The stay was fine. The room was clean and the outside was clean. The manager, Bartolo was very help full. Will be back again. 😊

Property is run down nothing like the pictures. 4 person,5 day stay and we were given only 2 towels,pool was not ideals, people were hanging outside ask night. Rooms had no garbage cans. It was a very horrible stay i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible place, moldy and filthy rooms and facility.. they also charge $20 for 30min late leave however I explained to them I wasn’t informed when I stayed in addition to out of my hand car maintenance situation..

The worse hotel I've ever been in. Arrived late afternoon had to get help to open front door. Left after getting my things in. When I came back there was no attendant. Rooms are not furnished with facecloth or hand towels. You get only bath towel. There was no spread or blanket on bed sheets only. When looking in cupboards I discovered other people's dirty clothes left behind. Also realized they are running a low income housing group there that were noisy and partied late. Horrible experience.

Parking was easy, so was check in. However only 1 blanket for a 2 bed room. Blanket was old and ruff. Shower had no shampoo, we where given 2 conditioners. Had to sleep in my sweater and sweatpant. I was told to call Monday for my 50 deposit, however ive tried callin 20 time and no answer. I called the number on my receipt and the ones postit online.

We didn’t have much time to complain or request extra items since we were busy most of the trip. The front desk customer service was good, but unfortunately the condition of the room would keep me from staying here again.

The shower wouldn’t get hot on the first night until you turned it down where there was almost no pressure. The second night, we never got it warm. One took a like warm shower. I gave up and ended up not showering. Someone entered our room while we were away even though nothing was cleaned and nothing was left. The hotel has short term rental; so, a lot of the other guests are residents. They require a $100 deposit; I guess to ensure you don’t steal the see through towels. The front desk and maintenance were great. I was also impressed with the size of the refrigerator. It had an actual freezer big enough to put items in.

I wouldn’t go back here. When I came back from dinner, a room got stormed by the police and a guy was taken away in handcuffs.

CLOSED ON SUNDAYS! ME AND MY FRIENDS WERE HOMELESS FOR 3 HOURS WHILE WE TRIED TO FIND A NEW HOTEL!!!!

The pictures presented are not representative of what is actually offered. Catfished! Yep, I definitely got catfished. Furniture was from the 1970’s. My shoes stuck to the floor. There were NO TOWELS! No remote. And the smell… bad stinch that I never figured out where it came from. This is a housing place for homeless so kids running around at all hours. I requested a king and got a twin. And you have to call to get your deposit back. They’re not good about answering the phone.

Plenty of parking. I didn't look very closely at Shops I think there was a drugstore a few blocks down there's a gas station almost across the street with a convenience store.

Building could use a huge makeover. Other than that it was excellent. Staff was fabulous

No words… we will talk… but no phone, no lights… light bulbs that didn’t work… but no lights or even shades tv didn’t work… drug dust on top of fridge that didn’t work. The drawers LITTERALLY HAD NO BOTTOM… LIKE YOU OPEN ALL THREE AND YOU SAW THE FLOOR! Drug residue every where. Touch in sink… Tate tub covered in… well I don’t know but they were moving. I would have called down but no phone again… people litterally hanging out grilling outside… .. not guest people that lived there… was litterally like a tentament… and then had the audacity to charge me 10 for a dirty towel… they said it was so dirty that they were going to have to throw it away. Therefore, they were gonna have to charge me for it. It was so dirty because I tried to clean or wipe the grime off of the floor, which did not come off and left the towel the one towel covered in nastiness, and because they couldn’t tell what was on the towel I was charged for it. these pictures are literally of a different place that was dumping on the bed. The air conditioning didn’t work. The blinds were falling off, and if she had not told me that it was their last room after I had already booked a room many many hours earlier because I checked in so late they gave my room away because it was late quote. note they told me I had till midnight to show to check in and this was at 11. She said I said well I didn’t check in or out. Expedia and I will speak because this was beyond unsanitary, this was health inspector needed

Horrible experience, the rudest staff we have ever encounter

There was no wash cloths in the room. I went to the front desk and asked for washcloths and was told they don’t provide any. Mold on the shower curtain, ceiling and smoky room. Also there were no blankets to keep the guests warm.

I got there around 11 pm and the office was closed,nobody there so I slept in my car,the place was dirty with people living there and crackheads.

The property isn’t clean at all. Evidently people live in some of the units and they are not keeping up with cleanliness.

Do not book through this property. There is no front desk to check in and when contacting the host, I was told the keys would be in a golf cart behind the motel. Upon contacting Expedia, as I did not feel safe to stay, the host lied to the agent I talked to in saying there was a front desk. Yet if there is a front desk, the keys would not be in a golf cart behind the motel? That does not check out. Fair warning for anyone staying here- not safe. I would suggest staying elsewhere.

I had a really great stay at Duo Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy. What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with excellent service and a fantastic location

Perfect place for a longer stay. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the location is excellent with restaurants and stores nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It’s a great value and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable extended stay.

The bathroom was filthy, an old bar of soap was on the floor of the shower with hair on it. There were NO blankets. It was noisy outside of our room until 2 am. Just overall horrible. I wish I could get a refund!

Worst motel ever, tv was broken, shower was disgusting, one towel only in room with stains and lipstick on it,I'm pretty sure they rent the rooms by the hour. a/c made noise all night, and gps brought us to back of hotel where I probably could have scored some fytenol.It looked like the big city projects. Coming from a background in hospitality I don't usually like to give bad reviews, but I have to give my honest opinion. To start off, you get what you pay for. But, I will say this, they should have some integrity. Starting with the scent of the room as soon as you walk in, it smells like a smokers den. The beds themselves werent completely horrible aside from the small stains and little hairs every then and there. The floor felt very dirty and the bathroom as well with mold in the corners. I have never felt dirty after sleeping in a hotel but here I did. The only reasom I didnt rate it any lowet is because of the staff as they were very kind. Again you get what you pay for.

The hotel has changed dramatically since I’ve stayed there last year. There was no hot water for a shower. The lady up at the front on the weekends was extremely rude and quite arrogant so no I don’t recommend this Hotel and I had also put out a review saying that if I hadn’t paid for this hotel already, I certainly wouldn’t stayed there.

Could not check in past 10pm. Terrible. All other hotels in the area have check-in open until 11pm or 12pm. Hotel did not even warn me of this early closure.

The presence of people outside and cameras on every corner did provide a sense of security. With a thorough deep clean and proper maintenance—especially fixing the door—this place could be acceptable. As it stands, the condition does not match what’s advertised.

It was not a hotel, it was a motel that rented rooms as apartments, there was no one available to check us, had to wait 30 minutes after calling for someone to come attend us, we sat in front of the door and had to call back to be told that the person was there for 5 minutes waiting for us. We canceled the stay, and was told we would not gwt a rwfund. Very unprofessional, dirty, and not what was advertised.

P.S. This was, at the very most, a $25.00 room. I feel I was ripped off incredibly. Had I know the horrible condition of the room, I never would would have booked a room there, especially not at $49.00+. Also, the noise all throughout the night was pretty ridiculous.

Mildew COVERING the entire bathroom. Huge hole in my bathtub patched sloppily with a room key card stuffed in the hole to “cover it”. I mean I’ll keep it a buck. It’s a $43 room , maybe 60. It’s a $60 room, you get a $60 experience. The curtains are dirty, the bathroom needs to be power washed but you’re not gonna catch something. Water had good pressure and was hot. I wouldn’t use that blanket if I was on fire, bring your own, or not. Slept with the sheets only. Room was clean, easy check in, good deposit amount, good amount of parking, nobody bothered me. Ac worked and the tv worked. Lot of space and a damn fridge. Just don’t get any microwaveable foods.

Also the pool is closed so you can't go swim if you wanted to. The stay was ok, the rooms are not updated, I booked a king room and the lady tried to give us a twin bedroom I had to go back and change rooms and her excuse was they try to save those rooms for a person staying weekly. Which I get it but tell me don’t make the decision for me. Other then that it’s a friendly stay as I stated before just need to update the rooms and provide more essentials such as iron, full sets of towels and rags we only had 2 towels no rags, no garbage can, no comforters, etc… maybe next time I visit I can rate it a five star laid back in the cut 🙏😊💜

Also, this hotel closes their front desk at a certain time so make sure you plan accordingly. I can see why they close. Everything was awful. The rooms were filthy and looked terrible; nothing was as it appeared in the website photos. There were missing lights, dust, and broken things. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I do enjoy staying at this hotel. And I do recommend it. The staff is wonderful and the area is very conducive and very close to everything. It’s really a nice place.

Spoke to owner at 9pm, and was told I had to be at property to check in by 10pm. Immediately, I booked the room and sped across Orlando to get there on time. Was about to pull into property and spoke to owner again who advised me he was no longer there and left right after speaking with me the first time even though he had seen the booking as soon as I made it. So rude and unprofessional and didn’t get another room until 10pm. Beware

I went to check into the hotel and there was no staff. The placed looked unmanaged and there were people hanging around the exterior of the hotel. I had to book a different hotel because I was not able to check into this one.

The property was closed after they saod they waa 24 hours, i traveled with small child and we were stranded until 3 am when we uber to a different hotel. The next day no one was even there at 1pm to check in. The exterior appeared to be an abandoned building and alot of the local drug scene waa outside/living at this hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The place was sketchy, poorly lit and can easily get robbed with tbe amount of people attempting to walk up to you. The place reeked of smells and visible broken damage, safety is a concern here and staff is non existing at their door or window. One of the worse places I've seen.

There was no microwave, hair dryer or toilet paper. But for price it was good enough rather than driving hours and spending more in gas to stay close to next day’s location. Also location felt safe so that’s a BIG plus for cheep place to crash for the night

For the price I paid, it was fine. They need to put sheets on the beds. I didn't visit the pool. The room was clean and there was hot water and A/C working. The lady at check in was very friendly.

I’ve stayed in less than stellar hotels before but this one is the most horrendous. When we got there we were met with a deposit that wasn’t mentioned anywhere while booking, we had no choice but to pay it so that’s what we did. We got in the room and it was insane. There were holes in the tub and some kind of mess all over the toliet. There’s black mold everywhere; bathtub, around the baseboards, down the walls. There were no blankets on the bed, only a sheet. There were no batteries in the smoke alarm and it was left just hanging open on the wall. There were roaches in most drawers. The swimming pool was inaccessible and had pizza boxes floating in it. Due to lack of funds we were stuck there for a couple days. When we were finally able to get another hotel we tried checking out to realize that NO ONE IS ON SITE SOME DAYS. When we went back the next day to try again the manager was angry that we asked for a refund & was yelling she refused to do anything other than the surprise deposit returned stating that if we had problems we wouldn’t have stayed so many days and that she did a walk through (somehow before we even asked to leave) and there were no issues on their side but we “stained the sheets” and she could charge us for that. Again truly we didn’t have the funding to leave before we did or we would’ve, we were ballin’ on a tight budget. And I have a video of the day we left showing the state of the room upon leaving if anyone needs that. Pics were taken upon arrival.

I had a bery late night, i shpwed up to check in at 10:30PM and was so stressed that i wasnt going to be able to. But then i noticed a message from the staff that explained how to check in and get my room key after hours. This was such a life saving move!

Its called Hotel but it looks like a Motel in the hood. The front looks presentable but but towards the back.... when we got to our room through the window we could see mold on the edges of the curtain. While the surface looked clean we felt it wasnt. We just didn't feel comfortable. We didn't even spend the night, found somewhere else immediately.

The uniqueness of this hotel would be, plenty of permanent residents. The conditions of my room was almost deplorable, there was no blankets on either bed when I asked for a blanket the blanket that was given had blood stains that were folded when wet and when the blanket was unfolded it disintegrated where the blood spot was. There was only two towels in the entire room, no washcloths, no floor mat, the floors were probably mopped when they first acquired the hotel, animal feces all over the property, dogs from permanent residents were off their leash. The pool was closed indefinitely due to inspection issues. My best advice would be save some money, find a campground and pitch a tent if you can 😵

The check-in area was locked and only a 2x2 feet window was open to talk to the front office and get a key. I felt very unsafe. The property was dirty and there were cigarette butts everywhere. Upon walking into the room, I noticed areas in which weren't maintained, such as stains on the walls, scratched up furniture missing pieces, and bad drywalling/painting. There was no conditioner. The shower didn't get hot. I try to take into consideration the description of a product and the price when writing a review. So I often don't say anything because it was right in the description. Having said that, the lack of sense of safety and the cold shower are things I didn't expect. I'm sure that there are wonderful residents in this "hotel." To be fair, had I arrived during the day, I may have missed a lot of the scary things I saw, but I wouldn't have brought my family there for a short stay.

I can't say much except you get what you pay for ...and for $38 dollars...need I say more. There was a very nice lady that checked me in ..the people living there were kind. My car was not broken into and the room had a single towel..and it was clean. I would have enjoyed a blanket as the air does blow very cold! The single sheet I slept on just wasn't enough. I didn't see any bugs inside however there were multiple cats all over the property! They welcomed me at my car and my room!

Absolutely disgusting. Not family friendly there were druggies and other people hanging out around every corner. Grown rude men blocking the stairways. Pool had no lights and was dirty scummy not clean. Trash around the parking lot and halls of building. Would not refund money. Hotel was non refundable. Do not thake your family here not a good place. And no tv in rooms even though it says there is one on site. Door nobs were very lose and did not seem to close completely leading to a uneasy and uncomfortable situation.

The stay was good. My only issue is that they had a thin blanket to cover myself with and i ended up extremely cold at night which was uncomfortable.

The front desk was not there. We had to call and a met was hidden on top of a soda machine. Half the people lived there their kids were playing outside our door the whole time screaming and yelling. Someone came up to my car and was looking in my trunk. No tv. Not meant for a vacation at all and not a boutique.

Upstairs neighbor kept me up til nearly 3 am as it sounded like they were moving furniture all night. Non-carpered floors makes every sound that much louder. I left a day early despite knowing I couldn't get my money back

I’ve stayed in plenty of budget hotels without issue, but this place was next-level bad. I lasted probably less than 40 minutes before leaving to stay elsewhere. Here’s why: 1. No blankets. One pillow per bed. I’m not sure if this hotel expects guests to bring their own bedding, but when I asked for extras, they sent exactly one additional pillow—for a family of four. Not super helpful. 2. False Advertising: The Pool That Wasn’t – They proudly list a pool on Expedia, yet it was closed indefinitely by the city. Why? No clue, but that’s not exactly reassuring. 3. A Truly Shocking Scene – I have no issue being around people from different walks of life, but this hotel seems to function more as long-term housing than a place for travelers. There were kids playing inside the dumpster, pulling out trash like it was a playground. As a former foster parent, this broke my heart. 4. No Trashcans. Which feels ironic, considering the outside dumpster seemed to be a central attraction. When I (very politely) asked for a refund—since we had been there less than an hour, couldn’t access the pool, and weren’t even provided proper bedding—I was flatly told “no.” No apology, no attempt to make things right. So here’s my advice: unless you enjoy shivering in bed, being misled about amenities, and witnessing a dystopian scene in the parking lot, stay literally anywhere else. Liberty Garden is just minutes away, has comparable rates, clean, and better staff.

The lady in the office was so nice. Very pleasant. But the place is a dump. Permanent residents (monthly ) in most units. Very old. More like a motel. But I guess $58 should have been a red flag.

Duo Hotel does'nt have any office after 10 pm. Booked here with Expedia but they never informed me they close office from 10 pm to 10 am. My flight was delayed and got to the hotel at 10:30 pm. Office was locked close for the night. Had to sleep in my car till the morning. Hotel said Expedia is responsible because it was Expedia who charged my card. What can Expedia do about this.

We first of all checked in with the intention of staying a week, they had sold out of all the rooms. We made a booking on Expedia and we're informed that we coyonly stay for up to three days, an inconvenience we checked in with our service dog, the front desk clerk obviously saw him, there was no problem. Room was spacious and basic, the Tv was outdated and had no remote and there was no refrigerator. They did promise to bring us a TV and did about three hours late, then later that night walked the dog and informed the lady that we had not been brought the refrigerator, that NEVER came and our food went bad. Then the lady told us we could only stay for one night because we did not report our dog, you are kidding me. She knew we had a dog, so I have no clue what happened there. Nice, so _25 later we are at more permanent hotel

It’s was okay but when we arrived there at check in (3pm) there was a sign that said they were at lunch until 4:15pm. When we got in to our room and settled in to watch some television for the evening it didn’t work. We contacted the young lady at the front desk to inform her the tv didn’t work we didn’t get a response when we went down to the office there was no one there. I guess you get what you pay for. Not saying I wouldn’t stay again but definitely will make sure the tv works at least before completing my check in.

No main light working. Too old furniture. Lamps did not work properly. Cigar smell. They moved me twice because the initial rooms they assigned to my family had issues. At the end, I was tired and decided to use the last one because it could get another Hotel close.

The lady at the check in desk was very nice and I like her a lot. I’m just disappointed because it was different than online. The area is run down and the rooms seem old and not kept well. For example the room we gas first there were two lights that didn’t work and had a weird smell. The second room they face us was upgraded had really nice floors and the shower was really nice, but they don’t give blankets and just a sheet. The curtains were dirty and the sink.

The place is so ghetto. First of all my room door looked like it was broken even after locking it you was still able of pushing it in and out. Theres lots of families living there permanently too much back and forth of weird people. I left right after i checked in i was not feeling safe at all. The price is good but the location and environment makes you feel uncomfortable as soon as you pull in. Theres a Casino right beside of it. I was visiting w my family and my 3 months old son. Good price but never again. Btw the front desk lady was really nice she did a good job is not her fault that the place is in that location. If you are coming by yourself its okay but with kids no!

This property is run down and more of a motel than a hotel. The first room I was given had no blankets and no top sheets. The ceiling was patched with lots of water stains. The curtains were dirty and tucked in to keep people from looking in. There were no phones to call the front which meant walking to the front to request what was needed. I was given a second room and the bottom door didn’t lock and had bugs in the sink. Both rooms had a horrible smell. At this point I left, it didn’t feel safe and people were sitting outside being that they lived there. Do not go here!!! The price you pay isn’t worth it! This place need to be closed down. Of course a refund was denied even though I was there less than an hr. This place is non refundable because the owner is aware people will complain and leave due to the conditions. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I really think the hotel is excellent for the price. The rooms are newly renovated . It is a family hotel with affirmations all over . Tranquility and Peace, Love, and the staff was very friendly and nice . Chrissy at the front desk was a pleasure. She’s awesome . I extended my day for two days to four days. Will come again with family.

Took cab to hotel, lobby was dark and locked. Received voicemail to call to check in…called but no answer and no voicemail set up. Hotel was very run down and poorly maintained and misrepresented. Had to take cab back to hotel and sleep at airport. Requested refund from hotel and Expedia (twice) but no response from either. Terrible experience and poor customer service

This is a bad service I ever had before no one was there so I check in and at least a code to get to my room since I had sleep when we got there this is bad hotel to reserve and it was bad environment. I don’t recommend this place even if the price is cheap this is unacceptable.

This hotel is completely different from what is offered on the internet. There were people drinking outside. If you love your family don’t take them there.

I arrived to be told that this hotel does not do online reservations and that they only do weekly stays not 1 night. The girl behind the desk was very nice about it but that she could not let me have a room. I ended up booking another hotel in her vestibule.

the outside looks rundown but the room was actually very nice the AC was very cold :). there was no comforter on the beds just the sheets. this is more for like weekly stays so theres allot of hanging out and around the building. at first it looked like they only had 3 channels but my husband noticed the TV wasnt programmed after he programed the tv we got about 30 channels. The office deff needs a DROP box/ slot for the key in case someone like myself wants to check out before the office opens or change their opening hours. I literally had to squeeze the key threw the bottom of the door since we were leaving early that day. Also office is not open passed midnight so dnt book if you plan on getting there late.

It was clean but the first room didn't have AC then they moved me to another room that the shower didn't work

Got here at ths early hours of the day and when i called ths number on ths paper the line was disconnected ...

I booked this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, when I showed up to check in the building was completely shut down and noone in sight. I traveled multiple hours with a 10 year old and a 1 year old and was stranded in an unknown city. Due to this issue i had my 2 children out until 2am trying to find another hotel. To make the situation worse Expedia cant even get ahold of anyone at the hotel regarding a refund and i lost 300 dollars for a room i couldn't even stay at.

Very dirty hotel, furniture and bathroom facilities in poor condition. Hotel appears to be used for homeless stays and people were doing drugs out in the public spaces. Not safe, doors had gaps and wouldn’t stay locked. Wedged chair under door, slept in clothes on top of sheets. Horrible, would not recommend.

Horrible location. I was on vacation with my eight-year-old daughter and the hotel is run down and right next to a club. By 2 AM there was nothing but junk people all outside of the hotel. Worst stay.

The staff is super friendly especially the girl in the front in charge was very kind.

My son and I pulled in and saw souled mattresses and broken open doors. It was poorly lit and looked very sketchy. My son didnt even want to get out of the car. We didnt stay. I took the hit for the price because I believe in keeping my family safe. Dont go there.

Is an old motel. The pictures are from another hotel, not even hand soap in the room.

Hotel room was very clean. Staff was courteous. Overall the hotel was good for a high traffic area. I would stay there again if i had to.

This place has nothing but families and junkies living there! The room smelled like a heavy smoker! It was DEFINITELY NOT worth $225 that I paid for! It was worth $25! And that’s pushing it! Please, do not book this room if you do not have to!

Plane was late and five closed. Fortunately I received a call that key would be under Matt. Not very secure. TV didn’t work. No blankets, only bedspread, which I know never gets washed. Loud music next door at 3:00 am. Not a good stay and I would not recommend or return.

Do not go to this hotel the reviews are right the have nobody in the office so on New Year’s Eve I arrived but wasn’t able to check in this place is a scam it’s only people living there it’s not a real hotel Expedia need to take this place of this site
