. We immediately went to the front desk to say we would not be staying there and spent more money to stay at a different hotel. The front desk gave me attitude and was rude. She didn’t apologize for any of the inconveniences and wasn’t surprised at anything I mentioned. We also now have to fight the chargers because we were only there for two hours and they are charging us for an entire night.

The Evening Desk Person Zoey was extremely helpful and the morning Manager (did not catch her name Spanish woman with beautiful nails) was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. This hotel has pests crawling around. Horrible experience here, asked for more towels and didn't get them until a day before we were leaving.

Hotel staff at the reception was very casual and unwelcoming. Room and property in general was very dirty. Room washroom has broken lock. Bed dis not have proper quilt. Overall a very bad day experience.

The room wasn’t ready at check-in time, once we returned there was a fee charged at check-in. The room smelled strongly of bleach and the mattress had springs that protruded through padding. The area did not feel safe, I was asked for money several times before making it to the main office which wasn’t more than 20-30ft from where I parked. We left after checking out the room as nothing about the experience felt safe or welcoming.

There was a COCKROACH in the room, the lamp did not work and there was someone's hair in the bathroom.

They were great til I went to check out and they tookb 20 dollars out of my deposit bc there was makeup on a towel!! 20 dollars!! I told her Would go buy her two towels from walmart for less than twenty dollars. I would have given them five stars except for that

They didn’t provide room cleaning services. There were cockroaches in the room. The room smelled. The breakfast was very limited. People were just outside smoking all the time. Bums came up to me when I was packing g my car asking for money.

The management did not assist us, instead, they decidedo kick us out as if we were the ones in the wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

There is an ongoing investigation as it is apparent that the night person at the front desk had given the criminals the key to our room. We intend to file suit but are reaching to out to Expedia first. This experience has left me traumatized and humiliated. I feel completely violated and insulted. The damage to my property is probably irreparable. I want a full refund.

Dirty. We stayed 3 nights and they didn’t clean our room. You pay extra for services, but if want your room to be cleaned, “you have to ask”, said the front desk.

It was not safe at all, Marijuana odor in a non - smoking room, bathroom shower was dirty and clogged , someone mistakenly walked in our room while are room keys were on us. I was literally blindsided and did not expect these things, I canceled the same day especially because I had a baby

This is kinda launch has a lot of potential in area for improvement when customers who book with Expedia are promised a certain room then the booking doesn’t match you don’t get this the room you saw online the furniture is old and dirty room service doesn’t stick to their schedule and does not clean, but you are charged for it You have to go to the front desk and get your own towels and toilet paper and anything you want that you want clean because house keeping service is atrocious not only do they not fully clean your room you can tell areas in which I’ve never been clean furniture not moved and they have an ant issue I loved the fact that everything was close by in regards to food shopping entertainment I loved that the parking lot was easy and accessible and I love that but no smoke inside of the hotel is actually quiet calm clean.

Our stay here was terrible from the moment we got to the room. The room was dirty everywhere from the tables to the bed sheets to the bathroom. We weren't even able to shower cause it looked disgusting. The curtains were not only broken when you tried to close them but the actual curtains were ripped all over. Stains everywhere and lets not talk about the beat up microwave and fridge. I understand this is a low budget place and i have stayed at many low budget hotels but none of them have been this terrible. I have paid for cheaper hotels that are better than this one. if it could give it a negative star trust me i would. The only good thing was the friendly staff at check in and check outbesides that dont waste your money!

I work out of town and stay in motels more than half the year, and would like to say this was one of the worse motels I’ve stayed at. The lady checking me in was on the phone the entire time, and the room was mediocre, with the bed being wrapped in plastic or something because it was noisy and uncomfortable. I understand this is a “economy” motel, but that’s ALL I stay at, and this one was subpar.

While accommodations were adequate, pricing was deceptive. Paid full nonrefundable price for hotel prior to arrival only to be told that there was an additional $14 fee for administration/Covid-19. This was done to make property appear to charge less than competition--very deceitful!

It was a alright stay for a place to stay while I went to Disney. The breakfast was not very enjoyable with very limited options. Also I was super frustrated because my room key did not work every single night to get into the room. It was super frustrating to be walking a lot at the parks and then having to walk to the front desk and wait quite some time to be helped to get my room key to work. It also took quite a while to check in because there was no one at the desk and I had to wait quite some time for someone to come check me in. However the room was clean and the bed was comfy, I also liked how close it was to get to the parks.

This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. When we got inside our room it appeared fine a bit outdated but fine. We turned off the lights to put the kids to sleep and once they fell asleep we turned on one of the lights. There were roaches EVERYWHERE! In the bathroom, the tub, the fridge, the table, all around the beds. We were disgusted. I was so scared that they would be crawling over us during the night but it was so late at night to leave. Never again!!

Room was dirty, mold in toilet and in sink. Appeared to be blood on wall. Tub had a hole in it that someone put tape over but didnt fully cover it. Staff is rude.

Check in was fine. When we got to the room i moved a chair and a cockroach ran out. The shower was dirty. There was no remote for the TV, when i went to the front desk to tell the attendant she just kept saying she could not get maintenance on a thursday night? Not sure what that would have done. The breakfast was terrible, just white bread and dognuts. Coffee was not good. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
