    They slap on extra fees when you get there. I booked here through Expedia because it said total cost. Then, upon checking in there's a $25 parking fee for a car for one night, and another $25 resort fee. They so graciously give you that "back" as credit if you eat there at their restaurant or cafe, so we did to just get some money back. (Restaurant and staff were plenty nice, I just didn't like feeling stuck spending there to get my money's worth.) This was supposed to just be a crash pad for one night before moving over to Disney, so that extra $50 + eating there added up to extra cost that I wish I had known and probably would've stayed elsewhere for just a crash pad.

    The location was perfect for us since we were traveling back and forth throughout the day. Front desk was excellent in taking care of confirming all of our rooms were ready. Having options for meals and relaxation was perfect. It is hard to say as we did not have any issues at this site.

    This hotel surprised us. I went with my husband and 5 year old daughter after a day at Disney and it was such a nice way to end our visit. The pool area was open until 10pm so my daughter loved that. There is a large faux grass area with jumbo jenga and other games as well as couches and picnic tables, which we enjoyed after the pool. The pool bar serves food and the bartender was awesome. The drinks were fantastic and the food was delicious. Everything was just perfect. From the moment we stepped out of our car we were greeted by a super friendly staff member who took our bags to our room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic and you can also order some hot food items from the waitress as well. They offered my daughter Minnie Mouse waffles and she was over the moon. There is a Starbucks in the lobby so I was also over the moon. There are beautiful seating areas throughout the hotel, both inside and out. We marked this hotel a keeper and are already planning a return trip just to spend more time here. Everything was on point for this picky New Yorker! Bravo 👏

    I booked a last minute stay here and it was excellent. All staff that I spoke with were kind and extremely helpful. The pool hours are long and I was able to utilize it in the early morning prior to it being busy, which was really enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again.

    I liked the location of the hotel nearby to Disney Springs which is why we chose this hotel. I liked the view from the room overlooking the pool. I liked the Joffrey's cafe in the lobby of the main hotel. I didn't like the lifts, I felt they were outdated and needed an upgrade. I didn't like that I wasn't informed that we would be in a separate building from the main hotel.

    The pool area The Cleanliness of the room… the counter top wasn’t wipe off , Bathroom Tub water takes SUPER long to go out ,the sink area in the bathroom wasn’t clean especially the nubs where you have to turn the water on & off . I could tell the housekeepers rushed to clean the room outside my room door was a paper wrap from the toilet paper.

    We had no free breakfast, just $25/day went to our room which isn’t bad. They have a starbucks and restaurant in the hotel which serves great food and drinks. The staff are lovely, helpful, and very kind. I think the rooms could be better but we’re overall satisfied with our stay in the hotel

    We had mold all over our bedding and pillows unfortunately we didn’t check it beforehand so it wasn’t until we woke up the following morning that we noticed. I knew something was wrong because I couldn’t breathe when I woke up. I will say they said they’re going to give us a refund, but make sure you check.

    This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The beds are cozy, and the pillows made for a great night's sleep. The location is another huge plus—there are plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, and stores within walking distance, making everything very convenient. It's a great place to stay whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future! Nothing.

    The check in staff and others were very friendly and helpful. Property is older but well maintained. It is large and sometimes a little confusing to find your way around. Would like to have had breakfast included but there is an area where you can purchase different items which saves money vs the restaurant which is nice and has a buffet but you can order omelets or waffles made in the kitchen to your specification. We would stay here again. It is convenient to Disney and other restaurants, venues, etc.

    Great & helpful staff! We enjoyed the onsite starbucks, restaurant, & icecream shop. We did not get to use the pool or the other amenities offered because we were busy with an event, but there were plenty of great options available for those interested. Great price & convenient location for visiting ESPN & Disney. The hotel was definitely a little dated & had a musty odor, but it was not that big of a deal. Great food & service!

    We loved the layout, the pools, and The Pointe for breakfast! I think the fan wasn’t working in our bathroom, just the light so it got extremely steamy. Also, the noise from the hallway was very loud, almost zero soundproofing due to a giant gap all around the door.

    Very helpful staff , we love staying at the Delta.. however, this visit I was a little uneasy when it came to cleanliness . The hot tub wasn’t its best nor the bathtub/curtain/bed set seemed old & our room gave off a humid/wet feeling .. I turned the a/c down to see if it’d help and it did slightly but the uneasiness in the air was still there .

    The lobby smells super artificial. If you are sensitive to smells beware. The rooms are very outdated, tv didn’t work and the decor and carpets severely need a refresh. The bathroom is extremely small. Definitely not a top Marriott choice by any means and very upset I paid more 440$ for two nights. It’s not worth more than $100

    The pool has a nice slide for the kids. Depending on the rate you are paying, you may receive a $20 credit per day that you can use at their bar, treats/snacks concession stand by the pool or even at their Starbucks in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and clean and I have gone to this location a couple of times, and will probably be back in the fall. The breakfast buffet is great but if you prefer a al carte, they also have that available and included. I definitely recommend this place.

    This was a great stay. I feel like it is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the more tourist areas. There are great options for eating that won’t break the bank and getting to the Disney parks is very easy without the traffic. The hotel itself was very clean. The pool is amazing the tiki bar with a food menu was the cherry on the icing.

    The smell in the room also did not give the impression that it had been properly cleaned before our arrival. When you pay for a hotel stay, you at least expect a clean and sanitary environment, especially in areas as important as the bathroom. This was definitely an uncomfortable experience, and we truly hope management takes room cleanliness and inspection much more seriously moving forward.

    Check in was a bit challenging but got resolved after a few mins of waiting. However once we got over this I enjoyed my stay. This is my 4th time staying at the Delta. Will return again. We stay here as we love the pool, the lobby restaurant is handy that serves Starbucks. And it’s super close to the highway for easy access to Disney Springs and the parks! Expedia should do a better job at being crystal clear of the charges you will incur when you check in (resort fees PLUS parking per day). Plus side was that you received a $25 per night food credit (however they don’t tell you that it’s not $125 for 5 nights for example) only if you order per day the $25 credit will show up upon check out. Brie, the young lady at the lobby Starbucks deserves a raise. Best customer service ever - came and found me at the pool to let me know a resolution. Not sure why housekeeping took 3 days to clean my room - not a deal breaker for me. But should be noted. (Checked in on a Weds and didn’t have my room cleaned until the Saturday). Will be back!

    The staff appeared preoccupied and didn’t offer much assistance. The elevators were unreliable, so we had to take the stairs multiple times. On the positive side, the property provided a daily resort credit that was quite helpful. The Point restaurant offered a decent breakfast buffet, but it was priced at $22 per person, so be prepared for the cost.

    Our room was small, the toilet clogged several times and the shower didn't drain. In addition the shower head was broken and on full jet mode. They came to fix it but left the shower head and the tools just laying around the bathroom. Some staff were exceptional while others, mainly the front desk were rude. Our key didn't work twice and we had to stand in line for 20 min to get a new one. I was given attitude about needing three and that they didn't understand why they weren't working One of the hot tubs was broken the entire time so every night there were 50 people in one hot tub. Disappointing to say the least.

    Staff was very helpful. Very close to Disney and Universal. Pool is awesome for the whole family. Starbucks inside hotel, ice cream shop and the bar/restaurant all super convenient. Food at restaurant is really good.

    The hotel is great. The beds are very comfortable. The property needs love. A lot of missing landscaping and the moat was empty and looked gross. The rooms are dated. Ours had water damage, the bathroom door didn't shut without force, shower could get scolding hot, which is dangerous for kids and burning them and the shower would not shut off. Staff is fantastic. I wish there were more sun loungers at the pools.

    I didn't like the parking, to get to our room, we went all the way around the property, to get to the elevator have to be from the care close to 1/4 mile, bathroom really small, 2 people can't stand in there together. No shuttle to the airport, staff are all great, cleaning staff friendly and helpful and price is affordable.

    Facility is nice, especially the pool area. Love that there is a bar by the pool. However, when we checked in around 9:30pm on the first night of our stay, our room wasn’t ready yet. Extremely frustrating to not be able to check into your room so late in the night when check-in started at 4:30. I totally understand they’re busy, but not having a room ready 5 hours past the start of check-in is unacceptable. Otherwise, the stay was good.

    The Hotel in real life was a bit of a disappointment. The rooms are not really well maintained and well cleaned. The pictures and images of the hotel on the Expedia web look better than the real life. The lobby is fine. The breakfast buffet was ok too. The swimming pool ok as well. The main thing that needs improvement is the rooms, elevators and other areas around the property.

    Breakfast was good, but our experience on the second day was very concerning. For about 30 minutes, I noticed that our table, along with other Black and Brown guests, was not attended to at all. Meanwhile, another guest who arrived after us was immediately greeted and offered water and coffee, which were not accessible for self-service. I continued to look around, expecting someone to come by, but no one did. It wasn’t until a staff member assisted another table and happened to pass by ours that I was finally able to get his attention. After that, we were helped, but no one returned to check on us, offer refills, or provide the same level of service given to others, such as being offered Mickey waffles, which we observed being extended to other guests. The day before, our experience was excellent, so the contrast on the second day was disappointing and hard to ignore. It genuinely felt as though we were overlooked, and that experience left a lasting impression.

    Lots a long blond hair was in my shower coming off of the shower curtain so they may need to start taking those down and washing them because I’m a African American women with locs so it was clearly not my hair but other then that I like everything else except the the fact that I signed up for a king bed I was told that I was gonna have to take two queens when I arrive due to having a dog so I don’t like things like that but other than that, I liked everything else about the resort oh and one other thing they need to get them or put a time limit of something on the pool because it’s not enough seating for people that are actually trying to enjoy the result on certain heavier days

    In addition, there were several maintenance issues in my room. The water pressure in the shower was very poor, and the showerhead was not working when I first arrived. I had to contact the service desk and wait for it to be replaced before I could even leave to get something to eat. The bathtub was also clogged, causing dirty water to pool around my feet while showering. The bathroom sink had the same issue, and it was also leaking underneath, which caused all of my towels to become wet. On top of that, the TV remote did not work properly, and no one followed up to resolve the issue in a timely manner Overall, the lack of responsiveness and attention to these problems made my stay very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the supervisor I spoke with at checkout was very rude and dismissive when I tried to explain the pricing discrepancy and the issues I experienced. No effort was made to address my concerns or offer any kind of credit. This was not the level of service I expected, especially as a returning customer, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

    To begin with, there was some competition of youth soccer happening in the area and the hotel was full of unsupervised boys running through the hall ways, playing in the elevators and one day after coming back from a park, we could not enjoy the pool, it was not being monitored by staff and there were all these kids running everywhere. The pool water was freezing. There are fees galore. You have to pay for parking but there were many cars without passes which would make finding parking hard if you went out. We had to take my grandson to the emergency room and when we came back almost at three in the morning, we had to park way in the back. Then I found out when I checked my credit card, they put a hold of 400 and change the first night I got there, there were two holds of 150 dollars and then when I checked out, they charged the whole about I had reserved which was a little over 5 hundred. So I had these pending charges on hold until they released it. The lobby and the pool area are very nice but it was a not a great four day stay.

    I wasn’t there long enough to enjoy the resort amenities, however the lobby and the property is nice. My room was just okay, and I discovered dried blood in my sheets after I had slept in them. Grossed out does not even remotely describe how upset I was to see that. It was lower in the bed, so I didn’t see it until I had fully tossed and turned all night exposing the lower part of the bottom sheet.

    We only stayed for 1 night. Reserved a king and was given 2 queens with a breakfast voucher. We really needed the King! Didn't even use the voucher. Parking is like $25. Who wants to pay for parking after you have paid a resort fee and the high prices of hotels these days. Plenty of parking. Just another way of getting more money.

    Its definitely not what the pictures show. The smell of the room all bleach.....so much dust an dirt at window, ac unit behind the lamps etc. My son an o ended up sleeping in 1 bed the other the sheets where dirty called to have it changed no one ever came to change it. It really wasnt what i expected 😔. It was somewhere to lay my head. I would jot go back just not it for me!

    In the afternoon (outdoor bar by the pool) I waited 50 minutes for chicken fingers and fries. 50 minutes! Later the same night I waited 38 minutes for a Caesar salad.In the morning the breakfast order of omelette was served with cheese still raw/unmelted. Kitchen clearly needs better employees or mgmt oversight. Aside from F&B issues, the property is great! Also worth noting that the resort fee includes a $25 food and beverage credit which is a good value (albeit, you’ll likely encounter issues mentioned above)

    Staying here feels like visiting your great aunt in Florida. You already know it’s not going to be luxury. The decor might be from a different decade and something floral is probably happening somewhere. But you’re in Florida. You’re five minutes from Disney World. You’re winning. And that location? Elite. You’re basically around the corner from the parks, which makes early mornings and late nights so much easier. It’s a fantastic alternative to staying on Disney property if you want to ball on a budget and save your money for churros and Lightning Lanes instead of a themed headboard. You can tell this place was probably amazing back in its day. Like, at one point, someone walked in and said, “Now THIS is luxury.” Today it’s more “she’s still got it… kind of.” Respectfully. The pool isn’t bad at all. It’s a solid post-park recovery spot. And there’s a Starbucks in the hotel, which honestly carries the entire experience. Nothing heals rope-drop trauma like an iced coffee you didn’t have to drive for. They do have a Disney shuttle… technically. It runs once a day. So if you miss it, congrats, you’re calling an Uber. Overall, if you know what you’re getting into, it’s a great budget-friendly stay. Not fancy, not terrible.

    We were not told that $24.00 parking fee per day will be added when we booked the hotel. There are 2 elevators in our building, one of them was out of order the whole time we were there. We stayed there 6 nights!

    This room was definitely in need of some help. It was not clean... Hair in the shower and trash behind the bed. The reason I know there was trash behind the bed was because I had to move the bed to be able to plug in my phone. There are barely any outlets in the room. One that was available, but not in a convenient location was so loose the plug would fall out. There are USB ports in the alarm clock and a couple other places but only USB-A which I didn't have with me so with no working standard outlets anywhere, I had to move the bed and unplug a lamp. I also had someone charge a bar tab to my room that wasn't mine and they "took it off" when I was checking out, but then I got a new authorization with the amount 4 days after I left. Still waiting on the outcome of that. I was given a $50 credit for the room being gross, but I don't think you could pay me to stay there again. The photos are very deceiving. On a positive note, it did have a nice lobby.

    Upon arrival, the front desk informed me that there were no rooms available, despite my confirmed and prepaid reservation. The only solution initially offered was a refund, which was not acceptable given the late hour and the fact that I had nowhere else to stay. When I asked for assistance finding availability at another Marriott or Delta property nearby, I was told they could not help with that either. Tired, anxious, and frustrated, I requested that they contact a manager because I simply needed a room. They offered me a hospitality room first with a twin bed, I kept insisting, and they eventually found a double-bedroom and checked me in — but only after putting me through unnecessary stress late at night. I am a Marriott Gold member, and while I did receive a late checkout, and the room, breakfast, and checkout experience were all fine, the check-in experience was very poor and left a lasting negative impression. No guest — especially one with a confirmed, paid reservation — should be told there is no room available upon arrival. This is not the experience I expect from a Marriott property, and I hope management takes this seriously to prevent it from happening to other guests.

    We had a situation at check in where we got our keys and someone was already in our room. We immediately loaded our stuff back to the car and drove to the desk to speak to a manager. While he was friendly and tried to reassure me, it was scary experience for sure. He did make sure the next room we were getting was in fact ready. Rooms were ok. Beds were the only positive and the mini fridge was big. Rooms were kinda small. Bathrooms need to be touched up. Tub had caulking coming off so you could see old mold stains and rust. Shower curtain looked dirty. The lobby looked nice and there was a nice looking bar and was pretty overall. Didn’t have a chance to look at the pool because it was too late after dealing with check in. We were given a 25.00 credit to use at the hotel anywhere for staying there but we didn’t have a chance with our quick turnaround. Our stay was for one night but I wouldn’t return. The quality and feeling safe was not there for me and I have been at others that have been better for the price.

    Beautiful lobby area, but then we got to our room. Very outdated, not clean (toothpaste on the bathroom counter, floor dirty), only one table lamp for the entire room and only one working outlet! Only stayed one night out of four. Front desk staff was very understanding and was able to refund me for the balance of the reservation.

    The elevator took forever but we took the stairs , the lobby and front desk are nice . We asked a lady for direction on the hallways and she did not respond , some people staying at the hotel We’re helping us instead . We took our cleaning supplies and room was a bit dirty after we did a full clean up we were able to relax . As for the amenities , those were nice but people Leave garbage all over the game area . The big amazing pool was extremely cold which did not make sense because that is the main attraction and my 8YO was freezing. We used the small pool . Overall it was ok but we won’t be staying again .

    It’s inexpensive for a reason. Wasn’t found of the surprise “resort fee” of $25/day they force you to buy and daily parking fee $25/day. Certainly wasn’t very visible when booking.     When we checked in we were given a room that was occupied. This made us feel unsafe the entire stay thinking they would give our room to someone else while we were staying there.     really loved the affordability of this hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have the Bonvoy App to ease the check in and out process. Very close to the Disney parks, we did have to take an Uber every time since their shuttle has inconvenient departure times. I recommend this hotel. Deposit is 150 per stay.

    The resort aspect was nice. The lobby and main common areas were also good. The buildings for rooms was another story. They were outdated looking. We had a strip of missing carpet in our room that exposed the padding, nails and subfloor. And 2 of the 3 elevators for our building were down. I was told by a staff member they had been down for weeks at that point. Multiple connected buildings were using one elevator. And the hotel was packed. My floor had no ice machines and all water bottle filling stations had out of order signs on them. Overall, I would not recommend to anyone until some significant changes were made.

    The Hotel was good value for the money paid. The staff were courteous, friendly and always willing to help. I was able to do early check in and late check out after paying the corresponding fees without issues. The room was clean, and comfortable, plus it was clean up every day. This hotel gives you $25 credit every day to use in food and beverages purchases within the Hotel if charged to the room, which allows you to save a few bucks if you decide to have breakfast at the Hotel’s buffet. There are a few restaurants and stores that are walking distance, and all Disney parks are conveniently located 12-18 min drive from the Hotel

    The door to our bathroom didn’t shut. The pool area had mice (so many that there were multiple cats on the property to eat the mice). Despite our reservation having three guests, each day we were only provided two towels, so had to go to the front desk to get one each day. The end of our stay included needing to have food charges that were not ours removed from our bill.

    Don’t fall for the “25 free” they tell you. They bill you for it on top of destination fee…25 then parking another $25. All most 100 per day. The room had all our stuff moist by the end of the night. We were there 7 days. I git sock the 3rd day and could barely breathe. No towels given. Had to ask. Then they’d be out.     We've stayed at this hotel before without an issue. Unfortunately at our most recent stay we had a few issues arise. The TV was broken. We eventually were able to turn it on, but it was extremely glitchy, to the point we couldn't even try to watch. There were multiple hairs in the shower that did not belong to anyone in our party, considering we found them before even turning on the shower.

    Staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. Some drawbacks include only decaffeinated coffee in room, drain stopper didn’t work in bath and floor hadn’t been vacuumed.     Pools didn’t have enough filtration; could see leaves and hair floating atop the water. Hotel room was fine, but cleaning was subpar. Found a dirty diaper from prior guests under the curtains in our room. The layout of the buildings is confusing and there are not enough elevators for staff + guests. Food in lobby tasted great service was great, polite waitresses, but we found 2 hairs atop a chicken quesadilla. They comp’d us a dessert. Bar at the pool was nice, good drinks, polite and attentive staff. Every day they ran out of towels at the pool at the same time. This seems like an easy fix when it happens every day, but perhaps they were short staffed? Unsure.

    Really disappointed in the way this “Marriott” handles check-in. We’ve stayed at numerous Marriotts and never had an issue getting a room assigned. This one oversells their inventory. We booked 2 rooms months ago for a 2 night stay and they were only able to give us one room after waiting for 2 hours in the lobby along with other guests in the same situation. We called other hotels in the area and all were sold out so we had nowhere for my daughter and her baby to comfortably stay. The second night we were able to get the second room but without a working tv, not that we cared at that point. The hotel grounds often had food containers and cups thrown on the floor, and guests smoking weed outside. Would not stay here again. We wasted more time dealing with the check in staff to get our rooms sorted than actually enjoying our Disney vacation.

    The first night the toilet ran all night and over flowed. The room was damp and musty. there were no ice makers working in our building. There is a hidden fee of $24 a day parking AND a $28 Destination fee per day!! The charge on our card was $150 for incidentals which is typical but, then an additional charge for $150 was taken out to cover the hidden fees. Will not stay again!

    Our stay was okay. When we arrived to our room the draws/cabinet was broken so reception moved us to a new room. The toilet pressure needs to fixed. The telephone in the room had no visible number so we didn’t know what button to push for reception. And the doors are very heavy so we heard our neighbors going in and out of there room.

    Hotel was a disappointment. I chose because it’s a Marriott backed brand, but what a mistake. On first arrival, the abandoned resort next door made the whole place look sketchy. But moving onto the property, the main signage dingy, mildew covered. It is the first thing visitors see and it was non impressive. Once on the property, we could see all first floor windows covered in algae & landscaping looked thin and sickly. One elevator for all buildings. Had to walk through three building to get to the room. The wait for the one elevator was unreasonable. Carpets in hallways were filthy with lines of dirt that appeared to be from dripping garbage bags. We stayed for two nights and there was plastic pieces, paper and red coffee stirrers that remained on the floor the entire stay. Housekeeping had piles of dirty laundry lining both sides of the hallway for HOURS! The room was fair at best. Broken hinges on cabinets, fridge was frosted over, carpet under the AC unit was soaking wet, light in the bathroom kept flickering on and off. Deadbolt on the door was flimsy at best and probably didn’t work. The whole mortise box on the door was loose and didn’t seem to secure the door well. The room stunk like sewer gas or drain cleaner. Hallway did not smell, but when we stepped into the room it was almost overwhelming. The wood features in the bathroom was rotten and falling apart. And the bed was actually terrible. It would have been softer to sleep on the floor.

    Property condition excellent. Staff interactions were very good. Outdoor amenities looked great. Breakfast was "fair" - limited selections, food barely warm, reminds of basic morning breakfast at most 2 star properties. Should be priced accordingly.

    When I first arrived, they tried to charge for services. I didn’t have on my reservation then in the room one of the beds was just made up and was still dirty with hair in the blankets and sheets, and then the elevators were constantly breaking down and when I left, they had canceled the charge and tried to recharge my card for two different amounts And neither were the actual amount I owed I had to call once I got back home to try to get it straightened out and I finally did after the desk clerk who answered the phone disconnected with me three times and I had to call back a fourth

    The hotel is clean but they are hidding charges, like $25 for parking, their Starbucks is not really a Starbucks, food over charged, I recomend this hotel because it is very clean, safe and nice but just have in mind than you have to pay for parking, food is super expensive and their starbucks is just a basic coffee.

    Room was okay and so was room service, but the property pictures were deceiving. The property looks run down in person everywhere else except the lobby. The property also has a 25 dollar destination fee per night as well as a 24 dollar per night parking fee. Lastly, there was only one working elevator the entire time on the side of the property where my room was. This caused delays due to everyone in the building trying to go on one elevator. For the money this hotel is not worth it and I wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

    Great stay for the price. Somewhat older property but in very good shape. Everything was clean and the pools and outdoor areas were very nice and well kept. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Washer/dryer availability helped us go home with clean clothes. While the room rate is extremely reasonable, the “resort fee” and parking fee (which I find to be outrageously unfair, though most properties charge to park now) will add about $50/day to your bill. Nonetheless, we would definitely stay again.

    One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had by far. Stayed on the sixth floor, when we arrived 1 of the 2 elevators was working, then the other one breaks leaving my family to have to carry baggage up stairs. Half of the power outlets don’t work in the room. The toilet backed up and overflowed immediately.

    Allergy I’m thinking the carpet was not clean due to my allergies. My husband saw there was room service so ordered us dinner and even included a tip thinking it was actual room service. We were wrong as we get a phone call to let us know our food is ready to be picked up. After picking up our food our room key no longer works had to go back and get new keys by that time our food was already cold. We will never be staying there again.

    The front desk staff was great. That's the only positive I have to say. The hotel looks like they put lipstick on a pig. Very dated. I was shocked both Delta and Marriott put their name on this location. The buildings are huge and they're connected. There are very vew elevators, and the elevator in one of the buildings was out of service the whole stay. The remaining elevators that the guests use are also used by house keeping, so it was impossible to get on one. I was on the top (8th) floor and used the stairs most of my stay. My toilet didn't work, I had to reconnect it and even then it barely had enough pressure to flush. The furniture and lamps are all cheap/shoddy. Breakfast is not included, and the buffet is worse than most free continental breakfasts I've seen. Very small selection and lacking condiments options. The juice machine contained some mystery juice even though it said cranberry & apple... I didn't try the orange juice, I was too afraid to. Some cold scrambled eggs, a piece of toast, some fruit and a cup of coffee cost me $27. The location isn't great unless you have a car or plan to take Uber's everywhere. I had to order food through Door Dash one of the nights. because the food onsite is about the same quality as airport food. I do want to end by saying the staff at the front desk were great, always helpful and friendly despite the conditions they were working with.

    Our AC would change temperature setting on its own. The elevators would randomly not work. There was air freshener pumped in all common areas. If you have an allergy sensitivity it’s very bothersome. Will never stay here again.

    DO NOT BOOK IT! Very deceiving pictures !!! We got our room, and you can tell some flooding happened. Room smelled of pee, and musty! Everything is outdated. Hated everything about this place. Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in my entire life. PLUS- they also charge you a fee every night. So it’s not included when you book the place. They definitely upgraded their pool areas, but who wants to come back to a nasty room! Carpeted and molded bathroom. The BATHTUB, was caved in!!!!! You had to use your feet to push the water down the drain. How disgusting. We had to force our kids to shower versus taking a bath! Everything felt so damp and smelled of dirty wet clothes. Again, do not book this place !!! The room was also sooooooo dark! This is not motel 6, they had one small ass lamp, and a smaller light that lit up. Felt super depressing. We stayed on the first floor, not sure if the other rooms are better. But how disappointing. With all the fees, I rather find a better hotel!

    The restroom had a strong urine smell, which made the experience unpleasant. The staff, however, were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was inconvenient it required booking two hours in advance and confirmation from the driver, which I never received. As a result, I wasn’t able to use the shuttle or get my boarding pass.

    The resort was really nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. Some of the areas around the pool could have been cleaner. The only issue i had was price. I was told that the price i saw on hotels.com wasvthe price and that there were no hidden fees. That was untrue. When I checked in i was told that there was a non-refundable resort fee. The fee was a credit you could use at the resort but you had to use it daily or you lost it. Had i known about this fee i probably would have booked other accommodations. I didn't appreciate finding out about it at check in.

    The employees stunk of marijuana. The elevators were the employees hid to smoke had a heavy smell of marijuana. Employees were rude. The coffee/ice cream shop employees were so rude and made fun of us in another language that I just so happen to understand. There were exposed pipes and wires by the jacuzzi. Then I was over charged for parking and resort fees. The employees are clueless and could care less

    We loved the hotel as a whole. The amenities were great. Pool area was fantastic. The pillows provided were insanely uncomfortable. I’ve never seen a pillow go and stay as flat as these. The blankets and pillows seemed older and stained. Again overall a great stay though.

    Had a 6 night 7 day stay. The hotel is big and near a lot of attractions and food places. Only bad take away is there is an old smell in the rooms and the toilet were clogging.     The check in process was smooth. The staff was very unfriendly. I asked the front desk for water bottles since our room didn't have any and the lady at the front desk said she would send some up but never did. The maid banged on the door at 9:50am trying to rush us out for check out but the hotel check out wasn't until 11am.
